Ilmi Vs Jazbaati Nuqhta e Nazar


Agar ap insaani fitrat ka mut'aala kare to jo chiz samajh aa jaati hai aur wo ye hai ki achhai, Neki, Khair, Sacchai, Diyaanat-daari, Amaanat ye agarche badi mahboob chize hai. Lekin insaan aasani se in ki taraf aamaada nahi hota hai jab ke buraai ek aisi cheez hai ke jiske andar badi kashish hai.

Hazrat Maseeh a.s. ne Injeel me bahut khubsoorat jumla kahaa hai ke 'Neki ki raah tang hai aur is par chalne wale bahut thode hote hai aur burai ki raah badi kushaada hai aur us par jab chahe ap hujoom Ikhatta kar sakte hai.'

To is wajah se Insaan jab is tarha ke muamlat me logon ke jazbaat ka istehsal (extortion) karne ke liye uth khada hota hai to badi aasani se wo apne gird logo ko ikhatta kar leta hai.
Iske bilkul khilaaf agar ap jazbaat ko nahi ubharte, aap logon ki nafsiyaat ka istehsal nahi karte, ap Ilm aur aqal ki baat karte hai toh ap dekh lijiye puri insaani taarikh me, ki bahut kam log aapki baat sunne ke liye tayyaar hote hai.

Yaani humare mulk Nepal, India, Pakistan me tajurba kar ke dekh lijiye ke Ilm o aqal ki baat karne walon ke liye koi gunjaish nahi hai ke wo khade bhi rah sake.  Aur jo log jazbaat ko ubharte hai aur jahaalat par mabani jo chiz, jo baat dil me aati hai, kahte chale jaate hai, us par log '' Subhanallah.. Wah.. Wah.. Kya kahne hai..'' jaise alfaz kahte hai.

To ye hai Insan ke sath muamla agar aisa na hota to fir insan ka imtehan hi kya tha, yahi imtehan hai. Asal mai bahut kam log isko samjhate hai ke imtehan sirf amal ka nahi ho raha balki Ilm ka bhi imtehan ho raha hai Allah ke taraf se. Yaani:

۩ Kya Ham Sachhai Ko Janna Chahte Hai ? 
۩ Kya Sachhai Ko Janane Ki Humare Andar Sachhi Talab Hai ? 
۩ Kya Hum Sachhai Ko Jazbaat Se Alag Ho Kar Bhi Sun Sakte Hai ?
۩ Kya Is Ilm Ke Safar Main Waqayi Ab Hum Khalis Daleel Ki Bunyaad Par Cheezo Ko Samjhte Hain ?

Mai hamesha apne talib e Ilmo ko bhi yahi kahta hu ke ap Ilm ke baargaah me dakhil ho to jazbaat darwaaze par rakh aaye. Isliye ke Ilm ki baargaah me jazbaat ka koi dakhal nahi hota. Yaha to bada be-rehmana postmortem hoga. Tahqiq ki duniya apke jazbaat ko nahi dekhti, wo to haath mai nishtar (surgeon's knife) pakadegi aur har chiz ko udhed ke rakh degi aur batayegi ke 'Asal Haqeeqat Ye Hai' lekin asal Haqeeqat ko toh log dekhna hi nahi chahte.

Mere ustaad kahte hai ki jab unhone Deen par ibtida me jab tahqeeq ka kaam shuru kiya tha to unki ek choti bahen thi jinki wafat ho gayi hai. To ek din unki bahen bahut hi aazurda ho kar ustad sahab se kahne lagi ki : ''Tumhari baaten to bahut maakul (munasib) lagti hai magar saari mazhab ki rangeeni khatam karti chali jaa rahi hai..''

To insaan ko rangeeni ki badi talaash hai, aur wo ya burai me milti hai, ya jahaalat me milti hai, ya jazbaat ko ubhaar kar milti hai.

Deen Me Aqal Ka Istemal Karna


Kuch log Deen me aqal istemal karne ko galat kahte hai aur jo log Deen me aqal istemal kar ke faisla karte hai unhe wo aqal-parast kahte hai. Aaiye dekhte hai Deen me aqal istemal karna kitna sahih hai:

Islam ki sabse unchi kitab, Quran e Majeed ko agar ap tarjume se padhenge to apko pata chalega ki Allah jagah jagah par hame sochne, aql-istemal karne, gaur o fikr karne ki naseehat karta hai. Aur Quran e hakeem to Aqal-mando ki taareefo se bhari padi hui hai. 

 Aiye Quran e Hakeem se kuch misaale dekhte hai,

۩ Aasmano aur zameen ki paidaish, raat din ka her fer, kashtiyon ka logon ko nafa dene wali chizo ko liye hue samandar me chalna, asmaan se paani utaar kar, murda zameen ko zinda kar dena, is mai har qism ke jaanwaron ko faila dena, hawaaon ke rukh badalna, aur baadal jo asmaan aur zameen ke darmiyaan musaqqar hai, in me Aqal-mando ke liye qudrat e ilaahi ki nishaniya hai. (Surah al-Baqara, 164).

۩ Kuffaar ki misaal un jaanwaron ki tarah hai jo apne charwaahe ki sirf pukaar aur awaaz hi ko sunte hai (samajhte nahi) wo bahre, gunge aur andhe hai, unhe aqal nahi. (Surah al-Baqara, 171).

۩ Aqalmandon! Qisaas me tumhare liye zindagi hai, is baayes se tum (qatal na haq se) rukoge. (Surah al-Baqara, 179).

۩ Allah isi tarah apni aayate tum par zaahir farma rahaa hai taa keh tum Samjho. (Surah al-Baqara, 242).

۩ Wahi Allah hai jis ne tum par kitab utari, jis me waazeh waazeh aayate hai jo asal kitab hai aur baaz mutashaabe aayate hai, pas jin ke dil me kaji hai wo to is ke mutashaabe aayato ke piche lag jaate hai, fitne ki talab aur un ki muraad ki justaju ke liye, halaan ke un ke haqiqi muraad ko siwaye Allah ke koi nahi janta, aur pukhta aur mazboot ilm waale yahi kahte hai ke hum to un par eemaan la chuke, ye hamare rab ki taraf se hai aur nasihat to sirf Aqal-mand haasil karte hai. (Surah aal e Imran, 7).

۩ Aye ahle kitab! Tum Ibraheem ke bareme kyu jhagadte ho, halaan ke tauraat aur injeel to un ke baad naazil ki gayi, kya tum fir bhi nahi samajhte? (Surah al-Imran, 65)

۩ Aur jab tum namaz ke liye pukarte ho to wo use hasi khel ki tarha lete hai, ye is waste ke Be’Aql hai. (Surah al-Maida, 58)

۩ Allah ne, na Bahirah ko muqarrar kiya hai aur na Sa'ibah ko aur na Wasilah ko aur na Ham ko, lekin jo log kaafir hai wo Allah par jhut lagate hai aur aksar kafir Aqal nahi rakhte. (Surah al-Maida, 103)

۩ Yaqinan hum ne is ko nazil kiya hai Qur’aan e arabi zuban ka taa keh tum Samajh sako. (Surah Yusuf, 2)

۩ Ye Qur’an tamaam logo ke liye ittela naama hai ke is ke zarye se, wo hoshiyaar kar diye jaye aur ba khubi maloom karle ke Allah ek hi mabood hai aur taa ke Aqalmand log soonch samajh le. (Surah İbrahim, 52)

۩ Usi ne raat, din aur suraj, chaand ko tumhare liye taabe kar diya hai aur sitaare bhi usi ke hukm ke ma-tahet hai, yaqinan us me Aqalmand logo ke liye kayi nishaniya maujood hai. (Surah an-Nahl, 12)

۩ Aur khajoor aur angoor ke darakhton ke falon se tum sharaab banaa lete ho aur umda rozi bhi, jo log Aql rakhte hai un ke liye to us me bahut badi nishaani hai. (Surah an-Nahl, 67)

۩ Uff hai tum par aur un par jin ki tum Allah ke siwa ibadat karte ho, kya tumhe itni si bhi Aqal nahi? (Surah al-Anbiya, 67)

۩ Andhe par langde par bimaar par aur khud tum par (mut-laqan) koi harj nahi ke tum apne gharo se kha lo, ya apne baapon ke gharon se, ya apni maaon ke gharon se ya apne bhaiyyon ke gharon se ya apni behno ke gharon se ya apne chachaon ke gharon se ya apni fufyon ke gharon se ya apne mamuo ke gharon se ya apni khalaaon ke gharon se, ya un gharon se jin ki kunjiyo ke tum maalik ho, ya apne dosto ke gharon se, tum par us me bhi koi gunah nahi ke tum sab sath baith kar khana khawo ya alag alag, pas jab tum gharo me jaane lago, to apne ghar walon ko salaam kar liya karo, dua e khair hai jo ba-barkat aur pakiza hai, Allah ki taraf se naazil shuda, yunhi Allah khol-khol kar tum se apne ahkaam bayan farma raha hai taa ke tum samajho. (Surah an-Noor, 61)

۩ Al-batta hum ne is basti ko sareeh ibrat ki nishaani bana di, un logo ke liye jo Aqal rakhte hai. (Surah al-Ankabut, 35)

۩ Aur us ki nishaniyon maise ek ye (bhi) hai ke wo tumhe daraane aur ummeed waar banane ke liye bijliya dikhata hai aur asmaan se baarish barsaata hai aur us se murda zameen ko zinda kar deta hai, us me (bhi) Aqal-mando ke liye bahut si nishaniya hai. (Surah ar-Room, 24)

۩ Shaitaan ne to tum maise bahut saari makhlooq ko bahka diya, kya tum Aqal nahi rakhte. (Surah Yaseen, 62)

۩ Ye ba barkat kitab hai jise hum ne Aap ki taraf is liye naazil farmaya hai, ke log is ki aayaton par gaur o fikr kare aur Aqalmand us se naseehat haasil kare. (Surah Sad, 29)

۩ Jo baat ko kaan laga kar sunte hai, fir jo behtareen baat ho, us ki itteba karte hai, yahi hai jinhe Allah ne hidayat ki hai aur yahi Aqal-mand bhi hai. (Surah az-Zumar, 18)

۩ Kya aap ne nahi dekha ke allah asmaan se paani utaarta hai aur use zameen ki sutho me pahunchaata hai, fir usi ke zariye se muqtalif qism ki khetiyaa ugaata hai, fir wo khushk ho jaati hai aur aap unhe zard rang dekhte hai, fir unhe reza reza kar deta hai, us me aqal-mando ke liye bahut zyada nasihat hai. (Surah az-Zumar, 21)

۩ Ki wo (Kitab) Hidayat aur nasihat thi aql mando ke liye. (Surah Ghafir, 54)

۩ Ye sab mil kar bhi Aap se lad nahi sakte, haan ye aur baat hai ke qila band muqamaat me ho, ya diwaaro ki aad me ho, un ki ladayi to un me aapas me hi bahut sakht hai. Jo Aap unhe muttahid samajh rahe hai, lekin un ke dil dar asl ek dusre se juda-juda (diverse) hai, is liye ke ye Be-Aql log hai. (Surah al-Hashr, 14) 

Zahir si baat hai agar ek Kafir Musalman hota hai to wo Quran par ya hamare deen par gaur o fikr kar ke hi eemaan lata hai, jab use yakeen ho jata hai ki yahi rasta sachha hai. Aur agar ek riwayati Musalman apne firqe, apne mushre aur unke galat rasm-riwaz, shirkiya-biddati aqide ya amal ko chor kar agar ahle Tawheed musalman banta hai to wo isi liye kyuki use Allah itni aql aur salahiyat se nawaz deta hai ki wo sahih aur galat me fark kar sake. Na hi gair-muslim par wahee aati hai aur na hi ummatio par ki wo sahih rasta apnale, agar wo sahih rasta apnaate hai to apni aqal, soch, gaur o fikr ke bunyad par hi apnaate hai.

Ye baat kuch logo me Allahu alam kaise mashhoor ho gai ki Islam me aqal istemal karna galat hai. Yaani ap ye kahna chah rahe hai ki Islam aqal ke khilaf baat karta hai ya fir ye ki Islam aqal se alag chiz ka naam hai. Ye to kafiro ka kahna hai, ham isme kaise mubtala ho gaye? Ham Kafiro ki mushabihat kyu kar rahe hai?

Quran me Allah jagah-jagah par Hikmat ki baat karte hai aur ham aqal, hikmat, in sab chizo se aese bhagte hai jaise ye koi museebat ho. Allah pak farmate hai,

۩ Wo Jise Chahe Hikmat Aur Danayi Deta Hai Aur Jo Shaks Hikmat Aur Samajh Diya Jaaye Wo Bahut Saari Bhalayi Diya Gaya Aur Nasihat Sirf Aqal-Mand Hi Haasil Karte Hai. [2:269]

۩ Ye Kitab Ki Aayate Hai, Jo Hikmat se bhari hai. [31:2]

Aur Allah ki rahmat ki nishani hai ki wo apne bande ko saheeh samajh (Hikmat) ata karta hai:

Muawiya r.a. riwayat karte hai ki unhone RasoolAllah ﷺ ko ye kahte hue suna ki Agar Allah kisi ke sath bhalaai ka irada karna chahta hai to use Deen ki samajh ata kar deta hai.

Kuch logo ko ye galat-fehmi hai ki Deen me aqal-istemal karne ka matlab ye hai ki Allah aur uske Rasool ki baato se upar aqal ko rakhna hai. Nauzbillah, ham Allah ki panaah mangte hai is chiz se. Wo shaks Musalaman hi kaise ho sakta hai jo Allah aur uske Rasool se upar aqal ko rakhe, Musalman ka toh matlab hi yahi hai ki har khwahishe, aqeedate, aql, jazbaat aur har chiz se upar Allah aur uske Rasool ki baat ko rakha jaye.

Aur jo log Deen me aql istemal karne ko galat kahte hai unke liye Quran me ek Ayat hai:

۩ Aur wo kahenge, "Agar hum sunte hote ya Aqal istemal karte, toh dozakiyo me (shareek) na hote."(Surah al-Mulk, 10).

Taqleed Aur Sahaba Ka Tarika


Mai is article me Sahaba ki misaal dekar ye batana chahta hu ki jab bhi unko Quran ya Sunnat se koi masala bataya jata tha aur agar wo iske mutabik nahi hote the toh wo fauran ruju kar liya karte the, ye nahi kahte the ki itne bade-bade buzurg kaise galat ho sakte hai, ya tum itne bade sahaba se zyada jante ho, ya ye ki sahaba ko kaise galti lag sakti hai ? Nahi..! Wo fauran ruju kar liya karte the jaise ki Quran me aya hai:

Momino ki baat toh yahi hoti hai ke jab unhe Allah aur us ke Rasool ﷺ ki taraf bulaya jaata hai taake wo un ke darmiyan faisla kare to wo (momin) kahte hai, "Hum Ne Suna Aur Hamne Maan Liya". Aur yahi log qamyab hone waale hai.

Surah Noor (24), Ayat-51.

Aiye ab ham sahaba e karaam ke daur me chalte hai aur dekhte hai ki Taqleed e shakshi yaani kisi ek shaks ki Taqleed karna, is par sahaba e karaam ka kya tarika tha:

1۞ Ammi Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Abu Bakr r.a. apni qayam-gaah As-Sunh (jagah ka naam) se ghode par aaye aur aa kar utre, fir Masjid ke andar gaye.

Umar r.a. khade hue aur kahne lage, "Allah ki kasam! Allah ke Rasool ki wafat nahi hui hai" [Bukhari, hadith-3667]

Ap (Abu Bakr r.a.) ne (us waqt) logo se baat na ki. Is ke baad Ap Aisha r.a. ke hujre me aaye aur sidhe Nabi ﷺ ki taraf gaye, Aap ﷺ ka badan mubarak ek Yamani chadar se dhaka hua tha. Ap ne Rasool ﷺ ka chehra khola aur jhuk kar chehra mubarak ko chuma aur rone lage, fir kaha mere maa-baap Aap par qurban ho. Allah ki qasam! Allah Ta'ala Aap par Do (2) martaba maut taari nahi karenge. Jo ek maut Aap ke muqaddar me thi, woh Aap par taari ho chuki hai.

Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a. bahar aaye to Hazrat Umar r.a. logo se kuch kah rahe the.

Abu Bakr r.a. ne kaha ke Umar baith jao, lekin Umar r.a. ne baithne se inkaar kar diya. Itne mein log Umar r.a ko chor kar Abu Bakr r.a. ke pass aa gaye our Aap ne khutba e masnoon ke baad farmaya: Amma-ba'ad! Tum me jo bhi Muhammad ﷺ ki ibaadat karta tha to woh ye jaan le ke Aap ﷺ ki wafaat ho chuki hai aur jo Allah Ta'ala ki Ibaadat karta tha toh (wo jaan le ke) Allah zinda hai aur us ko kabhi maut nahi aayegi. [Fir Abu Bakr r.a. Quran ki ek Ayat tilawat farmayi]

Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya hai:

"...وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ"

Muhammad toh sirf Rasool hai, in se pahle bhi Rasool guzar chuke hai. Toh agar wo mar jaye ya katl kar diye jaye to kya tum ulte paao fir jaoge (kufr karoge)? Aur jo ulte paao fir jaye wo Allah ka kuch nukasan nahi kar sakega, lekin Allah shukrguzaaro ko badla dega. [Surah Imran, Ayat-144].

Ibn Abbas r.a kahte hai: Allah ki qasam! Aisa mahsoos hua jaise pahle se logo ko maloom hi nahi tha ke Allah Ta'ala ne ye ayat nazil ki hai jab tak ke Abu Bakr r.a ne is ki tilawat na ki aur sab ne un se ye ayat na sun li.

(Ab ye haal tha ke) Jo bhi (ye ayat) sunta tha wohi is ki tilawat karne lag jata tha.

(Fir) Umar r.a ne kaha : "Allah ki qasam Jis waqt maine Abu Bakr ko tilawat karte hue suna toh mere paawo mera bojh utha na sake aur usi waqt mai zameen par gir gaya jab maine us (ayat) ki tilawat suni ye ikrar karte hue ki Rasool ﷺ wafat paa chuke hai."

2۞ Sa'id kahte hai Umar ibn Khattab r.a. pahle kahte the ke Diyyat Katl kiye gaye logo ke kabeelo walon par hai aur Aurat apne shauhar ki diyyat se kuch bhi hissa na payegi, yahan tak ke Zahak ibn Sufyan ne unhe bataya ke Rasool ﷺ ne unhe likh kar bheja tha ke 'Ashyam Zubabi' ki biwi ko mai in ke shauhar ki diyyat mai se hissa dilau, to Umar r.a ne apne qawl se ruju kar liya.

Sunan Abu Dawud, Kitab Al-Fara'iz, hadith- 2927. Classed as Sahih by Albani.

3۞ Ikrimah r.a. kahte hai ke Ali r.a ne kuch aise logo ko zinda jala diya tha jo Islam se murtad ho gaye the. Jab Ibn Abbas r.a. ko ye baat malum hui to unhone kaha: "Agar (Ali r.a ki jagah) mai hota to inhe qatal karta, kyunki Rasool ﷺ ka farmaan hai "Jo apne Deen ko badal daale use qatal kar dalo." Aur mai inhe jalata nahi kyunki Rasool ﷺ ka farman hai "Allah ke azaab (yaani jalana) jaisa azaab na do".

Fir is bat ki khabar Ali r.a. ko hui to unhone kaha, "Ibn Abbas Ne Sach Kaha."

4۞ Sa`id bin Al-Musaiyab r.a. riwayat karte hai, Umar bin khattab r.a. Masjid mein tashreef laaye toh Hassaan r.a. shayari padh rahe the. (Umar r.a. ne shayri padhne ko na-pasand kiya) Is par Hassan ne kaha, "Mai isi Masjid me shayri padha karta tha un (RasoolAllah ﷺ) ki maujudgi me jo Ap se behtar the. Fir Hassan r.a. Abu Huraira r.a. ki taraf mude (turned) aur kaha ki Mai tumhe Allah ka waasta de kar puchta hu ki Kya Rasool ﷺ ko tum ne ye farmaate nahi suna tha ki 'Aye Hassan! (Kuffar Makkah Ko) meri taraf se (shayri me) jawab do, Aye Allah Roohul Quddus ke zarye Hassan ki madad kar. Abu Huraira r.a. ne kaha, "Ji Ha (maine ye suna tha)".

5۞ Salim bin Abdullah r.a. ne bayan kiya ki unhone Ahle Shaam mai se ek shaks se suna, wo Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se Hajj me Umra se fayda (Hajj e Tamattu) ke bareme puch raha tha. Toh Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne kaha, "Ye jayz hai". Is par Shaami (sham ka rahne wala) ne kaha, " (Lekin) Apke ke walid (Umar r.a.) ne to isse roka hai?
Abdullah ibn Umar ne kaha, "Zara tum ye batao, agar mere walid kisi chiz se roke aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ne use kiya ho toh mere walid ke hukm ki pairwi ki jayegi ya RasoolAllah ﷺ ki, toh usne kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ke hukm ki", toh unhone kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ne aesa kiya hai".

6۞ Abdullah ibn Umar riwayat karte hai ki ek bar Umar r.a. ke bagal me ek shaks ki cheenk ayi (sneezed) aur fir usne kaha “Sari taareefe Allah ke liye hai aur salamti ho Mohammad ﷺ par”. Ye sunkar Umar r.a. ne kaha ki mai bhi Alhamdulillah Was-Salamu ‘Ala Rasulillah kahta hu (dusre mauko par) lekin ye wo nahi hai jo RasoolAllah ne (cheenk aane par) hame taaleem di hai. RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame (cheenk aane par) “Al-Hamdulillah ‘Ala Kulli Hal” kahne ki taaleem di hai.

7۞ Mujahid riwayat karte hai ki Ibn Abbas r.a. se marwi hai ki ek martaba wo Ameer Muawiya r.a. ke sath Baitullah ka tawaaf kar rahe the, Ameer Muawiya r.a. khana e Kabah ke tamam kono (corners) ko chhune lage, Ibn Abbas r.a. ne unse kaha ki Ap un Do (2) kono ko kyu chhu rahe hai jab ki  Nabi ﷺ ne un (kono) ko nahi chhua ? Unhone farmaya ki Baitullah ke kisi hisse ko chhora nahi ja sakta.
Is par Ibn Abbas r.a. ye ayat padhi ki tumhare liye Paigambar e Islam ﷺ ki zaat me behtareen misaal maujud hai. [Quran, 33:21]. Muawiya r.a. ne farmaya ki Ap ne sach kaha.

۩ Salim bin `Abdullah riwayat karte hai ki unke walid ne kaha, "Mai ne Nabi ﷺ ko sirf Do (2) Yamini kono (corners) ko chhute hue dekha hai."

Zakhm Ya Plaster Par Wuzu Kaise Kiya Jaye ?


۞ Ibn e Abbas r.a. farmate hai ke sardi ka mausam tha, ek aadmi ko ghusl janabat ki zarurat pesh aai. Us shaks ne is bareme dariyaft kiya to unko ghusl karne ko kaha gaya. Usne ghusl kiya jis se iski maut ho gai. Jab is waaqye ka zikar Rasool Allah ﷺ se kiya gaya to Aap ﷺ ne Farmaya: ‘Un logo’n ne ise maar dala. Allah inko maare, beshak Allah ta’ala ne mitti ko paak karne wala banaya hai (yaani wo Tayammum kar leta).’

Ibn e Khuzaima, vol-1, hadith- 273. Ibn e Hibban, hadith- 2001. Ise Imam Haakim Vol-1 Page-165 aur Imam Hafiz Zahabi ne Saheeh kaha.

Patti par masah karne ki kuch hadeese milti hai lekin wo saari usool e Muhaddiseen ke nazdeek zaif hai. Lekin is par Abdullah ibn Umar ka amal sabit hai sahih hadees ki roshni me:

۞ Imam Bayhaqi farmate hai,

"Nabi ﷺ se is mauzu ke mutallik kuch bhi sabit nahi hai balki ye Tabaeen maise Fuqaha ki raaye hai aur unki bhi jo unke baad aye, is ke sath sath jo Ibn Umar se bayan hai (yaani Ibn Uma ki bhi raaye hai)."
Imam Bayhaqi apne isnaad ke sath zikr karte hai ki Jab Ibn Umar ke hath me patti bandhi hui thi tab unhone wuzu kiya toh patti par masah kiya aur uske alawa baaki chizo ko dho liya. Imam Bayhaqi farmate hai, "Ye ibn Umar r.a. se sabit hai".

Agar chot par patti nahi lagi hui hai ya sirf marham ya koi dawa lagi hui hai aur us hisse par wuzu karna hai, agar ye dar ho ki wuzu karne se nuksan pohch sakta hai ya dhone se zakhm ko bharne me waqt lag sakta hai to us par masah karne ki ijazat hai (agar masah kar sake) lekin agar masah bhi na kiya ja sake to fir wuzu ke saare hisse dho liye jaye aur zakhm wale hisse par tayammum kar liya jaye.

۞ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai: Jism ke kisi hisse par agar zakhm hai jis par wuzu kiya jata hai toh ye manzar ho sakta hai:

۩ Wo agar (Plaster, bandage ya patti se) dhaka na ho aur use dhone se nuksan na ho. Is surat e haal me use dhona chahiye agar wo (zakhm) us jagah par ho jo hissa (wuzu me) dhoya jata ho.

۩ Wo agar dhaka na ho lekin dhone se (zakhm par) nuksan pohchega aur masah karne se nuksan nahi pohchega. Is surat e haal me use dhone ke bajaye masah karna chahiye.

۩ Wo agar dhaka na ho lekin dhone aur masah, dono karne se us (zakhm) par nuksan pohchega. Is halat me use tayammum karna chahiye. [Tayammum karne ka tarika]

۩ Wo agar patti (band-aid) ya isi tarha ki chiz jiski zarurat ho usse dhaka ho. Is halat me use jis chiz se wo dhaka hai us par masah karna chahiye aur ye karna kaafi hoga us hisse ko dhone ke bajaye aur use tayammum karne ki zarurat nahi hai.

Kya Jaanwar Ke Har Hisse Ko Khane Ki Ijazat Hai ?


Alhamdulillah..

Hamara Deen, halal Jaanwar ke har hisse ko hame khane ki ijazat deta hai bagair kisi istisna ke (without any exception).

۩ Mudawwanah me likha hai, "Gosht ki izafi chize jaise charbi (fat), jigar (liver), mayda (stomach), dil (heart), fefda (lungs), tilli (spleen), gurde (kidneys), gardan (neck), khasia (testicles), pair (feet), sar (head), aur isi tarha ki chize bhi gosht hi ke hukm me aate hai." End quote.

Tahdheeb al-Mudawwanah by al-Baraadha‘i (1/93). Ye bhi dekhe: Mawaahib al-Jaleel (6/204).

Aur isi tarha jaanwar ki zuban ya uski khaal ko bhi khane ki ijazat hai.

Kuch Ulema ki raaye ye bhi hai ki kuch gandagi wale hisse jaise khasia (testicles) ko khana makrooh hai.

۩ Al-Mughni (3/296) me kaha gaya hai, "Jaanwar ka wo hissa (khasia) khana acha nahi samjha jata hai."

۩ Az-Zayla‘i kahte hai,

Bhed (sheep) ki gilaf (vagina), khasia (testicles), gudud (glands), masanah (bladder) aur patah (gallbladder) ko khana makrooh hai kyuki ye wo chize hai jo logo ko be-swaad (distasteful) lagti hai aur unhe ye napasandidah hai. End quote.

Tabyeen al-Haqaa’iq (6/226).

Lekin mere Ilm ke nazdeek un hisso ke khane ko makruh kahna ye kamzor raaye hai, uski wajah ye hai ki iski koi daleel nahi hai. Lekin Rasool ﷺ ka ek qawl hai jisse ye baat aur waazeh ho jati hai:

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Allah ne apne kitab me jis bhi chiz ki ijazat di hai unki ijazat hai; jis chiz ko usne haraam kiya hai wo haraam hai; aur jis chiz par wo khamosh hai uski muafi hai, toh Allah ki muafi ko qubul karo, kyuki Allah kabhi bhulta nahi hai." Fir Aap ﷺ ne is ayat ki tilawat farmayi, "aur tumhara Rab kabhi bhulta nahi" [Surah Maryam 19:64].

Sunan Bayhaqi, hadith- 20216. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in as-Saheehah (2256). 

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.
