Jahez- Ek Islami Nazarya


Lafz "jahez" Arabi lafz h jiske m'aani h tayyari karna, jis tarah Surah Yousuf me hai "Wa lamma Jahazahum bi jihazihim" aur jb unho ne unke liye samaan tayyar rakha.

Goya "jahez" tayyari ko kehte h aur yeh shadi par jayiz hai lakin yeh jahez ladke ke zimmah hai kyunki shadi ki saari tayyari ussi ko karni hoti h, jis tarah Nabi saw ne Ali r.a. ki zirah bech kar us se Ali r.a. ke liye tayyari ki jis ko jahez kehte hai aur yeh shar'ii jahez h.

LEKIN jis ko barr e sageer me jahez kehte hai woh yeh hai ki Ladki apne ghar se woh samaan tayyar kar k lati hai jis ke liye ladke walo ki taraf se pehle hi list diya gaya hota h lakin iski sharyat me koi hasiyat nahi aur yeh ladke ki begairti ka saboot hai aur hinduwo se mushabihat hai kyunki Hindu isse hi Kanya-daan kehte h...

Qurani Aayat Aur Ahadees Se Wazeh Hota Hai Ki Shadi Ek Sadgi Ka Naam Hai Shadi Se Muashra Sudharta Hai Do Khandan Aabad Hote Hain, Nayi Nasl Ki Shuruat Hoti Hai. Aur Aisi Koi Aayat Nahi hai aur Na Hi Hadees Hai Jisme Hai Ke Ladki Ko Dahej Dena Chahiye Sare Dalail Yehi Kar Keh Rahe Hain Ki Ladke Ko Mahr Dena Chahiye Allah Ka Farman Bhi Allah Ke Rasul Sallellahualayhi Wasallam Ka Qaul Bhi Aur Sahaba Ikram Ki Jamat Bhi.

Allah SWT ka farman hai-

Mard Aurat per haakim hai,Isliye ke ALLAH SWT ne ek ko dusre per fazilat di hai,aur iss wajah se ke mardo ne apne maal kharch kiye hain.[Surah Nisa 34]

Aur ek jagah farmaya-

Aur Aurton ko unke Maher raazi khushi dedO.[Surah Nisa 4]

Aur Farmaya-

Aur jO kuch tum unhe de chuke ho Usme se kuch bhi wapas lena tumhare liye Halal nahi.

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Qaud kahte hain-

Maher lena biwi ka haqq hai,isse muqarrar karna wajib aur zaruri hai,Biwi aur Iske ghar walO per kOi chiz dena wajib nahi Lekin agar wo khushi se dena chahe to unki marzi.

Inn ayaton se ye zahir hOta hai ke mard aurat ko Maher ada krega nake aurat Mard ko.

Ab ahem muazu ki taraf aate hain Islam me dahej ki kya haqeeqat hai kya Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam hamare Nabi hain rasul hain rehnuma hain qudwa hain ideal hain unki pairvi se hi jannat milsakti hai unki itaat se hi Allah razi hota hai to kya unhone dahej liya Allah ke Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam ne 11 shadian ki kisi ek se bhi apne dahej liye gaur Karen doston agar kisi k paas koi daleel hai to pesh Karen aur apke baad apke sahaba khulafaye rashideen ne bhi ek se zyada shadian ki kisi ne dahej liye nahi aap puri tareeq utha kar dekhen aur unhone apni betion ki bhi shadian ki ya kisi ko dahej diye Allah ke liye gaur Karen sochen apni islah Karen, muashre ki islah Karen.

Ab Aayiye Us Baat Ki Taraf Jo Ye Jhoota Dawa Karte Hain Aur Isse Hi Samaj Me Bigad Phaila Jahez Ka…. Wo Ye Ke Allah Ke Rasul Sallellahualayhi Wasallam Ne Hazrat Fatima R.A Ko Jahez Diya, Ye Allah Ke Rasul Sallellahualayhi Wasallam Par Tohmat Hai Aur Isko Darr Na Chahiye Allah Se Uske Azaab Se Aur Loog Jo Is Wahem Me Mubtila Hain Unko Tahqeeq Karna Chahiye Andhi Taqleed Gumrahi Hai, Is Haqeeqat Par Nazar Dalte Hain... Hadees Is Tarah Se Hai:

Namaz Padhte Waqt Pant Ko Sametne(Fold Karne) Ka Bayan

hi  -
Boht si hadiths hai jo namaz ke waqt pant ko fold karne se mana  karti hai.

Ibn  Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolALlah ﷺ ne ne farmaya: ‘Mujhe hukam diya gaya hai ke main 7 haddiyo’n par sajda karu’n peshani aur Aap ne hath se naak ki taraf ishara kiya dono’n hatho’n, dono’n ghutno’n aur dono’n qadmo’n ke panjo’n par aur (ye ke ham namaz mein) apne kapdo’n aur balo’n ko ek‐khatta na karei’n.’

(Bukhari: al Azan 812 – Muslim: al Salah 490).

Kapdo ko ikhatta karne ka matlab ya hai ki kapde ko modna us ko zameen par girne se rokne ke liye jab koi sajda karta hai.

Imam An-Nawawi farmate hai:

Ulemao ka ispar ittifak hai ki apne kapde, Aasteen wagaira modna ki ijazat nahi hai. Ulmao ke ijma se is chiz ki ijazat nahi hai; ye makrooh hai aur sath-sath ye na-pasandida hai. Toh agar koi shaks is halat me namaz padhta hai to usne jaise kuch galat kiya hai lekin fir bhi uski namaz ho jayegi. Ibn al-Mundhir riwayat karte hai ki jo aesa karta hai to use apni namaz dohrani chaiye aur unhone ye raae al-Hasan al-Basri se riwayat ki hai. End quote

Tuhfat al-Minhaaj, 2/161-162 me yeh kaha gaya hai:

Jo namaz padhta hai use apne balo ko akathha karke balo ko modna ya sar ke poshak ke niche rakhna jaise ki aasteen ko modna wagaira ye Makrooh hai . End quote

Iski bunyad par namaz ke waqt pant ko ikathha karna ya modna galat hai .

Dusri taur par:

Ahadith hai jo kahti hai ke libas ko takhne se niche latkane wale shaks ki namaz nahi hoti:

Abu Hurairah r.a. bayan karte hai, Ek aadmi apna tahband latkaye namaz padh raha tha toh RasoolAllah ﷺ ne use farmaya: "Jaao wuzu karo." Wo gaya aur wuzu karke fir hazir hua to kisi aadmi ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool ﷺ! Apne use wuzu karne ka hukm kyu farmaya? Ap ne farmaya: "Woh apna tahband latkaye hue namaz padh raha tha, Jabki Allah Tahband latka kar namaz padhne wale shaks ki namaz qubul nahi farmata."

Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith-638, Hasan [Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai]

To in dono hadith ki wajahat ka natija ye nikla ki libas ko namaz me modna makruh hai lekin Takhne se niche libas ko latkane se namaz hi nahi hogi. Agar majburi me libas takhne se niche aajaye toh behtar hai ki namaz me libas ko mod lena chaiye banisbat latkane ke kyu ki modne se kamaskam namaz to ho jaegi lekin agar libas ko niche latkaya toh namaz hi nahi hogi.

Sheikh Saleh al Munajjid (Alim) ka bhi yahi kahna hai ki in do halat me pant ko fold kar liya jaye kyu ki Hadeeso me Libas ko niche latkane ki boht sakht hadeese hai aur ye boht bada gunah hai jab ki Libas ko modna (sirf) makruh hai.

Tazeem Ke Liye Khade Hone Ke Sharai Ahkaam


Jaha tak kisi ke liye khade hone ka sawaal hai to ye do hisso me takseem kiya jaega:

1.  Kisi ko Khushamdid karne ke liye khade ho jana

2. Kisi ki Tazeem ke liye khade ho jana

Kisi ko Khushamdid karne ke liye khade ho jana: 

 Is amal ki ijazat hai balki ye sunnah hai. Sunan Tirmidhi, Vol. 1, Book 46, Hadith 3872 me hai ki Rasool Allah Fatimah r.a. ke liye khade hote the aur Fatimah r.a. RasoolAllah ke liye khadi hoti thi.

Aur ek hadith hai Sahih al bukhari  hadith 3043 me jisme likha hai ki Sa`d r.a.jab faisla karne aye the Bani Quraiza ke kabile par tab RasoolAllah ne hukm diya sahabao ko unke liye khade hone ke liye.

Aur Sahih al bukhari me ek aur hadth hai jo kahti hai ki Talha r.a. ne khade ho kar dusre sahaba Kab ibn Malik r.a. se hath milaya, jab unhone Allah se tawba ki thi aur Allah ne unki Tawbah qubul ki thi.

Yaha ye pata chalta hai ki ek sahaba dusre sahaba ke liye khade hote hai RasoolAllah ki maujoodgi me isse hame ye pata chala ki kisi ko khush-amdid karne ke liye ya kisi se hath milane ke liye agar ap khade hote hai to ye ache aadab maise hai aur ye sunnah bhi hai.

Lekin sath sath dusri hadith bhi hai jo kahti hai ki kisi ki izzat ke liye khade hona galat hai balki haraam hai. Agar ap padhenge Sunan Abu Daud, Kitabul adab hadith 5211, ye kahti hai ki:

Abu Umamah riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah s.a.w. lakdi se tek lagate hue ham logo ke pas aye. Ham unki izzat ke liye khade ho gae. RasoolAllah ne kaha: Kisi ki izzat ke liye khade mat ho jaisa ke wideshi(foreigners) karte hai.
Sunan Abi Dawud 5211.

Aur Dusri hadith kahti hai:

Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Ham logo ke liye RasoolAllah se zyada azeez koi nahi tha. (Aur unhone kaha) Aur Wo (sahaba) RasoolAllah ko dekh kar kabhi khade nahi hote the kyuki wo jante the ki RasoolAllah ko ye pasand nahi tha.

So, in sari riwayato se pata chalta hai ki kabhi ye amal jayz hai kabhi ye sunnat hai kabhi ye makrooh hai aur kabhi ye haram hai. Aur jab is muamle me Sheikh Ibn Baaz r.a. se pucha gaya tha toh unhone is amal ko teen(3) hisso me takseem kiya  aur wo farmate hai :

1.  Jab koi shaks baitha hua hota hai aur wo kisi insan ke liye khada hota hai usko izzat dene ke liye jaise Persians log izzat dete the apne imamo ko, jaisa ki RasoolAllah ne zikr kiya hai. Ye jayz nahi hai aur isi wajah se RasoolAllah ne unlogo se baithne ko kaha jab RasoolAllah ne baith kar namaz padhai.
Unhone unlogo se baithne ko aur baith kar namaz padhne ko kaha, jab unlog khade hue to RasoolAllah ne kaha. “Tumne takriban usi tarah meri Taazeem ki jis tarha Persians apne Imamo ki Taazeem karte the.”

2. Jab koi shaks khada ho kisi ke ane ya jane ke liye bina usko salam kiye ya usse hath milae, balki sirf uski taazeem ke liye. Ye kamaskam Makrooh hai. Sahaba Rasool ALLah ke liye unke aane par khade nahi hote the kyuki unlogo ko pata tha ki ye amal RasoolAllah ko na-pasand tha.

3. Jab koi shaks kisi shaks ke liye khada hota hai jo andar aya ho usse hath milane ke liye ya use baithne ki  jagah dene ke liye wagaira. To is amal me koi harj nahi hai balki ye Sunnah hai jaisa ki upar zikr kiya gaya hai.

Kitaab Majmoo’ Fataawa wa Maqaalaat Mutanawwi’ah li Samaahat al-Shaykh al-‘Allaamah ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him), vol. 4, p. 394.

Kaaba/Qibla Ke Taraf Pair Karne Ke Ahkaam


Allah ‎ﷻ Quran me farmate hai:

..Aur hamne yeh kitab nazil farmaee hai jiss me har cheez ka shafi biyan hai aur hidayat aur rahmat aur khuskhabri hai Musalmano ke liye.

(al Israa :89)

۩ Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

"Sabse behtareen Kalam Allah ki kitab hai aur sabse behtareen tareeqa Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke tareeqa hai ..."

Sahih Bukhari, hadees- 382.

Quran aur sahih ahadith me kahi bhi nahi likha hai ki Kaabah ke taraf pair nahi karna chahiye. Agar ap sahih hadith padhenge to usse ye maloom hoga ki RasoolALlah ﷺ ke zamane me sahaba Kabah par chadh kar azaan dete the. (al-hadith)

Yaha tak ki sahih ahadiths me ata hai ki RasoolAlah ﷺ ne Kabah ke andar namaz padhi. Aur Zaahir si baat hai ke jab Kabah ke andar ap namaz padhenge aur jab sajde me jayenge toh khud-bakhud ap ka pair kabah ke tarf ishara karega.

۩ Ye riwayat kiya gaya tha ki Ibn Umar ne farmaya, “Rasoolullah ﷺ Kaba ke andar gaye aur wo bahar aane wale the, jab maine kuch socha, isliye mai jaldi aya aur maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko bahar aate dekha. MAine Bilal r.a. se pucha: Kya RasoolALlah ne Kabah ke andar Namaz padhi?
Unhone kaha 'Ha, do rakat padhi do sutuno ke bich me.”

Sunan an-Nasa'i, 2907 (Sahih).

Hame Islam ko apne firqe ke zahen se nahi balki Allah aur uske Rasool ke Tarike se samajhna chaiye. Aur Islam me shiddat-pasandi ko chor kar aasaani ko apnana chaiye.

۩ Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya:

"(Deen me) Logo ke liye chize  aasaan kiya karo aur sakhti na kiya karo aur unhe Khush-khabri sunaya karo aur mayus na kiya karo."

Sahih al Bukhari (69) aur Sahih Muslim (1734).

۩ Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:

Beshak Allah ta'ala narmi karne waale hain aur narmi ko pasand karte hain aur narmi pe wo sawab dete hai jo sakhti pe nahi dete.

Sunan abu Dawood, hadees 4807.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen se Qiblah ke tarf pair karke sone ka hukm pucha gaya tha. Unhone farmaya:
"Us shaks ke upar koi ilzam nahi hai agar wo qible ke taraf pair karke sota hai".

Khade Ho Kar Pani Pine Ke Ahkaam


HADITHS JO KAHTI HAI KI RASOOLALLAH NE KHADE HO KAR PANI PINE SE MANA FARMAYA:-

Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ khade hokar pani pina na-pasand karte the.

SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 23, Hadith 5017).

Abu Sa’id Khudri riwayat karte hai ki RasooolAllah ﷺ ne Khade hokar pani pine se Khabardaar kiya.

SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 23, Hadith 5020).

Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ne Khade hokar pani pine se mana farmaya tha.
ABU DAWOOD, (Book 26, Hadith 3708).

HADITHS JO KAHTI HAI KI RASOOLALLAH ﷺ NE KHADE HOKAR PANI PIYA:-

Ibn `Abbas riwayat karate hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Zamzam(pani) khade hokar piya.

SAHIH BUKHARI (Vol. 7, Book 69, Hadith 521)

Ibn Abbas riwayat karte hai: Maine RasoolALlah ﷺ ko Zamzam(ka pani) pesh kiya, aur unhone use khade hokar piya.

SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 23, Hadith 5023)

Ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RAsooolALlah ﷺ ne Khade hokar Zamzam ka pani balti (bucket) maise piya.

SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 23, Hadith 5024)

An-Nazzal riwayat karte hai:Ali r.a. (MAsjid ke) aagan ke darwaje pe aye aur fir Khade hokar pani piya aur farmaya “Kuch logo ko khade hokar pani pina na-pasand hai jabke maine RasoolaALlah ko ye karte hue dekha waise hi jese maine kiya hai .”

SAHIH BUKHARI (Vol. 7, Book 69, Hadith 519), ABU DAWOOD (Book 26, Hadith 3709).

An-Nazzal bin Sabra riwayat karte hai: Ali r.a. ne Zuhr namaz padhke Kufa ki masjid ke chuade se aagan me baith gaye aur logo ke muamla ke muaede karne lage jab tak ke Asr ka waqt na ho gaya. Fir unko pani laakar diya gaya aur unhone use piya, apne chehre, hath, sar aur panje dhule. Fir unhone Khade hokar pani piye aur farmaya, “Kuch logo ko khade hokar pani pina na-pasand hai jabke maine RasoolaALlah ko ye karte hue dekha waise hi jese maine kiya hai ”.

SAHIH BUKHARI (Vol. 7, Book 69, Hadith 520)

‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib ne Khade hokar pani piya aur logo ne unhe aise dekha jaisa wo iski mukhalifat kar rahe ho. Ali r.a. ne kaha: “ Tum aise kya dekh rahe ho? Agar maine khade hokar pani piya, Toh maine RasoolALlah ko khade hokar pani pite dekha, aur agar mai baith ke pani hui to maine RasoolALlah ﷺ ko baith kar pani pite hue dekha”.


Ye riwayat kiya gaya tha ki Ibn Umar r.a. ne farmaya:”RasoolAllah ke zamane me ham chalet hue khaya karte the, aur khade hokar piya karte the.”IBN MAJAH (Vol. 1, Book 29, Hadith 3301)

ULAMA E DEEN KI RAAE:-

AL-NAWAWI KAHTE HAI

وليس في هذه الأحاديث بحمد الله تعالى إشكال ، ولا فيها ضعف ، بل كلها صحيحة، والصواب فيها أن النهي فيها محمول على كراهة التنزيه . وأما شربه صلى الله عليه وسلم قائما فبيان للجواز ، فلا إشكال ولا تعارض ، وهذا الذي ذكرناه يتعين المصير إليه
فإن قيل : كيف يكون الشرب قائما مكروها وقد فعله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ؟
فالجواب : أن فعله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا كان بيانا للجواز لا يكون مكروها، بل البيان واجب عليه صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فكيف يكون مكروها وقد ثبت عنه أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم توضأ مرة مرة وطاف على بعير مع أن الإجماع على أن الوضوء ثلاثا والطواف ماشيا أكمل ، ونظائر هذا غير منحصرة ، فكان صلى الله عليه وسلم ينبه على جواز الشيء مرة أو مرات ، ويواظب على الأفضل منه ، وهكذا كان أكثر وضوئه صلى الله عليه وسلم ثلاثا ثلاثا ، وأكثر طوافه ماشيا ، وأكثر شربه جالسا ، وهذا واضح لا يتشكك فيه من له أدنى نسبة إلى علم . والله أعلم

In Hadiso me koi ikhtilaf nahi, saari taarife Allah ke liye hai aur un maise koi Zaif bhi nahi hai. Balki wo sare sahih hai. Sahi Raae ye hai ki jaha Mana karne ka zikr kiya gaya hai use na-pasandida samjha jaye. Haqiqati taur par ye ki RasoolALlah ﷺ ne khade hokar pani piya ye ishara karta hai ki ye karna jayz hai. Bas yahi baat kahni zaruri hai.

Agar ye pucha jaye ki khade hokar pina makrooh kaise hai jab ki RasoolALlah ne aisa kiya?

Iska jawab ye hai ki agar unhone ye dikhane ke liye kiya ki ye jayz hai to ye karna makrooh nahi hai, balki RasoolAllah pe ye dikhana aur wazahat karna laaazim tha, toh ye makrooh kese hua? Ye sabit hai ki RasoolALlah ﷺ har hisse ko sirf ek baar dho kar wuzu kiya, aur ye ki unhone Kabah ka tawaf oonth(camel) par sawar hokar bhi kiya, iske baad bhi ki ulmao me ijma hai ki wuzu ke dauran teen baar apne hisse ko dhona behtar hai aur ye bhi ki chalte hue tawaf karna behtar hai. In jaisi boht si misale hai. RasoolaAllah ﷺ ne dikhaya ki kuch chize ek baar bhi karna jayz hai aur teen baar bhi, lekin unhone wo jari rakha jo behtar tha. Isliye aam taur par jab wo wuzu karte the unhone teen baar apne hisse dhule, aur aam taur par unhone teen baar tawaf kiya aur aam taur par unhone baith kar pani piya. Ye saaf wazeh hai aur uljhane ki baate nahi hai unke liye to zara sa bhi aql rakhne ka dawa karte hai. Aur Allah sab se behtar janta hai.

Al-Haafiz ne kaha:

وهذا أحسن المسالك وأسلمها وأبعدها من الاعتراض

Ye sabse behtreen aur sabse sahi wazahat hai, aur isse ikhtilaf boht dur ho gaya hai.

Nabi ﷺ Ki Wafaat Ke Waqt Ka Bayan


Huzur ﷺ ke Wafaat ka waqt:

Hajrat:- Umar Farooq r.a.:– wafaat ki khabar sun ker inke hosh jaate rahe aur wo khare ho ker kahne lage “ Kuch Munafeqeen Samajhte hai Rasulullah sallaho Alihe Wasallam ki Wafaat ho Gai Lekin Haqeeqat ye hai ke Rasululllah ﷺ ki Wafaat nahi hui , Balke Aap apne Rabb ke paas Tashreef le gaye hai.

Jis Tarah Musa bin Imran Ali salam Tashreef le gaye the aur apni Qaum se 40 raat Gayeb rah ker unke paas fir waapis aa gaye the, halake waapsi se pahle kaha jar aha tha ke wo intaqaal ker gaye hai.”

Khuda ki kasam Rasulullah sws bhi juror palat ker aayenge aur un logo ke haath Paao kaat daalenge jo Samajhte hai ke Aap sallaho alihe wa sallam ki Maut waqi Ho chuki hai.

Hajrat Abu Bakr r.a.:– Mere Maa Baap Aap per Qurbaan , Allah aap par 2 Maut Jama Nahi karega, jo Maut Aap per likh di gait hi wo aap ko aachuki.

Us ke baad Abu Bakr Bahar Tashreef Laye us waqt bhi Hajrath umar r.a. logo se baate ker rahe the, hajrat Abu Bakr ne un se kaha Umar Baith Jao, Hajrat umar R.A. ne Baithne Se inkaar kar dia. Sahaba Hajrath umar ko chor ker Hajrat abu bakr ki taraf Mutawajja ho gaye. Hajrat Abu Bakr ne Fermaya.

Amma Baad” Tum me se jo shakhs Muhammad Sws ki Ibaadat (Pooja) Karta tha wo jaan le ke Muhammad sws ki Maut waaqi ho chuki hai . Aur tum me se jo shakhs Allah ki ibaadat kerta tha to yaqeenann Allah humesha zinda Rahne wala hai , kabhi nahi marega.

Fir unhone ye ayat parhi. Soorah Imran {3 : 144 }

“Muhamad nahi hai mager Rasool hi un se pahle bhi bahut se Rasool guzar chuke hai . to kya ager wo mar jaye ya un ki maut waaqih ho jaaye ya qatl ker diye jaye to tum log kya Aeeri ke bal palat jaaoge.?

Aur jo shakhs Apne Aeeri ke bal palat jaye to yaad rakhe ke wo Allah ka kuch nuksaan nahi pahucha sakta. Aur Anqareeb Allah shukr karne walo ko Jaza dega. Uske baad Hajrat umar ne Fermaya mai ne jo hi Abu bakr ko Telawat kerte hue suni intahai Mutahhyer aur dahshat zada ho ker rah gaya . Hatta ke mere paao mujhe uthha hi nahi rahe the aur hatta ke Abu bakr ko us ayat ki talaawat kerte sun ker mai zameen per gir Para.kyoke mai jaan gaya waqai Nabi sws ko maut aa chuki hai.
