Ramzan ke Teen Ashre Aur Ek Neki Par 70 Neki | Hadees ki Tahkeek

Niche di gai hadees jo ke Salman Farsi r.a. se marwi hai, is ki sahet kaisi hai?

Nabi ﷺ ne hame shabaan ke aakhri din khutba irshad farmaya, jis me yeh farmaya, 'Logo tum par azmat aur barkat wala maheena nazdeek aa raha hai, aisa maheena jis me ek raat aisi hai jo hazaar maheeno se behtar hai, is ke roze Allah taala ne farz karaar diye hai aur is ki raat ka qiyam nawafil hai, jis ne bhi is mahine me (koi) neki ki woh aise hai jis tarha aam dino me fareeza ada kiya jaaye, aur jis ne Ramzan me farz ada kiya goya ke usne Ramzan ke ilawa sattar farz ada kiye, yeh aisa maheena hai jis ka awwal rahmat aur darmiyan magfirat aur aakhri hissa jahannam se aazaadi hai.'

Alhamdulillah..

Is hadees ko Imam ibn Khuzaima ne apni kitab 'Saheeh ibn Khuzaima 3/191, hadees- 1887' me naqal kiya hai. Aur unhone sath me likha hai, 'Agar ye riwayat sahih hai'.

Aur jinhone is kitab se apni kitab me is hadees ko naqal kiya, un maise kuch kitabo ke musannif jaise Munziri [al Targheeb wal Tarheeb (2/95)] se 'Agar' alfaz chhut gaya tha. Toh unko laga ki Imam ibn Khuzaima ne farmaya hai ki 'Ye riwayat sahih hai', jab ki asal me unhone aesa kuch nahi farmaya.

Ye riwayat dusri kitabo me bhi maujud hai jinke ye naam hai:

• Imam Bayhaqi ki Shu’ab al-Eemaan (7/216)
• Fazail al-Awqaat, p. 146, no. 37
• Abu’l-Shaykh Ibn Hibbaan ne Kitaab al Sawaab me
• Saa’aati ne Fath al-Rabbaani me (9/233) 
• Imam Suyuti ne Durr al-Mansoor me, aur unhone kaha ki ise Aqeeli ne riwayat kiya hai aur unhone is zaif karaar diya hai
• Isbahaani ne al-Targheeb me
• Al-Munaqqi ne Kanz al Ummaal (8/477) me.

In saare logo ne Saeed ibn Musayyib se riwayat kiya hai jinhone Salman Farsi se riwayat kiya hai. Iski sanad do (2) wajah se zaif hai:

1. Is ki sanad me inqita (break in the chain of narrators) hai kyuke Saeed bin Musayyab ka Salman Farsi r.a. se samaa sabit nahi hai.

2. Iski sanad me ek raawi hai jiska naam 'Ali ibn Zayd ibn Jad’aan' hai, jiske bareme Ibn Sa'd kahte hai, 'Is (raawi) me kamzori hai aur is raawi ko daleel nahi banaya ja sakta.' Is raawi ko Imam Ahmad, Ibn Ma’een, Imam Nasaa’i, Imam ibn Khuzaymah, al Jawzjaani aur dusro ne zaif karaar diya hai, jaisa ki Siyar A’laam al-Nubala’, 5/207 me kaha gaya hai.

Abu Haatim al-Raazi ne is hadees ko Munkar (zaif ki ek qism) karaar diya hai. Al Ayni ne Umdat al-Qaari’, 9/20 me bhi yahi kaha hai aur Al-Albani ne Silsilat al-Ahaadeeth al-Zaifah wa’l-Mawzu’ah, jild. 2/262, hadees- 871. me bhi yahi kaha hai.

Toh in daleelo se wazeh hua ki hamare Muhaddiseeno ne is hadees ko qubul nahi kiya aur Allah behtar janta hai.

Ek baat ki wazahat aur zaruri hai ki jaisa is zaif hadees me kaha gaya hai ki 10 din (ek ashra) rahmat ka hota hai, dusra ashra magfirat ka aur teesra jahannam ki aag se najaat ka. Jab ki dusre sahih hadees se pata chalta hai ki Ramzan ki taqseem is tarha se nahi hai balki pura Ramzan, pura maheena rahmat ka hai, pura maheena magfirat ka hai aur pura maheena hi jahannam se najaat ka hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hamari maah e Ramzan ki ibadat ko qubul kare aur is maheene ki barkat se hamari magfirat kar de. aameen.

Ramzan Ki Khabar Dene Wali Hadees Ki Haqiqat


Sawal: Assalaamu alaikum shaykh. Ummeed hai ki aap khairiyat se honge. Mera aapse ek sawal hai ki kya koi aesi hadees hai ki Ramzan ki jisne khabar di, toh jahannam ki aag us par haraam ho jayegi. Mera dusra sawal ye hai ki kya shaitan jhuti hadeese bayan kar sakta hai? Guzarish hai ki daleel ki roshni me iska jawab irshad farmaye, Allah apko ajar se nawaze.

Alhamdulillah..

Mere mahdud ilm me aesi koi hadees nahi hai jisme RasoolAllah ya kisi sahabi ne ye farmaya ho ki 'Ramzan ki jisne khabar di, toh jahannam ki aag us par haraam ho jayegi'.

۩ Shaykh Assim al Hakeem se jab ye sawal kiya gaya toh unhone kaha, “Ye manghadant aur ek jhut hai”.


۩ Islamweb Fatawa Center se jab ye sawal kiya gaya toh unhone kaha, “Jo hadith ka matlab apne bayan kiya hai, hame kisi bhi ulema ke kitab me uski majudgi nahi mili hai, jiski badi tadad hamare hath me hai..”


Lihaza aesi koi hadees nahi hai lekin hame ek dusri hadees milti hai jo ishara karti hai ki hame logo ko Ramzaan ki khush-khabri dene ki ijazat hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Ae logo ye barkat wala mahina tumhare nazdeek aa raha hai aur Allah ne ye hukm diya hai ki tum is mahine me roze rakho. Is mahine me Jannat ke darwaze khol diye jate hai aur jahannam ke darwaze band kar diye jate hai aur shaitano ko jakad diya jata hai. Aur is mahine me ek raat hai jo hazaar mahino se behtar hai. Jo is mahine me Allah ki barkat se mahroom raha wo sach me ek mahrum shaks hai (yaani wo badi khair se mahrum rah gaya).”

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith- 7148. Ise Shaykh Shuayb Arnout ne sahih karar diya hai.

Isi silsile me ek baat waazeh ho jaye ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ki taraf wo hadees ya baat nisbat karna jo unhone kisi bhi hadees ke zarye farmaya hi nahi hai, ye gunahe kabeera hai jiska anjaam aag hai.

۩ Ali r.a. khutbah dete hue kahte hai RasollAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Mujh par jhoot mat bandho, jo shaks meri taraf jhut mansub karega wo jahannam me dakhil hoga.”

Sahih Muslim (Muqaddamah ke hisse me), hadith- 1.

Dusre sawal ka jawab ye hai ki shaitan jhuti hadeese bayan kar sakta hai:

۩ Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se marwi hai ki, shaitan insani shakl wa surat me qaum ke pas aa kar unse koi jhuti hadees bayan kar deta hai aur jab log muntashir (depart) ho jate hai toh un me se ek shaks kahta hai ki Maine ek shakhs se yeh hadees suni he jis ki shakal pahchanta hu lekin us ka naam nahi janta. [yani wo admi jo hadith bayan karta hai darasal shaitan hota hai].

Sahih Muslim (Muqaddamah ke hisse me), hadith- 17.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Kisi shaks ke jhutha hone ke liye yahi baat kafi hai ki wo har suni sunai baat ko aage bayan karde.”

Sahih Muslim (Muqaddamah ke hisse me), hadith- 6.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sidhi raah dikhaye. aameen.

Shabaan Ki Har Jumeraat Ko Do Rakat Namaz Padhne Wali Hadith


Alhamdulillah..

Kutub e ahadees mein is hadees ka koi wujood nahi hai, zahir yahi hota hai ke yeh hadees shabaan mein namazon ki fazeelat ke liye ghadi gayi hai, kyunkay boht si ahadees Aap ﷺ ki taraf nisf shabaan ki raat, maahe shabaan aur is maah mein namazon ki fazeelat par mansoob ki gayi hain, chunancha Allamah Ibn Hajr al-Haytami r.h. kahte hain ke:

"Nisf Shabaan Aur Rajab Ke Pahle Jume Ki Raat (The Night Of The First Thursday) Ke Baray Mein Jitni Bhi Ahadees Mashhoor Hain Sab Ki Sab Baatil, Man-ghadanat, Aur Be Bunyaad Hain, Agarche Unko Ghazali Jaise Bade Ulema E Karaam Ne "Ihya ‘uloom Ad-deen" Wagaira Mein Zikr Kiya Hai". End quote.

Al-Fatawa al-Fiqhiyyah al-Kubra, 1/184.

۩ Shaykh Ash-Shawkani kahte hain:

"Hafte Me Itwaar, Somwaar Aur Deegar Ayyaam Ke Baray Mein Bayan Ki Jane Wali Namazon Ka Hukum, Ilm Hadees Ki Maarfat Rakhne Wale Ulema E Karaam Ka Is Baat Par Ittafaq Hai Ke Yeh Tamam Ahadees Man-ghadant Hain, Aur Un Ayyaam Mein Kisi Bhi Aalim E Deen Ne Nafli Namazon Ko Mustahab Nahi Kaha". End quote.

Al-Fawaid al-Mawdoo‘iyyah, 1/74.

Chunanche is jhooti aur man-ghadant riwayat par amal karna bilkul bhi jaaiz nahi hai, jab ke Nabi ﷺ ka sachha taabe farmaan banne ke liye sahih ahadees ka zakheera kaafi hai.

Fatima r.a. Aur Ghusl e Wafat


Sawal: Ek khateeb se aksar ye waqya sunney mein aaya hai ke, Hazrat Fatima r.a. jab bemaar hui, to Hazrat Ali kahi kaam ke liye gaye hue they to Hazrat Fatima ne apni khadima ko farmaya ke mere liye ghusl ka pani aur kapde rakho, unhone pani rakha aur Hazrat Fatima r.a. ne ghusal farmaya. Unho ne kaha ke mere falaan kapde nikalo, unhon ne kale kapde pahne, kaha meri charpai kamre ke beech mein kar do, beech kamre me kar di gai, let kar qible ki taraf muh kar ke kaha: "Ab mein mar rahi hu Ali r.a. ko kah dena mera ghusal ho gaya hai mera kandha bhi nanga nahi hona chahiye. Jab Hazrat Ali r.a. aaye to paigam mila to kaha isi par amal hoga, to usi tarah dafna diya gaya.

Jawab

Alhamdulillah..

 Yeh Zaeef wa Munkar riwayat hai. Ise Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal r.h. ne Mohammad Bin Ishaaq se Ubaidullah bin Ali bin Abi Raafe se Abia se Umme Salma, ki sanad se riwayet kiya hai.

(مسند احمد ۶؍۴۶۱، ۴۶۲ ح ۲۷۶۱۵، اُسُد الغابۃ ج۵ص ۵۹۰، معرفۃ الصحابۃ لابی نعیم ۶؍۳۵۰۷ ح ۷۹۴۴)

Ye sanad Zaeef wa Munkar hai. Muhammad Bin Ishaq Bin Yassaar Mudallis hai aur riwayat 'AN' se hai.
Ubaidullah Bin Ali bin Abi Raafe : Leen ul hadith ( Zaeef ) hai. Ali bin abi Raafe ki Toseeq mujhe maloom nahi hai.

Al Taqreeb : 4322. 

Yahi riwayet Ibn e Saad (al-Tabqaat 8, 27) Umar bin Shubah (Tareekh ul Madina 1, 108, 109) Ibne Shaheen (632) aur Ibne al Jawzi (Al Ulul Mutanahiyah: 41 al-Mauzuaat 3, 277) ne  Muhammad Bin Ishaaq an Ubaidullah (Abdullah) [ Ali ] bin Ali (falan) bin Abi Raafe an Abiah an Umme Salmah ' ki sanad se riwayat ki hai .
Is sanad me bhi Muhammad Bin Ishaq Mudallis aur Ibne Ali Bin Abi Raafe Zaeef hai.

Ibn Al Jauzi ne kaha :" هذا حديث لا يصح (Yeh hadees sahih nahi hai)" .

Imam Zahabi ne kaha : "هذا منكر (Yeh Munkar (riwayat) hai)".

(Siyar A'lam al-Nubala 2, 129; nez dekhye Majmua Al-Zawaid 9,211) Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq (۳؍ ۴۱۱ح ۶۱۲۶دوسرا نسخہ: ۶۱۵۲) Al Haad wa al Mashani lil bin Abi Aasim ( ح5,356 .2940) Al Maujma al Kabeer lil Tabrani ( 22,399 ح.996) aur Huliyat ul Awliyah lil Abi Naeem Al Subhani (2,43) me is qisse ki taeed wala qissa, Abdullah bin Muhammad Bin Aqeel se murawwi hai. Yeh qissa do wajah se zaeef hai .

۩1. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel ( qaul e rajeh me ) jamhoor Muhaddiseen ke nazdeek zaeef hai.

۩2. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel ne Sayyeda Fatima r.a. ka zamana nahi paaya lehaza yeh sanad munqate hai. Dekhye Majma al-Zawa'id lil Ali ibn Abu Bakr al-Haythami (9,211) wa Nasb ul Rayah (2,251 وقال: ‘‘بسند ضعیف و منقطع)
Tambeeh : Musannif Abdul Razzaq aur Alhaad wa Masani me Abdul Razzaq ka Ustaad Muhammad Bin Rashid likha hua hai jab ke baqi kitabon mein Maamar (bin rashid) hai. Nasb ul Rayah (2,251) mein bhi Maamar hi hai. Muhammad Bin Rashid Al Makhooli aur Maamar Bin Rashid dono Abdul Razzaq ke Ustaad aur Ibne Aqeel ke shagird hain .

Hafiz Ibne Kaseer ne kaha: "وما روى من أنها اغتسلت قبل وفاتها و أوصت أن لا تغسل بعد ذلك فضعيف لا يعول عليه و الله أعلم" : (Aur jo riwayat kiya gaya hai ke Unho ne (Sayeda Fatima razi Allah anha) ne apni wafaat se pahle ghusal kiya aur yeh wasiyat ki ke is ke baad unhe ghusal naa diya jaye to ye zaeef hai, is par aitmaad nahi kiya jata. wallahuàalam).

Khulasa e Tahqeeq: "Yeh riwayat apni tamaam sanado ke sath zaeef wa munkir hai lehaza kabil e qubul nahi hai.

Jummah Se Pahle Sunnat Namaz Padhne Ki Zaif Hadeeso Ki Tahkeek


Jummah Se Pahle Sunnat Namaz Padhne Ki Kuch Hadiths Milti Hai Lekin Wo Saari Hadith Usool E Muhaddiseen Par Zaif Hai.

۩ Pahli Riwayat:

Abu Abdir Rahman Al-Sulami riwayat karte hai: “Abdullah (bin Mas’ood) hame Jummah se pahle aur Jummah ke baad char rakat sunnat padhne ka farmaan dete the.

Musannaf Abdir Al-razzaaq (Vol 3,page 247,idaratul Quran).

Ye riwayat Zaif hai kyuki is riwayat ke ek raawi Sufyaan ath-Thawree Tadlees karte hue AN se riwayat karte hai.

Abdullah Ibn Mubaarak kahte hai ki

Sufyaan ath-Thawree Tadlees karte the.

Aur yahi Raae Imam Bukhari aur baki Muhaddiso ki bhi hai:

Master Ameen Okaarvi Deobandi :-

Master Ameen Okaarvi Deobandi ek riwayat ki tankeed karte hai kyuki usme Sufyaan ath-Thawree Tadlees karte hai.

(Majmoo Rasaail Old Publication 3/331,tajalliyaat Safdar 5/470).

۩ Dusri Riwayat:

Abdullah (bin Mas’ood) riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ Jummah namaz se pahle char rakat sunnat padhte the. 

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba (Vol 4, Page 114, Al-majlis Al-ilmi)

Ye riwayat Zaif hai kyuki ye riwayat munqati(Tuta hua, broken) hai kyuki is riwyat ke ek raawi Abu Ubaydah bin Abdullah  ne apne walid Ibn Masood se ye riwayat suni hi nai thi. 

Imaam Shu’bah riwayat karte hai Amr bin Murrah se: "Maine Abu Ubaydah bin Abdullah se pucha kya apne Abdullah se kuch suna hai."  Unhone farmaya: "Nahi"

(Tabqaat Ibn Sa’d 6/210)

Imam Tirmizi farmate hai:

"Iska asli naam pata nahi aur na hi isne apne walid (Abdullah bin Mas’ood) se kuch suna hai"

(Al-jaami 1/28).

۩ Teesri Riwayat:

Ibrahim (Al-Nakh’ee)  riwayat karte hai ki sahaba jummah se pahle chaar rakat sunnat padha karte the. 

Musnnaf Ibn Abi Shaybah (Vol 4, Page 114, Al-majlis Al-illmi)

Ye riwayat Zaif hai kyuki isme ek raawi hai Sulemaan al-A’mash naam ka jo Tadlees karte hue AN se riwayat karta hai aur Ibraaheem an-Nakh’ee ne sirf kuch hi sahabao ko dekha tha lekin unhone unlogo maise kisi se riwayat nahi kiya.

Nabi ﷺ Ke Kabr Ki Chhat Ke Mutallik Ek Riwayat


Abul Jauza'a Aous bin Abdullah Tabaee r.h. bayan karte hai:

قُحِطَأَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ قَحْطاً شَدِيداً ، فَشَكَوْا إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ : انْظُرُوا قَبْرَ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاجْعَلُوا مِنْهُ كِوًى إِلَى السَّمَاءِ حَتَّى لاَ يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ سَقْفٌ .فَفَعَلُوا، فَمُطِرْنَا مَطَراً حَتَّى نَبَتَ الْعُشْبُ وَسَمِنَتِ الإِبِلُ ، حَتَّى تَفَتَّقَتْ مِنَ الشَّحْمِ ، فَسُمِّىَ عَامَ الْفَتْقِ-

Madina wale shadeed qahet ka shikaar hogaye to unhone Ayesha ra se arz kiya to unhone Nabi ﷺ ki qabar ki taraf dekho (jao) aur is me se aasman ki taraf kuch surakh banado hat'ta ke in par koi parda na ho, Unhone aise hy kiya to un par khub barish hui Hat'ta ke Ghaans ug aayi Oont is qadar farba hogaye ke wo charbi se phuul gaye aur is saal ka naam Aam ul fataq (khush-haali ka saal) rakha gaya..

Narrated by al-Daarimi (1/56), no. 92, in the chapter: How Allaah honoured His Prophet after his death. 

Hadith ki Sehat:

Za'eef : Is riwayat ki sanad Za'eef hai Kyun ke Iske Raawi Amro bin Malik al Nakry ki hadees Abu al Jauza'a se gair mahfooz hui hai, ye riwayat bhi isi se hai.

Hafiz Ibn e Hajar likhte hai,  (Alkamil: 411)

Imaam Ibn e Adi ne farmaya hai ke Abul Jauza'a se Amro bin Malik ne taqreeban dus(10) ghair mehfooz ahadees bayan ki hai.

Taqreeb at Tahzeeb al ibn e hajar: 1/330.

Ye Jirah mufassir hai, ye hadees bhi Amro bin malik al nakry ne apne ustaad Abul Jauza'a se riwayat ki hai, Lehaza ghair mehfooz hai.

Imam Ibn Tamiyah ne is hadees ke bare me farmaya : Hargiz ye sahih nahi hai aur Na hi kisi Isnaad se Sabit hai.

Al Radd Alalbakri,1/103.

Sheikh Naasiruddin Albani ne  farmaya, "Isnaad za'eef aur Dalail ke taur par ye nahi liya ja sakta".

Shab e Barat Ki Fazilat Ke Mutallik Zaif Riwayate


Jab ham apne bhaiyo ko bolte hai ki shaban ke mutallik jo hadiths wo zaif ya maudu hai to wo jawab dete hai ki wo sari hadiths daif wa maudu hai iski dalail kya hai? Toh un bhaiyo ke liye ye rahi dalail:

🎆1.  Hazrat Ali bin talib Radi-Allahu-Anhu farmate hain ki jab Nisf Shaban ( 15 Shaban) ki raat ho to raat ko ibadat karo aur dusrey din roza rakho isliye ki iskey Ghrub-e-Shamsh se Fajar tulu honey tak aasman-e-duniya par Allah subhanahu nuzul farmatey hain aur kahtey hain ki koi Maghfirat ka talabgar hai ki main uski maghfirat karu , koi rozi ka talabgar hai ki main usko rozi du , koi beemar hai ki main use beemari se aafaiyat du , hai koi aisa , yahan tak ki Fajar tulu ho jati hai.

🎆2.  Ayesha Radi-Allahu-Anha se rivayat hai ki ek raat maine Rasoollallah ﷺ ko bistar par na paya to unki talash mein nikli aur dekha ki aap jannatul baqi mein aasman ki taraf sir uthaye huye hain Aap ﷺ ne faramaya ki Aayesha kya tumhey ye khayal hai ki Allah aur uska Rasool tum par zulm karengey mainey arz kiya mujhe aisa koi khayal na tha bulki mainey samjha aap apni kisi biwi ke baas gaye hongey to Aap ﷺ ney farmaya ki Allah subhanahu Nisf Shaban ( 15 Shaban) ki raat aasman-e-duniya par nuzul farmatey hain aur banu kalb ki bakriyon se bhi zyada logo ki bakhshis farma dete hain ( banu kalb ek kabeeley ka naam tha jiskey pass tamam arab se bhi zyada bakriya thi)

Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol 1 , # 1389 ( Zaeef as per Imam Tirmidhi and Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai)


Zaif hone ki wajah- Is hadith me Hajjaaj bin Artaat an-Nakha’ee hai jo ki Zaif raawi hai kyuki ye Mudallis hai aur An se riwayat kar rahe hai. 


Is hadith ko Imam Tirmidhi ne khud riwayat kar ke niche likh diya hai ke ye riwayat munqate hai, aur saath likh diya hain ke mere ustaad Imam Bukhari ne kaha ke ye riwayat zaeef hai. Ab jo apko ye hadith deta hai usse puche ki jab khud Imam tirmidhi ne is hadith ke niche is hadith ki sehat likh di thi to apne kyu chupaya hamlogo se.

Aur ye kaisi fazeelat wali raat hai ke jis main Nabi e Rahmat khamoshi se uthe, khamoshi se bahar gai, khamoshi se itni afzal ibadat ki, wo Nabi ke jis ke bare me Quran main aya hai ki
"Aye Nabi, pohcha dijiye jo kuch bhi Aap ke Rabb ki taraf se nazil hua hai, agar Aap ne aisa na kiya to apni risalat ka fariza hi ada na kia".

Jo is hadith ko sahih mante hain, wo Huzoor pe khud-gharzi ka ilzaam lagaty hain, ki na kisi biwi ko uthaya,
na hi kisi sahabi ko bataya, balky khud khoofia tor pe itni afzal ibadat karne chale gaye????



🎆3.  Abu Musa Al-Ashari Radi-Allahu-Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah ﷺ ne farmaya Allah subhanahu nisf Shaban ki raat ( 15 shaban) ko tamam makhluq ki bakhshis farma detey hain siwaye shirk karne wale ke aur keena rakhney wale ke.

🎆4.  Shob ul iman, imam Bayhaqi:

"Huzoor e Akram ﷺ ne farmaya ki is raat tamaam paida hony wali, faut hony waly, rizq pane waly, in ke naam likh diye jaty hain aur amaal ALLAH ke yahan pesh ki jaty hain."

Tahkeek: Is ki ek sanad munqaty hai, aur dusri main Ibn e Kaseer al abadi zaeef rawi hai.

Sahih riwayat jo hai wo sunan Nisai main hai, Hadith 2359 main shabaan ke mahine ki fazeelat ke bare me ki is mahine main Huzoor e Akram ﷺ kasrat se roze rakhte the.



Usool e hadith:

Zaeef, mouzu aur munqaty riwayat Huzoor ki taraf mansoob riwayat hoti hain, sahih aur muttasil nahin hoti. Aur is ke bary main Huzoor ki mutawwatir ahadith Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 106 aur muqadma e Sahih Muslim main hai ki
"Jis shakhs ne meri taraf aisi baat mansoob ki jo maine nahin kahi, to wo shakhs apna thikana jahannum main dekh le"

Aur Imam Muslim ne Sahih muslim ke muqadime me ye baat likhi hai jiska khulasa ye hai ke

"Zaeef aur munqaty riwayat na to aqaid main li jaengi aur na hi targheeb wa fazail main. Is tahqeeq ke baad mai nahin samajhta ke koi apni kitab me koi zaeef hadith bayan kare, siwae uske jo jahil hai"

Namaz Ke Mutallik Chand Zaif Riwayat


Darj e zel riwayaat ko Azeem Muhaddis Allama Muhammad Nasir Uddin Albaani r.h. ne Zaeef qaraar diya hai.                                         

۩1.  Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke: ‘Nabi e Akram ﷺ jab baitul khulaa mein daaqhil hote to apni a’nghutee utaar dete.’

(Abu Dawood: 19 – Tirmizee: 1746).

Ye riwaayat zaeef hai is mein Ibne Juraij Mudallis hai aur wo A’an se riwaayat karta hai.

۩2. Ummal Salma r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ se sawaal kiya gaya ke kya aurat kurte aur odhnee mein namaz padhle jabke tehband na ho? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Haa’n! agar kurta lamba hai aur qadmo’n ki pusht ko dhaa’npta hai.’

(Abu Dawood: 640)

Iski sanad mein Muhammad bin Zaid bin Qanfaz ki Maa’n Umme Haraam Majhool hai, lehaza ye hadees Marfoo aur

Mauqoof dono’n Zaeef hain.

۩3.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool ﷺ Allah ne farmaya: ‘Jab koi namaz padhe to apne saamne koi cheez rakhe, agar iske paas (rakhne ke liey) a’asaa (T: walking stick) na ho to khat (T: line) khee’nchey phir job hi iske aage se guzrega nuqsaan na dega.’

Ye riwayyat Zaeef hai, is mein Abu Omru bin Muhammad bin Harees aur iska dada dono’n Majhool hain.

۩4.  Ibne Umar r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Haaeza aur Jumbi Quraan e Majeed na padhei’n.’

(Tirmizee: 131)

Ye riwaayat Zaeef hai. Ismael bin Ayaash Ahle Hijaaz se Munkar riwayaat bayan karta hai. Iska ustaad Musa bin Oqba Hijaazi hai.

۩5.  Abu Huraira ra. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Har baal ke neeche janaabat hai, pas balo’n ko dho aur badan ko paak karo.’

(Abu Dawood: 248)

Is riwaayat mein Haaris bin Wajeeya hai jo Zaeef hai.

۩6.  Rasool Allah ﷺ kulli karne ke liey aur naak mein paani daalne ke liey alag alag paani lete.

(Abu Dawood: 139)

Ye riwaayat Zaeef hai, is mein Lais bin Abi Saleem Haneef Mudallis hai aur wo A’an se riwaayat karta hai.

۩7.  Oqba bin Amir al Jani r.a. Rasool Allah ﷺ se riwayat karte hain ke: ‘Jis ne acchi tarha wazu kiya phir apni nigaah asmaan ki taraf uthaa kar shahadatain padaha is ke liey jannat ke aatho’n darwaze khol diey jaate hain.’

(Abu Dawood: 170)

Ye riwayat Zaeef hai, kyou’nke Abu Aqeel ka chachaa zaad bhai Majhool hai.

۩8.  Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hain ke: ‘Koi shaqs wazu ke baghair azaan na de.’

(Tirmizee: 200,201)

Is silsile ki dono’n riwayaat Zaeef hain, ek riwayat mein Muaviya bin Yahya al Sadfi hai jo Zaeef hai aur doosri riwayat Muqate hai, kyou’nke Ibne Shahaab Zohri ki Abu Huraira se samaa‐at saabit nahi.

۩9.  Ziyaad bin Haaris r.a. Sadaai bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs azaan kahe wohi takbeer kahe.’

(Tirmizee: 199 – Abu Dawood: 514)

Abdur Rahman bin Ziyaad al Afriqee ke Zoa’af ki binaa par ye riwayat Zaeef hai.

۩10.  Bilaal r.a. ne aqaamat kahi, jab Qad Qaamatis Salah kaha to Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Aqaamallah wa Adaamahaa kaha.

Ye riwayat Zaeef hai is riwayat mein Rajul Min Ahlis Shaam ‐ Majhool hai aur Muhammad bin Saabit Zaeef hai.

۩11. Hazrat Ali r.a. se riwayat hai ke sunnat ye hai ke haath naaf ke neeche rakhe jaei’n.

Ye riwaayat Zaeef hai, kyou’nke Ziyaad bin Zaid Majhool hai aur Abdur Rahman bin Ishaaq al Koofi ko jamhoor muhaddiseen ne Zaeef kaha hai.

۩13.  Sayyadna Ali r.a. se riwayat hai, Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Namaz mein apni ungliyo’n ko na chatqhaao.’

(Ibne Majja: Iqaamatis Salah 965)

Iski sanad mein Haaris bin Abdullah al Oud hai aur wo Zaeef hai.

۩14.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs Watteeni waz Zaitoon ki tilaawat karte hue Alaisallahu Bi Ahkamil Haakimeen kahe to ise caahiey ke kahe Balaa wa Anaa A’alaa Zaalika Minash Saahideen aur jab Surah Qiyaama ki tilaawat karte hue ye aayat Alaisa Zaalika Biqaadir A’alaa Ai’n Yuhyil Mauta padhe to jawaab mein kahe Balaa.’

Abu Huraira r.a. se sunne wala Eraabi Majhool hai, lehaaza riwaayat Zaeef hai.

۩15. Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo koi rukoo mein 3 baar Subhaana Rabbiyal Azeem kahe to iska rukoo poora hoga aur ye adna darja hai aur jo koi sajda mein 3 baar Subhaana Rabbiyal A’aala kahe to iska sajda poora hogaya aur ye adna darja hai.’

(Tirmizee: 261 – Abu Dawood: 886)

Riwayat Zaeef hai, kyou’nke Oun bin Abdullah ki Ibne Masood r.a. se mulaqaat saabit nahi, lehaaza sanad Munqata hai aur Ishaaq bhin Yazeed Majhool hai.

۩16.  Wael bin Hajar r.a. se riwayat hai: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ jab sajda karte to apne ghutne apne hatho’n se pehle rakhte aur jab saja se uth‐te to hatho’n ko ghutno’n se pehle uthaa‐te.’

(Abu Dawood: 736,838,839 – Tirmizee: 268)

Iski 1 sanad mein Abdul Jabban bin Wael hai, jis ne apne waalid se kuch nahi suna, doosri sanad mein Shareek Al Qaazi hai jo Zaeef aur Mudallis hai aur A’an se riwayat karta hai.

۩17.  Abdullah bin Zubair se riwayat hai ke ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ (tashahud mein) apni ungli ko harkat nahi dete the.’

Muhammad bin A’ajlaan Mudallis hai aur A’an se riwaayat karta hai.

۩18.  Abdullah bin Masood r.a. riwayat karte hain ke: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ 2 rakato’n ke baad (tashahud mein) is tarha baith‐te goya garam pattahr par baithe hue hain, yaha’n tak ke khade hojaate.’

(Abu Dawood: 995 – Tirmizee: 366)

Iski sanad Munqate hai kyou’n ke Abu Obaidah ne apne waalid se kuch nahi suna.

۩20.  Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jab tumhei’n namaz mein shak ho ke 3 padhi hain ya 4 aur ziyaada gumaan 4 rakat ka ho to samal ferne se pahle 2 sajde karo, phir tashahud padhi phir salaam phero.’

(Abu Dawood: 1028)

Riwaayat Zaeef aur Munqate hai, Qhaseef Zaeef hai aur Abu Obaidah ne apne baap se kuch nahi suna.

۩21.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya ke: ‘Farz namaz har musalman ke peeche waajib hai caahe nek ho ya bad aur caahe wo kabeera gunah kare.’

(Abu Dawood: 594)

Riwaayat Zaeef hai kyou’nke Makhool ne Abu Huraira se kuch nahi suna.

۩22.  Saaeb bin Yazeed r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘jab Rasool Allah ﷺ juma ke din mimbar par baith‐te to masjid ke darwaze par azaan di jaati.’

(Abu Dawood: 1088)

Is riwayat mein Muhammad bin Ishaaq Mudallis hai aur A’an se riwayat karta hai, alaawa azee’n ye mimbar ke paas azaan dene ki mefooz riwayat (Tibraani V7 P146) ke khilaaf bhi hai.

۩23.  Abu Huraira r.a. bayan karte hain: Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Juma is shaqs par farz hai jo juma padh kar raat ko waapas apne ahel o ayaal me aasake.’

(Tirmizee: 502)

Abdullah bin Saeed al Maqbari Matrook, Hajjaj bin Sasar aur Ma‐aarak bin Abaad Zaeef hain.

۩24.  Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘Juma is shaqs par laazim hai jo azaan ki awaaz sune.’

(Abu Dawood: 1056)

Is riwayat mein Abu Salma bin Nabiya aur Abdullah bin Haroon Majhool hain.

۩25.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘Eid ke din barish thee is liey Rasool Allah ﷺ ne masjid mein namaz Eid padhaai.’

Is riwaayat mein Isa bin Abdul A’aala Majhool hai.

۩26.  Takbeerat Eid ke alfaaz:

Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar, Laailaaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar Allahu Akbar wa Lillahil Hamd ke masnoon hone ki koi daleel nahi hai. Daarequtnee mein in alfaaz ki saraahat aai hai lekin Imam Zahabi ne ise Saqht Zaeef balke Mauzoo kaha hai.

۩27.  Buraida r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Witr haq hai jo witr na padhe wo ham mein se nahi, Aap ne 3 baar farmaya.’

(Abu Dawood: 1419)

Is mein Abdullah bin Abdullah al Munkee al Maruzee Zaeef hai.

۩28.  Aisha r.a. bayan karti hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ witr ki 2 rakat par salam nahi pherte the.

(Nasai: 1698)

Is mein Qataada Mudallis hai jo A’an se riwaayat karta hai.

۩29.  Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ ne safar mein Qasr kiya aur poori namaz bhi padhi.’

Ek sanad mein Talha bin Umroo hai jo Zaeef hai, Doosri sanad mein Saeed bin Muhammad bin Tawaab hai jiski Jarah o Ta’adeel maujood nahi.

۩30.  Abdullah bin Abi Oofi r.a. kehte hain ke Rasool ﷺ Allah ne farmaya: ‘Jis shaqs ne Allah Ta’ala se ya kisi insaan se haajat ho to wuzu kare phir 2 rakat padhe aur phir ye dua kare.’

(Tirmizee: 479 – Ibne Majja: 1384)

Is mein Faaed bin Abdur Rahman Matrook hai.

۩31.  Ma’aqal bin Yasaar r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Apne murdo’n par Surah Yaseen padho.’

(1) Imaam Baihaqi r.h. ne is riwayat ko naqal karke is ke ek rawi Abdullah bin Umry ko munkir kaha hai ya'ni ye riwat inke nazdeek sahih nahi hai.

(2) Imaam Dar Qutni r.h. ne isriwayat ko naqal kiya hai aur iske ek rawi Musa bin halaal ke baare me farmate hai ke wo majhool hai.

Surah Hashr ki Aakhri Ayat Padhne ki Fazilat Wali Hadees


حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ أَبُو الْعَلاَءِ الْخَفَّافُ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعُ بْنُ أَبِي نَافِعٍ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ السَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ وَقَرَأَ ثَلاَثَ آيَاتٍ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْحَشْرِ وَكَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ سَبْعِينَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ وَإِنْ مَاتَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ مَاتَ شَهِيدًا وَمَنْ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُمْسِي كَانَ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

Ma’qil ibn Yasar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya: "Jo shaks bhi teen baar roz subah ‘A’oothu Billah il-samee’ il-‘aleem min al-shaytan il-rajeem (Mai Allah, sunne wala janne wala, se shaitan mardud ki panah mangta hu) kahe aur Surah al-Hashr ki aakhri teen ayat padhe to Allah sattar (70) hazar farishte ko bhejega jo uske liye shaam tak barkat ki dua karenge aur agar wo us din wafat pa jaye to wo shaheed ki wafat payega aur agar jo ise shaam ko bhi padhega to uska bhi yahi darja hoga."

Ise Imam Tirmizi ne kitab fazail al Quran, baab: Jo Quran ka ek harf padhta hai, use.., hadees- 2922 ke tahat riwayat kiya hai. Ise Imam Ahmad ne apni Musnad (19795) me bhi riwayat kiya hai.

۞ Tahkeek:

Is hadith ke isnad me Khalid ibn Tahman hai jise Ibn Hajar farmate hai: Is raawi ko sachha kaha gaya hai lekin is raawi par shia hone ka ilzam hai fir wo raawi ulajh (confused ho) gaya.

Taqreeb al-Tahzeeb, 1644.

Is hadees ki Ayeb (defect) bayan karte hue Imam Tirmizi ne is Hadith ko gareeb karaar diya hai. Muhaddis Zubair Ali Zai ne bhi is hadees ko Zaif karaar diya hai. Al-Albani ne bhi is hadees ko Zaif karaar diya hai. Dekhe Al-Albani ki Zaif Abi Dawood, hadees- 2922.

Lehaza is hadees par amal nahi ho sakta lekin aur bhi sahih hadees hai jisme subah shaam ki dua ka zikr hai aur hame un hadeeso par amal karna chahiye.

RasoolAllah Ka Naam Sunte Hi Angutha Chumna


Sawal: RasoolAllah ﷺ Ka Naam Sunte Hi Angutha Chumne Ki Kya Koi Shara'i Haisiyat Hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Dailmi riwayat kerte hai ki Hajrat Abu Bakr Siddique ne ek baar kaha ‘Jab maine  Muazzin ko Ash’hadu anna Muharnrnadar-Rasoolullah (SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam) kahte hue suna toh maine wahi kaha aur kalima ke ungli ke andar ke hisse ko chuma aur apne ankho par lagaya. Jab RasoolAllah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam ne ye dekha to kaha, Meri sifarish us par wazib ho jati hai jo isi tarha karta hai jaise mere mahboob ne kiya.’

(Al Maqasid al-hasanah hadees- 976).

۩ Is riwayat pe Muhaddiseen ka faisla. :-

۞ Imam Sakhawi ne kaha : -

Imam Sakhawi ne khud is ko riwayat karne ke baad kaha ولا يصح hadith sahi nahi hai.

(Al Maqasid Al-hasanah 450).

۞ Allaamah Muhammad Taahir ne kaha :-

“Wa Laa Yasahah” Saheeh nahi hai.

(Tadhkirrah Al-mawdhoo’aat Page 36).

۞ Shaykh Muhammad Khaleel Tarbulusee Hanafi ne kaha:-

“Sakhawi ne Ise Inkar kiya hai aur kaha ki ye sahih nahi hai.”

(Al-Lulul al-marsoo’ah feemaa al-asal lahu wabaa asli mawdhoo no.505 page 168)

۞ Shaykh Albani ne kaha :-

“Ye hadith sahih nahi hai aur ye Daylamee ne Musnad al-Firdaus me Abu Bakr as-Siddeeque (Marfooan) par mansoob kiya hai . Lekin ibn Taahir ne at-Tadhkirrah me kaha hai ki yeh Saheeh nahi hai aur Imaam Shawkaani ne bhi yahi kaha hai al- Hadeeth al-Mawdhoo’aah (pg.9) me aur Sakhawee ne bhi al-Maqaasid me yahi kaha hai ki ye Saheeh nai hai.”

(Silsilah ahadeeth ad-da’eefah wal-mawdhoo’ah no.73).

۩ Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi Ne Khud Kaha :-

RasoolAllah ka naam sunkar anguthe ko chumna aur fir aankh par malna kisi bhi marfoo hadith se sabit nahi hai aur iske bare me jo riwayat hai wo koi bhi takrir se azad nahi, isliye jo is daleel ko nazar me rakhta hai ya is daleel pe amal karne ko sochta hai ya jo ispar amal na kare unpar ilzam lagata hai to wo beshak galti pe hai.

(Abar al-maqaal fee qiblatil ajlaal page 12).

Ikhtitam:-

Kisi bhi ek marfoo riwayat me ye nai hai ki RasoolAllah ka naam sunne ke baad hame unglia chumni chaiye. Aur upar ki jo riwayate  hai wo sahih nahi hai isliye unpar bharosa nahi kiya ja sakta. Ham logo ke paas kafi mazbut riwayate hai jo kahti hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ka naam sunne ke baad unpar salam bhejna chaiye aur musalmano ko ispar ba-qaedgi se amal karna chaiye.

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.
