Aadab e Ikhtilaf


Allah pak Quran e majeed me farmate hai

Dehaati log kehtay hain kay hum emaan laye. Aap keh dijiye kay darhaqeeqat tum emaan nahi laye lekin tum yun kaho kay hum islam laye(Muslim hue) halankay eeman to abhi tak tumharay dilon mein dakhil hi nahi hua hai.

Surah Hujurat (49), ayat: 14.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya

“Wo Log jinhone Eeman ki kalemaat kahe hai lekin eeman to abhi tumhare dilo me dakhil bhi nahi hua hai! Musalmano ki burai mat karo na hi unki galtiya nikalo, kyuki jo bhi unki galtiya nikalega toh Allah uski galtiya nikalega wo kyuna apne ghar me hi ho.”

Narrated by Abu Dawood, no. 4880; classed as saheeh (authentic) by al-Albaani.

Aj Hamare Ummat ka haal kya hai? Gaur se dekha jaye toh jhagda, fasaad, bughz hi nazar ayega. Jab ki Ummat me ulfat aur Muhabbat farz hai aur Mustahab aamaal me ikhtilaf ho jaye to usme koi baat nahi hoti. Kyuki ikhtilaf sahaba ke daur se chalte aa rahe hai, ye aam baat hai lekin ye alag baat hai ki Kuch log bhul gaye hai ki ham sab ka zahen ek tarha ke nahi hai, ham sab ki soch alag hai to isi wajah se ham sab ki raaye alag ho sakti hai isme koi badi baat nahi.

Agar ham Quran aur sunnah padhenge to hame pata chalega ki sahaba me bhi ikhtilaf hota tha, lekin kya wo ek dusre par kufr, gushtakh e Rasool, manhajless ka fatawa dete the? Balki wo khule hue zahen se ek dusri ki baat sunte the aur jo kitab wa sunnah se nazdeek raaye ho usko maan liya karte the. Aur aj hmara Islam kya h? Agar ham 99% me ek ho lekin zara sa bhi hamne ek dusre se kisi muamle me ikhtilaf kar liya to us par pahle gumrah ke fatwo ki barish karte hai fir bad zubani aur aakhir me bure alfaz aur gali galoch par utar aate hai. Kya isi ka naam Islam hai? ki ham zara sa bhi ek dusre ko bardasht na kare? Allah ki Panaah!

Ham ye kyu soch lete hai ki sirf ham Hi sahih ho sakte hai. Kya ham Nabi ﷺ ke tarha masum hai? Beshak Nahi. Ham insan hai aur insan se Galatia hoti hai. Ham apne apko farishto ka darja kyu de dete hai ki hamse kabhi koi galti nahi ho sakti. Bas sirf ham sahih hai, hmara firqa haq hai baaki sab galat hai. Khuda ke liye zara aql istemal kare. Ham khud apas me aese Hi ladte rahenge to dusro ko Islam ki dawat kab denge. Gair Muslimo ke samne hmari izzat kya rah jaegi.

Aur Ham Islamic Speakers tak ko nahi chhorte jinhone tab Islam ke liye awaz buland ki thi jab ham sab shirk-biddat aur khurafaat me dube hue the. In sab se nikalne wale Hi wo speakers the. Par afsos un ko tak ham ne na chhora aur wo bhi sirf isliye kyuki ek ya kuch chizo me wo hamse muktalif raaye rakhte hai. Jin speakers ne dunya ke kone kone me ja kar Islam ki dawat di, jinhone hame aur ham jaise laakho Musalmano ko shirk biddat khurafaat se bahar nikala, jinhone ham ko bataya ki Islam kis chiz ka naam hai aur Muslim kise kahte hai? Aj ham gairo se pahle khud unpar hamla kar dete hai aur unko gumrah aur pata nahi kya kya bol jaate hai apni jahalat aur kam ilmi ki wajah se aur afsos dar afsos wo bhi sirf isliye ki wo hmse kuch baato me ikhtilaf rakhte h aur wo bhool jate hai ki sahaba me bhi ikhtilaf hua karte the.

Afsos ki hame Aadab e Ikhtilaf hi nahi pata aur ham badi badi Quran aur sunnat ki baate karte hai.

Ham is tarha khud garz aur jahalat me aachuke hai ki ab ham khud ko jannati aur baaki sabko gumraah aur Dozakhi kahne lage hai. Subhan Allah, Allah hu Akbar. Ye kis tarha ki jahalat hai. Wo sahaba e karaam jinhe Allah ne kaha ki Allah unse raazi aur wo Allah se raazi, kuch ko dunya me Hi jannat ki basharat mil gai. Iske bawujud unhone kabhi ye dawa nahi kiya ki wo jannati hai. Balki hmesha Allah se darte aur usse magfirat ki Ummeed rakhte rahe. Aur hairani ki baat hai ki aj ke log itne bade bade dawe krne lage hai jab ki unke amal aur sahaba ke amal ke bich ki duri wo Hazaar saal ke waqfe me bhi puri nahi kar sakte.
۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ek jawan ladke ke pas tashreef farmaya hue jo Maut ki halat me tha. RasoolAllah ﷺ ne us ladke se farmaya, "Apko kaisa lag raha hai?" Usne kaha, "Ae Allah ke Rasool, Mujhe Allah par Ummeed hai lekin mai apne gunaho se darta hu". 
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Farmaya, "Ye do chiz (Ummeed aur Khauf) is surat e haal me ek shaks ke dil me nahi rahta lekin ye ki Allah use ata kar dega jiski wo ummeed karta hai aur use mahfooz rakhega us chiz se jisse wo Khauf me hai."

Sunan Ibn Majah, Kitabul Zuhd, Vol. 5, Book 37, Hadith 4261. Classed as Hasan by Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai r.h. 
SubhanAllah, ye hai ek sahaba ka Attitude. Ye sahabi ne ye nahi kaha ki Ae Allah ke Rasool Mai Haq pe hu, firqa e Najia se hu, Mai to apki sohbat me raha, Quran me Allah ne gawahi diya ki Allah Mujh se raazi, mai Allah se raazi, Nahiii!!! Balki Khauf aur ummeed ke bich ke maut par jo mara wo haq par mara.  SubhanAllah bade bade sahaba ne aesa nahi kaha ki mai Jannat me jaunga balki ummeed hamesha ki ke Allah Jannat de aur Jahannam se najaat de. 

Yaha to ham duniya me jite ji kah rahe hote hai ki mai hi Haq par hu, Mai hi Firqa e Najia se hu, hamara hi firqa jannati hai. Ye kah kar hamne apni islah ke purey darwaze band kar diye hai ki bhai Islah to tu kar apni mai to pahle se hi us jamaat se hu jo puri ki puri jannat jane wali hai. Yahi to tarika hai shaitaan ka ek Muslim ko gumraah karne ka. Tou lihaja hum ummid karte hai ke firqa-e-najia me rahe! Lekin Hum dawa nahi kar sakte ke hum firqa-e-najia se hai. Sahaba ne nahi kiya, bade bade Tabayeen ne nahi kiya, Khud Ulema ne nahi kiya to hamari kyu auqaat fir ki ham dawa kare, Jo Khairul Quroon me the, sabse behtareen zamane me the, jiski gawahi Allah ne di, RasoolAllah ne di, wo aese daawe na karte the, Ye ajeeb baat hai ki aaj ke baad ke daur ke log kaise himmat se karte hai. Pata nahi ye log aesi himmat kaha se laate hai ye bolne ke liye.

Khud ka manhaj sahih baaki sab ka manhaj galat, khud jannati baaki sab dozakhi, Khud Haq par baaki sab gumraah, khud aashiqe Rasool baaki sab gustakh e Rasool. Allah hu Akbar. Kya yahi Islam sikhata h? Islam toh gairo ko bhi apnane ki taleemat deta hai aur ham Apne Musalman bhai ke zara si ikhtilaf ko bhi bardasht nahi kar sakte. Ek dusre ke piche namaze nahi padhte, ek dusre ko salaam nahi karte, Jab ki sahaba Khwarij ko bhi salam kiya karte the aur unke piche namaz padha karte the jab ki khwarij sahaba ko unke muh par Kafir kaha karte the.
۩ Tariq bin Shihaab (Tabayee) r.h. bayan karte hai ke Mai Ali ibn e abi talib r.a. ke paas tha to unse sawal kiya gaya ke Kya Ahl e Neherwaan (ya'ni khawarij) mushrikeen hai? Ap r.a. ne farmaya ke (Nahi), Shirk se to wo Bhage hai. Fir pucha gaya to kya Fir wo munafiq hai? Ap r.a. ne Farmaya: Nahi! Munafiqeen to Allah ta'ala ko bahut hi kam yaad karne wale hote hai (ya'ani khawarij to had se zyada ibadat guzaar hai to wo munafiq kyun kar ho sakte hai). Fir pucha gaya ke aakhir wo (khawarij) kya hai?
Ali r.a. ne farmaya ye (hamare) aise (Musalman bhai) log hai jinhone hamare khilaaf baghawat ki hai.

۩ Abu Shihaab riwayat karte hai ki Hazrat Ibn Umar r.a. Khasbiya aur Khawarij ko salam kiya karte the jab ki wo apas me jang kiya karte the, aur wo (ibn Umar) kaha karte the ki Jo bhi koi “Hayya Alal Salaah” kahega mai is ka jawab dunga (matlab unke masjid me namaz padhunga) aur jo bhi “Hayya Alal Falaah” kahega mai uska bhi jawab dunga, lekin agar koi kahe ki ham Musalman bhaiyo ka katl kare ya unka maal lute tab ham inka sath nahi denge.

Shaykh Ibn Taymiyya farmate hai,

Khawaarij jo gumrah hue, jinse ladne ka hukm RasoolAllah ne diya tha, aur jinse Ameer al-Mu’mineen ‘Ali r.a., ek hidayat-yafta Khalifa ne jang kari, aur jinse Sahaabah, Taabi‘een aur unke baad aane wale bade ulema bina ikhtilaf unse jang karne se muttakif hue, unhe ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib, Sa‘d ibn Abi Waqqaas aur durse Sahaabah ne kafir nahi kaha; balki (in sahaba ne) unhe Musalman mana agarche unlogo ne inse jang ki thi…

Ham aadab e ikhtilaf ke muamle me Sahaba aur salaf ke bilkul ulta kar rahe hai aur daawa karte hai ki ham salaf me tarike par chalne wale hai. Zara Kitab khol kar padhe toh ki hamare asal buzurgaane Deen, hmare salaf ka ikhtilaf ki halat me kya muamla hua karta tha fir apko pata chalega ki ham kidhar jaa rahe hai.

Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen ne farmaya

Jadeed daur me Kuch log jinhone salafiyyah ka rasta apnaya unlogo ne har us shaks ko gumraah kahna shuru kar diya jo unse ikhtilaf karta hai yaha tak ke agar wo shaks sahih ho, aur kuch logo ne Hibz ka rasta apnaya jis tarha se dusre groh(parties) ne apnaya tha jo apne ap ko Mazhab e Islam se hone ka dawah karte hai. Ye kuch aesa hai jo na-pasandida hai aur jiski manzuri nahi di ja sakti, aur unlogo se ye kahna chaiye: Salaf as saleh ke tarike ko dekho, wo kya kiya karte the? Un ke tarike ko dekho aur kaise wo khule dil ke the jab ikhtilaf ki surat aati thi jisme ijtihaad jaiyz hai (aur ikhtilaf kabile qubul hai). Woh bade masail me bhi Ikhtilaf karte the, eeman aur amal ke masail me. Ap ko kuch chize milengi, jaise, RasoolAllah ﷺ ka Allah ko dekhne pe inkar karna jab ki dusro ne kaha ki unhone dekha hai. Apne  kuch ko ye kahte hue dekha hoga ki qayamat ke din jo chiz tauli(weighted)  jayegi wo hai aamaal jab ki dusre log kahte the ki wo  to aamaal ki kitab hai jo tauli jayengi. Ap unhe dekhenge ki wo Fiqh ke muamlo me bhi kafi had tak ikhtilaf karte the, jaise Nikah, wirasat ka hissa, khareed aur farokhqt, aur dusre muamlo me. Lekin is ke bawujud unhone ek dusre ko gumraah nahi kaha.

Salafiyyah ek khas Jamaat ke taur par jiski alag khushusiyat ho jisme log un logo ke siwa sabko gumraah kahe, in logo ka salafiyyah se kuch lena-dena nahi hai. Jaha tak ke salafiya jiska matlab salaf ki pairwi karna eeman me, kalimaat aur aamaal me, ittihad, mutabqat aur shafkat aur muhabbat ke taraf bulana jaisa ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Momin ke Misaal ek jism me Muhabbat, rahmat aur shafkat ki tarha hai; jab koi ek hisse me takleef hoti hai toh fir baaki hissa bhi us ke sath jaagta hai aur bukhar me shamil ho jata hai- YE ASAL SALAFIYYAH HAI

Agar ikhtlaf ho bhi jaye kisi masle pe, toh ikhtilaf gusse, gazab, ladai-jhagda, kisi ki izzat utarne ya lanat-malamat karne pe hame aamada na kare. Agar apko waqai lagta hai ki apke kisi bhai me koi kami hai to usse pyar se baat kare, uske hidayat ke liye duae kare, use ache aqhlaq ke sath samjhaye na ki use badnaam kare use buri baate sunaye ya Fatawa baazi kare. Ye hai Hamare salaf ka aqhlaq aur unka manhaj.
Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Jisne ek momin pe lanat ki to wo aesa hai ki usne uska katl kiya aur jisne ek momin ko Kafir kaha to ye aesa hai ki usne usko maar dala.”

Wa Na Karna Firqa Bandi Ke Liye Apni Zuban
Chup Ke Hai Baitha Huwa Hangama-e-Mehshar Yahan
