Kya Zill Hijja Ke Das Din Jis Mein Eid Bhi Hai, Roze Rakhna MustahabHai?​


 Sawal 

Maine ap ki website se Youm e Arfa ke roze ki fazeelat ke mutalliq padha hai, lekin maine Ashra Zill Hijja ke Rozon ki fazeelat bhi padhi hai to kya ye sahih hai?
Agar ye sahih hai to kya ye mumkin hai ke Aap mujhe ye bataye ke ham Nou(9)din ke Roze rakhen ya daas(10) youm ke kyunki daswe roz to Eid-ul-Azha ka din hai?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulilah..

Zill Hijja ke Nau (9) Ayyam ke Roze rakhna mustahab hain iski daleel Nabi kareem ﷺ ka farman hai:
Abdullah Bin Abbas Radiallahu anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasool kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:
"In Ayam (yani Zill Hijja) ke alawa koi aur Ayyam aise nahi jin mein kiye gaye amal-e-saliha Allah Tala ko zyada mahboob hon. Sahaba ne arz kiya Jihad fii Sabeel Lillah bhi nahi?
Rasool kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: Na hi Jihad fii Sabeel Lillah haan siwae wo shaks jo apna maal aur jaan lekar nikle aur isme se kuch wapis na laye."

Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 969.

Hunaydah ibn Khaalid apni biwi se aur wo Nabi ﷺ ki Azwaj-e-Mutaharat se riwayat karti hai ki unhone kaha, "Rasool kareem Nou(9) Zill Hijja aur Youm-e-Ashoura aur har maah mein teen pahli somwar(monday) aur do Jumerat(thursday) ke Roze rakhte the."

Narrated by Imam Ahmad, 21829; Abu Dawood, 2437; classed as da’eef in Nasab al-Raayah, 2/180, but classed as saheeh by al-Albani. 

Abu Saeed Khudri Radiallahu anhu se marfooan bayan karte hain, "Rasool kareem ﷺ ne Eid-ul-Fitr aur Youm-ul-Nahr {Eid-ul-Azha} ka Roza rakhne se Mana farmaya."

Sahih al Bukhari Hadees No. 1992. Sahih Muslim Hadees No. 827.

Aur Ulema karam ka bhi is par Ijma hai ke dono Eidon ka Roza rakhna Haraam hai.  Lihaza in das ayyam mein kiye gaye Amal-e-Saliha dusre ayyam ke Amal se afzal hain. Lekin in ayyam mein sirf Roze Nou(9) din ke rakhe jaenge aur daswe din jo ke Eid Qurban ka din hai is din Roza rakhna haraam hai .

To Is bina par Ashraa Zill Hijja ke Roze rakhne ki fazeelat se murad ye huwa ke Nou(9) din ke Roze rakhe jaenge. Das ka itlaq aglabiyat (اغلبيت ) ki bina par kiya gaya hai.

[Translation: Based on this, what is meant by the virtue of the ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah is fasting nine days only, even though they are called ten days.]

Zul Hijjah Ke Shuru Ke 10 Din Me Ghar Walo Ke Liye Nakhun Ya Baal Kaatne Ke Ahkaam


Sawal

Jab Mard ne Qurbani karni ho to kya us ki biwi aur bachho ke liye Zul Hijjah ka chand nazar aane ke bad apne baal aur nakhun wagera katnay jaiz hai?

Alhamdulillah.. 

Jii han aisa karna jaiz hai. Qurbani karne wala shaks ke liye apna baal or nakun ya jism ke kisi bhi hisse se kuch katna haraam hai aur ye hukm sirf Qurbani karny wale ke sath khas hai jis nay Qurbani karni ho. 

Aap is ki tafseel yahan dekh sakte hain

Sheikh Ibn Baaz rahimahullahu tala ka kahna hai, 

Aur qurbani karny wale ke ahl o ayal par kuch nahi, aur Ulma e karaam ke sahih qaul ke mutabiq inhen baal aur nakhun katna mana nahi kiya jayega. Balkay yeh hukm toh sirf Qurbani karne wale ke sath khas hai jis ne apne maal mai se Qurbani khareedi hai.

Aur,

Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (11/397) ke fatwe me hai ki, 

Jo shaks Qurbani karna chahe is ke haq me ye mashroo hai ke wo Zu’l-Hijjah ka chand nazar aane ke baad apne baal aur nakhun, apne jism ke kisi hisse se koi cheez na le (nikale), Is ki dalail Imam Bukhari r.h. ke alawa Muhaddiseen ki ek jamaat ki riwayat karda Hadith hai:

Umme Salama r.a. bayan karti hai ke Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jab tum Zu’l-Hijjah ka chand dekh lo aur tum me se koi ek Qurbani karne ka irada rakhta ho to wo apne baloo aur nakhun (ke katnay) say ruk jaye.

Sunan Abu Dawood, Hadith No. 2791 ; Sahih Muslim Hadith No. 1977.

Chahe wo Qurbani khud apnay hath say zabah kare yah fir isay zabah karne aur kisi ko wakeel banaye, lekin jis ki janib se zabah kiya ja raha hai us ke haq mein mashroo nahi, kyun ke is mein koi cheez warid nahi.

Ek Qurbani Kis Kis Ke Liye Kaafi Ho Sakti Hai?


Alhamdulillah..

Bheed, bakri aur mendhe ki ek qurbani aadmi aur iske ahel wa ayaal wagaira ke liye kaafi hai.

Iski Daleel mundarja zail hadees hai ;

Ayesha r.z. bayaan karti hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne do kaale paaun, kaali aankhon wale mendhe qurbani karne ka hukm diya, aur Nabi ﷺ ne inhe farmaya, "Aye Ayesha churi lana (mujhe churi pakdao) tou maine inhe churi di inhone wo churi li aur mendha pakad kar litaya phir ise zabah kiya (zabah karne ki tayyari karne lage) aur farmaya ‘بسم الله ، اللهم تقبل من محمد ، وآل محمد ، ومن أمة محمد ثم ضحى به’ Bismillahi Allahuakbar, Aye Allah Muhammad ﷺ Aur Aale Muhammad Aur Ummat E Muhammad ﷺ Ki Janib Se Qubool Farma Aur Phir Ise Zubah Kar Diya"

Sahih Muslim : 1967.

Ata Bin Yasar Riwayat Karte Hai Ki Maine Abu Ayyub Ansari r.a. Se Pucha Ki RasoolAllah Ke Zamane Me Qurbani Kaise Hua Karti Thi? Unhone Farmaya (Ke Nabi ﷺ Ke Daur Me) Ek Shakhs Apna Aur Apne Ghar (Family) Walo Ki Taraf Se Ek Bakre Ki Qurbani Deta Tha, Wo Khate Aur Khilate The, Yaha Tak Ke Log (Zyada Qurbani Par) Faqar Karne Lage Aur Ab Ye Surat Haal Ho Gai Hai Jo Dekh Rahe Ho (Yaani Log Ek Se Zyada Qurbani Karane Lage).

Ise Imaam Tirmizi ne riwayat kiya hai aur Imaam Tirmizi r.h ne ise Hasan sahih kaha hai (Hadith no: 1505, Book of Sacrifice.), aur Allamma Albani r.h ne sahih sunan Tirmizi mei ise sahih qaraar diya hai, Dekhe Sahih Sunan Tirmizi, hadith- 1216.

Imam Tirmidhi Ne Is Hadith Ke Baad Farmaya Hai Ki Ek Ghar Ke Taraf Se Ek Qurbani Hogi Ye Qawl Imam Ahmad Ibn Hambal Aur Imam Ishaq Bin Rahawaih Ki Bhi Hai.

Abu Sarihah r.a. Riwayat Karte Hai, Sunnat Ka Tarika Malum Ho Jane Ke Baad Bhi Hamare Gharwalo Ne Hame Zyadati (Zyada Qurbani) Par Majbur Kiya, (Jab Ke Rasoolallah ﷺ Ke Zamane Me) Ye Haal Tha Ke Ek Ghar Wale Ek Ya Do Bakro Ki Qurbani Karte The. Aur Ab (Agar Ham Ek Karte Hai) To Hamare Padosi Hame Kanjus Kahte Hai.

 Sunan Ibn Majah,Vol. 4, Book 26, Hadith 3148. Classed as Sahih by Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai.

Note: Is hadith me rawi ko shak hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ke zamane me ek ya do qurbani hua karti thi lekin upar ki dusri hadith se pata chalta hai ki wo ek hi qurbani hua karti thi RasoolAllah ﷺ ke zamane me.

Lihaza jab koi shakhs bhed, bakri ya mendha zubha karta hai, tou wo ek hi iske aur iske ahel wa ayaal aur apne ghar walon ke janib se wo niyat kare kaafi hai, aur agar wo kuch bhi niyat na kare balke ise aam rakhe ya khaas karde tou iske aur iske ghar walon mei har wo shakhs dakhil hojayega jo arf ya loghat ke lihaaz se in alfaaz mei shamil hota hai.

Arf mei wo log ghar walon mei shamil hote hai jinki wo a'alat karta hai yani biwiyan, aulaad aur rishtedaar aur lughat mei har qaribi shamil hai iski aulaad aur iske walid ki aulaad aur baap dade ki aulaad wagaira.

Aur Oont ya gaaye ka saatwa(7th) hissa ise kafi hai jiske liye ek bakra wagaira kaafi hota hai, lihaza agar kisi ne apne aur apne ghar walon ki janib se oont ya gaye ka saatwa(7th) hissa qurbani kiya tou ye in sab ki janib se kaafi hoga isliye ke Nabi ﷺ ne hadi (yani hajj ki qurbani) mei gaye aur oont ka saatwa hissa ek bakri wagaira ke qayam muqam kiya hai, Tou is tarha qurbani mei bhi kaafi hoga kyunke isme hajj aur aam qurbani mei koi farq nahi.

Ek bakri, mendha wagaira do shakhso ya zyada ke liye kaafi nahi ke wo dono ise khareed kar qurbani kare aur isme shareek hojaye, kyunke iska kitaab wa sunnat mei koi wajood nahi milta.

Aur is tarha oont aur gaaye mei aanth ashkaas shareek nahi hosakte (lekin oont ya gaye mei saat afraad shareek ho sakte hai). Isliye ke ibadaat touqifi hote hai (yani isme koi bhi kami wa beshi nahi ki jasakti) iski kaifiyat aur kamiyat mehduda mei koi kami wa beshi nahi ho sakti, ye sawab mei shirkat ke alawa hai, kyunke sawab mei bila hasar shirkat ki nas milti hai jaisa ke bayaan bhi ho chuka hai.

Rajab Aur Iski Ibadaat


۞ MAAHE RAJAB KI FAZILAT

Maah e Rajab ki itni umumi fazilat to sabit hai ke char Hurmat wale mahino me shamil hone ki waja se zyada Qabil e Ehtram aur mutabarrak hai. Lekin bataur e khas maah e Rajab ki Fazilat me koi bhi Riwayat sabit nahi jaisa ke Imam Shawkani r.h. ne naqal farmaya hai ke,

۩ "لم يرد فی رجب علی الخصوص سنة صحيحة ولاسنة ولاضعيفة ضعفا خفيفا بل جميع ما روی فيه علی الخصوص امام موضوع مکذوب أو ضعيف شديد الضعف-"

“Khas taur par mah e Rajab ke mutalliq koi Sahih, Hasan ya kum darje ki Zaeef Sunnat warid nahi balke is silsile me warid tamam Riwayat ya to manghadant hai aur jhuti hai ya Shadeed Zaeef hai.”

Al-Sayl al-jarrar 2:143.

۩ Imam Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya r.h. ne farmaya hai: "Rajab ke rooze aur uski kuch qiyaam ke mutalliq jitni bhi ahadiths bayan ki jaati hai wo tamaam jhuty aur buhtaan hai."

Al-Manar Al-Munif, page 96.

۩ Hafiz Ibn e Hajar r.h. ne farmaya hai ke: "Aisy koi bhi sahih hadees aur qabil e hujjat hadees warid nahi jo mahe rajab me mutlaqan roze rakhne ya rajab ke kisi mua'yyin din ka roza rakhne ya iske kisi raat ke qiyaam ki fazeelat par dalalat karti ho."

Tabyeen Al 'Ajab, page-11.

۩ Sayyed Sabiq r.h. farmate hai ke: “Rajab me roze rakhna dusre mahino me roze rakhne se afzal nahi.”

Fiqh as-Sunnah, 1:383.

Ahle ilm ke darj bil aqwaal se maloom hua ke mahe Rajab ki koi bhi khaas fazeelat sabit nahi aur jin riwayaat me iski koi bhi fazeelat marwi hai wo tamaam kazb wa iftera hai, Rajab ki fazeelat ke adm saboot ke zimn me ba'az ahle ilm ne ye riwayaat naqal ki hai ke, "Rasool ﷺ ne hurmat wale mahino me roze rakhne ki targeeb dilai hai", aur chunke rajab bhi hurmat wale mahino me shamil hai, is liye iske roze is amoomi hadees ki wajah se mustahab hue, to ye wazeh rahna chahiyye ke ye riwayaat bhi wazeh nahi, balke zaeef hai, jaisa ke Allama Nasiruddin Albani r.h ne wazahat farmayi hai Daif Abu Dawood, hadith 2328 me. 

۞ MAAHE RAJAB KI BIDAT

Rajab ke mahine me tarah tarah ki biddat wa khurafaat anjaam di jaati hai. In me ye shamil hai:

۩ Biddat:

Rajab ke mahine me kasrat se Umrah karna.

ღ Haqiqat:

Hazrat Aisha r.a. farmati hai: Rasool ﷺ ne mahe Rajab me kabhi Umrah nahi kiya.

Sahih al Bukhari, baab-3, Hadith- 1776.

۩ Biddat:

Maahe Rajab me khas kar ke roze rakhna.

ღ Haqiqat:

Shaykh ibn Taymiya farmate hai, "Jaha tak khaas kar ke Rajab ke roze rakhne ki baat hai, iske mutallik saari hadise zaif aur maudu hai. Ulema me kisi ne bhi (in hadiths par) yakeen nahi kiya. Wo zaif hadeeso maise hai jinhe fazilat ke mutallik riwayat kiya gaya tha; balki un maise aksar maudu aur zhuti hai. Al-Musnad aur baaki jagaho pe ek hadith hai jo kahti hai Hurmat wale mahine me roze rakhne chaiye, lekin ye har hurmat ke mahine ke liye hai sirf Rajab ke liye nahi."

۩ Aur bhi kuch chize hai jinka Deen se koi talluk nahi hai:

ღ Pahle Rajab ko Hazari namaz padhna.
ღ Pandrahwi (15) Rajab ko Umme Dawood ki namaz padhna.
ღ Salaat al-raghaa’ib padhna
ღ Maahe Rajab ki 22 tarikh ko Imam Zafar Siddique ke niyaz ke taur par Kheer pakana.
ღ 22 Rajab ko kunde bharna
ღ Maahe Rajab ki 27 ki raat ko jagna
ღ Is khaas din Murde ke Rooho ko sadaqat wa khairaat karna
ღ Bilkhusus Is maah ko kabro ki ziyarat karna khaas kar Nabi ﷺ ki kabr ki ziyarat karna.
ღ Makhsus Duae padhna.

In biddato se Allah ki panaah talab kare. In kaamo ko na RasoolAllah ﷺ na hi sahaba na hi khulfa e Rashedeen na hi tabaeen aur na hi Tabe-Tabaeen ne kiya. In biddat se hame jihad karna hai apne hath se apne zuban se apne Dil se aur yahi Rasool Allah ﷺ ka farman hai.

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jab bhi Kabhi ek Rasool bheja jata tha to uske kuch hawari aur sahaba hote the, wo sahabi , apne nabi ki sunnato(tariko) ko mazbuti se pakad lete the aur usi pe jame rahte the. Fir hamesha aisa hua hai ki unke baad kuch aise log paida hue hai JO KAHTE WO THE JO KARTE NA THE, AUR KARTE WO THE JISKA HUKM BHI NAI HUA THA. To sunlo jo unse JIHAD KAREGA APNE HATHO SE, APNE ZUBAN SE, APNE DIL SE WO MOMIN HOGA, aur iske baad EEMAN TO RAAI KE DANE KE BARABAR BHI NAHI HAI.

Sahih Muslim, Kitab Al Eeman (1), hadees- 179.

۩ Abdullah Ibn Umar r.a. farmate hain: TAMAAM Biddatein GUMRAAHI hain, agarche “Ba-Zaahir woh, logon ko ACHCHI lagein”.

Sunan Kubra Baihaqi, (Hadith138).

۩ Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya: ”Maine tumhare paas kuch nahin chhora jo tumhe Allah ke aur kareeb le aye siwaaye jo maine tumhe hukm kiya hai.”

Kya Gair-Muslims ko Qurbani ka gosht de sakte hai?


Gair-Muslims ko Qurbani ke gosht dene me koi burai nahi hai, khas kar jab wo apka rishtedar ya padosi ya koi gareeb ho siwae unko jo musalmano se jang karte ho. Ye baat is ayat se pata chalti hai:

۩ 'Jin logon ne tum se Deen kay bare me ladayi nahi lari aur tumhe jila watan nahi kiya unn kay sath salook-o-ehsan karney aur munsifana bhalay bartao karney say Allah Taalaa tumhe nahi rokta balke Allah Taalaa to insaf karne walo se mohabbat karta hai.'

Surah Mumtahinah ﴾60﴿, ayat- 8.

Unlogo ko Qurbani ka gosht dena unke saath insaf karna aur unse silahrahmi ke pashemanzar me aata hai jiski Allah ne hame ijazat di hai.

۩ Mujaahid riwayat karte hai ki ek bheda (sheep) Abdullah ibn Amr ke liye qurban kiya tha unke pariwar ke ek shaks ne, aur jab wo(Abdullah ibn Amr) aye, unhone farmaya: Kya tumne in maise kuch hamare Yahudi padosi ko diya, Kya tumne in maise kuch hamare Yahudi padosi ko diya? Kyuki maine RasoolAllah ﷺ se ye farmate hue suna hai ki, "Jibreel musalsal mujhe padosio se silahrahmi karne ki nasihat karte rahe yaha tak ki mujhe laga ki kahi wo padosio ko waaris na bana de."

Jamia Tirmizi, hadees-1943. Ise Darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Shaykh ibn Baaz farmate hai,

'Kafiro ke sawal se jo ham se jang nahi kar rahe hai jaise wo jise Musalamano ne hifazat ka jimma liya hai ya wo jo Musalmano ke hukumat me rahte hai, unhe Qurbani ka gosht aur dusre tarha ke sadqe de sakte hai.'

Hajj E Akbar Ke Mutallik Galat Fahmi

hi  -
Aksar logo me ye baat payi jati hai ke agar hajj jumah ke din ajae to uska ajar wa sawab badh jaata hai Aur is hajj ko hajj e akbar kaha jata hai.

Ye ek aisy baat hai jiski hame koi daleel na to Allah ki kitab me milty hai aur na hi Rasool ﷺ ki taalimaat me, Aur na hi sahaba r.z. anhum ajmayeen ke haan, Aur na hi ek lambe arse tak unke saath guzarne walo ke haan. 

Allah ne Hajj ka zikr kisi bade ya chote ya'ni hajj e akbar ya hajj e asgar ki tafreeq(farq) ke baghair hi farmaya hai. Ya'ni isko hajj e akbar hy farmaya hai Jaisa ke

وَ أَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَومَ الحَجِّ الأَكبَرِ

ALLAH AUR USKE RASOOL KI TARAF SE TAMAAM LOGO ki TARAF HAJJ E AKBAR KI TARAF AILAAN HAI.

(Surah tauba.9./ayat 3).

Sahih al Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmizi aur Abu da'ood ki hadees ke mutabiq Hajj e akbar ka din 10 zil hajjah ko kaha jaata hai.
Aur isliye kaha jata hai ke is din hajj ke sab se zyada aur ehem manasik adaa kiye jaate hai. Abu da'ood ki hadees:

Hazrat Ibn e Umar r.z. bayan karte hai ke:
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne jis saal hajj kiya us hajj me Aap yaumun'nahar(qurbani) wale din khade hue
Aur farmaya: "Ye kounsa din hai"?
Sahaba ne arz kia: Qurbani ka din.
Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, “Ye Hajj e Akbar ka din hai.”

(Abu dawud, kitab ul manasik, hadith-1947).

Aur Rasool ﷺ ne ye bataya ke qurbani karne ke dino me se pehla din Ya'ni Eid ul Azha wala din HAJJ E AKBAR hai. Jaisa ke Abdullah bin Umar r.z. se riwayat hai ke Jis saal Rasool ﷺ ne hajj adaa farmaya to us hajj me,qurbani wale din(10zil hajj) jumraat (shaitaano ko pathar marne ke muqamat) ke darmiyan khade hokar Rasool ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:

ہذا یَومُ الحَجِّ الأَکبَرِ

Ye aaj ka din hi Hajj e Akbar wala din hai. Aur Nabi ﷺ ne farmana shuru kardiya

اللَّہُمَّ اشہَد

"Aye allah gawah rehna". Aur logo ko al wada kiya toh logo ne kaha ye hajj ul wida hai (Yani ruqsati wala akhri hajj hai).

(Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1655,kitab ul hajj/baab.131)

Ho sakta hai ke koi ye khayal kare ke Is ayaat aur hadees me ye kahi nahi ke us din jumah na tha, To iska jawab ye hai ke
Agar us din jumah hota, Ya jumah ke din ko hajj e akbar samjha jana maqsood hota To iske baare me sahaba r.z. aur taba'en ki taraf se hame zarur koi sahih sabit shudah khabar milty. Jab ke aisa nahi hai, Aur jo khabar waha se milty hai wo is mandarje bil hadees ke mutabiq hai. Jaisa Abu Huraira r.z. se riwayat hai ke

بَعَثَنِي أبو بَكرٍ رضي الله عنه فِيمَن يُؤَذِّنُ يوم النَّحرِ بِمِنًى لَا يَحُجُّ بَعدَ العَامِ مُشرِكٌ ولا يَطُوفُ بِالبَيتِ عُريَانٌ وَيَومُ الحَجِّ الأَكبَرِ يَومُ النَّحرِ وَإِنَّمَا قِيلَ الأَكبَرُ من أَجلِ قَولِ الناس الحَجُّ الأَصغَر-

Abu Bakar siddeeq r.z. ne mujhe yaumun'nahar (Yani 10zil hajj qurbani karne wale din) In logo ke sath bheja jo mina me ye ailaan kare ke Is saal ke baad koi mushrik hajj na karega Aur na hi koi nanga ho kar kabe ka tawaaf karega. Aur hajj e akbar yahi yaumun'nahar (Yani qurbani karne wala din)hai. Aur isko akbar isliye kaha gaya hai ke log hajj e asgar kaha karte the

Us zamane me awaam Umrah ko hajj e asgar kaha karte the. Is liye bhi umrah se mumtaz karne ke liye Hajj ko hajj e akbar kaha gaya hai, Jaisa ke Imaam Timizi r.h. is hadees ke tahat is baat ka izhar karte hai. Awaam me jo baat mashoor hai ke jo hajj jumah wale din aaye wo Hajj e Akbar hai. Ye logo ki failai hui baat hai, Quran wa hadees aur sahaba se kahi sabit nahi. Is liye isse bachna chahiye. 

Iske alawa kutubut tafseer aur hadees me sahaba r.z. anhum Tabaeen, tabe tabaeen Ke bhut se aqwaal mayassir hai Jo yehi sabit karte hai ke Yaumun'nahar yani qurbani wale din, eid ke din ko hi hajj e akbar kaha jata tha, Samjha jata tha. Iske alawa koi aur din hajj e akbar na tha. Aur jo kuch us waqt Deen na tha wo baad me kisi surat Deen nahi ho sakta Kyunke us waqt Allah ne Deen mukammil farma diya tha. Jis me kisi bhi tabdeeli ki koi bhi gunjaish nahi.

Ashura Ka Roza

۞ Sab Rozo Main Afzal Ramadan Ka Roza, Aur Uske Baad Muharram Ka Roza Hai:

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. say riwayat hain kay, RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya,
“Sab Rozo main afzal ramadan ka roza, aur uske baad Muharram ka roza hain, jo Allah ka mahina hain aur baad namaz-e-farz ke Tahajjud ki namaz hai.”

Sahih Muslim, jild- 3, hadees- 2755.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ke, ek sahib RasoolAllah ﷺ ke khidmat me hazir hokar arz karney lage ke, “Ramadan ke baad sabsey ziyada fazilat kaun se rozey ki hain, toh Aap ﷺ nay farmaya, “Allah tala ka mahina jise tum Muharram kahte ho”. 

Sunan ibn Majah, jild- 1, hadees- 1742. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۞ Muharram Ke Roze Ki Shuruat Aur Iski Taarikhi Pashmanzar:

۩ Abdullah bin abbas r.a. se riwayat hain ke jab RasoolAllah ﷺ Madine me tashreef laye toh yahudiyon ko dekha ke aashurey ke din ka roza rakhte hain, logo ne un se pucha ki kyun roza rakhte hai, toh unhone kaha ki ye wo din hain jab Allah ta’ala ne Musa (alaihis salaam) aur Bani Israeel ko firoun par galba (victory) diya isliye aaj hum roze se hai, iski taazeem ke liye, toh Nabi-e-kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: “Hum tum se zyada dost hai aur kareeb hain Musa (alaihi salam) ke, fir Aap ﷺ ne is (10 muharram) roze ka  hukm diya.

Sahih-Muslim, jild- 3, hadees- 2656.

۞ Aashura Ke Roze Ki Fazilat:

۩ Abu Qatada al-ansari r.a. se riwayat hai ki Nabi ﷺ se Ashura (10 Muharram) ke din ke roze ke bare mein pucha to Aap ﷺ ne faramaya, “Ye guzrey hue saal ke gunahon ka kaffara hai.” 

Sahih-Muslim, jild- 3, kitab- 6 (Roze ka Masayel), hadees- 2747.

۞ Aksar Logon ko ye Doubt rahta hai ke kya 10 Muharram ka Ek hi Roza rakhna chahiye ya Do rakhna hai? Iska Jawab Hadees ke mafhoom se maloom karte hai:

۩ Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ki jab Rasoolallah ﷺ ne Aashurey ke din (10 Muharram) roza rakha aur huqm (order) kiya is rozey ka, toh logo ne arz, “Ya RasoolAllah ﷺ ye din toh aisa hai ki Yahud aur Nasara iski taazim karte hain”?
To Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki : “Jab agla saal aayega to in shaa Allah hum 9 ka roza rakhenge”. Aakhir agla saal na aane paya ki Aap ﷺ ki wafaat ho gai.”

Yaani Ahle kitab ke amal se alag karne ke liye 9 aur 10 dono ka roza rakha jaye kyuki ahle kitab sirf 10 Muharram ka roza rakhte the.

Namaaz e Eidain (Detailed)

            

۩ Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Madeena munawwara tashreef laae to saal mein 2 din muqarrar the jin mein log khelte aur khushiya’n manaate the. Aap ﷺ ne in se poocha ke ye 2 din kaise hain? Inho’n ne kaha ke zamaana e jahiliyyat se ham is mein khelte chale aarahe hain, Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Allah Ta’ala ne tumko in ke badle mein 2 behtar din ataa farmaae hain wo Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul Zuha ke din hai.’

(Sunan Abu Dawood: al Salah, hadith- 1134).

۩ Nabeesha al Zahli r.a. se riwaayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Ayyam e Tashreeq, Yaani 11, 12 aur 13 zul hajja khaane peene aur Allah Ta’ala ke zikar ke din hain.’

(Sahih Muslim: al Siyaam, hadith-1141).

Maloom hua ke Eid ul Zuha aur ayyam e tashreeq ke dino’n mein khane peene mein wusa’at karna mubaah khel kood mein koi harj nahi.

۩ Ayesha Siddiqa r.a. ke paas bacchiya’n daff bajaa kar jang ba’as ka qissa jo ansaar ne ashaar mein likha tha (jang ba’as, aous aur khazraj ke darmiyan kufr mein hui thee) gaa rahi theei’n. (T: aous & khazraj were 2 tribes in madeena). Abu Bakr Siddiq ne inhei’n mana kiya. Nabi e Rahmat ne farmaya: ‘Aey Abu Bakr! Inhei’n kuch na kaho be shak aaj eid ka din hai. Bilaa Shubaa har qaum ki 1 eid hoti hai aur aaj hamaari eid hai.’

(Sahih al Bukhari: al Eidain 952 – Sahih Muslim: 892)

Is hadees se maloom hua ke agar padhne wali choti bacchiya’n ho’n, alaat mausiqee mein se sirf daf (ya is se kam tar koi alaa) ho nez asha’ar khilaaf shariat na ho’n aur eid ka mauqa ho to aise ashaar padhne ya sunne mein koi harj nahi hai lekin mafaad parast gawayyo’n ne is hadees shareef se apna ullu seedha karne mein koi kasar nahi utha rakhi chunaache inho’n ne bacchiyo’n se har umar ki pashawar glukaara saabit kardi (T: professional singer), daff se jumla alaat mausiqee jaaez qaraar diey, acche asha’ar se gano’n ka jawaaz kasheed kiya aur eid ke din se ‘ruh ki ghizaaiyat’ dhoond nikaali aur ye na socha ke Allah Khaaliq o Maalik hai isne apne bando’n ke liey jawaaz ki jo had caahi muqarrar kardi aur is se tajaawuz ko haraam kardiya.

۞ Masaael O Ahkaam

۩ Sayyadna Ali r.a. farmate hain: ‘Juma, A’arfa, Qurbaani aur Eid ul Fitr ke din ghusl karna chahiye.’ (Baihaqi V3 P278) iski sanad Saheeh hai.

۩ Abdullah bin Umar r.a. eid ke din eidgaah ki taraf nikalne se pehle ghusl kiya karte the.

(Muwatta Imam Maalik: al Eidain V1 P177) Iski sanad Saheeh al Asaaneed hai.

۩ Imam Nawawi farmate hain ke eid ke din ghusl ke masle mein Ibne Umar ke asar se istedlaal aur juma ke ghusl par qiyaas kiya gaya hai.

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ ne hukam diya ke eid ul fitr ki namaz ke liey ghar se nikalne se pehle sadqa fitr adaa kiya jaae.

(Sahih al Bukhari: al Zakat, hadith- 1503 – Sahih Muslim: al Zakat, hadith- 986)

Eidgaah mein paho’nch kar sadqatul fitr adaa karna saheeh nahi hai, balke ise namaz e eid ke liey nikalne se pehle adaa karna chahiye.

۩ Jaabir bin Abdullah r.a. ne farmaya: ‘Main ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ke sath eid ki namaz padhee Aap ﷺ ne baghair aur takbeer ke khutba se pehle namaz padhai.’

(Sahih Muslim, hadith- 885).

۩ Jaabir bin Abdullah Al Ansaari r.a. bayaan karte hain ke namaz eid ke liey azaan hai na takbeer, pukaarna hai na koi aur awaaz.

(Sahih Bukhari: 960 – Sahih Muslim: Salatul Eidain, hadith- 886)

۩ Ibne Abbas r.a. bayan karte hain ke Aap ﷺ ne eidgaah mein siwaae eid ki 2 rakato’n ke na pehle nafil padhe na baad me.

(Sahih al Bukhari: al Eidain 964 – Sahih Muslim: Salatul Musafireen 884)

۩ Nabi e Rahmat Eid ul Fitr mein kuch khaa kar namaz ko nikalte. Aur Eid ul Zoha mein namaz padh kar khaate.

(Tirmizi: al Juma-542 – Ibne Majja: al Siyaam 1756 – Ibne Hibban (593) – Ibne Khuzaima (1426) – Ibne al Qataan – Haakim (v1 P294)). Aur Hafiz Zahabi ne ise Saheeh kaha.

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ Eid ul Fitr ke roz taaq (T: Odd numbers) khajurei’n khaa kar eidgaah jaaya karte the.

(Sahih Bukhari: al Eidain, hadith- 953)

۩ Anas bin Maalik r.a. jab shaher jaa kar eid ki namaz ba jamaat adaa na kar sakte to apne ghulamo aur baccho’n ko jama karte aur apne ghulaam Abdullah bin Abi Utaiba r.a. ko shahar walo’n ki namaz ki tarha namaz padhane ka hukam dete.

(Sahih Bukhari: al Edain V3 P305)

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas 1 sawaar aaya is ne gawaahi di ke inho’n ne kal chand dekha tha to Aap ﷺ ne hamei’n roza iftaar karne ka hukam diya (T: to break fast) aur doosre din Eid ki namaz padhi, kyou’nke rawiyat hilaal ki khabar itne der mein paho’nchi ke namaz eid ka waqt nikal chukka tha.

(Sunan Abu Dawood: al Salah, hadith- 1157). Imam Ibne Hazam aur Imam Baheqhee ne ise Saheeh kaha.

Is hadees me is baat ki daleel hai ke agar kisi uzar ki binaa par namaz eid faut ho jaae to wo agle din eid ki namaz ke liey niklei’n.

۩ Aisha r.a. ne farmaya ke eid ke din saudaan dhalo’n aur nezo’n se khelte the, Rasool Allah ﷺ ne mujhe se poocha ke kya tum ise dekhna chahti ho main ne kaha haa’n! mujhe Aap ﷺ ne apne peeche khada karliya aur main in habsheeyo’n ka tamaasha dekh rahi thee jo eid ke din masjid mein jangi khelo’n ka muzaahera kar rahe the’.

(Sahih Bukahri: al Salah, hadith- 454 – Sahih Muslim: al Eidan, hadith- 892)

۩ Abdullah bin Basr r.a. Eid ul Fitr ke roz namaz ke liey gae. Imam ne namaz mein taqhair kardi to wo farmane lage: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ ke zamaane mein ham is waqt namaz se farigh ho chuke hote the, raawi kehta hai ke ye chaasht ka waqt tha.’

(Abu Dawood: al Salah, hadith- 1135) Ise Imam Maalik aur Imam Zahabi ne Saheeh kaha.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah farmate hain ke: ‘Nabi e Kareem eid ke din eidgaah aane jaane ka raasta tabdeel farmaya karte the.’

(Sahih al Bukahri: al Eidain, hadith- 986).

۞ Eidgaah Me Aurate

۩ Umme A’atiya r.a. kehti hain hamein’n hukam diya gaya ke ham (sab aurato’n ko hatta ke) haiz (T: women in their menstrual period) waliyo’n aur parda waliyo’n ko (bhi) dono’n eido’n mein (gharo’n se nikaalei’n) take wo (sab) musalmano’n ki jamat (namaz) aur inki dua mein haazir ho’n. Aur farmaya Haiz waliya’n jaae namaaz se alag rahei’n. (yaani wo namaz na padhei’n) lekin musalmano’n ki duao’n aur takbeero’n mein shamil rahei’n. Taake Allah ki rahmat aur baqhshish se hissa paei’n. 1 aurat ne arz kiya ke agar ham mein se kisi ke paas chaadar na ho (to phir wo kaise eidgaah mein jaae?) farmaya: ‘Isko iski saath wali aurat chaadar udhaa de.’ (Yaani kisi doosri aurat se chaadar a’aariyatan le kar chale).

(Sahih al Bukhari: Salah, hadith- 351 – Sahih Muslim: Salatul Eidain, hadith- 890).

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ eidgaah ki taraf jaate. Aap ﷺ ki eidgah Masjid e Nabawi se hazaar Zara’a ke faasle per thee. Ye eidgaah al Baqee ki taraf thee.

(Sahih Bukahri [Ma’a al Fatha] V2 P465] Hadees 976 Kitabul Eidain)

۞ Takbeerat e Eid

Haafiz ibne Hajar tabeerat ke padhne ke bare mein farmate hain: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ se is bare mein koi hadees saabit nahi. Sahaaba se jo saheeh tareen riwaayat marwee hai, wo Sayyadna Ali ka qaul hai.’

۩ Sayyadna Ali r.a. A’arfa ke din (9 zil hajja) ki fajar se lekar (13 zil hijja) ki Asr tak takbeerat kahte.

(Baihaqi: V3 P279) Imam Haakim aur Imam Zahabi ne ise Saheeh kaha.

۩ Abdullah bin Umar eid ul fitr ke din ghar se eidgaah tak takbeerat kahte.

(Baihaqi V3 P 279) Imam Baihaqi farmate hain ke hadees Ibne Umar mauqoof an mahfooz hai).

۩ Imam Zohri kehte hain ke log eid ke din apne gharo’n se eidgah tak takbeerat kehte, phir imam ke sath takbeerat kahte.

(Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba V1 P489).

۩ Abdullah bin Abbas r.a. 9 zil hijja ko namaz e Fajr se lekar 13 zil hijja namaz e Asr tak in alfaz mein takbeerat kahte:

Allahu Akbar Kabeera, Allahu Akbar Kabeera, Allahu Akbar wa Ajallullahu Akbar wa Lillahil Hamd – Allah Sabse Badaa Hai, Allah Sabse Badaa Hai, Bahot Badaa, Allah Sabse Badaa Hai Aur Sabse Ziyaada Saaheb e Jalaal Hai, Allah Sabse Badaa Hai, Allah Hi Ke Liey Saari Ta’areef Hai.

(Ibn e abi Shaiba: V1 P489, 490) Ise Imam Haakim (V1 P299) aur Imam Zahabi ne Saheeh kaha.

۩ Salman you’n takbeerat kehte: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar Kabeera.

(Baheqhee V3 P316). Hafiz ibne Hajar Kehte hain ke is bare mein Saheeh tareen qaul Salman ka hai.

Tambeeh: Rasool Allah ﷺ se alfaaz takbeerat ki saraahat darequtni mein you’n aai hai:

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Laailaaha Illlahu wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa Lillahil Hamd. Is hadees ko Imam Zahabi ne shaqt zaeef balke mauzoo (man ghadat) kaha hai. Lehaza in alfaaz ko Aap ﷺ ki taraf mansoof karna jaaez nahi hai.

۞ Namaz e Eid ka Tareeka

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul Zuha ke din eidgah jaate, sab se pehle namaz padhte, phir khutba dete jabke log safo’n mein baithe rehte. Khutba mein logo’n ko naseehat aur wassiyyat karte aur hukam dete phir wapas laut‐te.

(Sahih al Bukhari: al Eidain 956 – Sahih Muslim: Salatul Eidain 889)

۩ Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai beshak Rasool Allah ﷺ Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul Zoha ki namaz ki awwal rakat mein 7 takbeerat kehte aur doosri rakat mein 5 takbeerat kahte.

(Sunan Abu Dawood: al Juma, hadith- 1149 – Jamia Tirmizee, hadith- 536) Ise Imam Ahmad aur Imam Ali bin Madeeni ne Saheeh kaha.

Har takbeer par rafa yadain karei’n aur har takbeer ke baad hath bandhei’n. Imaam ounchee awaaz se aur muqtadee aahista Alhamd Shareef padhei’n, phir Imam ounchee awaaz se qira‐at padhe, aur muqtadee chup chaap sune.

Imam Baheqhee ne namaz e eidain ki zaaed takbeerat mein rafa yadain karne par jis hadees se istedlaal kiya hai is mein Abdullah bin Umar farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ har is takbeer mein haath uthaate jo rukoo mein jaane se pehle kehte, yaha’n tak ke Aap ﷺ ki namaz mukammil hojaati.

(Sunan Abu Dawood: al Salah 722 – Masnad Ahmad (V2 P 133,134,6175 – Dare Qutnee V1 P 289) Ibne Al Jaarood ne ise Saheeh kaha.

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ Abu Bakr, Umar, aur Usman pehle namaz padhte phir khutba dete.

(Sahih al Bukhari: al Eidain , hadith-884)

۩ Eidain ka khutba mimbar par na padhei’n. Abu Saeed Khudri r.a. ki hadees se maloom hota hai ke eidgaah mein mimbar ka ehtemam Marwaan bin Hakam ke ahed mein kiya gaya.

(Sahih al Bukahri: al Eidain, hadith- 956 – Sahih Muslim: Salatul Eidain, hadith- 889)

۩ Ek shaqs ne Marwaan ke is fa’al par aeteraz karte hue kaha: ‘Tum nee id ke roz mimbar laakar sunnat ki muqhalifat ki kyou’nke is roz ise nahi laaya jaata tha, aur tum ne khutba ko namaz se pehle padh kar (sunnat ki muqhalifat ki).’

(Sunan Abu Dawood: al Salah, hadith- 1140 – Sunan Ibn e Majah: Iqaamatis Salah, hadith- 1275)

۩ Eid ul Azha Ke Din Eid Padh Kar Qurbaani Karni Chahiye: Baraa bin A’azib r.a. bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jis shaqs ne namaz ke baad qurbaani ki iski qurbani ho gai aur isne musalmano’n ke tareeqa ko apnaliya aur jis ne namaz se pehle qurbani ki iski qurbani nahi hogi wo mahez gosht ki 1 bakri hai jo isne apne ghar walo’n ke liey zubah ki hai.’

(Sahih al Bukhari: al Eidain, hadith-965 – Sahih Muslim: al Zuha, hadith- 1961)

۩ Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jis shaqs ne namaz e eid se pehle qurbani ki wo namaz ke baad doosri qurbaani kare.’

1) Sadqa Fitr 

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Hukm Dia ke Eidul Fitr ki Namaaz ki Adaa Karne se Pahle Sadqa Fitr Ada Kiya Jaaye.

3) Adhan wa Iqamah 

Jabir Bin Abdullah ra Narrated: Maine Rasulullah sws ke saath Eid ki Namz Parhi Aap ne Baghair Adhan Aur Takbeer ke, Khutbe se Pahle Namaz Parhaai : ( Muslim : 775 )

Rasulullah ﷺ, Abu Bakr, Umar wa Uthman Radiallaho Anhum Pahle Namaz Parhte Fir Khutba dete :

4) Sunnat wa Nawafil

Ibne Abbas Ra Narrated: Nabi Sws Eidgaah me Siwaaye Eid ki 2 Rekaato ke na Pahle Nafal Parhe na Baad me. ( Bukhari: 964 )

5) Khuzur Khana

Nabi Rahmat ﷺ Eidul Fitr me Kuch khaa kar Namaz ko Nikalte , Aur Eidul Zuha me Namaz Parh kar khaate :

6) Raasta Badal kar Eidgaah Jaaye

Jabir bin Abdullah Narrated : Rasulullah sws Eid ke din Eidgaah Aane Jaane ka Raasta Tabdeel Farmaaya Karte the. ( Bukhari )

7) Namaz ki Takbeer 

Ayesha Siddiqa ra Narrated: Beshak Rasulullah sws Eidul Fitr aur Eidul Zuha ki Namaaz ki Awwal Rekaat me 7 Takbeeraat Aur Doosri Rekaat me 5 Takbeeraat kahte.

Dono hi rekat me Takbeerat Soorah Fatiha Parhne se pahle honge.

8) Rafa yadain 

Abdullah bin umar ra Farmate hain ke Rasulullah sws har us Takbeer me Haath uthate jo Rukooh me Jane se Pahle karte , Yahan Tak ke Aap ki Namaaz Mukammal ho Jaati.

9) Nabi ﷺ Juma aur Eidaain ki Namzo me Pahli Rekaah me Soorah A’ala ( Ch: 87 ) Aur Doosri me Soorah Ghasiiya ( Ch: 88) Parhte. ( Muslim )

10) Eid ka Khutba Mimbar par na Pardhe.

Abu Saeed Khudri ra ki hadeeth se maloom hota hai ke Eid gaah me Mimbar ka Ehtemaam Marwaan
bin Hakim ki ahad me kia gaya.

11) Aurto ke liye Hukm

Umme Atiya Radiallaho anha kahti hain,

Hume Hukm diya Gaya hai ke hum Sabhi Awratho ko hatta ke Haiz waaliyo aur Parda Waaliyo ko bhi Dono Eido me Gharo se Nikalen Taake wo sab Musalmaano ki Jamat Aur unki Dua me Haazir hoon.

Aur Farmaya Haiz Waaliya Jaayen aur Namaz se Alag Rahen , Lekin Musalmano ki Duaoon aur Takbeero me Shaamil Rahen , Taake Allah ki Rahmat Aur Bakshish se Hissa Paayen.

Ek Awrath ne Arz kia ke Agar hum me se kisi ke Paas Chaadar na hoo to , Farmaya “ us ko uski saath waali Awrath Chaadar Aurha de .

12) Takbeerat

Abdullah Bin umar radialaho anho Eidul Fitr ke din ghar se Eid Gaah Tak Takbeerat kahte. (Bayhaqi) 

Sulemaan Radiallaho anho uun Takbeerat Kahte :- 

Allahu Akbar , Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar Kabeera ( Bayhaqi )

Ibn Masud Ra uun Takbeerat kahte

Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar, Laa Ilaaha Ilaallah , wallaho Akbar , Allahu Akbar , Wa Lillahilhamd.

13) Eid aur Juma ager ek din ho toh, 

Eid ki Namaz ke baad Juma ke bare me , Nabi Rahmat sws ne farmaya “ Jo chahe wo Juma ki namaz ada kare aur Jo chahe Wo Ada na kare “ ( Ibn e Majah )

Aisi soorat me use Zuhar ki namaz Ada Karni hoogi. 

14) Eid ki Mubarakbaad Ek Doosre ko

“Taqabballaho Minna wa Minkum” Kah kar karen,

yani Allah Qubul kare meri aur aapki Taraf se..!

Lekin eid mubarak kahna bhi jayz hai par upar wali dua kahna Rasool s.a.w. aur sahabao ki sunnat hai !!
