Ahraam ki Haalat Me Khwateen ke Liye Afghani Naqaab Pahanne ka Hukm


 Sawal 

Khawateen ke liye ahraam ki haalat me afghani naqaab pahanne ka kya hukm hai? Yeh naqaab mukammal taur par chehre ko dhak deta hai, is me sirf aankhon ki taraf bareek kapde ka istemaal kiya jata hai, aur ye bareek kapda mustaqil taur par laga rahta hai jise khola nahi ja sakta.

 Jawab 

Alhamdullillah.. 

Khawateen ko ahram ki haalat mein naqaab ya burqa pahanne se mana kiya gaya hai, jaise ke Imam Bukhari r.h. ne (1741) Ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat kiya ke Aap ﷺ ne farmaya,

Ahraam ki haalat me aurat naqaab mat pahne aur na hi dastaane zaib tan kare.

۩ Ibn Qudamah r.h. kahte hai:

“Ibn Munzir ne kaha, Saad, Ibn Umar, Ibn Abbas, aur Ayesha r.a. se burqa ke baare me karahat saabit hai, aur hm kisi aise ahle ilm ko nahi jaante jinhone unki mukhalfat ki ho, lekin agar qareeb se mardo ke guzarne ki wajah se chehra dhaanpne ki zarurat pade toh apne sar ki janib se apne chehe par kapda latka le, yeh baat Usman aur Ayesha r.a. se manqool hai, aur is baat ke qaayeleen me Ata, Malik, Sauri, Shafi, Ishaq, Mohammad bin al Hasan, shaamil hai, aur hame is baare me kisi ikhtilaaf ka bhi ilm nahi hai, is liye ke Ayesha r.a. kahti hai ke: 'Kaafile hamare qareeb se guzarte aur ham Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath ahraam me the, chunanche jab woh hamare qareeb aate toh ham apni chadaro ko sar se chehre par latka lete the, aur jab woh guzar jaate toh fir se ham chehra khol dete the.' Ise Abu dawud ne riwayat kiya hai.”

Al-Mughni (3/154).

Mazkurah baala dalail ki bina par ahraam waali khawateen apne chehre ko dhakne ke liye sar se kapra latkaengi, aur naqaab ya burqa ka istemaal nahi karengi, aur na hi afghani naqaab istemaal karengi, is liye ke hame pata chala hai ke woh bhi burqa ki tarha hota hai, is liye khwateen ke liye ahraam ki haalat me use pahenna durust nahi hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame aur hamare waledain ko hajj karne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Ahle Bait Se Muhabbat Aur Unse Bughz


۩ Ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullahﷺ ne farmaya,

“Allah se muhabbat karo kyunke woh tumhe apni nemate ata kar raha hai, aur muhabbat karo mujh se Allah ki khatir, aur mere ahle bait se meri khatir.”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al manaqib ﴾49﴿, hadees- 3789. Ise Imam Timizi ne hasan gareeb aur darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

۩ Zaid bin Arqam r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Mai tumhare darmiyan wo chiz chhore ja raha hu ki agar tum ne ise pakda rakha toh mere jaan ke baad tum gumrah nahi hoge. Ye (do chiz) ek dusre se bhaari hai aur wo Allah ki kitab hai goya wo ek rassi hai jo aasmaan se zameen tak latki hui hai, aur dusre mere ahle bait hai, ye dono hargiz juda na honge yaha tak ke ye dono hauz e kausar par mere paas ayenge, toh tum dekh lo ki in dono ke silsile me tum meri kaisi jaanashini kar rahe ho.”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al manaqib ﴾49﴿ , hadees- 3788. Ise Imam Tirmizi ne hasan gareeb aur darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Abdullah ibn abbas r.a. bayan farmate hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya, “Aye bani Abdul Muttalib! Mai ne tumhare liye Allah se teen chiz mangi hai ke,

1. Tumhe sabit qadam rakhe
2. Tumhare gumraho ko hidayat de de
3. Tumhare jahilo ko aalim bana de.

Aur maine Allah se ye dua bhi mangi hai ke woh tumhe sakhi, bahadur aur raham dil bana de.

Chunanche agar koi aadmi rukun aur maqam e ibraheem ke darmiyan khada ho kar namaz padhta ho aur rozadaar ho fir wo faut ho jaye lekin wo Muhammad ﷺ ke ahle bait se bughz rakhta ho toh wo dozakhi hai.

Al Mustadrak lil Hakim, hadees- 4712. Ise Imam Hakim, Imam Zahabi, Al-Albani aur Shaykh Zubair ali zai ne sahih karaar diya hai. [scan]

۩ Umar r.a. ne bayan kiya ke Abu Bakr r.a. kaha karte the ki Nabi ﷺ ki khushnudi ko Aap ke ahle bait ke sath (muhabbat o khidmat ke zarye) talaash karo.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab fazail ashaab an nabi  ﴾62﴿, hadees- 3751.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame ahle bait se muhabbat rakhne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Kya Jism Par Godwana (Tattoo) Hajj ki Adayegi Par Rok Hai?

Jism par godwane (Tattoo) ka hukm kya hai, aur jab koi godwane wala shakhs Hajj karne ka iradah kare toh kya yeh fareeza e Hajj me maane hoga?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulillah..

Jism me godwana (Tattoo) haraam hai kyunke Nabi ﷺ se saabit hai ke Aap ne jo baal wusat karta hai (adds hair extensions) aur karwata hai, aur godne (who does tattoos) aur godwane wale par laanat farmayi hai.

Godne ka nishan gaal ya hont, ya jism ke kisi aur hisse me ho sakta hai, jaha par khaal ka rang sabz ya neele ya siyah rang se tabdeel kiya jata hai. Lekin godne ka nishan kisi shaks ko Hajj karne se nahi rokta hai.

Umrah Me Ahle Makkah Ka Meeqaat

Ahle Mecca (Mecca me rahne waale log) Umrah ke liye ahraam kaha se baandhe? Aur agar wo garmiyo ke mausam me Hada (meeqaat se pahle hai) me rahaish pazeer ho toh Umrah ke liye ahram kaha se badhenge?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Ahle Mecca (Mecca me rahne waale log) Umrah ke liye haram ki hudood ke bahar se ahraam badhenge jaisa ke taneem hai, Aur agar woh garmiyo me Hada me rahte ho toh woh apni jagah se hi ahraam badhenge kyunke Rasool ﷺ ka farmaan hai:

'(Aur jo us ke andar ho un ke ahraam baandhne ki jagah wahi hai jaha se woh nikle aur safar shuru kare hatta ke ahle Makkah se hi baandhe)' muttafiq alaih.

Aur saheehain me hai ke jab Ayesha r.a. Mecca me thi aur Umrah karna chahti thi toh Nabi ﷺ ne inhe hukum diya ke woh haram se ahraam baandhe (yaani haram ki hudood ke bahar se).

Allah taala hi taufeek dene wala hai.

Salaf ke Faham se Deen Samajhna


Salaf as saaleh yaani nek aslaaf. Salaf me teen zamane ke logo ko shumaar kiya jata hai, Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen.

Salaf ke fahm se deen samajhne se murad ye hai ki ham salaf ke raaye aur unke amal se deen ko samajhte hai jab tak ke unki raaye kitab wa sunnat ke khilaf na jaye. Ye isliye kyuki wo behtareen zamane ke log the, jaisa ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ek hadees me farmaya hai,

۩ Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Sabse behtareen log mere zamane ke hai (RasoolAllah aur sahaba), aur fir wo jo iske baad ayenge (tabaeen), aur fir wo jo uske baad ayenge (tabe-tabaeen).”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab Ar Riqaaq ﴾81﴿, hadees- 6429.

Lekin iska ye bilkul matlab nahi hai ki hamare aslaaf se galti nahi ho sakti. Deen me sirf ek hi insan hai jisse galti nahi ho sakti aur wo hai Allah ke Rasool. Unke alawa koi bhi insan nahi hai jisse deen ke masle me galti na ho sake. Isi talluq se Imam Malik ka qawl hame milta hai jo khud ek salaf hai:

۩ Imam Malik (tabe-tabaeen) farmate hai:

“Mai sirf ek insaan hu, kabhi meri baat sahih hoti hain aur kabhi galat, toh tum meri us baat ko jo Quran aur Hadees ke mutabik ho le liya karo aur us baat ko jo is ke khilaf ho chor diya karo.”

Ibn Abdul Barr, Jaami Bayaan al-Ilm (2/32).

Baaz log aese hai jo salaf ke tarike par chalne me gulu kar jaate hai aur wo baaz auqat salaf ke qawl ko Quran ki ayato aur hadees ke muqable me pesh karte hai. Ye jahalat hai aur salaf ki Taqleed hai. Ham salaf ke qawl ko bas wahi tak tasleem karte hai jab tak salaf ki raaye ya amal kisi ayat ya sahih hadees ke khilaf na jaaye.

۞ Is Mauzu par ek misaal

۩ Muslim Ibn Ibraaheem kahte hai:

Hishaam Ad-Dastawaa’ee r.h. (Tabaeen) kabhi bhi raat se lekar subah tak apna charag baahar nahi rakhte the aur ye kaha karte the, “Jab bhi andhera hota hai, mai kabr ke andherapan ke bareme sochne lagta hu.”

Al-Hilyah, 6/221.

Lekin Rasoolullah ﷺ ne sone se pahle charag bujhane ka hukm diya hai.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke raat ki jab ibtida ho ya (Aap ne farmaya ) jab shaam ho toh apne bachho ko rok lo (aur ghar se bahar na nikalne do) kyunke is waqt shaitan fail jaate hai fir jab raat ki ek ghadi guzar jaaye toh inhe chor do aur darwaze band kar lo aur is waqt Allah ka naam lo kyunke shaitan band darwaze ko nahi kholta aur Allah ka naam le kar apne mashkeezo (waterskin) ka mun baandh do. Allah ka naam le kar apne bartano ko dhaak do, khwah kisi cheez ko is par rakh kar hi dhak sako aur apne chirag (sona se pahle ) bujha diya karo.

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al shurbat ﴾74﴿, hadees- 5623.

Toh ab ek eemaan wale ko salaf ke qawl ko chor dena chahiye aur hadees par wapis aa jana chahiye kyuki jab hadees mil jaye toh wahi hamara mazhab hai. Aur Quran me Allah ka yahi hukm hai,

۩ Aur (dekho) kisi momin mard ya kisi momin aurat ko ye haq nahi hai ki jab Allah aur uska Rasool kisi muamle ka faisla kar de to fir use apne us muamle me khud faisla karne ka ikhteyar hasil rahe. (yaad rakho ) Allah taala aur us ke Rasool ki jo bhi nafarmani karega woh saaf gumrahi me padega.

Teen Girah

en   -
Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jab koi tum me se soya hua hota hai, toh shaitan us ke sir ki gaddi par khoob achi tarha se teen girhe laga deta hai aur har girah par yeh alfaaz phoonk deta hai ke abhi bahut raat baaki hai, pada sota reh. Lekin agar woh shakhs jaag kar Allah ka zikr shuru karta hai toh ek girah khul jati hai. Fir jab wuzu karta hai toh dusri girah khul jati hai. Fir jab namaz e fajr padha hai toh teesri girah bhi khul jaati hai aur subah ko khush mizaaj khush dil rahta hai, warna badmizaaj sust rah kar woh din guzaarta hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab badi al khalq ﴾59﴿, hadees- 3269.

۞ Is hadees ki tafseer

۩ Ibn Abdul Barr r.h. kahte hai,

“Ye hadees is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki shaitan us shaks ko sula deta hai aur shaitan apne mushakkat aur waswase se, aur apne aazmaane, gumrah karne aur jhut ko pur-kashish banane ki taqat se use bhaari aur aalsi banaye rakhta hai, siwaye jo Allah ke mukhlis bande ho.

Ye hadees is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki Allah ke zikr, wuzu aur namaz se shaitan ko bhagaya ja sakta hai.” [alfaz khatm]

Al-Tahmeed (19/45).

۩ Ibn Qayyim r.h. kahte hai,

“Bila-shak khud namaz se jism ko achhi sehat milti hai, aur ye jism ko madad karti hai ki ye napaki se dur rahe aur (apne pas) wo rakhhe jo sabse zyada faydemand hai, aur sath sath eemaan ki salamati aur is dunya aur akhirat ke khushi ke liye.

Isi tarha qiyam al lail (raat ki namaz) khud ko accha rakhne ke liye sabse faydemand zarye maise hai, aur purani bimario (chronic diseases) se bachne ke liye, aur jism, rooh aur dil ko taqat dene wali sabse achhi chiz hai ye jaisa ki saheehain (bukhair aur muslim) me kaha gaya hai..” (aur fir unhone hadees likhi)
