Hukuk Ka Sabak


حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعُمَيْسِ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ آخَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ سَلْمَانَ، وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، فَزَارَ سَلْمَانُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ، فَرَأَى أُمَّ الدَّرْدَاءِ مُتَبَذِّلَةً‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهَا مَا شَأْنُكِ قَالَتْ أَخُوكَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ لَيْسَ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا‏.‏ فَجَاءَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ، فَصَنَعَ لَهُ طَعَامًا‏.‏ فَقَالَ كُلْ‏.‏ قَالَ فَإِنِّي صَائِمٌ‏.‏ قَالَ مَا أَنَا بِآكِلٍ حَتَّى تَأْكُلَ‏.‏ قَالَ فَأَكَلَ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا كَانَ اللَّيْلُ ذَهَبَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ يَقُومُ‏.‏ قَالَ نَمْ‏.‏ فَنَامَ، ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ يَقُومُ‏.‏ فَقَالَ نَمْ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا كَانَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ قَالَ سَلْمَانُ قُمِ الآنَ‏.‏ فَصَلَّيَا، فَقَالَ لَهُ سَلْمَانُ إِنَّ لِرَبِّكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا، وَلِنَفْسِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا، وَلأَهْلِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا، فَأَعْطِ كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ‏.‏ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ صَدَقَ سَلْمَانُ ‏"‏‏.‏

Hazrat Abu Juhaifa  r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya ke Nabi ﷺ ne Hazrat Salman Farsi r.a. aur Hazrat Abu Darda r.a. ke bich bhai-chara kara diya tha, chunanche Ek din Salman r.a. Abu Darda se milne gaye to unhone Umme Darda r.a. ko intehai badhaal (shabby) kapdo mein dekha.  Unhone in se daryaft kiya: Tumhara ye kya haal hai ? Wo (Umme Darda) boli ke tumhare bhai Abu Darda r.a. ko dunya ki zarurat hi nahi hai. Itne me Abu Darda r.a. bhi aagaye, aur un ke samnay khana haazir kiya aur kaha ke khana khao, unhone kaha ke mai to rozay se hu. Is par Salman r.a. ne farmaya ke mai bhi us waqt tak khana nahi khaunga jab taq tum khud bhi shareek na hoge. 
Raawi ne bayan kiya ke fir wo khane mein shareek ho gaye. Raat hui toh Abu Darda r.a. Ibadat ke liye uthe lekin Salman r.a. farmaya ki abhi so jao aur Abu Darda r.a. so gaye. Kuch der baad Abu Darda r.a. firse uthe lekin Salman r.a. ne farmaya ke abhi soye raho. Fir jab raat ka aakhri hissa hua to Salman r.a. ne farmaya ke acha ab uth jao. Chunanche dono ne namaz padhi. Is ke baad Salman r.a ne farmaya,

إِنَّ لِرَبِّكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا، وَلِنَفْسِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا، وَلأَهْلِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا

"Tumahre Rab Ka Tum Par Haq Hai, Tumhari Jaan Ka Tum Par Haq Hai Aur Tumhare Khandan (Family) Ka Tum Par Haq Hai."
Lehaza Tumhein sab ke huqooq ada karne chahiye. Fir Ap Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hue aur Aap ﷺ se ye sab muamla bayan kiya. (Toh) Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya ke Salman ne Sach kaha .

Is riwayat se hame kaafi kuch sikhne ko milta hai. Ye baat to zahir hi ho gai ki hame sab ke hukuk ka khyal rakhna chaiye, sath sath hame ye bhi sikhe ko mila ki hame islah waqt aur mahaul dekh kar karna chaiye sabr ke sath. Salman Farsi r.a. ne fauran hi nahi toka Abu Darda r.a. ko balki Raat ki tahajjud ki namaz ke baad unhe samjhaya. Isi liye hame bhi chaiye ki ham waqt, haalaat aur mahaul par nazar rakh kar sabr ke sath dusro ko samjhaye. Allah se Dua hai ki wo hame sahaba e karaam ke naksheqadam par chalaye. aameen.

Akele Namaz Padhne Wale Shaks Ke Liye Azaan Aur Iqamat Kahna


أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ أَبَا عُشَّانَةَ الْمَعَافِرِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ يَعْجَبُ رَبُّكَ مِنْ رَاعِي غَنَمٍ فِي رَأْسِ شَظِيَّةِ الْجَبَلِ يُؤَذِّنُ بِالصَّلاَةِ وَيُصَلِّي فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ انْظُرُوا إِلَى عَبْدِي هَذَا يُؤَذِّنُ وَيُقِيمُ الصَّلاَةَ يَخَافُ مِنِّي قَدْ غَفَرْتُ لِعَبْدِي وَأَدْخَلْتُهُ الْجَنَّةَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Ye riwayat kiya gaya hai ki Uqbah bin 'Amir r.a. ne kaha ki maine RasoolAllah ﷺ se ye kahte hue suna ki "Tumhara Rab us charwahe (shepherd) se khush hota hai jo (akela) pahad ki choti par Namaz ke liye Azaan kah kar Namaz ada karta hai, chunanche Allah azzawajal farmate hai, Mere is bande ko dekho ye Azaan aur Iqaamat kah kar namaz ada karta hai aur mujh se darta hai. Mai tumhe gawah banata hu ke Mai ne ise bakhsh diya aur ise jannat mein daakhil kar diya".

Sunan an-Nasa'i, The Book of the Adhan, Vol. 1, Book 7, Hadith 667. Classed as Sahih by Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai. 

۩ Imam Shafi farmate hai, "Agar ek shakhs Azan aur Iqamat kahne ko nazarandaz karta hai Jab wo Namaz Akele padh raha ho ya Jamaat me, Toh Mai ise Makrooh (na-pasandida) samajhta hu. Lekin agar us shaks ne Azan ya Iqaamat kahe bagair namaz ada kari hai toh usko apni namaz dohrane ki zarurat nahi hai." 

Kitaab al-Umm by al-Shaafa’i, Jimaa’ al-Adhaan, Baab al-Adhaan wa’l-Iqaamah li’l-Jam’ bayna al-Salaatayn.

۩ Shaykh Muhammad Saalih al-Munajjid farmate hai. "Umoomi dalail ke bina par munfarid (individual) shakhs ke liye Azaan aur Iqamat kahna mustahab hai."  (source)

Toh natija ye nikla ki Akele Namaz padhne wale shaks ke liye Azan dena aur Iqamat kahna Mustahab Amal hai.

Kya Banks Ka Sood Gareebo Ko Dena Jayz Hai ?


Kya hamare liye jaiz hai ki Banko ka sood kisi mohtaaj aur zarurtmand shakhs ko de-den ?

Alhamdulillah..

Agar to koi aisa shakhs hai jo soodi lain-den karta tha aur ab Tauba karne ke baad sood ke zarye haasil karda maal se chutkara haasil karna chahta hai to is se chutkara haasil karne ke liye kisi Gareeb ko diya ja sakta hai, aur isi tarha agar bank ne is ke account mein sood ki kuch raqam rakh di ho to use bhi Gareeb ko de dein, Lekin yeh sadaqa shumaar nahi ho ga, kyuki Allah subhana wa tala pakiza hai aur pakiza cheez hi qubool farmata hai .

Lekin soodi lain-den karte rahna jaiz nahi balke ye kabira gunah hai, aur sood lene wala Allah ta'la aur us ke Rasool ﷺ ka dushman hai, hatta ke agar woh Gareeb ko dene ke liye bhi sood leta ho .

Haq Ki Maut - Mohar e Nabawi


Ham har Namaz me Allah se ye dua karte hai ki Ae Allah hame sidha rasta dikha, wo rasta jis par tu ne inaam farmaya hai na ki wo rasta jis par tu ne saza muqarrar kiya hai [Surah Fatiha ayat 6-7]. Har namaz me ye dua padhna khud bata raha hai ki sidhe raste par chalne ki kya ahmiyat hai hamare Deen me. Sidhe raste par chalna hi haq par chalna hai. Lekin ye bhi boht aham hai ki hamari maut haq par aye.

Pichle kuch articles me maine tafseel se bataya tha ki haq par kaise chala jaye aur Haq ka safar kaise tay kiya jaye. Ab is article me mai is baat par roshni dalna chahunga ki haq ki maut kya hoti hai aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame is ke bareme kya bataya hai aur sahaba e karaam ne is par amal kaise karke dikhaya hai.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏:‏ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ دَخَلَ عَلَى شَابٍّ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَوْتِ فَقَالَ ‏:‏ ‏"‏ كَيْفَ تَجِدُكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏:‏ أَرْجُو اللَّهَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَأَخَافُ ذُنُوبِي ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏:‏ ‏"‏ لاَ يَجْتَمِعَانِ فِي قَلْبِ عَبْدٍ فِي مِثْلِ هَذَا الْمَوْطِنِ إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ مَا يَرْجُو وَآمَنَهُ مِمَّا يَخَافُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ek jawan ladke ke pas tashreef farma hue jo Maut ki halat me tha. RasoolAllah ﷺ ne us ladke se farmaya, “Tumhe kaisa lag raha hai?”
Unhone kaha, “Ae Allah ke Rasool, Mujhe Allah par Ummeed hai lekin mai apne gunaho se darta hu”. 
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Farmaya, “Ye do chiz (Ummeed aur Khauf) is surat e haal me ek shaks ke dil me nahi rahta lekin ye ki Allah use ata kar dega jiski wo ummeed karta hai aur use mahfooz rakhega us chiz se jisse wo Khauf me hai.”

Sunan Ibn Majah, Kitabul Zuhd, Vol. 5, Book 37, Hadith 4261. Classed as Hasan by Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai r.h.

Gaur kare ! Ye sahabi ne ye nahi kaha ki Ae Allah ke Rasool Mai Haq pe hu, firqa e Najia se hu, Mai to apki sohbat me raha, Quran me Allah ne gawahi di hai ki Allah Mujh se raazi, mai Allah se raazi, lekin Nahiii!!! Khauf aur ummeed ke bich ke maut par jo mara wo haq par mara.  SubhanAllah bade bade sahaba ne aesa nahi kaha ki mai Jannat me jaunga balki ummeed hamesha ki ke Allah Jannat de aur Jahannam se najaat de. Aur ek ham log hai jo itne gunahgar hokar bhi Jannati ya Firqa e Najia ka self made certificate lekar ghum rahe hai. Toh ye haq ki maut hai ki ham Allah se khuaf kare aur sath sath Allah se ummeed bhi rakhe.

Ab aiye dekhte hai ki is hadith par sahaba e karaam ne kaise amal kar ke dikhaya:

Umar r.a. ki wafat ke waqt ka bayan:

Amr bin Maimun r.a. riwayat karte hai, [Umar bin Khattab r.a. Ke wafat ke waqt, jab Umar r.a. zakhmi halat me the] Ek naujawan Umar r.a. ke paas aaya aur kahne laga, Ae Ameer ul Momineen!  Allah taala ki taraf se Ap ko khushkhabri ho. Ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ki sohbat uthai. Ibtida mein Islam laane ka Sharf haasil kiya jo ki Ap ko maloom hai. Fir Ap khalifa banaye gaye aur Ap ne poore insaaf se hukoomat kiya, Fir Shahadat payi. 
Ye sun kar Umar r.a. ne farmaya, "(Dekho aesa mat kaho) Mere In Aamaal Ke Wajah Se Qayamat Ke Din Mere Naam e Aamaal Agar Barabar Bhi Ho Gaya To Mere Liye Ye Kafi Hoga."

Rough translation from a summary of a long Hadith. (read full hadith).

SubhanAllah !!! Andaza lagaiye Ameer ul Mominee Umar ibn Khattab r.a. jiske bareme RasoolAllah ﷺ ka farman hai ki mere baad agar koi Nabi hota to wo Umar hota (at-Tirmidhi (3686)), jinke talluq se RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jis gali se Umar r.a. guzarte hai us gali se shaitan bhag jata hai (Sahih Bukhari 5735). Wo shaks khud kah raha hai ki agar mere aamaal barabar bhi ho jaye to kaafi hai. 

Toh hamara bhi yahi akhlaq hona chaiye ki ham badi se badi neki karne ke baad bhi zameen par hi rahe, aasman me udne na lag jaye. Yahi tarika behtar hai aur isi tarike ki taaleem hame Rasoolallah ﷺ ne diya hai aur isi tarike par sahaba e karaam ne amal kar ke dikhaya hai. Hame bhi chaiye ki ham Allah se Darte rahe aur Usse Ummeed karte rahe lekin kabhi taqabbur ya tassub me na shamil ho ki hamare pas boht ilm hai ya hamare amal boht zyada hai. Toh jaisa ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne khud wazahat kiya, Ek Musalman ko Allah ke khauf aur Allah se ummeed me zindagi basar karni chaiye, yahi sidha rasta hai. 

Allah hamari maut khauf aur Ummeed ke darmiyan ata kare. aameen.

Haq Ki Talaash Aur Ham


Ek Musalmaan aur ek Tailb e Ilm ko hamesha Sach ki talaash karte rahna chahiye. Hame sha'oor ki umar (age) se lekar aakhri saas tak ye safar taye karte rahna chahiye. Kyuki isi tarike ki taleem hame Quran aur Sunnat se milti hai. Sahaba e karaam, salaf as saliheen aur hamare imamo ki zindagi ek behtareen misaal hai is chiz ki. Agar ham ye samjhenge ki bas ab hamari hi soch, hamari hi raaye sahih hai aur isme galti ke chances bhi maujud nahi hai to ye khud ko Nubuwat ke darze par fa'iz karna hua. Kyuki sirf Ambiya karaam ke bareme hi kaha ja sakta hai ki sirf wahi log hai jo Allah ki hifazat me rahte hai. Baaki ham sab ke sab sirf ek insan hai. Ham tahkeek karte hai, baaz aukat hamari tahkeek sahih hoti hai aur baaz aukat hamari tahkeek galat hoti hai. Baaz aukaat hamse choti galtiya hoti hai, baaz aukat hamse badi galtiya ho jati hai. Toh koi ilm me kitne hi bade darje par pohch jaye, galatiya ka imkaan (chances) hamesha bana rahta hai.

Hame apne Dil o Dimag ko hamesha khula rahne dena chahiye. Agar ham yeh samjhenge ki bas ham hi sahih hai, hamari hi soch sahih hai, yahi aakhri nataij hai jo hamne seekh liye hai to ye Islah ka darwaza band karna hua. Aur hamari zahen is tarha ban jayegi ki 'Bhai Islah to Ap apni karo, ham to pahle se hi Haq par hai, ham to pahle se hi Jannati hai.'

Apko Sahabi e Rasool ﷺ, Salman Farsi r.a. ki zindagi ka Ilm hoga. Sabse pahle wo aatish-parast the, fir wo Isaai hue aur fir unhone Islam qubul kiya. Unko Islam ki daulat isi liye mili kyu ki unhone haq ke liye hamesha apna dil o dimag khole rakha. Agar wo hamari hi tarah zahen bana lete ki bas mai hi sahih hu to ap soche ki unhe Islam ki daulat kaise milti. Aur Salman Farsi r.a. ki badi fazilat ayi hai Hadith ki kitabo me. [Allah ne agar zindagi di to aage mai Salman Farsi r.a. ki zindagi par ek khas article publish karunga in shaa Allah]. Salman Farsi r.a. ki puri zindagi Haq talash karne walo aur Ilm ka safar taye karne walo ke liye ek sabak hai.

Toh Haq ki talash karne wala bane, aur Ilm ke safar ke sachhe musafir ban kar zindagi basar kare. Aur Khuda ke liye is tassub aur taqabbur ko apne dil o dimag se nikal fenke ki hamare tahkeek ya raaye me galti nahi ho sakti. Ye galti hame boht bhari pad sakti hai qayamat ke din. Aur khud ka post mortem karte rahe. Yaani Jaizaa Lete Rahe. Kuch sawalat hai jise hame roz khud se puchna chaiye ki:
۩ Kya Humne Apne Apko Taa'subaat Se Pak Karne Ki Koshish Ki Hai ?
۩ Kya Hum Ab Bhi Jazbaat Main Beh Jate Hein ?
۩ Kya Ab Bhi Hum Usi Jagah Par Khade Hain Ke Pahle Agar Ek Shakhs Ki Aqeedat (Andhi-takleed ; Blind-following) Main Mubtala The Toh Ab Kisi Doosray Shakhs Ki Aqeedat Main Mubtala Hogye Hain ?
۩  Kya Is Ilm Ke Safar Main Waqayi Ab Hum Khalis Daleel Ki Bunyaad Par Cheezo Ko Samjhte Hain ?
۩ Agar Koi Hamari Maani Hui Raa'ye Se Mukhtalif Cheez Ki Taraf Humain Bulaye To Hamara Response Gair Tassubana Hota Hai ?
۩ Kya Hum Aj Bhi Poori Tawajjoh Se Uski Bat Sun'nay Ke Liye Amaa'da Hojaty Hain ?
۩ Kya Hamary Andar Ye Cheez Moujood Hai Ke Agar Hamari Ghalti Hum Par Waa'zeh Ki Jayegi Toh Hum Haq Ko Maan Lengay?
Toh iska jaizaa lety rehna chahye hame. Kyuki tassub insan ki aisi kamzori hai ke bade se bade ahle ilm ko ye andaza nahi hota kay wo is kamzori main mubtala ho chuka hai. Toh har raat jab ap apne bed par sone jaye to khud se ye sawal puche.

Ye Ilm ka safar hai, hum sab ke sab Nabi ﷺ ki baat ko samjhne mein masroof hain. Aur aiye ap bhi sath shamil hojaiye.

Bachhon ki Taleem Wa Tarbiyat ka Sahih Tareeqa Kaun sa hai ?


Sawal : Mai apne Das saal se chhootey Bhaiyon ki kis tarha Tarbiyat karun ke bade ho kar bhi Deendar rahen aur is ke liye kya Tareeqa apnana chahiye ?

Alhmdulillah..


Hum Aap ko nasihat karenge ke inhe Quran e Majeed, Sahih ahadees e Nabawi aur un me maujood Islami akhlaqiyat ki tarbiyat den, Inhen Neki, Sila rahmi (rishtedari nibhana), Sachhai aur Amanat-dari wagaira par mushtamil aala akhlaqi akdaar ki aadat dalain. Un se Namaz ba-jamaat ki pabandi karwaen, Isi tarha khane peene aur baat karne wagaira ke mutalliq bhi Islami aadaab sikhaye, chunanche agar Ap ke bhai in akhlaqiaat aur aadaab par bade hote hain, aur Allah ke hukum se isi par qayam rahtay hain, aur un ki zindagi ke shab wa roz isi par guzarte hain to is se inhen bhi faida hoga aur Ap ko bhi iska ajar milega .
