Ramzan ke Teen Ashre Aur Ek Neki Par 70 Neki | Hadees ki Tahkeek

Niche di gai hadees jo ke Salman Farsi r.a. se marwi hai, is ki sahet kaisi hai?

Nabi ﷺ ne hame shabaan ke aakhri din khutba irshad farmaya, jis me yeh farmaya, 'Logo tum par azmat aur barkat wala maheena nazdeek aa raha hai, aisa maheena jis me ek raat aisi hai jo hazaar maheeno se behtar hai, is ke roze Allah taala ne farz karaar diye hai aur is ki raat ka qiyam nawafil hai, jis ne bhi is mahine me (koi) neki ki woh aise hai jis tarha aam dino me fareeza ada kiya jaaye, aur jis ne Ramzan me farz ada kiya goya ke usne Ramzan ke ilawa sattar farz ada kiye, yeh aisa maheena hai jis ka awwal rahmat aur darmiyan magfirat aur aakhri hissa jahannam se aazaadi hai.'

Alhamdulillah..

Is hadees ko Imam ibn Khuzaima ne apni kitab 'Saheeh ibn Khuzaima 3/191, hadees- 1887' me naqal kiya hai. Aur unhone sath me likha hai, 'Agar ye riwayat sahih hai'.

Aur jinhone is kitab se apni kitab me is hadees ko naqal kiya, un maise kuch kitabo ke musannif jaise Munziri [al Targheeb wal Tarheeb (2/95)] se 'Agar' alfaz chhut gaya tha. Toh unko laga ki Imam ibn Khuzaima ne farmaya hai ki 'Ye riwayat sahih hai', jab ki asal me unhone aesa kuch nahi farmaya.

Ye riwayat dusri kitabo me bhi maujud hai jinke ye naam hai:

• Imam Bayhaqi ki Shu’ab al-Eemaan (7/216)
• Fazail al-Awqaat, p. 146, no. 37
• Abu’l-Shaykh Ibn Hibbaan ne Kitaab al Sawaab me
• Saa’aati ne Fath al-Rabbaani me (9/233) 
• Imam Suyuti ne Durr al-Mansoor me, aur unhone kaha ki ise Aqeeli ne riwayat kiya hai aur unhone is zaif karaar diya hai
• Isbahaani ne al-Targheeb me
• Al-Munaqqi ne Kanz al Ummaal (8/477) me.

In saare logo ne Saeed ibn Musayyib se riwayat kiya hai jinhone Salman Farsi se riwayat kiya hai. Iski sanad do (2) wajah se zaif hai:

1. Is ki sanad me inqita (break in the chain of narrators) hai kyuke Saeed bin Musayyab ka Salman Farsi r.a. se samaa sabit nahi hai.

2. Iski sanad me ek raawi hai jiska naam 'Ali ibn Zayd ibn Jad’aan' hai, jiske bareme Ibn Sa'd kahte hai, 'Is (raawi) me kamzori hai aur is raawi ko daleel nahi banaya ja sakta.' Is raawi ko Imam Ahmad, Ibn Ma’een, Imam Nasaa’i, Imam ibn Khuzaymah, al Jawzjaani aur dusro ne zaif karaar diya hai, jaisa ki Siyar A’laam al-Nubala’, 5/207 me kaha gaya hai.

Abu Haatim al-Raazi ne is hadees ko Munkar (zaif ki ek qism) karaar diya hai. Al Ayni ne Umdat al-Qaari’, 9/20 me bhi yahi kaha hai aur Al-Albani ne Silsilat al-Ahaadeeth al-Zaifah wa’l-Mawzu’ah, jild. 2/262, hadees- 871. me bhi yahi kaha hai.

Toh in daleelo se wazeh hua ki hamare Muhaddiseeno ne is hadees ko qubul nahi kiya aur Allah behtar janta hai.

Ek baat ki wazahat aur zaruri hai ki jaisa is zaif hadees me kaha gaya hai ki 10 din (ek ashra) rahmat ka hota hai, dusra ashra magfirat ka aur teesra jahannam ki aag se najaat ka. Jab ki dusre sahih hadees se pata chalta hai ki Ramzan ki taqseem is tarha se nahi hai balki pura Ramzan, pura maheena rahmat ka hai, pura maheena magfirat ka hai aur pura maheena hi jahannam se najaat ka hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hamari maah e Ramzan ki ibadat ko qubul kare aur is maheene ki barkat se hamari magfirat kar de. aameen.

Ek Aasan Azkaar ka Gair-Mamuli Sawaab


Ek baar RasoolAllah ﷺ Umm Hani bint abi talib r.a. (Ali r.a. ki badi bahen) ke paas tashreef laaye toh inhone RasoolAllah se arz kiya,

'Aye Allah ke Rasool, mai budhi ho chuki hu, mujhe aesa wazifa bata de ki mai baith kar padh lu aur mujhe bahut zyada sawab mil jaye'.

Is par Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Tum din bhar me 100 martaba 'SubhanAllah' padh liya karo, ye is tarha hoga ki goya tumne 100 gulaam Allah ki raah me aazaad kar diye.

100 martaba 'Alhamdulillah' padh liya karo, goya tumne 100 ghode Allah ki raah me Jihad ke liye rawana kar diye.

100 martaba 'Allahu akbar' padh liya karo, goya tumne 100 oont (camel) Allah ki raah me qurban kar diye.

100 martaba 'La ilaha illallah' padh liya karo, goya ke tumne zameen aur aasman ke darmiyan muqammal kar diya (yaani zameen aur aasman sawab se bhar diya).'

Sone aur Chandi Par Zakat


Sona, chandi aur rupye (currency) pe zakat farz hone ki 3 (teen) sharte hai:

Maal Nisaab ko Pahunchta ho.
Ek qamri (lunar) saal is maal pe guzar jaaye.
 Maal zakat dene wali ki malkiyat (possession) me ho.

Agar in maise koi ek shart bhi puri na hui toh us par zakat farz nahi hogi.

۞ Sone Par Zakat

۩ Nisaab

Sone ka nisaab 85 gram ya 7.5 Tola sona hai. [20 mithqaalan] (1 mithqaal = 4.25 grams).

۩ Sone Par Zakat Kaise Ada Kare?

Jitne sone ki ap malik hai, agar wo nisaab se zyada hai aur us par 1 qamri saal guzar chuka hai toh apko uska 2.5% dena hai.

Keemat is tarha taye kare ki sona kitni keemat par ap bazaar me bech sakti hai, agar ap ise bechna chahe.

Misaal ke taur par, agar apke pas jo sona hai, wo bazar me 100000 rupye ka bikega, toh apko iska 2.5% yaani 2500 rupye zakat ke taur par ada karna hoga.

۩ Tola Aur Gram Me Fark

1 tola ka 11.663815 gram hota hai. Agar apko apne sone ke tole ko gram me badalna hai to yaha click kar ke ap dekh sakte hai ki apka total sona kitne gram ka hai.

۞ Chandi Par Zakat

۩ Nisaab

Chandi ki nisaab 595 gram ya 52.5 Tola hai. (1 dirham = 2.975 gram).

۩ Chandi Par Zakat Kaise Ada Kare?

Jitne chandi ki ap malik hai, agar wo nisaab se zyada hai aur us par 1 qamri saal guzar chuka hai toh apko uska 2.5% dena hai.

Keemat is tarha taye kare ki chandi kitni keemat par ap bazaar me bech sakte hai, agar ap ise bechna chahe.

Misaal ke taur par, agar apke pas jo chandi hai, wo bazar me 100000 rupye ka bikega,, toh apko iska 2.5% yaani 2500 rupye zakat ke taur par ada karna hoga.

Khadija ki shadi 6 maheene pahle hui. Use Shadi me 10 Tola (113.4 grams) sona or 60000 qeemat ki chandi mili? Khadija ko kitni zakat deni hogi?

 Jawab: 

Khadija par zakat farz nahi hui kyuki uske sone aur chandi par abhi ek saal nahi guzra hai.

Namaz Padha kar Imam ko Muqtadiyo ki Taraf Munh Ferna Chahiye


۩ Samrah bin Jundub r.a. se riwayat hai, wo kahte hai: ‘Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ namaz padh chukte toh hamari taraf mutawajje hote.’

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Azan ﴾10﴿, hadees- 845. Sahih Muslim, kitab al Ru’yaa, hadees- 2275. 

۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ke maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko aksar apni daahini taraf se mudte hue dekha hai.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 708.

۩ Abdullah bin Masood r.a. kahte hai tum apni namaz me se sirf daei’n taraf se fir kar shaitan ka hissa muqarrar na karo. Maine RasoolAllah ﷺ  ko dekha hai ke wo apne baei'n taraf se bhi ferte the. 

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Azan ﴾10﴿, hadees- 852. Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 708.

Malum hua ke Imam ko muqtadiyo ke taraf mudne ke liye sirf ek taraf muqarrar nahi kar leni chahiye. Balke kabhi daei’n taraf se fera kare kabhi baei’n taraf se magar aksar daei’n taraf se mudhna chahiye.

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, ‘Beshak Allah Ta’ala aur uske farishte daie’n taraf wali safo par rahmat bhejte hain.’

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al salaat ﴾2﴿, hadees- 676. (Hasan)

۩ Bara r.a. se riwayat hai ke ham RasoolAllah ﷺ ke piche namaz padhte toh ham Aap ke daie’n taraf khade hone ko pasand
karte the, taake Aap hamari taraf mu’n karke baithe.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 709. 

۩ Umme Salma r.a. se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ jab salam ferte toh aurate salam ferte hi khadi ho kar chali jati aur Aap Sahaba ke sath thodi der baithe rahte fir RasoolAllah ﷺ khade hote aur Sahaba e karaam bhi aap ke sath khade ho jaate aur Aap ke uthne se pahle aurate gharo me dakhil ho chuki hoti thi.

Tasbihat e Fatimah


Ali r.a. se riwayat hai k Fatima r.a. ko chakki peesne se jo zahmat bardasht karni padi is ki wajah se un ke hatho me chaale pad jate the. RasoolAllah ﷺ ke paas jang ke kuch qaidi the. Wo (Fatima) Aap ke paas aayi, lekin Aap ko (ghar me) nah paaya. Ayesha r.a. se mili aur inhe (apni takleef ke bare me) bataya. Jab Nabi ﷺ tashreef laaye toh Aisha r.a. ne aap ko un (fatima r.a.) ke apne paas aane ke bare me bataya toh RasoolAllah ﷺ hamare yaha tashreef laaye. Us waqt hum apne –apne bistaro me ja chuke the, ham khade hone lage toh Nabi sale ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Dono apni apni jagah par raho.'

Aap ham dono ke darmiyan (wali jagah par) baith gaye hatta ke maine aap ke qadam mubarak ki thandak apne seene par mahsoos ki, fir Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, 'kya tum dono ne jo mujh se manga hai mai tumhe is se behtar baat na sikhau? Jab tum dono apne –apne bistaro me jao toh chautis (34) baar 'Allaho akbar' kaho, tentees (33) baar 'Subhan Allah' kaho aur tentees (33) baar 'Alhamdulillah' kaho, yeh (amal) tum dono ke liye ek khadim (mil jaane) se behtar hai.

Sahih Muslim, kitab al zikr wad dua wal tawba wa astagfar ﴾48﴿, hadees- 6915.

Witr Ko Magrib Ki Tarha Na Banao


Alhamdulillah..

RasoolAllah ﷺ ka irshad e mubarak hai,

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Witr ko teen rakat magrib ke tarha na banao.”

Al-Haakim, 1/403; Sunan kubra Bayhaqi, 3/31; Sunan Daraqutni, p. 172. Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar Fath al-Baari (4/301) me kahte hai, 'Iski sanad do Shaykh (Imam Bukhari aur Imam Muslilm) ki shart ko pura karti hai (yaani ye hadees sahih hai).

Witr ko kis tarha magrib ki tarha na banaya jaye, ye baat hame dusri ahadees me pata chalti hai. Hamare deen ne witr ko magrib ki tarha na banane ke do (2) tarike bataye hai,

۞ Pahla Tarika

Teen rakat witr me Tashahhud ke liye sirf aakhri rakat me baithna. Yaani jis tarha ham pahli rakat me bina baithe uth jate hai, usi tarah dusri rakat me bhi bina baithe uth jana hai aur attahiyaat nahi padhna hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ teen rakat witr padhte the aur wo aakhri rakat ke alawa kisi rakat me nahi baithte the.

Al-Nasaa’i, 3/234; Sunan kubra bayhaqi, 3/31. Imam Nawawi, al Majmoo (4/7) me kahte hai,'Ye Nasai ne hasan aur Bayhaqi ne sahih isnad se ise riwayat kiya hai.'

۞ Dusra Tarika

Teen rakat witr me do baar salaam ferna. Yaani shuru ke do rakat padh kar salaaf ferna (jaise aam tarike se ham do rakat padhte hai) fir dobara uthna aur ek rakat padh kar salaam ferna.

۩ Ibn Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki wo do rakat ko ek rakat se, Tasleem (Salaam) ke sath alag kiya karte the, aur wo farmate hai ki aesa RasoolAllah kiya karte the.

Ibn Hibbaan, hadees- 2435. Ibn Hajar, al-Fath (2/482) me kahte hai: 'Iski isnaad qawi (mazbut) hai.'

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.
