Biddat Ke Mutallik Deen Ka Ek Usool


Kuch logo ko jab Biddat ke mutallik samjhaya jata hai to wo kam-ilmi me ye kahte hai ki Ham log boht se kaam karte hai jise RasoolAllah ya sahabao ne nahi kiya tha ya fir ham log boht se wo kaam karte hai jo sahabao ke zamane me nahi hua tha. Misaal ke taur par phone use krna, biryani khana, flight me safar karna, wagaira. Log ye sirf isliye kahte hai kyuki unhe Deen ke Bunyadi Usoolo ka ilm nahi hota. Deen ke usoolon mein ek bunyadi usool ye hai ki:
"Dunyawi muamlat ya Dunyadaari me har chiz halal hai siwaye uske jise shariyat (Quran aur Sunnah) ne mana kiya ho. Aur Deen me har chiz haraam hai siwaye wo jo shariat se sabit ho."
Toh is Usool e Deen ke bina par faisla kiya jayega ki nayi chize wo Deen ki hai ya Dunya ki. Phone use krna, biryani khana, flight me safar karna ye sab Dunyawi muamlat me aate hai. Isliye yaha par Dunyawi muamlat ke usool ke tahat faisla kiya jayega. Aur ye isliye bhi kyuki RasoolAllah hame Biryani khilane ke liye nahi aaye the wo hame Allah ka Deen sikhane ke liye aye the. To isliye Deen ko samajhne ke liye aql ka istemal lazim hai, lekin hamara muashra kuch aesa hai ke lagta hai ki Molvi sahab ke liye Aql ka istemal hi haraam hai. 

Is Usool ki Dalail sunnat ki roshni me ye hai,

۩ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الرُّومِيِّ الْيَمَامِيُّ، وَعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ، جَعْفَرٍ الْمَعْقِرِيُّ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَمَّارٍ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّجَاشِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ قَدِمَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يَأْبُرُونَ النَّخْلَ يَقُولُونَ يُلَقِّحُونَ النَّخْلَ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ لَعَلَّكُمْ لَوْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا كَانَ خَيْرًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَتَرَكُوهُ فَنَفَضَتْ أَوْ فَنَقَصَتْ - قَالَ - فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ إِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِشَىْءٍ مِنْ دِينِكُمْ فَخُذُوا بِهِ وَإِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِشَىْءٍ مِنْ رَأْىٍ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ أَوْ نَحْوَ هَذَا ‏.‏ قَالَ الْمَعْقِرِيُّ فَنَفَضَتْ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ ‏.‏

Hazrat Rafi' bin Khadij r.a. Se Riwayat Hai Ke RasoolAllah ﷺ Jis Waqt Madina Me Tashreef Laiy To Sahabah Khajoroon Main Qalm Lagate The (Pollination), Ap ﷺ Ne Farmya: Ye Tum Kyun Karte Ho? Unhoon Ne Kaha: Hum Isi Tarha Karte Hain, Ap ﷺ Ne Farmya: Shayad Tum Na Karo To Is Me Zyada Behtri Ho, Unlogo Ne Isko Chor Diya To Khajure Kam Ho Gain, Unhone Is Baat Ka Zikr Ap ﷺ Se Kiya, Aap ﷺ Ne Farmya: Main Ek Bashar (Insan) Hu, Jab Mai Tumhain Tumhare Deen Ke Bare Main Kisi Cheez Ka Hukam Du To Us Par Amal Karo Aur Jab Kisi Main Tum Ko Apni Zaati Raaye Se Koi Hukam Doon To Is Baat Ka Dhyan Rakho Ki Mai Ek Bashar Hu.

Sahih Muslim, Kitabul Fazaail, Hadith- 2362.

۩ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ ‏"‏‏.‏ رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ وَعَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَوْنٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ‏.‏

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Muhammad ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jisne hamare is Deen me koi aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai to wo mardud hai.

Sahih al bukhari, hadith-2697; Sahih Muslim, hadith-1718.

Rafa Yadain Par 10 Sahaba E Karaam Ki Gawahi


Alhamdulillah wassalato wassalaam ala RasoolAllah..

Hairani ki baat hai ki ek sunnat jis par ek groh ko chhor kar puri ummat ka ijma hai ki ek amal sunnat hai. Is baat ki haqiqat khulne ke baad lamha e fiqriya hai unlogo ke liye jo is sunnat par amal khud bhi nahi karte aur dusro ko bhi rokte hai aur wo is sunnat ka inkaar karte hai. Namaz me Ruku se pahle aur Ruku ke baad ke Rafa yadain karne par Puri Ummat ka ijma hai chahe wo jis bhi maslak, mazhab, jamaat ya firqe se jude ho. Balki is sunnat par ahle Tashayyo (shiya) bhi amal karte hai, Jabki unki hadith ki kitab hi alag hai hamare hadith ki kitabo se. To ab iske baad lamha e fiqriya hai, lamha e fiqriya hai, lamha e fiqriya hai Hanafi mazhab manne walo ke liye ke unke alawa puri ummat is sunnat par amal karte hai aur sirf wahi mahroom hai is sunnat se.

Pichle kuch articles me rafa yadain par tafseel se zikr kiya gaya tha. Is article me Rafa Yadain par 10 sahabao ki gawahi mai logo ke zahen me laana chahta hu. Unme bade bade sahaba the aur Abu Qatadah bin Ribi r.a.jaise bade sahaba bhi is majlis me the. Ye waqya RasoolAllah ﷺ ke wafat ke takreeban 25-30 saal ke baad ka hai kyuki jo Tabayee is hadith ko bayan kar rahe hai wo samaa ke kabil hi us waqt hue hai jab RasoolAllah ke wafat ke 30 saal guzar chuke the aur hadith ke alfaz se ye aur bhi waazeh ho jaega ki ye RasoolAllah ki wafat ke baad ka zikr hai:

Muhammad Bin Amr Bin Ata' (tabaee) Riwayat Karte Hai Abu Humaid As-saidi Se Ki Unhone Rasool Allah ﷺ Ke 10 Sahaba Ki Majlis Me Kaha Ki Mein Tum Sab Se Zyadah Rasool Allah ﷺ Ki Namaz Ke Tariqe Ko Janta Hoon. Sahaba Kiram r.a. Ne Kaha: Apko To Hamse Baad Me (RasoolAllah ki) Sohbat Mili Hai Aur Naa Hi Ap RasoolAllah Ki Sohbat Me Hamse Zyada Rahe Hai. Toh Unhone Kaha, "Fir bhi". Fir Sahaba Kiram r.a. Ne Kaha (hamare Rubaru Rasool Allah Ki Namaz Ka Tarika) Bayan Karo.Abu Huamaid r.a. Ne Kaha: Jab Rasool Allah ﷺ Namaz Ke Liye Khade Hote (toh) Apne Dono Haath Kandho Ke Barabar Uthate Fir Takbeer Kahte Fir Qirat Karte Fir (ruku Ke Liye) Takbeer Kahte Aur Apne Dono Haath Kandho Ke Barabar Uthate Fir Ruku Karte Aur Apne Hatheliyaan Ghutno Par Rakh Dete Goya Ki Unhe  Pakda Ho, Fir (ruku Ke Doran) Kamar seedhi Rakhte, Pas Na Apna Sar Jhukate Aur Na Buland Karte. (yaani Peeth Aur Sar Hamwaar Rakhte) Aur Fir Apna Sar Ruku Se Uthate Aur sami Allahu Liman Hamidah Kahte, Phir Apne Dono Haath Kandhon Ke Barbar Uthate Aur Seedhe Khade Ho Jate, Fir (Allahu Akbar) kahte, Fir Zameen Ki Taraf Sajde Ke Liye Jhukte Pas Apne Dono Haath (baazu) Apne Dono Pahloow, (raano Aur Zameen) Se Door Rakhte Aur Apne Dono Paaw Ki Ungliyaan Kholte (is Tarah Ke Ungliyaan Ke Sirey Qibla Rukh Hote) Fir Apna Sar Sajde Se Uthate Aur Apna Baayan Paaw Modhte (yaani Bichaa Lete) Phir Us Par Bethte Aur seedhe Hote Yaha Tak Ki Har Haddi Apni Jagah Par Aajati. Fir (dusra) Sajda Karte, Fir (Allahu Akbar) Kahte Aur Uthte Aur Apna Baaya Paaw Mod Kar Us Par Bethte Aur Is Qadar Itminan Se (Jalsa e Istrahat me) Baithe Rahte Ki Har Haddi Apni Jagah Par Aajati, Fir Khade Hote Aur Isi Tarah Dusri Rakat Me Karte. Fir Jab Do Rakat Padh Kar Khade Hote Toh Takbeer Kah Kar Aur Dono Haath Kandho Ke Barabar Uthate Jaise Namaz Ke Shuru Me Takbeer Awlaa Ke Waqt Kiya Tha. Fir Isi Tarah Apni Baaqi Namaz Me Karte Yaha Tak Ki Jab Woh Sajdah Hota Jiske Baad Salam Ferna Hota Toh Ap ﷺ Tawarruk Karte (Yaani Apna Baaya Paaw daaye Pindli Ke Neeche Se Baahar Nikal Kar Baaye Sire (Kuleh) Par Beth't Jaate, Aur Daaye Paao Ke Panje Ko Qibla Rukh Kar Lete), Daaye Hath Ko Daaye Ghutne Aur Baaye Hath Ko Baaye Ghutne Par Rakhte aur Shahadat Ki Ungli Se Ishara Farmate, Aur Fir Salaam Ferte The. (Yeh Sun Kar ) Un  Sahabao Ne Kaha (ae Abu Huamaid Sa’adee) Apne Sach Kaha Rasool Allah ﷺ Isi Tarah Namaz Padha Karte The.

Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith-304; Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith-730 and 734; Sunan Ibn Majah, hadith 1061. Classed as Hasan Sahih by Imam Tirmidhi.

Is Hadith ke aakhir me Sahaba kahte hai ki RasoolAllah aese hi namaz padha KARTE THE (na ki padhte hai). Iska matlab ki us waqt RasoolAllah ki wafat ho chuki thi.

Zaruri baat ye hai ki  Imam Muhammad Gazali r.h. ne apni kitab Kimiya-yi Sa'ādat me aur Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani r.h. ne apni Kitab Ghunyat ul Talibeen ne bhi Namaz ka Yahi Takika likha hai.

Ab kuch bhaiyo se arz hai ki Aapke Ghyarwi wale peer ne bhi isi tarah namaz padhne ka zikr kiya hai apne kitab me. Hamari nai to kamas kam apne Peer ki to maan le ap log. Ya fir unhe bhi nahi pata tha ki ye Wahabio ya ahle hadeeso ka namaz ka tarika hai, ya fir Rafa yadain Mansukh ho gaya tha, ya fir Mecca ke namazi Aap ﷺ ke time par But rakh kar aate the isliye rafa Yadain kiya jata tha us time. Kya waaqai me aapke Peer ko ye sab nahi malum tha, agar aesa hai ki unhe koi ilm hi nahi tha toh apne unhe apna peer hi kyu mana hua hai aur unhe Gaus e Aazam ya Puri Dunya ke Shaykh ka laqab kis binah par diya hai. Jo log apni nisbat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani ke taraf karte hai to unke tarike par namaz bhi to padhe.

Kuch log bahane karte hai ki wo Hambli the, wo shafai the, isliye is tarha padhte the. Khuda ke liye! Ye kaha likha hai unhone ki wo Hambli the, ya wo shafai the, isliiye wo is tariqe se namaz padhte the, Wo To Nabi ﷺ ke Tarike se aur upar wali hadith ke reference se wo ye Namaz ka Tarika bata rahe hai.

Aur mai is par ek aakhri baat kahna chahta hu ki AGAR AP HAMBLI HO KAR RAFA YADAIN KARNE KO SAHIH SAMAJHTE HAI TO HAME MUHAMMADI HO KAR RAFA YADAIN KARNE DE, ﷺ , HAMARI NISBAT BOHT BADI HAI ALHAMDULILLAH!!!

Andhadhund Pairwi Ka Anjaam



Allah aur Us ke Mahboob ﷺ  ke gustakho se bezari rakhne walo k liye!

Imaan ki asal buniyaad kya hai ?

Alhamdulillah!

Hum Musalman hai aur humare Imaan ki asal buniyaad "ALLAH aur RASOOL ki sachhi muhabbat" hi hai. Yahi wajah hai ke koi Musalman jaan bujh kar, kabhi in do Hastiyo ke mutalliq gustakhana nazariyaat rakhne ka soch bhi nahi sakta kyu ke ye cheez duniya o aakhirat me uski barbadi ka sabab ban sakti hai. Allah pak farmate hai

....ان الذين يوذون الله ورسوله لعنهم اللهم فى الدنيا و الاخرة و اعد لهم عزابا مهينا ه

Beshak jo log Allah aur us ke Rasool saws ko takleef dete hai un par duniya aur Aakhirat me Allah ki phatkaar hai aur us ne Un ke liye zaleel o khwaar kardene wala Azaab tayyar rakha hai...

(Sureh Al Ahzaab: 57)

Yahud o Nasarah ki "Gumrahi" ki badi wajah:

Allah ne Yahud O Nasarah ki gumrahi ki sab se badi wajah ka zikr yun farmaya hai:

.....اتخذ احبارهم و رهبانهم اربابا من دون الله

Un (Yahud O Nasara) logon ne Allah ko chhodh kar apne Durwesh aur Ulemao ko apna Rabb bana liya hai..

(Sureh Al Tauba: 31)

Yaani Wahi ko chhodh kar apne Buzurgo ki baat maante hai.

Yahudiyo aur Isaaiyo ke is Gumraahkun tarz e amal ke bar'aks Allah ne apne Rasool ke zariye WAHI ki taraf rahnumai farmai hai:

.....ائتونىبكتب من قبل هذا او اثرةمن علم ان كنتم صدقين ه

(Kafir Aap  se behes kare to Aap farmade) LAAO MERE PAAS (apni koi) KITAB, IS (Quran) SE PaHLE YA FIR ILM KE (naql shuda)ASAAR, AGAR TUM SACHE HO.

Ummat e Muhmmadiya par Shaitaan ka Hamla kuch aese:

Humara haqeeqi Shaitaan hume Yahud O Nasaraa ki tarah apne Ulma aur Durwesh logo ki (Andha dhund pairavi) karwate hue gustaakh banakar humesha humesha ke liye nakaam karwana chahta hai. Isliye humare Imaam e Aazam, Imam e Qainaat, Sayyad ul Awwaleen o Aakhareen, Imaam ul Ambiya o Mursaleen, Shafeeq ul Aalameen, Rahmatul Aalameen Muhammad ur Rasool Allah ne Allah ki taraf se di gayi Ghaibi khabar ke zariye hume pahle hi is khatre se Aagaah farmaya chunanche:

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat karte hai ke,

Rasoolallah Ne Farmaya Tum Zaroor Apne Se Pehle Logon Ke Qadam Ba Qadam Pairwi Karoge Hatta Ke Agar Woh Goh (chipkali Ke Mushaba Rengne Wala Aik Janwar) Ke Suraakh Mein Gusein Honge Toh Tum Bhi Is Me Dakhil Hoge. Arz Kiya Gaya: Ya Rasoolallah! Kya Inse Yahood O Nasara Murad Hain?
Rasoolallah Ne Irshad Farmaya: (agar Ye Nahi)to Aur Kon?

Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1397; Muslim, 4822.

Is Tahreer ka waahid maqsad "ISLAAH" hai..

Aaj baaz bhaiyyo ko Allah ki WAHI(Quran O Suunah) se Haq baat batai jaati hai to wo apne Firqe ke Ulma aur Durwesho ki Andha dhund pairavi karte hue bilkul Yahud O Nasarah ki tarah us Dawat ko Radd kar dete hain. Lehaza yahan Majburan unhi mashoor Ulma o Durwesho ki likhi hui kitabo se chand ek gustakhana nazariyaat ki nishandahi aur phir WAHI se Sahi Islami aqaaid bhi bayan kiye jaarahe hain taake Log apne Firqon ke Ulma aur Durwesho ki pairavi karne ki bajaye kisi shakhs ki, wohi baat maane jo WAHI ke mutabiq ho kyu ke humari Duniya O Aakhirat me kamyaabi isi par munhassir hai..WAHI ko chhodh kar, sirf halaqat hi halaqat hai...Mulaheza farmaye:

 ۩1. Ulma ka Nazariya:

Rashid Ahmed Gangohi Deobandi, apni kitab me likhte hai..
"Chota hu, kuch nahi hu, tera hi Zall(saya) hai, tera hi wajood hai, main kya hu, kuch nhi hu, aur jo main hu wo Tu hai aur main aur Tu (ka farq karna) Shirk dar Shirk hai."

WAHI KA FAISLA:
.....ليس كمثله شئ و هو السميع البصير

Harghiz nahi KOI bhi shai uski misl aur wo sab kuch sunne wala dekhne wala hai..

(Surah Al Shòra:11)

۩2. Ulma ka Nazariya:

Jab Majmaa hua Kuffar ka, ke Islam ka Qilaa Qama karde ye Ghazwah e Aehzaab ka Waqia hai. Rabb ne madad farmana chahi apne Habeeb ﷺ ki, shumali Hawa ko hukm hua aur Kafiro ko Neest o Nabood karde, Hawa ne kaha: "Bibiyaa, Raat ko bahar nahi nikalti. "To Allah ne us hawa ko Baanjh kardiya. Isi waja se Shumali hawa se paani nahi barasta. Phir Saba se farmaya to us ne arz kiya: "Hum ne suna hum ne Itaat ki" aur wo gayi aur Kuffar ko barbad karna Shuru kardiya.

WAHI KA FAISLA:
....انما امره اذا اراد شيئا ان يقول له كن فيكون

Wo (Allah) jab bhi kisi cheez ka irada karta hai to use farmadeta hai ke.."HO JA"..to wo "Hojaati hai".....

(Sureh Yaseen: 82).

۩3. Ulma ka nazariya:

"Zun noon, Hazrat Yunus a.s. Ka laqab hai kyu ke Aap a.s. Kuch roz machli ke pet me rahe. Ulma farmate hai ke Us Machli ka pet Allah ke Arsh se Afzal hai ke Ek Paighambar ka kuch din tajalligaah raha. Jab Machli ka pet Arsh e Aazam se Afzal hogaya to Hazrat Aamena Khatoon ka wo Shikam jis me Sayyad ul Ambiya 9 maah tak jalwa afroz rahe to wo Arsh e Aazam se kahin zyada Afzal hai."

WAHI KA FAISLA:

ان ربكم الله الذى خلق السموت و الارض فى ستةايام ثم استوى على العرش......

Beshakk tumhara Rabb Allah hai jis ne 6 din me Zameen aur Aasmaano ko banaya aur Arsh e Aazam par jalwa afroz hua (Jaisa k uski shaan hai).

(Surah Al Aaraaf:54)

۩4. Ulma ka Nazariya:

"Wo hissa e zameen (qabr e athar) jo Nabi ke Aaza e Mubarka ko mas kiye hue hai, al ul itlaaq afzal hai yahan tak ke kaba aur Arsh o kursi se bhi afzal hai."

WAHI KA FAISLA

.....ما قدروا اللّٰه حق قدر ان اللّٰه لقوى عزيز

Unho ne ALLAH ki qadar na jaani jaisa janni chahiye thi..beshakk ALLAH quwwat wala Ghalib hai..(Sureh Al Hajj: 74)

Hadith:

Hazrat Umar ibn Khattab ra. Riwayat karte hai, Rasool ne irshad farmaya, "Meri shaan ko us tarah mat badhao jis tarah Nasarah ne Isa ibn Maryam a.s. Ki Tareef me (unko Unke muqam se) badhadiya. Main to Allah ka Banda hu, pas tum mujhe ALLAH ka BANDA aur RASOOL hi kahna."

Sahih Bukhari, "Kitab ul Ambiya":3445.

Hazrat Jundab r.a. Se Riwayat hai ke Rasool ﷺ ne apni wafat se 5 din qabl irshad farmaya, "Tum se pahle logon ne apne Ambiya a.s. Aur Nek logon ki Qabro ko Sajda gaah banaliya tha. Khabardaar! Tum log Qabro ko sajda gaah na banana beshakk main tumhe is harkat se mana karta hu."

Sahih Muslim, 1188.

 ۩5. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Ek din Ghaus e Aazam(sab se bada mushkil kushaa) Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani 7 Auliya ke hamrah baithe hue the, naagaah, Baseerat se mulaheza farmaya ke ek jahaz gharq hone ke qareeb hai, Aap ne Himmat o Tawajja e Batini se us ko Gharq hone se bachaliya."

....امن يجيب المضطر اذا دعاه و يكشف السوء و يجعلكم خلفاء الارض ء اله مع اللّٰه قليلا ما تذكرون

Bekas ki pukar ko, jab ke wo pukare, kaun qubool karke Sakhti ko door karta hai? Aur tumhe zameen ka Khaleefa banata hai, kya Allah ke siwa aur bhi koi Mabood hai? Tum log bht hi kum ghaur o fikr karte ho!

 ۩6. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Arz: Ghaus(mushkil kusha:Wilayat ka ek darja) har zamane me hota hai? Irshad: Baghair Ghaus ke Zameen O Asmman qayem nahi rah sakte!"

WAHI KA FAISLA

....ان اللّٰه يمسك السموت والأرض ان تزولا و لئن زالتا ان امسكهما من بعدهانه كان حليما غفورا

Beshak ALLAH hi ne Asmano aur Zameen ko Thaam Rakha hai k wo tal na jaye. Aur agar wo Tal jaye to phir ALLAH k siwa koi ek bhi aisa nhi jo un ko Thaam sake. Beshakk wo bardasht karne wala maaf karne wala hai..

(Sureh Al Fatir:41)

۩7. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Ek martaba Junaid Baghdadi Darya e Dajlah par tashreef laye aur "YA ALLAH" kahte hue us par zameen ke misl chalne lage, ek Shakhs ne Arz kiya ke mai kis tarah aau?

Farmaya: "Ya Junaid-Ya Junaid" kahta chala aa, Us ne ye hi kiya aur Zameen ke misl paani par chalne laga. Jab beech darya me pohcha to Shaitan Laeen ne dil me waswasaa daala ke Hazrat khud to YA ALLAH kahe aur mujh se Ya Junaid, kahlwate hai. Us ne YA ALLAH kaha, aur sath hi ghotaa khaya. Pukara, Hazrat mai chalaa. Farmaya: Wahi kaho, "Ya Junaid" us ne kaha aur dariya par zameen ke misl chalne laga, Farmaya: Arey Nadaan! Abhi tu Junaid tak nahi pohcha ALLAH tak rasaai ki hawas hai?"

WAHI KA FAISLA

HADITH: Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas bayan karte hai ke mai Rasool ke piche sawari par baitha hua tha to Aap ﷺ Ne irshad farmaya, "Aye Bete! Tu ALLAH ke aehkaam ki hifazat farmayega ALLAH ke huqooq ka khayal rakhega,to use Apne samne payega. Jab tu Sawal kare to sirf ALLAH se karna aur jab tu Madad Talab kare to sirf ALLAH hi se talab karna aur jaan le ke agar puri Ummat bhi jama hokar tujhe koi Fayeda pohchana chahe to nahi pohcha sakegi magar jo ALLAH chahe. Aur agar puri Ummat jamaa hokar bhi tujhe koi Nuqsan pohchana chahe to nahi pohcha sakegi magar jo ALLAH chahe. (taqdeer likhne k baad) Qalam utha liye gaye aur Saheefe khushk hogaye."

 ۩8. Ulma ka Faisla

Surah Al Kahf, ayat-110: Aye Mehboob farmado ke Main tum jaisa Bashar hu.
Is Aayat me kuffar se khitaab hai. Kyunke har cheez apni ghair jins se nafrat karti hai, lehaza farmaya gaya ke Aye Kuffar tum mujh se ghabrao nahi, Main tumhari Jins se hu, yaani Bashar hu (jaisa ke) Shikari, Janwaro ki awaz nikal kar shikar karta hai. Is se kuffar ko apni taraf Maail karna maqsad hai."

....انظر كيف ضربوا لك الامثال فضلوا فلا يستطيعون سبيلا

Aye Mehboob! Zara dekho to ye (ghustaakh) log Aap ke mutalliq kaisi kaisi misaale bayan karte hai, so wo Gumrah hogaye phir wo rasta e hidayat nhi paa sakte..

"Agar Baaz uloom e ghaibiya muraad hain to us me Huzoor Akram ki kya takhsees hai, aisa Ilm e ghaib Zaid o Umar balke bacha o majnoon balke Jamee haiwanaat o bahaaim ke liye bhi hasil hai."

....علم الغيب فلا يظهر على غيبه احد
....الا من ارتضى من رسول فانه يسلك من بين يديه و من خلفه رصدا

Wo (ALLAH hi) ghaib ka janne wala hai, pas wo apne ghaib par kisi ko muttala nahi karta, siwae apne Rasool ke jise wo chahe, lekin us ke aage piche bhi pahredaar muqarrar kardeta hai..

(Sureh Al Hajj:26-27)

۩10. Ulma ka Nazariya

"(Namaz ke Dauran) Zina ke waswase se apni Biwi ki Muzammiyat ka Khayaal Behtar hai. Aur Shaikh ya usi Jaise aur Buzurgo ki tarah, khwah Janab Risalat maàb  Hi ho, apni himmat ko lagadena apne Baiil Aur Gadhe ki Surat me doob jaane se Bura hai."

HADITH:

Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai,Rasool ﷺ ne irshad farmaya: Namaz ki Tashahud me ye kaha karo, التحيات لله ....اسلام عليك ايها النبى و رحمة اللّٰه......... عباد الله الصالحين  (meri Qauli,badani aur Maali ibaadat ALLAH ke liye khaas hai, Salam ho Nabi ﷺ Par aur ALLAH ki rahmat aur barkate, salamati ho Hum par aur Allah ke nek bando par bhi) pas, jab wo aisa kahega to Asmaan o Zameen me Maujood har Nek bande ko (aur khususan Nabi ko) ye Salam pohoch jayega."
Sahih Bukhari, kitab ul Azaan,831. Sahih Muslim, kitab us salath: 897.

 ۩11. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Aur Yaqeen jaan lena chahiye ke har Makhloq bada ho Ya Chota wo ALLAH ki shaan ke aage chamar(cobler) se bhi zaleel hai (aage chal kar khud hi bada ho ya chota, ki taareef bhi bayan kardi, chunancha likhte hai): Ambiya O Auliya ko jo ALLAH ne sab logon se bada banaya hai so un me yahi badai hai ke Allah ki raah batate hain."

Aur Izzat to sirf ALLAH ke liye, uske Rasool ke liye aur Iman walo k liye hai, magar Munafiqo ko is ka Ilm nhi hai..

(Sureh Al Munafiqoon: 8)

 ۩12. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Hazrat Dawood a.s. ki nazar jab wahan padi jahan nahi padhna chahiye thi, yaani Aur ki biwi par to Aap a.s. Ko Haq e Taala ki taraf se Tambeeh ka samna karna pada. Humare Paigambar Ki ek isi tarah ki nigah Zaid r.a. ki biwi par padi to Hazrat Zaid r.a. Par unki biwi Haram hogayi (unhi se baad me Nabi ﷺ Ne Nikah farmaya yaani Ummul momineen Zainab ra.) Isliye k Dawood as. Ki nazar Halat e Hosh me thi aur humare Paighambar ki nazar Haalat e Shukr(yaani Madhoshi) me thi."

....والنجم اذا هوى..ما ضل صاحبكم وما عوى..وما ينطق عن الهوى..ان هو الا وحى يوحى

Qasam hai Sitare ki jab wo utrey.. Tumhare Sathi (Muhammad ﷺ) Na to kabhi Behke hain aur na kabhi tedhi Raah par chale hai aur na hi wo apni khwahish e Nafs se koi baat kahte hai (balke) wo to WAHI hai (jo Allah ki taraf se) unhe ki jaati hai.

(Sureh Al Najm :1-4)

HADITH

Abu Saeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke "Rasool Parda nasheen kunwari ladkiyo se bhi zyada Sharm o Haya rakhte the, jab koi aisi cheez dekhte jo Aap ﷺ ko nagawar hoti to hum, Aap  ke chehra e mubarak se pehchan lete the."
Sahih Bukhari:6102, Sahih Muslim: 6032.

 ۩13. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Khwaja Qitbuddin Bakhtiyar Kaaki (jo khalifa the Moinuddin Chishti ke) ek dafaa unke paas ek shakhs aaya aur Arz kiya k main Mureed hone aaya hu. Khwaja sahab ne farmaya, jo kuch hum kahenge karega, agar ye shart manzur ho to Mureed karunga. Us ne kaha, jo kuch Aap kahenge karunga. Khwaja Bakhtiyar Kaaki ne farmaya, tu kalma is tarah padhta hai,..

....لا اله الا اللّٰه محمد الرسول اللّٰه ..

To ab ek baar is tarah padh


"La ilaha illallah chishti rasool Allah"

Chunke Rasikh ul Aqeeda tha, us ne fauran padh liya. Khwaja sahab ne us se bait li aur bht kuch khalat o nemat ata farmaya aur kaha, main ne tera Imtehan liya tha ke tujh ko mujh se kis qadar aqeedat hai warna mera magsud ye na tha ke tujh se is tarah kalma padhwau."

HADEETH

Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai, Rasool ne irshad farmaya: "Islam ki buniyaad 5 cheezo par rakhi gayi hai, Tawheed(La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasool Allah), Namaz, Roza, Zakat, Hajj.

 ۩14. Ulma ka Nazariya

Ek Shakhs ne khwab me dekha jis me us ne kalma padha: "la ilaha illallah ashraf ali rasool Allah" phir baad me bedaar hokar bhi be- ikhtiyaari me kahne laga Allahumma salli alaa sayedina wa nabiyina wa maulana ashraf ali phir apna waqea likh kar apne peer Ashraf Ali Thanvi ko bheja to unhone jawab diya:"us waqea me tasalli thi k jis ki taraf tum rujoo karte ho(yaani Ashraf Ali) wo baáuna taala muttabae sunnat hai."

....ان اللّٰه و ملئكته يصلون على النبى يا ايها الذين امنوا صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما

Beshak Allah aur uske Farishte Nabi Par durood bhejte hai, (to) Aye Imaan walo tum bhi un par Durood aur khub Salam bhejo..

۩15. Ulma ka Nazariya

"(Qabr me) Aap ﷺ ki hayat duniya ki si hi hai aur ye hayat makhsus hai Aan Hazrat ﷺ Aur Shohda ke saath, barzakhi nahi hai, jo hasil hai tamam musalmano ko, saabit hua k Aap  ki hayat Duniyavi hai."

....ولا تقولوا لمن يقتل فى سبيل اللّٰه اموات بل احياء ولا تشعرون

Aur mat kaho murda unko,jo log Shaheed kardiye gaye Allah ki raah me, balke wo to zinda hain lekin unki zindagi ka tum ko Shauoor nhi.

 ۩16. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Ambiya Karam a.s. ki hayat (qabro me) haqeeqi Duniyawi hai balke Sayyedi Muhammad bin Abdul  baqi Zarqani (mere Aaqa) farmate hai k Ambiya a.s. Ki Quboor e muttahera me, Azwaaj e muttaherat pesh ki jaati hain aur wo un ke saath Shab'baashi farmate hain."

....و ان تطيع اكثر من فى الارض يضلوك عن سبيل الله ان يتبيعون الا ظن و ان هم الا يخرصون

Aur zameen me aksar aise log hai, agar unka kaha mane to wo aap ko Allah ki raah se bhatkade, Wo sirf GUMAAN par chalte hai aur bilkul QAYAASI bbate karte hai..

 ۩17. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Ab raha Mashaikh ki Ruhaniyat se istefada aur un ke seeno aur Qabro se baatini fayuz hasil karna so beshak ye sahih hai, magar us Tareeq se jo us k Aehel aur Khawaas ko maloom hai, na us tarz se jo Awaam me Raaij hai.."

HADEETH:

Anas bin Malik ra. Riwayat karte hai, "Umar bin Khattab r.a. Ke daur e khilafat me, log Qahet se ka shikar hue to Umar ra. Ne (Rasool ki Qabr e athar se faiz lene ki bajaye) ABBAS BIN ABDUL MUTTALIB r.a. (Aap ﷺ ke chacha) se Dua karwaye aur Arz kiye, Aye Allah beshak, pahle hum Apne NABI se dua karwaya karte the aur unki Dua se tu Hum par barish barsadeta tha Ab (Aap ﷺ ki wafaat ke baad) hum teri bargaah me apne NABI ke Chacha ko laye hai pas tu unki Dua se hum par Bariah nazil farma.
Raawi kehte hai., "pas yu hum pe barish barasti."

Sahih al Bukhari: 1010.

 ۩18. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Agar bilgharz, baad Zamana e Nabawi bhi, koi Nabi paida ho to phir bhi Khatmiyat e Muhammadi ﷺ me kuch farq nahi aayega."

WAHI KA FAISLA

....ماكان محمد ابا احد من رجالكم و لكن رسول اللّٰه و خاتم النبين و كان اللّٰه بكل شىء عليما

Muhammad(saws)tum mardo me se kisi k Baap nhi balke wo to ALLAH k Rasool aur Khatim ul Ambiya hai aur har cheez Allah k Ilm me hai.

(Sureh Al Ahzaab:40)

HADITH:

Hazrat Sobaan r.a. riwayat karte hai, Rasool ne Irshad farmaya, "Meri Ummat me 30 jhute paida honge, un me se Har ek yahi Dawaa karega ke wo ALLAH ka Nabi hai jab ke Main, Khatim ul Ambiya hu mere baad koi NABI nahi."

 ۩19. Ulma ka Nazariya

"Rasool ﷺ ke 650 saal baad Shaikh Abu Yazeed Qurtabi aise Naujawan se mile, jise logo ke mutaliq KASHF hojata tha ke kaun Jannat me hai Kaun Jahannum me. Qurtabi ne uski Maa ko 70,000 baar Kalma baksha aur us k KASHF ke sahih hone ka fauran tajurba bhi karliya."

Aur ALLAH (ki ye shaan) nahi ke tum logon ko Ghaib par Aagaah karde, balke ALLAH apne Rasoolo me se jisi chahta hai chun leta hai..

AAKHRI WASIYAT!

Abdullah bin Abbas ra. Se riwayat hai, "Rasool ﷺ ne Apni Wafaat se 3 maah pahle Hajjatul widaa ke mauqe par Wasiyat karte hue Irshad farmaya,"Beshak! Main tum logo me 2 aisi Azeem chize chhodhe jaaraha hu ke agar unhe mazbuti se pakad loge to kabhi Gumraah na hoge:1. ALLAH KI KITAB; 2.USKE RASOOL KI SUNNAT(Hadeeth)

(Al Muwatta lil Malik, Kitabul qadar:1625, Al mustadrak ul Hakim,kitab ul Ilm:318)

ALLAH Ne Apni Wahi ki Hifazat ki Zimmedaari li hai..Ulma aur Durwesho ki Taleemat ki nahi.

(Surah Al Hijr:9)

Duniya me kisi bhi AALIM ya kisi bhi Shakhs ki Baat Sahih ya Ghalat ho sakti hai lekin ALLAH AUR RASOOL ﷺ ki baat nahi!

Aur Jo log Faisla na kare, uske mutabiq, jo ALLAH ne nazil kiya, pas yahi log Kaafir hai.
(Surah Al Maidah:44)

Aye Imaan walo! Aksar Ulma aur Durwesh, logo ka Maal Na-haq khajaate hai aur Allah ki Raah se rok dete hai.

(Sureh Al Tauba:34)

Aur jo kuch Rasool tumhe de, le lo aur jis se rok de ruk jao.

(Sureh Al Hashar:7)

Kah dijiye!(Aye Rasool) agar tum ALLAH se muhabbat karte ho to meri tabedaari karo khud Allah tum se muhabbat karega aur tumhare Gunah maaf karega aur ALLAH taàla bada bakshne wala maherban hai.

(Sureh Aal e Imran:31)

Khabardaar! ALLAH k liye Deen ko khalis karlo aur jin logo ko tum ne Allah k siwa Dost bana rakhe hai, ke ye Allah ke nazdeek humari Risaai karenge ye log jis baare me Ikhtelaaf karrahe hai us ka Faisla ALLAH karega. Jhute aur Nashukre logo ko Allah raah nhi dikhata

(Sureh Al Zumar:3)

Aur Beshakk hum ne is QURAN ko samajhne ke liye Aasaan kardiya hai, pas kya koi Nasihat hasil karne wala hai?

Sahih Aur Zaif Hadith Me Fark Na Karne Ka Anjaam


Is article ko banane ka maqsad ye hai ki jab tak ham Sahih aur Zaif hadith ka farq nahi karenge tab tak hamara eeman muqammal nahi hoga kyuki boht si aesi zaif hadeese hai jinhe agar maan liya jaye to hamara eeman baki nahi rah sakta. Kyuki ab kuch logo ke Aqide aur namaz ke tarike zaif hadith pe hote hai aur jab unse islah ki jati hai to kahte hai ki ye hadeeso ko zaif kahdete hai. To iska jawab ye hai ki Ham nahi balki Muhaddiseeno ne hadeeso ko zaif kaha hai. Ham kaun hote hai un hadith ko zaif kahne wale. Ye usool e hadith ki kam-ilmi ke wajah se aesi baate karte hai. Imam Muslim ne apni kitab Sahih Muslim ke Muqaddamah me kaha hai ki Zaif hadith Islam me Dalail ke taur par nahi liya ja sakta chahe wo Fazail ke muamle me hi kyu na ho. Aur boht se Muhaddiseen ne bhi ye kaha hai (dekhne ke liye click kare). Ab isi ke Mutallik chand hadeese pesh karne ki koshish karte hai taaki agar kisiko zaif hadeeso ko manna ho to in zaif hadeeso ko bhi maane aur eeman se khali ho jaye.

۞1. Syedna Huzaifa bin Yamaan ne  Abu Musa al-Ashari r.a. ko samne se aate hue dekha to kaha ki ye Munafiq hai.

Al Marifa wa Tareeq: jild 1 p, 365; Al makatabatu ashamila.

Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ke tahat Syedna Huzaifa bin Yamaan wo sahabi hai jinko RasoolALlah ﷺ ne munafiq ke naam bataye the. Ab is hadiht ke tahat Abu Musa farigh aur inse tamam hadeese farig ho gai jab ke ye sahaba ki hadith Sahih al Bukhari aur Muslim me bhi hai. Is hadith ki muttasil sanad hai bas 1 sukam hai. Is hadith me Imam Amash hai jo Mudallis hai. Lihaza ye hadith zaif hui. Ab agar is hadith ko maan liya jaye to nauzbillah hamara eeman baki nahi rahta kyuki ham ek sahaba par munafik ka ilzam laga rahe hai aur fir isi wajah se hame Bukhari aur Muslim jaise buland kitab ko bhi chhorna padega. Imam Muslim ka bhi kahna hai Sahih Muslim ke muqaddamah me ki Mudallis ki 'An' wali riwayat qubul  nahi ki jayegi jab tak sama ki Tashree na ho.

Ek baat aur gaur kare ki jo hamare kuch bhai kabr se madad ke silsile me ek hadith dete hai ki ek Arabi aya RasoolALlah ki kabr par aya aur fir usne kaha ki maine apne jaan par zulm kiya fir aata hai ki RasoolAllah ne kaha ki Jao Umar r.a. ko mera salaam kaho aur kaho ki sakhti na kare.

Ab is hadith ki bhi sanad Mutassil hai lekin is haidth me bhi wahi problem hai jo upar wali hadith me bayan kiya gaya ki isme Amash mudallis hai. Lihaza agar hamare kuch bhaiyo ne is hadith ko sahih manna hai to upar wali hadith ko bhi sahih maane ki Nauzbillah sahaba Musa al-Ashari r.a. munafiq hai. MaazAllah! Astagfirullah!



۞2. Hudhayfah r.a. jo kahte hai ki ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood r.a. ne kaha ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki Teen masjido [al-Masjid al-Haraam (in Makkah), al-Masjid al-Nabawi (in Madeenah) and al-Masjid al-Aqsa (in Jerusalem)] ke alawa kisi masjid me Aetiqaf jayz nahi hai.

Al-Bayhaqi, 4/315.

Is hadith ki bhi puri sanad mutassil hai siwae iske ke is hadith me Sufyan ibn `Uyaynah r.h. Mudallis hai jo ki 'An' se riwayat kar rahe hai. Toha ab jo Tadlees wali hadeeso ko zaif nahi manta ho wo in teen masjid ke alawa kisi masjid me Aetikaf bhi na kare.

Aur isi wajah se ek wo hadith bhi zaif ho gai Jo Sunan Abu Dawud aur Sunan Tirmidhi me aya hai, aur dono Imam ne kaha hai ki ye hadith sahih aur sabit nahi hai.

Abdullah bin Masood r.a. ne farmaya:’Kya main tumhei’n Rasool Allah ﷺ ki namaz na bataou’n? inho’n ne namaz padhi aur hath na uthae magar pehli martaba.’

(Abu Dawood: as Salah 257).

Ab Is haidth me Sufyan As-Suri Mudallis hai aur wo 'An' se riwayat kar rahe hai. Lihaza jisko ye hadith sahih manni hai to woh sahabi e Rasool Musa al-Ashari r.a. ko Munafiq mane. MaazAllah.



۞3.  RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jo shaks apne Nasab par fakr kare usse kaho ki apne baap ka Sharamgaah (private part) kaat kar apne Muh me rakh le. Aur ye baat kanaye se na kahna, sidha karna."

Astagfirullah!!! Kyu Huzur apni zuban se aesi baat nikal sakte hai? Quran me aya hai ki Nabi ﷺ aqhlaq ke buland darje pe Faa'iz hai. Aur Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim me riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ me Kawari ladkiyo se bhi zyada sharm o haya thi. Ye hai Bukhari aur Muslim!!! aur wo hai dusri kitabe.

Ye Hadith Daif hai kyuki isme Hasan Basri Mudallis hai aur wo An se riwayat kar rahe hai.



۞4.  Nabi ﷺ ki nazar ek baar Zayd ibn Harithah (Muh bole bete) ki biwi par padi toh Huzur ko pasand aagayi, Fir Allah ne huzur ﷺ ko khush karne ke liye Zayd Ibn Harithah ke dil me apne biwi ke liye nafrat daal di Taaki wo Talaq dede aur baad me Huzur ne khud shadi karli unse.

Wazahat: Darasal Hua yahi tha ki Zayd r.a. ne apne biwi ko chhor diya tha lekin is tarha se nahi hua tha Surah al Ahzaab ap padh kar dekh le is ke detail ke liye. Ab Ye jo upar ki hadith hai ye jhuti kahani banayi gayi hai. Aur ab agar is riwayat ko maan liya jaye to fir Munkireen e hadith to thik kahte hai ki Quran to kahta hai ki, "Tumhare Nabi na to kabhi bahke hai aur na kabhi be-raah chale hai".  Agar ye hadith maan li jaye ki nauzbillah Nabi ki nazar na-mahram par padi aur unhe pasand aagai to fir hamara eeman hi nahi bachega, aur Deen ka beda Gark ho jayega. Allah ki panah!! Aur wo hadith fir yad karle jo Bukhari aur Muslim me hai ki Nabi ﷺ me kawari ladkiyo se zyada sharam aur haya hai.



۞5.  Nabi ﷺ ki Mubarak zuban par shaitan ne Do (2) ayat aur jari kardi Apni taraf se. Aur wo ayat hai:
"Ye Teeno (Laat, Manat, Uzza ) badi Buland Deviya hai aur inki shafaat zarur Qubul ki jayegi."

Raful Yadain Par Imam Tirmidhi Ka Tabsirah (comment)


Salim Apne walid ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) se riwayat karte hai jo kahte hai ki mein nay Rasool Allah ﷺ ko daikha, aap jab namaz mein kharay hotay to kandhon tak rafa’ yadain kertay, ruku kertay waqt bhi aap isi tarha kertay thay aur jab ruku say sar uthaatay to isi tarha kertay thay aur farmatay ki sajday mein aap aisa nahein kartay thay.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi, hadith- 255. Classed as Hasan Sahih by Imam Tirmidhi.

Imam Tirmidhi r.h. ne Jab Raful Yadain ki is Hadith ko likha fir uske agle hadith me apne comments likh kar pura masla hi Khatm kar diya. Imam Tirmidhi ne Hadith no. 255 likhne ke baad Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen ka naam zikr kiya aur kaha ki in sab ka Namaz padhne ka Tarika bhi yahi tha (yani wo sab bhi isi tarha raful yadain karte the).

وفي الباب عن عمر وعلي ووائل بن حجر ومالك بنالحويرث وأنس وأبي هريرة وأبي حميد وأبي أسيد وسهل بن سعد ومحمد بن مسلمة وأبيقتادة وأبي موسى الأشعري وجابر وعمير الليثي [ ص: 37 ] قال أبو عيسى حديث ابن عمر حديث حسن صحيح وبهذا يقولبعض أهل العلم من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم منهمابن عمر وجابر بن عبد الله وأبو هريرة وأنس وابن عباس وعبد الله بن الزبير وغيرهم ومن التابعين الحسن البصري وعطاء وطاوس ومجاهد ونافعوسالم بن عبد الله وسعيد بن جبير وغيرهم وبه يقول مالك ومعمر والأوزاعي وابن عيينة وعبد الله بن المبارك والشافعي وأحمد وإسحق وقال عبد الله بن المبارك قد ثبت حديث من يرفع يديه وذكر حديث الزهري عن سالم عن أبيه ولم يثبت حديث ابن مسعود أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يرفع يديه إلا في أول مرة حدثنا بذلك أحمد بن عبدة الآملي حدثنا وهب بن زمعة عن سفيان بن عبد الملك عن عبد الله بن المبارك قال وحدثنا يحيى بن موسى قال حدثنا إسمعيل بن أبي أويس قال كان مالك بن أنس يرى رفع اليدين في الصلاة وقال يحيى وحدثنا عبد الرزاق قال كان معمر يرى رفع اليدين في الصلاة وسمعت الجارود بن معاذ يقول كان سفيان بن عيينة وعمر بن هارون والنضر بن شميل يرفعون أيديهم إذا افتتحوا الصلاة وإذا ركعوا وإذا رفعوا رءوسهم

Imam Tirmidhi Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen ke naam ginate hai jo Ruku se pahle aur Ruku ke baad Raful Yadain kar ke namaz padhte the.

Imam Tirmidhi Farmate hai, "Is Hadith ke Mauzu [(Topic)Raful yadain] se Mutallik hai: 'Syedna Umar,  Syedna 'Alî, Wa'il bin Hujr, Syedna Mâlik bin Huwayrith, Syedna Anas, Syedna Abû Hurayrah, Abû Hâmid, Abû Usayd, Sahl bin Sa'd, Muhammad bin Muslimah, Abû Qatâdah, Abû Mûsâ al-Ash'arî, Jâbir and 'Umair al-Laythî.

Ye Hadith Hasan Sahih hai. Aur sahaba e Rasool maise kuch ahle ilm logo ki yahi Raaye (namaz padhne ke tarike ke bareme) hai. Un maise hai, ibn 'Umar, Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh, Abû Hurayrah, Anas, ibn 'Abbâs, 'Abdullâh bin Zubair aur Dusre bhi.

Tabaeen maise hai, Hasan al-Basrî, 'Atâ, Tâwûs, Mujâhid, Nâfi', Sâlim bin 'Abdullâh, Sa'îd bin Jubair aur Dusre bhi.

Tabe-Tabaeen maise hai, Imam Mâlik, Imam Ma'mar, Imam Awzâ'î, Imam ibn 'Uyaynah, Imam 'Abdullâh bin Mubârak, Imam Ash-Shâfi'î, Imam Ahmad aur Imam Is'hâq."

[Imam Tirdmidhi ne In Tamam Aimaa ka zikr kiya ki ye bhi isi tarike ki namaz padhte the (yani Raful Yadain kar ke). Aur is ke baad bada Makhsus Jumala bola hai Imam Tirmidhi ne]

Imam Tirmidhi Farmate hai ki Abdullah bin Mubarak (Imam Bukhari aur Imam Tirmidhi ke dada Ustadh aur Imam Abu Hanifa r.h. ke shagird) farmate hai ki Jo shaks namaz me Ruku me jate waqt aur Ruku se uthte waqt Raful Yadain karta hai uski namaz ka tarika to sabit hai Jo Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se unke bete ne bayan kiya aur jo Raful Yadain ke bagair namaz padhta hai uski hadith sabit nahi hai (jo mashhoor ho chuki hai ) ki Ibn Masood r.a. kahte hai ki Nabi ﷺ namaz ke shuru me sirf Hath uthate the (aur dubara nahi uthate the).

Juzz Raful Yadain Ka Muqaddamah


Imam Bukhari ne Sahih Al Bukhari ke alawa kuch aur kitabe likhi hai. Un kitabo maise ek Kitab hai jo Ruku se pahle aur Ruku se uthne ke baad Raful yadain karne ke mutallik hai jiska naam Juzz Raful Yadain hai. Us kitab ke shuruat me Imam Bukhari us ka Muqaddamah likh kar samjhate hai ki unhone ye kitab kyu likhi hai alag se aur kya zarurat thi is kitab ko likhne ke liye. Ab mai hubahu (exactly) wo likhta hu jo Imam Bukhari ne kahe. Imam Bukhari ke alfaz green text me honge aur mere explanatory notes black text me honge in shaa Allah.

Imam Bukhari farmate hai,

(Ye Kitab) Us Shaks Par Radd (hai) Jisne Namaz Me Ruku Ke Waqt Aur Ruku Se Sar Uthane Ke Baad Wale Raful Yadain Ka Inkar Kiya Hai. Is Ne Bagair Zarurat Takalluf Karte Hue Ajmiyo Par Ise (Raful Yadain Ko) Shak Par (ambiguous) Rakha Jo Ki Rasool ﷺ Ke Faiel Aur Qaul Aur Apke Sahaba Ke Faiel Aur Unki Riwayat, Fir Usi Tarha Tabaeen Ke Faeil Se Sabit Hai. Salaf Ne Is (masale) Me Sahih Ahadith Ki Pairwi Ki Hai Jo Ki Baaz (some) Se Baaz (aur) Siqah Se Siqah (ki Sanado Se) Qabil E Aetmad a-khalaf (jo Salaf Ke Baad Aye) Tak Pohchi Hai. Allah In (salaf As Saleh Wa A-khalaf Adwal) Par Raham Farmaye Aur Unke Sath Apne Wado Ko Pura Farmaye. Is ne ( Rafa Yadain Ko Radd Karke) Apne Seene Ki Kadurat Aur Dil Ki Tangi Zahir Ki Hai. Isne Rasool ﷺ Ki Sunnat Se Nafrat, Isteqfaaf, Ahle Sunnat Se Dushmani Aur Taqabbur Zahir Kiya Hai. (Raful Yadain Ka Inkar Karne Wale) Is Biddati Ke Gosht, Haddiyo Aur Dimag Me Biddat Sarayat Kar Gai Hai. Is Ke Inkar Ki Wajah Ye Hai Ke Isne Apne Ird-gird Ajmiyo Ka Jamghata Dekh Kar, Dhoke Ka Shikaar Hokar Apne Ap Ko Unse Mansub Kar Liya Hai Aur Nabi ﷺ Ne Farmaya Meri Ummat Maise Ek Jamaat, Hamesha Haq Par Galib Rahegi. Inhe Chhorne Wala, Nuksan Nahi Pohcha Sakega Aur Na Unke Mukhalif Ki Mukhalifat Nuksan Pohcha Sakegi. Rasool ﷺ Ki Tamam Sunnato Me Ye Baat Hamesha Jari Rahegi Taake Ap Ki Murda Sunnato Ko Zinda Kiya Jata Rahe. Agarche Sachhi Niyat Ke Sath, Targeeb Wa Iradah Ke Baad Agar Kuch Kotahi Wakeh Ho Jaye. (Toh Kabile Darguzar Hai) Aur Ye Ki Rasool ﷺ (ki Pairwi) Me Namuna Qayam Hona Chahiye, Is Wajah Se Ki Makhluq (bani Adam Wa Jinnat) Par Rasool ﷺ Ke Gair Farz Afaal Ki Pairwi Mashroo Hai. Taake (ye Jazba Paida Ho Jaye Ke) Rasoolallah  ﷺ Jis Kaam Se Mana Kare Use Tarq Kar Diya Jaye Aur Jis Ka Hukm De Uspar (puri Tarha) Amal Kiya Jaye. Isliye Ki Allah Ne Apni Makhluq Ko (Rasool Par Eeman Ka) Hukm Diya Hai. Aur Apki Itaat Unpar Farz Hai Aur Aap hi Ki Ittiba Ko Unpar Wajib Karar Diya Hai. Logo Ka Apki Itaat Karna Allah Azzowazal Ki Hi Itaat Hai. Wo Bade Ehsan Wala Sakhi Data Hai.

 Allah ne farmaya: 

۩ Aur Jo Rasool tumko dede usko lelo aur jis chiz se mana kare us se Ruk jao.

Al-Hasher: 7.

۩ Jisne Rasool ki Itaa't ki usne Allah ki Itaa't ki.

Al-Nisa: 80.

۩ So Qasam hai tera parwardigar ki! Yeh Momin Nahi ho saktay jab tak ke tamam aapas kay ikhtilaf mein aap ko haakim na maan len phir jo faisla aap inn mein ker den inn say apney dil mein kissi tarah ki tangi aur na khushi na payen aur farmanbardari kay sath qabool karlen.

Surah Al-Nisa: 65.

۩ Jo log hukum-e-Rasool ki mukhlifat kartay hain unhen dartay rahna chahaye ke kahin un par koi zabardast aafat na aa paray ya unhen dard-naak azab na phonchay.

Surah Noor: 63.

۩ Yaqeenan tumharay liye Rasool Allah mein umdah namoona (mojood) hai har uss shaks kay liye jo Allah Taalaa ki aur qayamat ke din ki tawakka rakhta hai aur ba-kasrat Allah Taalaa ko yaad karta hai.

Surah Al-Ahzaab: 21.

۩ Pas Allah (is) bande par raham kare jis ne Rasool ﷺ ki sunnat par amal kar ke aur apke nakshe-qadam par chal kar Allah se madad mangi hai. Allah us shaks ko us ke nafs ke shar se bachaye aur us ke dil me hidayat dale rakhe, Iski Daleel (Allah) azzowazal ka ye qaul hai ke. 

۩ Aur Jo meri hidayat ki Pairwi karenge wo gumrah nahi honge aur na Mayus.

Sahih Muslim Ka Muqaddamah

Sahih Muslim ka Muqaddamah, Imam Muslim ne apni kitab sahih Muslim likhne se pahle likhi hai. Ye unhone is liye likhi hai taaki kuch bunyadi Usool al hadith logo ko wazeh ho jaye ki kis tarha ki hadees Muhaddiseeno ne qubul ki hai aur kis tarha ki nahi. Aur un Muhaddiso ne kitni mahnat kar ke sahih aur gair sahih ahadeeso ko alag kiya hai kyuki aksar log usool e hadith se nawaqif hai. Aksar logo ko to ye bhi pata nahi ki hadith bhi boht tarah ke hote hai. Allah un Tamam Muhaddiso ko aakhirat me bhi qamyab kare jis tarah wo dunya me qamyab hue the, jinhone itni mehnat kar ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ke paigam ko ham tak pohchaya hai.

Sahih Muslim ka muqaddamah padhte hue apko lagega ki ajkal jo ham baate karte hai, jo kuch log kahte hai ki ham log ajeeb-gareeb baate kar rahe hai Toh ye saari baate Imam Muslim ne bhi kiye hai. Is Muqadme ne boht logo ki zindagi change ki hai.  Imam Muslim ke shagird ne Imam Muslim ko ye mashwara diya tha ki wo Sahih Muslim likhe aur isi liye jagah jagah is Muqaddameh me Imam Muslim apne shagird ko duae dete hai. Ab mai bilkul (exact) Imam Muslim ke alfaz likhta hu jo unhone kaha Jo ki Itne pyare hai ki apke dil me utarte chale jayenge in shaa Allah. Agar zarurat padi to unke Alfaz ki wazahat kar dunga in shaa Allah. Imam Muslim ke alfaz green text me honge aur mere explanatory notes brackets aur black text me honge:

Hamd wa salawat ke baad Imam Muslim apne shagird Abu Ishhaq ko Mukhatib karte hue farmate hai: Allah tujh par raham farmaye ke tune apne parwardigar ki hi taufeek se ye zikr kiya tha ki Rasoolullah ﷺ se jo ahadith marwi hai un tamam hadith ki talash aur justutju ki jaye jo Deen ke usool aur us ke ahkaam jo sawab wa azaab aur rugbat aur khauf (yani Fazail wa akhlaq) ke mutallik hai aur tum wo tamam ahadith mustanad isnaad ke sath chahte ho jinko ulema e hadith ne qubul kiya hai. Allah taala tumko hidayat de ke tumne us baat ka iradah zahir kiya hai ke mai is qism ki tamam ahadith ka ek majmua tayar kar ke ikhtisaar ke sath tumare liye jama kardu. Allah taala tumhe izzat ata farmaye jab maine tumhari is farmaish par gaur kiya aur is ke anjaam ki taraf tawajjah ki aur Allah kare iska anjaam achha ho toh mujhe ye andaza hua ke aur logo se pahle khud mujhe bhi ye majmua tayar karne ka fayda hoga.

Mazbuti aur sehat ke sath thodi si ahadith ko yad rakhna zyada aasan hai khas taur pe Awamun-Naas ke liye jinhe sahih aur gair-sahih ahadith me tameez hasil hi nahi ho sakti jab tak ke dusre log unko bata na de. Pas aisi surat e haal me thodi tadad me sahih riwayaat jama karne ka iradah karna boht zyada tadad me zaif riwayaat jama karne se zyada behtar aur mufeed hoga.

[Ab Imam Muslim kahte hai ki kin logo se wo ahadith nahi lenge]

1. Wo log jinpar aksar Muhaddiseen ne Taan hai jaisa ki Abdullah bin Miswar, Abu Jafar Madaini, Amr bin Khalid.. wagaira
2. Un jaise dusre log jin par ahadees ghadne ki tohmat hai. 
3. Aur wo log jo Az-Khud ahadees banane me badnaam ho chuke hai.
4. Aur isi tarha wo log bhi jinki aksar ahadees munkar ya galat hoti hai toh aese tamam logo ki riwayaat ko ham apni kitab me jama nahi karenge.

Usool e Hadith ki istilah me munkar us shaks ki hadith ko kahte hai jo siqah aur qamil ul hifz raawio ki riwayat ki khilaf riwayat kare ya uski ahadith ki kisi ne bhi muwafiqat na ki ho. Pas jab aesi surat e haal ho to wo raawi matruqul hadith hoga aur iski ahadith muhaddiseen ke nazdeek qabil e qubool aur qabil e amal nahi hogi.

Isi tarha agar tum kisi ko dekho ki wo Imam Zohri( boht bade Muhaddis aur Tabaeen, Imam Abu Hanifa r.h.ke ustad)  jaise buzurg shaks ya Imam Hishham bin Urwa jaise azeem shaks, jinki riwayaat ahle ilm ke yaha bohut mashhoor aur faili hui hai, (unhi) se aesi riwayat bayan kare jis riwayat ko un ke mashoor shagirdo maise kisi ne bhi bayan na kiya ho aur ye raawi sahih riwayaat me un ke mashhoor shagirdo ka shareek bhi na raha ho, Toh aese raawi ki hadith ko qubul karna jayez nahi.

Hamne riwayat hadith ke silsile me Muhaddiseen ke mazhab ko bayan kar diya hai taaki jo log usool e hadith se waqif nahi hai, un maise ahle Taufeek ko ye ibtidai malumat hasil ho jaye.  
Ae Shagird e azeez, in tamam mazqura bala baato ke baad Allah taala tujh par raham kare, jab hamne zaif aur munkar ahadith ko alag karne me unlogo ki galtiyo ka jayeza liya, jo log khud ko Muhaddith karar dete hai, toh dekha ke ye log sirf sahih aur mashhoor ahadith par ittifa karne ki bajaye un rawio se bhi ahadith nakal kar rahe hai, jinki bewakoof aur gair mustanad hone ko ye khud bhi mante hai.
Ab jo log Majhool aur Zaif isnaad ke zariye in munkar riwayaat ko naqal kar ke khamiyo se nawakif awaam me failarahe hai, toh hamare dil me ye ehsaas paida hua ki Ae Shagird e Azeez ham teri (sahih ahadith ko jama karne ki) farmaish ko zarur pura kare.
Yad rakho! Allah tumhe taufeek de ye baat achhi tarha zahennasheen karlo ke har ek Muhaddis jo sahih aur gair-sahih ahadith ki pahchan, aur siqah aur gair-siqah raawio ki marifat rakhta hai us par wajib hai ke wo sirf aesi ahadith naqal kare jinki isnaad sahih ho aur un ke raawio maise koi raawi bhi jhuta, biddati aur sunnat ki mukhalifat karne wala na ho, ya us raawi ka aeb faash na hua ho, aur hamare is qaul ki daleel aesi hai ke koi bhi iska mukhalif nahi hai aur wo hai:

Aye Eeman walo agar tumhare pas koi fasiq (shaks) khabar laye to khoob tahkik kar liya karo (aesa na ho) ke tum kisi qaum ko la-ilmi me (na-haq) takleef pohcha baitho, fir tum apne kiye par pachtate rah jao.
Surah al-Hujraat, ayat-6.

Yad rakho Muhaddiseen ke nazdeek fasiq ki riwayat usi tarha mardood hai jis tarha ke aam logo ke nazdeek uski gawahi gair maqbool hai. Quran e hakeem se khabar e fasiq ka gair mottebar hona sabit hai aur is par hadith bhi gawah hai ke munkar raawi ka riwayaat bayan karna durust nahi. Aur wo hadith wahi hai jo RasoolAllah ﷺ se shohrat ke sath mankul hai ke jisne ilm ke bawujud jhuti hadith ko meri taraf mansoob kiya wo jhuto maise ek jhuta hai.

[Iske baad Imam Muslim apne baat ki subuto ke liye hadith lekar aye hai]

Hadith no 1: RasollAllah ﷺ ne farmaya Mujh par jhoot mat bandho jo shaks meri taraf jhut mansub karega wo jahannam me dakhil hoga.

Hadith no 6: Rasoolallah ﷺ ne farmaya Kisi shaks ke jhutha hone ke liye yahi baat kafi hai ki wo har suni sunai baat ko aage bayan karde.

Hadith no 16: Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se marvi he ke RasulAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: "Akhri zamanay mein kuch aise (jhootay) zahir hongy jo tume aise hadeesien sunayen ge jo tum ne aur tumhare abao ajdad ne bhi nahe suni honge. Lihaza in se mehfooz rahna ke kaheen tume gumrahi ya fitnay mein mubtala
na kar dein.

[Is hadith se koi ye na samjhe ki ye aj ke zamane ki baat ho rahi hai. Ye Imam Muslim ke zamane ki baat ho rahi hai. Wo kah rahe hai ki mai isi liye to ye kar raha hu kyuki log jhuti ahadith gadh rahe hai. Jaise baaz log kahte hai ki ye log nayi nayi hadise laate hai. Ab nayii kaise?? Kya Sahih Bukhari nayi likhi hui kitab hai? Ap aur agar ap ke ajdaad jahil rahe hai to iski wajeh se ye log ham par ye hadith fit kar rahe hai. Jaise ek Muhawra hai ki chor bhi kahe chor chor. Toh ab Mai Ibrahim a.s. wala jumla bolunga, "Tum aur tumhare aabao-ajdaad bhi gumraah the". Agar Unhone Bukhari nahi padhi jo ki nearly 1200 saal pahle likhi gayi thi to kya ye hamari galti hai, Apko agar pata nahi laga ki Sahih al Bukhari ya Sahih Muslim me namaz ka tarika kya hai to is ki wajah se ham par ye hadith fit karoge.  Ye to tab lagao ge jab ham koi nayi hadith pesh kare jiska kitab wa sunnah me koi dalail nahi hai jaise inke kuch moviyo ne mil kar ek hadith banayi hai jo dunya ki kisi hadith ki kitab me maujud nahi hai ki Sahaba aur Munafik namaz me But(idol) rakh kar aate the isliye RasoolAllah ﷺ rafa yadain karte the. Agar ye hadith dunya ki kisi hadith ki kitab me likhi hui ho chahe zaif sanad ke sath ho to ham rafa yadain chhor denge. Hadeese to ye gadh rahe hai ].

Hadith no 17: Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood r.a. se marvi hai ki, Baaz waqt shaitan Insani surat mein kisi Qaum ke pas aa kar jhooti hadees bayan karta hai aur jab logon mein intshaar waqia ho jata hai to in mai se aik shaks kahta hai ki Maine aik shakhs se yeh hadees suni he jis ka chehra tu mein pehchanta hon magar is ka naam nahi janta. [yani wo admi jiski hadith bayan ki jarahi hoti hai darasal shaitan hota hai].

[Aur isi liye Asma wa Rijal ka ilm qayam kiya gaya hai ki pata chale ki hadith ka bayan karne wala kaun hai. Aesa nahi ki ek Buzurg farmate hai, Hazraat farmate hai, sarkar farmate hai, bas farmate hi hai lekin farmane wale ka pata hi nahi nai.]

Hadith no 21: Hazrat Mujahid bayan farmate hai Hazrat Ibn Abbas ne farmaya ke ek wo waqt tha ke jab ham kisi se ye sunte ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya to hamari nigahe dafatan be-ikhtiyar us ki tarah lag jati thi aur ham bade gaur se uski hadith sunte the lekin jabse logo ne zaif aur har kism ki ahadith bayan karna shuru kar di, to ham sirf usi hadith ko sunte hai, jis hadith ko ham pahle se jante ho [ki ye sahih hadith hai ].

Hadith no 22: Hazrat ibn Abi Mulikah r.h. bayan farmate hai maine Hazrat ibn Abbas ko likha ke mere pas kuch ahadith likhwa kar poshida taur par bhejwa de. Toh Hazrat ibn Abbas ne farmaya ki mai is ladke ke liye ahadith ke likhe hue zakhire maise sahih ahadith ko hi muntaqab kar ke bhejunga. Fir Hazrat ibn Abbas ne sayyedna Ali ke kiye hue faisle mangwaye aur un maise baaz baate likhne lage aur baaz baato ko dekh kar farmate jate Allah ki qasam! Ali ne ye faisala nahi kiya tha. Agar wo aesa karte to khud bhi rahe-rast se bhatak jate (yaani baaz logo ne Sayyedna Ali ke faislo me tahreef kardi thi)

Hadith no 24: Hazrat Abu Ishaq farmate hai ki Hazrat Ali ki wafat ke baad jab logo ne un ke kiye hue faislo ko nikal kar dekha, Toh Sayyedna Ali ke sathiyo maise ek sathi ne farmaya Allah taala inko (yani tahreef karne walo ko) tabah kare ki inhone kaise keemti ilm ko bigad dala hai (ki Hazrat Ali ke faisle badal diye) .

Hadith no 27: Hazrat ibn Sireen ne farmaya ki pahle log isnaad ki tahkeek nahi kiya karte the lekin jab Deen me biddat aur fitne dakhil ho gaye to logo ne kaha ki apni apni sanad bayan karo, pas jis hadith ki sanad me ahle sunnat raawi dekhte to hadith qubul kar lete aur agar sanad me ahle biddat ko dekhte to Hadith chhor dete.

Hadith no 30: Hazrat Abdullah bin Zaquan r.h. apne walid se riwayat karte hai ki maine Madinah shareef me aese 100 admi paye jinke nek sirat hone pe sab muttafiq the magar unhe hadith riwayat karne ka ahal nahi samjha jata tha, aur unki hadith qubul nahi ki jati thi.

[Ye isliye kyuki ye bhole bhale hai, bas hatho par tasbih ferne wale (muhawra), inko koi zaif hadith bhi bayan karega to ye akar suna denge, khali roze-namaze karne wale (muhawra), jaisa ke aj ke movio ne zaif ahadith bayan kar ke bhola-bhale Muslim jo ki usool e hadith ke ilm se na-waqif hai unhe bewakuf banate hai .]

Hadith no 32: Hazrat Abdullah bin Usman farmate hai ki maine Abdullah bin Mubarak ko farmate hue suna ki Isnad e Hadith Deen ka hissa hai. Aur agar Isnad na hote to har aadmi apni marzi ka Deen bayan kar deta. Abu Ishaq Ibraheem bin Eesa farmate hai maine Abdullah bin Mubarak ke samne ek hadith bayan ki. Hadith sun kar unhone farmaya ye hadith kiski riwayat hai, Maine kaha Shahab bin Kharash ki. To unhone farmaya ke wo siqah hai. Fir un hone kaha Shahab ne kisse riwayat ki hai? Maine kaha Hajaj bin Dinar se. Unhone farmaya ki wo bhi siqah hai. To unhone farmaya ke Hajaj ne kisse riwayat ki? Maine kaha ki wo kahta hai ki Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya. Toh Hazrat ibn Mubarak ne farmaya. Aey Abu Ishaq, Hajaj aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ke darmiyan to itna taweel jungle (yani zamana) hai, jis ko tay karte karte Unnto (camel) ki gardane thak jayengi (yaani ye hadith to munqate hai matlab bich me ek raawi nahi hai).

[Unke kahne ka matlab hai ki Hajjaj ne RasoolAllah se kaise riwayat kar diya jab ki un ke bich ka zamana boht zyada hai, bich maise ek raawi miss hai aur isliye ye hadith qabil e qubool nahi hai. Halaanke ke banda (Tabayee) siqah hai lekin fir bhi ye riwayat nahi qabile qubul hai kyuki bich ke ek raawi miss hai.
Hamare muashre me to kahte hai ki Imam Abu Hanifa r.h. ne farmaya, fula r.h. ne farmaya. Ye dekhe Abdullah bin Mubarak jo Imam Abu Hanifa ke shagird hai wo kah rahe hai ki kayi jungle hai bich me RasoolALlah ﷺ tak pohchne ke liye. Lekin ye jungle ko baaz Hanafi log ne paar kar liye hai jo 400 saal the aur Hidaya likh kar pare maari aur kaha ki Imam Abu HAnifa ne farmaya jab ki iski koi sanad hi nahi hai. Imam Abu Hanifa ki hadith le kar aye ham manenge lekin un ke zaati aqwal to hamare liye Hujjat nahi hai.].

Hadith no 38: Abdullah bin Mubarak ne kaha ki maine Sufyan at- thawri se kaha ke Aap Obad bin Kaseer ke halat se waqif hai ke wo ajeeb o gareeb ahadith bayan karta hai, Apki uske mutallik kya raae hai ke mai logo ko usse ahadith bayan karne se rokdu? Hazrat Sufyan ne kaha kyu nahi. Abdullah bin Mubarak farmate hai jis majlis me mere samne Obad bin kaseer ka zikr aata to mai uski Deendari ki tareef karta, lekin ye bhi kah deta uski ahadith na lo.[kyuki is field ke andar unko kuch pata nahi ha, bhole bhale Muslim hai jaise pahle zikr kiya gaya.]

Hadith no 40: Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed bin Qatan apne baap se riwayat karte hai ki hamne nek logo se badh kar kisi aur ko Jhuti ahadith bayan karte hue nahi paya. 
Imam Muslim kahte hai "Jhuti hadith unki zabano se nikal jati hai" (yani wo log qasadan jhut nahi bolte hai).

Hadith no 54: Sufyan bayan karte hai ki log Jabir bin Yazeed al Jaa'fi se uske aqide batila ke izhar se pahle ahadith bayan kiya karte the lekin jab usne apne batil aqide ko zahir kar diya toh logo ne usko hadith me Mashkuk karar de diya aur usse riwayat lena chhor diya. Jab Sufyan se kaha gaya ke usne kis batil aqide ka izhar kiya tha? Toh Sufyan ne kaha Raj'at ke aqide ka.

[Raj'at ka aqidah kya hai wo aage aa jayega]

Hadith no 55: Jarah bin Malih kahte hai ki maine Jabir bin Yazeed al Ja'fi se suna wo kahta tha ki Abu Jafar (Imam al Baqir bin Ali bin Hussain r.h.) se riwayat ki gayi, Rasool ﷺ ki 70000 hadith mere pas maujud hai.
  
Hadith no 58: Sufyan bayan karte hai ki maine suna ki ek admi ne Jabir al Ja'fi se Allah ke is qaul ki tafseer puchi:
Tarjuma: (Aur isse pahle tum Yusuf ke haq me jo zyadtiya kar chuke ho), So mai is sar-zameen se hargiz nahi jaunga tab tak mujhe mera baap ijazat (na) de ya mere liye Allah koi faisla farma de, aur wo sabse behtar faisal farmane wala hai.
Surah Yousuf, ayat-80.

Toh Jabir ne kaha is ayat ki tafseer abi zahir nahi hui. Sufyan ne kaha ki usne jhut bola. Hamne kaha ki Jabir ki usse kya murad thi, toh Sufyan ne kaha ki Raafzi ye kahte hai ki Hazrat Ali badalo me hai aur unke aulad maise kisi ke sath na niklenge yaha tak ke Asman se Hazrat Ali awaz de ke Niklo falaa ke sath. Jabir is ayat ki jhuti tafseer bayan karta (yani Raj'at ka batil aqida rakhta tha) Halanke ye ayat to Yousuf ke bhaiyo se mutallik hai.

Hadith no 64: Hazrat Hammam ne kaha ke Abu Dawud Al Ami Hazrat Qatada ke pas aya Jab wo chala gaya to logo ne kaha ki is shaks ka dawa hai ki wo 18 badari sahaba se mila hai. Hazrat Qatada ne kaha ki ye tawun se pahle bhik mangta tha iska riwayat hadith se koi lagao tha hi nahi aur ye is fan me guftagu karta hai. Allah ki kasam Hasan basri aur Saeed bin Musayyab jaise Tabaeen ne bhi siwae Saad bin Abi Waqas ke kisi bhi dusre badari sahabi se riwayat nahi ki hai.

Hadith no 79: Ali bin Mashar ka bayan hai maine aur Hamza ne Ibn Abi Ayash se takriban 1000 ahadith ka sama kiya hai (suna hai). Magar jab mai Hamza se mila to unhone bataya ki Maine Nabi ﷺ ki khwab me ziyarat ki Toh Ap ﷺ ke samne maine Ibn Abi Ayash se suni hui ahadith bayan ki to ap ﷺ ne un maise 5 ya 6 ke alawa kisi bhi hadith ke sahih hone ki tasdeek nahi ki.

Hadith no 83: Hazrat Abu Nayeem se jab Ma'laa bin Irfan ne Abu Wael ke hawale se bayan kiya ki wo kahta hai ki hamare samne Abdullah bin Masood Jang e Siffin ke mauke par aye the toh Abu Nayeem ne Ma'laa se farmaya kya Hazrat ibn Masood (Siffin se 2 saal pahle) mar jane ke baad dubara zinda ho gaye the.

[Jang e Sif hui hai 37 ya 35 Hijri ke andar aur Abdullah bin Masood 33 Hijri me faut ho gaye the. Toh unka kahna hai ki kya Abdullah bin Masood apni kabr se bahar nikal aye the aur hadith bayan kar ke chale gaye? Shukar hai ki waha koi sufi nahi baitha tha warna wo kahta ki ye buzurg ki gustakhi hai, buzurg to nikal hi sakte hai kabr se bahar. Iska matlab ye hai ki Muhaddiseen ki nazar me kahi nahi hai ki koi kabr se bahar nikal kar hadith bayan kar sakta hai, balki ye naqshbandi silsile ne kaha hai. Ye inhi ke muamle me aese silsile chalte hai. Muhaddiseen toh sahabi ko nahi mante ki wo kabr se nikal aye fir buzurg kaise nikal ke aakar bait karenge ].

Hadith no 84: Affan bin Muslim farmate hai ki ham Ismail ki majlis me the ki ek shaks ne kisi shaks se Hadith bayan ki to Maine kaha ki wo to gair-mottebar hai to ek shaks kahne laga ki Aey Affan tumne uski gibat ki . Ispar Ismail ne kaha isne gibat nahi ki (aur ye wajib hai) balki Hukm bayan kiya ke wo hadith me mottebar nahi.

IMAM MUSLIM FARMATE HAI KI : Hamne hadith ke raawio ke bareme ahle ilm ke kalaam se zaif rawiyo ki jo tafseel zikr ki hai aur un ki riwayato ke jin uyoob aur naqais ka zikr kiya hai wo saheb e farasat ke liye kaafi hai. Agar wo tamam tanqeedi aqwal nakal kiye jate jo rawiyane hadith ke mutallik ulmae hadith ne bayan kiye hai, to ye kitab boht hi taweel (lambi) ho jati. Aimma e hadith ne rawiyo ka aeb khol dena zaruri samjha aur jab unse is ke mutallik pucha gaya to unhone is baat ki jawaz ka fatawa bhi diya aur ye bada hi aham kaam hai kyuki Deen ki baat jab nakal ki jayegi to wo (3) ahadith (se khali nahi hog):

1. Kisi Amr ke halal hone ke liye ya haraam hone ke liye hogi. Ya fir wo hadith :
2. Kisi Amr ya nahi [yaani nek baat ka hukm aur buri baat ki mumaniyat] ke liye hongi. Ya fir wo ahdith:
3. Kisi Targeeb ya Tarheeb [ yani Fazail aur waeed] ke liye hongi .

[Isse pata chala ki Imam Muslim ka kahna hai ki in teeno muamlo me ahadith sahih honi chaiye. Aur ye bhi pata chala ki Fazail ke andar bhi zaif hadith Imam Muslim ke liye qabile qubul nahi nahi.]

Jab hadith ka koi raawi khud sachha aur amanatdaar na ho aur fir wo riwayat bhi bayan kare aur baad wale log us raawi ki kharabi ke bawajud dusre logo ko, jo isko gair siqah ke taur par na jante ho us raawi ki koi riwayat bayan karde aur us ke ahwal par koi tanqeed aur tabserah na kare, to aese ulema darasal Muslim awamun-naas ke sath qhayanat aur dhoka karne wale shumar honge. Kyuki un ahadith me boht si ahadith maudu aur mangharant hongi aur awaam ki aksaryat raawio ke ahwaal se nawaqifiyat ke bina par un hadith par amal shuru kar dengi. Toh is tamam ka gunah us raawi par hoga jisne ye hadith bayan ki hogi.

Sahih ahadith jinko mottabar aur siqah raawio ne bayan kiya hai is kadar kasrat ke sath maujud hai ke unki maujudgi me in batil aur mangharant riwayaat ki mutlaqan zarurat hi baki nahi rahti.

Is tahkeek ke baad mai nahi ye samajhta ki koi bhi shaks apni kitab me majhool, gair-siqah aur gair mottabar rawio ki ahadith naqal karega khususan jab ke wo sanad hadith se waqif bhi ho siwae us shaks ke jo logo ke nazdeek apna kasrat e ilm sabit karna chahe aur is maqsad ke husool ke liye wo batil aur manghadat isnad ke sath bhi ahadith pesh karne me zara khauf aur hichkichahat mahsus na kare, taaki log uske wasee ilm aur zyada riwayaat jama karne par use daad de. Lekin jo shaks bhi aese batil tarike ko ikhtiyar karega, to ahle ilm aur aqalmand logo me aise aalim ki koi waqat aur izzat baaki na rahegi, aur aesa shaks aalim kahalwane ke bajaye jahil kahalwane ka zyada haqdaar hoga.

[Ab do baate likh kar Imam Muslim apne Muqaddamah ko conclude karte hai]

1. Mursal [yaani tabaeen ki ahadith aur digar munkate riwayaat] hamare aur ahle ilm muhaddiseen ke qaul ke mutabik hujjat wa daleel nahi hai.
2. Jo raawi tadlees karne me mashhoor ho us ke bareme Muhaddiseen ye tahkik zarur karte hai ki wo jis sheikh ki taraf riwayat ki nisbat kar raha hai fil waqeh us raawi ne us shaykh se hadith suni hai ya sirf uski taraf tadlees ki nisbat kar di hai jab ke haqiqat me wo hadith kisi aur se suni hai. Aur us waqt ye tahkeek karne ka maksad tadlees ke marz ko dur karna hota hai taake agar waqai us raawi ne sanad me tadlees ki ho to us sanad ka aaeb zahir ho jaye. Lekin jo raawi mudallis na ho to aaymma e hadees us raawi ke sama ki tahkeek nahi karte.

[Matlab Jo Raawi Tadlees karte hai unki "An" wali riwayat qubul nahi hogi jab tak samaa ki Tashree na mile. ]

[Fir iske baad] Imam Abul Hussain Muslim bin Ḥajjāj bin Kawshāyri r.h. hamdo salaat ke sath Sahih Muslim ka Muqaddama mukammal karte hai].
