Is Sahi Hadis Ka Galat Istadlal Ye karna ke mard aur aurat me fark hai to ye bat galat hai.
1.Jo bat jiske liye Ap s.a.w. Ne Khas kardi jae wo usi ke liye hai
2.Is masle ka tariqae namaz (qayam,ruku,sojod) se ta'luq nahi, Tariqa SALLO KAMA RA'AE TOMONI OSALLI ke tahet hoga.
3. Ahnaf Is Hadis Ke Khilaf Hain Kunki Imam ke bhol jane pe ye TASBIH nai bal'ke TAKBEER kehte hain.

۞ Imam Bukhari Rh.a ke Ustad Kehte Hain Ke " Mene AATA rh.a Se Suna Jab inse Aurat Ke Bare Me Pucha Gaya ke Wo Namaz Me Kese Hath Uthae to Inhone Farmaya Ke Apni Chatio Tak Aur Kaha K Namaz Me Apne Hathon Ko Is Tarah Na Uthae Jis Tarah Mard Uthate Hain Aur Inhone Is Bat Ko Jab Ishare Se Bataya To Hatho Ko Kafi Pust kia Aur Dono Ko Achi Tarah Milaya Aur Farmaya namaz Me Aurat Ka tariqa Mard ki Tarah Nai".

1_IMAM JARIR Ne Kaha K Mardod Hai
2_ABU HATIM ne Ka Ye Qawi Nahi
3_IMAM NISAE ne bhi yahi kaha
4_IMAM DARQUTNI ne kaha Zaef Hai
5_IBNE MADNI ne Kaha KAZZAB hai
6_Imam MOGYYARA kehte Han Ali R.a Ki riwayat Me Inki Tasdiq Nahi ki gai.
7_IMAM muslim ne Bhi Haris Ko Jhuta Kaha (tehzibul tehzib_vol:2_pg :126)
Lehaza Ye riwayat Zaef Hai Aur Isi Tarah IBNE ABBAS r.a Wali Riwayat Bhi Zaef Hai Aurat Ke namaz Ka Tariqe me Jitni Bhi Ahadis Hain Wo Sab Na qable qabol Hai zaef Hai.

►Aurat ka tariqa bhi mard ki tarah hi hai namaz ke hawale se baz masail alag hai magar tariqa nahi!.

۩ "NAMAZ me Aurat ka Sar khula Na ho, jab'k Mard ka khula ho to Harz nahi".
(bukhari 1/532).
۩ "NAMAZ me Aurat ke Thakne nange na ho jb k Mard k takhne Khule ho."

۩ "AURAT mardo ki imamat nahi kara sakti Jab'k Mard Aurto ki imamat kara sakta hai."

۩ "IMAM ke bhulne pe Aurat tali bjaegij Jab'k mard SubhanAllah Kahega.

۩ "AGAR Aurat Aurton ki imamat karaegi to wo saf ke Darmiyan me Khari Hugi jab'ke Mard Tanha age Khara hota ha."

۩ "MUSHTARKA Jamat me aurat ki saf Sabse pichly (last) me hogi jab ke mard ki sabse aage hogi."
(sahi muslim 1/182un abi huraira r.a) .
۩ "Aurat Na Azan De sakti Hai aur mardo ki jamat me Takbeer keh skti ha".
(muhalla ibne hazam 2/16z) .
Note:
Aurat Aurton ki had tak mehdod ho kar Takbeer keh skti hai.

۩ " Mard saf me akela khara nai ho sakta jab ke aurat khari ho sakti ha".

(Bukhari 1/101) .
۩ "Agr 2 admi jamat karaen to muqtadi daen Janib khara hoga jb'ke aurat piche khari hogi.
(bukhari 1/101).
۩ "Mard Par Farz Namazo Ke Liye Masjid Me Ana Mustahab Hai. Jab'ke aurat Ka ana mustahab Nai Bal ke Mubah hai ."

۩  "Mard Masjid Me Aate Waqt Khoshbo Istimal Kar Sakte Hain Khawateen Hargiz Nahi."

In Masail ko Aurat ki Namaz Ko Alag Dalil Banana Ke Aurat Mard Ki Tarah Nahi Lehaza Iski Namaz bhi Mard Ki Tarah Nahi ye Sirf Inke Moonh Ki Baate hain, Hadeese e Mohammad ﷺ Me Tariqa e Namaz Me Koi Fark nahin.
