Qayamat Me Buzurgo Ki Andhadhun Pairwi Karne Walo Ka Haal


Is Tahreer ka waahid maqsad “ISLAAH” hai..

Aaj baaz bhaiyyo ko Allah ki WAHEE (Quran O Suunah) se Haq baat batai jaati hai to wo apne Firqe ke Ulema aur Durwesho ki Andha dhund pairavi karte hue bilkul Yahud O Nasarah ki tarah us Dawat ko Radd kar dete hain. Agar Log apne Firqon ke Ulma aur Durwesho ki pairavi karne ki bajaye kisi shakhs ki, wohi baat maane jo WAHI (Quran aur Sunnah) ke mutabiq ho kyu ke humari Duniya O Aakhirat me kamyaabi isi par munhassir hai..WAHI ko chhor kar, sirf halaqat hi halaqat hai.

Allah pak farmate hai, 

Aur jab in se kaha jata hai ke Allah Taalaa ne jo nazil farmaya hain us (yaani Quran) ki taraf aur Rasool ki taraf aao toh wo kahtae hain hum ko wahi kaafi hai jiss par Hum ney apney baap-dadao ko paya, kya agarcheh inn kay baap-dada na kuch samajh rakhtay ho aur na hidayat rakhte hon.

Surah 5 ayat 104.

Aur fir isi ka Anjaam Allah pak Quran me bayan karte hai,

Aur wo kahenge "Aye hamare Rab! Humne apne sardaron aur apne badon ki maani jinho ne hame rahe raast se bhatka diya. Parwardigar! Tu inhe dugna azaab de aur inpar bohat badi laanat nazil farma."

(Surah ahzaab.ayat:67-68)

.. wo kahenge ki Aey humaray Rab! Humen jinno aur insano se wo (buzurgo ko) dikha jinhon ne hume gumrah kiya (takay) hum unhe apne qadmo talay raunde ...

Surah 41, ayat 29.

Allah pak haq kah kar naseehat karte hai

Shaitan ne toh tum mein se boht sari makhlooq ko bahka diya tha. Toh Kya tumne aqal nahi istemal kiya?.

Surah 36, ayat-62.

Ab mai apni baat ek ayat se khatm karta hu..

Baaz log aisay bhi hain jo Allah ka shareek auron ko thehra kar us se aisi mohabbat rakhtay hain jaisi mohabbat Allah se honi chahaiye lekin jo eeman wale hai wo Allah ki mohabbat me boht sakht hote hain.

Khula’ Ki Taareef Aur Iska Tarika


Biwi mua'wiza dee kar alahida ho to ise Khula kaha jata hai. Is tarah qhawind mua'wiza lekar apni biwi ko chorde chahe wo ye maher jo ki qhawind ne dia tha wo ho ya isse zyada aur ya fir kam ho.

Iski daleel Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa ka farmaan hai:

Aur tumhare liye halal nahi ke tum ne jo kuch inhe dia hai is me se kuch wapis le loo magar ye ke wo dono isse khaufzada hoo ke wo Allah ta'ala ki hudood ko qa'im nahi rakh sakenge, to phir in par koi gunah aur jurm nahi ke wo iska fidya dee.

Surah Baqara, ayat-299.

Sunnat e Nabawi  me iski daleel Sabit bin Shimaas r.z. ki biwi ki hadees hai:

Sabir bin Shimaas r.z. ki biwi Nabi ﷺ ke paas aayi aur kahne lagi, "Aye Allah ke Rasool mai Sabit ibn Qays par koi dini ya aqhlaqi a'ib nahi lagaty, lekin mai Musalman hone ke baad koi kufr nahi karni chahti. To Nabi ne ise farmaya ke Kya tum inka Baagh wapis karogi? Kyuki Ye Baagh unhone ise maher me diya tha, to wo kehne lagy "Ji haan".
Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: Apna Baagh Qubool karlo aur ise chhordo.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadith- 5273.

Ulema e karaam ne is qisse se ye istenbaat kiya hai ke jab aurat apne qhawind ke sath rahne ki taqat na rakhe to Wali ul Amr aur Qaazi iske qhawind se khula talab kare balke ise khula ka hukm de.

KHULA KI SURAT YE HAI KE:

Khawind ke iwaz me kuch le ya fir wo kisi iwaz par muttafiq hojaye aur fir khawind apni biwi ko kahe ke mai ne tujhe chordiya ya qula kar liya is tarah ke dusre alfaaz kahe.

Aur talaq Khawind ka haq hai ye is waqt tak waqa'e nahi ho sakti jab tak wo talaq na dee, isliye ke Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai, "Talaq iska haq hai jo pindli ko pakadta hai",
(Ya'ani khawind).

Sunan ibn Majah, Hadith-2081.

Allama Albani r.h. ne Irwa’ al-Ghaleel me ise hasan qaraar dia hai,2041.

Is liye Ulema e karam ne ye kaha hai ke: Jise apni biwi ko talaq dene par zulm ke sath majboor kiya jaye aur isne talaq de di to iski ye talaq waq'aee nahi hogy, dekhe al-Mughni- 10/352.

Aur Aap ne jo ye zikr kia hai ke ba'az auqaat biwi hukumaty kawaneen ke mutabiq apne ap ko talaq de de, to iske baare me hum kahenge ke: Agar tu ye kisi aise sabab ki bina par hai jiski bina par talaq mubah hojaty hai, Masalan agar wo khawind ko na pasand karne lage aur iske sath zindagy na guzaar sake ya fir khawind ke fisq wa fujoor aur haram kaam karne ki jur'at karne ke bina par ise Deeni ai'tbaar se na pasand karne lage wagairah, To ise Talaq ka mutaleba karne me koi harj nahi.
Lekin aisi halat me wo khawind se khula karle aut iska diya hua maher wapis karde.

Aur agar wo talaq ka mutaleba kisi sabab ke bagair kare to aisa karna iske liye jayez nahi aur is halat me adaalat ka talaq ke mutalliq faisla sharayi nahi hoga balke aurat badasutoor is admi ki biwi hi rahegy.

To yaha par ek mushkil pesh aati hai ke Kanooni taur par to ye aurat mutliqa(divorcee) shumaar hogi aur id'dat guzarne ke baad aur kahi shadi karle gi lekin haqeeqat me biwi ko talaq hui hi nahi.

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen r.h. ne is jaise masle me kuch is tarah kaha hai: "Ab hamare samne ek mushkil hai, iski zaujiyat aur asmath me rahte hue kahi aur shadi karna iske liye haram hai aur zahiri taur par adaalat ke hukm ke mutabiq ise talaq ho chuki hai aur jab iddat khatam hojaye to kahi aur shadi kar sakti hai.

To meri raaye ye hai ki is mushkil se nikalne ke liye zaroory hai ke ahl e khair aur islaah karne wale loog zaroor is masle me dakhal de taa'ke khawind aur biwi ke darmiyaan sulah ho sake, warna wo aurat apne khawind ko i'waz adaa karde ta'ake sharai taur par khula ho sake.

Qunoot e Naazela

Fuqaha ne Qunut ki taareef ye ki hai, "Namaz me qayam ke andar makhsoos jagah me Dua ka naam hai".

Jab Musalman musibat ka shikaar ho toh Musalmano ke liye mashroo hai ki paanch namaz maise farz namaz ki aakhri rakat me ruku ke baad duae Qunut kare hatta ke Allah taala inse wo musibat dur karde aur Musalman ko najat dede.

Rasool Allah ﷺ jab kisi par bad dua ya nek dua ka iraada farmate to aaqhri rakat ke rukoo ke baad (Same’e Allahu Liman Hameeda Rabbana Lakal Hamd kahne ke baad dua farmate.

(Bukhari: al Tafseer 4560 – Muslim: al Masaajid 675)

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne 1 maah tak 5 namazo’n mein ruku ke baad qunoot e nazela padhi aur Sahaba Aap ke peeche aameen kahte the.

(Abu Dawood: al Witr 1443) Ise Imam Haakim, Imam Zahabi aur Imam Ibne Khuzaima ne Saheeh kaha.

QUNUT E NAZILA KI DUA


Allâhummaghfir Lilmu’minina Wal Mu’minât, Wal Muslimina Wal Muslimât, Wa Allif Bayna Qulübihim, Wa Aslih Dhâta Baynihim, Wansurhum Alâ Aduwwika Wa Ala Aduwwihim Allâhummal An Kafarata Ahlil Kitâbil-ladhina Yukadh-dhibüna Rusulak, Wa Yuqâtiluna Awliyâ-’ak. Allâhumma Khâlif Bayna Kalimati-him, Wazaizil Aqdãmahum Wa Anzil Bihim Ba’sakal Ladhi Lâ Tarudduhu Anil Qawmil Mujrimin. –

Aye Allah! Hame aur Tamaam Momin Mardo’n, Momin Aurato’n, Musalman Mardo’n aur Musalman Aurato’n ko Baqshde aur Inke Dilo’n Mein Ulfat Daal de. Inki (Baahami) Islaah Farmaade. Apne Aur Inke Dushmano’n Ke Khilaaf Inki Madad Farma. Aey Allah! Kaafiro’n Ko Apni Rahmat Se Door Kar Jo Teri Raah Se Rokte, Tere Rasoolo’n Ko Jhutlaate Aur Tere Dosto’n Se Ladte Hain. Aey Allah! Inke Darmiyan Phoot Daal de Inke Qadm Dagmagaade Aur In Par Apna Wo Azaab Utaar Jise Tu Mujrim Qaum Se Nahee Taala Karta.

(Sunan Baihaqi, V2 P 210,211) Aur Imam Baihaqi ne Saheeh kaha.

Qunut e Nazila me zaruri nahi ki sirf yahi dua kare. Khud ki bhi ya koi aur dua situation ke mutabik bhi kar sakte hai. Imam Nawawi farmate hai,

"Sahih aur Mashhoor ye hai jisko Jamhoor ulema ne katahi taur par ki ye mutaeen nahi (yaani inhi alfaz ke sath dua e qunut mutaeen nahi) balki har dua ke sath ho sakti hai."

Isnad E Hadith Deen Ka Hissa Hai


Hazrat Abdullah bin Usman farmate hai ki maine Abdullah bin Mubarak ko farmate hue suna ki Isnad e Hadith Deen ka hissa hai. Aur agar Isnad na hote to har aadmi apni marzi ka Deen bayan kar deta. Abu Ishaq Ibraheem bin Eesa farmate hai maine Abdullah bin Mubarak ke samne ek hadith bayan ki. Hadith sun kar unhone farmaya ye hadith kiski riwayat hai, Maine kaha Shahab bin Kharash ki. To unhone farmaya ke wo siqah hai. Fir un hone kaha Shahab ne kisse riwayat ki hai? Maine kaha Hajaj bin Dinar se. Unhone farmaya ki wo bhi siqah hai. To unhone farmaya ke Hajaj ne kisse riwayat ki? Maine kaha ki wo kahta hai ki Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya. Toh Hazrat ibn Mubarak ne farmaya. Aey Abu Ishaq, Hajaj aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ke darmiyan to itna taweel jungle (yani zamana) hai, jis ko tay karte karte Unnto (camel) ki gardane thak jayengi (yaani ye hadith to munqate hai matlab bich me ek raawi nahi hai).

Is hadith ki mazeed wazahat:

Unke kahne ka matlab hai ki Hajjaj ne RasoolAllah se kaise riwayat kar diya jab ki un ke bich ka zamana boht zyada hai, bich maise ek raawi miss hai aur isliye ye hadith qabil e qubool nahi hai. Halaanke ke banda (Tabayee) siqah hai lekin fir bhi ye riwayat nahi qabile qubul hai kyuki bich ke ek raawi miss hai.
Hamare muashre me to kahte hai ki Imam Abu Hanifa r.h. ne farmaya, fula r.h. ne farmaya. Ye dekhe Abdullah bin Mubarak jo Imam Abu Hanifa ke shagird hai wo kah rahe hai ki kayi jungle hai bich me RasoolALlah ﷺ tak pohchne ke liye. Lekin ye jungle ko baaz Hanafi log ne paar kar liye hai jo 400 saal the aur Hidaya likh kar pare maari aur kaha ki Imam Abu HAnifa ne farmaya jab ki iski koi sanad hi nahi hai. Imam Abu Hanifa ki hadith le kar aye ham manenge lekin un ke zaati aqwal to hamare liye Hujjat nahi hai.

Asr Se Pahle Char Rakat Padhne Ki Fazilat


Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs Asr se pahle 4 rakat (sunnat) padhe, Allah is par rahmat kare.’

Sunan Tirmizi, al Salah, hadith- 430 – Abu Dawood: Abwab al Tatwoo 1271) Ise Imam Ibn e Khuzaima, Imam Ibn e Hibban aur Imam Nawawi ne Saheeh kaha.

Namaz Asr se pahle char rakat (sunnat) namaz ada karne wala shaks RasoolAllah ﷺ ki dua apne hisse me sametna hai aur Nabi ﷺ ka amal mubarak bhi yahi tha ki Aap Asr ki farz namaz se pahle char rakat (do-do kar ke) ada farmate:

Ali r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ Asr se pahle 4 rakat padhte the aur 2 rakat ke baad tasshahud aur dua padh kar salam pherte the.

Char Sunnate Do-do Karke Padhna Afzal Hai


۩ Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Raat aur din ki (sunnat, nawafil) namaz do (2) do (2) rakatei’n (padhi jaati) hai.’

(Abu Dawood: Abwab al Tatwoo 1295) Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise Saheeh kaha.

Is hadith se malum hua hai ki char sunnate do-do karke do salaamo ke sath padhni chaiye.

۩ Naafe (Tabaee) se riwayat hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. din ko char-char rakate (sunnat) padhte the.

Musannaf ibn Abi Shaiba, Volume-2, page- 274, Hadith- 6634. Sanad Hasan.

Naafe riwayat karte hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. raat ko do-do rakate aur din ko char rakat (nawafil) padhte the, fir salaam ferte the.

Musannaf Abdul Razzak, 2/501, Hadith- 4225. Sanad Hasan.

Is hadith se malum hua ki ek salaam me char sunnat padhna bhi jayez hai. Lekin behtar yahi hai ki Marfu hadith ki wajah se witr ke alawah tamam sunnate aur nawafil do-do karke padhi jaye.

۩ Hasan al Basri rahmatullah alaihe farmate hai: “صلوۃالنھار رکعتان رکعتان” Din ki namaaz do-do rakate hai.

Nikah Ki Raat Do Rakate Padhna


Nikah Ki Raat Ko Do Rakat Namaz Kaise Padhi Jaye?

Alhamdulillah ..

Sabse pahle :

Kuch ulemao ne nikah wali raat me  biwi se milne se pahle do rakat namaz padhna mustahab samjha hai, aur is muamle me Nabi ﷺ se koi tareeka sabit nahi hai balki kuch sahaba raziallaho anhuma se riwayate milti hai:

۩1. Abu Usayd ke aazad karda Gulam Abu Sa‘eed se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine shadi ki jabki mai gulam tha, toh maine Nabi ﷺ ke kuch sahabao ko dawat diya jinme Ibn Masood, Abu Zarr aur Huzaifa r.a. bhi the. Wo kahte hai: Unhone mujhe sikhate hue farmaya : Jab tumhare pas tumari biwi ko laya jaye to tum do rakat namaz padho, fir tum Allah taa'la se us chiz ke liye bhalai ki dua mango jo tumhare pas ayi hai, aur uske burai se Allah se panah mango, fir tum apni biwi ke nazdeek jao.

  Narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah in al-Musannaf (3/401) and ‘Abd al-Razzzaaq in al-Musannaf(6/191). Shaykh al-Albaani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Its isnaad to Abu Sa‘eed is saheeh.

Adaab al-Zafaaf, p. 22.

۩2. Shaqeeq se riwayat hai ki unhone kaha: Ek aadmi Abdullah (ibn Masood r.a.) ke paas aya jise Abu Jareer kaha jata tha, toh usne kaha : Maine ek naujawan ladki se shady ki hai aur mujhe ye dar hai ki wo mujhe na-pasand karegi. Wo kahte hai ki toh Abdullah ne kaha: Muhabbat Allah ki taraf se hai aur napasandagi shaitan ke taraf se hai, wo chahta hai ki Allah ne tumhare liye jo chiz halal kar diya hai use tumhare nazdeek napasandida bana de, Isliye Jab wo tumhare pas aye toh use hukm do ki wo tumhare piche do rakat namaz padhe. 

Narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah in al-Musannaf (3/402); ‘Abd al-Razzaaq in al-Musannaf(6/191); al-Tabaraani in al-Mu‘jam al-Kabeer, 9/204. 

Shaykh al-Albaani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Its isnaad is saheeh. End quote. 

Adaab al-Zafaaf, p. 24

Sheikh ibn Baaz se pucha gaya ki : Log kahte hai ki shady ke liye ek namaz hai, aur use sunnat ya shady ki sunnat ka naam dete hai, aur wo jama (sex) se pahle hai, aur wo ye kahte hai ki : Do rakat namaz padhi jaye aur uske baad jama kiya jaye. Hamse mashroo kare, shukriya.

Unhone jawab diya:

"Is silsile me kuch sahaba se Hadeese riwayat hai ki jama karne se pahle do rakat namaz padhi jaye, lekin is bare me koi aesi hadith nahi hai jis par sehat ke aetbar se bharosa kiya ja sake, agar wo do rakat padhta hai jaisa ki kuch salaf ne kiya hai to isme koi baat nahi hai, aur agar wo aesa nahi karta hai tab bhi koi baat nahi, aur is silsile me muamla wasih hai, aur mai is bareme koi sunnat nahi janta jis par bharosa kiya jaa sake. End quote.


Dusra:

Jaha tak use buland aawaz se ya dhimi aawaz se padhne ke hukm ka muamla hai: Toh agar wo raat ko padhi ja rahi ho toh buland awaz se padhi jayegi, aur agar din ke waqt padhi ja rahi ho to dhimi awaz se padhi jayegi. In do rakat me Quran ka koi bhi hissa padha ja sakta hai.

Teesra

Jaha tak dua ka sawal hai to woh apne hath ko uske sir ke samne ke hisse (Peshani) par rakh kar kahe:

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ"


Allaahumma inni as’aluka khayraha wa khayra ma jalabtaha ‘alayhi wa a‘oodhi bika min sharriha wa min sharri ma jabaltaha ‘alayhi "

Ae Allah, mai tujhse iski bhalai aur us bhalai ki dua karta hu jis par tu ne ise paida kiya hai, aur mai iske shar aur us shar se tere panah me aata hu jis par tune ise paida kiya hai.

Narrated by Abu Dawood (2160); classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Sunan Abi Dawood.

Aur hamare ilm ke mutabik, hadith me is dua ka waqt ka bayan nahi hua hai, isliye chahe to use do rakat namaz padhne se pahle padhe ya uske baad.

Aur Allah sab se behtar janta hai.
