Kya Sahaba ne Aqide me Ikhtilaf kiya?

Alhamdulillah..

Kuch logo ka kahna hai ki Sahaba ne aqide me ikhtilaf nahi kiya jab ki ye baat hadees ki daleel ke khilaf hai.

Sahaba ne aqidah ke chote (furoo) masail me ikhtilaf kiya hai aur unhone bunyadi aqide (usool) me ikhtilaf nahi kiya hai.

Aaiye in ikhtilaf ki daleel dekhte hai:

1. Nabi ﷺ ke wafat ke waqt Umar r.a. ne baaki sahaba se ikhtilaf karte hue ye aqidah apnaya ki Rasoolullah zinda hai. Halaki fir unhone is baat se ruju kiya. Dekhein Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 3667,3668.

2. Ibn Abbas r.a. ka ye aqidah tha ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Allah ko dekha hai [Jamia Tirmizi, kitab at tafseer ﴾47﴿, hadees- 3279]. Jab ki Ayesha r.a. aur aksar sahaba ka ye aqidah tha ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Allah ko nahi dekha hai [Sahih Muslim, kitab al eemaan ﴾1﴿, hadees- 439].

3. Umar r.a. ka ye aqidah tha ki mayyat par noha karne se mayyat ko aazab diya jaata hai (Sahih Muslim, hadees- 927). Jab ki Ayesha r.a. ka ye aqidah nahi tha (Sahih Muslim, hadees- 932).

Ab dekhte hai ki hamare ulema is par kya kahte hai:

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen farmate hai,

“Hamare is daur me kuch log jinhone salafiyyah ka rasta apnaya hai unlogo ne har us shaks ko gumraah kahna shuru kar diya jo unse ikhtilaf karta hai yaha tak ke agar wo shaks sahih ho, aur kuch logo ne hibz ka rasta apnaya hai jis tarha se dusre groh (parties) ne apnaya tha jo apne ap ko Mazhab e Islam se hone ka dawah karte hai. Ye kuch aesa hai jo na-pasandida hai aur jiski manzuri nahi di ja sakti, aur unlogo se ye kahna chaiye ki Salaf as saaleh ke tarike ko dekho, wo kya kiya karte the? Un ke tarike ko dekho aur kaise wo khule dil ke the jab ikhtilaf ki surat aati thi jisme ijtihaad jaiyz hai (aur ikhtilaf kabile qubul hai). Woh bade masail me bhi Ikhtilaf karte the, eeman (aqidah) aur amal ke masail me. Ap ko kuch chize milengi, jaise, Rasoolullah ﷺ ka Allah ko dekhne par inkar karna jab ki dusro ne kaha ki unhone dekha hai. Apne kuch ko ye kahte hue dekha hoga ki qayamat ke din jo chiz tauli (weighted) jayegi wo hai aamaal jab ki dusre log kahte the ki wo to aamaal ki kitab hai jo tauli jayengi. Ap unhe dekhenge ki wo Fiqh ke muamlo me bhi kaafi had tak ikhtilaf karte the, jaise Nikah, Wirasat ka hissa, khareed aur farokhqt, aur dusre muamlo me. Lekin is ke bawujud unhone ek dusre ko gumraah nahi kaha.”

۩ Shaykh Assim al Hakeem kahte hai,

'Sahaba e karaam aqidah ke is masle me ikhtilaf nahi karte the jaise ki Allah ke maujud hone par, Jannat aur Dozakh, marne ke baad ki zindagi, eeman ke sutun, Allah ke naam aur sifat. Lekin wo aqidah ke chote masail me ikhtilaf karte the.' (summary of clip)

Chote Chote Ikhtilaf Par Gumrah kahne ki Bimari | Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen


۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen farmate hai,

Hamare is daur me kuch log jinhone salafiyyah ka rasta apnaya hai unlogo ne har us shaks ko gumraah kahna shuru kar diya jo unse ikhtilaf karta hai yaha tak ke agar wo shaks sahih ho, aur kuch logo ne Hibz ka rasta apnaya hai jis tarha se dusre groh (parties) ne apnaya tha jo apne ap ko Mazhab e Islam se hone ka dawah karte hai. Salafiyyah ek khas Jamaat ke taur par jiski alag khushusiyat ho jisme log in logo ke siwa sabko gumraah kahe, in logo ka salafiyyah se kuch bhi lena-dena nahi hai. Jaha tak ke salafiya jiska matlab salaf ki pairwi karna eeman me, kalimaat aur aamaal me, ittihad, mutabqat aur shafkat aur muhabbat ke taraf bulana jaisa ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Momin ke Misaal ek jism me Muhabbat, rahmat aur shafkat ki tarha hai; jab koi ek hisse me takleef hoti hai toh fir baaki hissa bhi us ke sath jaagta hai aur bukhar me shamil ho jata hai- YE ASAL SALAFIYYAH HAI."” End quote.

Kab Hame Bahes ko Aage Nahi Badhana Hai - Wa izaa khaata bahumul jaahiloona qaaloo salaamaa

۩ Allah pak Quran me farmate hai

وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْنًا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ الْجَاهِلُونَ قَالُوا سَلَامًا-

Rahman ke bande woh hai jo zameen par narm chaal chalte hai aur jab jaahil unke mooh lagne lagte hai to kah dete hai ke salaam hai.

Surah Furqan (25), ayat- 63.

Jab ap kisi ke sath guftgu karte hai, toh guftgu hamesha ilmi tarike se karni chahiye, istedlal ke sath karni chahiye.

Apko bhi chahiye ki ap daleel de, mohazzab tarike se apni baat dusre ke saamne rakhe, dusre par koi cheez thoosne ki koshish na kare, apni baat kahein, dusre ki baat sunein.

Jab tak ye muqalma ho raha hai aur ap ilm aur istedlal ke sath baat kar rahe hai, koi jahalat ka sawal nahi hai.

Lekin jis waqt koi aadmee apne muh me kaff bharne lag jaata hai, aasteen chadha leta hai, daleel ko ek taraf fenk deta hai, aap par wo shabb o sitam karna shuru kar deta hai ya aesa rawayya ikhtiyar kar leta hai jisme sirf jazbaat hi jazbaat hote hai, yaani ab aap aqali tabaadla e khyalaat kar hi nahi sakte uske sath, toh ye mauka hota hai jisko arabi zuban me jahalat kaha jaata hai, jahalat jo hamari urdu zuban me hai uska matlab hota hai nawaqfiyat.

Arabic zuban me jahalat ke aur maane me istemal hota hai wo ye hai ki, aadmi jazbaat se magroob ho gaya, usne ilm o aqal ko ek taraf rakh diya, ab usse agar ap koi baat karte hai toh siwaye iske ke jawab me apko shab o sitam milega, apko tanz o tahkeer se saabta pesh ayega, koi guftugu nahi ho sakegi, koi muqalma nahi ho sakega, mohazzab tarike se ap baith bhi nahi sakenge, ek dusre ki baat sunne ke liye bhi tayar nahi honge, hogi to ilzam tarashi hogi, toh ye surat jis waqt paida ho jaaye toh us waqt hme ye Allah taala ne hidayat ki hai ki fir ap shaistagi ke sath ruksat ho jaaye, ya qaalu salama jo hai, iski arabic zuban me ye tabeer hai ki shaistgi se fir ap ijazat le lein.

Yaani us mauke ke upar ap fir aesa na kare ki doosra agar jazbaat se magroob ho gaya hai to aap bhi ho jaaye, dusre ne agar taan o tashni shuru kar di hai to ap bhi wahi kare, dusre ne agar eent maari hai toh ap pathhar le kar use maarne lage.

Ye tarika ikhtiyar karne ki hamko hidayat ki gai hai ki ye kisi haal me bhi nahi karna aapko.

Chunanche, ye bataya gaya hai ki jab bhi ap Khuda ki baat logo ko batana chahte hai to khubsurat naseehat ke sath, hikmat ke sath, daanayi ke sath, istedalal ke sath, daleel de, daleel sune, daleel ki bunyad par baat kare, apka rawayya ek mohazzab shaista insan ka hona chahiye.  Dusre ki izzat ki hifazat karte hue apni baat pesh karein, hikmat ke sath, naseehat karni hai, khubsurat naseehat aur fir farmaya gaya wa jaadilhum billatee hiya ahsan agar bahes ki bhi naubat aa jaye to wo bahes itna shaishta hona chaiye ki khushgawar mahol me aap baat kar rahe hai, ap dalail de rahe hai, dusra apki daleel ki galti ap par wazeh kar raha hai, ye tarika dusro se bhi apko tawakko karni chahiye ki wo ikhtiyar kare, apko bhi yahi ikhtiyar karna chahiye, isse aap hatenge to jahalat, dusra hatega to jahalat, aur ham social media par dekh hi rahe hai ki log kis zuban aur andaz me ekdusre se bahes karte hai, ki nazar hi nahi aata ki do Musalman apas me guftugu kar rahe hai.

Jahalat to wo cheez hai ki jis tarha se aaftab nazar aa jata hai, wo nazar aa jati hai.

Ilm o istedlal ke sath guftgu karne waala shaks kabhi apni awaz unchi nahi karega, kabhi ap par taan o tashnee nahi karega, kabhi ap ki niyat par hamla nahi karega, wo apni baat kahega, saadgi ke sath daleel dega, apki baat sunega, achhi baat hai to qubul kar lega, baat samajh nahi aayi to shaistgi se aeraaz kar lega. Toh ye sahih rawayya hai jise har shaks ko ikhtiyar karna chahiye. Allah pak farmate hai,

۩ Logo ko apne Rab ke raaste ki taraf hikmat aur khubsurat nasihat ke sath bulaiye aur unse behtareen tareeqe se bahes (guftagu) karye.

Fasiq (Gunahgaar) ke Piche Namaz Padhna | Salaf ka Manhaj


Ibn Hazam kahte hai,

ذهبت طائفة إلى أنه لا يجوز الصلاة إلا خلف الفاضل، وهو قول الخوارج والزيدية والروافض وجمهور المعتزلة وبعض أهل السنة. وقال آخرون إلا الجمعة والعيدين، وهو قول بعض أهل السنة. وذهب طائفة الصحابة كلهم دون خلاف من أحد منهم وجميع فقهاء التابعين كلهم دون خلاف من أحد منهم وأكثر من بعدهم وجمهور اصحاب الحديث وهو قول أحمد والشافعي وأبي حنيفة وداود وغيرهم إلى جواز الصلاة خلف الفاسق الجمعة وغيرها، وبهذا نقول. وخلاف هذا القول بدعة محدثة، فما تأخر قط أحد من الصحابة الذين أدركوا المختار بن عبيد والحجاج وعبيد الله بن زياد وحبيش بن دلجة وغيرهم عن الصلاة خلفهم ، وهؤلاء أفسق الفساق. وأما المختار فكان متهما في دينه مظنونا به الكفر.

'Ek groh ne kaha: Nek logo ke alawa kisi ke piche namaz padhna jayez nahi hai. Ye khawarij, zaidi, rafizi, mutazali ki aksariyat aur kuch sunnat ke logo ka kahna hai.
Dusro ne kaha ke Juma aur Eidain ki namazon ke ilawa baaki tamaam namaze fasiq ke piche padhi jaa sakti hai. Ye raye kuch ahle sunnat ki bhi hai. 

Jab ki tamaam sahaba ka mazhab jinka isme koi ikhtilaf nahi hai, tamaam tabayeen ka bhi is par koi ikhtilaf nahi hai, zyada tar taba tabayeen, ashaab ul hadees aur Imam Ahmad, Imam Shafi, Abu Hanifa, Imam Abu dawood aur dusro ke mutabik Juma wagaira ek gunahgaar ke piche bhi padhi jaa sakti hai. Yahi mera (Ibn Hazam ka) bhi kahna hai. Aur Iske ilawa kahna biddat hai. 

Isliye ke sahaba jinhone Mukhtar bin obaid, Hajjaj, Obaidullah bin Ziad aur deegar se mulakaat ki, unhone kabhi unke piche namaz padhna nahi chhoda. Halaanke ye fasiqeen se bhi badtareen the Aur Mukhtar toh apne deen ki wajah se mulzim karaar diya gaya tha aur is par shak tha ke wo kufr par hai.'

Biddati Imam ke Piche Namaz Padhna | Imam Shafi aur Imam Baghawi

۩ Imam al-Baghawi r.h. kahte hai,

'Imam Shafi, biddatio ki gawaahi qubul karne aur unke piche namaz padhne ki ijazat dete the, bina kisi shart ke agarche wo is baat ko napasand samajhte the.

Unki ye raaye is baat ki taraf nishandehi karti hai ki agar wo kisi mauke par un me se kuch logo ko kafir karaar dete hai, toh isse muraad kam darje ka kufr hai, jaise ki Allah s.w.t. is ayat me farmate hai,

“Jo log Allah ke nazil karda kanoon ke mutabiq faisla na kare wahi kafir hai.”

Surah Maidah (5), ayat- 44.'

Tableegh ke Aaghaz Me Hikmat | Dr. Farhat Hashmi


Seerat un Nabi ﷺ me, Rasoolullah ﷺ ke shuru ke tableeghi marhale par roshni:

۞ “Islam ke ibtedayi dino me Namaz ke alawa kisi ibadat ya amr o nahi (neki ki dawat, burai se rokna) ka pata nahi chalta, wahee aati thi, Tawheed ke mukhtalif gosho ko bayan karti thi, sahaba e karaam ko nafs ki safaai ki targeeb deti thi, makarim e akhlaq par ubhaarti thi, jannat aur jahannam ke haalaat bayaan karti thi aur aesi zabardast naseehate lekar aati thi ke unse seene khul jaate the, rooh ko giza milti thi.”

Ustazah isko samjhaate hue kahti hai,

'Iska matlab ye hai ki jab ap ibtida (shuru) me kisi ko bhi sikhane lage toh ek taraf Taharat, wuzu, namaz aur akhlaq aur eemaniyaat me Jannat-dozakh ki baate (bataye). Ye basic (ibtedayi) syllabus hai.'

۞ “Idhar Rasoolullah ﷺ bhi kitab o hikmat ki taaleem ke zarye se sahaba e karaam ko yakja (unify) karte. Unhe dilo ki safaai, akhlaq ki pakeezgi, muamlat ki sachhai aur nafs ki iffat (pakeezgi) ki tarbiyat dete (Yaani, Deen sirf ilm ka naam nahi, 'Wa yuzakki him' (Paak karna) bhi sath hi tha).

Tareekiyo (andhero) se nikaal kar roshni me laate, sahih raasta batate, aur Allah ke deen ko mazbuti se pakadne, uski rassi (Quran) ko achhi tarah thaamne aur uske muamle me sabit qadam rahne ki talkeen farmate the.

Yu Teen baras guzar gaye (Yaani teen saal sahaba ki tarbiyat hui) aur sirf afraad ko dawat di jaati rahi. Majliso aur mahfilo me kahi aelaaniya tableegh nahi ki gai (bas one on one base pe).

Lekin Quraish ko iska ilm ho gaya aur baaz ne ispe tankeer bhi ki (tankeer yaani uska inkaar bhi kiya aur thoda resist bhi kiya). Baaz ahle eemaan par kuch zyadtiya ki gai. Taaham umoomi taur par Quraish ne ab tak ise koi ahmiyat nahi di (notice nahi kiya).

Idhar Nabi ﷺ ne bhi unke deen se koi tarruz (mukhalfat) na kiya, na unke mabudo ke bareme koi baat kahi (unke rasm o riwaj aur unke tareeko par koi tanqeed nahi).”

Ustazah isko samjhaate hue kahti hai,

'Achha ham ek aur galti kya karte hai, sabse pahle criticism (tanqeed) se baat shuru karte hai. Ye bhi galat hai, agar kisi ke ghar me tasweere lagi hai toh sabse pahle usko jaake dhanpne lagenge, ya us par baate karne lagenege ya waha nahi ki toh ghar aakar karenge. Ye kya akhlaq hua? Aapko nahi malum kiske kya haalaat hai. Aapne jaana hi nahi. Aur ap aese baato ko lekar shuru ho gaye. Toh jab tak hamare apne dilo ki safai nahi hoti, hamari apni zubano ki safai nahi hoti toh ye paak kalaam aage kaise jayega.

Toh dusro ka tazkiya karne waale khud pahle apne tazkiye ka bandobast farmaye!!!'


Allah se dua hai ki wo hame hikmat aur khubsurat naseehat ke sath hame dawat o tableegh karne ki taufeeq ata kare. aameen.

Narmi Kare :)


۩ Ammi Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Beshak Allah tala narmi karta hai aur narmi ko pasand karta hai Aur narmi pe wo sawab deta hai jo sakhti pe nahi deta, aur wo is tarha kisi aur cheez par ata nahi karta.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab al birr was silati wal adab ﴾45﴿ hadees- 6601.

۩ Ammi Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jis cheez me narmi ho toh wo use khubsurat bana deti hai aur jis cheez se bhi narmi nikaal di jaati hai use badsurat kar deti hai.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab al birr was silati wal adab ﴾45﴿ hadees- 6602.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki ek aarabi (dehati) khada ho kar masjid me peshab karne laga. Toh log us par jhapatne lage. (Ye dekh kar) Rasoolullah ﷺ ne logo se farmaya ke use chhor do aur us ke peshab par paani ka bhara hua dol ya kuch kam bhara hua dol baha do, kyuki tum narmi ke liye bheje gaye ho, sakhti ke liye nahi.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al wuzu (4), hadees- 220.

۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai,

'Maine das saal tak Rasool ﷺ ki khidmat ki. Unhone mujhe kabhi 'uff' tak nahi kaha aur unhone mujhe kabhi kisi chiz par nahi toka ki tumne ye kyu nahi kiya, jo kaam maine nahi kiye ya fir us chiz ke bareme ye nahi kaha ki tumne ye kyu kiya, jo kaam maine kiye the.'

Al Adab al Mufrad, hadees- 277. (Sahih)

۩ Ammi Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki jab bhi RasoolAllah ﷺ ko kisi do chizo me ikhtiyar (choice) diya jaata tha wo un dono maise hamesha aasan chiz ko chunte the, jab tak ke usme koi gunah shamil na ho lekin agar usme gunah hota toh wo logo me us chiz se sabse zyada duri ikhtiyar karte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al adab ﴾78﴿, hadees- 6126. Sahih Muslim, kitab al fazail ﴾43﴿, hadees- 6048.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai, Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Beshak Deen aasaan hai, aur jo shakhs deen me sakhti karega toh deen us par ghalib ajaayga. Toh shiddat pasand (extremist) mat bano lekin koshish karo ki takmeel (excellence) ke kareeb raho aur khush raho aur subha aur dopaher aur raat ke aakhri hisse me ibadat karke (Allah se) se madad haasil karo.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al eemaan ﴾2﴿, hadees- 39.

۩ Abu Masud r.a. riwayat karte hai ke ek shaks ne kaha ke Aye Allah ke Rasool qasam Allah ki mai subah ki namaz me falan ki wajah se der me jata hu, kyunki woh namaz ko bahut lamba kar dete hai, raawi e hadees kahte hai ki maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko naseehat ke waqt us din se zyada (kabhi bhi) itne gusse me nahi dekha. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke tum me se kuch log yeh chahte hai ke (aawam ko ibadat se ya deen se) nafrat dila de. Khabardaar tum me logo ko jo shakhs bhi namaz padhaye to choti padhaye kyunki namazio me kamzor, budhe aur zarurat wala sab hi qisam ke log hote hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al aazaan ﴾10﴿, hadees- 702.

۩ Abdullah bin Abi Qatada riwayat karte hai ki mere walid ne kaha ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Mai namaz der tak padhne ke iradah se khada hota hu, lekin kisi bachhe ke rone ki aawaz sun kar namaz ko halki (shorter) kar deta hu, kyuki uski maa ko (jo namaz me shareek hogi) taqleef me daalna bura samajhta hu.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al aazaan (10), hadees- 707.

۩ Muawiyah bin al-Hakam r.a. kahte hai,

Mai Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath namaz padh raha tha ke logo me se ek aadmi ko cheenk aayi toh maine kaha, '(يرحمك الله) Allah tujh par raham kare.' Logo ne mujhe ghoorna shuru kar diya. Mai ne (dil me) kaha, 'Meri maa mujhe gum paaye (arabi muhawra), tum sab ko kya ho gaya hai ke mujhe ghoor rahe ho'. Fir wo apne hath apne raano par maarne lage. Jab mai ne unhe dekha ki wo mujhe chup kara rahe hai (toh mujhe ajeeb laga) lekin mai khamosh raha.

Jab Rasoolullah namaz se farig ho gaye, mere maa baap Aap par qurban! Mai ne Aap se pahle aur Aap ke baad, Aap se behtar koi sikhane waala nahi dekha. Allah ki qasam! na toh aap ne mujhe daanta, na mujhe maara aur na mujhe bura bhala kaha.

Aap ne farmaya, 'Ye namaz hai, isme kisi kism ki guftugu nahi karni chahiye, ye toh bas tasbeeh wo taqbeer aur Quran ki tilawat hai.'

Ye hukm tha Rasoolullah ﷺ ka. Lekin hamne kitni aasniya ki hai logo ke liye?

Khaas kar padhe likho ke tabke ka ye haal hai ki wo Deen par amal karne aur use dusro tak pahuchne ke bajaye wo fatwe dete fir rahe hai, dusro ka radd karte fir rahe hai, dusro ko nicha dikhane ka shauk chadha hua hai. Ye aasaniya kar rahe ho tum logo ke liye? Ki agar koi banda Tawheed aur sunnat ke kareeb aana chahe toh wo hame dekh kr dur se hi bhaag jaye.

Kya munh dikhayenge Ap Rasoolullah ko jab wo puchenge ki maine toh tumhe logo ke liye aasani karne ka hukm diya tha aur tum ye kya kaam kar rahe the?

۩ Anas bin Malik r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Deen me aasani karo aur sakhti na karo. Aur khush karo aur nafrat mat dilao.”

Logo ko Judge Na Karo | Sirat un Nabi


Alhamdulillah..

Hamare muashre me dekha gaya hai ki log badi jaldi dusro ko judge karne lagte hai aur bina Allah ka khauf kare logo ke bareme galat baate karne lagte hai aur badgumaniya karne lagte hai.

Aaiye dekhte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ki seerat hame is chiz ki kya taalim deti hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ke zamana me ek shakhs, jis ka naam Abdullah tha aur use gadha ke laqab se pukara jata tha, woh Rasoolullah ko hansate the aur Aap ﷺ ne inhe sharaab peene par maara tha toh inhe ek din laaya gaya aur Allah ke Rasool ne in ke liye hukm diya aur inhe maara gaya.

Haazreen me ek sahib ne kaha, 'Allah is par laanat kare! Kitni martaba isko (iske jurm ke wajah se) yaha laaya jaa chuka hai.' (Is par) Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Is par laanat na karo, wallah maine is ke mutalliq se yahi jaana hai ke ye Allah aur us ke Rasool se Muhabbat karta hai.'

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al hudood ﴾86﴿, hadees- 6780.

SubhanAllah kya Ap ise soch sakte hai, Aj ke daur me agar ek shaks sharab pita ho, namaze bhi padhta ho, toh ham uske baareme kya sochenge? Ham kahenge, ye banda munafiq hai, fasiq hai, fajir hai, aur kuch log toh shayad kufr ka fatawa bhi laga de lekin Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kya kaha, ki nahi, ruko, aesa mat kaho, ye Allah aur uske Rasool se muhabbat karta hai. 

Ham kisi shaks ke dil me toh nahi jhaak sakta na, toh isliye hame khuda nahi banna chahiye. Ha ye thik hai ki hame dusro ko naseehat karna chahiye, lekin hame shak o shubhaat me nahi padna chahiye, hame badgumani nahi karna chahiye. Hame naseehat karna chahiye, lekin naseehat aese kare ke apke naseehat me ikhlas nazar aaye. Apke naseehat me ye nai jhalakna chahiye ke Ap khud ko bohut nek samajhte hai aur agle ko ham kuch nahi samajhte.

Badkismati se hamare mazhabi log judgemental ho gaye hai. Mera maqsad kisi ko nicha dikhana nahi hai, mai bas ye kahna chahta hu ki agar hamara deen hame jhagdalu bana raha hai, hame gusse waala bana raha hai, hame judgemental bana raha hai toh iska matlab yahi hai ki ham sahih deen ki pairwi nahi kar rahe.

Hame logo ke liye aasani paida karni chahiye, hame logo ke ayeb chupane chahiye, hame judgements paas nai karni chaiye kisi ke bareme, kisi ki niyat par shak karna hamare deen ne hame nahi sikhaya hai kyuki dil ka haal toh sirf Allah ko malum hai.

۞ Is mauzu par Seerat un Nabawi se ek aur Misaal

Hazrat Usama bin zaid r.a. se riwayat ki, Rasoolullah ﷺ ne hame ek chote lashkar me (jang ke liye) bheja, ham ne subah subah Juhaina ke Qabeela e Huraqat par hamla kiya, Mai ek aadmi par kaabu paa liya toh usne la ilaha illallah kah diya lekin mai ne use neza maar diya.

Is baat se mere dil me khatka paida hua to mai ne iska tazkirah Nabi ﷺ se kiya, is par Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Kya usne la ilaha illallah kaha aur tum ne use qatl kar diya?'

Mai ne arz kiya: 'Aye Allah ke Rasool! usne aslah (weapon) ke dar se kalima padha.'

Is par Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

"Kya Tum ne iska dil cheer kar dekha tha taake tumhe maaloom ho jata ke isne (dil se) kaha hai ya nahi"?

Fir Aap mere saamne musalsal ye baat dohraate rahe yaha tak ke mai ne tamanna ki ke (kaash) mai aaj hi Islam laaya hota (aur Islam laane ki wajah se is kalimago ke qatl ke azeem gunah se bari ho jata).

Sahih Muslim, kitab ul Eeman (1), hadees- 277.

۩ Allah farmate hai,

'Aye Eemaan waalon! Bahut bad-gumaaniya karne se bacha karo, ke baaz bad-gumaaniya gunah hai, Aur ek-dusre ke aib na tatola karo, aur na tum maise koi kisi ki geebat kiya kare. Kya tum me koi is baat ko pasand karega ke apne murde bhai ka gosht khaye. Isse to tum nafrat karte ho, Aur Allah se darte raha karo, Bila shuba Allah khoob taubah qubool karne wala raham wala hai.'

Surah hujurat (49), ayat- 12.

۩ Anas bin Malik r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“(Deen me) Logo ke liye aasani karo aur sakhti na karo aur khush karo aur (deen se) nafrat mat dilao.”

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al adab ﴾78﴿, hadees- 6125.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeek de. aameen.

Jannat Itni Sasti Nahi Hai


Allah farmate hai,

Ya fir kya tum yeh gumaan kiye baithe ho ke Jannat me yunhi chale jaoge halanke ab tak tum par wo haalaat nahi aaye jo tum se pichle logo par aaye the.

Unpar sakhtiya guzri, museebate aayi, hila maare gaye, hatta ke waqt ka Rasool aur uske saathi ahle eeman cheekh utthey ke Allah ki madad kab aayegi, us waqt unhe tasalli di gayi ke haa Allah ki madad qareeb hai.

Surah Baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat-214.

Hamare muashre me ek galat fehmi hai ki kyuki ham RasoolAllah ﷺ ke ummati hai, toh hame har haal me baksh diya jayega. Aesa nahi hai jaise hamne gumaan kar liya hai. Aaiye is mauzu ko Islam ke teesre khalifa ki seerat ki roshni me jante hai, Usman e gani r.a. ki seerat ki roshni me.

۩ Hani' (Usman r.a. ke aazaad karda gulam) kahte hai,
“Usman r.a. jab kisi kabristan par thaherte toh itna rote ke Ap ki daadhi bheeg jati, un se kisi ne kaha ke jab Ap ke saamne Jannat o Jahannum ka zikr kiya jata hai toh nahi rote hai aur kabr ko dekh kar is qadar ro rahe hai?
Toh (Usman r.a. ne) kaha ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya hai, 'Aakhirat ki manzil me se kabr pahli manzil hai, so agar kisi ne kabr ke aazaab se nijaat paayi toh us ke baad ke marahil aasan honge aur agar jise azaab e qabr se nijaat nah mil saki toh is ke baad ke manazil (muqaam) sakht tar honge'.”

Usmaan r.a. ne mazeed kaha ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya, “Ghabrahat aur sakhti ke aitebaar se kabr ki tarha kisi aur manzar ko nahi dekha'.”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al Zuhd ﴾36﴿, hadees- 2308. Imam Tirmizi ise Hasan gareeb karaar dete hai.

Toh ye aalam hai Usman r.a. ke Takwe ka jab ki yahi wo sahabi hai jinhe teen baar RasoolAllah ﷺ se Jannat ki basharat mili hai (Bukhari, 2778; Sunan Nasai, 3638, hasan).

SubhanAllah! teen baar Jannat ki basharat milne ke bawujud bhi ek shaks kabr ke aazaab se itna dar raha hai. Aur ham logo ko toh ek baar bhi Jannat ki basharat nahi mili hai, fir bhi hamlogo ne kitni baar Allah ke khauf se apni dadhi tar ki hai ya apne aankh me aasu bhare hai.

Balki hamare muashre me isse ulti surat zarur paayi jati hai ki ham khud ko Jannati firqe me shumar karne lage hai, yaani hamara gumaan ye hai ki ham us groh me se hai jo Jannat me jayegi. Allahu akbar kitna bada daawa hai ye, ek taraf sahabi e Rasool hai jinko teen baar jannat ki bashrat mili hai aur fir bhi wo Allah ke khauf se ro rahe hai aur ek ajkal ke log hai jo bina basharat ke hi apne apko Jannati karaar dete hai. Ye iske alawa kuch nahi ki shaitan ne aese logo ko dhoke me daal rakha hai. Allama Iqbal kahte hai,
“Yeh Shahadat Gahe Ulfat Me Qadam Rakhna Hai..  
Log Aasaan Samjhte Hai Musalman Hona!”
Ham dua karte hai ki Allah hamare gunaho ko darguzar kare aur hame apni rahmat ke saaye me jagah ata kare.

Taqleed Ka Naya Naam


Taqleed yaani kisi ki baat ko aankh band kar ke manna hatta ke us shaks ko uski maani hui baat ke khilaf Quran aur sunnat ki daleel mil chuki ho aur us par wo daleel wazeh ho chuki ho fir bhi wo us daleel ko na maan kar kisi khas shaks ya kisi khas groh ki baat maane. Yahi Taqleed hai.

Aj se kareeban 9-10 saal pahle kaafi log isme mulawwis the, kuch kam ilm ke wajah se aur kuch kisi fayde ya zidd ki wajah se. Fir Alhamdulillah Allah ne apne Deen me naye logo se kaam liya aur kuch naye log kitabullah aur sunnat e Rasool ko lekar aaye aur fir unhone is ummat ko yaad dilaya ki jis insan se Deen ke masle me galti nahi ho sakti wo sirf Allah ka  paigambar hai baaki sab wo kyu na kitne bade aimma ho, ulama ho, muhaddis ho, molvi sahab ho, wo sab ke sab insan hai aur insan ki sifat hai ki wo galtiya karta hai. Inki izzat aur Allah se inka ikhlas hame is baat par majbur nahi karte ki ham inki us baat ko bhi tasleem karle jinme inse galtiya ya kami hui ho. Na hi in ahle ilm ki izzat ko tabah karne ki ijazat hai unki us galti ki wajah se kyuki unhe us galti par bhi 1 ajar milta hai agar unki niyat sach ko janne ki thi.

Haqiqat ye hai ki kuch saalo se is ummat me dobara wahi Taqleed ki bimari aa chuki hai aur khas kar unke andar jo kisi zamane me khud 4 Imam ki taqleed se roka karte the. Lekin is baar bas unhone taqleed ka naam badal diya hai taaki koi un par ilzam na laga sake. Ho sakta hai ki ye ilm ki kami ke wajah se ho, ye bhi ho sakta hai ki ye kisi khas shaks ki izzat/ahtaraa/muhabbat/ilm ke wajah se ho, niyat ka muamla ham Allah par chorte hai. Lekin kisi bhi surat me ye galti hi rahegi. Aur jaise ki mai kah raha tha ki unhone taqleed ka naam badal diya hai aur ye naye naam rakh diye hai:

1. Kya Ap ulema se zyada jante ho?
2. Ye itne bade ulema hai, inse kaise galti ho sakti hai?
3. Ye saare ulema kaise ek sath galat ho sakte hai?
4. Ulema ambiya ke waris hote hai!
5. Ulema se puch puch kar chalo!
6. Kya ulema ko ye ayat/hadees nahi malum thi?
7. Ulema dur ki nigaah rakhte hai!
8. Ulema se duri deen se duri hai!
9. Ulema se duri gumrahi hai!

Toh ye Taqleed ko inhone ye saare naam de diye hai lekin masala wahi hai ki jab unhe Allah ki kitab ya sunnat se koi baat batayi jaati hai toh wo apne ulema ke qawl/fatwe ke aage us ayat/sunnat ko tasleem nahi karte hai aur upar diye gaye bahane banate hai. Yahi toh Taqleed hai, agar ye taqleed nahi toh fir Taqleed hai kya? Jab 4 Imam ki baat ko Quran aur sunnat ki roshni me dekhi jayegi jo ki behtareen zamane ke the, wo tabe-tabayeen the, yaani salaf maise the fir aj ke ulema ki baat ko Quran aur sunnat ki roshni me kyu nahi dekhi jayegi? Hamne kalima Allah aur Rasool ka padha hai ya kisi alim ka?
Ek taraf toh ye kaha jata hai ki aj ke ulema ki raaye se behtar salaf ki raaye hai dusri taraf 4 Imam (salaf) ki taqleed se roka jata hai aur khud aj ke ulema ki taqleed ki jaati hai.

Aur hamare muashre me ek galat-fehmi ye hoti hai, khas taur par taqleedi zahen rakhne walo me, ye samjha jata hai ki Ulema se duri deen se duri aur gumrahi hai. Halanki is baat ka zikr na toh Allah ki kitab me hai aur na hi sunnat me. Ye sifat Allah ki kitab aur Rasool ki sunnat ki hai, jinhe inlogo ne kam-ilmi aur taqleedi zaheniyat ke tahat Ulema ko de diya hai. Allah ki kitab se duri gumrahi aur deen se duri hai, Rasool ki sunnat se duri deen se duri aur gumrahi hai. 

۩ Malik ibn Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Maine tumhare darmiyaan do (2) chize chhodi hai jo tumhe kabhi gumrah nahi karegi jab tak tum in do chizo ko pakde rahoge: Allah ki kitab aur Nabi ki sunnat.”

Muwaṭṭa Imam Malik, hadith-  1661. Ise Ibn Abdul Barr ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Agar yahi maan liya jaye ki ulema se duri deen se duri hai toh fir ek shia zindagi bhar shia rahe aur ek barelwi zindagi bhar barelwi aqeede par hi rahe kyuki unke yaha bhi ulema hote hai. Ek galat aqide wala shaks apne ulema ki baato ko chor kar hi kitab wa sunnat ke taraf aata hai. Agar wo apne ulema ki duri deen ki duri aur gumrahi maan lein fir kyu kar wo haq ki talash kare Allah ki kitab aur sunnat me, kyuki wo toh pahle hi apne ulema ki baate sunta aur manta hai aur use haq samajhta hai. 

Aur is article ka iradah ulema ki tauheen nahi hai nauzbillah, jab ki ulema e haq ke pairo ki dhool hamare aankho ka surma hai alhamdulillah.
Is article ka maksad ye batana hai ki aankh band kar ke sirf Allah aur uske Rasool ki baat maani jaye, ye haq sirf Allah ka hai aur uske Rasool ka baaki ye haq kisi ka nahi hai chahe wo kitna bada alim ho.

۩ Allah farmate hai,

Aye eeman walo! Allah ki itaat karo aur Rasool ki itaat karo aur unlogo ki itaat karo jo tum mein ikhtiyar wale (ulema, imam wagaira) hai. Aur (tumhare bich) agar kisi cheez me ikhtilaf ho jaye to use lautao Allah ki taraf aur Rasool ki taraf agar tumhe Allah par aur qayamat ke din par eeman hai. Yeh boht behtar hai aur anjaam ke aetbaar se boht acha hai.

Surah Nisa, ayat-59.

۩ Salim bin Abdullah r.a. ne bayan kiya ki unhone Ahle Shaam mai se ek shaks se suna, wo Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se Hajj me Umra se fayda (Hajj e Tamattu) ke bareme puch raha tha. Toh Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne kaha, "Ye jayz hai". Is par Shaami (sham ka rahne wala) ne kaha, " (Lekin) Apke ke walid (Umar r.a.) ne to isse roka hai?

Abdullah ibn Umar ne kaha, "Zara tum ye batao, agar mere walid kisi chiz se roke aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ne use kiya ho toh mere walid ke hukm ki pairwi ki jayegi ya RasoolAllah ﷺ ki, toh usne kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ke hukm ki", toh unhone kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ne aesa kiya hai".

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al hajj, hadith-824. Is hadees ko Imam Tirmizi ne hasan saheeh karaar diya hai.

۩ Imam Malik r.h. Rasool ﷺ ki kabr ke taraf hath se ishara kar ke farmaya karte the ke Is sahib e kabr (RasoolAllah) ke alawa kisi ki baat aesi nahi jisse ikhtilaf na kiya jaa sake.

۩ Imam Shafi farmate hai,

“Agar mai kuch kahta hu toh use Allah ki kitab ki roshni me dekho, Rasool ki sunnat ki roshni me dekho. Agar (meri baat) uske mutabik hai toh qubul kar lo aur jo uske khilaf jaye toh use qubul mat karo aur use deewar par de maaro.”

Imam Nawawi ki Al Majmu, 1/63.

۩ Imam Ibn ul Qayyim (d. 751 H.) ne farmaya: 

“Islam ke Ulema ki fazeelat, unke mukhtalif darje aur unki salahiyate aur unke hukuk ko jaano (ye zaruri hai).
(Ye bhi janne ki zarurat hai) ki unke Ilm aur unki fazeelat aur Allah aur uske Rasool ﷺ se inki ikhlas hame iska paband nai karti ki jo wo kahte hai ham unki har baat ko qubul karle, ya fir unke fatwe ki galti ko qubul karle un masaail me jinme (Quran aur sunnat) ki ibarat un tak na pohchi ho, is liye unke ilm ke mutabik unko jo sahih laga unhone wo kaha, halanki haqiqat kuch aur thi.”

I’laam-ul-Muwaqqi’een (jild- 3, safa- 295).

۩ Allaamah Abdur-Rahmaan Bin Yahyah Al-Mu’allimee r.h. kahte hai,

“Aur ye baat jaan lo ki Allah kuch mukhlis (sincere) logo se galtiya karwata hai dusre logo ke imtehan ke liye ki wo (log) haqiqat ko manenge aur us (mukhlis) shaks ki baat ko chor denge ya fir us nek shaks ki neki aur uske muqam se dhoka kha jayenge. Wo (nek shaks) apni galti par sirf muaf hi nahi kar diya jata hai balki use is ijtihad ke liye aur nek niyat ke wajah se sawab bhi milta hai aur na hi us (alim) ke rutbe ya izzat me koi kami hoti hai. Albatta jo shaks us (alim) ke rutbe ke dhoke me aakar unki pairwi karta hai bina Allah ki kitab aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ki sunnat ke asal dalail ke taraf mutawajje hue, uske liye muafi nahi hai balki wo ek bade khatre (danger) par hai.”

Toh isi liye mere ilm ke nazdeek Musalman hone ka matlab yahi hai ki jab kitab wa sunnat ka taqraar kisi ahle ilm ke qawl se ho toh kitab o sunnat ko apnaya jaye aur qawl ko chor diya jaye, yahi hamara Deen hai aur yahi hamara mazhab hai.

Is Ummat Ke Gareeb

hi   -
Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

Har jaan ko maut ka maza chakhna hai aur qayamat ke din tum apne badle pure pure diye jaoge, pas jo shaks aag se hata diya jaaye aur jannat me daakhil kar diya jaaye, be-shak wo kamyaab ho gaya aur dunya ki zindagi to sirf dhoke ka sauda hai.

Surah aal e Imran ﴾3﴿, ayat- 185.

Aakhir kaar jab wo kaan bahre kar dene wali aawaaz buland hogi. Us din aadmi apne bhai se aur apni maa aur apne baap se. Aur apni biwi aur apni aulaad se bhagega. Un maise se har shaks par us din aesa waqt aa padega ke use apne siwa kisi ka hosh na hoga.

Surah Abasa ﴾80﴿, ayat- 34-37.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame is ummat ke gareeb ya diwaliya (bankrupt) ki sifat batayi hai,

۩ Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Tumhe maalum hai gareeb kaun hai?' Sahaba r.a. ne arz kia, ham to gareeb us ko samjhte hai jis ke paas rupya-paisa aur saaz o saamaan na ho.
Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, “Meri ummat me gareeb wo shaksh hoga jo qayamat ke din namaz, roza aur zakat ke sath aayga magar us ne kisi ko gali di hogi, kisi par jhuta-ilzam lagaya hoga, kisi ka maaal hadap kiya hoga, kisi ka khoon bahaya hoga, kisi ko maara hoga, chunache us ne jin jin logon ki haq talfi ki ho gi unhe us ki nekiya de di jayengi. Aur agar uski nekiya kam pad jaye toh fir in logo ke gunaah la kar us par laad diya jayega . Aur use dozakh me fenk diya jayega.”

Sahih Muslim, Book of virtue, enjoining good manners, and joining of the ties of knship ﴾45﴿, hadith- 6579.

Isi liye RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame ek faydeman aur khubsurat naseehat ki hai:

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Agar kisi shaks ka zulm kisi dusre ki izzat par ho ya kisi tarike (se zulm kiya ho) toh aaj hi, us din ke aane se pahle muaf kara lo, jis din na (toh) deenar honge, na dirham, balki agar us ka koi nek amal hoga toh us ke zulm ke badle me wahi le liya jayega aur agar koi nek amal us ke paas nahi hoga toh us (mazlum) ki buraiya us par daal di jayengi.”

Sahih al Bukhari,  Book of oppressions ﴾46﴿, hadith- 2449.

Isi mauzu se mutallik, RasoolAllah ne qayamat ke din aane wale ek dusre shaks ka zikr kiya hai.

۩ Saubaan r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Mai apni Ummat me se aese logo ko janta hu jo qayamat ke din Tihamah ke pahado ke barabar nekiya le kar ayenge. Allah ta'la in (nekiyo) ko fiza me udte hue zarre ki tarah bana dega.
Saubaan r.a. ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool! un logo ka haal ham se bayan farmaye aur khol kar bayan farmaye taakeh la-ilmi aur jahalat ke wajah se ham un me se na ho jaye.
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, “Jaan lo wo tumhare bhaiyo mai se hi hai, aur tumhari qaum mai se hi, wo bhi raato ko isi tarah ibadat karenge, jaise tum ibadat karte ho, lekin wo aese log hai ke jab tanhaai me honge toh haraam kaamo ka irtikaab karenge.”

Sunan ibn Majah, kitab al Zuhd ﴾37﴿, hadith- 4245. Is hadees ko Buwaysari ne Misbaah al-Zujaajah (4/246) me sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Ibn Hajar al-Haythami is hadees ke talluk se farmate hai, “Upari taur par nek hone ka dikhawa karna aur Allah ke muqaddas hudud ko todna; akele me gunah e sageera (chota gunah) karne ko kuch bada samjha jata hai, (aur fir inhone ek hadees ko daleel bana kar kaha hai) Ek shaks jisko nek banne ka dikhawa karne ki adat ho aur apni buri chizo ko chupane ki, ye musalmano ko zyada nuksan aur gumrah karti hai, kyuki uske paas na neki hai aur na hi Allah ka khauf.” End quote.

Al-Zawaajir (3/49).

Aur isi tarha RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame ek teesre kism ke logo ka amal bataya hai jo akhirat me barbaad ho jayega:

۩ Natil ne Abu Hurairah r.a. se kaha, Aye Shaykh! Mujhe aisi hadees sunaye jo ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ se suni ho.
Abu Hurairah r.a. ne kaha: Haan, Mai ne Rasool ﷺ ko yeh farmate hue suna: “Qayamat ke roz sab se pahla shakhs jis ke khilaaf faisla aeyega, woh hoga jise shaheed kar diya gaya. Use pesh kiya jayega. Allah taala use apni (ata kardah) nemat ki pahchan karayega toh woh use pahchan lega. Woh (Allah) puchenge tum ne is nemat ke sath kya kiya?
Woh kahega: Mai ne Ap ki raah me ladayi ki hatta ke mujhe shaheed kar diya gaya.
(Allah taala) farmayega, tum ne jhoot bola. Tum is liye lade the ke kaha jaye: yeh (shakhs) bahadur sipahi hai. Aur yahi kaha gaya, fir is ke bare me hukum diya jayega toh is aadmi ko munh ke bal ghasita jayega yahan tak ke aag mein daal diya jayega.

Fir woh aadmi jis ne Ilm padha, padhaya aur Quran ki qirat ki, use pesh kiya jayega. (Allah taala) use apni nematon ki pahchan karayenga, woh pahchan kar lega, (Allah) farmayenge: Tum ne un nematon ke sath kya kiya? Woh kahega: Maine ilm padha aur padhaya aur teri khatir Quran ki qirat ki, (Allah) farmayega: Tum ne jhut bola, tum ne is liye Ilm padha ke kaha jaye (yeh) aalim hai aur tum ne Quran is liye padha ke kaha jaye: yeh qaari hai, (aur) woh kaha gaya, fir is ke bare me hukum diya jayega, use munh ke bal ghasita jayega hatta ke aag me daal diya jayega.

Fir woh aadmi jis par Allah ne wusat ki aur har qism ka maal ata kiya, use laya jayega. Allah taala use apni nematon ki pahchan karayenge, woh pahchan lega. Allah farmayenge: Tum ne un me kya kiya? (wo) kahega: Maine koi raah nahi chori jis (raah) me apko pasand hai ke maal kharch kiya jaye magar har aisi raah me kharch kiya. Allah farmayenge: Tum ne jhoot bola hai, tum ne (yeh sab) is liye kiya taake kaha jaye, woh sakhi hai, (aur) aisa hi kaha gaya, fir is ke bare mein hukum diya jayega, to ise munh ke bal ghasita jayega, fir aag mein daal diya jayega.

Tassub - Ek Bimari


Allah farmate hai:

Beshak Allah Ke Nazdeek Deen Islam Hi Hai Aur Ahle Kitab Ne Apne Paas Ilm Aa Jaane Ke Baad Aapas Ki Sarkashi Aur Hasad Ke Bina Par Hi Ikhtilaf Kiya Hai, Aur Allah Ki Aayato Ke Sath Jo Bhi Kufr Kare Allah Us Ka Jald Hisaab Lene Wala Hai.

Surah aal e Imran ﴾3﴿, ayat- 19.

Tassub ek aesi bimari hai ki baaz auqat bade se bade insan ko bhi pata nahi chalta hai ki wo isme mubtala ho chuka hai. Jab kisi shaks se ap ikhtilaf kare to ilmi ikhtilaf kare daleel ke sath. Iske bajaye us shaks ki niyat par hamla karna aur uski zaati zindagi ko bich me le ana ya usko zero se multiply kar dena ye ilmi jahalat hai. 

Aiye sahaba ke tarike par roshni dalte hai. Sahaba e karaam me apas me bade bade ikhtilaf hue, yaha tak ke us masle me bhi ikhtilaf hue ki agar wo masle me koi aj hamse ikhtilaf kare to use ham apne manhaj se hi nikal denge. Rasool ko Allah ka dekhna, kabr me murde sunte hai ya nahi, Rasool zinda hai ya nahi. in sab chizo me bhi ikhtilaf hua. Lekin sahaba ka amal dekhye kya unhone ikhtilaf ke waqt ye kaha ki Abu Bakr ko mat suno Umar ko mat suno, inse dur raho unse dur raho, ya fula gumrah ho gaya hai, nauzbillah. Balki unhone daleel ke roshni me ek dusre se baat ki. Hamara bhi yahi manhaj hona chahiye, par afsos ye manhaj boht kam logo ka hai aj ke zamane me. 

Allah pak farmate hai,

'Logo Ko Apne Rab Ke Raastey Ki Taraf Hikmat Aur Khubsurat Nasihat Ke Sath Bulaiye Aur Unse Behtareen Tareeqe Se Bahes (Guftagu) Karye.'

Surah Nahl, ﴾16﴿, ayat- 125. 

Hamesha yaad rakhein ki kisi ka ahtaraam apko yaha tak na le jaye ki ap uski galti ko bhi defend karne lage aur kisi shaks ki tanqeed apko yaha tak na le jaye ki ap uska wajibi ahtaraam bhi karna chor dein.

Allah farmate hai,

'Aye eeman walo! Allah ki raza ke liye Adl wa insaaf ke sath dat kar gawahi dene wala bano. Aur logo ki nafrat, tumhe is baat par na ubhare ke tum adl wa insaaf ke sath kaam na lo. Insaaf karo yahi baat taqwe ke zyada kareeb hai aur Allah se darte raho, beshak Allah tumhare aamaal ki puri khabar rakhta hai.'

Surah Maida ﴾5﴿, ayat- 8.

Sach Ka Koi Firqa Nahi Hota


Hamare muashre me gumrahi ki ek badi wajah ye bhi hai ki aksar ham sirf ek taraf ki baate sun kar faisla kar lete hai ki kaun sahih hai kaun galat aur fir is tarike par chalte hue baaz auqat ilm rakhne wale log bhi aasani se bewakuf ban jate hai.

Sahaba ka tarika dekhye, pahle wo Muslim nahi the lekin jab un tak Rasool ki dawat pohchi toh unhone kya rawayya ikhtiyar kiya? Kya unhone Rasool ﷺ ko ye kaha ki hamare ulema to apko gumrah kahte hai toh apki baat ham kaise sune? aesa kaha kya?

Nahi! balki unhone dono taraf ki baate suni aur fir haq ko qubul kiya.

Salman e Farsi r.a. ki seerat padh lijiye, pahle wo atish-parast the, fir wo Isaai hue aur fir unhone Islam qubul kiya. Agar wo sirf ek tarfa baate sunte to unhe haq kaise milta?

Afsos ki baat hai ki hamare daawe to bade-bade hai lekin amal zero. Sahaba ki baate to ham karte hai lekin unke nakshe-qadam par chalne ko tayar nahi hai.

Mai agar apni baat karu to mai shirk aur biddat karne wale ghar me pala-badha. Uske baat jab ek ahle ilm ki baat mujh tak pohuchi to maine dono taraf ki baate sun kar haq qubul kiya aur shirk aur biddat ko teen talaq de diye. Agar mai sirf yahi kahta ki hamare ulema to inlogo ko gustakh e rasool kahte hai fir inki baat kyu kar sunu, to zara ap sochye kya aj mai isi muqam par hota jaha aj hu. Allah hamare amal ke sath sath hamare ilm ka bhi imtehan le raha hai, isse ham aksar anjaan hai.

Mai jis masjid me namaz padhne jata hu waha do tarha ke log aate hai, ek to wo hote hai jo nange sar namaz padhte hai aur dusre wo hote hai jo sar ko dhaanp ke (topi, imamah, wagaira se) namaz padhte hai. To ab is ikhtilaf par mujhe dono taraf ki daleele sunni hai taaki mujhe haq pata chale.

Isi tarha masjid me ek log aese hote hai jo rafa yadain kar ke namaz padhte hai aur ek aese hote hai jo bina rafa yadain ke namaz padhte hai. Is par bhi mujhe dono taraf ki baate sunni hai agar mujhe haqiqat ko janna hai.

Toh kabhi bhi sirf ek tarfa baat sun kar faisla nahi karna chahiye, dono taraf ki daleele sune aur fir faisla kare. Aur Agar dono taraf RasoolAllah ki ahadith maujud hai to ye dekhye ki hamare salaf (sahaba, tabayeen, tabe-tabayeen) ne us chiz ke bareme kya kaha aur unhone us chiz ko kaise samjha kyuki wahi log hai jinhone RasoolAllah ki baat hamse behtar tarah se samjhi hogi.

Log kahte hai ki kuch logo me tahkeek karne ki salahiyat nahi hoti ki wo faisla kar sake ki sahih baat kya hai. Lekin ye baat sahih nahi hai. Kyuki jin logo ki baat ap kar rahe hai ye wahi log hai jo market me agar vegetables khareedne jate hai to 10 shop par jate hai taaki sabse behtar quality ke sabse kam price me unhe mile. Ye wahi log hai ki agar koi property khareedenge toh 10 log se mashwara lenge. Toh dunya me to itne hoshiyar hote hai ye log fir Deen me inki saari hoshiyari kaha chali jati hai. Deen ke muamle me bhi unhe chahiye ki zara Quran ka saada tarjuma padh kar dekhe, zara 2-4 ahle ilm se mil kar dekhe. Baat to unhe samajh me aani hi hai kyuki sach me itni taqat hoti hai ki wo hukumate gira deti hai. Sach ko mamuli mat samajhye. Aur Allah Quran me khud wada karta hai ki agar ap haq ko dhudenge toh Allah apko sach ka rasta zarur dikhayega [Quran, 29:69]. Sach toh kafir ko bhi mil jati hai jo ki bilkul hi Islam se anjaan hota hai to apne toh ma shaa Allah ek musalman ke ghar me wiladat payi hai. Baat ye hai ki sach ko talash karne ke liye apko thodi mehnat karni padegi aur log is mehnat se bachna chahte hai. Toh bina hath pair hilaye to khana bhi hamare jism me nai pohchta fir ye to sach ki baat hai.

Ek baat aur hai ki baaz auqat log sach ki talash me gumrah bhi ho jate hai, lekin ye unki khud ki problem hai, Allah kabhi kisi sachhe dil se haq talash karne wale ko gumrah nahi karta hai. Jab Allah ne apke dil me koi haqiqat khol di hai lekin iske bawujud ap us tarike par nahi chalna chahte kyuki apki kuch zaati cheeze apse dur ho jaengi jisse apko sach se zyada muhabbat hai, misaal ke taur par kisi ko apne buzurg se muhabbat hai kisi ko maal o daulat se, kisi ko apne ulema se ya kisi khas fikr ya firqa se itni muhabbat hai ki ap sach ko janne ke bawujud bhi sach ko thokda dete hai. Toh Allah ki hidayat itni sasti nahi hai ki ap baar-baar use thokar marte rahe fir bhi wo apko mil jaye. Sach toh sachhe dil se haqiqat ko talash karne walo ko hi milta hai.

Sach ka koi firqa nahi hota! Agar apne ye faisla kar liya hai ki bas ham hi sahih hai, hamare hi groh haq par hai toh apne islah ke tamam darwaze apne liye band kar liye hai aur islah tabhi mumkin hai jab ap ye samjhe ki insan hone ke naate apse bhi kisi masle me galti ho sakti hai. Nubuwat ap par khatm nahi hui hai ki jo apne raaye ikhtiyar karli ab usme galti nahi ho sakti, nubuwat RasoolAllah par khatm hui hai, ham sab toh unki baato ko samajhne me masruf hai aur aiye ap bhi sath shamil ho jaiye.

Asal Salafiyyah Kya Hai ?

Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen farmate hai,

“Salafiyat haqiqat me Manhaj e Nabawi wa Manhaj e Sahaba ki itaat ka naam hai; kyuki wahi hamare salaf hai, aur ham se aage hai, chunanche unke naqsh e qadam par chalna hi “Salafiyat” kahlata hai.

Jabki “Salafiyat” ko koi insan apna khas manhaj bana kar is manhaj ki mukhalifat karne wale Musalmano ko gumraah karar de, chahe wo haq par hi kyu na ho, aur salafiyat ko Giroh-bandi wa firqah wariyat ka zarya banana, bila shubah ye amal salafiyat ke khilaf hai, kyuki salaf saliheen sab ke sab sunnat RasoolAllah ﷺ par ittefak (harmony) wa ittehad (unity) ke sath qayam rahne ki dawat dete aye hai, wo (salaf) samajh aur tashreeh (interpretation) ke ikhtilaf ke wajah se kisi ko gumraah nahi kahte the, ha albatta aaqaid ke bareme salaf saaliheen mukhalif raaye rakhne wale ko gumrah kahte the, jabki Fiqhi aur amali masaail me salaf saaliheen narmi baratte the.

Lekin hamare Is Daur me Kuch log jinhone salafiyyah ka rasta apnaya hai unlogo ne har us shaks ko gumraah kahna shuru kar diya jo unse ikhtilaf karta hai yaha tak ke agar wo shaks sahih ho, aur kuch logo ne Hibz ka rasta apnaya hai jis tarha se dusre groh (parties) ne apnaya tha jo apne ap ko Mazhab e Islam se hone ka dawah karte hai. Ye kuch aesa hai jo na-pasandida hai aur jiski manzuri nahi di ja sakti, aur unlogo se ye kahna chaiye ki Salaf as saaleh ke tarike ko dekho, wo kya kiya karte the? Un ke tarike ko dekho aur kaise wo khule dil ke the jab ikhtilaf ki surat aati thi jisme ijtihaad jaiyz hai (aur ikhtilaf kabile qubul hai). Woh bade masail me bhi Ikhtilaf karte the, eeman aur amal ke masail me. Ap ko kuch chize milengi, jaise, RasoolAllah ﷺ ka Allah ko dekhne par inkar karna jab ki dusro ne kaha ki unhone dekha hai. Apne kuch ko ye kahte hue dekha hoga ki qayamat ke din jo chiz tauli (weighted) jayegi wo hai aamaal jab ki dusre log kahte the ki wo to aamaal ki kitab hai jo tauli jayengi. Ap unhe dekhenge ki wo Fiqh ke muamlo me bhi kafi had tak ikhtilaf karte the, jaise Nikah, wirasat ka hissa, khareed aur farokhqt, aur dusre muamlo me. Lekin is ke bawujud unhone ek dusre ko gumraah nahi kaha.

Salafiyyah ek khas Jamaat ke taur par jiski alag khushusiyat ho jisme log in logo ke siwa sabko gumraah kahe, in logo ka salafiyyah se kuch bhi lena-dena nahi hai. Jaha tak ke salafiya jiska matlab salaf ki pairwi karna eeman me, kalimaat aur aamaal me, ittihad, mutabqat aur shafkat aur muhabbat ke taraf bulana jaisa ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Momin ke Misaal ek jism me Muhabbat, rahmat aur shafkat ki tarha hai; jab koi ek hisse me takleef hoti hai toh fir baaki hissa bhi us ke sath jaagta hai aur bukhar me shamil ho jata hai- YE ASAL SALAFIYYAH HAI."” End quote.

Islam Me Firqa-Wariyat Nahi - Dr. Farhat Hashmi

Is article me ham Dr. Farhat Hashmi ke chand keemti naseehato ko apse share karna chahenge.

Allah pak farmate hai,

“Aye Musalmano! Tum Sab Kaho Ke Hum Allah Par Eemaan Laaye Aur Us Cheez Par Bhi Jo Hamari Taraf Utari Gayi Aur Jo Cheez Ibraheem, Ismail, Is’haaq, Yaqub (Alaihimussalaam) Aur Un Ki Aulaad Par Utari Gayi, Aur Jo Kuch Allah Ki Jaanib Se Moosa Aur Isa (Alaihima Assalam) Aur Dusre Ambiya Ko Diye Gaye, Hum Un Maise Kisi Ke Darmiyaan Farq Nahi Karte, Hum Allah Ke Farmabardaar Hai.

Agar Wo Tum Jaisa Eemaan Laaye, To Hidayat Paaye, Aur Agar Muh Mode To Wo Sarih Ikhtilaf Me Hai, Allah Un Se Ankareeb Aap Ki Kifaayath Karega, Aur Wo Khoob Sunne Aur Jaanne Wala Hai.”

Surah Baqara, Ayat-136-137.

Dr. Farhat Hashmi is ayat ki tafseer me farmati hai,

“Hamare yaha kya hai? Bas ham sirf apne ustaad ki izzat jante hai, apne alim ki, apne groh walo ki, apne imam ki, Bas! Kitni tang-nazri hai ye! Isi liye to sirf uske naam se pahchane jana chahte hai.
Agar (wo) kahe bhi ki nahi nahi aesi baat nahi. Aesi (baat) nahi to kya hai ke tum har waqt isi chakkar me pade hue ho ki apne Imam aur apne bade (ulema) ko bada sabit kar sako dusro par aur saara zor tumhara isi par ho, saare dalail tumhare isi ke liye ho ki sirf jisse tum wabasta (connected ho) uski superiority tum qayam kar sako baaki sab par. Isse to kabhi Deen me wusat nahi aa sakti, yahi to shakshiyat-parasti hai.

Jaha haq ho waha se lelo, jaha achhi baat ho utha lo. Jo achha kaam kar raha ho appreciate karo, jaha se faiz pahuche shukr-guzaar ho. Aur sab ka ehteraam karo, yahi hame sikhaya gaya  'la nufarriqu bayna ahadin minhum (Hum Un Maise Kisi Ke Darmiyaan Farq Nahi Karte)'. Haalaki Allah taala ne khud baaz ambiya ko baaz par fazeelat di hai jaisa ki Quran e paak me teesre sipaare ki ibtida me aata hai 'Tilka alrrusulu faddalna baAAdahum AAala baad (Ye Rasool, in maise ham ne baaz ko baaz par fazeelat di)', minhum man kallama Allah (baaz se Allah ne kalaam kiya hai), warafaAAa baAAdahum darajat (baaz ko darajat me bulandi di hai). Lekin hame kya tameez sikhayi gai? Tum mat comparison karo, la nufarriqu bayna ahadin minhum. Kyu? Isliye ki agar ek shaks ye kahe ke fula nabi fula nabi se badh kar hai, jaisa ki baaz auqat logo me hua bhi, toh Aap ne us chiz se rok diya sab ambiya ki izzat zaruri hai. Halanki kisi ke paas kitab aayi, kisi ke pas saheefa aya.

Dekhe Ibraheem a.s. ki kitab ka zikr nahi milta, sohfe Ibraaheem, saheefe!, yaani choti kitabe, kitab badi chiz hai saheefa usse mukhtalif cheez hai ya choti cheez hai.

Baaz anbiya se Allah talah ne kalaam kiya, lekin sab se nahi kiya. Eesa alaihisaalam ko kuch aur khasayas diye gaye. Sulaiman Alaihisaalam ki badshahat aur nubuwat ki kuch aur khususiyat thi Dawood alaihisaalam ko jismani aur maali quwwat be-panaah di gai. Har nabi ki koi na koi khususiyat hai.
Lekin hume kya kaha gaya hai? 
Hum unke darimayan farq nahi karte. Hum sab ko Nabi maante hai, sab ka ehtaraam karte hai, sabki taaleemat ko barhaq samajhte hai ki unhone haq pahuchaya bando ko.

Isi tarah uske baad kya hai, jitne bhi ulema e karaam hai, jo bhi Deen ka kaam karne wale hai, ham sab ki izzat karte hai, (chahe wo) kisi bhi school of though se ho.

Haa! Kyuki ambiya toh galati nahi karte, (wo) Masoom hote hai. Lekin aam Ulema jo hote hai, Insaan jo hote hai, un se galatiya bhi ho jaati hai. Toh Jaha wo galati kare, bas us galati ko ham nahi maante baaki jo unki achchi baat hai wo sab maante hai, sab ki izzat karte hai. 
Illah yeh ki koi shakhs Islam ke dayreh se nikal kar kufr Ki taraf chala jaye. Toh wo toh ek alag qissa ho jata hai.

Lekin jo shaks Musalman hai, Deen ki khidmat kar raha hai, agar usse koi kami kotahi  ho jati hai, apko maloom hai ki umuman kami-kotahi kaha hui? Ijtehadi maumlat me. Iztehadi kaha?
Jab Quran aur Sunnat ka waazeh hukum nahi tha, Ulema ne koshishe kar ke masaail ka hal dhundha.
Kisi ne ek hal bataya kisi ne dusra bataya. Ab kya hua? ek ki baat dusro se mukhtalif ho gayi. 

Aap dekhye ki koshish karne ke baad agar koi aalim ek masla batata hai, (aur) agar usse galati bhi ho jaati hai toh apko pata hai (ke) us galati par bhi usko ajar hai, Hadees me yeh baat aati hai. Allah tala toh usko uski galati par ajar de rahe hai. Aur ham usko muaf nahi kar rahe hai aur uske khilaf toofan uthaye hue hai aur usko negate kar rahe hai, degrade kar rahe hai.

Hame kisne haq diya hai yeh sab kuch karne ka. Hame kisne chun kar is masnad pe bithaya hai ki tum logo ke baare me fatwe do. Nahi! hamara ye kaam nahi (hai). 
Hamara kya kaam hai?
Jo bhi koi achchi baat kar raha hai wo sab achche hai. Illah ye ki agar koi baat wo durust nahi kar raha toh bas ham wo nahi lenge.

Aap dekhen, misaal ke taur par ap (bazaar se) chawal (rice) khareed ke laati hai ya Tamatar khareed kar laati hai. Ap jab usko kaat te hai toh uska ek hissa kuch kharab nikal aata hai.
(Toh kya) Ap saara Tamatar (dust) bin me fek dete hai? Karte hai aisa? Nahi!!
Kya karte hai? 
Jo Kharab hissa hota hai usko kaat kar alag rakh dete hai, baaki ko dho kar istemal karte hai. Aur aisa hi hona chahiye na? Agar koi shakhs ek choti si daag ki bina par saara  Fruit bin me utha kar fek de toh Aap kahengi iska dimag chal gaya hai.
Lekin Deen ke maumle me hum aisi hi himaakate karte hai. Agar kisi se ek galati ho gayi, kyuki wo insan hai na? Toh us bina par uski har baat buri ho gayi.
Har chiz bin me chali gayi, uska toh naam bhi na lo. Kya wo tumhara Musalman bhai nahi?

Quran us dil me sahih tarah aata hai jis Dil me wusat aati hai. Nafrate nikalti hai, tazkiya hota hai, dil chamakte hai, hasad, bugz, mael se paak hote hai, Fir Allah ki marifat aati hai, fir hikamat ilqa hoti hai, Fir Deen ki barkate hoti hai, fir Islam ka paigam dunya me aam hota hai. Aaj kyun aam nahi ho raha? Ham to apne ghar me ajanabi ho gaye (hai). Musalman mulk, Islami jamhuriyat, Pakistan me Islam ajanabi hota ja raha hai. Padhe likhe logon me, anpadh logon me, Kyu hua ye? Kabhi socha aapne? In nafarton ki wajah se hua, ke jab koi Deen ka naam leta hai, sab haath dhoke uske piche pad jaate hai. Agar waqai sincerely ham Deen ke khadim banna chahte hai toh hame apna mijaaz badalna hoga. Aur mijaaz is Quran ke mutabik.

Aur ham kisi Nabi ke taraf nahi mansub kar rahe apne apko, kisi alim ke taraf nahi!, kisi Imam ki taraf nahi! 'Lahu Muslimoon', Allah ki taraf, uske Musalman, uske farmabardaar, uske tabedaar. [Allah pak farmate hai]

“Agar Wo Tum Jaisa Eemaan Laaye, To Hidayat Paaye, Aur Agar Muh Mode To Wo Sarih Ikhtilaf Me Hai, Allah Un Se Ankareeb Aap Ki Kifaayath Karega, Aur Wo Khoob Sunne Aur Jaanne Wala Hai.”
Surah Baqara, Ayat-137.

Yaani ibtedaai taur par jab Quran nazil ho raha tha to khitaab kisko tha? Sahaba e karaam ko tha, uske baad hamse bhi hai lekin sahaba e karaam ko ek model banaya gaya ki agar baaki dunya ke log eemaan laaye, 'bi-mishli maa antum' jaisa eemaan tum laaye ho, kaisa eemaan tha unka?' kulu amanna billah se le kar end tak', nahnu lahu muslimoon. Jo is tarike ka eeman laaye, fir wo hidayat-yafta hue.

Sahaba e karaam jaisa eeman, mujhe zara ap bataiye sahaba e karaam kis groh maise the? Kya maslak tha unka? Wo Hanafi the ya Shafai the ya Maliki the? Wo kaun the?
Wo bas Musalmaan the!
Unka kaunsa sect tha? wo sunni the ya shia the?  Musalman the! Farmaya aesa hi eemaan agar baaki log laaye, (toh) ye hai hidayat.
Aur agar log munh mod jaaye, aesa eemaan na laaye, is baat se ittifaak na kare, isse agree na kare aur apne apko groho me baant ke rakhe, toh asal masla fir kya hai, maraz kya hai? Wo darasal zidd me mubtilah hai, mukhalifat ka shikaar hai, alag rahna chahte hai. Kharabi fir waha hai, tum me nahi, tum itmenan rakho ki jo kar rahe ho durust kar rahe ho, bigaad hai toh fir unme hai jo is tarike par na aaye.” End quote.

Geebat Aur Iska Aazaab

Allah farmate hai:

Aye Eemaan waalon! Bahut bad-gumaaniya karne se bacha karo, ke baaz bad-gumaaniya gunah hai, Aur ek-dusre ke aib na tatola karo, aur na tum maise koi kisi ki geebat kiya kare. Kya tum me koi is baat ko pasand karega ke apne murde bhai ka gosht khaye. Isse to tum nafrat karte ho, Aur Allah se darte raha karo, Bila shuba Allah khoob taubah qubool karne wala raham wala hai.

Quran: Surah Hujurat: 49:12.

۞ Geebat Kya Hai?

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ke, Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: Tum jante ho geebat kya hai?
Logo ne kaha: “Allah aur uske Rasool behtar jante hain”.
Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: Geebat yeh hai ke, tum apne bhai ka zikr karo is taur par ke agar woh samne ho toh usko accha na lage. 
Logo ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ! Agar hamare bhai me woh ayeb maujood ho toh?
Aapne Farmaya: Tabhi toh geebat hui warna to khuli tohmat (ilzam) hogi.

Sahih Muslim, hadith no. 6265.

۞ Geebat/Chugli Karne Walon Ka Aazaab:

۩ Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jab mujhe aasmaan par le jaya gaya tha to (us raat) mera guzar ek qaum par se huaa jinke nakhun taanbe (copper) ke the aur wo un nakhuno se apne chehre aur seene ko khurach rahe the, to maine kaha ye kaun log hai Aye Jibreel ?
To unhone kaha ki Ye wo log hai jo logo ka gosht khate hain (yaani unki geebat karte hain) aur unki izzat aur aabru ke peeche pade rahte hai.”

Sunan Abu Dawud, Kitab Al-Adab, hadith- 4878. Shaykh Albani ne sahih karar diya hai.

۩ Ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki ek baar Rasool Allah ﷺ Do (2) Kabron par se guzre toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke in dono qabar walon ko azaab diya ja raha hai aur ye kisi bade gunah par nahi. Ek toh un me se peshab se ahtiyaat nahi karta tha aur dusra chugal-khori kiya karta tha.

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al Wuzu, hadith-218.
