Namaz e Witr ki Dua e Qunoot me Hath Uthaya Jaaye Ya Nahi ?

Namaz e witr ki Dua e qunoot me hath uthane ke bare me koi marfoo riwayat nahi hai lekin hadees ke kitabo me baaz Sahaaba e karaam r.a. ke aasaar milte hai. Islamic shariah me jab koi baat Rasoolullah se na mile aur sahaba se wo amal mil jaye bina kisi dusre sahaba ka aetraz kiya to us amal ko apnane me koi harj nahi. Lekin behtar yahi hoga ki hath bandh ke Dua e Qunut padhi jaaye kyuki hath uthane ki koi marfoo hadees nahi hai.

Iske mutalliq Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ka Risala Al Hadees jo ki Rajab 1430 Hijri ko shaya hua tha us Risale ke safa no. 12 par ek sawal kiya gaya tha ki, Namaz e Witr me ruku se qabl Haath Uthaye bagair Qunoot padhne ki kya daleel hai?

Jiske Jawab me Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne farmaya tha,

'Namaz e Witr me ruku se pahle Qunoot padhne ka zikr Sunan Darqutni (2/32, hadees- 1644, Wa Sanad Hasan) aur Sunan Nasai (1,248, hadees- 1700) me hai. Dekhye meri kitab Hidayatul Muslimeen (hadees- 28 faidah- 3).

Qunoot e Witr me Hath Uthana kisi sarih marfu Hadees se sabit nahi hai.'

Malum Hua ki Namaz e Witr me ruku se pahle Hath Uthaye bagair Qunoot padhna sahih hai.

Aur Shaykh Zubair ali zai ke Risala Al Hadees jo Jamadil Awwal 1426 Hijri me shaya hua tha Uske Safa No. 13 par ek sawal kiya gaya tha,

Kya Qunoot e Witr me Hath Utha kar dua karna Sabit hai?

Uske jawab me Shaykh Zubair ali zai ne Qunoot e witr me hath na Uthane ki Daleel me ek Riwayat naqal ki:

۩ Abu Hatim al Raazi (277 hijri) farmate hai, 'Abu Zarah (Al Raazi 264 hijri) ne mujhse pucha, 'Kya Aap qunoot me hath uthate ho?

Maine kaha, 'Nahi!' Fir maine unse pucha, 'Kya Aap (qunoot me) Hath utha te ho?' Unhone kaha: Ji han, maine pucha, aapki daleel kya hai? Unhone kah, Hadees ibn Masood.

Mane kaha, use Lais bin Abu Saleem ne riwayat kiya hai. Unhone kaha: Hadees Abu Hurairah, Maine kaha: Use Ibn Lahya ne riwayat kiya hai. Unhone kaha, Hadees Ibn Abbas, maine kaha, Use Aouf (Al aarabi) ne riwayat kiya hai. Toh unhone pucha, aapke pas (Qunoot me) hath na uthane ki kya Daleel hai?

Maine kaha, Hadees e Anas, ki beshaq Rasoolullah ﷺ kisi Dua me Hath Nahi Uthate the siwaye Istisqa ke to wo (Abu Zarah r.a.) Khamosh ho gaye.

Tareekh Baghdaad, Jild 2, Safa- 76 tahet- 455. Wa sanad Hasan, wa Zikruhu Al Zahabi fi Siyar Aalam Al Nubala 13/253).

Ye Riwayat naqat karke Qunoot e Witr me Hath na uthane ki Daleel dene ke baad Shaykh Zubair Ali zai ne un riwayat ki Tahqeeq pesh ki hai aur aakhir me likha hai ki, 'Behtar yahi hai ki Hadees e Anas r.a. aur deegar dalail ki ru se Qunoot me Hath Na Uthaye jaye.

Namaz ki Niyat Dil Se ya Zuban Se ?

Kisi bhi Ibadat ki qubuliyat ka daromadaar uski niyat par hota hai isi wajah se Ummat e Muhammadiya ﷺ ki sabse unchi hadith ki kitab ki shuruat hi isi hadith se hoti hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ne farmaya ki aamaal ka daromadar niyat par hai (Sahih al Bukhari, hadith no.1).

Lekin sath sath ye bhi jaan le ki niyat ka matlab kya hota hai, arabic dictionary ke mutabik niyat ka matlab Dil ka iradah hota hai. To agar apne kisi ibdat ka iradah kar liya ho apki niyat wahi par ho jati hai, zaruri nahi ap apne niyat ko zuban se bole.

Isi tarha namaz ki niyat bhi tab hi ho jati hai jab ap ye iradah kar lete hai ki mujhe ab namaz padhna hai. Ya fir aesa kaha jaye ki namaz ki niyat to usi waqt hojati hai jab aadmi azan sunkar masjid ki taraf chal padta hai aur isi niyat ki wajah se us namazi ko har qadam par nekiya’n milti hai (Sahih Muslim, hadees- 654). Lehaza namaz shuru karte waqt jo kuch padha jaata hai wo khilaf e sunnat to hai hi sath hi sath khilaf e aql bhi hai.

Aur Allah sabse behtar jaanta hai.

Farz, Sunnat Aur Nawafil Namaz Me Farq


Alhamdulillah..

Sabse pahle ye baat wazeh ho jaye ki farz, sunnat aur nawafil namaz kise kahte hai aur inme kya farq hai kyuki hamare muashre me inki alag alag tashree paayi jati hai.

۞ Farz Namaz

Yaani zaruri namaz. Isko Allah ne har shaks ke upar lazim kiya hai. Ise karne se ajar hai aur ise chorne par gunah hai. Isme Ummat me koi ikhtilaf nahi hai.

۞ Sunnat aur Nawafil Namaz

Is Namaz me hamare ummat me ikhtilaf hai, iske bawujud ki kitab o sunnat me iski saaf tashree aayi hai. Hamare muashre me sunnat aur nawafil namaz do kism ke ibadat ke darje me shumar hote hai. Lekin ye kitab o sunnat ki roshni me sahih nahi hai.

Arabic me, nawafil, 'nafila' alfaz ka jama ka seegha hai, jiska matlab hota hai 'jo chiz farz se zyada ho' yaani izafi chiz.

Hamare deen me sirf do tarha ke ibadat hote hai, ek farz aur ek nawafil. Yaani ek wo ibadat jo ham par farz hui hai aur dusri wo jo farz nahi ki gai hai. Aur is nawafil me sunnat ka bhi shumaar hota hai kyuki sunnat farz nahi hote. Is liye jab Nawafil kaha jayega to isme farz ke alawa jitni bhi kisme hai wo sab isi me shumar hongi jaise sunnat namaz, witr namaz, wagaira. Ab aaiye is baat ki daleel dekhte hai:

۩ حَدَّثَنَا بَيَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ لَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى شَىْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ تَعَاهُدًا عَلَى رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ-

Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Nawafil (sunnat) me se kisi cheez par itni muhafizat aur mudawemat nahi karte the jis qadr Fajar ki 2 rakat (sunnat) par karte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al tahajjud ﴾19﴿, hadees- 1163.

Is hadees me Ammi Ayesha r.a. ne fajr ki sunnat ke liye nawafil alfaz ka istemal kiya hai.

Aur fir is sunnat me ahle ilm ne do taqseeme ki hai, ek Sunnat e Muakkadah aur dusra Sunnat e ghair Muakkadah, yaani ek wo sunnat jisko ada karne par zyada zor diya gaya ho jaise witr aur dusri wo sunnat jisko ada karne par usse kam zor diya gaya ho. Lekin iske bawujud in dono kism ke sunnat ko chorne par gunah nahi hoga. Sunnat ke liye mustahab alfaz ka bhi istemal hota hai aur sunnat ke badle is alfaz ko bhi ada kiya jata hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame deen ki sachhi samajh ata kare. aameen.

Eid ki Namaz Padhne ka Step by Step Tariqa


Eid ki Namaz Do (2) rakat nawafil (gair-farz) namaz hai. Isme pahli rakat me saat (7) takbeere aur dusri rakat me Paanch (5) takbeere hoti hai. Dono hi rakat me Takbeerat Surah Fatiha Padhne se pahle honge.

۞ Ye Namaz padhne ka step by step tariqa

1. Allahu akbar kah kar namaz ki shuruat kare. Allahu akbar kahne ke baad hath bandhe.

7. Sajde me jaaye aur sajda muqammal karne ke baad dusri rakat ke liye khade ho jaye

8. Ab Paanch (5) martaba taqbeer padhe.

9. Ab Surah Fatiha padhe.

10. Fir surat padhe

11. Ab ruku me jaaye aur ruku se uthe.

2. Allah sab se be-niyaz hai aur sab us ke mohtaj hai.
3. Na uski koi aulad hai aur na woh kisi ki aulad hai.
4. Aur koi us jaisa nahi hai.

۞ Surah Falaq


1. Kul a'uzu bi rabbil falaq.
2. Min sharri maa khalaq.
3. Wa min sharri gaasiqin iza waqab.
4. Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil 'uqad
5. Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad.

1. Kaho Mai panaah maangta hu subah ke Rabb ki.
2. Har us cheez ke shar se jo usne paida ki hai.
3. Aur raat ki tareekhi ke sharr se jab ke woh chaa jaye.
4. Aur girho me foonkne walo (ya waliyo) ke sharr se.
5. Aur hasid (envies) ke sharr se jab ke woh hasad (envy) kare.

۞ Surah Naas


1. Kul a'oozu birabbin naas
2. Malikin naas
3. Ilaahin naas
4. Min sharril waswaasil khannaas.
5. Allazi yuwaswisu fee sudoorin naas
6. Minal jinnati wannaas.

1. Kaho, Mai panah maangta hu insano ke Rabb.
2. Insano ke Badshah.
3. Insano ke haqiqi maabood ki.
4. Us waswasa daalne wale ke shar se jo baar baar palat kar aata hai.
5. Jo logo ke dilo me waswase daalta hai.
6. Khwah woh jinno me se ho ya insano me se.

Namaz me Imamat ki Sharait

Alhamdulillah..

Imamat ki Shart Rasoolullah ne ye bataye hai:

۩ Abu Mas’ood al Ansaari r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Logo ki Imamat woh karaye jise Allah ki kitab (Quran majeed) ka sabse zyada Ilm ho aur agar woh sab is me barabar ho toh fir sunnat ka sab se zyada janne waala shakhs imamat karwaye, agar wo sunnat (ke ilm) me bhi barabar ho toh wo jis ne un sab ki nisbat pahle hijrat ki ho, agar wo hijrat me barabar ho toh wo jo Islam qubul karne me sabqat rakhta ho (yaani jo pahle musalman hua ho).'

Sahih muslim, kitab al masaajid (5), hadees- 1532.

Is hadees se sabit hua ki Imamat ke liye sabse badi chiz Quran ka ilm hai. Aur is ilm se murad ye nahi hai ki Quran ko kitna zyada khubsurti se padha jaa raha hai balki isse muraad Quran ka sabse zyada yaad hona hai. Is ki daleel hame is hadees se milti hai:

۩ Amr bin Salama r.a. riwayat karte hai,

'Jab Mecca fatah ho gaya toh har qaum ne Islam laane me pahal ki aur mere waalid ne bhi meri qaum ke islam me jaldi ki. Fir jab (Madinah) se wapas aaye toh kaha ke mai Allah ki qasam ek sachhe Nabi ke paas se aa raha hu. Unhone farmaya hai ke fula namaz is tarha fula waqt padha karo aur jab namaz ka waqt ho jaaye to tum me se koi ek shakhs azaan de aur imamat woh kare jise Quran sab se zyada yaad ho.

Logo ne andaza kiya ke kise quran sab se zyada yaad hai toh koi shakhs un ke qabeele me mujh se zyada Quran yaad karne waala inhe nahi mila. Kyunke mai aane jaane waale sawaaro se sun kar Quran majeed yaad kar liya karta tha. Is liye mujhe logo ne imam banaya. Halaanki us waqt meri umar chay (6) ya saat (7) saal ki thi aur mere paas ek hi chaadar thi.

Jab mai (use lapait kar) sajda karta toh upar ho jati (aur peeche ki jagah) khul jati. Is qabeela ki ek aurat ne kaha tum apne qaari ka jism ke peeche ka hissa toh pahle chupa do. Aakhir unhone kapda khareeda aur mere liye ek kameez banayi, mai jitna khush us kameez se hua utna kisi aur cheez se nahi hua tha.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al maghaazi (64), hadees- 4302.

Ek baat ka aur khayaal rakhe ki Imamat karne waale ko dusri zaruri cheeze bhi aate ho jaise, Quran ka alfaz achhe se padhna aata ho aur use namaz padhne aur iske sharait ka ilm ho, yaani kaun si duae kab padhna hai, namaz me galti ho jaaye ya wuzu tut jaye toh kya karna hai, wagairah.

۩ Ibn Qudamah r.h. kahte hai,

'Agar un dono me se ek shakhs namaz ke ahkam ka zyada ilm rakhe, aur dusra shakhs namaz ke alawa baaki dusre muamlaat me zyada ilm rakhta ho toh namaz ke ahkaam jaan ne waale ko muqaddam kiya jayegaa.'

Al-Mughni, 2/19.

Hamare muashre me logo ne dadhi ko imamat ki shart rakh di hai, aur ye sahih nahi hai kyuki iski taleem Allah aur uske Rasool ne hame nahi di hai.

۩ Ibn e Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

‘Akele shaks ki namaz se, jamat ke sath namaz padhna 27 darje (sawaab) rakhta hai.’

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Azaan﴾10﴿, hadees- 645.

۞ Baap Aur Beta ki Jama'at

Baap Imamat karega, Beta uska muqtadi hoga aur Baap ke Dayen (right) tarf khada hoga.

۞ Baap Aur Mardo ki Jama'at

Baap Imamat karega toh mard hazraat pichli (2nd) waali saf me Muqtadi honge.

۞ Shauhar aur Biwi ki Jama'at

Shauhar Imam ki jagah hoga aur Biwi bilkul Imam ke piche (2nd) saf me khadi hogi.

۞ Shauhar, biwi aur ek Mard ki Jama'at

Shauhar Imamat karega, ek Mard us ke Daayi (Right) taraf hoga. Aur Biwi Imam ke Bilkul piche (2nd) saf me khadi hogi.

۞ Shauhar, Biwi Aur zyada Mardo Ki Jama'at

Shauhar Imamat karega, Mard piche (2nd) waali saf me honge, aur Biwi aakhir (3rd) wali saf me hogi.

۞ Shauhar, Biwi aur Sab Aulad

Shauhar Imamat karega, ladke piche (2nd) saf me honge, biwi or baaki ladkiya akhir (3rd) wali saf me hongi.

Har Namaz Me Kabr ke Aazaab Se Panaah Maangni Chahiye

۩ Masruq riwayat karte hai,

Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki ek Yahudi aurat unke paas aayi aur unhone qabr ke aazaab ka zikr chhed diya aur kaha ke Allah Ap ko qabr ke aazaab se mahfuz rakhe, is par Ayesha r.a. ne Rasoolullah ﷺ se  qabr ke aazaab ke baare me daryaft kiya.

Aap ﷺ ne uska jawab ye diya,

'Haa aazaab e qabr haq hai.' 

Ayesha r.a. ne bayaan kiya ke fir maine kabhi aisa nahi dekha ke Aap ﷺ ne koi namaz padhi ho aur us me aazaab e qabr se Allah ki panaah na maangi ho.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al janaiz (23), hadees- 1372.

۞ Namaz me Qabr ke Aazaab Se Panaah Maangne ka Nabawi Tarika


Allahumma inni a’auzu bika min a’azabi jahannama wa min a’azabil qabri wa min fitnatil mahyaa wal mamaati wa min sharri fitnatil maseehid dajjal’.

Aye Allah! Mai jahannam aur qabr ke aazaab se, maut o hayaat ke fitna aur maseeh dajjal ke shar se teri panah mangta hu.

Sahih Muslim, kitab al salat, hadees- 1324.

Note: Ye Dua Tashahhud me Allahumma innee ke baad padhni hai, yaani sabse aakhir me.

Namaz ki Taraf Sukoon Se Aana


۩ Abu Qataada r.a.  ne kaha ke Ham Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath namaz padh rahe the, Aap ne logo ki khit-pit suni. 
Namaz ke baad Aap ne pucha: ‘Tum kya kar rahe the?’

Unho ne arz ki ham namaz ki tarf jaldi aa rahe the.

Aap ne farmaya: ‘Aisa na karo, Jab tum namaz ko aao toh aaraam se aao, jo namaz tumhe mil jaaye use padhlo aur jo chhut jaaye usko baad me pura karlo.’

Sahih Muslim, kitab al masajid (5), hadees- 1363.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a, ne kaha Aap ﷺ  ne farmaya,

‘Jab farz namaz ki takbeer kahi jaaye toh daudte hue na aao balke sukoon se aao, jo mile padho aur jo rah jaaye use baad me pura kar lo kyu ke jab tum namaz ka iraada karte ho toh namaz hi me hote ho.’

Sahih Muslim, kitab al masajid (5), hadees- 1359.

Sunnat (Nawafil) Namaz ke Teen Aham Fayde


Alhamdulillah..

۞ Pahla Fayda

Sunnat (nawafil) namaz Qayamat ke din farz namaz ke kami ko pura karegi.

۩ Hurais bin Qabisah riwayat karte hai ki,

Mai Madeene aaya, mai ne kaha, Aye Allah mujhe nek aur saaleh saathi naseeb farma, chunanche Abu Hurairah r.a. ke paas baithna muyassar ho gaya, Maine un se kaha, 'Maine Allah se dua mangi thi ke mujhe nek saathi ata farma, toh Ap mujhse koi aisi hadees bayan kijiye, jise Ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ se suni ho, shayad Allah mujhe isse faida pohnchaye.' Unhone kaha, Maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko farmate suna hai, 'Qayamat ke roz bande se sab se pahle uski namaz ka hisab hoga, agar woh thik rahi to qamyab ho gaya, aur agar woh kharab nikli toh woh nakaam aur namuraad raha, aur agar uski farz namazo me koi kami aayi hogi toh Rab ajjowa (farishto se) farmayega, dekho, mere is bande ke paas koi nawafil namaz hai? Chunanche farz namaz ki kami ki talaafi us nawafil se kar di jayegi, fir isi andaz se saare aamaal ka hisab hoga.'

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab as salaat ﴾2﴿, hadees- 413. Imam Tirmizi ne iski sanad ko hasan gareeb aur Darussalaam ne is hadees ko sahih karaar diya hai.

۞ Dusra Fayda

Sunnat namaz se ghar me barqat aati hai.

۩ Jabir r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne farmaya,

‘Jab tum masjid me namaz padho to namaz ka kuch hissa (sunnate) apne gharo me padho, Allah is namaz ke sabab ghar me khair o bhalaai dega.’

Sahih Muslim, Salatul Musafireen (6), hadees- 1822.

۞ Teesra Fayda

Nawafil ibadat Allah ki nazdeeki hasil karne ka zarya hai.

۩ Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ki Allah Subhanahu wa tala farmata hai,

.. Aur mera banda farz ada karne ke baad Nawafil ibadat kar ke mujhse itna zyada nazdeek ho jata hai ki mai us se muhabbat karne lag jata hu, fir jab mai us se muhabbat karne lag jata hu toh mai uska kaan (ear) ban jata hu jis se wo sunta hai, uski aankh ban jata hu jis se wo dekhta hai, uska haath ban jata hu jis se wo pakadta hai, uska paao (leg) ban jata hu jis se wo chalta hai.

Aur agar mujhse maangta hai to mai use deta hu, agar wo kisi dushman ya shaitan se meri panaah ka talib hota hai toh mai use mahfooz rakhta hu aur mai jo kaam karna chahta hu us me mujhe itna taraddud (hesitation) nahi hota jitna ki mujhe apne momin bande ki jaan nikalne me hota hai wo toh maut ko pasand nahi karta aur mujhe bhi usko takleef dena achcha nahi lagta.

Kya Barish Me Juma Ki Namaz Chhorne Ki Ijazat Hai?


Allah s.w.t. farmate hai,

۩ .. aur (Allah ne) Deen me tumpar koi sakhti nahi rakkhi hai.

Surah hajj (22), ayat- 78.

۩ .. Allah ka irada tumhare sath aasaani (karne) ka hai, sakhti (karne) ka nahi.

Surah baqarah (2), ayat- 185.

۩ Muhammad bin Seereen r.a. riwayat karte hai,

'Abdullah bin Abbas r.a. ne barish ke waqt apne moazzin se kaha ke Ash-hadu an-na Muhammadan Rasoolullah ke baad Hayya alas-salaah mat kahna balke uske bajaye 'Sallu fee boyutikum' kahna, yaani Apne gharo me namaz padh lo.

Logo ne is par taajjub kiya toh unhone farmaya ke aisa us shakhsiyat ne kiya tha jo mujh se kahee behtar tha (yaani Rasoolullah ﷺ).
Namaz e Juma agarche farz hai lekin mujhe ye pasand nahi ke tumhe (tangi me mubala karte hue) is haalat me ghar se nikaalu ke tum keechad aur fislan me chal kar aao.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al Juma (11), hadees- 901.

۩ Imam Nawawi is hadees ki sharah me likhte hai,

'Ye hadees is baat ki nishandehi karti hai ki Juma ko barish aur is jaisi wajah se chhora jaa sakta hai. Ye hamari aur kuch aur logo ki raaye hai. Imam Malik ki raaye isse kuch mukhtalif hai. Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.' alfaz khatm.

Sharah Sahih Muslim

۩ Ibn Qudaamah r.h. kahte hai,

'(Ek shaks ke liye) Barish ke wajah se Jamaat se Juma na padhne ke liye muafi hai jiske wajah se kapde geele ho sakte hai, ya keechad se uske kapde kharab ho jate hai ya un par daag lag jate hai. Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. ne muazzin se barish ke din me kaha tha:
(Jab tum azan me) Ash hadu Allah ilaha illalla, Ash hadu anna Muhammadan Rasoolullah, (fir uske baad) Hayya alas salaah mat kaho balki kaho ki Apne gharo me (namaz) ada karo.

(Ye sun kar) Jaise logo ne tajjub kiya, toh unhone kaha, 'Kya ap isse hairaan ho rahe ho? Wo jo mujhse behtar hai (Rasoolullah ﷺ) ne aesa kiya hai. Juma farz hai, lekin mai tumhe keechad aur fislan bhari jameen se aane ko majbur nahi karna chahta.''

Bhool Kar Bagair Wuzu Namaz Ada Karna

Maine bhool kar bagair wuzu hi namaz ada kar li, aur namaz se farig hone ke baad yaad aaya ke mai ne toh wuzu hi nahi kiya tha, kya mujhe namaz dobara padhna hoga?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulillah..

Ji Haa! Jo shakhs bhool kar be-wuzu namaz ada kar le us ke liye dobara namaz ada karna wajib hai, kyuki Abu Hurairah r.a. kahte hai,

Rasoolullah ﷺ ka farmaan hai,

“Allah us shaks ki koi namaz qubul nahi karta jo wuzu tod deta hai, jab tak wo wuzu na kar le.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al wuzu (4),  hadees- 135.

Iske muqable me us shakhs ke jis ne kisi naapaak kapde me bhool kar namaz ada kar li ho toh use us namaz ko dobara padhne ki zarurat nahi hai, kyuki Rasool ﷺ ke paas Jibraeel a.s. tashreef laaye aur inhe bataya ke Aap ke joote me gandagi lagi hui hai, toh Nabi ﷺ ne namaz me hi joote utaar kar baaki bachi hui namaz ada kar li.”

Is hadees ko Imam Ahmad ne Musnad Ahmad me Abu Saeed khudri r.a. se riwayat kiya hai.

Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ki najasat se anjaan shakhs ko namaz dobarah ada karne ka hukm nahi diya jaega, aur isi tarha us shaks ko bhi jo bhool gaya ho ki (kapde me) kuch najaasat (napaki) maujud hai.

Teen (3) Rakat Witr Padhne ka Nabawi Tarika


۩ Ubai  bin Ka'ab r.a. bayan karte hai,

“Rasoolullah 3 rakat witr ada farmate the, Pahli rakat me surah A'ala, dusri rakat me surah Kafiroon aur teesri rakat me surah Ikhlas ki tilawat farmate the, Aap Ruku se pahle Qunoot karte, jab farigh  hote toh  3 martaba 'Subhan al Malikul Quddus Padhte, aakhri martaba (ye padhte hue) apni aawaz ko lamba farmate the.”

Sunan Nasai, hadees- 1700, Sunan Ibn Majah, hadees- 1182. Ise Darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Is Hadees maloom hua ki:

3 rakat witr me pahli rakat me surah A'ala, dusri rakat me surah kafiroon or teesri rakat me surah Ikhlas padhni hai aur Dua e Qunoot Ruku se pahle padhni hai yaani Surah Ikhlas ke baad.

۞ Dua e  Qunoot

Sayyidina Hussain bin Ali r.a. bayan karte he ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne mujhe Witr me padhne ke liye ye dua sikhayi:

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ إِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ وَلاَ يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَادَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ- [pic]

“Allaahumma ahdini feeman hadayt wa aafini feeman aafayt wa tawallani feeman tawallayt wa baarik li feema aatayt, wa qini sharra ma qazayt , fa innaka taqzi wa la yuqza ‘alayk, wa innahu laa yazillu maw waalayta, wa laa ya’izzu man ‘aadayt, tabaarakta Rabbana wa ta’aalayt.”

Tarjuma:

Ya Allah! Mujhe hidaayat dekar un logo me shamil farma jinhe tune rushd o hidaayat se nawaaza hai aur mujhe aafiyat dekar un logo’n mein shamil farma jinhe tune afiyat bakshi hai aur jin logo ko tune apna dost banaya hai un me mujhe bhi shamil karke apna dost banaale. Jo kuch tune mujhe ataa farmaya hai is me mere liye barkat daal de aur jis sharr o burai ka tune faisla farmaya hai us se mujhe mahfooz rakh aur bachaale.

Yaqeenan tu hi faisla saadir farmata hai tere khilaaf faisla saadir nahi kiya jaa sakta aur jiska tu dost banaa wo kabhi zaleel o khwaar aur ruswa nahi ho sakta aur wo shaqs izzat nahi paasakta jise tu dushman kahe, Aye hamaare Rab! Tu (bada) hi barkat wala aur buland o baala hai.

Sunan Abu Dawud, kitab al salaat ﴾8﴿, hadees- 1425. Al-Albani ne ise sahih karaar diya hai.

(Sunan Abu Dawood: 1425, Sunan Tirmizi: 464, Sunan Nasai: 1746, Sunan Ibn majah: 1778, Musnad Imam Ahmad: 1/199, Sunan Darmi: 1663, Al Dua Lit Tabrani: 748)

۞ Ab witr ki 3 rakat kis tarah padhi jaye usme 2 tarike mashoor hai:

Pahla ye ki Dusri Rakat ke baad betha na jaye balki dusri rakat ke baad sidhe teesri rakat ke liye khade ho jaaya jaaye.

Ye Tarika Nabi ﷺ se sabit nahi hai

Iske Mutalliq Sunan Nasai ki ek Riwayat pesh ki jati he jo Ubay bin Ka'ab r.a. se riwayat hai ki 'Rasoolullah ﷺ Witr ki Pahli rakat me surah Aala, dusri rakat me surah kafiroon aur teesri rakat me surah Ikhlas ki tilawat farmate the, sirf aakhri rakat me salaam ferte the aur salaam ke baad 3 martaba 'Subhan Al Malikul Quddus' Padhte, aakhri martaba apni aawaz ko lamba farmate the.'

Sunan Nasai, hadees- 1702.

Ye riwayat zaif hai, iski sanad me Qatadah Mudallis raawi hai aur Unki 'An' Riwayat hone ke bina par Ye zaif hai. 

Dusri riwayat jo pesh ki jati hai ki Ayesha r.a. bayan karti hai ki 'Rasoolullah ﷺ Jab Isha ki namaz ada farma kar ghar me dakhil hote to 2 rakat padhte fir usse bhi lambi 2 rakat padhte the fir 3 witr ada farmate the. Unme salaam fer kar faasla na karte fir 2 rakat baith kar ada farmate ruku aur sujood bhi baith kar ada farmate.'

(Musnad Ahmad: 6/155-156)

Is riwayat ki sanad Hasan Basri ki Tadlees ki wajah se zaif hai.
Isi Tarah ki riwayat Sunan Nisai, Sunan Darmi, Musnad Shafai wagairah se bhi pesh ki jati he jo ki sanad ke lihaj se sabit nahi.

3 rakat ko ek salaam se ada karne waale hazraat 5 ya 7 witr waali riwayat ko 3 rakat par qayaas karte hai aur sahaba ke aasaar pesh karte hai lekin marfu riwayat ke muqable me sahaba ke aasaar pesh karne se sirf jawaaz sabit hoga sunnat nahi.

Aur iske alawa Ibn Hibban aur Darqutni ki riwayat jisme Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya hai (ولا تشبهوا بصلاة المغرب) 'Witr ki Namaz ko Magrib ke Mushabeh na karo.' Isse ye qiyas kiya jata hai ki 3 rakat ek salaam padhne se maghrib ki Mushbehat nahi hoti hai lekin unka ye qiyas sahih nahi kyuki 3 Rakat Witr ko Maghrib se mushabeh kis tarah nahi karna hai uski bhi daleel hame Nabi ﷺ se Mil jati hai Jisme 2 Rakat padh kar salaam ferne aur 1 Rakat alag se padhne ka zikr hai. Aur 3 takat witr ka sunnat tarika bhi yahi hai

۩ Ammi Ayesha r.a. bayan karti hai ki, 'Namaz e Isha Jise log A'tmah kahte hai aur Fajr ki namaz ke Darmiyan me Nabi 11 Rakat ada kiya karte the, Aap ﷺ har 2 rakat ke darmiya salaam ferte aur 1 Witr ada kiya karte the.'

(Sahih Muslim: 122/736)

Ye Hadees is baat par nas hai ki Nabi 3 rakat witr 2 salaam se hi ada karte the. Iske alawa aur bhi riwayat ispar dalalat karti hai.

۩ Abdullah bin Umar r.a. bayan karte hai, 'Rasoolullah ﷺ (Witr ki) taaq rakat ke darmiyan salam ke sath faasla karte the aur hame salam ki aawaz sunate the.'

Sahih Ibn Hibban, hadees- 2433, 2435.

۩ Nafi r.a. bayan karte he ki Abdullah bin Umar r.a. witr ki 2 rakato aur 1 rakat de darmiyaan salaam ferte, yahan tak ki kisi kaam ka hukm bhi farma dete.' 

Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 991, Muwatta Imam malik, 1/125.

Lihaza in riwayat se wazeh hai ki 3 rakat witr ka sahih sunnat tarika yahi hai ki 2 Rakat padh kar Salzam fer liya jaaye aur 1 Rakat ko alag se padha jaye.

۞ Iske alawa Namaz e Witr me ek Masla aur hai ki Qunut e Witr Padhte Waqt hath Uthaye jaye Ya nahi.

Iske mutalliq Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ka Risala Al Hadees jo ki Rajab 1430 Hijri ko shaya hua tha us Risale ke safa no. 12 par ek sawal kiya gaya tha ki, Namaz e Witr me ruku se qabl Haath Uthaye bagair Qunoot padhne ki kya daleel hai?

Jiske Jawab me Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne farmaya tha,

'Namaz e Witr me ruku se pahle Qunoot padhne ka zikr Sunan Darqutni (2/32, hadees- 1644, Wa Sanad Hasan) aur Sunan Nasai (1,248, hadees- 1700) me hai. Dekhye meri kitab Hidayatul Muslimeen (hadees- 28 faidah- 3).

Qunoot e Witr me Hath Uthana kisi sarih marfu Hadees se sabit nahi hai.'

Malum Hua ki Namaz e Witr me ruku se pahle Hath Uthaye bagair Qunoot padhna sahih hai.

Aur Shaykh Zubair ali zai ke Risala Al Hadees jo Jamadil Awwal 1426 Hijri me shaya hua tha Uske Safa No. 13 par ek sawal kiya gaya tha,

Kya Qunoot e Witr me Hath Utha kar dua karna Sabit hai?

Uske jawab me Shaykh Zubair ali zai ne Qunoot e witr me hath na Uthane ki Daleel me ek Riwayat naqal ki:

۩ Abu Hatim al Raazi (277 hijri) farmate hai, 'Abu Zarah (Al Raazi 264 hijri) ne mujhse pucha, 'Kya Aap qunoot me hath uthate ho?

Maine kaha, 'Nahi!' Fir maine unse pucha, 'Kya Aap (qunoot me) Hath utha te ho?' Unhone kaha: Ji han, maine pucha, aapki daleel kya hai? Unhone kah, Hadees ibn Masood.

Mane kaha, use Lais bin Abu Saleem ne riwayat kiya hai. Unhone kaha: Hadees Abu Hurairah, Maine kaha: Use Ibn Lahya ne riwayat kiya hai. Unhone kaha, Hadees Ibn Abbas, maine kaha, Use Aouf (Al aarabi) ne riwayat kiya hai. Toh unhone pucha, aapke pas (Qunoot me) hath na uthane ki kya Daleel hai?

Maine kaha, Hadees e Anas, ki beshaq Rasoolullah ﷺ kisi Dua me Hath Nahi Uthate the siwaye Istisqa ke to wo (Abu Zarah r.a.) Khamosh ho gaye.

Tareekh Baghdaad, Jild 2, Safa- 76 tahet- 455. Wa sanad Hasan, wa Zikruhu Al Zahabi fi Siyar Aalam Al Nubala 13/253).

Ye Riwayat naqat karke Qunoot e Witr me Hath na uthane ki Daleel dene ke baad Shaykh Zubair Ali zai ne un riwayat ki Tahqeeq pesh ki hai aur aakhir me likha hai ki, 'Behtar yahi hai ki Hadees e Anas r.a. aur deegar dalail ki ru se Qunoot me Hath Na Uthaye jaye.

Kya Hasne Se Wuzu Tut Jata Hai?


۞ Pahli baat

Ulema me isme koi ikhtilaf nahi hai ki namaz ke bahar hasne se wuzu nahi tut ta, agarche koi shaks namaz ke liye tayaar ho raha ho fir bhi.

۩ Ibn Munzir kahte hai,

“Ulema ka is par Ijma hai ki namaz ke bahar hasne se wuzu nahi tut ta aur firse wuzu banane ki zarurat nahi hai.”

Al-Awsat, (1/166).

۩ Imam Nawawi kahte hai,

“Unka (Ulema ka) is par ijma hai ki namaz ke bahar hasne se wuzu nahi tut ta.”

Al Majmoo, (2/61).

۞ Dusri baat

Ulema me is par ijma hai ki namaz ke dauran hasne se namaz tut jati hai.

۩ Ibn Munzir kahte hai,

“Un sab ka is par ijma hai ki namaz ke dauran hasne se namaz tut jati hai.”

Al-Ijmaa, safa- 3.

Yaha hasne se muraad hai zor se hasna.

۩ Ibn Qudamah kahte hai,

“Hame is muamle me koi ikhtilaf e raaye ka ilm nahi hai.”

Al-Mughni, (2/451).

۞ Teesri baat

Sahih raaye ye hai ki namaz me zor se hasne se sirf namaz tut ti hai aur wuzu nahi tut ta, kyuki wuzu tutne ki koi daleel nahi hai.

۩ Jabir ibn Abdullah r.a. kahte hai, 'Agar koi namaz me hasta hai, toh use apne namaz ko dohrana chahiye lekin use wuzu karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai.'

Sahih al Bukhari, muallaq riwayat. Sunan Daaraqutini,  hadees- 51, mawsool riwayat.

۩ Ibn Hajar kahte hai,

“Ye baat sahih hai lekin ye alfaz Jaabir r.a. ka hai.”

Fath al-Baari, (1/280).

۩ Imam Nawawi kahte hai,

“Hamari aur aksar ulema ki raaye ye hai isse wuzu nahi tut ti hai. Ye aksar Tabayeen aur unke baad aane waale logo ki raaye hai.

Bayhaqi riwayat karte hai ki Abu'z Zinaad kahte hai: Mai kafi zyada ilm rakhne waale ahle ilm se mila jinki raaye faislakun (decisive) hai. Sa‘eed ibn al-Musayyab, ‘Urwah ibn az-Zubayr, al-Qaasim ibn Muhammad, Abu Bakr ibn ‘Abd ar-Rahmaan, Khaarijah ibn Zayd ibn Thaabit, ‘Ubaydullah ibn ‘Abdillah ibn ‘Uqbah, Sulaymaan ibn Yasaar, aur bahut saare qabil e ahtaraam ahle ilm se mila jo kahte hai ki hasne se namaz tut jati hai lekin isse wuzu nai tut ta.”

Al-Majmoo, (2/60).

Jo hadeese kahti hai ki hasne se wuzu tut jata hai wo zaif hai aur unme se koi bhi saheeh nahi hai.

۩ Imam Nawawi kahte hai:

“Muhaddiseen ka is par ijma hai ki unme se saare zaif aur waahin (kamzor) hai.”

Salatul Tasbeeh Padhne ka Step by Step Tariqa

Alhamdulillah..

Namaz e Tasbeeh ka tarika ye hai ki isme ek khaas tasbeeh hoti hai jise namaz ke bahut se mauko par padhi jati hai. Ye chaar rakat namaz hoti hai jo ek salaam se ada karna hota hai aur isme 300 dafa ye tasbeeh padhna hota hai (4 rakat me).

Is tasbeeh ke alfaz aese hai:

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَر -

Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar

सुब्हान अल्लाही  वल हमदुलिल्लाही व ला इलाहा इल्लल्लाहु वल्लाहु अकबर

۞ Salatul Tasbeeh Padhne ka Step by Step Tarika

1. Taqbeer (Allahu akbar) kah kar namaz ki shuruat kare. [Note: Namaz ki niyat zuban se ada karna Rasoolullah ﷺ ka tarika nahi hai isliye isko avoid kare].

2. Fir Sana padhe (Subhanaka Allahumma wa Bihamdika...)

3. Surah Fatiha padhe

4. Surah Fatiha ke baad koi surat ya aayaat padhe.

5. Fir is ko 15 martaba padhe, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

6. Ruku me jaaye aur ruku me padhe jaane wale zikr ko padhe (subhaana rabbaiyal azeem). Isko padhne ke baad 10 martaba ye zikr padhe, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

7. Ruku se uthe aur is halat me jo zikr padhi jaati hai use padhe, aur fir iske baad firse 10 martaba ye zikr padhe, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

8. Ab sajde me jaaye aur sajde ka zikr padhe (Subhana Rabbi al-Aala) aur fir iske baad 10 martaba ye zikr padhe, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

9. Ab sajde se uthe aur sajde se uthne ki dua padhe (Rabbigh Firlee Rabbigh Firlee) aur fir iske baad firse 10 martaba ye zikr padhe, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

10. Ab dusra sajda kare, sajde waali zikr padhe aur fir iske baad 10 martaba ye zikr padhe, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

11. Dusre sajde se sar uthane ke baad firse ye padhe 10 martaba, 'Subhan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar.'

12. Fir dusri rakat ke liye khade hona hai aur isi tarha dusri rakat bhi muqammal karni hai aur isme Tashahhud bhi hoga (attahiyaat) jaise ki aam 4 rakat ke dusre rakat me hoti hai.

13. Isi tarha teesri aur chauthi rakat bhi muqammal karni hai.

14. Fir chauthi rakat me saare azkaar wa duae padh kar salaam fere.

Apki 4 rakat Namaz e Tasbeeh muqammal hui.

Sunan Ibn Majah, kitab, kitab iqamatus salaati wa sunnati feeha (5), hadees- 1387. Ise darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

Suraj Aur Chand Grahan ki Namaz Padhne ka Step by Step Tariqa

Alhamdulillah..

۩ Ibn Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Suraj aur Chand me grahan kisi ki maut ya zindagi se nahi lagta balke ye Allah taala ki nishaniyo me se do nishaniya hai, is liye jab tum ye dekho to namaz padho.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al kusoof (16), hadees- 1042.

۞ Ye Namaz padhne ka step by step tarika

1. Taqbeer (Allahu akbar) kah kar namaz ki shuruat kare. [Note: Namaz ki niyat zuban se ada karna Rasoolullah ﷺ ka tarika nahi hai isliye isko avoid kare, detail ke liye ye article check kare].

2. Fir Sana padhe (Subhanaka Allahumma wa Bihamdika...)

3. Surah Fatiha padhe

4. Ab lamba qayaam kare yaani Quran ki surat ya aayaat padhe.

5. Fir Ruku me jaaye (Ye ruku lamba hona chahiye)

6. Fir Ruku se uthe

7. Ab firse qayaam kare jo lambi hogi lekin pahle qayaam se choti hogi. [Surah Fatiha + koi surat/aayaat]

8. Ab fir ruku me jaaye jo ki lambi hogi lekin pahle wali ruku se choti hogi.

9. Ab sajde me jaaye. [2 sajde karne hai]

10. Sajde ko ada karne ke baad wapis se uthe (yaha ek rakat namaz muqammal hui)

11. Fir Surah Fatiha padhe

12. Ab firse koi surat ya aayaat padhe jo ki lambi hogi lekin dusre qayaam se choti hogi.

13. Ab Ruku me jaaye jo ki lambi hogi lekin dusre ruku se choti hogi.

Ashura ki Namaz


 Sawal 

Hamare muashre me kuch log 10 Muharram ko Ashura ki namaz padhte hai. Kya aesi koi namaz hamare deen me hai? Maherbani farma kar is mauzu par roshni daale.

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Maah e Muharram bahut hi azeem aur ba-barkat maheena hai. Ye maheena hijri saal ka pahla aur hurmat waale maheeno me se ek hai, jin ke baare me Allah taala ka farmaan hai:

'Haqeeqat yeh hai ke mahino ki tadaad jab se Allah ne aasmaan o zameen ko paida kiya hai, Allah ki kitab me baara (12) hi hai, aur in me se chaar hurmat waale (mahine) hai. Yahi thik zaabta hai lihaza in chaar (4) mahino me apne upar zulm na karo.'

Surah Tawba ﴾9﴿, ayat- 36.

Jaha tak ashure ki namaz ki baat hai toh hamare deen me aesi koi namaz nahi hai jo kitab ya sunnat me maujud ho. Ashure ki namaz aesi namaz hai jise na Rasoolullah ﷺ ne padhi, na hi kisi sahabi ne aur na hi hamare chaar imam ne. Lihaza ye deen me nayi baat shamil karna hai. Aur Deen me nayi baat shamil karna gumrahi hai jo jahannam me le jati hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jisne hamare is deen me kuch aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai toh wo amal mardud hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, book of peacemaking ﴾53﴿, hadees- 2697.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'.. Sabse behtareen tareeqa Muhammad ﷺ ke tareeqa hai. Sabse badtareen kaam (Deen me) nayi-nayi baato ka paida karna hai, aur har biddat gumrahi hai.'

Sunan ibn majah, kitab as sunnah (muqaddamah), hadees- 45. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Lihaza hame deen me nayi baat shamil karne aur us par amal karne se rukna chahiye aur wapis sunnat ke raaste par chalna chahiye.

Kuch log kah sakte hai ki namaz hi toh padhte hai, koi galat kaam thodi hai ki ye gunah hoga. Toh iske jawab me guzarish hai ki Allah aur uske Rasool ki nafarmani bhi toh gunah hai, chahe wo zahiri taur par sawaab ka kaam lage.

Misaal ke taur par Magrib ki farz rakat 3 hai. Ab koi kahe ki mai 1 rakat zyada padhna chahta hu 4 rakat, aur fir kahe namaz hi toh zyada padhi gai hai koi gunah ka kaam thodi kiya gaya hai. Ji ye bilkul gunah hai kyuki Apne Allah ke Rasool ke khilaf kaam kiya hai, unhone 3 padhne ko kaha tha aur ap 4 padh rahe hai. Ap ko namaz padhne ke liye gunah nahi milega lekin Rasool ke hukm ke khilaf kaam karne ka gunah milega.

۩ Sa'id Ibn al Musayyib r.h. (Tabaeen) ne ek shaks ko suraj tulu hone ke baad do rakat se zyada padhte hue dekha, sajda aur ruko me izafa karte hue, toh unhone use mana kiya ye karne se. Us shaks ne jawab diya: 'Aye Aba Muhammad, kya Allah mujhe namaz padhne ke liye saza dega? Unhone kaha: 'nahi, Lekin Wo Tumhe Sunnat Se Ikhtilaf Karne Ke Liye Saza Dega'.

Sunan al kubra, 2/466.

۩ Sahl bin Sa'd r.a. riwayat karte hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'(Qayamat ke din) Mere kuch saathi hauz e kausar par mere saamne laaye jayenge aur mai unhe pahchan lunga lekin fir woh mere samne se hata diye jayenge. Mai is par kahunga ki yeh toh mere saathi hai. Lekin mujh se kaha jayega ke Aap ko maloom nahi ke unhone aap ke baad kya kya nayi cheeze ijaad kar li thi.
Is par mai kahunga ke dur ho woh shakhs jis ne mere baad deen me tabdeeli kar li thi.'

Lihaza hame chahiye ki ham sunnat se muhabbat kare aur biddat yaani gair-nabi ke tarike se parhej kare taaki ham qayamat ke din Rasoolullah ﷺ ki sifarish ke haq-daar ho sake.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sirat e mustaqeem ata kare. aameen.

Teen Girah

en   -
Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jab koi tum me se soya hua hota hai, toh shaitan us ke sir ki gaddi par khoob achi tarha se teen girhe laga deta hai aur har girah par yeh alfaaz phoonk deta hai ke abhi bahut raat baaki hai, pada sota reh. Lekin agar woh shakhs jaag kar Allah ka zikr shuru karta hai toh ek girah khul jati hai. Fir jab wuzu karta hai toh dusri girah khul jati hai. Fir jab namaz e fajr padha hai toh teesri girah bhi khul jaati hai aur subah ko khush mizaaj khush dil rahta hai, warna badmizaaj sust rah kar woh din guzaarta hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab badi al khalq ﴾59﴿, hadees- 3269.

۞ Is hadees ki tafseer

۩ Ibn Abdul Barr r.h. kahte hai,

“Ye hadees is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki shaitan us shaks ko sula deta hai aur shaitan apne mushakkat aur waswase se, aur apne aazmaane, gumrah karne aur jhut ko pur-kashish banane ki taqat se use bhaari aur aalsi banaye rakhta hai, siwaye jo Allah ke mukhlis bande ho.

Ye hadees is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki Allah ke zikr, wuzu aur namaz se shaitan ko bhagaya ja sakta hai.” [alfaz khatm]

Al-Tahmeed (19/45).

۩ Ibn Qayyim r.h. kahte hai,

“Bila-shak khud namaz se jism ko achhi sehat milti hai, aur ye jism ko madad karti hai ki ye napaki se dur rahe aur (apne pas) wo rakhhe jo sabse zyada faydemand hai, aur sath sath eemaan ki salamati aur is dunya aur akhirat ke khushi ke liye.

Isi tarha qiyam al lail (raat ki namaz) khud ko accha rakhne ke liye sabse faydemand zarye maise hai, aur purani bimario (chronic diseases) se bachne ke liye, aur jism, rooh aur dil ko taqat dene wali sabse achhi chiz hai ye jaisa ki saheehain (bukhair aur muslim) me kaha gaya hai..” (aur fir unhone hadees likhi)

Shisha (aaine) ke Saamne Namaz Ada Karna

Jis kamre me shisha ho waha namaz padhne ka kya hukm hai?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Agar koi shaks shisha (mirror) ke samne namaz padhta hai, toh uski namaz durust hai agarche uska chehra iske (shishe ki) taraf ho aur wo khud ko usme dekh sakta ho. Lekin usko apni nazar nichi karni chahiye aur iske (shishe ke) taraf nahi dekhna chahiye. Use usse aur har us chiz se dur rahna chahiye jo namaz ke dauran uski tawajjo bhatka sakti hai.

Kya Nawafil Namaz Baith Kar Padhna Chahiye


Alhamdulillah..

Hamare masjido me dekha jata hai ki bahut se log nawafil namaz baith kar padhte hai aur jab unse pucha jata hai ki ap aesa kyu karte hai toh wo kahte hai ki Rasool ﷺ nawafil namaz baith kar ada karte the. Aaiye dekhte hai iski haqiqat kya hai.

Ibadat ki do shakal hai, ek toh farz aur dusra gair-farz yaani nawafil. Aur namaz ki ibadat me bhi yahi do kism hai.

۞ Farz Namaz baith kar ada karna

۩ Imran bin Hussain r.a. riwayat karte hai, 'Mujhe bawasir (piles) ka marz tha. Is liye maine Nabi ﷺ se namaz ke bareme daryaft kiya, Aap ﷺ ne farmaya,
“Khade ho kar namaz padha karo, agar iski bhi taaqat na ho toh baith kar aur agar iski bhi na ho toh pahlu ke bal layt kar padh lo.”

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al taqseer ﴾18﴿, hadees- 1117.

۩ Ibn Qudaamah al-Maqdisi kahte hai,

“Ulemao ka is par ijma hai ki agar koi shaks khada na ho sake toh wo baith kar namaz padh sakta hai.”

Mughni, 1/443.

۩ Imam Nawawi farmate hai,

“Ummat ka ijma hai ke jo shakhs farz namazo me qiyam na kar sake toh woh baith kar namaz ada kare, aur use namaz nahi lautana hoga, hamare ashaab ka kahna hai,
'Qiyam na kar ke namaz ada karne se us ka sawab kam nahi hoga kyuki woh qiyam se mazoor hai, aur fir sahih al bukhari me Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan sabit hai ki jab banda bimaar ho jata hai ya safar me ho toh us ke liye bhi wahi aamaal likhe jaate hai jo woh tandurusti aur sehat ki haalat me karta raha hai.'”

Al-Majmoo, 4/226.

Toh isse baat sabit hui ki farz namaz me sirf tabhi baitha ja sakta hai jab koi uzar ho aesa karne ka.

۞ Nawafil namaz ke liye baithna

Jaha tak nawafil namaz ke liye baithna hai toh ulema ka is par ijma hai ki bina uzar ke bhi nawafil namaz ke liye baitha ja sakta hai lekin aese karne wale ko khade ho kar namaz padhne wale ke muqable me aadha sawab milega.

۩ Hafsah r.a. kahti hai, 'Maine Rasoolullah ﷺ ko kabhi baith kar nawafil padhte nahi dekha yaha tak ke aapki wafaat se ek saal pahle Aap baith kar namaz padhne lage the, Aap ﷺ surat padhte toh itna thaher thaher kar padhte ke wo taweel se taweel tar ho jati.'

Sunan Nisai, kitab qiyam ul lail ﴾20﴿, hadees- 1659. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ 'Imran bin Husain r.a. kahte hai, 'Maine Nabi ﷺ ko baith kar namaz padhte dekha toh maine arz kiya ke mujh se bayan kiya gaya hai ke Aap ne farmaya hai ki baith kar padhne waale ki namaz khade ho kar padhne wale ki namaz ke aadhi hoti hai, Aur Aap khud baith kar padh rakhe hai?
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Ha lekin mai tum logo ki tarah nahi hu”'

(Yaani baith kar namaz padhne se bhi mujhe pura sawab milta hai)

Sunan Nisai, kitab qiyam ul lail ﴾20﴿, hadees- 1660. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Toh baat wazeh hui ki ham nawafil namaz baith kar bhi padh sakte hai lekin sawab me kami ho jayegi. Aur jaha tak ye kahna hai ki Rasool ka tarika hai nawafil namaz baith kar padhna toh upar ki hadees se baat wazeh hui ki ye Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khususiyat thi ki wo baith kar namaz padhte the fir bhi unhe muqammal namaz ka sawab milta tha. Isi liye hame bhi chahiye ki ham khade ho kar nawafil padhe taaki zyada sawab ke haqdaar ho jaye.

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.
