Bagair Jama Aurat ki Mani Kharij Hona

 Alhmdulillah..

Jab jama (intercourse) ke bagair aurat ki mani kharij ho to use ghusl karna hoga, kyuki Rasool ﷺ ne aurat ko pani dekhne ki haalat me ghusl karne ka hukm diya hai, jaisa ke niche di hui hadees me hai:

۩ Umme Salmah r.a. bayan karti hai ke Abu Talha ki biwi Umme Sulaim r.a. Rasool ﷺ ke paas aayi aur arz karne lagi,

'Aye Allah ke Rasool, Yaqeenan Allah taala haq bayan karne se nahi sharmaata, kya jab aurat ko ihtehlam ho toh woh ghusal karegi?'

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Ji haan!, jab woh pani dekhe.'

Muwatta Imam Malik (1/51), Sahih al Bukhaari (282) aur Sunan Nasaai (1/197).

Is hadees me Rasool ﷺ ne aurto ko hukm diya hai ke jab woh paani jo mani hai dekhe toh ghusl kare.

۩ Imam Baghawi r.h. kahte hai,

'Ghusl janabat do umoor mein se ek ke sath wajib hota hai:

Ya to mard ke sharmgaah ka agla hissa (tip of the penis) aurat ki sharmgaah me gayab ho jaye, ya phir mard ya aurat se chalakne waala paani kharij ho.

Ahle ilm ka kahna hai ke jab tak yeh yaqeen nah ho ke nami chalakne waale pani se hai, tab tak ghusl wajib nahi hoga.'

Sharh al-Sunnah, 2/9.

۩   Ibn Qudaamah r.h. kahte hai:

'Nabi ﷺ ne ghusl ko pani se jodte hue farmaya hai :

'Agar tum pani dekho, aur agar pani bahar aa gaya ho to ghusl karo.'

Chunanche is ke bagair (ghusl ka) hukm saabit nahi hoga .'

Al-Mughni, 1/200.

۩ Hafiz ibn Hajr r.h. kahte hai:

'Is me daleel hai ke agar aurat ka inzaal ho (emit fluid) toh us par ghusal wajib hoga.'

Fath al Baari ,1/389.

۩ Ibn Rajab ka kahna hai,

'Yeh hadees zahir karti hai ke jab aurat khawab me ahtehlam dekhe, aur bedaar ho kar pani dekhe toh use ghusl karna hoga, jamhoor Ulema karam ka maslak yahi hai, is me koi ikhtilaf nahi, sirf imam Nakhi r.h. is ke mukhalif hai, aur yeh shaz (odd) hai.'

Al Fath, 1/338.

Chunanche Nabi ﷺ ki yeh hadees wazeh hai, woh yeh ke aurat ka sirf pani kharij hona chahe woh thoda ho ya zyada, ghusl wajib karta hai.

Is bina par aurat ki sharmgah se pani kharij hona jab woh kharij hone ko mahsoos kare chahe woh thoda ho ya zyada, ghusl ko wajib karta hai is liye use ghusl karna hoga, jaisa ki upar ki hadees me bataya gaya hai.

Aur is mein wuzu karna kaafi nahi, lekin agar woh aesa pani ho jisme ghusl ki zarurat nahi hai jaise mazi ka kharij hona toh phir wuzu kaafi hoga.

Apni Biwi Ko Kisi Aur Ka Mohtaj Na Banaye


Apni biwi ko kisi aur ka mohtaj na banaye. Har Mahine biwi ko zaati kharch lazmi diya karein.

Hamare Muashre ke aksar gharo me ye muamla paaya jata hai ke agar biwi shauhar se jeb-kharch (pocket money) ke waaste kuch paiso ka mutalba kare to samne se jawab milta hai ke, 'Tum kya karogi paiso ka?
Har chiz tumhe mil toh jati hai,
Sab kuch laakar to deta hun,
Jo mangwana ho batado, mai ladunga,
Fuzul paise nahi hai mere pass..'

Matlab duniya bhar ki taqreere shuru kar denge magar majaal hai kuch paise nikaal kar biwi ke haath me rakh de ke shayd use kuch zarurt ho.

Phir wo bechari majboor ho kar apne maa baap ke samne hath phailati hai, kabhi bahno se sawal karti hai to kabhi dosto se udhar mangti hai. Wallahi ye baat samjh se bahar hai ke Shauhar hazraat ye baat kaise gawara karlete hai ke meri biwi mere hote hue dusro se paise mangti phire.

Zahir si baat hai ke wo bhi insan hai, uski bhi zaruriyaat hai, ba hasiyat Insan uska bhi kahee kuch kharch karne ka dil karta hai, Apni pasand se koi chiz khareedne ka dil karta hoga, Apne Waledain, bahen bhai ya saheli wagaira ko kuch dene ka dil karta hoga, Sadqah khairaat karne ka dil karta hoga, kisi gareeb ki madad karne ka dil karta hoga, Is baat ka bhi dil karta hoga ke kuch paise mere pass har waqt maujud rahe jo kabhi bhi kisi majburi me kaam aajaye.

Wo Apke liye apna ghar baar, Maa baap, Bhai bahen sab chhod kar aayi hai, Usne apne apko aur apni zindagi ko aapke hawale kar diya, Ab wo khud kamane toh kahee jaati nahi lehaza uski har zururiyaat aapke zimme hai.

Ham bahar dosto ke sath, restaurants me aur aisi kayi fuzuliyat par hazaro rupaye uda dete hai aur jab biwi kuch paise maang le to tarha tarha ki baatein sunaane lag jate hai.

Yaad rakhiye biwi se jeb kharch ka hisab mangne se bad-aetemadi paida hoti hai. Biwi ke sath sakhawat ka muzahera karein, Bakhil (kanjoos) na bane.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolulllah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Agar Ek Deenar tum Allah ki rah me kharch karo, ek deenar Gulam aazad karne ke liye kharch karo, ek deenar Miskeen ko sadqah do aur ek Deenar Ahl o ayaal (family) par kharch karo toh afzaliyat ke aetebar se sabse afzal Deenar Ahl o ayaal par kharch kiya gaya hoga.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab al zakat (12), hadees no- 2311.

۩ Sad bin abi Waqqas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Beshak tumhe har us cheez ka ajar milega jo tum Allah ke liye kharch karo, yaha tak ke us par bhi jo (niwala) tum apni biwi ke muh me daalo.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al eemaan (2), hadees 56.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Sabse kamil Momin wo hai jiske akhlaq sabse behtar ho aur tum me sabse behtar wo hai jo apni biwiyo ke liye behtar ho.'

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al riza (12), hadees 1162 | Ise Darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

Allah swt amal ki taufeeq ata farmaye. Ameen Ya Rabbul Aalameen.

Paak Hone ke Baad Khoon ke Katre Aane Se Haiz Shumaar Nahi Hoga

Sawal: Maine Ramzan al mubarak ke chaar roze rakhe toh mujhe haiz aagaya, aur haiz khatam hone ke baad maine dobarah roze rakhna shuru kiye lekin khoon ke kuch katre aaye aur phir ruk gaye jab mai ghusal kar ke roze rakhti toh dobarah katre aane lagte aur saara ramzan hi aise hota raha. Baraye maherbani ye bataye ki is ke mutallik kya hukm hai?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

"Agar aisa hi hai jaisa aap bayan kar rahi hai, toh paak hone ke baad aane waale khoon ke katre haiz shumar nahi honge kyuke yeh khoon jaari nahi rahta, is liye yeh haiz ke hukm me nahi shumar hoga.

Aap ke liye roza rakhna aur namaz ki pabandi karna zaruri hai, har namaz ke liye aap wuzu kare, jis tarha saari istehaza waali aurte karti hai, aur musalsal peshab hone waali mareez karti hai, aap ne jo un ayyaam mein roze rakhhe hai woh roze sahih hai.

Allah taala hi taufeq dene waala hai, aur Allah taalaa hamare Nabi Muhammad ﷺ par aur unki aal aur sahaba karaam par apni rahmate nazil farmaye.

Pichle Haiz ke Hafte Baad Dobara Haiz Shuru Ho Jaana

Sawal: Maine hamal ki goliya (contraceptive pills) istemaal ki lekin inhe sahih taur par istemal na kar saki jis ki wajah se sabiqa haiz ke ek hafta baad phir haiz ka khoon shuru hogaya, toh kya is ka bhi hukm haiz jaisa hi hoga?

 Jawab 

Ji haan. Is ka hukm bhi aadati (maheene me) aane wali mahwari jaisa hi hoga, kyunke aurat se kharij hone wala khoon asal mein haiz ka hi hota hai jab tak ke istehaza ((irregular non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) ka khoon zahir nah ho jaaye.

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen r.h. se upar ka sawal pucha gaya,

'Ek aurat ko pahli haiz ke nau (9) din baad dobarah haiz ka khoon aana shuru hogaya toh is ka hukm kya hoga?'

Toh Shaykh ka jawab tha:

'Jab bhi haiz ka khoon aaye toh woh haiz hi shumaar hoga, chahe is ki darmiyani muddat kam ho ya zyada, lihza jab aurat haiz ke paanch ya che ya phir das din baad dobarah khoon aajaye to woh namaz chor degi kyun ke yeh haiz hi hai, aur is‬ tarha jab bhi use haiz aaye woh namaz nahi padhegi.' end quote.

Azan Hone Par Sar ke Baal ko Dhaanpna

۞ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen se Sawal kiya gaya,

'Jab Muazzin namaz ke liye azan deta hai aur us waqt ek khwateen ka baal dhanpa nahi hai jab wo apne ghar me ya fir uske family ke ghar me, ya fir pados ke ghar me ho, jaha use koi nahi dekh sakta siwaye mahram ke ya dusri aurto ke, kya ye haraam hai? Kya farishte azan hone tak us par lanat karte hai?'

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen farmate hai,

'Ye Sach nahi hai. Ek khwateen, namaz ke azaan ke dauran bhi apne baal bina dhanpe rakh sakti hai, jab tak ke kisi namahram ki nazar us par na pade. Lekin agar use namaz padhna hai, fir use saare jism siwaye uske chehre ko, albatta bohut se ulema ne iski ijazat bhi di hai ki wo apne hatheliyo aur paao ko bhi bina dhanpe rakh sakti hai. Lekin ahtiyat ke tahat use ye bhi dhaanpna chahiye, siwaye uske chehre ko, isko khula rakhne me koi harj nahi hai. Ye us waqt hai jab koi na-mahram uske aas paas nahi hai; lekin agar koi hai toh use apne chehre bhi dhanpna chahiye kyuki ye uske liye jayz nahi ki wo apne chehre apne shauhar ya mahram ke alawa kisi ke saamne khole. Baalo Pe Mehndi Laga kar Sar ka Masah Karna


Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen se sawaal kiya gaya,

'Agar aurat ne apne sar par mehndi ka lep kar rakha ho (mehndi laga rakha ho), toh kya wo us par masah kar sakti hai?'

 Jawab 

'Jab aurat sar par mehndi wagaira lagaye toh woh is par masah karegi aur is mehndi ko utaarne ki koi zarurat nahi, Nabi ﷺ se saabit hai ke Aap ne ahram ki haalat me baalo par kisi chiz ka lep laga rakha tha, chunanche sar par jo lagaya jaaye woh sar ke baal ka hissa ban jata hai, yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke sar ki taharat me sahoolat hai.'

Kya Aurat (Pahle) Shawwal ke 6 Roze Rakhe Ya Qaza Ramzan Se Shuru Kare?

Alhamdulillah..

Jab Aap hadees me warid shuda ajar wa sawaab hasil karna chahti ho jo ke niche di gai hadees me hai:

“Jis ne Ramzan ke roze rakhne ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhe toh ye aesa hai jaise pure saal ke roze ho.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab al sawm ﴾13﴿, hadees- 2758.

Is liye aurat ko chahiye ke wo pahle Ramzan ul mubarak ke roze mukammal kare aur fir shawaal ke chay (6) roze rakhe taa ke hadees ke mutabik amal ho sake aur se mazkoorah ajar wa sawaab haasil ho.

Lekin agar woh pahle shawaal ke che roze rakhe aur ramzan ki qaza ko moakhhar (delay) kar de toh bhi jaiz hai lekin Ramzan ki qaza aane waale Ramzan se pahle pahle muqammal karna zaruri hai.

Haiza Aurto Ki Lailatul Qadr Me Ibadat


Alhamdulillah..

Haiza aurte saari ibadat kar sakti hai siwae Namaz, Roza, Tawaf e Kaba, aur Aetikaaf baithne ke. In char chizo ko chor kar Haiza aurte saari ibadate kar sakti hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki ek hajj me mai haiza ho gai, toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Baitullah ke tawaf ke alawa baaki har wo kaam karo jo haji karta hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al haiz (6), hadees- 293.

۩ Umm Atiyya r.a. farmati hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Haiz wali aurto ko bhi Eid ke roz Eidgaah jaane ka hukm diya taaki wo logo ke takbiro ke sath takbire kahe aur un ki duae ke sath duae kare lekin namaz na padhe.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al haiz (6), hadees- 324.

۞ Wo khas kar in Ibadaat me mashgool ho sakti hai


2. Zikr jaise Subhaan Allaah, La ilaaha illallaah, alhamdulillah, wagaira.

3. Istighfaar (maghfirat ki dua karna), is alfaz ko dohraana: 'Astaghfirullaah' (Mai Allah se maghfirat maangti hu).

4. Dua maangna:

Wo Allah se is dunya aur akhirat ki bhalayi ke liye dua maang sakti hai. Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Dua ek ibadat hai'. (Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ul dua, hadees- 3372 | hasan sahih)

Haiza aurte shab e qadr me ye saari ibadaat kar sakti hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame wo amal karne ki taufeeq ata kare jisse wo khush ho aur hamse raazi ho jaye. aameen.

Ramzan ke Aakhri Das Dino Me Haiz Rokne ke Liye Goliya Lena


 Sawal 

Agar kisi aurat ko ramzan al mubarak ke aakhri das (10) dino me haiz aana ho toh kya woh haiz ko rokne ki goliya istemaal kar sakti hai taa ke un afzal ayyaam me ibadat kar sake?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulillah..

Yeh sawaal fazilatus Shaykh Muhammad ibn Uthameen r.h. ke saamne pesh kiya gaya toh un ka jawab tha,

'Hamari raaye me Allah taala ki ibadat karne ke liye woh yeh goliya istemaal na kare kyuki haiz ek aesi cheez hai jo Allah taala ne Adam ki betiyo par muqarrar kar diya hai.

Hajj e alvida ke mauke par Ayesha r.a. ne Umra ka ahraam baandha aur makkah pahuchne se pahle hi inhe haiz aagaya, chunanche Rasool ﷺ un ke paas aaye toh Ayesha r.a. ro rahi thi, Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Tum kyu ro rahi ho?' To unhone Nabi ﷺ ko bataya ke inhe haiz shuru ho gaya hai, toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Yeh ek aesi cheez hai jo Allah taala ne Adam a.s. ki betiyo par likh di hai.'

Chunanche haiz in ke ikhtiyar me nahi hai, agar haiz ramzan ke aakhri ashre me aa jaaye toh use Allah taala ki taqdeer par mutmayeen rahna chahiye, aur woh yeh goliya istemaal mat kare kyuki mere ilm me aaya hai ke mere motabar doctor ne bataya hai ke yeh goliya aurat ke raham (uterus) aur khoon ke liye nuksaan-daye hai, aur baaz auqaat bachhe ki badsoorti ka baais bhi banti hai, is liye meri raaye hai ke un golio se ijtinab kiya jaaye, aur agar haiz aa jaye to woh namaz aur roza tark kar de, kyunke yeh uske apne haath me nahi, balke Allah tala ki takdeer ke sath hai.'

Kaafi Saal Se Haiz ke Chhode Hue Rozo ki Qaza ke Ahkaam

Mustaqil fatwa committee se ye sawal kiya gaya:

'Ek saathh (60) saal ki aurat kayi saal tak haiz ke ahkaam se la-ilm thi, aur aam logo se sun rakha tha ke rozo ki qaza nahi, is gumaan ki bina par unhone rozo ki qaza nahi ki. Is ka hukm kya hai?'

Committee ka jawab tha,

'Unhe Allah taala ki janib ruju karte hue tawba wa istighfaar karni chahiye ke inhone ahle ilm se yeh masla nahi pucha, is ke sath sath in par un ayyaam ki qaza bhi hai jo inhone haiz ki wajah se roze nahi rakhhe.

Unke mutabik jitne roze chhute hai un ayyaam ki qaza me roze rakhhe aur agar un me istetaat ho toh har din ke badle me ek miskeen ko khana bhi de de jo ki aadha 'Saa' gandum (gehu) ya khujur ya chawal wagaira, jo us ke mulk me khaya jata ho, lekin agar wo khana dene ki istetaat nahi rakhti toh unhe iski zarurat nahi hai aur sirf rozo ki qaza hi kaafi ho jayegi.'

Family Planning | Operation Karwana | Nas-bandi | Abortion | Pills

Assalamualaikum w RahmatUllahi w brakatuhu..

Islam logo ko Shadi biyah aur Aulad paida karne ki targheeb deta hai taake Ummat e Muslimah ki taadaad me izafa ho, Aur Nabi ﷺ  ko Qayamat ke din diger tamam aqwam ke saamne fakhr ho.

۞ Bachhe na ho isliye Operation karwa lena

Nikah me Shariah ka ek maqsad ye hai ke bachhe paida karein aur nasal e insani ko mustaqil banaye.

Lehaza aisa koi bhi kaam jaiz nahi hai jo mustaqil taur par aulad paida karne se bachaye, siwaye zarurt ke muamlat me.

۩ Kis Surton me Operation ki Ijazat hai

Agar Doctors ke mutabik zyada bachhe paida karne se aurat ko nuqsan pahonchega, Ya uski bimari me izafa ho jayega, Ya ye andesha hai ke pregnancy ya delivery aurat ki maut ka sabab banegi toh fir shauhar ki razamandi (permission) ke sath hamal (pregnancy) rokna jaiz hai.

Shaykh Ibn e Baaz r.h. se ek aisi aurat ke bare me pucha gaya jisne das (10) bachho ko janam diya tha aur kisi aur hamal (pregnancy) ki wajah se use nuqsan pahunchega to wo aurat shauhar ki ijazat se operation karwa sakti hai aur apne nalko (tubes) ko bandhwa sakti hai.

Dekhye temporary taur par hamal (pregnancy) rokna aur mukhtalif wasail (sources) ka istemal karna zarurat aur sharait ke lehaz se haram nahi hai.

Dekhye Mazhab e Islam bahut hikmat waala mazhab hai. Aur jo bhi hame hukum diya jata hai aur jis baat se roka jata hai usme hamara hi fayeda hota hai.

Wo log jo nasbandi karwa lete hai unka ye amal jaiz nahi hai balke haram hai, Kyuke isme insan ka bachha paida karne ki salahiyat aur quwwat ko khatam kar diya jata hai.

Aksar aisa bhi hota hai ke Maa baap nasbandi karwa baithe hai aur jo unke bachhe the unka inteqal ho jata hai toh is tarha toh wo hamesha ke liye aulad se mahrum ho jate hai.

Aur kabhi aisa bhi hota hai ke aurat ne nasbandi karwali aur uske shauhar ka inteqal ho gaya ya use Talaq ho gayi aur us Aurat ne dusri shadi ki aur dusra shauhar apni aulaad ka khwahishmand ho,

Ya ye bhi ho skta hai ke mard ne nasbandi karwali aur uski biwi ka inteqal hogaya ya talaq ho gayi aur phir wo dusri shadi karta hai aur ab nayi biwi aulad ki khwahishmand ho.

۞ Temporary Taur Par Bachho ki Rok-tham ke Mukhtalif Tarike Aur Unki Ijazat

Ek mahdood (limited) muddat tak hamal ki rok tham ke zaraaye (sources) ka istemal ki ijazat hai, Is shart par ke ye nuqsandah asraat se paak ho.

1- Injection Lagwana

Aap temporary taur par Pregnancy ki rok tham ke liye Injection ke bare me kisi Qabil e Aetemad Doctor se ruju kar sakti hai.

2- Birth Control Pills ka Istemal

Jab tak Aurat in 2 sharait par puri nahi utarti use pills ke istemal ki ijazat nahi hai.

1- Pregnancy se usko Jismani kamzori ya bimari ka khatra hoga ya har saal Pregnancy bardasht na hone ki wajah se ye nuqsandah sabit ho.

2- Shauhar ki ijazat ke bagair Pills ka istemal jaiz nahi jab ke shauhar bacche ka khwahishmand ho.

In do sharait ke pura hone par Pills ke istemal ki ijazat hai magar permanently nahi.

Aur Doctors ke mutabik Pills ka zyada istemal aurat ko andruni (internal damage) taur par bahut nuksan pahuncha sakta hai.

3- Condom ka Istemal Karna

Condom Istemal karne ki ijazat hai jab tak isse koi takleef na ho aur dono shauhar aur biwi ki razamandi shamil ho.

4- Azl karna (ejaculating outside the vagina)

Hazrat Jabir r.a. farmate hai ke ham log nuzul e Quran ke zamane me 'Azl' karte the. (Yani inzal ke waqt aurat se alag ho jate the)

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab un nikah (67), hadees- 5208, 5209. 

Muslim Sharif me Itna aur hai,

'Ye baat Nabi ﷺ tak pahunchi to Aap ﷺ ne Mana nahi kiya.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab un nikah (16), hadees- 3561.

'Azl' (cell discharge) ke mutallik aur bhi ahadees hai jisse iski ijazat ka pata chalta hai.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah farmate hai,

'Kuch Ulema ke mutabik ye amal haraam hai magar char Imam ke nazdeek ye jayez hai aur ye bhi ke biwi ki ijazat aur marzi ke khilaf aisa na kare (kyunki isme uski haqtalfi hai). Aur Allah sab se behtar janta hai.'

Musalmano ko ye karna chahiye ke wo zyada se zyada bachhe paida karne ki koshish kare, kyunke ye Nabi ﷺ ka Hukm hai ke 'Shadi usse karo jo Muhabbat karne wali aur zarkhez (fertile) hai, Kyun ke mujhe aqwaam ke saamne tumhari badi tadad par fakhr hoga.'

Wo log jo gareebi ke dar se apni aulaado ko maar daalte hai (abortion, etc) toh aise logo se Allah s.w.t. farmate hain ke,

'Aur Gurbat ke khauf se apne bachho ko mat maaro. Ham unke sath sath Apko bhi faraham karenge. Yaqinan unka katal bahut bada gunah hai.'

Surah Isra (17),  ayat- 31.

۩ Shaykh ibn e Jibreen farmate hain,

'Hamal (pregnancy) ke khatme Ya rok tham ke liye tibbi ilaj karna jaiz nahi hai siwaye zarurt ke muamlat me,
Jab Doctors ne sabit kar diya ke wiladat (delivery) se uska nuqsan hoga ya iski bimari zyada badh jayegi ya khadsha hai ke wiladat ki wajah se maut waqaye hojaygi.
Lekin ye zaruri hai ke shauhar hamal ke khaatme ya rok tham ke liye ijazat de, Fir jab uzar (bimari) khatam ho jaye toh aurat ko mamool par lautna chahiye.'

Surah Maida (5), ayat- 23.

Allah s.w.t. hame haraam se mahfooz rakhe aur halaal kaam karne ki taufeeq ata farmaye.

Jiski Takhleeq Uski Marzi


Mard aur Aurat Islam me Allah s.w.t. ki nazar me barabar hai. Jitni Izzat aur Huquq Islam ne Aurto ko diye hai utne kisi aur mazhab ne nahi diye. Balke Islam ne hi Aurto ka darja buland kiya, unhe izzat di aur unse achha suluk karne ka hukum diya.

Jab 1400 saal pahle Aurto ko wo tamaam huqooq deen ne de rakhe hai toh fir ye kis se huquq mang rahi hai aur kyu?

Ham to hairaan hai ke Aurte hatho me play cards uthaye maidan me utar aayi hai aur behuda naare laga rahi hai aur isko aam kar rahi hai.

'Mera Jism Meri Marzi' ka matlab fahashi hai. koi mazhab koi muashra Fahashi ki ijazat nahi deta. Meri bahno ham Alhamdulillah Musalman hai. Ham ne kalma padha hai aur ham ek ba-parda muashre ki numaindagi karte hai.

Aap kya chahti hai? Aazadi?? Khud ko Aam karna chahti hai? Raasto par nikal kar beparda ho kar cheekhne chillane aur huqooq ke naam par be-pardagi ko aam karna kya ye sab Muslman bahno ko zayeb deta hai?

۞ Allah s.w.t. farmate hai,

۩ ❝Aye Aurto! Apne gharo me raho aur zamaan e jahiliyat ki tarah apne aapko dikhati na firo. Namaz qayam karo aur zakaat ada karo. Allah aur uske Rasool ﷺ ke hukmo ki pabandi karo.”

Surah Ahzab (33), ayat- 33.

۩ ❝Aye Nabi ﷺ ! Apni Biwiyo aur Betiyo aur Musalman Aurto se farma do ke apni chaadaron ka ek hissa apne muh par daale rakhe.”

Surah Ahzab (33), ayat- 59.

Beshak 'Aurat' Allah ki ek behtareen takhleeq hai isme koi shak nahi. Islam khwateen ko bahut zyada izzat deta hai. Hamara Deen hame ye batata hai ke Maa ke kadmo ke niche jannat hai, isi tarha biwi se husn suluk ka hukum deta hai,

۩ Mu'awiyah bin Jahimah As-Sulami r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Jahimah Rasoolullah ke paas aaye aur farmaya,
Aye Allah ke Rasool! Mai Jihad karne ka irada rakhta hu aur aap ke paas aap se mashwara lene ke liye aaya hu.
Aap ﷺ ne pucha, 'Kya tumhari Maa maujud hai'?
Unhone kaha, 'Ji Ha'
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, Unhi ke khidmat me lage raho, kyuki Jannat unke dono qadmo ke niche hai.

Sunan Nisai, kitab ul jihad (25), hadees- 3106. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Sabse kamil momin wo hai jiske akhlaq sabse acche ho aur tum maise sabse behtar wo hai jo apni biwiyo ke liye behtar ho.'

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ar razaa' (12), hadees- 1162. Ise Imam ne ise hasan sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Abdullah bin Amr r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Dunya ek aarzi (temporary) khushi hai, aur is dunya ki sabse behtareen khushi Ek Nek Biwi hai.”

Sahih Muslim, The Book of Suckling, hadith-3643. Sunan Ibn Maajah, hadith-1855 [Sahih by Zubair Ali Zai].

Aurto ne toh Islam ki Azeem Jango me bhi apna kirdar nibhaya hai. Sahabiyat Jango me Nurse ka kirdar nibhati thi, jango me zakhmi hue logo ko paani pilana, unki marham patti karna,unke liye khana banana, jaanwaro ka khyal rakhna wagaira.

Bibi Fatimah r.a. ne to Jang e Uhad aur Jang e Badr me apna kirdar bakhoob hi nibhaya. Aap taareekh utha kar dekh le aurton ki bahaduri ke kaarnaame, magar kisi ne bhi is tarha ke naare nahi lagaye ke 'Mera Jism Meri Marzi'.

Ham ye tasleem karte hai ke bahot saare Musalman Deen ki doori ki wajah se huqooq ada karne me kotahiya karte hai, unhe nazar-andaaz karte hai. Magar iska ye matlab nahi hai ke Aap raasto par utar aaye huqooq talbi ke liye.

Haq hasil karna hai toh ek mohazzab tarika hai chahe mard ho ya aurat. Agar kisi aurat mard ke khilaf baat karni hai toh zaroor kare ye uska bunyaadi haq hai, lekin uske bhi kuch usool hai.

Ye nahi ke rasto par banners leker bepardagi ke hudood ko paar kiya jaaye.

Mard ke khilaf baat karna, play cards nikalna, zamana e jahiliyat ki tarha udham machana, apne haq ke liye cheekhna chillana, naare baazi karna wagaira.

Kya ye sab Hawwa ki betiyo ko zayeb deta hai?

Agar Apko mard ke khilaf baat karni hi hai toh pahle apne walid ke bare me baat kare. Apne bhai ke khilaf baat kare, apne shauhar ke khilaf baat kare, apne bete ke khilaf baat kare, apne daamaad ke khilaf baat kare fir kahe ke mard bure hai.

Koi baap, koi bhai, koi beta, koi shauhar ye ijazat nahi dega ke unki ghar ki aurate is tarha ke fuzul banners leker road par utre aur be-pardagi ka hissa bane.

Allah s.w.t. ne unhe Aapka sarparast banaya hai,

۩ Mard auraton par qawwam (protectors and maintainers) hai.

Surah Nisa, ayat- 34.

Ye jo bahas chhidi hai 'Mard' aur 'Aurat' ye ek la-hasil fuzul bahes hai.

Allah s.w.t. ne dunya me saare mard nahi banaye, ya sari aurte nahi banayi balke Allah s.w.t. ne Mard aur Aurat dono ko banaya hai taake ye duniya ka nizam chal sake. Dono ek dusre ke bagair adhure hai.

Meri Masoom bahno Aap Aazad hai, Apne Rab ki qayam karda hudud me. Apne aapko aam aurat mat banao. Allah ne Aapko ek khas mukam ata kiya hai.

Ye jo naare Aap laga rahi hai, 'Mera jism meri marzi' ye khilaf e sharah naara hai. Har Aurat ka Jism usi ka hai jo ke Allah ne use diya hai.

Magar ye nahi ke is jism ko jaise chaahe istemal kare, bad-akhlaqiyo me, bepardagi failaane me. Hamara Deen is baat ki Ijazat nahi deta woh toh Aapko Parde me rahne ka hukm deta hai, gharo me thahre rahne ka hukum deta hai.

Meri Bahno sharam-haya ke janaze nikaal kar Aap kis raaste par ja rahi hai, zara soche?

Meri bahno jin logo ki baate sun kar Aap Fahashi par utar aayi hai, ye yaad rakhiye jab Aap mar jayengi toh ek bhi N.G.O. Aapko bachane nahi ayega, fir qabar me aapko apne amal ke mutabik saamna karna padega.

Fir maidan e hashar me alag sharmsaar honge Aap khadi hongi sar jhukaye aur fir Jahannam ka aazab alag. Allah Raham kare.

Chand Khwateen hai jo puri duniya ki aurto ki numainda bani hui hai, inhe kisi ne vote dekar apna numainda nahi banaya balke ye social media hai jisne inhe itni tarakki di hai ke ye be-pardagi ke raasto par nikal kar aam kar rahi hai.

Meri guzarish hai khaas taur par un bahno se jo college, university wagaira jaati hai ke hargiz jazbati na ho. Hame is duniya ko chhod kar jaana hai.
Hamesha Aap in logo ke bich is dunya me nahi rahengi jinki guftugu se aapko apni khatao ka ahsaas na ho, afsos mahsus na ho, magar Apko Allah ki taraf laut kar jaana hai. Allah ko jawab dena hoga, har is behayi ka jise Aap faila kar apne aapko aazad khyaali samjh rahi hai.

Achhe laqab laga kar Aap Burayi ko faila nahi sakti. Mardo ka ek alag dayera e kaar hai aur Aurto ka alag.

Jiski Aap takhleeq hai usi ki marzi rahegi, Aap Islam ki Shahzadiya hai. Allah s.w.t. ne Apko ek mukam diya hai Izzat ka, ise Aap is duniya walo se mat maange. Haya ko apna kar is ummat ka naam roshan kare.

Quran me toh puri ek muqammal surat hi khwateen par hai, Surah Nisa, jisme unke kirdaar, unki zimmedari aur unke hukuk ka zikr hai.

Haya ek aham kirdaar ada karta hai Rab aur uske bando ke bich. Hamare deen ne haya ko kirdaar ka ek aham hissa bataya hai.

“Jab sharam hi na rahe toh jo fir jo jee chaahe wo karo.”

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al adab (78), hadees- 6120.

Allah s.w.t. hamari kotahiyo ko muaf kare, hame burayio se door rakhe aur ummat ko fitno se mahfooz rakhe.

Haiz ke Ek Roz Baad Matyaale (brown) Rang ka Paani Kharij Hona

ur -
Haiz se Paaki ki do (2) alamate hai, un me se ek koi bhi ho toh (haiz se) paaki shuru ho jayegi.

۩ Pahli alamat

Safaid mada (discharge) kharij hona, yeh safaid shafaaf pani hai, aur aurte use pahchanti ho.

۩ Dusri alamat

Khoon aana bilkul band ho jaaye, is tarha ke agar raham me rooi (cotton) rakhi jaaye to woh bilkul saaf nikle aur is par khoon ya peela (yellow) rang bilkul na dikhe.

Baaz auqaat haaiza aurat ko ek ya do roz ya is se bhi zyada din khoon aata hai, fir ek ya ek din se zyada paak hoti hai, aur fir dobarah use khoon aa jata hai.

۞ Matyaale rang ka pani (brownish discharge) aur mada (discharge) kharij hona

Agar toh ye yakeeni paaki ke baad kharij ho toh use haiz shumaar nahi kiya jaayega, aur agar paaki se pahle aaye to yeh haiz ka hissa hai.

۞ Is bina par ham kahte hai ke,

1. Pahle din ke baad khoon rukne se agar toh bilkul khoon aana band ho jaaye toh aap ko ghusl kar ke namaz-roza ki adaegi karni hogi kyuki aap paak-saaf ho chuki hai.

Lekin agar bilkul band aur khushk nahi hua toh haiz baaki hai, aur is ke baad aane waala mityaale rang ka mada (discharge) haiz shumaar hoga.

2. Aur agar chaar din ke baad khoon aana band ho gaya aur aap ne safaid pani dekh liya ya fir bilkul khushk aur khoon aana band ho gaya toh fir aap ka ghusl kar ke namaz roza ki adaegi karna sahih hai.

Aur agar raat ko dobara khoon aana shuru ho gaya to yeh haiz hai, aur is din ki namaz aur roza par is ka koi asar nahi padega, is liye namaz bhi sahih hai aur roza bhi sahih hai.

Wirasat Me Beti ka Hissa

Alhamdulillah..

Beti chahe wo maa ya apne waalid ki waris ho, uske hisse ki kayi ek halatein hain jinhe niche bayan kiya gaya hai,

۩1. Jab ladki akeli ho, yaani iski koi bahen ya bhai [yaani marne wali ki aage ki peedi (generation)] na ho to ladki ko wirasat ka aadha milega, Allah taala ka farmaan hai,

'Aur agar ladki akeli ho toh uske liye aadha hai.'

Surah Nisa (4), ayat- 11.

۩2. Jab ek se zyada ladkiya ho toh (yani do ya do se zyada) aur faut-shuda shakhs ka koi beta na ho toh betiyo ko Do-Tihayi (2/3) mileyga, Allah taala ka farmaan hai,

'Agar aurte do se zyada hai toh unke liye do-tihayi hai us maal se jo mayyat chhor gaya hai.'

Surah Nisa (4), ayat- 11.

۩3. Aur jab ladki ke sath faut-shuda shakhs ka beta bhi waris ho (ek ya ek se zyada) toh har waris ka muqarrar hissa ada kar ke (note-1) baaki maal in dono (ladke-ladki ) ko milega, aur ladki ka hissa iske bhai se aadha hoga (mard ko do aurto ke barabar ke hisaab se) chahe do ya do se zyada bahen-bhai ho toh ladke ko do ladkiyo ke barabar hissa milega, Allah taala ka farmaan hai,

'Allah taala tumhe tumhari aulaad ke mutalliq wasiyat karta hai, ladke ke liye do (2) ladkiyo ke barabar hai.'

Surah Nisa (4), ayat- 11.

Aur ye hisse Allah taala ki janib se taqseem kardah hai lihaza kisi shakhs ke liye bhi is me kuch tabdeeli karni jayaz nahi, aur na hi kisi ke liye jaiz hai ke woh kisi waris ko wirasat se mahroom kare aur na kisi ke liye yeh jaiz hai je woh kisi aise shakhs ko wirasat me dakhil kare jo uske waris nahi, aur na koi kisi waris ke muqarrar karda hissa se kami kar sakta hai aur na hi is ke sharai hisse me zyadati kar sakta hai.

Allah taala hamare nabi Muhammad ﷺ par apni rahmate nazil farmaye.

Wa Allahu aalam.

Khula ke Baad Iddat kaha Guzaare?

Alhamdulillah..

Bunyadi usool ye hai ki jis aurat ka Talaq e ba'in (irrevocably divorced) hua hai ya jisne khula liya hai wo apni iddat maaike me guzaaregi. Lekin agar ye mumkin na ho toh wo apni iddat kahi bhi guzaar sakti hai jaha par wo mahfooz rah sakti ho.

Agar uska pichla shuhar jisne use talaaq diya hai use ijazat de deta hai ki iddat khatm hone tak wo apne sasural me rahe, toh isme koi harj nahi hi, ek shart par ki wo waha par mahfooz rah sakti ho aur uske paas aesi rahne ki jagah ho jo uske pichle shauhar ke rahne ke jagah se bilkul alag ho.

۩ Ibn Qudaamah kahte hai,

'Jis khwateen ka Talaaq e ba'in hua hai wo iddat kahi par bhi guzaar sakti hai jaha wo chahti ho'.

Gair-Mahram se Hath Milana


Alhamdullillah..

Gair-mahram se hath milana bila-shuba hamare Deen me haraam hai, hath milana toh baad ki cheez hai, yaha tak ke hamare deen ne gair mahram ko chune se bhi mana kiya hai.

۩ Ma’qal ibn Yassaar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Tum me se kisi ka sar lohe ki keel se phaad diya jana, Ye uske liye kisi gair-mahram aurat ko chune se behtar hai.”

Al Mu'jam Al Kabir Tabrani, hadees- 486. Is riwayat ko Saheeh al-Jaami, hadees- 5045 me Sahih karaar diya gaya hai.

Isi tarha hamare Nabi ﷺ ka tarika bhi hame ek hadees se pata chalta hai

۩ Ayesha r.a. ne bayan kiya ke Momin aurate jab hijrat kar ke Nabi ﷺ ke paas aati thi toh Aap ﷺ Allah ke hukm ke mutabik inhe aazmaate the, “Aye woh logo! Jo eemaan le aaye ho, jab momin aurate tumahre paas hijrat kar ke aaye toh inhe aazmao.. (60:10).

Ayesha r.a. ne bayan kiya ke fir un (hijrat karne wali) momin aurto me se jo is shart ka iqraar kar le, toh woh aazmaish me puri samjhi jati thi. Chunanche jab woh is ka apni zubaan se iqraar kar leti toh Rasoolullah ﷺ un se farmate ke ab jao maine tum se ahad le liya hai.

Wallah! Allah ke Rasool ke haath ne (bayt lete waqt) kisi aurat ka haath kabhi nahi chua, lekin wo un se sirf zubaan se (bayt lete the). Wallah! Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ne aurto se sirf unhi cheezo ka ahad liya jin ka Allah ne Aap ko hukm diya tha. Bayt lene ke baad Aap un se farmate ke maine tum se ahad le liya hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al talaaq ﴾68﴿, hadees- 5288.

Balki Allah ki kitab toh hame yaha tak hukm deti hai:

۩ Allah ﷻ khwateen ko hukm dete hue farmate hai,

'Woh (aurte) apne paon zameen par maarti hui na chala kare ke apni jo zeenat unhone chupa rakkhi ho uska logo ko ilm ho jaye.'

Surah Noor ﴾24﴿, ayat- 31.

Allahu akbar. Jo Quran hame payal ko pahen kar ahista chalne ki talkeen karta hai taaki iski awaz gair-mahram tak na pade, toh wo hame gair-mahram ko chune ki ijazat kaise de sakta hai.

Aur Allah hi ke liye saari tareefe hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeek ata kare.

Kya Shadi Ke Baad Biwi (Wife) Apne Naam Ke Sath Shauher Ka Naam Laga Sakti Hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Abu Zar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jis shaks ne bhi jaan-bujh kar apne baap ke siwa kisi aur ko apna baap banaya toh us ne kufr kiya aur jis shaks ne bhi apna nasab kisi aesi qaum se milaaya jis se uska koi talluq nahi hai toh wo apna thikaana jahannam me bana le.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al manaqib (61), hadees-3508.

Is hadees se kuch logo ne ye faham aqhaz kiya hai ki biwi apne naam ke aage shauhar ka naam nahi laga sakti hai. Dar asal ye galat hai, hadees me aesi kisi baat ka zikr nahi hai.

Arab me log apne baap ka naam badal kar apne apko kisi aur baap ki taraf mansoob kiya karte hai. Is liye Allah s.w.t. ne hame is cheez se mana farmaya. Misaal ke taur par Aap ﷺ  ke gulaam, Zaid ibn harisa, unko Zaib ibn Muhammad kaha jaata tha halaanke Muhammad ﷺ unke baap nahi the. Mazeed details ke liye Surah Ahzaab padh lein.

Toh darasal is chiz se mana farmaya gaya hai kyuki Islam sachhai ko pasand karta hai. Toh jo asal me kisi ka walid nahi hai use koi haq nahi hai ki wo uske walid ka muqam paaye.

۞ Ek Misaal:

Agar koi aurat hai, uska naam hai Ayesha binte Khalid yaani Ayesha khalid ki beti. Ab uski shady ek Momin naami ladke se ho jati hai. Aur ab wo agar apna naam Ayesha Momin rakh leti hai, toh isse usne apna baap ka naam nahi badla hai.

Baap ka naam tab baldla jayega jab wo likhe 'Ayesha binte Momin' yaani Ayesha Momin ki beti.

Aur us se agar pucha bhi jaye ki apke baap ka naam kya hai toh wo Khalid hi kahegi na ki Momin.

۞ Is Par Hamare Aslaaf e Deen Ka Faham

Hamari ek Maa hai jinko kaha jaat hai Umme Salamah r.a. Ye Aap ﷺ  ki biwi hai jo sab se aakhir me faut hui thi. Ab inka naam hai Umme Salamah yaani Salamah ki Maa. Agar is par bukhari ki hadees ka galat fahm liya jaaye toh inhone jab Rasoolullah se shady ki tab inhe khud ko apne baap ke alawa kisi aur ki taraf mansoob nahi karna chahiye tha.

Lekin inhone khud ko apne baap ki taraf mansoob nahi kiya aur iske bajaye apne aulaad ki taraf khud ko mansoob kiya. Toh baat wazeh hui ki hamare aslaaf ne bhi iska wahi fahm samjha tha jise hamne bayaan kiya hai.

Isi tarha ek aur sahabiya hai jinka naam hai Umme Sulaim. Inhone ne bhi khud ko apne bete Sulaim ki tafaf mansoob kiya.

Toh ye naam badalna wo nahi hai jisse hadees me mana farmaya gaya hai. Hadees me is se mana farmaya gaya hai ki koi Ayesha binte Khalid apne apko Ayesha binte Momin kahe. Toh ye hoga badalna warna badalna nahi hoga.

Aur Allah sabse behtar jaanta hai.

Nikah Ke Din Dulhan Ka Safaid Rang Ka Libas Pahenna

Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen se sawal kiya gaya:

Suhaag-raat me aurat ke liye safaid rang ka libas pahanne ka kya hukm hai agar yeh ilm ho jaye ke ye kuffar ke sath mushabihat hai?

Shaykh ka jawab tha,

“Aurat ke liye safaid libaas ek shart ke sath pahenna jaiz hai ke woh mardo ke libas ki tarha sila hua na ho, lekin is ka kuffar ke sath mushabihat hona, toh ab ye muamla nahi hai kyuki jab bhi koi Musalman aurat shadi karna chahti hai toh woh yeh safaid libaas pahenti hai, aur hukm is par munhasar hai ki iski wajah maujud hai ya khatm ho gai hai.

Is liye agar ab ye mushabihat na ho aur ab ye kuch aesa ho jo musalmano aur kuffaar dono ke darmiyan mushtarka (common) ho toh fir iska hukm bhi khatam ho jayega .
Lekin yeh ke agar woh fee-zaati cheez haraam ho, na ke mushaba hone ki wajah se, toh woh cheez har haalat me haraam hogi.”

Apni Biwi Ko Pyare Naam Se Bulana Bhi Sunnat Hai


۞ Ayesha r.a. ne bayan kiya ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ek din farmaya,

'يَا عَائِشَ، هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ يُقْرِئُكِ السَّلاَمَ' ‏‏-‏ فَقُلْتُ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، تَرَى مَا لاَ أَرَى-

Aye 'Ayesh' (Ayesha) yeh Jibrail a.s. tashreef farma hai aur tumhe salaam kahte hai, maine is par jawab diya 'wa alayhis salaamu warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu', Aap woh cheez dekhte hai jo mujh ko nazar nahi aati (yaani Jibrail a.s. ko).

Raawi kahte hai ki Ap r.a. ki murad Nabi ﷺ se thi.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab fazail ashaab an nabi ﴾62﴿, hadees- 3768.

Is hadees me Rasool ﷺ ne apni biwi Ayesha r.a. ko 'Aye Ayesh' kah kar pukara, aakhri harf hata kar, isko tarkheem (apocopation) kahte hai, iska matlab ye hai ki kisi naam ke aakhri aawaz ko hata diya jaaye taaki wo naam chota ho jaye aur us naam me shafkat ya muhabbat nazar aaye.

۩ Ibn Battaal r.h. kahte hai,

“Jaha tak 'Aye Ayesh' kahne ka talluq hai, toh ye tarkheem (apocopation) ke baab (heading) ke tahat aati hai, jo Arab naam ko chota kar ke karte the.” [alfaz khatam].

۩ Imam Nawawi r.h. kahte hai,

“Unka kahna ki unhone kaha, 'Aye Ayesh aapke sath kya muamla hai', ye is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki naamo ke aakhri awaz ko hata dene ki ijazat hai, jab tak ke use bura na lage jiska naam chota kiya ja raha hai.” [alfaz khatam].

Insan ki ye fitrat hai ki ye choti choti khushiya usko pasand aati hai aur muhabbat ka zarya banti hai aur in choti khushiyo par chaar chand lag jate hai jab ye amal sunnat bhi ho. Allah hame amal ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Jahannam Me Aurato Ki Aksariyat Kyu?

Alhamdulillah..

Nabi ﷺ se ye sabit hai ke Jahannam mein aurato ki aksariyat hai.

۩ Imran bin Husayn r.a. bayan karte hain ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “Maine jannat mein jhanka toh us mein aksar log fuqara (gareeb) the aur maine jahannam mein jhanka toh us mein aksar aurte thi.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab badi al khalq ﴾59﴿. hadith- 3241.

۩ Aur is sabab ke mutalliq Nabi ﷺ se pucha gaya toh Aap ne woh bhi bayan farmaya hai. Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. bayan karte hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: 'Mujhe aag dikhayi gayi toh main ne aaj jaisa khaufnak manzar kabhi nahi dekha aur maine jahannum me aksariyat aurton ko hi dekha hai. Toh sahaba kahne lage, aye Allah ke Rasool woh kyun? Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: Apne kufr ki wajah se. Toh Aap se yeh poocha gaya ki kya woh Allah taala ke sath kufr karti hain? Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, khawind aur ahsaan ( good treatment) ki nashukri karti hai, agar ap un mein se kisi ke sath zindagi bhar ahsaan karte raho toh fir woh ap se koi khilaaf e mizaaj cheez dekh le to yeh kahti hai ke maine saari zindagi tum se koi khair hi nahi payi.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al kusuf ﴾16﴿, hadith- 1052.

۩ Abu Saeed khudri r.a. bayan karte hain ke Nabi ﷺ Eid ul azha ya eid ul fitr ke liye Eidgaah ki taraf nikle toh aurton ke paas se guzre, toh farmane lage: 'Aye aurton ki jamaat sadqa o khairaat kiya karo beshak mujhe dikhaya gaya hai ke tumhari jahannam mein aksariyat hai. Toh woh kahne lagi Aye Allah ke rasool woh kyun? Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Tum laanat bahut karti ho aur khawind ki nafarmani karti ho. Maine Deen aur aqal mein naaqis tum se zyada koi nahi dekha. Tum mein se kuch ek ache bhale shakhs ki aqal kharab kar sakti ho.' Woh (aurte) kahne lagi, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool toh hamare deen aur hamari aqal mein nuqs kya hai?' Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: 'Kya aurat ki gawaahi mard ki gawaahi ke nisf (aadhi) nahi?' Toh woh kahne lagi, 'kyu nahi!' toh nabi ﷺ ne farmaya toh ye uski aql ki kami hai. Aur kya jab kisi ko haiz aaye toh woh namaz aur roza nahi chorti? Toh woh kahne lagi, Ji Ha! Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Ye uske Deen ka nuqsaan Hai.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al haiz ﴾6﴿, hadith- 304.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. bayaan karte hai ke main Nabi ﷺ ke sath eid ke din namaz mein hazir tha toh Aap ne khutba se pahle bagair azaan aur Iqamat ke namaz padhayi, fir namaz ke baad Bilal r.a. par tek laga kar khade hue aur Allah taala ka taqwa ikhtiyar karne ka hukm diya aur uski itaat karne par ubhara aur logon ko waaz o naseehat ki fir aurton ke paas aaye aur unhe waaz o naseehat ki aur kahnay lage: Aye aurton! sadqa o khairaat kiya karo kyunke tumhari aksariyat jahannam ka indhan hai toh aurton ke darmiyan se ek siyah dhabbe ki rukhsaro (dark spot on cheeks) waali aurat uth kar kahne lagi, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool wo kyun?' Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: 'Isliye ke tum shikwa aur shikayat bohut zyada karti ho aur khawind ki nafarmani aur na-shukri karti ho.'
Jabir r.a. bayan karte hai ke fir wo log apne zewraat mein se sadqa ke liye apni anguthiyan aur baaliyan Bilal r.a. ke kapde mein daalne lagi.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salaat al eidain ﴾8﴿, hadees- 2048.

Isliye un musalman bahno par jo is hadees ko janti hai zaruri hai ke un ke muamlaat bhi sahabiyaat ki tarah hon ke jab unko iska ilm hua toh unhone khair aur bhalai ki, jo ke Allah taala ke hukm se unhein us aksariyat se dur le jayegi aur woh jahannum mein dakhil hone se bach jayengi.

To bahno ko hamari ye naseehat hai ke woh Islam ke shi'aar aur faraiz par amal karein aur khaas kar namaz padhe aur un cheezo se dur rahen jo ke Allah taala ne haraam ki hai khaas kar shirk se jo ke aurton ke andar mukhtalif suraton mein faila hua hai. Aur galat kaamo me mulawwis hone se bachna jaise Allah taala ke alawa dusro se haajat puri karwana aur jaadugaron aur najumiyo ke paas jana, chugal khori ya geebat karna, ya fir gair-mahram ke hatho se churi pahenna, wagaira.
