Gair-Muslim Ko Sadaqah Dena

Sawal: Gair Muslim ko sadaqah dena ya unki maali madad karna kaisa hai?

Alhmdulillah :

Gair-Muslim gareeb ya miskeen ko nawafili sadaqat o khairaat dena jaiz hai aur khaas kar jab woh  rishtedaar ho lekin shart ye hai ke woh hamare khilaaf jang karne walo me shaamil na ho, aur un me se kisi ne aesi ziyadati na ki jis ki bina par un ke sath ahsaan karna mamnoo thahre, aur farz ki hui zakat inhe dena jaiz nahi hai.

Kyuki Allah ﷻ ka farmaan hai:

Jin logo ne tum se Deen ke baare mein ladaai nahi kari aur tumhe jila-watan nahi kiya un ke sath husn e suluk karne aur insaf ke sath bartao karne se Allah tala tumhe nahi rokta, balke Allah tala toh insaaf karne walon se mohabbat karta hai.

Allah taala tumhe sirf un logon se mohabbat karne se rokta hai jinhone tum se Deen ke baare me ladai kari aur tumhe jila-watan kiya, aur jilaa-watan karne walo ki madad ki, jo log aise kuffaar se mohabbat kare woh qatan zalim hai.

Surah Mumtahinah (60), ayat 8-9.

Note: Jila-watan ka matlab kisi ke watan se usko nikalna.

Asma bint abi Bakr r.a. bayan karti hai, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ke zamane me ek baar meri walida mere paas aayi jo ki Mushrik thi. Toh maine Rasool kareem ﷺ se daryaft kiya: Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ mere paas meri walida ayi hai aur wo madad talab karne aayi hai, toh kya mai un ke sath sila rahmi karu? Toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: Haa ! Unse sila rahmi karo."

Sahih al Bukhari, book of gifts, hadith - 2624.

Aisha r.a. bayan karti hai ek Yahudi aurat ne unse bheek manga toh unhone use de diya, to woh yahudi aurat kahne lagi: Allah taala ap ko aazaab e qabar se mahfooz rakhe, toh Aisha r.a. ne unhe ajeeb samjha, jab unhone Nabi ﷺ ko dekha to iske bareme unse pucha.
Toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: Nahi.
Aisha r.a. kahti hain: Fir Rasool ﷺ ne is ke baad hame farmaya ke unki taraf wahee (revelation) aayi hai ke tum apni qabro me azmaish aur fitnah me daale jaoge.

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith - 24815.

To ye dono hadees kafir ko nawafili sadqa ya khairaat ya madad dene ke jawaz par dalalat karti hai.

Imam Shafi (tabe-tabaeen) r.h. kahte hai:

"Nafli sadaqa o khairaat maise mushrik ko dene me koi harj nahi, lekin farz kiya hua (zakat) me iska koi haq nahi, aur Allah tala ne aise logon ki tareef bayan karte hue farmaya hai:

Aur woh Allah tala ki muhabbat me khana khilate hai miskeen, yateem aur qaidiyo ko. [al-Insaan 76:8]"

Islam Me Biwiyon Ke Huqooq


Islam me jis tarah bachho ke maa-baap ke huquk hain usi tarah biwiyon ke bhi huqooq hai.

Allah farmate hai:

 وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ-

Aur us ki nishaniyon mein say hai kay tumhari hi jins se biwiyan peda ki takay tum in se aaram pao us ne tumhare darmiyan mohabbat aur humdardi qayem kardi. Yaqeenan gaur-o-fikr karne walon ke liye iss mein boht si nishaniyan hai.

Surah Rum (30), ayat 21.

Jaisa ke muashre me aam hame dekhne ko milta hai ke kuch log apni biwi ko pasand nahi karte aur unhe talaaq dena chahte hain, Lekin talaaq ke baad jo biwi ko maher ka haq dena hota hai, isliye wo shauhar apni biwiyon ke saath badsulooki(zulm) kar dete hain, taaki tang aakar biwi khud hi khul'aa le le.

Aur is tarah Shauhar ko haq e maher ada nahi karna padega. Islam ne is cheez ko bhi roka hai, Jaisa ke Irshad e baari tal'a hai: 

 یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا ؕ وَ لَا تَعۡضُلُوۡہُنَّ لِتَذۡہَبُوۡا بِبَعۡضِ مَاۤ اٰتَیۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ  اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ یَّاۡتِیۡنَ بِفَاحِشَۃٍ مُّبَیِّنَۃٍ ۚ وَ عَاشِرُوۡہُنَّ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ ۚ فَاِنۡ کَرِہۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ فَعَسٰۤی اَنۡ تَکۡرَہُوۡا شَیۡئًا وَّ یَجۡعَلَ اللّٰہُ فِیۡہِ خَیۡرًا کَثِیۡرًا-

Aye' Eemaan walo! Tumhen halal nahi ke zabardasti aurton ko wirse me le baitho, unhe is liye rok na rakho ke jo tum ne unhe de rakha hai us mein se kuch le lo. Haan yeh aur baat hai ke woh koi khuli burayee aur be-hayaee kare. Un ke sath ache tareeqe se guzar-basar karo, agar wo tumko na-pasand ho toh ho sakta hai ki ek cheez tumko pasand na ho magar Allah ne usme tumhare liye bohut badi bhalaai rakh di ho.

Surah Nisa, (4) Ayat - 19.

Agar biwi burai aur be-hayaai par utar ayi hai tab use chora ja sakta hai. Aisa nahi hai ke khwaah-ma-khaa choti choti baton par ladaai kar ke chor diya jaye.
Jaisa ke saalan me namak zyaada pad gaya to is baat par ladaai ki, use mara aur aye din jhagda shuru kar diya, taaki tang aakar biwi khul'aa le le aur aur mujhe haq e mehar ada na karna pade.

Ek baat dhyan rakhein ke duniya me koi bhi insan kamil (perfect) nahi hai. Maa-baap, achhe rishto ke intezaar me bachho ki umar guzaar dete hain, aur fir baad me kahte hain hame kisi bhi qism ka ladka mil jaye, ham apni beti ki shaadi uske saath kar denge.
Aur isi tarah muqammal (perfect) ladki ki talaash me ladke ke bhi umar nikal jati hai.

Duniya ke har shaks me koi na koi khaami zaroor maujood hai, is ko is khaami ke saath hi qubool karna hoga. Hatta ke Imaam e qainaat ﷺ ki biwiyon, momino ke maao se bhi baaz muqaamat par chand chize sahih nahi hui jiski wajah se Allah paak ne unko samjhaya, Allah farmate hai:

۩ 'Aur yaad karo jab Nabi ne apni baaz aurto se ek poshida baat kahi, pas jab unhone us baat ki khabar kardi aur Allah ne apne Nabi ko us par aagaah kar diya, toh Nabi ne thodi si baat to bataadi aur thodi si taal gaye, fir jab Nabi ne apni us biwi ko ye baat batayi toh wo kahne lagi, iski khabar Aap ko kis ne di, kaha sab jaanne waale, puri khabar rakhne waale Allah ne mujhe ye batlaya hai.

(Aye Nabi ﷺ ki dono biwiyo!) Agar tum dono Allah ke saamne tauba karlo (to bahut behtar hai) yaqinan tumhare dil jhuk pade hai aur agar tum Nabi ke khilaaf ek dusre ki madad karogi, pas yaqinan us ka kaarsaaz Allah hai aur Jibraeel hai aur nek ahle eemaan aur in ke alaawa farishte bhi madad karne waale hai.'

Surah Tahrim (66), Ayat- 3-4.

Apni biwiyon ke saath husn e sulook karo na ke chidchida-pan mahsoos karo. Mumkin hai koi burai tumhare andar bhi ho aur wo tumhari biwi me maujood na ho aur Allah tal'a isi me se khair nikaal de kyunki Allah paak farmata hai:           

۩ 'Tum par jihad farz kiya gaya goh woh tumhe dushwar maloom ho, Mumkin hai Tum kisi cheez ko buri jano aur wohi tumhare liye bhali ho aur yeh bhi mumkin hai ke tum kisi cheez ko achi samjho halanke woh tumhare liye buri ho. Allah janta hai jabki tum nahi jante.'

Surah Baqara (2), Ayat - 216.

Buniyaadi Taur par ye ayat jihaad ke mutallik hai magar usooli taur par duniya ke tamaam muaamlaat ke liye hai.

Aur irshad e rabbul aalameen hai :- 

۩ 'Aur agar tum ek biwi ki jagah dusri biwi laana hi chaho aur tum unme se kisi ek ko bohut sa maal de chuke ho toh usme se kuch wapis na lo, kya tum us par jhuta ilzam laga kar aur khula zulm karke wapas loge.

Surah Nisa (4), Ayat - 20

Ya'ni talaaq dene ke baad apni biwi se koi maal na mango, aur na hi ehsaan jataao, aisa hargiz na karna.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Sabse kamil momin wo hai jiske akhlaq sabse behtar ho aur tum me sabse behtar wo hai jo apni biwiyo ke liye behtar ho."

Jamia Tirmizi, hadees- 1162. Ise Darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

۩ Momino ki Maa Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ke mai ek safar me Nabi ﷺ ke saath thi. Maine Aap ﷺ se daud (race) ka muqabla kiya, toh mai jeet gayi, fir jab mera badan bhaari ho gaya to maine Aap ﷺ se (dobara) muqabla kiya, toh Aap ﷺ jeet gaye, is par Aap ﷺ ne farmaya 'Ye Jeet us Jeet ke badle hai'.

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al jihad, hadith - 2578. (Sahih)

Yaa'ni shauhar aur biwi me is kadar  hasi-mazaak ho sakta hai.

Lekin hamare sub continent ke culture me jab kisi ki shaadi hone lagti hai to badi umar ke log kahte hai ke pahle din hi biwi ko lagaam me rakho. Biwiya hamari gulaam nahi hoti ki use lagaam me rakha jaye balki wo hamari shareek e hayaat hoti hai.

Biwiyon ke saath husn e sulook karna, ahtraam ke saath pesh aana, muhabbat karna, ye sab cheeze sawaab me dakhil hai.

۩ Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jo bhi tum Allah ki raah me kharch karo use sadaqah me shumaar kiya jayega hatta ke us luqme kor jo tum apni biwi ke muh me rakhoge."

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al wasaaya, hadith - 2742.

۩ Aur Nabi ﷺ ne Aurto ko sheeshe ke bartan ke maanind kaha hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al adab, hadith - 6161, 6202.

Is farman se ye malum padta hai ki aurte nazuk hoti hai aur jaldi jazbaati ho jati hai to isliye unke jazbaat ka khyal rakh kar unse pesh aya jaye taaki unhe takleef na ho. Aur ye baat hamesha yaad rakhe ki izzat kamaai jati hai. Toh biwi se badtameezi karna ya oonchi awaz se baat karne se apko izzat nahi mil sakti, milegi bhi to wo dekhawi izzat hogi balki uski izzat ap acche akhlaq, shafkat aur muhabbat se aasni se paa sakte hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya , "Aurat ki misaal ek pasli ki hai, agar tum use sidha karna chahoge toh tod doge aur agar us se faidah hasil karna chahte ho toh uski tedh (crookedness) ke sath hi fayda hasil karo."

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab an Nikah, hadith - 5184.

Yaha seedha karne se muraad ye nahi hai ke use shariyat ke ahkaam me nahi chalana hai aur har cheez ki aazadi deni hai balki isse muraad ye hai ke aurto ki ba'az adato ko badalne se gurez karo, lekin agar uski adatein shariyat ke khilaf hain to usko sahih karne ki koshish karna mard ki zimmedari hai.

Agar koi masla hai to use mil kar hal karne ki koshish karni chaiye. Koshish karni chahiye ke muamlat ko samajhdaari aur muhabbat se deal kiya jaye aur talaaq tak naubat hi na aye.

۩ Jabir riwayat karte hai ki Nabi e kareem ﷺ ne farmaya,  "Iblees apna takht paniyo par bichaata hai fir wo apne lashkar rawana karta hai; us (shaitan) ke sabse zyada kareeb wo hota hai jo sabse bada fitna daalta hai. Inme se ek akar kahta hai maine falan-falan kaam kiye hain, wo (shaitaan) kahta hai tumne kuch nahi kiya, fir unme se ek aakar kahta hai maine us shaqs ko (jiske saath wo tha) us waqt tak nahi chhora yahan tak ke shauhar aur uski biwi ke darmiyaan judai ki beech daal di. Shaitan uske kareeb jata hai aur gale lagata hai aur kahta hai tumne achha kiya.

Sahih Muslim, book of characteristics of the day of judgment, paradise, and hell, hadith - 7106.

Lihaaza Miya-Biwi ke jhagda ko jald as jald khatm karna chahiye. Aur ye hamesha yaad rakhe ki wo sirf apki biwi nahi hai, wo kisi ki beti bhi hai aur wo kisi ki maa bhi hai.

Aur akhir me Allah ﷻ ke ek ahkaam ke sath mai apni baat ko muqammal karna chahunga. Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

“Woh tumhara libas hain aur tum un ke libas ho.”

Surah baqarah (2), ayat- 187.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Sahaba e Karaam - Ek Chaand Ke Tamaam Sitare


Allah ‎ farmate hai

وَ السّٰبِقُوۡنَ الۡاَوَّلُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡمُہٰجِرِیۡنَ وَ الۡاَنۡصَارِ وَ الَّذِیۡنَ اتَّبَعُوۡہُمۡ بِاِحۡسَانٍ ۙ رَّضِیَ اللّٰہُ عَنۡہُمۡ وَ رَضُوۡا عَنۡہُ وَ اَعَدَّ لَہُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ تَحۡتَہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ فِیۡہَاۤ اَبَدًا ؕ ذٰلِکَ الۡفَوۡزُ الۡعَظِیۡمُ

Aur jo Muhajireen aur Ansaar sabiq aur muqaddam hai aur jitne log ikhlaas ke sath unke pairo hai Allah un sab se raazi hua aur woh sab usse raazi hue aur Allah ne un ke liye aise baagh mohayya kar rakhe hai jin ke neeche nahren jaari hongi jin mein hamesha rahenge, yeh badi qamyabi hai.

Surah Tawba, ayat-100.

Sahaba e karaam wo jamaat hai jinki shakshiyat ko dekh kar ek insan ke dil o dimag dang rah jate hai. Aaiye unki majlis me chalte hai aur unke dang kar dene waale waqyat par gaur karte hai.

۞ Abu Sa’eed al Khudri r.a. riwayat karte hai, "Muwaiya r.a. (ek baar) masjid me aye aur (waha baithe logo se) kaha. Ap log kis wajah se yaha baithe hai? Sahaba e karaam ne farmaya: Ham is liye yaha baithe hai taaki ham Allah ko yaad kar sake. 
Muawiya r.a. ne kaha, "Kya Wallah ap log sirf isi liye baithe hai?"
Unlogo ne kaha, "Wallah ham log sirf isi liye baithe hai.
Muawiya r.a. ne kaha, "Maine ap par kisi tohmat ki wajah se qasam nahi di aur RasoolAllaah ﷺ ke samne meri haisiyat ka koi shakhs aisa nahi jo hadees bayan karne mein mujhse kam ho, (iske ba-wujood apne yaqeeni ilm ki bina par mein tumhare samne yeh hadees bayan kar raha hu ke).
Asal me RasoolAllaah ﷺ bhi ek bar nikal kar apne saathiyo ke ek halqe ke qareeb tashreef laye aur farmaya: "Tum kis garz se baitthe ho?" Unhone kaha: Ham baithe hue Allaah ka zikr kar rahe hain aur is baat par us ki hamd kar rahe hain ke usne Islam ki taraf hamari rahnumayi ki, iske zariye se hum par ehsaan kiya. Aap ﷺ me farmaya: "Kya tum Allah ko gawah bana kar kahte ho ke tum sirf isi garz se baitthe ho?" Unhune kaha: Allaah ki qasam! Hum iske siwa aur kisi garz se nahi baithe. Aap ﷺ  ne farmaya : "Maine kisi tohmat ki wajah se tumhe qasam nahi di, balki mere paas Jibraeel a.s. aaye aur mujhe bataya ke Allaah ta'ala tumhare zariye se farishton ke saamne fakhar ka izhar kar raha hai."

Sahih Muslim, book of pertaining to the remembrance of Allah, supplication, repentance and seeking forgiveness, hadith-6857.

Is hadith se ham logo ko ye sikhna chaiye ki Rasool ﷺ ke sahaba choti si choti sunnat ko bhi yaad rakhte the aur dusro ko sikhaya karte the jis tarha Muawiya r.a. ne kiya.

۞ Ye waqya hai sulah hudaibiya ke mauke ka. Is mauke par urwa r.a. Musalmaan nahi hue the, wo baad me musalman hue the. Urwa r.a. Kafiro ki taraf se agent ban kar aye the Aap ﷺ ke pas unse mu'aida karne ke liye. Fir jo manzar unhone RasoolAllah aur sahaba ke darmiyan dekha wo ye tha,

Urwa bin Masood r.a. us manzar me:

“Urwa r.a. ghoor ghoor kar RasoolAllah ke ashaab r.a. ki naqal aur harkat dekhte rahe. Fir raawi ne bayan kiya ke qasam Allah ki agar kabhi RasoolAllah ﷺ ne balgam bhi thooka toh RasoolAllah ke ashaab ne apne haathon par use le liya aur ise apne chehre aur badan par mal liya, kisi kaam ka agar RasoolAllah ne hukum diya toh uski bajaawari me ek dusre par log sabqat le jane ki koshish karte. Rasoolallah wuzu karne lage toh aisa maloom hua ke Rasoolallah ke wazu ke paani par ladai ho jaayegi (yaani har shakhs us paani ko lene ki koshish karta tha). Jab Rasoolallah guftagu karne lagte the toh sab par khamoshi chaa jati. Rasoolallah ki taazeem ka yeh haal tha ke Rasoolallah ke sathi nazar bhar kar Rasoolallah ko dhekh bhi nahi sakte the."

Fir jab Urwa r.a. Jab apne sathiyon se jaa kar mile toh un se kaha,

Aye logon! Qasam Allah ki, mai (bade-bade) baadshahon ke darbaar me bhi wafad le kar gaya hu Kaisar o Kasra aur Najashi sab ke darbaar me, lekin Allah ki kasam mai ne kabhi nahi dhekha ke kisi baadshah ke sathi uski is darja taazeem karte hon jitni Rasoolallah ke ashaab Rasoolallah ki karte hai, Allah ki qasam agar Rasoolallah balgam bhi thook diya toh unke ashaab ne use apne hathoon me le liya aur use apne chehra aur badan par mal liya, Rasoolallah ne unhein agar koi hukum diya toh har shaks ne use baja laane ki koshish ki, Rasoolallah ne agar wuzu kiya toh aisa malum hota ke Rasoolallah ke bache hue wazu ke paani par ladai ho jayegi ki kaun us pani ko hasil karle. Rasoolallah ne jab guftagu shuru ki toh har taraf khamoshi chaa jati. In ke dilon me Rasoolallah ki taazeem ka yeh aalam tha ke RasoolAllah ko unki izzat ke wajah se nazar bhar kar bhi nahi dekh sakte the.”

Ali r.a. Se Muhabbat Aur Unse Bughz


Sahih ahadees ki roshni me hame Ali r.a. ki kaafi fazeelat milti hai, hatta ke unse muhabbat ko eemaan ki nishani batayi gai hai.

۩ Ali r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Us zaat ki kasam jisne daana faada (aur fasal ugaai) aur makhluqaat paida ki, Nabi ﷺ ne mujhe ye ahad diya tha ki sirf momin shaks hi mujhse muhabbat karega aur munafiq shaks hi mujhse bughz rakhega.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab al eemaan, hadees- 240.

۩ Zaid bin Arqam r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Jiska maula (dili mahboob) mai hu uska maula Ali hai”.

Note: Maula ka matlab Dili mahboob hota hai (aam taur par).

Sunan Tirmizi, chapters on virtues, hadees- 3713. Ise Shaykh Zubair ali zai ne sahih karar diya hai.

۩ Saad bin Abi Waqas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne  gazwa e tabuk ke mauke par Ali r.a. se farmaya, “Kya tum isse raazi nahi ho ki tumhari mere sath wahi nisbat hai jo Musa ko Haroon ke sath thi siwaye iske ke mere baad koi Nabi nahi hai.”

Sahih al Bukhari, book of Companions of the Prophet, hadees- 3706. Sahih Muslim, book of Merits of the Companion, hadees- 6217.

۩ Zaid bin Arqam r.a. kahte hai, “Pahla shaks jisne Islam qubul kiya tha wo Ali hai”.

Sunan Tirmizi, chapters on virtues, hadees- 3735. Ise Shaykh Zubair ali zai ne sahih karar diya hai.

Note: Is hadees me mazeed alfaaz bhi hai jo kahte hai ki ek Tabayeen kahte hai ki Abu Bakr r.a. sabse pahle Islam laaye. Toh isme ikhtilaf ho gaya, aur Muhaddiseen ka usool ye hai ki jab sahaba aur tabayeen ka ikhtilaf ho jaye to sahaba ki baat ko tarjeeh di jayegi jis tarha jab Rasool aur sahaba ki koi baat ka ikhtilaf ho jaye to rasool ki baat ko tarjeeh di jayegi. Aur aage ki hadees is chiz ko aur wazeh kar deti hai ki shuru me Islam laane waala kaun tha.

۩ Qais bin Abi Hazim (Tabayeen) bayan karte hain ke mai Madine me tha, ek dafa ka zikr hai ke mai bazar ja raha tha, mai muqaam Ahzar al ziyat par pahuncha, mai ne dekha ek shaks sawari par sawaar tha, kafi saare log iske ird gird jama the, wo shaks Ali r.a. ko gaaliyaan de raha tha. Isi aashna me Saad bin abi Waqas r.a. waha tashreef laye aur wo bhi wahi khade ho gaye. Logon se pucha: "Kya hua?"
Logon ne bataya ke ek aadmi Ali bin abi talib r.a. ko gaaliyaan de raha hai.

Saad r.a aage badhe, logo ne unhe raasta de diya. Saad us aadmi ke qareeb aagaye aur farmaya: "Arey tum Ali bin Abi Talib r.a. ko gaaliyaan kyu de rahe ho?
Kya wo sab se pahle Musalmaan nahi hue the?
Kya wo Rasoolullah ﷺ ke peeche namaz padhne wale sab se pahle shaks nahi the?
Kya wo sab se zyada dunya se be-raghbat nahi the?
Kya wo sab se zyada Ilm rakhne wale nahi the?
Is ke alawa bhi Saad r.a. ne Ali r.a. ke bahut se fazail ginwaye. Hatta ke ye bhi kaha: Kya wo Rasoolullah ﷺ ke damaad nahi the? Kya wo gazwaat me huzoor ﷺ ke alambardaar nahi the?

Iske baad Saad r.a. ne qibla rukh hokar, hath buland karke ye dua maangi: "Aye Allah, ye shaks tere ek wali ko gali de raha hai, ya Allah, ye majma khatam hone se pahle tu apni kudrat ka karishma dikha de (aur log tere wali ku gaali dene ka anjaam apni aankhon se dekh le).
Qais r.a. kahte hai: Khuda ki qasam! Hum abhi waha se hate bhi nahi the, ke uski sawari bidak gayi, is sawaari ne us aadmi ko sir ke bal patharon me gira diya jiski wajah se iski khopdi khul gayi aur iska bheja bahar aagaya aur wo wahi par ibratnaak maut mar gaya.

Al Mustadrak al Hakim, hadees- 6121. Is hadees ke bareme Imam Hakim kahte hai ki ye Bukhari aur Muslim ki shart par sahih hai. Yahi hukm Imam Zahabi ka bhi hai.

۩ Abu Sayeed khudri r.a. ne farmaya, “Ham Ansaar ke munafikeen ko Ali r.a. se bughz ki wajah se pahchante the.”

Tabayeen Azaam Se Muhabbat


Allah ‎ﷻ farmate hai

وَ السّٰبِقُوۡنَ الۡاَوَّلُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡمُہٰجِرِیۡنَ وَ الۡاَنۡصَارِ وَ الَّذِیۡنَ اتَّبَعُوۡہُمۡ بِاِحۡسَانٍ ۙ رَّضِیَ اللّٰہُ عَنۡہُمۡ وَ رَضُوۡا عَنۡہُ وَ اَعَدَّ لَہُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ تَحۡتَہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ فِیۡہَاۤ اَبَدًا ؕ ذٰلِکَ الۡفَوۡزُ الۡعَظِیۡمُ

Aur jo Muhajireen aur Ansaar sabiq aur muqaddam hai aur jitne log ikhlaas ke sath unke pairo hai Allah un sab se raazi hua aur woh sab usse raazi hue aur Allah ne un ke liye aise baagh mohayya kar rakhe hai jin ke neeche nahren jaari hongi jin mein hamesha rahenge, yeh badi qamyabi hai.

Surah Tawba, ayat-100.

Yaha itteba karne waalo se muraad Sahaba ke Tabayeen hai.

۩ Rahmatullil aalameen Muhammad ﷺ, sahaba e karaam ki azmat, Tabayeen azaam ki rif'at aur Tabe-tabayeen ki shaan wa shaukat ko apni zuban mubarak se is tarah bayan farmate hai:

Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Sabse behtareen log mere zamane ke hai (RasoolAllah aur sahaba), aur fir wo jo iske baad ayenge (tabaeen), aur fir wo jo uske baad ayenge (tabe-tabaeen).”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab Ar Riqaaq, hadith- 6429.

۩ Abu Sayeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, “Ek zamana ayega jis mein log fauze bana kar Jihad karenge, toh unhe pucha jayega, Kya tum mein koi aisa admi (yaani sahabi) maujud hai jis ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ko dekha hai?
Toh wo kahenge, 'Ji haan!' Toh unhe (Allah ki taraf se) fatah hasil hogi. Fir kuch log fauze bana kar jihad karenge toh unhe pucha jayega ki tum me se koi aisa shakhs (yaani Tabayeen maujud) hai jis ne sahaba ko dekha hai? Toh wo kahenge 'Ji haan!' Toh unhe fatah naseeb hogi.
Fir kuch log fauz e tarteeb de kar jihad karenge toh unhe kaha jayega: 'Kya tum mein koi aisa shakhs (tabe tabayeen) maujud hai jisne ne Tabayeen ko dekha hai? Toh wo kahenge, 'Ji haan!', Toh unhe fatah hasil hogi.

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al Jihad, hadith- 2897.

۞ Is hadees paak se do (2) baat sabit hoti hai:

1. Sahaba ke baad Tabayeen ki jamaat intehayi muqaddas jamaat hai.
2.Nabi ﷺ ki peshangoyi minn wa ann puri hui aur sahaba, tabayeen aur tabe-tabayeen ke daur mein Islam ghalib raha alhamdulillah lehaza hum par wajib hai ki tamam sahaba, tabaeen, tabe-tabaeen, muhaddiseen, aimma e deen se muhabbat karen.

Allah talah is muhabbat ki wajah se hamare gunah muaf kar ke un muqaddas jamaato ke saath shamil kar dega in sha Allah.

۞ Waazeh rahe muhabbat ka taqaazah hai, “فَإِنْ آمَنُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا آمَنتُم بِهِ”

Yaani sahaba e karaam r.a. ke naqshe qadam par chalne ki puri koshish ki jaaye.

Allah talah ne Ummat e Musalimah me sahaba karam ke baad tabayeen azaam jaise azeem log paida farmaye, jo Islam ke asman par apni bayan karda hadees ki wajah se, suraj, chand, aur sitaron ki surat me musalsal jagmaga rahe hai.

Kahi Sayeed bin al Musaib, Hasan basri, Urwah bin zubair aur Sayeed bin Zubair hai toh kahi Zain ul aabideen, Muhammad ibn Sireen, Saalim bin Abdullah, Mujahid aur Ataa bin abi Rabaa kitab o sunnat ki roshni faila rahe hai. [Ye sab Tabaeen r.h. hai].

Inki tafseeli haalaat ke liye Hafiz Zahabi ki 'Tazkara tul Hifaaz', Siyar A'lam al-Nubala aur Hafiz Mizzi ki Tahzeeb al kamaal ka mutalla kare. Is azeem jamaat ke fazaail padhne aur sunne ke baad Dil wa Dimaag dang rah jate hai.

Aye Allah hamare dilo ko apne aur apne pyare Nabi kareem ﷺ, Nabi ke pyare sahaba, tabaeen, tabe-tabaeen, aimma e karaam aur tamam muhaddiseen ki muhabbat se bhar de aur Rasool ﷺ ke farmaan, 'Aadmi usi ke sath hoga jisse wo muhabbat karta hai (Bukhari, 6170)' misraak bana dein. aameen summa aameen.

Allah Aur Rasool Ka Faisla Hi Aakhri Faisla Hai

hi  -
Allah ‎ﷻ farmate hai,

Aur Kisi Momin Mard Aur Kisi Momin Aurat Ko Ye Haq Nahi Hai Ki Jab Allah Taala Aur Uska Rasool Kisi Muamle Ka Faisla Kar De Toh Unke Liye Khud Apne Muamle Me Ikhtiyaar Ho Aur Jo Allah Taala Aur Us Ke Rasool Ki Nafarmani Karega Toh Yakeenan Woh Gumraah Ho Gaya, Waazeh Gumraah hona.

Quran, Surah Al Ahzab (33), Ayat-36. [Tarjuma-Nighat Hashmi]

۩ Is ayat ki tafseer me Imam ibn Kaseer farmate hai,

“Ye Ayat hukm ke aetebaar se aam hai aur ye (ayat) har muamle me laagu hoti hai, wo ye ki jab Allah aur uska Rasool koi faisla karde, toh ye kisi ka haq nahi ki wo iske khilaf jaye aur iske mutallik kisi ke paas koi ikhtiyaar ya zaati raaye wa qiyas ki jagah nahi hai.

Allah farmate hai,

So Qasam Hai Tere Parwardigaar Ki! Ye Momin Nahi So Sakte Jab Tak Ke Tamaam Aapas Ke Ikhtilaf Me Aap Ko Haakim Na Maan Le, Fir Jo Faisle Aap Un Me Karde Un Se Apne Dil Me Kisi Tarah Ki Tangi Aur Na-khushi Na Paaye Aur Farmabardari Ke Sath Qubool Karle.

Lihaaza iske khilaf jane ke muamle ko is tarha ke sakht alfaz me khitaab kiya gaya hai

Aur Jo Allah Taala Aur Us Ke Rasool Ki Nafarmani Karega Toh Yakeenan Woh Gumraah Ho Gaya, [33:36]

Ye is ayat ki tarha hai

Jo Log Hukm e Rasool Ki Mukhalifat Karte Hai, Unhe Darte Rahna Chahiye, Ke Kahi Un Par Koi Zabardast Aafat Na Aa Pade Ya Unhe Dardnaak Azaab Na Pahonche.

Surah Noor (24), ayat-63.” end quote.

Tafseer ibn Kaseer, Surah-33, ayat 36.

۩ Is Ayat ki tafseer me Imam Tabari (d. 310 a.h.) farmate hai,

“(Jis chiz me Allah ya uska Rasool faisla karde) Usme apna ikhtiyar rakhna Allah aur uske Rasool ﷺ ki na-farmani hai aur aesa banda khuli gumrahi me hai.”

Tafseer at-Tabari,  Surah-33, ayat 36.

Toh jab Allah ya uske Rasool ﷺ se koi baat sabit ho jaye to fir ye nahi dekhna chahiye ki hamare buzurg, aslaaf, imam ki kya raaye hai is par. Ye hukm ke aetebar se hai. Ha agar koi ilm hasil karne ke liye ya koi dusre jayz maqsad se kisi ki raaye dekhta hai to isme koi harj nahi hai kyuki Quran khud kahta hai ki jab ilm na ho toh ahle ilm se pucho (21:7).

۩ Isi talluq se Imam Shafi (tabe-tabaeen) kahte hai:

“Ulema ka is par Ijma hai ki jab Nabi ﷺ ki sunnat kisi par waazeh ho gai hai toh fir ye us par halaal nahi ki kisi aur ke kahne se ise chor de.”

Ibn al-Qayyim Ailaam al Moqiyeen (2/361), Fulaani (safa. 68).

۩ Shaykh Sulaymaan ibn ‘Abd-Allaah kahte hai:

“Balki Momin par hatman farz hai ke Jab use Kitabullah aur Sunnat e Rasoolullah ﷺ pahunche aur iske maane (meaning) ka ilm hojaye chahe wo kisi bhi cheez me ho toh us par amal kare, chahe wo kisi ke bhi mukhalif ho, hamare Parwardigaar tabaarak wa ta'ala aur hamare Nabi ﷺ ne hame yahi hukm diya hai, aur sub ilaqo ke ulema is par muttafiq hai, siwaye be-ilm qism ke muqallideen aur sakht dil logo ke, aur is tarah ke log ulema me shamil nahi hote.”

۞ Ab aaiye dekhte hai ki Surah Ahzaab ki is ayat par sahaba e karaam ne kaise amal kar ke dikhaya.

۩ Salim bin Abdullah r.a. ne bayan kiya ki unhone Ahle Shaam mai se ek shaks se suna, wo Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se Hajj me Umra se fayda (Hajj e Tamattu) ke bareme puch raha tha. Toh Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne kaha, "Ye jayz hai". Is par Shaami (sham ka rahne wala) ne kaha, " (Lekin) Apke ke walid (Umar r.a.) ne to isse roka hai?
Abdullah ibn Umar ne kaha, "Zara tum ye batao, agar mere walid kisi chiz se roke aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ne use kiya ho toh mere walid ke hukm ki pairwi ki jayegi ya RasoolAllah ﷺ ki, toh usne kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ke hukm ki", toh unhone kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ne aesa kiya hai".

۩ Sa`id bin Al-Musaiyab r.a. riwayat karte hai, Umar bin khattab r.a. Masjid mein tashreef laaye toh Hassaan r.a. shayari padh rahe the. (Umar r.a. ne shayri padhne ko na-pasand kiya) Is par Hassan ne kaha, "Mai isi Masjid me shayri padha karta tha un (RasoolAllah ﷺ) ki maujudgi me jo Ap se behtar the. Fir Hassan r.a. Abu Huraira r.a. ki taraf mude (turned) aur kaha ki Mai tumhe Allah ka waasta de kar puchta hu ki Kya Rasool ﷺ ko tum ne ye farmaate nahi suna tha ki 'Aye Hassan! (Kuffar Makkah Ko) meri taraf se (shayri me) jawab do, Aye Allah Roohul Quddus ke zarye Hassan ki madad kar. Abu Huraira r.a. ne kaha, "Ji Ha (maine ye suna tha)".

Sahih al Bukhari, Book of Beginning of Creation, hadith-3212.

۩ Ikrimah r.a. kahte hai ke Ali r.a ne kuch aise logo ko zinda jala diya tha jo Islam se murtad ho gaye the. Jab Ibn Abbas r.a. ko ye baat malum hui to unhone kaha: "Agar (Ali r.a ki jagah) mai hota to inhe qatal karta, kyunki Rasool ﷺ ka farmaan hai "Jo apne Deen ko badal daale use qatal kar dalo." Aur mai inhe jalata nahi kyunki Rasool ﷺ ka farman hai "Allah ke azaab (yaani jalana) jaisa azaab na do".

Fir is bat ki khabar Ali r.a. ko hui to unhone kaha, "Ibn Abbas Ne Sach Kaha."

Jamia Tirmizi, Kitab Al-Hudud, hadith-1458. Classed as Saheeh Hasan by Imam Tirmizi and Sahih by Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai.

۩ Mujahid riwayat karte hai ki Ibn Abbas r.a. se marwi hai ki ek martaba wo Ameer Muawiya r.a. ke sath Baitullah ka tawaaf kar rahe the, Ameer Muawiya r.a. khana e Kabah ke tamam kono (corners) ko chhune lage, Ibn Abbas r.a. ne unse kaha ki Ap un Do (2) kono ko kyu chhu rahe hai jab ki  Nabi ﷺ ne un (kono) ko nahi chhua ? Unhone farmaya ki Baitullah ke kisi hisse ko chhora nahi ja sakta.
Is par Ibn Abbas r.a. ye ayat padhi ki tumhare liye Paigambar e Islam ﷺ ki zaat me behtareen misaal maujud hai. [Quran, 33:21]. Muawiya r.a. ne farmaya ki Ap ne sach kaha.
