Haiza Aurto Ki Lailatul Qadr Me Ibadat


Alhamdulillah..

Haiza aurte saari ibadat kar sakti hai siwae Namaz, Roza, Tawaf e Kaba, aur Aetikaaf baithne ke. In char chizo ko chor kar Haiza aurte saari ibadate kar sakti hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki ek hajj me mai haiza ho gai, toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Baitullah ke tawaf ke alawa baaki har wo kaam karo jo haji karta hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al haiz (6), hadees- 293.

۩ Umm Atiyya r.a. farmati hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Haiz wali aurto ko bhi Eid ke roz Eidgaah jaane ka hukm diya taaki wo logo ke takbiro ke sath takbire kahe aur un ki duae ke sath duae kare lekin namaz na padhe.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al haiz (6), hadees- 324.

۞ Wo khas kar in Ibadaat me mashgool ho sakti hai


2. Zikr jaise Subhaan Allaah, La ilaaha illallaah, alhamdulillah, wagaira.

3. Istighfaar (maghfirat ki dua karna), is alfaz ko dohraana: 'Astaghfirullaah' (Mai Allah se maghfirat maangti hu).

4. Dua maangna:

Wo Allah se is dunya aur akhirat ki bhalayi ke liye dua maang sakti hai. Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Dua ek ibadat hai'. (Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ul dua, hadees- 3372 | hasan sahih)

Haiza aurte shab e qadr me ye saari ibadaat kar sakti hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame wo amal karne ki taufeeq ata kare jisse wo khush ho aur hamse raazi ho jaye. aameen.

Ramzan ke Aakhri Das Dino Me Haiz Rokne ke Liye Goliya Lena


 Sawal 

Agar kisi aurat ko ramzan al mubarak ke aakhri das (10) dino me haiz aana ho toh kya woh haiz ko rokne ki goliya istemaal kar sakti hai taa ke un afzal ayyaam me ibadat kar sake?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulillah..

Yeh sawaal fazilatus Shaykh Muhammad ibn Uthameen r.h. ke saamne pesh kiya gaya toh un ka jawab tha,

'Hamari raaye me Allah taala ki ibadat karne ke liye woh yeh goliya istemaal na kare kyuki haiz ek aesi cheez hai jo Allah taala ne Adam ki betiyo par muqarrar kar diya hai.

Hajj e alvida ke mauke par Ayesha r.a. ne Umra ka ahraam baandha aur makkah pahuchne se pahle hi inhe haiz aagaya, chunanche Rasool ﷺ un ke paas aaye toh Ayesha r.a. ro rahi thi, Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Tum kyu ro rahi ho?' To unhone Nabi ﷺ ko bataya ke inhe haiz shuru ho gaya hai, toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Yeh ek aesi cheez hai jo Allah taala ne Adam a.s. ki betiyo par likh di hai.'

Chunanche haiz in ke ikhtiyar me nahi hai, agar haiz ramzan ke aakhri ashre me aa jaaye toh use Allah taala ki taqdeer par mutmayeen rahna chahiye, aur woh yeh goliya istemaal mat kare kyuki mere ilm me aaya hai ke mere motabar doctor ne bataya hai ke yeh goliya aurat ke raham (uterus) aur khoon ke liye nuksaan-daye hai, aur baaz auqaat bachhe ki badsoorti ka baais bhi banti hai, is liye meri raaye hai ke un golio se ijtinab kiya jaaye, aur agar haiz aa jaye to woh namaz aur roza tark kar de, kyunke yeh uske apne haath me nahi, balke Allah tala ki takdeer ke sath hai.'

Shab e Qadr ki Nishaniya

Allah s.w.t. Quran e majeed me farmate hai:

Humne is (Quran) ko shab e qadr me nazil kiya hai. Aur tum kya jano ke shab e qadr kya hai. Shab e qadr hazar maheeno se zyada behtar hai. Farishte aur rooh (Jibrael) us me apne Rabb ke izn se har hukm le kar utarte hai. Woh raat sarasar salamati hai tulu e fajr tak.

Surah Qadr (97), ayat 1-5.

Shab e Qadr ek azeem raat hoti hai jiski fazilat upar bayan ki gai hai. Allah ke taraf se ham ko yahi hukm mila hai ki is raat ibadat kare aur uski magfirat talab kare. Ye Ramzan ke aakhri 10 din ki taak raato me hota hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Ramzaan ki aankhri ashre ki Taak raato (21, 23, 25, 27, 29) me Lailatul Qadr talash karo.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab faizal al lailatul qadr (32), hadees- 2017.

۞ Allah ke Rasool ne hame shab e qadr ki nishaniya batayi hai aur wo ye hai:

۩1. Jis raat lailatul Qadr hogi us ke agle din suraj bina kiran (rays) ke niklega.

[Sahih Muslim, 1785]

۩2. Jis raat lailatul Qadr hogi us raat ko chand ek plate ke piece ke tarha niklega.

[Sahih Muslim, 2779]

۩3. Lailatul Qadr ki raat ko na zyada garmi hogi aur na zyada thandi hogi lekin wo sakhawat ki raat hogi aur agle subah suraj kamzor aur laal rang ka niklega.

[Ibn Khuzaima, 2192 | Sahih]

۩4. Laitalul Qadr wale din ko ya Raat ko barish ho sakti hai.

Kaafi Saal Se Haiz ke Chhode Hue Rozo ki Qaza ke Ahkaam

Mustaqil fatwa committee se ye sawal kiya gaya:

'Ek saathh (60) saal ki aurat kayi saal tak haiz ke ahkaam se la-ilm thi, aur aam logo se sun rakha tha ke rozo ki qaza nahi, is gumaan ki bina par unhone rozo ki qaza nahi ki. Is ka hukm kya hai?'

Committee ka jawab tha,

'Unhe Allah taala ki janib ruju karte hue tawba wa istighfaar karni chahiye ke inhone ahle ilm se yeh masla nahi pucha, is ke sath sath in par un ayyaam ki qaza bhi hai jo inhone haiz ki wajah se roze nahi rakhhe.

Unke mutabik jitne roze chhute hai un ayyaam ki qaza me roze rakhhe aur agar un me istetaat ho toh har din ke badle me ek miskeen ko khana bhi de de jo ki aadha 'Saa' gandum (gehu) ya khujur ya chawal wagaira, jo us ke mulk me khaya jata ho, lekin agar wo khana dene ki istetaat nahi rakhti toh unhe iski zarurat nahi hai aur sirf rozo ki qaza hi kaafi ho jayegi.'

Rozedaar ka Eye drops Istemal Karna


Alhamdulillah..

Aankho ke katrah (eye drops) ke mutaliq ulema me ikhtilaaf hai ke is se roza tut ta hai ya nahi.

Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen aur Shaykh ibn Taymiyyah ki raaye ye hai ki is se roza nahi tut ta hai.

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen r.h. kahte hai,

'Shaykh ibn Taymiyyah ne ye mazhab ikhtiyar kiya hai ke surma roza ko khatam nahi karta agarche woh halak me bhi chala jaaye aur un ka kahna hai ke ise na toh khane aur peene ka naam diya jata hai aur nah hi ye un dono ke mayine (meaning) me aata hai aur fir is se nah hi woh cheez haasil hoti hai jo khane peene se haasil hoti ho. Aur Nabi ﷺ se koi bhi sareeh aur wazeh hadees nahi milti jo ke is par dalaalat karti ho ke surma roza todne waali cheez me daakhil hai.

Toh is masla me sahih baat yahi hai ke roza nahi toot-ta. Ibadat us waqt tak sahih wa salaamat hai jab tak ke hamare liye fasid karne wali koi cheez saabit na ho jaaye.
Aur jis maslak ki taraf Shaykh gaye hai woh hi sahih hai agarche insaan is ka zayeka apne halak me mahsoos hi kyu na kare.

Toh is bina par jis raaye ko shaykh al islam ne ikhtiyar kiya hai ki agar rozadaar apni aankh me katre daale (eye drops) aur is ka zayeka apne halak me mahsoos kare, toh is se us ka roza nahi tootega.'

Daanto Se Nikalne Waala Khoon Roza Batil Nahi Karta


Alhamdulillah..

Daanoto se niklne wala khoon roze par asarandaaz nahi hota aur na hi is se roza toot ta hai, chahe woh khud se nikle ya kisi shaks ke usko maarne ke wajah se nikla ho.

Allah taala hi taufeeq bakhsne wala hai. Allah taala hamare Nabi Muhammad ﷺ, un ki aal aur sahaba e karaam par apni rahmate nazil farmaye.

Al-lajnah al-daa’imah li’l-buhooth al-ilmiyyah wa’l-ifta, 10/267.

Lekin rozedaar par is khoon ko nigalna haraam hai, aur agar us nee jaan bujh kar nigal liya toh roza toot jayega.

Ar Rayyan | Jannat ka Ek Darwaza


۩ Sahl r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jannat ka ek darwaza hai jise 'Ar Rayyan' kahte hai, Qayamat ke din is darwaze se sirf rozedaar hi Jannat me dakhil honge, unke siwa aur koi is me se nahi dakhil hoga.

Pukara jayega ke Rozdaar kaha hai? Wo khade ho jayenge, unke siwa isse aur koi nahi andar jaane payega aur jab ye log andar chale jayenge toh ye darwaza band kar diya jayeg, fir us se koi andar na jaa sakega.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al saum (30), hadees- 1896.

۩ Sahl r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Rozedaar ke liye Jannat me ek darwaza hai jise 'Ar Rayyan' kahte hai. jisme inlogo ke siwa koi aur dakhil nahi hoga. Jab aakhri rozedaar dakhil ho jayega toh darwaza band kar diya jayega. Jo shaks isme dakhil hoga wo piyega aur jis ne ek dafa pi li, kabhi pyasa na hoga.'

Sunan Nasai, kitab al saum (22), hadees- 2238. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki unhone Rasoolullah ﷺ ko ye farmate hue suna,

'Jis ne Allah ki raah me do do cheeze kharch ki use Jannat me aawaz di jaye gi ke Aye Allah ke bande! Yeh (darwaaza) bahot achhha hai.

Jo namaz padhne waalo me se hoga, use namaz ke darwaze se puraka jayega, jo jihad karne walo me se hoga, use jihad ke darwaze se puraka jayega, jo sadaqa dene waalo me se hoga, use sadqe wale darwaze se puraka jayega, aur jo rozedaaro me se hoga, use baab e Rayyan se puraka jayega.

Abu Bakr Siddique r.a. ne kaha, Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ kisi insaan ko un tamaam darwazo se pukare jane ki zarurat to nahi hai lekin kya koi aisa bhi (khush naseeb) hoga jise un tamaam darwazo se bulaya jayega?

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Ji Haan! Aur mujhe ummeed hai Aap unhi me se hoge.'

Ramzaan ki Mubarakbaad Dena | Jayez ya Na-Jayez


Alhamdulillah..

Ramzaan, Eid ya Juma ki mubarakbaad dena ye hamare muashre ka ek riwaj hai, aur Deen ka usool ye kahta hai ki koi bhi rasm-riwaj ko apnane ki ijazat hai jab tak ki wo Quran ya sahih hadees ke khilaf na ho.

Toh is liye chahe wo Ramzan ki aamad ki Mubarakbaad dena ho ya Eid ki ya fir Juma ki, isme koi harj nahi hai.

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen se Eid ki mubarakbaad dene ke mutallik pucha gaya gaya:

'Namaz eid ke baad musafah karne, gale milne aur mubarakbaad dene ka kya hukm hai?'

Toh Shaykh ka jawab tha:

'In chizo me koi harj nahi hai, kyuki log use bataur Ibadat aur Allah taala ka qurb samajh kar nahi karte hai, balki log ye bataur riwaaj (custom) aur izzat o ikraam aur ehtram karte hai, aur jab tak shariyat me kisi rasm-riwaj ki mumaniyat (manaahi) na aaye to bunyadi usool ye hai ki us chiz ki ijazat hoti hai.'

Aur akhir me, Ramzan ki mubarakbaad dene me koi harj nahi hai, is baat par Ummat e Muslimah ka Ijma bhi hai.

Eid ke Aadaab


1۞ Zakat al Fitr

۩ Ibn Umar kahte hai, “Rasoollullah ﷺ ne Sadqa e Fitr ek Sa' khajur ya ek Sa' Jau (barley) farz karaar diya hai jo gulam, aazad, mard, aurat, chote aur bade tamam musalmano par farz hai aur Aap ﷺ ne ye hukm diya hai ki Namaz (Eid) ke liye jane se pahle ye Sadaqa ada kar diya jaye.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al zakat ﴾24﴿, hadees- 1503.

۩ Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne sadqa e fitr siyam ko lagu kiya hai aur behuda baato se pak karne ke liye aur miskeeno ke khane ke liye farz kiya hai, lehaza jo use (eid ki) namaz se pahle ada karega toh yeh maqbool sadqa hoga aur jo use namaz ke baad ada karega toh woh aam sadaqat me se ek sadaqa hoga.

Sunan abu dawood, kitab al zakat ﴾9﴿, hadees- 1609. (Hasan)

Malum hua ke eid ki namaz se pahle hi ada karna behtar hai.

Mazeed wazahat ke liye ye do article chq kare:

۩ Zakat al Fitr
۩ Zakat al Fitr ke mutallik kuch sawalaat

2۞ Ghusl Karna

۩ Ali r.a. farmate hai, ‘Juma, Arfa, Qurbani aur Eid ul Fitr ke din ghusl karna chahiye.’ 

Sunan kubra baihaqi, jild-3, safa-278. Iski sanad saheeh hai.

۩ Abdullah bin Umar Eid ke din Eidgaah ki taraf nikalne se pahle ghusl kiya karte the.

Muwatta Imam Maalik, kitab al Eidain, jild-1, safa-177, hadees- 428. Iski sanad saheeh hai.

Imam Nawawi farmate hai, “Musalmano ka is par Ijma tha ki Eid ki namaz ke liye ghusl karna mustahab hai.”

3۞ Eid ke Namaz ke liye kuch kha kar nikalna

۩ Abdullah bin Buraidah r.a. apne walid se riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ Eid ul Fitr ke din jab tak kha na lete (ghar se) nikalte nahi the aur Eid ul azha ke din jab tak namaz padh na lete khate na the.

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al eidain ﴾5﴿, hadees- 542. Ise darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

۩ Anas bin Malik kahte hai, “Allah ke Rasool ﷺ Eid ul fitr ke din na nikalte jab tak ke Aap chand khajure na kha lete.” 

Anas r.a. kahte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ taak adad ke (in odd numbers) khajure khate the.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al eidain ﴾13﴿, hadees- 953.

Ibn Hajar kahte hai, “Isme roze zyada karne ka raasta band karna aur Allah ke hukm ki itteba me jaldi aur pahel karna makasad hai.”

Fath ul baari, 2/446.

Aur jise khajur mayassar na ho wo kisi aur chiz ko kha kar ghar se nikle.

Lekin Eid al Azha me mustahab yeh hai ke eid ki namaz se pahle kuch na khaya jaye, balki namaz e Eid ke baad qurbani kar ke qurbani ka gosht ya us janwar ka koi bhi khane wala hissa khaya jaye, aur agar qurbani na ki ho toh namaz se pahle khane me koi harj nahi hai.

4۞ Takbeerat

Eid ke din takbeerat kahna eid ki badi sunnat hai. Jaise ke Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

'Allah tumhare saath narmi karna chahta hai, sakhti karna nahin chahta, isliye yeh tareeqa tumhe bataya jaa raha hai taa ke tum rozo ki taadaad puri kar sako aur jis hidayat se Allah ne tumhe sarfaraz kiya hai us par Allah ki kibriayi ka izhar o aetraf karo aur shukarguzar bano.

Surah baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat-185.

۩ Ibn Masud r.a. ye Takbeerat kahte:

'Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allahu akbar laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, wa Allaahu akbar, Allaah akbar, wa Lillaah il-hamd.'

(Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah ke siwa koi mabud nahi, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai aur sab taareef Allah ke liye hai).

Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah, 2/165-168. Irwa’ al-Ghaleel, 3/125.

Eid ul fitr me takbiraat kahne ka waqt chand raat se shuru hokar namaz e eid ke liye imam ke aane tak rahta hai.

Lekin Eid ul azha me pahle zul hijja se shuru ho kar aakhri ayyam e tashreek ka suraj gurub hone tak rahta hai.

5۞ Ek dusre ko Duae aur Eid ki Mubarakbaad dena

Seerat e sahaba r.a. se pata chalta hai ki wo Eid ke din ek dusre ko ek khaas alfaz ke sath duae diya karte the.

Jubayr ibn Nufayr kahte hai, “Eid ke din jab ashaab e Rasool ek dusre se mulaqat karte toh wo ek dusre se ye kahte the:

“Taqabballaho Minna wa Minkum”

'Allah hamare aur apke taraf se (acche amal) Qubul kare!'

Fath ul bari, 2/446. Ibn Hajar kahte hai ki iski isnad Hasan hai.

Hamare muashre me eid ke din mukhtalif alfaz me eid ki mubarakbaad bhi di jati hai, jaise apko eid mubarak ho, eid ki khushiya mubarak ho, wagaira. Isme koi harj nahi hai kyuki ye ek rasm hai aur usool e deen me ye hai ki kisi bhi rasm ko apnaya ja sakta hai jab tak wo kitab o sunnat ke khilaf na ho.


6۞ Eid ke din ek dusre se gale milna

Eid ke din ek dusre se gale milna bhi rasm me shumar hota hai aur isme koi harj nahi hai.


7۞ Eidi lena aur dena

Hamari muashre me eid ke din kuch paise ya kuch tohfe ek dusre ko diye/liye jate hai. Ahle ilm kahte hai ki isme koi harj nahi hai kyuki ye ek rasm hai.


8۞ Eid ke liye khubsurat aur achha libas pahenna

۩ Abdullah bin Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai, Umar r.a. ek mote reshmi kapde ka Jubba le kar Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hue jo bazaar me bik raha tha, wo kahne lage, Aye Allah ke rasool Aap ise khareed lijiye aur eid aur wafud ki pazeerayi ke liye use pahen kar zeenat farmaya kijiye.

Is par Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke yeh toh woh pehnega jis ka (akhirat me) koi hissa nahi. Is ke baad jab tak Allah ne chaha umar rahi fir ek din Rasoolullah ﷺ ne khud un ke paas ek reshmi Jubba tohfa me bheja. Umar r.a. ise liye hue Aap ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hue aur kaha ke Ya rasoolullah! Aap ne toh yeh farmaya ke is ko woh pahnega jis ka akhirat me koi hissa nahi fir Aap ne ye mere paas kyu bheja hai?
Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke Mai ne ise tumhare pahenne ko nahi bheja balke is liye ke tum ise bech kar is ki keemat apne kaam me le lao.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al eidain ﴾13﴿, hadees- 948.

۩ Jabir r.a. kahte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ke paas ek Jubba tha jise Aap dono Eido aur Juma ke din pahente the.

Saheeh Ibn Khuzaymah, hadees- 1756.

۩ Nafi riwayat karte hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar do eido ke din apna sabse behtar libas pahna karte the.

Sunan al-Kubra Baihaqi, hadees- 5667. Ibn Hajar ne ise saheeh karaar diya hai.

9۞ Raasta Badal kar Eidgaah Se Wapis Aaye

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah riwayat karte hai, “Rasoolullah ﷺ Eid ke din ek raaste se jaate fir dusra raasta badal kar aate the.”

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al eidain ﴾13﴿, hadees- 986.

10) Aurto ke Liye Hukm

Umme Atiya r.a. kahti hain,

Hame eid ke din eidgaah me jane ka hukum diya jata tha. Quwari ladkiya aur haiza aurte bhi parde me bahar aati thi. Yeh sab mardo ke peeche parde me rahti thi.
Jab mard takbir kahte to yeh bhi kahti aur jab woh dua karte toh yeh bhi karti aur is din ki barkat aur gunaho se pakizgi haasil karne ki ummeed rakhti thi.

Ramzan me Din ke Waqt Ehtelam Hona

Kya Ramzan me din ke waqt ehtelam hone se roza batil ho jayega?

  Jawab  

Alhamdulillah..

Ramzan me din ke waqt ehtelam (wet dream) hone se roza tut ta nahi hai, wo isliye ke ye kisi shaks ke ikhtiyar me nahi hota, aur wo ise khud se rok nahi sakta.

۩ Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

'Allah kisi shaks par uski taqat se badh kar bojh nahi daalta.'

Surah baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat- 286.

Agar kisi shaks ko ehtelam ho jaye toh ye uska roza batil nahi karta, kyuki ye uske ikhtiyar me nahi nahi hai, ye aese hai jaise ke wo soya hua ho aur uske halaq me koi chiz chali jaye.

۩ Mustaqil fatwa aur islami reserch committee se aise shakhs ke mutalliq sawal kiya gaya jise Ramzan me din ko ehtelam ho jaye toh us ka kya hukm hai? 

Toh is ka jawab tha:

“Jise roze ki haalat me ya fir hajj aur umrah ke liye ahraam ki haalat me ehtehlam ho jaye toh us par koi kaffara nahi aur nah hi is ke roze par koi asar hai, agar mani ka khuruj ho toh us par ghusl e janabat laazmi hai.”

Bachho Par Roze ki Farziyat ka Hukm


Alhmdulillah..

Baaligh hone se pahle chhote bachhe par roza rakhna wajib nahi kyuki Rasool ﷺ ka farmaan hai:

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Teen shakhs se qalam utha liya gaya hai, soye hue shakhs se yaha tak ke woh bedaar ho jaye, deewane (pagal) se yahan tak ke use aqal aa jaye, aur bachha se yaha tak ke woh baalig ho jaye.”

Sunan Abu Dawud, kitab ul hudud ﴾40﴿, hadees- 4398. (Sahih)

Lekin is ke bawujud bachhe ko roza rakhne ko kaha jaye taa ke woh roze ka aadi ban jaye, aur is liye bhi ke woh jo aamaal e saleha karta hai woh likhe jate hai.

Waledain ko chahiye ke woh bachhe ko us umar se hi roza rakhne ki aadat daalna shuru karwa de jis umar me woh roza rakhne ki taaqat rakhe, aur yeh umar bachhe ke jism aur banawat ke aetebaar se mukhtalif hoti hai, aur baaz ulama karaam ne is ki tahdeed karte hue das baras kaha hai.

۩ Ibn Qudamah kahte hai,

“Iska matlab us par roza lazim kiya jaye aur use roza rakhne ka hukm diya jaye aur agar roza nah rakhe to use maar kar saza di jaaye, taa keh woh roza rakhne ki mushakkat kar sake aur is ka aadi bane, jaisa ke use namaz ka bhi hukm diya jaye aur us par namaz ki adayegi lazim ki jaye, bachhe ko roza rakhne ka hukm dene walo ka maslak ikhtiyar karne walo me Ata’, al-Hasan, Ibn Sireen, al-Zuhri, Qatadah aur al-Shafa’i shaamil hai.

Aur Awzaai kahte hai:

'Jab bachha musalsal teen roze rakhne ki taaqat rakhta ho aur un ayyaam me kamzor aur dheela o sust nah ho toh us par Ramzan ke roze rakhne lazim kiye jaaye.'

Aur Ishaaq kahte hai, 'Jab bachha baara (12) baras ka ho jaye toh mai ye pasand karta hu ke use roza rakhaya jaaye taa ke woh is ka aadi ho jaye.'

Aur das baras ki umar ko motabar shumaar karna behtar hai kyuki Rasool ﷺ ne is umar me namaz ki adayegi na karne par maarne ka hukm diya hai, aur roze ko namaz ke sath hi motabar samajhna zyada behtar aur ahsan hai kyuke yeh ek dusre ke zyada kareeb hai, aur arkan e Islam me yeh dono badani ibadate ikhhatti hai, lekin yeh hai ke roza zyada mushaqqat ka ba'is hai is liye iske liye taaqat aur istetat ka motabar samjha gaya hai, kyunke ho sakta hai baaz auqaat namaz ki adayegi ki istetat rakhne wala shakhs roza rakhne ki istetat nahi rakhta.” [alfaz khatm]

۩ Shayk ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai,

Chhote bachhe par baligh hone tak roze rakhne lazim nahi, lekin jab woh roze ki takat rakhe toh use roza rakhne ka hukm diya jaa sakta hai agar woh roza rakh sake, taake wo is ka aadi ban sake, aur balogat (puberty) ke baad us ke liye roza rakhna aasaan ho sake. Ramzan me Ghusl e Janabat ko Tulu e Fajr Tak Muakkhar Karna

Mujhe ek martaba sehri se qabl ehtelam ho gaya aur mai ghusl na kar saka. Kyunke mai ghusal karne se bahut zyada sharma raha tha isliye ke mere waledain ko ilm ho jayega ke mujhe ehtelaam hua hai toh is liye maine ghusl kare bagair sehri khayi,aur afsos hai ke is din maine Fajr ki namaz bhi nahi padhi, lekin baad me maine ghusl karne ke baad fajr ki namaz padh li.

Mai yeh janna chahta hu ke kya mera ye roza maqbool hai, kyunke mera khayal hai ke maine (ehtelaam se) janabat ki haalat me sehri kha kar galti ki hai toh kya mera roza maqbool hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Jis ne apni biwi se raat me jama (intercourse) kiya aur subah tak janabat ki haalat me hi raha uska roza sahih hai, aur is‬ tarha use raat ya din ko sote hue janabat la-haq ho gayi toh uska bhi roza sahih hai aur is par koi harj nahi ke woh tulu fajr tak ghusl ko muakkhar kar de.

Roza toh us waqt tut ta hai jab din me tulu e fajr se lekar gurub e aftab ke dauran jama kiya jaye.

Lekin ap ka namaz ko tulu e aftab tak taakheer karna jayz nahin hai, balke wajib toh ye hai ke namaz ki adaigi us ke waqt me hi ki jaye, lihaza aise fel se tawba wa istagfar karna ap ke zimma hai.

Allah taala se dua hai ke woh ap ko har kism ki bhalai karne ki taufeeq ata farmaye. Aameeen ya rabbul aalameen.

Rozedaar ki Dua

Alhamdulillah..

Allah ﷻ rozedaar ki dua radd nahi karta. Rozedaar ko do (2) muqam par dua karni chahiye:

۩ Jab wo roze ki haalat me ho
۩ Jab wo roza khole

۞ Roze ki Halat me Dua

Abu Hurairah r.a. bayan karte hai ke ham ne Rasool ﷺ ko arz kiya,

Aye Allah ke Nabi jab ham Aap ko dekhte hai toh hamare dil naram ho jate hai, aur un me riqqat paida ho jaati hai, aur ham ahle aakhirat me se ho jate hai, aur jab ham aap se juda hote hai toh hame duniya achhi lagne lagti hai, aur ham apni aurton aur bachon me mashgool ho jate hai.

Toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Agar tum har haal me isi haalat par raho jo tumhari haalat mere paas hoti hai toh tumahre sath farishte musafah kare, aur tumhare gharo me tumhari ziyarat kare, aur agar tum gunah nah karo toh Allah tala aisi qaum le aayega jo gunah karenge taakeh woh inhe bakhsh de.'

Toh ham ne arz kiya, Aye Allah ke Rasool hame jannat ke mutalliq bataiye ke is ki imarate kaisi hai?

Toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Is ki ek eent sone aur ek chandi ki hai, aur uska gaara (mortar) tez khusbhu wali kasturi ka hai, aur is me jo kankadiya bichai gai hai woh moti aur yaqoot (ruby) ki hai, aur is ki mitti zafran ki hai, jo bhi jannat me daakhil hoga woh nemato me hoga aur use koi taqleef nahi aayegi, woh hamesha rahega, aur use kabhi maut nahi aayegi, aur uska libaas kabhi purana nahi hoga, aur na hi us ki jawani khatam hogi, teen shakhs aise hai jin ki Allah taala Dua radd nahi karta, ek nek o adil imam o hukamran, aur roza daar hatta ki iftari karle, aur mazloom ki dua ko upar uthaya jata hai hatta ke us ke liye aasman ke darwaze khol diye jate hai, aur Allah azzwajal farmata hai: 'Mujhe meri izzat ki qasam, mai tumhari zarur madad karunga chahe kuch der baad hi karu.'

Musnad Ahmad, hadees- 8030. Ise Shaykh Shuaib Arnot ne saheeh karaar diya hai.

۞ Roze Kholne par Dua

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Teen log hai jin ki dua radd nahi hoti, ek rozadaar ki, jab wo roza khole, (dusra) adil imam (just leader), ( teesra ) mazloom, is ki Dua Allah badal se upar tak pahunchata hai, is ke liye aasman ke darwaze khol diye jate hai, aur Rab kahta hai, Meri izzat (qudrat) ki qasam! mai teri madad zarur karunga, bhale kuch waqt ke baad hi kyu nah ho.”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ad dua ﴾48﴿, hadees- 3598. Ise Imam Tirmizi aur Darussalaam ne Hasan karaar diya hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hamare rozo ko qubul kare. aameen.

Ramzan ke Teen Ashre Aur Ek Neki Par 70 Neki | Hadees ki Tahkeek

Niche di gai hadees jo ke Salman Farsi r.a. se marwi hai, is ki sahet kaisi hai?

Nabi ﷺ ne hame shabaan ke aakhri din khutba irshad farmaya, jis me yeh farmaya, 'Logo tum par azmat aur barkat wala maheena nazdeek aa raha hai, aisa maheena jis me ek raat aisi hai jo hazaar maheeno se behtar hai, is ke roze Allah taala ne farz karaar diye hai aur is ki raat ka qiyam nawafil hai, jis ne bhi is mahine me (koi) neki ki woh aise hai jis tarha aam dino me fareeza ada kiya jaaye, aur jis ne Ramzan me farz ada kiya goya ke usne Ramzan ke ilawa sattar farz ada kiye, yeh aisa maheena hai jis ka awwal rahmat aur darmiyan magfirat aur aakhri hissa jahannam se aazaadi hai.'

Alhamdulillah..

Is hadees ko Imam ibn Khuzaima ne apni kitab 'Saheeh ibn Khuzaima 3/191, hadees- 1887' me naqal kiya hai. Aur unhone sath me likha hai, 'Agar ye riwayat sahih hai'.

Aur jinhone is kitab se apni kitab me is hadees ko naqal kiya, un maise kuch kitabo ke musannif jaise Munziri [al Targheeb wal Tarheeb (2/95)] se 'Agar' alfaz chhut gaya tha. Toh unko laga ki Imam ibn Khuzaima ne farmaya hai ki 'Ye riwayat sahih hai', jab ki asal me unhone aesa kuch nahi farmaya.

Ye riwayat dusri kitabo me bhi maujud hai jinke ye naam hai:

• Imam Bayhaqi ki Shu’ab al-Eemaan (7/216)
• Fazail al-Awqaat, p. 146, no. 37
• Abu’l-Shaykh Ibn Hibbaan ne Kitaab al Sawaab me
• Saa’aati ne Fath al-Rabbaani me (9/233) 
• Imam Suyuti ne Durr al-Mansoor me, aur unhone kaha ki ise Aqeeli ne riwayat kiya hai aur unhone is zaif karaar diya hai
• Isbahaani ne al-Targheeb me
• Al-Munaqqi ne Kanz al Ummaal (8/477) me.

In saare logo ne Saeed ibn Musayyib se riwayat kiya hai jinhone Salman Farsi se riwayat kiya hai. Iski sanad do (2) wajah se zaif hai:

1. Is ki sanad me inqita (break in the chain of narrators) hai kyuke Saeed bin Musayyab ka Salman Farsi r.a. se samaa sabit nahi hai.

2. Iski sanad me ek raawi hai jiska naam 'Ali ibn Zayd ibn Jad’aan' hai, jiske bareme Ibn Sa'd kahte hai, 'Is (raawi) me kamzori hai aur is raawi ko daleel nahi banaya ja sakta.' Is raawi ko Imam Ahmad, Ibn Ma’een, Imam Nasaa’i, Imam ibn Khuzaymah, al Jawzjaani aur dusro ne zaif karaar diya hai, jaisa ki Siyar A’laam al-Nubala’, 5/207 me kaha gaya hai.

Abu Haatim al-Raazi ne is hadees ko Munkar (zaif ki ek qism) karaar diya hai. Al Ayni ne Umdat al-Qaari’, 9/20 me bhi yahi kaha hai aur Al-Albani ne Silsilat al-Ahaadeeth al-Zaifah wa’l-Mawzu’ah, jild. 2/262, hadees- 871. me bhi yahi kaha hai.

Toh in daleelo se wazeh hua ki hamare Muhaddiseeno ne is hadees ko qubul nahi kiya aur Allah behtar janta hai.

Ek baat ki wazahat aur zaruri hai ki jaisa is zaif hadees me kaha gaya hai ki 10 din (ek ashra) rahmat ka hota hai, dusra ashra magfirat ka aur teesra jahannam ki aag se najaat ka. Jab ki dusre sahih hadees se pata chalta hai ki Ramzan ki taqseem is tarha se nahi hai balki pura Ramzan, pura maheena rahmat ka hai, pura maheena magfirat ka hai aur pura maheena hi jahannam se najaat ka hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hamari maah e Ramzan ki ibadat ko qubul kare aur is maheene ki barkat se hamari magfirat kar de. aameen.

Tas-heer (Sehri ke liye logo ko Mic se jagane) Ki Biddat


Alhamdulillah..

Tas-heer ka matlab Minaar se logo ko sehri ki yaad-dhihani karana ye kah kar ki sehri ka waqt khatm ho raha hai, hazraat jald se jald uth kar sehri kar le ya fir sadak par naat padh kar aur dhol baja kar logo ko sehri ke liye jagana jaise kuch mulk me hota hai ya isi tarha ki chize karna. Ye saari chize biddat me shumar hongi kyuki RasoolAllah ya kisi ek sahabi se bhi ye amal sabit nahi hai.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ke zamane me logo ko jagane ke liye Aazan di jati hai.

۩ Abdullah bin Masud r.a. riwayat karte hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, “Bilal ki Azaan tumhe sehri khane se na rok de kyunki woh raat rahe se azaan dete hain taake tum maise jo log aakhri raat ki namaz (Tahajjud) padh rahe hai woh jaldi kar le aur jo abhi soye hue hai woh jaag jaye.

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al aazaan ﴾10﴿, hadith- 621. Sahih Muslim, hadees- 2541.

۩ Imam Nawawi is hadees ki sharah me likhte hai,

“Iska matlab ye hai ki, wo sirf raat ko aazaan dete hai taakeh tumhe ye pata chal jaye ki subah (fajr) ab zyada dur nahi hai, taakeh jo namaz ke qiyam me jiddo jahad kar raha ho wo jaaye aur aaram kar le, taaki wo taqat ke sath (dobara) uth sake, ya fir jisne abhi tak witr na padhi ho wo padh le, ya jo fajr ki namaz ke liye tayar hona chahta ho, jaise khud ko paak karna, toh wo aesa kar sake, aur dusre muamlat jo fajr se talluk rakhte hai.

RasoolAllah ke Alfaz, aur jo so raha ho wo jaag jaye, iska matlab: wo khud ko fajr ke liye bhi tayar kar sake, jaise ki tahajjud padhna jitna wo chahta ho, ya witr padhna agar usne na padhi ho, ya sehri karna agar wo roza rakhna chahta ho, ya ghusl ya wuzu karna, ya dusri cheeze jo use fajr se pahle karne ki zarurat ho.” (alfaz khatm).

Sharah Sahih Muslim (7/204).

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Bilal r.a. raat ko azaan dete hai toh khaya-piya karo jab tak ke Ibn Umm Maktum Azaan na dede.”

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al aazaan ﴾10﴿, hadith- 622.

Hamare muashre me jo ye amal ho raha hai ki 1 ghante pahle ki mic par baar-baar sehri se jagaya jata hai aur naat wagaira padha jata hai, is amal ka RasoolAllah ki sunnat se koi talluq nahi hai. Behtar yahi hoga ki ham wapis Rasool ki sunnat ke taraf laut jaaye aur wahi amal kare jo Rasool ke zamane me hua karta tha. Mic par ye amal karne se gair-musalmano ko bhi kaafi taqleef ka saamna karna padta hai aur baaz auqat wo is amal se chidh jaate hai aur unke dilo me Islam ke liye nafrat aane lagti hai. Jab ki hamare amal se unhe Islam se muhabbat honi chahiye aur hamara amal aesa hona chahiye jisse wo Islam ke nazdeek aa sake.

Aur Allah sab se behtar janta hai.

Roze Ki Niyat

Sawal: Barr e sagheer hind o pak me saher me roze ki niyyat is tarah ki jaati hai:
"Aye allah mai tere liye yaqini roze ki niyat karta hu mere agle aur pichle gunah muaf farmade."
Aur ye bhi kaha jata hai..
و بصوم غد نويت شهر (mai ramzan ke kal k roze ki niyat karta hu).
Mujhe is ke maani murad ka ilm nhi, lekin kya ye ye niyat karna sahih hai aur agar aisa karna sahih hai to ap se guzarish hai ke is ke maani ki wazahat kare ya fir quran o sunnah se sahih niyat bataye.

Alhamdulilah..

Koi bhi Ibadat chahe wo Roza ho ya Namaz, niyat ke bagair sahih nahi hai kyu ki Nabi ﷺ ka farman hai, “Aamaal ka daar o madaar niyat pe hai aur har shakhs ke liye wohi hai jo wo niyat karta hai.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al wahee ﴾1﴿, hadith- 1. (source)

۩ Ibn Qudamah r.h. kahte hai,

“Agar roza Ramzan mein rakha ja raha hai ya Ramzan ke rozo ki qaza ya fir nazar aur kaffare ke farz roze rakhe ja rahe hai toh hamare Imam (Ahmed), Malik, aur Shafi r.h. ke nazdeek raat ko hi niyat karna laazmi hai, jab ke Imam Abu Hanifa r.h. kahte hai ke Ramzan ke roze ho ya koi aur irade ke roze, un ke liye din me bhi niyat karna kaafi hai.” end quote.

Al-Mughni (3/109).

Hadees ki roshni me Imam Ahmed, Malik aur Shafi ki raaye zyada mazbut hai.

۩ (Ummul Momineen) Hafsah r.a. kahti hai ki Nabi ﷺ ka Farman hai, “Jo shakhs tulu e Fajar se pahle roze ka irada na kare us ka roza nahi hai.”
Sunan Nasai, kitab al siyam, hadith- 2334. Is hadith ko Imam Ibn Khuzaymah aur Imam Ibn Hibbaan ne sahih aur marfoo karar diya hai. Sunan Tirmizi, hadith - 730.

۩ Sunan Nisaai ke Dusre hadith ke alfaz ye hai, “Jis ne raat hee me roze ki niyat na karli ho toh woh roza na rakhe.”

Sunan Nasai, kitab al siyam, hadith- 2336. [Sahih]

Hadees ke maani ye hai ke jo raat ko Roza rakhne ka irada aur niyat na kare us ka Roza nahi hai. Toh Isliye raat ko fajr se pahle niyat karni chahiye roze ki. Bil ittefaq se agar aankh na bhi khul payi shahri ke liye to hamare roze me fark nahi padega to behtar yahi hoga ki raat ko niyat kar li jaye.

۩ Sunan Tirmizi, hadith- 730 ke tahat, Imam Tirmizi farmate hai,

 “Is ka maane ahle ilm ke nazdeek sirf ye hai ki us ka roza nahi hota, jo ramzan me ya ramzan ki qaza me ya nazar ke roze me roze ki niyat tulu e fajr se pahle nahi karta. Agar us ne raat me niyat nahi ki toh us ka roza nahi hua, Albatta nawafil roze me us ke liye subah ho jane ke baad bhi roze ke niyat karna mubah hai. Yahi Shafi, Ahmad aur Ishhaq bin Rahawayhi ka qawl hai.” end quote.

۩ Mustaqil fatwa committee se sawal kiya gaya ke Insaan ko Ramzan me Roze ki niyat kis tarah karni chahiye?

To Jawab tha,

“Roze ki niyat roze ka iradah karne se hoti hai aur Ramzan me har raat ko Roza ki niyat karna zaruri hai.”

Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 10/246.

۩ Kuch Ahle ilm kahte hai:

Lagataar aur dohraaye jaane wale ibadat ke amal me ye kaafi hai  ki wo ibadat ke shuru me hi niyat karle jab tak ke wo kisi wajah se us amal ko karne se ruk jaye, (aur agar wo aesa karta hai) toh use firse niyat karni padegi. Is bunyad par agar insan ramzan ke pahle din ye niyat karta hai ki wo is maheene ka pura roza rakhega to ye niyat uske liye pure mahine ki taraf se kafi hai jab tak ki koi uzr pesh na aa jaye jis se uski jaari amal me rukawat aajaye jaise ki agar wo Ramzan ke maheene ke dauran safar par chala jaye, toh jab wo wapas ayega toh uske upar naye sire se roze ki niyat karni zaruri hoga.”

Toh isse pata chala ki agar kisi shaks ne ramzan ke shuru me hi niyat karli hai muqammal roze rakhne ke toh use har raat niyat karne ki zarurat nahi hai.

Aur ye baat bhi jaan liya jaye ki niyat ka matlab Dil ka iradah hota hai. Hamare muashre me log niyat se murad zuban se niyat ko bolna samajhte hai. Aesa nahi hai. Niyat ka talluq dil se hai jo ek qalbi amal hai. Is ka zuban se koi talluq nahi hai. Is liye Musalman ko dil se irada karna chahiye ke wo Roza rakhega. Aesa nahi hai ke wo zuban se ye kahe ke 'main Roze ki niyyat karta hu' ya is tarah ke dusre alfaz jo logo ne ejaad kar rakhe hai. Ye sab deen me nayi-nayi baate hai jinse har musalman ko Allah ki panah mangni chahiye kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya tha ki Deen me nayi nayi baate ejaad karne se bachna [Tirmidhee (2676)].

Toh sahih tareeqa ye hai ke insaan dil se irada kare ke wo Roza rakhega.

Roza me niyyat ke alfaz na to RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ada kiya tha na hi sahaba ne. Is alfaz ko baad me ijaad kiya gaya tha.

Wo Alfaz kuch aese hai: 

"Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri ramadan"
Tarjuma: "Mai ramzan ke kal ke roze ki niyat karta hu"

Ab jis shaks ne bhi ye dua banayi hai us ko itna bhi nahi pata tha ki Islam me Din ko Allah kaise badalta hai. Islamic shariyat me raat pahle aati hai aur din baad me, isi liye jab Ramzan shuru hota hai tab ham Taraweeh pahle padhte hai aur roza baad me rakhte hai. Arabic me guzre hue kal ko al 'Ams' kahte hai, Aj ke din ko 'al Yaum' aur aane wale kal ko 'Gadan' kahte hai jo ki is niyat ke alfaz me hai. Is niyat ke tarjume ke mutabik wo us din ki nahi jis din wo niyat ke alfaz bolta hai balki wo us ke agle din roze rakhne ki ki niyat karta hai. Deeni lihaz se to ye galat hai hi sath me magrabi ya dunyawi lihaz se bhi galat hai kyuki magrabi lihaz se 12 baje hi din badal jata hai aur ham shehri 12 baje ke baad karte hai. To ye deeni aur dunyawi dono lihaz se galat hai.

Ramzan Ki Khabar Dene Wali Hadees Ki Haqiqat


Sawal: Assalaamu alaikum shaykh. Ummeed hai ki aap khairiyat se honge. Mera aapse ek sawal hai ki kya koi aesi hadees hai ki Ramzan ki jisne khabar di, toh jahannam ki aag us par haraam ho jayegi. Mera dusra sawal ye hai ki kya shaitan jhuti hadeese bayan kar sakta hai? Guzarish hai ki daleel ki roshni me iska jawab irshad farmaye, Allah apko ajar se nawaze.

Mere mahdud ilm me aesi koi hadees nahi hai jisme RasoolAllah ya kisi sahabi ne ye farmaya ho ki 'Ramzan ki jisne khabar di, toh jahannam ki aag us par haraam ho jayegi'.

۩ Shaykh Assim al Hakeem se jab ye sawal kiya gaya toh unhone kaha, “Ye manghadant aur ek jhut hai”.


۩ Islamweb Fatawa Center se jab ye sawal kiya gaya toh unhone kaha, “Jo hadith ka matlab apne bayan kiya hai, hame kisi bhi ulema ke kitab me uski majudgi nahi mili hai, jiski badi tadad hamare hath me hai..”


Lihaza aesi koi hadees nahi hai lekin hame ek dusri hadees milti hai jo ishara karti hai ki hame logo ko Ramzaan ki khush-khabri dene ki ijazat hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Ae logo ye barkat wala mahina tumhare nazdeek aa raha hai aur Allah ne ye hukm diya hai ki tum is mahine me roze rakho. Is mahine me Jannat ke darwaze khol diye jate hai aur jahannam ke darwaze band kar diye jate hai aur shaitano ko jakad diya jata hai. Aur is mahine me ek raat hai jo hazaar mahino se behtar hai. Jo is mahine me Allah ki barkat se mahroom raha wo sach me ek mahrum shaks hai (yaani wo badi khair se mahrum rah gaya).”

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith- 7148. Ise Shaykh Shuayb Arnout ne sahih karar diya hai.

Isi silsile me ek baat waazeh ho jaye ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ki taraf wo hadees ya baat nisbat karna jo unhone kisi bhi hadees ke zarye farmaya hi nahi hai, ye gunahe kabeera hai jiska anjaam aag hai.

۩ Ali r.a. khutbah dete hue kahte hai RasollAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Mujh par jhoot mat bandho, jo shaks meri taraf jhut mansub karega wo jahannam me dakhil hoga.”

Sahih Muslim (Muqaddamah ke hisse me), hadith- 1.

Dusre sawal ka jawab ye hai ki shaitan jhuti hadeese bayan kar sakta hai:

۩ Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se marwi hai ki, shaitan insani shakl wa surat me qaum ke pas aa kar unse koi jhuti hadees bayan kar deta hai aur jab log muntashir (depart) ho jate hai toh un me se ek shaks kahta hai ki Maine ek shakhs se yeh hadees suni he jis ki shakal pahchanta hu lekin us ka naam nahi janta. [yani wo admi jo hadith bayan karta hai darasal shaitan hota hai].

Sahih Muslim (Muqaddamah ke hisse me), hadith- 17.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Kisi shaks ke jhutha hone ke liye yahi baat kafi hai ki wo har suni sunai baat ko aage bayan karde.”

Sahih Muslim (Muqaddamah ke hisse me), hadith- 6.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sidhi raah dikhaye. aameen.

Kya Ulti (vomit) Aane Se Roza Tut Jata Hai

Bunyadi usool ye hai ki Agar kisi shaks ne jaan bujh kar ulti (kay) kari to uska roza tut jayega aur us par is din ki qaza me roza rakhna lazim hai. Lekin agar ulti us par galib aa jati hai aur uske ikhtiyar ke bagair (anjane me) ho gai toh uska roza sahih hai aur us par koi kaffara nahi hoga. Iski Daleel ye hai:

۞ Kisi bhi wajah se jaan-bujh kar ulti karna:

Isme ye chize shamil hai: Jaanbujh kar apni ungli ko apne muh me daal kar, ya apne pet ko daba kar, ya jaan-buj kar gandi mahek sungh kar, ya ulti laane wali chiz jo lagataar dekhte rahne se ulti kari. Toh uska roza tut gaya aur us par iski qaza lazim hai.

Ma'dan bin Talhah riwayat karte hai ki Abu Darda r.a. ne mujh se kaha ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ko ulti ayi aur unhone roza tod diya.

Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith-2381. Jamia Tirmizi, hadith-87.  Classed as Hasan by Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai (Tirmizi) and Sahih by Shaykh Albani (Abu Dawud).

Note: Is baat par Ijma bhi hai.

۞ Khud Ke Ikhtiyar ke bagair (anjaane me) ulti aana

Iske mutallik hame RasoolAllah se to koi hadith nahi milti lekin hame Sahih al Bukhari me  Abu Huraira r.a. ka Qawl milta hai:

Imam Bukhari r.h. farmate hai, 

وَقَالَ لِي يَحْيَى بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلاَّمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ إِذَا قَاءَ فَلاَ يُفْطِرُ، إِنَّمَا يُخْرِجُ وَلاَ يُولِجُ‏.‏ وَيُذْكَرُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ يُفْطِرُ‏.‏ وَالأَوَّلُ أَصَحُّ‏.

"Abu Hurairah r.a. ne farmaya ke jab koi ulti kare to is ka roza nahi tut ta kyunki usme bahar nikalta hai kuch dakil nahi hota. Abu Huraira hi se manqul hai ke is ka roza jata rahta hai (yaani tut jata hai). Lekin pahli baat (yani roza nahi tut ta) hi sahih hai."

Sunan Abu Dawud (hadith-2380) aur Sunan Tirmizi (720) me Abu Huraira r.a. se ek riwayat milti hai ki wo kahte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jisko khud-bakhud ulti ajaye to us par qaza nahi lekin Agar jo jaanbuj kar ulti kare to wo roza qaza kare.

Lekin ye hadith zaif hai kyuki is hadith ka ek raawi 'Hishaam bin Hassaan' Mudallis hai aur wo 'An' se riwayat kar raha hai, aur sama ki tashree maujud nahi hai. Aur Muhaddiso ka ye bunyadi usool hai ki Mudallis ki 'An' wali riwayat zaif hoti hai jab tak ke sama ki tashree na ho jaye. Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne bhi is riwayat ko Zaif karar diya hai.

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Agar Kisi Shaks Ke Roze Rah Jaye Toh Wo Unki Qaza Kaise Kare ?


Alhamdulillah..

Agar kisi ne Ramadan al mubarak mein kisi uzr yaani safar ya bimari ya aurat ne haiz aur nifas ki wajah se roze chhore to woh Ramadan ke baad mein utne hi roze rakhega jitne usne chhore the kyuki Allah ka farmaan hai :

Toh Jo Koi Bhi Tum Mein Se Bemaar Ho Ya Musafir To Woh Dusray Ayyaam Mein Ginti Puri Karle.

Surah Baqarah (2), Ayat-185.

Muazah r.a. Bayan Karti Hai Ki Maine Hazrat Aisha r.a. Se Arz. Kiya, Kya Wajah Hai Ki Ek Haiza Aurat Rozo Ki Qaza Karti Hai Lekin Namazo Ki Qaza Nahi Karti Hai ? Hazrat Ayesha r.a. Ne Farmaya, Kya Tum Huraura (Iraq ka ek shahar) Se Ho? Maine Kaha, Mai Haruriya se Nahi Hu Lekin Sirf Puchna Chahti Hu. Ayesha r.a. Farmati Hai, Hum Nabi ﷺ Ke Zamane Me Haiza Hote The Aur Hame Rozo Ke Qaza Ka Hukm Diya Jata Tha Lekin Hume Namazo Ki Qaza Ka Huqm Nahi Diya Jata Tha.

Sahih Muslim, Kitab al Haiz, Hadith- 335.

Ramadaan ke rozon ki qaza ka waqt dusra ramadaan shuru hone tak hai yaa'ni Ramadan shuru hone se pahle Ramadan ke roze rakhna honge, chahe ek-ek kar ke rakhe ya ikhatte rakh le.

Lekin bagair kisi wajah ke agle Ramadan tak der karna jaiz nahi hoga.

Aur agar woh bagair kisi wajah ke jaan bujh kar roze chore to is ki do halate hain:

Pahli haalat:

"Agar to inhone raat ko hi roza na rakhne ki niyat karli toh isse roza ki qaza mein roza rakhna sahih nahi hoga kyuki roza ka waqt muqarrar hai, is liye jis ne bhi jaan bujh kar tark kar diya is ke liye waqt niklne ke baad woh roza sahih nahi hogi."

Dusri haalat:

"Inhone raat ko roza rakhne ki niyat to ki aur roza rakh bhi liya lekin fir din ke waqt bagair kisi uzr ke roza tod diya, to is shakhs par is din ke roze ki qaza wajib hogi kyuki is ne roza shuru kar liya tha aur use Nazar (vow) ki tarha bana liya is liye is ki qaza wajib hogi."

Aur jis ne baghair kisi uzr ke roza toda use Allah ke haan tauba o astagfar aur apne is fael par nidamat ka izhaar karna hoga aur aindah aisa na karne ka pukhta iradah karna hoga, aur is ke sath sath kasrat se aamaal saleha karna hoga yaani nawafili roze wagaira aur dusri ibadaat kare, Kyuki Allah s.w.t. ka farmaan hai:

Aur Yaqeenan Mai Aise Shakhs Ko Bahut Zyada Bakhsh Dene Wala Hu Jo Tauba Karta Aur Imaan Laane Ke Sath Sath Nek O Saleh Aamaal Karta Aur Hidaayat Ikhtiyar Karta Hai.

Surah Ta-Ha (20), Ayat-82.

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Kya Ramzan Me Mushtzani (Masturbation) Se Roza Tut Jata Hai


Alhmdulillah..

Musht-zani se roza fasid ho jata hai, jo bhi yeh kaam kare is ke zimma is din ki Qaza aur is gunah se tauba karna zaroori hai.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen ka kahna hai:

'Jab rozedaar musht-zani kare aur ikhraaj ho jaye to is ka roza toot jata hai, lehza is par is din ki qaza wajib hai nah ke kaffara, kyunke kaffara to sirf Jamaa (intercourse) ki bina par wajib hota hai, is ke ilawa use apne amal par tawba karna chahiye.'

Fataawa Arkaan al-Islam, p. 478.

Lihza jab woh musht-zani kere aur inzaal (ejaculation) ho jaye toh roza toot jayega lekin agar inzaal na ho toh fir roza nahi tootega.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen ne al-Sharh al-Mumti’ mein kaha hai :

'Agar inzaal (ejaculation) ke bagair musht zani ki toh us ka roza nahi tootega.'
