Surah Hashr ki Aakhri Ayat Padhne ki Fazilat Wali Hadees


حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ أَبُو الْعَلاَءِ الْخَفَّافُ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعُ بْنُ أَبِي نَافِعٍ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ السَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ وَقَرَأَ ثَلاَثَ آيَاتٍ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْحَشْرِ وَكَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ سَبْعِينَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ وَإِنْ مَاتَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ مَاتَ شَهِيدًا وَمَنْ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُمْسِي كَانَ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

Ma’qil ibn Yasar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: "Jo shaks bhi teen baar roz subah ‘A’oothu Billah il-samee’ il-‘aleem min al-shaytan il-rajeem (Mai Allah, sunne wala janne wala, se shaitan mardud ki panah mangta hu) kahe aur Surah al-Hashr ki aakhri teen ayat padhe to Allah sattar (70) hazar farishte ko bhejega jo uske liye shaam tak barkat ki dua karenge aur agar wo us din wafat pa jaye to wo shaheed ki wafat payega aur agar jo ise shaam ko bhi padhega to uska bhi yahi darja hoga."

Ise Imam Tirmizi ne kitab fazail al Quran, baab: Jo Quran ka ek harf padhta hai, use.., hadees- 2922 ke tahat riwayat kiya hai. Ise Imam Ahmad ne apni Musnad (19795) me bhi riwayat kiya hai.

۞ Tahkeek:

Is hadith ke isnad me Khalid ibn Tahman hai jise Ibn Hajar farmate hai: Is raawi ko sachha kaha gaya hai lekin is raawi par shia hone ka ilzam hai fir wo raawi ulajh (confused ho) gaya.

Taqreeb al-Tahzeeb, 1644.

Is hadees ki Ayeb (defect) bayan karte hue Imam Tirmizi ne is Hadith ko gareeb karaar diya hai. Muhaddis Zubair Ali Zai ne bhi is hadees ko Zaif karaar diya hai. Al-Albani ne bhi is hadees ko Zaif karaar diya hai. Dekhe Al-Albani ki Zaif Abi Dawood, hadees- 2922.

Lehaza is hadees par amal nahi ho sakta lekin aur bhi sahih hadees hai jisme subah shaam ki dua ka zikr hai aur hame un hadeeso par amal karna chahiye.

Farz Namaz Ke Baad Sar Par Hath Rakhne Ke Ahkaam


أَخْبَرَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَنْبَسَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلامٌ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَضَى صَلاتَهُ مَسَحَ جَبْهَتَهُ بِيَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : ” أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ عَنِّي الْهَمَّ وَالْحَزَنَ-

 Ye riwayat kiya gaya tha Salaam Al’Tawail Al-Madaini, Zaid Al-Amee, Muawiya Bin Qura, Anas Bin Malik r.a. ke zariye ke jab RasoolAllah apni namaz khatm karte the, wo apna daae hath apne sar pe  se rakhte aur fir ye padhte: Mai gawahi deta hu ki Allah ke siwa koi ma-bud nahi sabse zyada rahmat karne wala sabse mukammal rahmat karne wala. Ae Allah Dukh aur Takleef se mujhe Riha kar de.

Ye hadees Zaif hai kyuki Is riwayat me raawi Salaam Al’Tawail Al-Madaini Matrook aur Daif hai.

Imam Bukhari is raawi ke bareme kahte hai: "Ise chor do".

Haakim Nishapoori kahte hai:-

Isne maudu hadith riwayat kiya tha Hameed Al Tawail, Abu Umru Bin Al’Ala aur Thaur Bin Yazeed se.

Hafiz ibn Hajar kahte hai:-

Ye hadith Salaam Al’Tawail ke wajah se kafi kamzor hai.

Is hadith me jo dusra raawi hai  "ZAID AL AMI" wo bhi Daif raawi hai.

Dalail:-

“Zaid Al Ami” Daif hai.

دَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الدِّمْيَاطِيُّ ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا صَلَّى وَفَرَغَ مِنْ صَلاتِهِ مَسَحَ بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ، وَقَالَ : ” بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ عَنِّي الْهَمَّ وَالْحَزَنَ-

Ye  Katheer Bin Saleem aur Anas Bin Malik r.a. ke sanad se riwayat kiya gaya tha ki jab RasoolALlah apni namaz khatm karte wo apne daae hath se apne sar par masah karte aur farmate: Allah ke naam se jiske siwa koi sacha mabood nahi hai.  Ae Allah Dukh aur Takleef se mujhe Riha kar de.

۩ Imam Abu Haneefa (r.h.) Farmate hain , Mere Raae ko Qubul karna Haram hai jab tak Meri Baat ke Dalil Malum Naa Karlo.

۩  Imam Abu Haneefa farmate hai, "Jab Dekho ke Hamara Raai Quran aur Hadees Ke Khilaf Hai tou Quran aur Hadees par Amal karo aur Hamare Qaul ko Deewar Per dey Maro."

۩ Imam Abu Haneefa farmate hai: "Lanat ho tumpar O Yakub. Har chiz jo mai farmata hu wo na likho, Kyuki ye hota hai ki  agar aj mai ek Raae rakhta hu to kal usi Raae ka inkar kar sakta hu ya mai kal ek Raae rakhta hu aur parsu us se inkar kar sakta hu.

Ek dusri riwayat me Imam Abu Haneefa farmate hai: "...Kyuki ham Insan hai: Ham ek chiz ek din kahte hai aur dusre din (apni baat) wapis le lete hai.

۞ Imam Malik (r.h.)

۩ Imam Malik (r.h.) farmate hai:  "Mai Sirf ek Insaan hu, Kabhi meri baat saahi hoti hain aur Kabhi Ghalat to tum meri es baat ko jo Quran aur Hadees ke Mutabik ho le liya karo aur us baat ko jo is ke khilaf ho chor diya karo (yaani meri Taqleed Mat karo).

۩ Ibn Wahb farmate hai: "Maine Malik se (wuzu ke dauran)Panjo ke bich saaf karne ko puchte hua suna. Unhone farmaya logo ko ye nahi karna chaiye. Jab bhid kam hui maine unke pas jaa kar unse kaha ki hame iske bareme ek sunnah pata hai. Unhone farmaya wo kya hai? Maine kaha: "Laith ibn Sa'd, Ibn Lahee'ah aur Amr ibn al-Haarith ne hamse riwayat kiya hai Yazeed ibn Amr al-Ma'aafiri se aur unhone Abu Abdur-Rahman al-Hubuli se aur unhone  Mustawrid ibn Shaddaad al-Qurashi se jinhone farmaya: Maine RasoolAllah (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) ko Apni choti ungli se panjo ke bich ragadte hue dekha. Imam MAlik ne farmaya ye hadith sahih hai aur maine abhi tak ye nahi suna tha. Uske baad maine unse yahi sawal puchte hue suna jispar unhone panjo ke bich saaf karne ka hukm diya.

۞ Imam Shafai (r.h.)

۩ Imam Shafi farmate hai: "RasoolAallah ki sunnat ham sab tak pahuchti hai aur faraar(escape) bhi  hoti hai, isliye jab bhi mai apni Raae ya koi Sharai baat tayar karta hu jo ki RasoolAllah ki Ikhtiyar se takraati hai toh fir sahih Raae Rasool Allah ka Ikhtiyar hai aur yahi meri Raae hai.

Related by Haakim with a continuous sanad up to Shaafi'i, as in Taareekh Dimashq of Ibn Asaakir (15/1/3).

۩ Imam Abu Shafi farmate hai: "Jab Tumhe koi Sahih hadith mil jaye to wahi mera Mazhab hai."

Nawawi in Al-Majmoo' (1/63), Sha'raani (1/57), giving its sources as Haakim and Baihaqi, Fulaani (p. 107).

۞ Imam Ahmed Ibn e Hambal (r.h.)

۩ Imam Ahmed imamo ke sabse  pahle imam the sunnah jamah karne wale aur use padke rahne wale, itna ki unhe ye sakht na-pasand tha ki unke Qiyas aur Raae ki kitab likhi jaye.

In Charo Muhtaram Imamo ke qawl se yeh Baat saaf zahir hoti Hai ke Mohammad ﷺ ke hadees ke Mutabik Maa Aana Alaihi Wa Ashabihi kaa Rasta iqtiyar karne ka hukum Farmaya, Yeh sub ke sub Quran aur Hadees par Amal Karte the, Yehi inka Mazhab tha, in charo Buzurgo ney apni Taqleed se mana kiya tha aur kisi ney bhi Alag Mazhab apne naam say mansoob karke Murtib Nahi kiya, Wo koi naya mazhab nahi banane aye the, In imamo ka mazhab wahi tha jo ke Rasoolullah ka mazhab tha.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya sub say bahetar Ahle Zamana Mere Hain, Fir woh jo en ke Baad wale hain, apne zamane ke baad Do Zamano ka Zikr Kiya.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 437.

Allah hame Rasool ﷺ ki baat ko imamo ki baat se amalan unchi rakhne ki taufeek ata farmaye aameen.

۞ Allah pak Quran Majeed me farmate hai:

02.135 Yeh kehtay hain kay yahud-o-nasaaraa bann jao to hidayat pao gay.

02.140 Kya tum kehtay ho kay ibrahim aur ismail aur ishaq aur yaqoob (aleyhim-us-salam) aur unn ki aulad yahudi ya nasrani thay? 

Yahi baat aaj musalmano ko sochni chaiye, RasoolAllah ﷺ aur Sahaba Deobandi the ya barelwi the ya ahle hadith the, shia the ya sunni the?? In taksimo se upar hone ki zarurat hai hame. Kisi maslak ki pairwi karna galat nahi hai jabtak wo Quran aur sunnah se match karta hai lekin apne ap ko usse identify karana aur us maslak ko mukaddam rakhna deen par aur us maslak ke liye hi mehnat aur mushakkat aur bhag-daud karna usi ke liye ye chiz bilkul Islam ke talimaat ke khilaf hai jo ke Allah ke deen ne hame sikhai hai.

۩ Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: "Meri Ummah 73 firqo me bat jayegi aur wo sab jahannam me jayenge siwae ek ke. Sahabao ne pucha wo kaun firqa hoga"? Fir RasoolAllah s.a.w. ne jawab diya wo, "Wo ek hi raasta hoga jis par ham aur hamare sahaba chale."

Jamia Tirmizi, hadees- 171.

Allah pak jawab dete hai:

Ibrahim to na yahudi thay na nasrani thay bulkay woh to yak tarfa (sirf) musalman thay woh mushrik bhi na thay.

Quran, 3:67.

'..ussi Allah ne tumhara naam Musalman rakha hai is Quran se pahle aur is me bhi..

Quran, 22.78.

Kya Allah ne jo hame naam diiya hai usse behtar koi aur naam ho sakta hai???

Allah pak Quran e Majeed me farmate hai:

۩ Sab Milkar Allah Ki (Hidayat Ki) Rassi Ko Mazbuti Se Thaam lo' Aur Aapas Me (Firqon Me) Na Banto.

Surah aal e Imran (3), ayat 103.

۩ Be-shak jin logo ne apne deen ko baanta aur firqa-firqa ban gaye, Aap ﷺ ka unse koi talluq nahi, bas un ka muamla Allah ke hawale hai. Phir in ko in ka kiya hua jatla diya jaayega.

Surah Anaam(6), ayat 159.

۩ Unlogo ke tarah na hona jinhone Allah ke sath auro ko shareek kiya aur na hi unlogo ki tarah jinhone apne Deen ko baat diya aur firqe-firqe ho gaye,  har giroh uss cheez par khush hai jo un ke pas hai(ki bas wahi log haq par hai).

Surah Room(30), ayat- 31,32.

Allah hame firqa-parasti se upar uthne ki taufeek inayat farmaye..aameen.

Namaz Ki Makruhaat Ka Bayaan


۩ Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne kamar par hath rakh kar namaz padhne se mana farmaya.
(Bukhari: al A’amal Fis Salah 1220 – Muslim: al Masaajid 545)

۩ Nabi e Rahmat ﷺ ne farmaya: Jab kisi ko namaz mein jamai aae to ise hattal maqdood roke kyou’nke is waqt shaitan mu’n mein daakhil hota hai.
(Muslim: al Zohod 2995)

Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: (Jamaai ke waqt) Haa Haa na kho kyou’nke is se shaitan khush hota hai.
(Bukhari: Bidaaul Khalq 3289)

۩ Saaeb bin Yazeed ne Muawiya ke sath maqsurah mein Juma padha. Jab imam ne salam phera to saaeb ne khade hokar namaz shuru kardi. Muawiya kehne lage: Aainda aisa na karna, kyou’nke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: 1 namaz ko doosri namaz ke sath na milao. In (farz aur sunnat) ke darmiyan kalam karo ya jagah tabdeel karo.
(Muslim: al Juma 883)

Mughaira riwayat karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya ke ‘Imam jis jagah namaz padh chukka hai waha’n namaz na padhe balke waha’n se sarak jaae (ya’ani jagah tabdeel karle).’
(Nasai: al Salah 414)

۩ Zaid bin Arqam se riwayat hai ke ham namaz mein batei’n kiya karte the, phir ye ayat Nazil hui: "aur Allah Taalaa kay liye ba adab kharay raha karo(2:238)",  to hamei’n chup chaap rehne ka hukam hua aur baat karna mana hogaya.

Hijama- Ek Sunnat Ilaaj


KOi Bimari Laa Ilaaj nahi. ALLAH SWT ke Fazal se har Bimari ka Ilaaj mOujud hai.

Nabi ﷺ ne Farmaya ALLAH Ta'ala ne Duniya me kOi Bimari aisi nahi utari jiski Dawa aur Shifa mOujud na ho.[Sunan Abu Daud, 28:3846].

☻HIJAMA Ek Sunnat Ilaaj☻

• Hijama ek unani ilaaj hai jis ke zariye jism se kharaab khoon nikaal diya jaata hai baghiar koi dard, dawa aur side effect ke.

• Hijama sunnat e Rasool SAWS aur Unani tareeqa e ilaaj hai.

• Hijama karwana ya lagwana Huzoor SAWS ki sunnat hai yani khud Aap SAW hijama karaya karte aur apni Ummat ko bhi uski targheeb bhi dete.

Irshaad e Nabawi SAWS hai “ behtareen ilaaj jisay tum karte ho hijama hai.( Sunan Abi Dawud 3857 )

•Aur Hijama mein 72 bimaariyon se najaat milti hai ( TABRAANI )

•Aur Hijama ke liye chaand ki 17, 19 , 21 tareeq (date) ikhteyaar karayga use har bimaari se najaat aur shifa hogi.In shaa ALLAHH. ( Sunan Abi Dawud 3861 (Hasan) )

۩ Hazrat ibne Abbas (rz) Huzur akram s.a.w.sallam se riwayat karte hai, Aap s.a.w.sallam ne farmaya shifa teen chizo me hai,1) Hijama ke zariye cut lagane me. 2) Shahed ke istemaal me. 3) Aag se daagne me, tahumm mai apni ummat ko aag ke daagne se rokta hun.

(Sahih al Bukhari 5781)

۩ Hazrat Jabir (r.z) Huzur akram s.a.w.sallam se riwayat karte hai, Aap s.a.w.sallam ne farmaya agar tumhari dawao me kisi dawa me shifa hai toh Hijama ke zariye cut lagane me hai, yaa shahed ke istemaal me, yaa phir aag se daagne me ,(basharteke) ye daagna oos marz ko raast aajaye, lekin mai aag se daagne ko pasand nahi karta.

(Sahih al  Bukhari 5783)

۩ Hazrat Anas (rz) farmate hai ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya :

Sabb se bahetreen dawa jissay tumm ilaaj karo who Hijama lagwana hai aur qustool bahri (samandari jadi buti) se ilaaj karna hai. (Sahih al Bukhari 5797)

۩ Hazrat Jabir (rz) ne hazrat Muqanna(rz) ki iyaadat ki aur farmaya ke jab tak tum hijama na lagwalo, mai wapas nahi jaonga. isliye ke maine nabi kareem s.a.w.sallam se suna hai k Hijama lagwane me shifa hai

۩ Hazrat Samrut bin Jundabb (rz) farmate hai ke Huzoor akram s.a.w.sallam ke paas bani Fazara qabile ka ek dehati aaya. Us waqt Aap s.a.w ko ek Hijama karne wala Hijama kar raha tha, pass Hijama karne wale ne blade se cut lagaya tov dehati ne (tajjoob se ) poocha. Aye Allah k rasool ! yeh aap kiya kar rahe ho ? Aap s.a.w.sallam ne irshaad farmaya yeh Hijama hai, yeh un sabb ilaajo se bahetar hai jo log ikhtiyaar karte hai.

Mazaar Par Chadar Chadhane Ki Haqiqat


Aj hamare bich ek galat rasam ne jageh leli hai ke kuch log Chadar chadhane ki mannat mangte hain aur fir mazar pe jakar chadar chadhate hain aur chadaron ki building khadi kar dete hain.

Kuch ghanton ke baad hi woh chadar wahan se ghayab hokar kisi dukan me bech diya jata hai aur aisa karne wale naam nihad Mujaawar hain jo khud ko mazar ka thekedar samjhte hain aur woh chadar ka paisa unki jeb me chala jata hai.
Ek tarah se ajkal mazar in Mujaawar ke liye dhande ki jagah ban gayi hai jo apne kirdar se tamam Muslim Ummah ko badnam karte hain.

Aaiye dekhte hai ki Islam is amal ko kya kahta hai:

Quran wa Sunnah ki ek bhi ayat ya riwayaat nahi hai jo kahti hai ki ek Muslim ko kabr par chadar chadhana chaiye. Balki ye amal haraam hai. Afsos ki baat hai ki aj kuch log is amal ko ibadat samajh kar kar rahe hai jab ki unke ulema aur unke fiqah me khud ye amal na-pasandida aur galat hai jiski koi sharai haesiyat nahi hai.

Qadhi Ibrahim(Hanafi ulema) kahte hai: "Ajkal kuch gumraah log kabr par Hajj karne lage hai aur unhone tarika(rasm) bana liye hai isko. Aur un muamlat me jo unke mazhab aur shariat ne mukhalifat ki hai wo ye hai ki log apni be-basi aur aajzi zahir karte hai mazaro ke paas aur waha chiraga karte hai. Waha par CHADAR CHADHANA, unke liye ek Mujaawar takweez karna, unko chumna, aur unse rizk aur aulaad mangna, ye saare amalo ka koi dalail nahi hai Shari'ah Islamiyyah me"
 [Ja' al-Haq p.302]

Allamah Haskafi al-Hanafi(Hanafi ulema) kahte hai: "Jo chize aur nazr-niyaz qaum karti hai qabr ke pass,chahe wo  nagad(cash) ya Tel(oil) ki shakal me ho to ye aam sahmati me ye baatil aur haraam hai."
[Durr e Mukhtar v.2, p.139]

Aur sath sath IMAM ABU HANEEFA KA AQIDAH bhi kuch aese hi hai. Imam Abu Haneefa farmate hai: "Ambiya wa Awaliya ke Qabron ko Sajda karna,Tawaf karna, Nazrane chadana Haram wa Kufr hai."

Hazrat Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anha se rivayat hai ki Rasoollall ah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Qabron par masjid bananey walo aur us par chirag karney walon par bhi laanat farmayee hai

Sunan Abu Dawud, vol 2,1459.

Ab itni wazeh dalail hone ke ba-wujud bhi jo nahi manta hai to uske aankh par nahi balki dil par parda chadha hua hai. Allah pak farmate hai
Wo aankh nahi hai jo andhi hoti hai balki wo dil hai jo andhi hoti hai. 
Surah 22 ayat 46.

Imam Bukhari Aur Imam Muslim (Raheemaullah)


۩ IMAAM BUKHARI (raheemaullah)

Agar Quran ke baad kisi kitab ka darja aata hai to wo hai Imam Bukhari ki saheeha ka jise imam Bukhari ne riwayat kiya hai. Imam Bukhari ek bade Imam, ulema, Ameer hai unke jo hadith par eeman rakhte hai, Abu ‘Abd-Allaah Muhammad ibn Ismaa’eel ibn Ibraaheem al-Bukhaari. Inki wiladat Bukhaara me hui thi 194 AH me, aur wo yateem hi bade hue. Inhone bachpan me hi apni roshni kho di thi fir Allah ne inko roshni ata kari. Wo bachpan se hi hadith yaad karne lage the aur wo gani the isme, Allah inpar apni rahmat kare.

Imamo ne inki achi yad-dasht, durustgi, Ilm, Riazat aur ibadat ki tashdeek ki hai. Imam ahmad r.a. ne inse kaha: Khorasan(ek jagah ka naam hai) ne inki tarha kisi ko nahi banaya hai.
Ibn Khuzaymah r.a. ne kaha: Maine inki tarha aasmaan ke saye ke tale kisi ko nahi dekha hai jinhe inse zyada RasoolALlah ke hadith ka ilm ho aur jisne Inse zyada hadiths yaad ki hai.

Al- Tirmidhi r.a. kahte hai: Maine Iraq ya Khorasan me kisi ko  nai dekha hai jiske pas hadith ki tankeed, tarikh aur sanad ka Imam bukhari se zyada ilm ho.

Al-Bukhari ke pas ek hazar se zyada shaykhs the jinse ye mulko aur shahro me mile jaha inhone safar kiya. Unmese:  Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Hammaad ibn Shaakir, Makki ibn Ibraaheem aur Abu ‘Aasim al-Nabeel the.

Jinhone Imam bukhari se riwayat kiya wo ye the:

Muslim ibn al-Hajjaaj jo ke al-Saheeh ke likhne wale the; al-Tirmidhi; al-Nasaa’i; Muhammad ibn Nasr al-Marwazi;  aur bhi boht se the.

Al-Bukhari ne boht se kitabe likhi thi, kuch mashhoor ye hai:  al-Jaami’ al-Saheehal-Tareekh al-Kabeeral-Adab al-MufradKhalq Af’aal al-‘Ibaad, Juzz Raful yadain.

Unki wafat nao(9) Eid al-Fitr, 256 AH. ko hui thi.

۩ IMAM MUSLIM (raheemaullah)

Ye ek bade Imam, hafiz aur ulema the,  Abu’l-Husayn, Muslim ibn al-Hajjaaj ibn Muslim al-Nisaboori. Inki wiladat 204 ya 206 AH me hui thi. Ye Imam Bukhari ke student the.

Unhone apna waqt hadith me waqf kiya. Aur inhone hadith ki talaash me boht se safar kiye aur kadi mehnat ki is field me jab tak ke wo boht mashhoor ho gaye. Inke ham-asar inki fazaail ki tashdeek karti thi. Inke shaykh  Muhammad ibn Bashshaar (Bandaar) ne kaha: Duniya ke char Hafiz hai: al-Ray ke Abu Zar’ah, Nisapur ke Muslim, Samarqand ke ‘Abd-Allaah al-Daarimi, aur Bukhaara  ke Muhammad ibn Ismaa’eel the. 

Ahmad ibn Salamah al-Nisaboori ne kaha: Maine Abu Zar’ah aur Abu Hatim ko dekha ki woh Muslim ibn al-Hajjaaj ko ilm e saheeh ke binah par us zamane ke baki shaykhs par Fazilat de rahe hai.

Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr ne inke bare me kaha: Wo sare ek raae pe razi the unke azeemiyat, kiyadat aur buland martaba pe.

Inke shaykhs the: Ahmad ibn Hanbal, al-Bukhaari, Yahya ibn Yahya al-Teemi, Ishaaq ibn Raahawayh, Yahya ibn Ma’een, Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah  aur boht se dusre.

Inke student the:  Abu Haatim al-Raazi, Abu ‘Eesa al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Khuzaymah, Abu ‘Awaanah al-Isfaraayeeni and Makki ibn ‘Abdaan.

Inki Kitabe: al-Jaami’ al-Saheeh; al-Kuna wa’l-Asma’;al-Tabaqaat; al-Tamyeez; and al-Munfaridaat wa’l-Wahdaan

Khate Waqt Salam Karne Ke Ahkaam


Khate waqt salam karne me koi harj nahi hai, naahi sunnah me aisa kuch hai jo kahta hai ki ye amal ki ijazat nahi hai. Ye door tak faili hui afwah hai ki khane ke waqt salaam nai karna chaiye (“la salaam ‘ala ta‘aam”) ya salam ka jawab nai dena chaiye.

Al-‘Ajlooni (raheemaullah) ne Kashf al-Khafa’ me kaha: (Ye jumla) Khane ke waqt salaam nahi karna chaiye ye hadith nahi hai. End quote.

Kuch ulema ne kaha hai ki khana khate waqt hath nai mila sakte lekin salaam karne me koi harj nai hai.

Imam Nawawi (raheemaullah) al-adhkaar me farmate hai. Iski ek misaal kuch aisi hai ki agar koi kha raha ho aur us ke muh me niwale ho, agar koi use salam karta hai to wo salam ke jawab ka mustahik nahi hai. Lekin agar wo khana kha raha ho aur uske muh me niwale na ho to usko  salam ka jawab dena chaiye.

Shaykh ‘Abd al-Rahmaan al-Suhaym (raheemaullah) kahte hai: Ye kalaam logo ki baate hai aur koi hadith nahi hai. Iska matlab sahih hai agar ye hath milane ke pashemanzar me kaha gaya hai lekin agar ye sirf salam kahne ke bareme me hai to ye mana nai hai jab koi kha raha ho. End quote.

Kahte Hain Ki Agar Koi Personally (Akela) taur par Namaz Ke Baad Haath Uthakar Dua Maang Leta Hai To Usme Koi Harz Nahi, Imam Ibne Taymiya Rh, Ibn E Qaiyyam Rh, Ibne Hajar Rh, Aur Bahut Se Muhaqqeen Ulma Ne Farz Namaz Ke Baad Mashoor Ijtemaai Dua Ka Inkaar Kiya Hai Aur Ise Bid'at Kaha Hai.

Aap ﷺ Ne Farmaya:- "Jald Hi Meri Ummat Me Aise Log Paida Honge Jo Paani Ke Istemaal Me Aur Dua Karne Me Hadd Se Aage Badh Jayenge".

Sunan Abu Dawood 1480, Imam Haakim Aur Imam Zahabi Ne Ise Sahih Kaha Hai.

Ijtemaai Dua Ki Daleel Me Bayaan Ki Jaane Waali Tamaam Riwayate Zaeef Hai... Allah Swt Hume Bidat Se Bachne Aur Sunnato Par Chalne Ki Taufiq Ata Farmaye.

Aurto Ka Masjid Jana


RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Khawateen ko masjid aane ki ijazat di hai aur mardo ko hukum diya hai ke wo apni biwiyon ko masjid janay se na roke. Farmane Rasool ﷺ hai:

1. "Izas taazantim raata ahdikum falaa yamna'haa." 
Tarjuma:-Ager tum may se kisi ki biwi is se masjid jane ki ijazat talab kare to wo use mat roke, ijazat de de.

SAHIH BUKHARI (Volume 1, Book #12, Hadith #824)

2. Ibne Umar(R) se riwayat hi k Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya "Izas Tazanakum Nisaawukum bil laili ilal Masjidi fazanoo lahunna."
 Tarjuma:-Ager tumhari auraten tum say raat ke waqt masjid me jane ki ijazat talab karen to tum log unhe uski ijazat de diya karo.

SAHIH BUKHARI (Volume 2, Book 13, Hadith 22)

3. RasoolAllah ﷺ ka farman hai "Laa tamnawoo ima'a Allahi masajidAllahi."
Tarjuma:-ALLAH ki bandiyon ko ALLAH K Gharon(Masajid) say mat roko.

SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 4, Hadith 886)

Is tarah ki aur bhi kai sahih Ahadees moujood hain.

Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Aurato ko masajid may aane say nahi roka to phir humara kya huq hai unko rokne ka. ALLAH hum sub musalmano ko ALLAH aur USKE Rasool ﷺ ke ahkamat per amal kerne aur amal kerwane ki Towfeeq ata farmaye.Aameen ya Rabbul Aalamin.

۩ AURTO KA AZAN DENA AUR IQAMAT KAHNA:

Aurat sirf aurto ki jamaat ke liye azan de sakti hai. Ya jab wo khud namaz akele me padhti ho.  Aurat ko ijazat hai ki wo sirf apne aurat ki jamat ke liye hi azan de sakti hai. Lekin yahi baat mard ke liye nahi hai. Mardo ke liye ye khas zor dekar ye mustahab hai jaha tak aurto ke liye ye kare to jayz hai aur na kare to bhi jayz hai. Agar aurat azan deti hai use apni awaz niche rakhni chaiye aur sirf utna hi awaz buland karna chaiye jitna jamaat ki aurte sun sake. Sahih ahadiths me hai ki  Umm Salamah r.a. aur Aisha r.a. aurto ki imamat karti thi:

"Hazrat Aaisha r.a. azan kaheti thi aur iqamat aur fir imamat karati thin aur aurton ke darmiyan khadi hoti thi"

(Mustadrak haakim j. 1, page 204, Kitabus salat bab imamatal maratun nisa fil faraiz, AUR Abu dawood p. 1/87)

Note: Abu dawood ki riwayat me umme warqa razi ko Rasool ﷺ ne khud jamat karane ka hukm diya hai aur musdarak hakim ki riwayat me farz namaz ka bhi zikr hai ke wo imamat bhi farz

۩ AURTON KI IMAMAT KA MASLA

 "Nabi sws ne Umme Warqa ko apne ghar walon ki Imamat karane ka huqm diya”

Sunan Abi Dawud 592 (hasan).

“Hazrat Aisha r.a. Tahira r.a. ke beech me khadi hokar aurton ki imamat karti thi”

(Mustardark haakim, baab imamatul imraat)

Ra’itah Al-Hanafiyyah riwayat karte hai ki Ayesha r.a. kahti hai ki wo Aurto ki Imamat karti thi aur har Farz namaz me unlogo ke sath khadi hoti thi.

Abdur-Raziq (5086), Ad-Daraqutni (1/404) and Al-Bayhaqi (3/131)

۩ Par Jab bhi aurat namaz padhti hai kisi jagah par wo jagah jitna hi poshida ho utna hi behtar hai isliye Aurto ki namaz unki masjid se behtar unke ghar me hai:

Abd Allah kahte hai ki RasoolALlah ﷺ ne farmaya Ek aurat ki namaz aagan se behtar uske ghar me hai aur uske ghar se behtar uske kamre me hai.

ABU DAWOOD (Book 2, Hadith 567) See also Saheeh al-Jaami’, no. 3833..

Abdullah Bin Mas’ud riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya aurto ke liye apne aagan me padhne se behtar hai ki wo apne gharo me padhe aur apne ghar me padhne se behtar hai ki wo apne poshida jagah par padhe.

ABU DAWOOD (Book 2, Hadith 570)

۩ AURAT KA NAMAZ E EID KE LIYE GHAR SE BAHIR NIKALNA JAIZ HAI!

Eidain ki namaz ke liye auraton ka ghar se bahir jana mashro hai, aurton ko iski khas tour per takeed ki gaye hai:

Umm-e-Atiya r.a. farmati hain ke "Hume namaz eid ke liye jany ka hukm diya jata tha, yahan tak ke hum kanwari bachiyon, perdah nasheen larkiyon aur haiza aurton ko bhi sath le jaya karte the taa-ke woh musalmano ke sath mil ke takribat parhain aur inki duaon mai shirkat karen aur is din ke fiyoz-o-barkaat ki umeed rakhen.

Sahih al Bukhari' hadis:324'wa sahi muslim'hadis:890.

Jahan tak haiza aurton ka ta'aluq hai to woh eid gaah mai namaz ki jagah sy alag reh ker kher-o-barakat aur musalmano ki duaon mai shirkat karen. is per Umm-e-Atiya R.A. ny kaha: "Aye Allah k Rasool ! Agar hum mai sy kisi ke pass chadar na ho to phir? App (S.A.W) ny farmaya: "Iski bahen isse apni chader pehna dey."

Sahih muslim'hadis:(12)-890.

Wajeh rahi ke namaz Eid ke liye jate waqt aurton ko khushbo aur fitna angaiz zaib-o-zeenat se ijtanab kerna chahye aur intehai sadgi k saath mardon sy alag thalag rehty huway bahir nikalna chahye. (Shiekh ibn Baaz) 
Kyunki Rasool Allah ﷺ ka irshad garami hai: "Jab tum mai sy koi aurat masjid mai (Namaz k liye) hazir ho to khushbo mat lagay."

[Sahih muslim'hadis:(142)-443.]

aur Hazrat Abu Mosa r.a. ki ravayat mai hai:

"Jab koi aurat khusbu laga kar kisi qaum k pass sy is liye guzrey k woh is ki khusbo ko mehsoos karen to woh aurat aisi aisi, yani zania hai."
[Sunan Abi daud, hadis:4173.]

۩ EIDGAAH ME AURTON KO NAMAZ KA HUQM

" RasulAllah ﷺ sahaba aur sahabiyaat ko (yahan tak ki haiz waali aurat ko bhi) saath lekar eidgaah ki taraf jaate, aapki eidgaah masjid e nabwi se hazaar feet ke faasle par Thi(fathul bari), yeh eidgaah baqi ki taraf thi"
(Sahih Bukhari fatah,2/465, hadith 976, kitabul eidain)

۩ LEKIN SATH ME KUCH SHARTE BHI HAI AURTO KO MASJID JANE KE LIYE:

1) Use pure Hijab me hona chaiye [for details refer to Al-Qur’an [SURAH AN NUR 24 VERSE 31]]

2) Use Khushboo laga kar nai jana chaiye.[for details refer to SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 4, Hadith 892, 893, 894)]

3) Use apne Shauhar se ijazat lena chaiye. Uske bahar nikalne se kisi tarah ki mamnoo chize shamil nai honi chaiye jaise na-mehram driver ke sath akele car me hona wagaira. Agar Aurat kuch galat karti hai to uske shauhar ka pura haq hai use rokne ke liye balki uska farz hai rokna. 

4) Aurto ko Aadmiyo se pahle masjid se nikalna chaiye.[for details refer to SAHIH BUKHARI (Volume 1, Book #12, Hadith #799, 809, 825, 829)]

Nek Logo Ka Wasila Laga Kar Dua Mangne Ke Ahkaam


Islam me Ilm ka sabse bada zarya Quran hai aur uske baad sunnah hai yani RasoolAllah ki sahih hadiths. Jab Islam me kisi chiz ko fard ya sunnah ya mubah ya makrooh ya haram ka darja diya jata hai to sirf aur sirf Quran aur sunnah ki roshni me.

Jaha tak duao me waseela ka maslah hai toh ye jaan le ki Quran ya sunnah me kahi bhi nahi likha hai ki dua me Nek logo ka wasilah lagana chaiye ya Nek logo ka wasila lagane se duae jaldi qubul hoti hai. Balki Quran aur sunnat me jitni bhi duae Allah aur uske Rasool ﷺ ne hame sikhai hai wo sab bina wasile ki dua sikhayi hai. Aur Quran me 25 ayate hai jo kahti hai ki waseela haraam hai [Dalail ke liye is article ke comments padhe.] .

Allah pak Quran me farmate hai:

Khabardaar! Allah ke liye hai khalis deen aur wo log jinhone hai uske siwa Auliyao ko  bana rakha (aur wo kahte hai) nahi ham ibadat karte unki magar taaaki wo waseela ban jaye hamko Allah ke qareeb karne ka. Beshak yeh log jiss baray mein ikhtilaf ker rahey hain iss ka (sacha) faisla Allah (khud) keray ga. Jhootay aur na-shukray (logon) ko Allah Taalaa raah nahi dikhata.Quran, Surah az zumar ayat 3 .

Aur yeh log Allah kay siwa aisi cheezon ki ibadat kertay hain jo na unn ko nuksan phoncha sakti hai aur na unn ko nafa phoncha sakti hai aur kehtay hain kay yeh Allah kay pass humaray sifarshi hain. Aap keh dijiye kay kiya tum Allah ko aisi cheez ki khabar detay ho jo Allah Taalaa ko maloom nahi na aasmanon mein aur na zamin mein woh pak aur bartar hai inn logon kay shirk say.Surah Yunus ayat 18.

(kuch log kah sakte hai ham unki ibadat thodi na karte hai balki ham to sirf unse dua karta hai to unke ilm ke izafe ke liye bata du ki RasoolAllah ne farmaya hai ki DUA EK IBADAT HAIJamia -Tirmizi, Vol-no: 2, Book:(Kitab-ul- Dua), Hadees-no:1297 )

Yeh (azab) tumhen iss liye hai ke jabb sirf akelae Allah ka zikr kiya jata to tum inkar kar jatay thay aur agar iss kay sath kissi ko shareek kiya jata tha to tum maan letay thay pus abb faisal Allah buland-o-buzurg hi ka hai.

Surah-Momin-(Fussilat) 40 ayat 12.

Ye ayat saaf taur par mushrikeen e Makkah ki halat bayan karti hai par afsos hai ki Aj ke Muslim ummah ke kuch firke bhi isi aqide ke hai jab ki unke samne Allah ka kalam padha jata hai.

Imam Abu Haneefa farmate hai:

“ Duaa,ba haq Nabi aur Wali ke Wasila se Mangna na-pasandeeda amal hai is liye kyu ki Makluq ka kuch haq Allah par nahi.

Ab Quran ki ayato ki hi misaal lele. Surah fatiha jise ummul dua bhi kahte hai jo har namazi apne namaz me padhta hai usme kahi bhi wasile ka zikr nahi hai. Ham padhte hai har namaz me اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ jiska tarjuma hai ki (Ae Allah) hame sidhi Raah dikha agar waseela lagana zara bhi behtar ya jaiz hota to is ayat me likha hota ki (Ae Allah) hame Muhammad s.a.w. ke wasile se sidhi raah dikha. Par aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Jab ki Is surat ko Ummul Quran kaha gaya hai matlab pure Quran ki Maa. Aur sirf yahi surat nahi jitni bhi duae Allah aur uske Rasool ne sikhai hai koi bhi aisi dua nahi hai jisme RasoolAllah ya kisi nek insan ka wasila laga ho.

Kuch log surah maida ki ayat 35 pesh karte hai ki aur kahte hai ki Allah pak farmate hai ki Waseela lena chaiye,  aiye ham is ayat ki tahkeek karte hai [Is ayat ki detailed tafseer ke liye ye article padhe] :

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَابْتَغُوا إِلَيْهِ الْوَسِيلَةَ وَجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ-

Is ayat ka tarjuma:

Ae Eeman Walo! Allah Taalaa say dartay raho aur uss ka qurb talash kero aur uss ki raah mein jihad kero takay tumhara bhala ho.

Kuch tarjuma likhne wale jinki Arabic kamzor hai unhone kuch aesa tarjuma kiya hai:

Ae Eeman walo Allah se daro aur uski taraf wasilah dhundo aur uski Raah me jihad karo is ummeed par ki falah pao.

Ab jo Arabic word waseela hai uska matlab urdu lafz wala waseelah nahi hai, iska matlab nazdeeki hai. Zaruri nahi hai ki jo Arabic lafz hai uska matlab bhi wahi ho. Misaal ke taur par jo Quran me surah baqara hai..to Arabic me baqara lafz hai par is lafz ka matlab urdu wala baqara (goat) nahi balki Gaae(cow) hai. Isi tarha waseela ka matlab Arabic me nazdeeki hota hai.

Abu Wail Shaqeeq bin Salma (Tabiyee) is ayat ki tafseer me kahte hai,

"وَابْتَغُوا إلَـيْهِ الوَسِيـلَةَ } يقول: واطلبوا القربة إلـيه بـالعمل بـما يرضيه. "

 "(Allah ki) nazdeeki haasil karo nek amal kar ke".

Aur RasoolAllah ki hadith hame batati hai ki  kya Allah ki nazdeeki RasoolAllah ke wasile se hasil hoti hai ya fir kuch aur amal karne se:

Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Anhu) se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah (SallallahuAlaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya ki Allah Subhanahu tala farmata hai Jisney mere kisi Wali se Dushmani ki usey meri taraf se Elan-e-Jung hai aur Mera banda Jin Jin Ibadaton se Mera Qurb haasil karta hai (unme se) koi Ibaadat mujhko us sey ziyaada pasand nahi hai jo mainey us par farz ki hai (jaisey Namaz ,Roza , Hajj, Zakaat..)
Aur mera banda farz Ada karney ke baad Nawafil Ibaadat karte hue mujhse itna ziyada nazdeek ho jata hai ki main us sey Muhabbat karney lag jata hu phir jab main us se Muhabbat karney lag jata hu to Main uska Kaan (ear) ban jata hu jis sey wo sunta hai, uski Aankh ban jata hu jis se wo dekhta hai , uska haath banjata hu jis sey wo pakadta hai ,uska paaw (leg) ban jata hu jis sey wo chalta hai. Aur agar mujhse maangta hai to main usey deta hu, agar wo kisi Dushman ya shaitan se meri panaah ka talib hota hai to main usey Mehfooz rakhta hu aur main jo kaam karna chahta hu us mein mujhe itna taraddud (hesitation) nahi hota jitna ki mujhe apney momeen bandey ki Jaan nikaalney mein hota hai wo to Maut ko pasand nahi karta aur mujhe bhi usko takleef dena achcha nahi lagta.

Islami shariat me hame Allah ke naam aur apne nek aamal ke zarye se  mangne ki ijazat hai aur agar koi nek insan zinda hai to usse dua karwa sakte hai  lekin nek log jo faut ho gaye ho unka waseela laga kar dua mangna galat hai. Allah pak farmate hai:

(Ae Muhammad ﷺ) Jab meray banday meray baray mein aap say puche to aap keh den kay mein(apne bando se) boht hi qarib hun har pukarney walay ki pukar ko jab kabhi woh mujhay pukaray qabool kerta hun iss liye logon ko bhi chahaiye kay woh meri baat maan liya keren aur mujh per eman rakhen yehi unn ki bhalaee ka baees hai.

Yeh ibaarat Shaykh Saalih ibn al-Fawzan Hafidhullah ki Kitab ‘Fiqhi Ahkkam wa Masail’ ki Urdu Tarjumey se li gai hai. Page No. 118-120.

Rasoolullah ﷺne farmaaya;

“Tum Namaaz aise parho jaisey tum ne mujhe Namaaz parhtey dekha.” [Saheeh Bukhari, Kitab ul Azan, Hadees # 361]

۞ Rasoolullah ﷺ jab Namaaz ke liye khadey hotey to Qibla ki taraf rukh karte aur apne haathon ko kandhon ya kaano ke baraabar uthaatey. Apni hatheliyo ko Qibla ki Jaanib karte aur ‘Allaah u Akbar’ kehte the. [Saheeh Muslim Kitab us Salaaat, Hadees No. 390-391] 

۞ Phir Daayein Haath se baayein haath ko pakadtey. [Sunan Nasai, Hadees No. 888]

۞  Phir Tash’hudd awwal ke liye yun baith’tey jis tarha do Sajdo ke darmiyaan baith’tey the. Daayaan haath daayein raan par aur baayaan haath baayein raan par rakhte. ۞ Phir aap aakhir mein Jahannum, azaab e qabr, zindagi aur maut ke fitno aur dajjaal ke fitney se Allaah Ta’ala ki panaah talab karte aur wo duaayein karte jo Kitab o Sunnat mein maujud aur mehfooz hai. Darj e zil Dua apko bahut pasand thi, balke aap ne isey parhne ka hukm diya.

۞ “Allaahumma innee auzu bika min azaabil qabri, wa min azaabi jahannama, wa min fitnatil-mahyaa wal-mamamaati, wa min sharri fitnail-maseehid dajjaal.” [Saheeh Muslim, Kitab ul Masaajid, Hadees No. 588]

۞ Phir aap daayein jaanib aur baayein jaanib ‘Assaamu alaykum wa rehmatullaahi’ keh kar salaam phertey the. [Saheeh Muslim, Kitaab ul Masaajid, Hadees No. 582]

۞ Kalmaat salaam ki ibtidaa Qibla ki taraf moonh kar ke karte aur aakhri kalmaa adaa karne tak chehra mukammal daayein ya baayein taraf pher letey the.

۞ Phir Aap wo duaayein parhtey jo kitub ahadees mehfooz aur maujud hai.

Shaykh Saalih Fawzaan ibn al-Fawzaan hafizullah aagey farmaatey hai; 

‘Aye Musalmaan! Kitab o Sunnat ki roshni mein Namaaz ka yeh mukhtasar sa bayaan hai. Aap ko chaahiye ke apni Namaaz mein inn cheezo ka khoob ihtimaam karey taa ke aapki namaaz hatta al-imkaan Rasoolullah ﷺ ki Namaaz ke mutaabiq ho. Allaah ka irshaad hai;

‘Yaqeenen tumhaarey liye Rasool mein umdah namoona hai, har uss shaqs ke liye jo Allaah Ta’ala ki aur Qayaamat ke din ki tawaqqo rakhta hai aur ba-kasrat Allaah ko yaad karte hai. [Qur’an, Surah, Ahzab, Ayat No. 21].

Allaah Ta’ala se dua hai ke wo humein achey amaal ki taufeeq de, Aameen.
