Kya Zewar Ki Zakaat Me Naye Soone(gold) Ki Qeemat Lagayi Jayegy Ya Istemaal Shuda Sone Ki?

Zewar ki zakat mutalliq kiya mai ise sunaar ke paas le jakar iski qeemat lagwaon ya ise sone ki qeemat ke hisab se Zakaat ada karoon? Sunaar mujhe iski qeemat kam denge kyunki ye istemaal shuda soona hai lekin soone ka rate zyada hota hai?

Jawab:

Jab nisaab mukammal hojaye jo ki 85 gram sona hai, is par saal guzar jaye to is me se (adhayi)2 1/2 fisad ke hisaab se zakaat nikalni wajib hojaty hai, ya iski keemat se zakaat nikaly jaye, iski qeemat se wo qeemat muraad hai, jis me istemaal shuda sonaa faroqht hota hai, aur ye qeemat ghaliban naye sone ki qeemat se kam hoty hai, zakaat wajib hone ke waqt iski qeemat lagwa kar zakaat ada karde.

Shaikh ibn e Uthaymeen (rh) kahte hai aur is bina par hum us aurat ke paas maujood sone ki qeemat ka andaza lagayenge, chahe jisme isne qhareda hai ya is se kam ya zyaada,aur is iske istemal shuda sone ki qeemat ka andaza lagaya jayega aur is se adhayi feesad zakaat nikali jayegy, yaani:40 mese ek 1,lehaza 100riyal mese adhai 2 1/2 riyal ,aur 1000 me se 25riyal, aur isi hisab se iska tareeqa ye hai ke iski qeemat ko 40 par taqseem kardiya jaye aur is taqseem se hasil hone wala jawab zakaat hogyy, to is tarah aap bari uz zimma ho sakte hai, aur aag ke azab se use chutkara mil jaye gaa,aur use koi nuksaan nahi hogaa.

Shaikh (rh): se daryaft kiya gaya kya Zewar ki zakaat qeemat qhareed par hogy ya ke har saal zakaat nikalne ke waqt maujooda qeemat par?

To Shaikh ka jawab tha: Zewar ki zakaat har saal wajib hoty hai, zakaat qeemat qhareed par nahi balke saal mukammal hone ke waqt jo qeemat hogy us ke hisab se zakaat ada ki jaye gi, farz kare agar kisi aurat ne 10hazar(10,000)riyal me zewar khareeda aur jab us par saal mukammal hua to uski qeemat sirf (5000) 5 hazar riyal reh gayi to wo sirf 5 hazar riyal ki zakaat ada karegy, aur agar iske bar'aks qeemat hojaye to zakaat bhi iske bar'aks hogy, lehazaa jab isne zewar 5 hazar riyal me qareeda aur saal mukammal hojaane par iski qeemat 10 hazar riyaal ho chuki thy to zakaat 10 hazar riyal ke hisab se ada ki jayegy, kyunke ye wojub ka waqt hai, Allah taala hi taufeeq bakahshne wala hai.

Khane Ke Aadaab

hi 
Allah ﷻ Quran majeed me farmate hai,

"Aur khoob khao aur piyo aur hadd say mat niklo. Be-shak Allah hadd say nikal janey walon ko pasand nahi karta".

Surah Aaraf, ayat-31.

۩1 KHANE SE PEHLE HATHON KO DHOYA JAAYE

Rasool ﷺ jab khane ka irada karte to pehle apne hath dhote phir khate.

(Sunan Nasai, 256)

۩2 KHANA BAITH KAR KHAYA JAYE

Nabi ﷺ ne is baat se manaa farmaya ke koi shaqs khada hokar pani piye. Qatada kahte hai hum ne (Anas rz se) kaha Khane ke baare me kya hai ? To inhon ne kaha ye zyada shar wala aur ganda amal hai.

(Sahih Muslim 5275)

۩3 BISMILLAH PADH KAR KHANA SHURU KIA JAAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya "Jab tum me se koi khana khane lagee too bismillah padh lee agar shuru me bismillah padhni yaad na rahe too khane ke dauraan jab bhi yaad aaye too ye padhle:bismillahi fii awwalihi wa akhirihi.

(Tirmizi 1858)

۩4 KHANA DAYI HATH SE KHAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne ne farmaya: "Jab tum me se koi (khana) khaye toh dayen(right) hath se khaye aur jab pani piye too dayen hath se piye. Be shak shaitan bayen(left) hath se khata aur peeta hai.

(Sahih Muslim 5265)

۩5 KHANA BARTAN KE ATRAAF(NAZDEEK) SE KHAYA JAAYE

Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: "Tum pyale ke atraaf(Nazdeek) se khaao aur iske darmiyaan se na khao, be shak barkat khane ke darmiyan me utarty hai.

(Musnad ahmed 2439)

Aap ﷺ jab khana tanawal farmate(khate) too apne samne se khate.

(Al-Silsilate as-sahiha 2062)

۩6 KHANA TEK LAGA KAR NAA KHAYA JAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: "Tek laga kar naa khaao."

(Al-Silsilate as-sahiha 3122)

۩7 KHANA GARAM GARAM NA KHAYA JAYE 

Sayedah Asma binte Abu bakar rz jab Sareed banaty to ise kisi cheez se dhanp dety yahan tak ke iska josh aur dhuwa khatam hojata phir farmaty ke maine Rasool ﷺ ko farmate hue suna hai ke ye zyada barkat wala hota hai.

(Musnad Ahmad 26958)

۩8 KHANE ME AIB NA NIKALA JAYE

Allah ke Nabi ﷺ ne kabhy khane me kabhy aib nahy nikala agar khane ki khwahish hoty to tanawal farmate(khate) warna chor dete.

(Sahih Bukhari 5409)

۩9 KHANA PET BAHAT KAR NA KHAYA JAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya ;admi apne pet se zyada badtareen kisi bartan ko nahi bharta,adam ke bete ke liye itne luqme hi kafi hai jo iski kamar ko sidha rakhe aur agar zarury hi hojaye too pet ke ek hisse ko khane ke liye aur dusre ko pani ke liye aur tisre ko sans ke liye rakhe.

۩10 KHANA MIL KAR KHAYA JAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: "Allah tala ke yahan mehboob khana wo hai jis par hath zyada ho."

(Musnad Abi Ya'la Al Musli 2045)

Sahaba ne Aap ﷺ se kaha ke hum khana khane bawajuud sair nahi hote, 

Aap ﷺ ne farmaya shayad ke tum alahida alahida(alag alag) khate hoo? Sahaba kehne lage: Ji haan, too Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Tum apne khane par jama hokar bismillah padh kar kahaya karo, Allah ki taraf se is khane me tumhare liye barkat daal di jayegyy.

(Sunan Abi Dawud 3764).

۩11 KHANE ME BADO KO MUQADDAM KIYA JAAYE

Syedna Huzaifa rz se riwayat hai ke hum jab Nabi ﷺ ke sath khana khate too apne hath na dalte yahan tak ke Aap ﷺ shuru karte aur hath dalte.

(Sahih Muslim 5259)

۩12 KHANE KE BAAD UNLIUON KO CHATA JAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: Jab tum me se koi khana khaye too us waqt tak hath rumaal se naa ponche jab tak ke use chaat naa le ya chatwa na le.

(Sunan Abi Dawud 3847)

۩13 KHNANE KE BAAD HATHON KO DHOYA JAYE

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: "Jo shaqs is halat me raat guzare ke uske hathon me cikhnayi ki boo ho aur use koi cheez takleef pohunchye toh wo khud ko hi malamat kare".

Kabr Me Sawal Jawab Aur Azab-e-kabr Ka Bayan


Al-Bara’ (razi allahu anhu) se riwayat hai, Inhon ne kaha hum Rasool ﷺ ke sath ek Ansari ke janaze me gaye hum kabar ke paas phunche toh abhy lehed (kabar) tayar nahi hui thy Rasool ﷺ baith gaye aur hum bhi Rasool ﷺ ke sath baith gaye. Gooya kee hamare saraon par parinde ho (nihayat pur sukoon aur khamoshi se baithe the).
Aap ﷺ ke hath me chadi thi Aap is se zameen khuraid rahe the.

Aap ﷺ ne apna sar uthaya aur farmaya:

Allah se Kabr ke azab se Allah ki panaah talab karo.
Aapne 2-3 baar ye farmaya (Jurair ki riwayat me yahan izafa hai.)
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya jab log (murde ko dafna kar) wapis jate hai to mayyat inke qadmo ki aahat sunti hai aur usi waqt usse pucha jaata hai
Aye falanh: Tera Rab kaun hai.?
Tera Deen kya hai.?
Tera Nabi kaun hai.?
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya iske paas 2 farishte ate hai aur ise baithate hai aur is se kehte hai
Tera Rab koun hai.?
Too woh kahta hai mera Rab Allah hai.
Fir wo puchte hai- Tera Deen kya hai.?
To woh kehta hai mera Deen Islam hai
Fir woh puchte hai, ye admi kaun hai jo tum me maboos kiya gaya tha.?
Wo kehta hai ki woh Allah ke Rasool ﷺ hai.
Fir wo kahte hai tujhe kaise Ilm hua? Wo kahta hai maine Allah ki kitab padhi hai, ispar imaan laya aur iski tazdeek ki. jurair ki riwayat me mazeed hai, yahi(sawal jawab) misdaq hai Allah ke is farmaan ka(ayat hai)" phir wo dono riwayat karne me muttafiq hai, aap s.a.w ne farmaya phir aasman se munadi karne wala ailaan karta hai,
Tahqeeq mere bande ne sach kaha hai, ise Jannat ka bistar bichadoo aur jannat ka libas pehnado aur iske liye jannat ki taraf se darwaza khol doo, Fir farmaya jannat ki taraf se wahan ki hawaein, rahatein, aur khushbu aane lagty hai, aur iski Qabr ko itehayi nazar tak wasee kar diya jata hai,

Fir Kafir aur iski maut kaa zikr kiya aur farmaya: Iski Rooh iske jism me lautayi jaaty hai aur wo iske paas aate hai aur woh iske paas aate hai aur ise baithate hai aur ise puchte hai 
Tera Rab koun hai? Wo kahta hai ke haye afsoos mujhe khabar nahi hai.
Fir wo us se pochte hai tera Deen kya hai?
To wo kahta hai haye haye mujhe khabar nahi,
Fir wo us se pochte hai ye aadme koun hai jo tum me maboos kiye gaya tha
wo kehta hai ke haye haye mujhe khabar nahi
to munadi asman se nida dete hai ke isne jhut kaha, ise aag ka bistar bichado, ise aag ka libaas pehnaadoo, aur iske liye dozaq ki taraf ka darwaza kholdo,
Farmaya ki phir ise jahannam ki taraf se tapish aur saqht garam hawa ane lagty hai aur is par Kabar ko tang diya jaata hai,
hatta ke iski phansiliyan ek dusre me ghuns jaate hai, Jurair ki riwayat me mazeed hai Fir is pe ek andha gungaa farishta muqarrar kardiya jata hai jiske paas bhary garz hota hai, agar isi pahaad par maara jaye to wo (pahaad) matti matti ho jaye,
Fir wo ise iske saath aisy chot marta hai jis ki awaaz jino aur insano ke alawa mashriq wa maghrib ke darmiyaan maqlooq sunty hai, aur phir wo matthy (reza reza) hojata hai, Farmaya fir ismee rooh lautayi jaati hai.

Kabr Par Phool Rakhne Ke Ahkaam


Allah pak Quran me farmate hai

..Aur hamne yeh kitab nazil farmaee hai jiss mein her cheez ka shafi biyan hai aur hidayat aur rehmat aur khuskhabri hai musalmanon kay liye.
(al Israa :89)

Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya ki Meri sunnat aur khulfa rashidin ki sunnat ko daanto ki mazbuti se pakde rahna aur har nayi chiz jo deen me nikali jaye usse bachna kyuki har nai chiz ek gumrahi hai.
[Musnad Ahmad (4/126) and at-Tirmidhee (2676).

Kuch Muslims ka aqidah hai ki wo kabr par phool rakhte hai aur wo is amal ko murdo ke liye faydemand samajhte hai. Asal me ye ahkaam na to kitab e hidayat me hai aur na hi sunnat e Rasool me. Kabr par phool rakhna Deen me nayi chiz hai.

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Mohammad s.a.w. ne farmaya ki Jisne hamare is deen me kuch aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai to wo mardud hai.

Sahih al bukhari, had-2697. Sahih Muslim, had-1718.

Kuch log apne is amal ki himayat karne ke liye ek hadith pesh karte hai:

Ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat kahte hai: RasoolALlah ﷺ do kabr se guzre aur farmaya."In dono ko saza ho rahi hai lekin us chiz ke liye nahi jisse bachna mushkil tha. Un maise ek ko saza isliye ho rahi hai kyuki wo peshab ke katro se(apne jism aur kapde) ki hifazat nahi karta tha. Aur dusra shaks logo me galat baate failata tha." Fir unhone ek Taazi Khazur ke patte ki daal liya aur usko do bhag me takseem kar diya aur use do kabro se har ek par ek tukda rakh diya. Unlogo ne farmaya:"Ae RasoolAllah apne ye  kyu kiya? 
RasoolAllah ne farmaya: "Shayad ye azaab kam ho jaye jab tak ye sukhi nahi hoti".

Ab jo log ye hadith pesh karte hai un ke ilm ke liye bata du ki jo amal RasoolAllah ﷺ ne kiya wo do tarha ke hote hai. Ek wo amal jo sare muslims ko amal karne ke liye hoti hai aur dusra wo amal jo khas RasoolALlah ke liye hoti hai jise mojzah kahte hai. To ye amal mojzah hai kyuki na hi RasoolAllah ne apne sahabi ko ye amal karne ka hukm diya aur na hi ye amal kisi sahaba ne kiya. Agar ye amal mojzah nahi hota to sahaba bhi kasrat se ya amal karte par haqiqat me aesa kuch nahi hai. Ab sahih hadiths me ek aur riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah  ﷺ ne chand ko ungli ke ishare se do tukde kiye to kya ummat e mohammadi ko bhi chand ko ungli ke ishare se do tukde karne ki koshish karni chaiye???? Ye bilkul hi aql ke khilaf hai aur sath-sath islami shariah ke khilaf bhi hai.

Dusri baat RasoolAllah ne hame kabr ki ziyarat ka tarika sikhaya hai lekin un ke tarike me is amal ka zara bhi zikr nahi hai.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz farmate hai:

Ye(amal) Islam me mashru nahi hai, balki ye biddat hai. Kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne wo daal sirf un do kabro par hi rakha jinke aazaab ka unhe ittela diya gaya tha; unhone ye daal un do kabro ke alawa kisi aur kabr par nahi rakha. Aur Isse hame ye pata chalta hai ki ye kabr par rakhne ki ijazat nahi hai kyuki RasoolALlah ﷺ ne farmaya: " Jisne hamare is Deen me koi aisi baat shamil ki jo is maise nahi hai to wo mardud hai. Aur Sahih Muslim me bhi riwayat kiya gaya tha ki Agar koi shaks koi aesa amal karta hai jo is(Deen) maise nahi hai to wo mardud hai."

Isi tarha Kabro par likhna ya kabro par phool rakhne ki ijazat nahi hai isi do hadith ki wajeh se jo upar bayan ki gai hai, aur kyuki RasoolAllah ne kabro ka pakka karwana, un ke upar imarat banwana, un ke upar baithna aur un ke upar likhna mana farmaya tha.

Majallat al-Buhooth al-Islamiyyah, 68/50.

JO chiz pe amal karna hai hame RasoolAllah  ﷺ ne bata diya hai. Agar Kabr ke upar phool rakhne me bhi koi sawab ya fayda hota to RasoolAllah  ﷺ hame zarur bata kar jate. Unhone nauzbillah ummat se koi baat chupai nahi hai.
Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya: ”Maine tumhare paas kuch nahin chhora jo tumhe Allah ke aur kareeb le aye siwaaye jo maine tumhe hukm kiya hai.”

Note:-  Ye saare ahkaam sirf us masle me hai jab ek shaks kabr par phool dalne ko Deen ka hissa samjhe. Agar koi ise Deen ka hissa na samajh kar kar raha ho ya fir sirf mayyat ki muhabbat me kar raha ho (bagair Deen ka hissa samjhe) to us par ye ahkaam nahi lagte na hi uske is amal ko biddat kaha jayega. Lekin is baat ko dhyan me rakhe ki phool dalna ziyarat e kabr ka hissa nahi nahi, Ye khud Mufti Akmal kahte hai jo barelwi fikr se talluq rakhte hai (Daleel) .

Musafa Ek Hath Se Ya Do Hath Se?


Sahih Hadeeso ki roshni me dono tariko se musafa karna sahih hai. Hame dono tariko se musafa karne ki dalail milte hai. Imam Bukhari r.h. ka bhi yahi aqida tha.

Sab se pahle hum do haath se musafa karne ke talluq se janne ki koshish karte hain. Main yaha Imam Bukhari r.h. ka tarz-e-istadlal bayan karta hoon.

Imam Bukhari r.h. ne pahle ek baab bandha- "بَابُ المُصَافَحَةِ" yani Musafa ka bayan. Is me Imam Bukhari r.h. ne teen (3) hadeese naqal ki.
Phir is ke baad ek aur baab bandha- "بَابُ الأَخْذِ بِاليَدَيْنِ"  yani 2 haath se pakadane ka bayan. Dusre baab ke saath hi Imam Bukhari r.h. ne salaf ka ek amal bayan kiya aur kaha,


وَصَافَحَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ابْنَ المُبَارَكِ بِيَدَيْهِ


"Hammad bin Zaid r.h. ne Ibne Mubarak r.h. se 2 haathao se Musafa kiya."

Fir is ke baad Imam Bukhari r.h. ne ye hadith naqal ki hai,

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا، يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَخْبَرَةَ أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، يَقُولُ عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَفِّي بَيْنَ كَفَّيْهِ التَّشَهُّدَ، كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنِي السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ

Ibn Maso’od r.a. kahte hain, RasoolAllah ﷺ ne mujhe Tashahhud sikhaya, uss waqt mera haath Ap ﷺ ke hateliyo ke darmiyan tha.

Sahih al Bukhari, Hadith- 6265.

Ab aayiye ek Haath se musafa ko samajhne ki koshish karte hain. Ek haath se musafa ke kayi dalail hai. Imam Bukhari Hadeese likhne se pahle apne baab ke baad ek waqya naqal karte hai,

۩- وَقَالَ كَعْبُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ، فَإِذَا بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَامَ إِلَيَّ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ يُهَرْوِلُ، حَتَّى صَافَحَنِي وَهَنَّأَنِي - 


 Kaab bin Malik r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Mai Masjid me aya, waha par maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko dekha. Isi beech Talhah bin ‘Ubaid r.a. uth kar mere paas aye, mujhse hath milaya aur mujhe mubarakbaad di.

Note: Upar ki hadith me Hath ka zikr hai Hatho ka nahi. To isse muraad ek hath hoga. 

۩- عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِيَدِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ- 


Abdullah bin Hisham r.a. ne kaha, Hum Allah ke Nabi ﷺ ke saath the, aur wo Umar bin khattab r.a. ko (musafa ke darmiyan) Ek haath se pakde huwa the.

Sahih al Bukhari, Hadith-6264 .

Is haidth ko Imam Bukhari r.h. ne musafa ke baab me naqal kiya hai.

Isi tarah ek hadith mein ek haath se musafa karne ke talluq se is tarah aaya hai,

إذا لقي المسلم أخاه المسلم، فأخذ بيده فصافحه، تناثرت خطاياهما من بين أصابعهما كما يتناثر ورق الشجر بالشتاء


Tarjuma:

Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, Jab ek Musalman apne Musalman bhai se mulaqat karta hai aur us ka ek haath pakadata hai aur musafa karta hai to in dono ki ungaliyaun ke darmiyan se gunah iss tarah jhadte hai jiss tarah sakt garmi ke din sookhe darakht se patte jhadate hain.

Kya Rafa Yadain Mansuqh Ho Gaya Tha?


Jo log yeh kahte hai ki Raful yadain Mansuqh ho gaya tha, asal me, unke paas koi dalail nahi hai. Ye unki ek koshish hai sunnat e nabawi ko mansukh karne ki. Jab ki Islam me sunnah chhorne ke liye nahi balki apnane ke liye hoti hai. 
Mai in shaa ALLAH is article me koshish karunga sach pesh karne ki. Mai is article me ye subut nai dunga ki RasoolAllah aur sahaba raful yadain karte the kyuki Alhamdulilah khud jo log rafa yadain nai karte wo mante hai ki RasoolAllah ne rafa yadain kiya tha. Ab is article me mai ye Dalail dunga ki RasoolAllah shuru me nai, akhir me nai balki HAMESHA!!! rafa yadain karte the.

 Sayyidina ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) say riwayat hai ke mein nay Rasool Allah ﷺ ko daikha ke, aap JAB BHI namaz ke liye kharay hotay to kandhon tak rafa’ yadain kertay, ruku kertay waqt bhi aap isi tarha kertay thay aur jab ruku say sar uthaatay to isi tarha kertay thay aur farmatay: سمع اللہ لمن حمدہ aur sajday mein aap aisa nahein kertay thay.

Sahih Bukhari (736).

Is hadith me Umar r.a. ke bete Abdullah farmate hai ki RasoolAllah jab bhi namaz padhte the wo rafa yadain karte the.

RasoolAllah aakhri Daur me rafa yadain karte the iski dalail kuch aisi hai:

Sayyidina ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) ne aik hadith mein farmaya: Nabi ﷺ ne apni zindagi k aakhri door mein humein isha ki namaz parhae phir jab aap ne salam phaira to kharay ho gayay.
[صحیح بخاری:۱۱۶، صحیح مسلم:۲۵۳۷]

Is hadith se maloom hua k Ibn-e-’Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) ne Rasool Allaah ﷺ ko aakhri door mein namaz perhtay huay daikha tha lihaaza aap ka rafa’ yadain rawaayat kerna aakhri amal hai.

Wael bin Hajar farmate hain: Main ne Nabi e Akram ko dekha, jab Aap namaz shuru karte to Allahu Akbar kehte aur apne dono’n haath uthate. Phir apne haath kapde mein dhaa’nk lete phir daya’n haath bayei’n par rakhte. Jab rukoo karne lagte to kapdo’n se haath nikalte Allahu Akbar kehte aur rafa yadain karte, jab ruku se uthte to Samee Allahu Liman Hameeda kehte aur rafa yadain karte.

Wael Bin Hajar 9 Hijri mein Rasool Allah ke paas aaey.

Aini hanafi  farmate hai: Wail Bin Hajar Madinah me 9 Hijri me Islam Qubul kiya tha.

Sahih Ibn Hibban Vol 3 page 169 hadeeth no: 1857 me ye zikr kiya gaya hai ki Wael Bin Hajar RasoolAllah s.a.w. se agle saal sard ke mausam (winter) me fir mile the (matlab 10 hijri me) aur unhone is saal bhi RasoolAllah ko Rafa yadain karte hue dekha. Sunan Abi Dawud no: 727.

 Lehaza saabit hua ke Rasool Allah 10 hijri, apne akhri daur tak rafa yadain karte the, 11 Hijri mein Nabi e Rahmat ne wafaat paai.

Ek aur nukhta gaur karne ke layk hai ki agar RasoolAllah ﷺ apne akhri daur me rafa yadain karna chor dete to Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen Rafa yadain na karte kyuki ye RasoolAllah ke daur ke baad aye the aur jo sahaba RasoolAllah ke faut hone ke baad hayat se the ye unke pairokaar the to agar RasoolAllah akhri daur me rafa yadain karna chhor dete to ye sahaba bhi jo aap ﷺ ke wafat ke baad hayat se the ye bhi rafa yadain chor dete aur fir tabaeeb aur tabaeen ko Rafa yadain ka ilm hi na hota na hi unhone sahabao se rafa yadain sikha hota. TABAEEN  KE RAFA YADAIN KARNE KI DALAIL:

Saeed bin Jubair(Tabaeen) se Namaz me Rafa yadain ke talluk se pucha gaya, unhone farmaya, Ye logo ke namaz ki Khubsurti hai aur RasoolAllah ke Sahabi r.a. namaz shuru kertay waqt, ruku say pehlay aur ruku k baad rafa’ yadain kertay thay.

Sunan Al Kubra Behaqi Vol 2 page 75 hadeeth no: 2355, Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai said Chain is authentic.

Hasan Basree (Tabaeen) ne kaha: RasoolAllah ﷺ ke sahaba ruku me aur ruku se uthne ke baad rafa yadain karte the aise jaise wo pankhe(fans) ho.

Tabe-Tabaeen bhi Rafayadain karte the:

Ayyub Al-Sukhtiyaani (rahimahullaah) k shaagird (taba taaba’e) Hammad bin Zaid (rahimahullaah) bhi shuru namaz, ruku say pehlay aur ruku k baad rafa’ yadain kertay thay.

AUR IMAM BUKHARI NE TO PURI EK KITAB TAYYAR KI HAI JUZZ RAFA YADAIN NAAM KI AUR UNHONE US KITAB ME SABIT KIYA HAI 100 SE ZYADA HADITHS LIKH KAR KI HAR MUSLIM AUR JO SUNNAH SE MUHABBAT RAKHTA HAI USE RAFAYADAIN KARNA CHAIYE. Agar RasoolAllah ﷺ Rafa yadain karna chor dete to ye bade Ulema, Muhaddith aur Imam kabhi nahi Rafa yadain karte kyuki ye sab RasoolAllah ﷺ ke baad aye the aur in ulemao, muhaddith aur imamo ko rafa yadain mansuqh hone ka ilm zarur hota kyuki in maise aksar awwal zamane ke Ulema, Imam aur Muhaddith the. Aur in maise kisi ne nahi kaha tha ki rafa yadain Mansuqh ho gaya tha balki ye sab kasrat se rafa yadain karte the.

Maloom hua ke rafa’ yadain per musalsal amal door-e-nabwi, door-e-sahaaba, door-e-taaba’een, door-e-taba taaba’een aur baad ke har zamaanay mein hota raha hai lihaaza isay mansookh ya matrook samajhna ya phir jhootay qissoon k saath iss ka mazaaq uraana asal mein hadith aur salaf saliheen k amal ka mazaaq uraana hai.

Allah se dua hai wo hame har ek sunnah se mohabbat karne ki taufeek de aur us muhabbat ko amal me lane ki taufeek de.aameen.

Khud Se Apna Aqiqah Karne Ke Ahkaam



Ismaa'il ibn Sa'eed al-Shaalanji, Imam Ahmad se puchte hai ek shaks ke bareme jiske walid ne use kaha ho ki uska  Aqiqah nai hua hai to kya wo khud se apna aqiqah kar sakta hai?

Imam Ahmad farmate hai,  "Ye uske walid ki zimmedari hai" .
Fir unse pucha gaya ki agar Wo shaks Balig hone ke baad khud apna aqiqah karna chahta ho toh?

Imam Ahmad farmate hai: Mai use na karne ko nahi kahunga na hi usko karne se Qusurwaar kahunga (Matlab karne me koi harj nahi).
