Kisi Ke Akhirat Ka Faisla Karna Kaisa Hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Ek Musalman ka amal aur aqidah ye hona chahiye ki jis cheez ka faisla Allah ko karna hai wo us chiz me koi mudakhilat (interfere) na kare. Ye apne had se aage badhna hai jo boht bada gunah hai. Kisi shaks ke Jannat ya Jahannam ka faisla karna Allah ka haq hai. Isme hame mudakhilat nahi karni chahiye. Hame dusro se pahle khud ke eeman ki fikr karni chahiye aur dusra agar koi galat kaam kar raha hai to use jahalat ke alfaz se nahi balki Quran ke bataye hue tarike se islah karni chahiye. Allah pak farmate hai:

Logo Ko Apne Rab Ke Raastey Ki Taraf Hikmat Aur Khubsurat Nasihat Ke Sath Bulaiye Aur Unse Behtareen Tareeqe Se Bahes (Guftagu) Karye.

Surah Nahl, Ayat-125.

Ab mai hadees ke zarye is mauzu par roshni dalna chahta hu.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, Ek (1) shakhs bahut gunah kiya karta tha jab is ki maut ka waqt kareeb aaya to apne beton se is ne kaha ke jab mai mar jau toh mujhe jala daalna fir meri haddion ko pees kar hawa me uda dena. Allah ki qasam! agar mere Rab ne mujhe pakad liya to mujhe itna sakht aazaab dega jo pahle kisi ko bhi is ne nahi diya hoga.
Jab woh (gunahgaar shaks) mar gaya to (is ki wasiyat ke mutabiq) is ke sath aisa hi kiya gaya. Allah taala ne zameen ko hukm farmaya ke agar ek (1) zarra bhi kahi is ke jism ka tere paas hai to use jama kar ke le aa. Zameen ne is hukm par amal kiya aur woh bandah ab (apne Rab ke samnay) khada hua tha. Allah taala ne kaha, 'Tum ne aisa kyun kiya?'
Us ne arz kiya, Aye Rab! Tere khauf ki wajah se. Aakhir Allah taala ne ise muaf kar diya.

Sahih al-Bukhari,  Book of Prophets, hadith- 3481.

۩ Abu Hurairah. r. a. bayaan karte hai ki Mai ne Rasool ﷺ ko farmate hue suna:

Bani Israel me do shaks barabar ke the, in me se ek to gunah ke kaamo me laga rahta tha aur dusra ibaadat me laga rahta tha.
Ibaadat guzar dusre ko barabar gunah me laga rahta dekhta to usse kahta ki Baaz aajao! 
Ek dafa isne use gunah karte paya to usse kaha: Baaz aajao!
Usne kaha: Kasam hai mere Rab ki tum mujhe chor do (apna kaam karo).
Kya tum mera nigahbaan banakar bheje gaye ho? 
To is (ibadat guzaar) ne kaha: Allah ki kasam, Allah ta'ala tumhe nahi bakshega na hi tumhe jannat me dakhil karega. 

Fir inki roohein qabs karli gayi to wo donon Rab ul aalameen ke paas ikhatta hue, Allah ne us Ibaadat guzar se kaha: Kya Tum mujhe jaante the, ya tum us par Qaadir the, jo mere hath me hai? Aur gunahgaar se kaha: Jaao aur meri rehmat se jannat me dakhil ho jao aur dusre (ibadat guzaar) ke mutaliq kaha: Ise jahannum me le jao.

Abu Huraira r.a kahte hain: Us zaat ki qasam jiske haat me meri jaan hai, usne (ibadat-guzaar ne) aisi baat kahi jisne iski dunya aur akhirat dono barbaad kardi.

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Adab, hadith- 4901. Allamah Albani ne is hadith ko sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. ne bayaan kiya ke hum Nabi ﷺ ke saath khaibar ki ladayi ke liye nikle. Is ladayi mein hume sona, chaandi ganimat mein nahi mila tha balke dusre amwaal, kapde aur samaan mile tha. Fir Bani ad-Dubaib ke ek shakhs Rifa'a bin Zaid naami ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ko ek gulaam hadiya (tohfa) me diya, ghulam ka naam Mid'am tha. 

Fir RasoolAllah ﷺ waadi-e- al-Qura ki taraf mutawajja huye aur jab aap waadi-e- al-Qura mein pahuch gaye to Mid'am ko jab ke wo Aap ﷺ ka kijaawa durust kar raha tha, ek anjaan teer aa kar laga aur uski maut ho gayi.

Logon ne kaha ke jannat use mubarak ho, lekin Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya ke hargiz Nahi!, Us zaat ki qasam jiske haath mein meri jaan hai, wo kambal jo isne taqseem se pahle khaibar ke maal-e-ganimat mai se chura liya tha, wo is par aag ka angaara ban kar jal raha hai.

Jab logon ne yeh baat suni to ek shakhs chappal ka tasma ya do (2) tasme le kar Aap ﷺ ki khidmat mein haazir hua, (matlab jo bina ijazat liya tha wo wapis le aya). Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke yeh aag ka tasma hai ya do (2) tasme aag ke hain.

Sahih al-Bukhari, Book of Oaths and Vows, hadith- 6707.

۞ Ek Momin Ka Akhirat Ke Bareme Rawayya

۩ Amr bin Maimun r.a. riwayat karte hai, [Umar bin Khattab r.a. Ke wafat ke waqt, jab Umar r.a. zakhmi halat me the] Ek naujawan Umar r.a. ke paas aaya aur kahne laga, Ae Ameer ul Momineen!  Allah taala ki taraf se Ap ko khushkhabri ho. Ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ki sohbat uthai. Ibtida mein Islam laane ka Sharf haasil kiya jo ki Ap ko maloom hai. Fir Ap khalifa banaye gaye aur Ap ne poore insaaf se hukoomat kiya, Fir Shahadat payi. 
Ye sun kar Umar r.a. ne farmaya, "(Dekho aesa mat kaho) Mere In Aamaal Ke Wajah Se Qayamat Ke Din Mere Naam e Aamaal Agar Barabar Bhi Ho Gaya To Mere Liye Ye Kafi Hoga."

Sahih al-Bukhari, Kitab Fazail Ashaab an-Nabi ﷺ, hadith- 3700.

Kabr Ke Chaar (4) Sawaal

۞ Nek Rooh Se Sawal Aur Jawab

Bara' ibn Azib r.a. se riwayat hai, inhon ne kaha hum Rasool ﷺ ke sath ek Ansari aadmi ke janaze me gaye. Jab hum kabr ke paas pahunche toh kabr tayar (khudi) nahi hui thi. Rasool ﷺ baith gaye aur hum bhi Rasool ﷺ ke sath baith gaye gooya ki hamare saro (heads) par parinde ho (nihayat pur sukoon aur khamoshi se baithe the).
Aap ﷺ ke hath me chadi thi Aap is se zameen khuraid rahe the. Aap ﷺ ne apna sar uthaya aur farmaya:
Allah se Kabr ke azab se Allah ki panaah talab karo. Aapne 2-3 baar ye farmaya. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jab log (murde ko dafna kar ke) wapis jate hai to mayyat inke qadmo ki aahat sunti hai aur usi waqt inke (mayyat ke) paas 2 farishte aate hai aur inhe baithate hai aur in se kahte hai:

Tera Rab kaun hai?
Toh woh kahta hai Mera Rab Allah hai.
Fir wo puchte hai: Tera Deen kya hai.?
To woh kahta hai: Mera Deen Islam hai.
Fir woh puchte hai: Ye aadmi kaun hai jo tum me maboos kiya gaya tha?
Wo kahta hai ki woh Allah ke Rasool ﷺ hai.
Fir wo (Farishte) kahenge ki tumhe (in sawaalo ka) kaise Ilm hua?
Wo kahega: Maine Allah ki kitab padhi hai, ispar eemaan laya aur isko sach jana, Allah taala ke qawl (Eemaan Walo Ko Allah Pakki Baat Ke Sath Mazbut Rakhta Hai, Dunya Ki Zindagi Me Bhi Aur Aakhirat Me Bhi, surah Ibrahim, ayat-27) se yahi muraad hai.

Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, fir ek pukarne wala aasmaan se pukarta hai ki Mere Bande ne sach kaha hai, ise Jannat ka bistar bicha do aur jannat ka libaas pahna do aur iske liye Jannat ki taraf se darwaza khol do, Fir farmaya jannat ki taraf se wahan ki hawaein, raahatein, aur khushbu aane lagti hai, aur iski Qabr me utni jagah kar di jati hai jitni dur tak ek aankh dekh sakti hai.

Sunan Abu Dawood, Kitab Al-Sunnah, hadith-4753. Shaykh Albani ne ise sahih karaar diya hai.

۞ Buri Rooh Se Sawal Aur Jawab

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, iski rooh iske jism me lautayi jaati hai, iske paas 2 farishte aate hai aur ise bithate hai aur is se  puchte hai:

Tera Rab koun hai?
Wo kahta hai ke Haaye afsoos, Haaye afsoos, mujhe pata nahi hai.
Fir wo us se pochte hai tera Deen kya hai?
To wo kahta hai Haaye afsoos, Haaye afsoos, mujhe pata nahi hai.
Fir wo us se puchte hai Ye aadmi kaun hai jo tum me maboos kiya gaya tha?
Toh Wo kahta hai ke Haaye afsoos, Haaye afsoos, mujhe pata nahi hai. Lekin mai wahi kahta tha jo log kaha karte the.
Fir wo (Farishte) usse kahenge: Na toh tum jante the aur na hi tumne (khud Quran padh kar) hidayat hasil karne ki koshish ki.

Toh pukarne wala aasman se pukarta hai ke isne jhut kaha, ise aag ka bistar bichado, ise aag ka libaas pahnaado, aur iske liye dozakh ki taraf ka darwaza khol do.
Aap ﷺ Farmaya ki fir ise jahannam ki taraf se tapish aur sakht garam hawa aane lagti hai aur is par Kabar ko tang (chota) kar diya jaata hai, hatta ke iski pansiliya ek dusre me ghuns jaati hai. Fir is pe ek andha gunga farishta muqarrar kar diya jata hai jiske paas bhari hathauda (hammer) hota hai, agar ise pahaad par maara jaye to wo (pahaad) reza-reza (dust) ho jaye.
Fir wo ise is par aisi chot marta hai jis ki awaaz jinn aur insano ke alawa mashriq wa maghrib ke darmiyaan har makhluk sunti hai, aur fir wo reza reza ho jayega hai. Fir ismee rooh lautayi jaati hai.

Sunan Abu Dawood, Kitab Al-Sunnah, hadith-4753. Shaykh Albani ne ise sahih karaar diya hai. Sahih al-Bukhari, Book of Funerals (Al-Janaa'iz), hadith-1374.

Note:- Bunyadi taur par kabr me 3 hee sawal honge lekin kyuki us teesre sawal ke baad bhi ek sawal hoga isliye is article ka naam aesa rakha gaya hai kyuki aksar log is chauthe sawaal se anjaan hai.

Khushi Ke Mauke Par Gaane Ka Hukm

Is article me bayan karda cheeze sirf Aurat ke talluq se hai:

۞ Rubayyi bint Mu’awwiz r.a. bayan karti hai, 

“Nabi kareem ﷺ tashreef laaye aur jab mai Dulhan bana kar bithayi gayi toh Rasool ﷺ andar tashreef laaye aur mere bistar par usi tarha baithe jaise tum is waqt mere paas baithe hue ho. Fir hamare yahan ki kuch choti bachhiya Daff bajane lagi aur mere baap aur chacha jo jang e badr mein shaheed hue the, un ka marshiyah (elegiac verses) padhne lagi. Itne me un mein se ek bachhi ne padha, 'Aur hum mein ek Nabi hai jo un baato ki khabar rakhta hai jo kuch kal hone wali hain', RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ke yeh chor do, Is ke siwa jo kuch tum padh rahi thi woh padho.”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab an Nikaah, hadith- 5147.

۞ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki wo ek Dulhan ko ek Ansaari mard ke paas le gayi toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Aye Ayesha! Kya (shady ke mauke par koi) tafreeh (entertainment) nahi thi? Kyuki Ansar ko tafreeh pasand hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab an Nikaah, hadith- 5162.

۞ Abu Ishhaaq bayan karte hain ke maine Aamir ibn Sa’d al-Bajali ko ye kahte hue suna,  “Mai aur Saabit bin Wadeeah aur Qarazah ibn Ka’b al-Ansaari ek shadi me gaye to waha gaaya ja raha tha, toh maine un dono ko iske mutalliq kaha to wo kahne lage, Shadi-biyah me gaana aur mayyat par bagair cheekh o pukaar (wailing) kiye aansu bahane ki ijazat di gayi hai.”

Sunan Baihaqi, hadees no. 14469.

۞ Muhammad ibn Haatib al-Jamahi bayan karte hain ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya:

“Haraam aur halaal me farq daff aur aawaaz hai”.

Jami'at Tirmidhi, kitab an Nikaah, hadees - 1088. Ibn Majah, kitab an Nikaah, hadees - 1896. Sunan Nasa’i, kitab an Nikaah, hadees - 3371. Allamah Albani ne is hadees Ko Adaab al-Zafaaf, safa - 96 me Hasan karaar diya hai. Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne bhi in tamam riwayat ko Hasan karar diya hai.

۩ Shaykh Saleh al Munajjid kahte hai,

“Aurat ke liye mukhtalif khushi ke mubah mauqe maslan Eid aur Shadi biyah wagaira ke mauqe par daff bajaa kar ashaar padhne jaiz hain.
Shadi biyah ke mauqe par aurton ke liye ye fael jaiz hai, aur gaane bajane wali ashya me se sirf in ke liye daff bajana jaiz hai, iske alawa dhol wagaira ya koi aur cheez bajani jaiz nahi, aur daff aur dhol me farq ye hai ke dhol aur tabala dono janib se chamde ke sath band hota hai aur daff sirf ek janib se band hoti hai, aur dusri janib se khula hota hai.”

۩ Shaykh Albani kahte hai:

“Aur is, yaani dulha ke liye jaiz hai ke wo nikah ka aelaan aur izhaar karne ke liye aurto ko sirf daff bajane aur wo kalaam padhne aur gaane ki ijazat de jisme na to Jamaal o khoobsurti ka wusf ho, aur na hi fisq o fujoor wali baat...” fir unhone iski daleel zikr ki.

Adaab al-Zafaaf, p. 93. 

۩ Shaykh Abdul Azeez bin Baaz kahte hain:

“Shadi biyah ke mauqe par dhol bajana jaiz nahi, balke sirf daff hi istemal karni chahiye.”

Fataawa Islamiyyah, 3/185.

۩ Ibn ‘Uthaymeen kahte hain:

“Dono janib se band ko dhol kaha jata hai jo jaiz nahi, kyunke ye mausiqi me shamil hota hai, aur mausiqi ke sab illat haraam hain, sirf wahi halal hai jiski halaal hone ki daleel ho jo ki shadi biyah ke mauke par daff bajana hai”.

Ek Ayat Ko Dusro Tak Pohchane Wali Hadees Ki Sharah

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي كَبْشَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ بَلِّغُوا عَنِّي وَلَوْ آيَةً، وَحَدِّثُوا عَنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلاَ حَرَجَ، وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ-

Abd-Allaah ibn Amr r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Pohcha do meri taraf se wo kyu na ek ayat hi ho, aur Bani Israail ke waaqyaat tum bayan kar sakte ho, isme koi harj nahi aur jis ne mujh par jaanbuj kar jhut bandha to use apne jahannam ke thikane ke liye tayar rahna chahiye."

Sahih al Bukhaari, Book of Prophets, hadith-3461.

۩ Is hadith ki sharah me Imam Ibn Hajar Asqalani Fath al Baari me likhte hai:

“Is hadees me 'chahe wo ek ayat hi kyun na ho' se murad ye hai ke har shaks jisne jo bhi baat unse suni ho, chahe kitni hi thodi ho, wo logo tak pohchane ki jaldi koshish kare, is tarah se har cheez jo RasoolAllah ﷺ lekar aaye the, wo logo tak pahunch jayegi.” End quote.

Fath ul Bari by Imam ibn Hajar

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen r.h. kahte hai:

“Jab ek shaks us chiz ki samajh rakhta hai jis ke taraf wo logo ko bula raha hai to isse koi fark nahi padta ke wo bada ya mashhoor aalim ho ya Deen ka sachha taalib e ilm ho ya ek aam sa aadmi ho jise kuch ilm ho us masle me jo sawal pucha ja raha hai.
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya hai, "Pohcha do meri taraf se wo kyu na ek ayat hi ho", aur unhone ne ye shart nahi rakhi ke us daaiyah (logo ko deen ki taraf bulane wale) ko Ilm ke aala darjeh par faiz hona chahiye, bas zaroori hai ke use us baat ka ilm ho jiski taraf wo bula raha hai. Lekin apne la-ilmi aur apne jazbaat ke bina par logo ko (deen ki taraf) bulane ki ijazat nahi hai.” End quote.

۩ Shaykh Saleh al Munajjid farmate hai:

“Allah ke taraf logo ko bulana sabse behtareen aur azeem amal hai Allah subhanahu wa tala ke yaha. Jab ye fareeza Nabiyo aur Rasoolo ka hai jinhe Allah ne makhlook maise chuna toh ye farza unke (Nabiyo aur Rasoolo ke) wariso ka kaise nahi ho sakta hai jo ki Ulema aur Daaiya hai.

Ye zaruri hai ki jo shaks logo ko Islam ki taraf bula raha ho uske paas us chiz ki kuch samajh zarur ho jiski taraf wo logo ko bula raha hai, lekin iski zarurat nahi hai ki use poore Deen ka ilm hona chahiye kyuki Abd-Allaah ibn Amr se Bukhaari (3461) me riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Pohcha do meri taraf se wo kyu na ek ayat hi ho".

Kya Islam Me Oral Sex Ki Ijazat Hai ?


Alhamdulillah..

Allah pak Quran me farmate hai,

۩ "Wo (Tumhari Biwiya) Tumhara Libaas Hai Aur Tum Un Ke Libaas Ho."

Surah Baqarah, Ayat- 187.

۩ "Tumhari Biwiya Tumhari Kheti Hai, Apni Kheti Me Jis Tarah Chaaho Jaao." 

Surah Baqarah, Ayat- 223.

Is Ayat se waazeh hota hai ki har tareeke se biwio ke kareeb jaane ki ijazat hai. Mana sirf  wo cheeze hongi jise Allah ya uske Rasool ne mana kiya ho. Aur wo sirf Do (2) chize hai.

۞1. Biwio ke piche se dakhil ho kar mubashrat karna [anal intercourse].

Khuzaimah bin Sabit r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne teen baar kaha: "Allah sach kahne me sharmata nahi hai". (Fir farmaya) Aurto ke piche se sohbat mat karo. [Anal intercourse]

Sunan Ibn Majah, Kitab al Nikah, hadith- 1924. Classed as Sahih by Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai.

۞2. Haiz ke dino me Sohbat karna

Allah s.w.t. farmate hai:

(Aye Nabi) (Wo) Aap Se Haiz Ke Baare Me Sawaal Karte Hai, Kah Dijiye Ke Wo Gandagi Hai, Haalat e Haiz Me Aurto Se Alag Raho, Aur Jab Tak Wo Paak Na Ho Jaaye Un Ke Kareeb Na Jao, Haan Jab Wo Paak Ho Jaaye To Un Ke Paas Jaao Jahaa Se Allah Ne Tumhe Ijaazat Di Hai, Allah Tauba Karne Walo Ko Aur Paak Rahne Walo Ko Pasand Farmata Hai.

Surah Baqara, Ayat-222.

Quran aur sunnat me hame sirf in Do (2) chizo se mana kiya gaya hai. Iske alawa kisi bhi tarike se shauhar aur biwi ka ek dusre ke kareeb jane ki ijazat hai. Ye baat alag hai ki kisi ko kareeb aane ke kuch tarike pasand nahi aate aur kisi ko wahi tarike pasand aate hai, lekin ye har shaks ki khud ki pasand hai, khud ki pasand ke wajah se Islam me koi chiz haraam ya halaal nahi ho jati. Halal aur Haraam karne ka ikhtiyar sirf Allah ko hai.

Kuch alim oral sex ko haraam kahte hai lekin iski daleel nahi hai, na to Quran me aur na hi sunnat me. Wo jo daleel dete hai wo ilmi nahi hai bas jazbaati hai, jaise mera dil nahi manta, wagaira lekin Islam to bas naam hai Allah ke farman ka aur uske Rasool ke farman ka.

Samandari Jaanwaro Ko Khane Ka Hukm


Allah ka shukr hai ki usne hamare is Deen ko Deen e fitrat banaya hai aur is deen me boht aasani rakhi hai. Allah ka jitna shukr kiya jaye utna hi kam hai ki usne ham par wo bojh nahi dala jisko uthane ki hamme takat nahi hai. Allah ne ham par boht si chize halal kari hai jo pichle Nabiyo ki shariyat me haraam thi. Allah farmate hai,

"Allah tumhare liye aasani chahta hai, aur wo tumhare liye chizo ko mushkil nahi banana chahta".

Surah Baqarah (2), Ayat-185.

Isi wajah se, Allah ne samandar ke sabhi khaye jane wale ashya ko halal kiya hai chahe wo samandari janwar ho ya samandari ped-paodhe ho, chahe wo zinda ho ya murdaar. Allah farmate hai,

"Tumhare Liye Darya Ka Shikaar Pakadna Aur Us Ka Khaana Halaal Kiya Gaya Hai, Tumhare Fayde Ke Liye Aur Musaafiro Ke Liye..."

Surah Maida, Ayat-96.

Ibn Abbas r.a. is ayat ki tafseer me kahte hai, " 'Sayduhu' ka matlab jo (samandar se) zinda nikala jaye, aur ta’aamuhu ka matlab wo murdaar jo samandar ke kinare pahuch jaye".

Tafseer ibn Kaseer (5:96).

Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai, ek shaks ne RasoolAllah ﷺ se pucha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool, ham samandaro me safar karte hai aur ham apne sath thoda hi pani lekar jaate hai lekin agar ham ise wuzu ke liye istemal karle to ham pyase ho jayenge. Kya ham samandar ke pani se wuzu kar sakte hai?' RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Iska paani tahaarat (purification) ka zarya hai aur iske murda gosht ko (khane) ki ijazat hai."

 Sunan an-Nasa'i, Kitab at Taharah, hadith-59. Classed as Sahih by Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai.

Ahle Ilm kahte hai ki saare samandari jaanwar khane ki ijazat hai aur khane ke aetbar se samandari jaanwar wo hoga jo samandar se bahar nikalne par mar jaye, ye zaruri nahi ki wo fauran hi mar jaye, agar wo kuch ghanto baad bhi marta hai to use samandari janwar hi kaha jayega khane ke aetbar se. Aur niche zikr kiye gaye janwaro ko khane ki ijazat nahi hai kyuki agar unko samandar se bahar nikala jaye to wo marte nahi hai:

۩ Magarmach [Crocodiles]
۩ Mendhak [Frogs]
۩ Samandari-Saanp (Jo saanp samandari na ho unhe bhi khane ki ijazat nahi hai)  [sea-snake]
۩ Sag aabi aur kachwa [Otters and turtles]
۩ Aur har wo chiz jo khane ke baad hamare jism ko nuksan pohche (al-Nisa’ 4:29, al-Baqarah 2:195).

Isi tarha hamare muashre me jhinga, kekda aur whale machli ko khane par log shak me mubtala hai. Hamare Deen ne hame ye teen chiz khane ki ijazat di hai kyuki ye samandari khane ke taareef (defination) me shamil hai. Aur koi sahih hadith bhi nahi hai jinme in teeno chiz ko khane se roka gaya ho.
Ab apko ek dilchasp manzar ke taraf le chalte hai jaha par sahaba e karaam Whale machli ka gosht aur uski charbi se fayda utha rahe the:

Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai, Rasool ﷺ ne 300 sawaroon ke sath hame muhim (campaign) pe rawana farmaya. Hamare ameer Hazrat Abu Ubaida b. al-Jarrah r.a. the. Hame Quraish ke qafile ki ghaat lagani thi. Ham (takreeban) aadha maheena sahil-e-samandar par thahre rahe. Hame shadeed bhook ka saamna karna pad raha tha, hatta ke ham ne (darakhto ke) patte khaye. Isi liye is lashkar ka naam "Jhade hue patton ka lashkar" pad gaya. Samandar ne hamare liye ek janwar nikal kar fenka jis ko 'anbar (whale)' kaha jata tha.
Ham aadha mahine tak is ko khate rahe aur is ki charbi ko [tel (oil) ke taur par apne jism par] malte rahe, yahan tak ke hamare badan asal halat me laut aye.

Abu Ubaida r.a. ne is ki ek pasli (pet ka kanta) le kar use nasb karaya (fixed that up), fir lashkar me sab se lamba admi aur sab se uncha oont (camel) dhunda aur us admi ko us par sawar kiya to woh (oont) us (badi machli) ke niche se guzar gaya, aur us (badi machli) ke ankh ke halqe (eye-socket) me boht saare aadmi baith sakte the, aur ham ne us ki ankh ke dheele se boht saare matke charbi nikali.

(Ye badi machli milne se pahle) Hamare sath chote-chote bore khajooro ke the. Abu Ubaid r.a. hame ek muthhi khajoor dete the. (Aur jab khajure kam padne lagi) Fir wo hame ek khajoor dene lage. Jab (yah bhi milna) band ho gaya toh ham ne samjh liya ki woh bhi khatam ho gaya hai.

Wo 70000 Log Jo Bagair Hisab Ke Jannat Me Jayenge


Ibn Abbas r.a. ne bayan kiya ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya mere samnay tamam Ummate paish ki gayi Ek ya Do Nabi apne bas kuch hi Ummat ke sath guzarte rahe aur baaz Nabi aise bhi the ke un ke sath koi nahi tha, aakhir mere samne ek badi bhaari jamaat aayi. Mein ne poocha ye log kaun hain, kya ye meri ummat ke log hain? Kaha gaya ke ye Moosa a.s. aur un ki qaum hai fir kaha gaya ke kinaroon ki taraf dekhye mein ne dekha ki ek bahut hi badi jamaat hai jo kinaro tak chhaai hui hai fir mujh se kaha gaya ke aasman ke mukhtalif kinaroon tak idhar aur udhar dekhye toh maine dekha ki ek jamaat hai jo tamam aasman tak chhaai hui hai. Kaha gaya ke ye Aap ki Ummat hai aur is me se Sattar Hazaar (70000) hisaab ke bagair Jannat me daakhil kar diye jayenge. Is ke baad Aap ﷺ (apne hujre me) tashreef le gaye aur kuch tafseel nahi farmayi.
Log (sahaba) is muamle ke baare me bahes karne lage aur kahne lage ke hum Allah par Eemaan laye hain aur us ke Rasool ki itteba ki, is liye hum hi (sahaba) woh log hain ya hamari woh aulaad hai jo Islam me paida hue kyunki hum jahiliat me paida hue the. Ye baate jab Huzoor e akram ﷺ ko maloom hui to Aap bahar tashreef laaye aur farmaya yeh woh log honge jo jhaad phoonk nahi karate, wo bad-shaguni ya acche shagun (shubh-ashubh) me yakeen nahi rakhte aur daag kar ke ilaaj nahi karte lekin wo apne Rab par bharosa karte hain. Is par Ukasha bin Muhsin r.a. ne arz kiya ya Rasoolullah! Kya mai bhi un mai se hu. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Haan'. Is ke baad dusre sahabi khade hue aur arz kiya ya Rasoolullah ﷺ ! Kya Mai bhi un mai se hu? Aap ﷺ  ne farmaya ke Ukasha tum se baazi le gaya (yaani wo dusre sahabi is fazilat me shumar nahi hai).

Note: Jamia Tirmizi ki ek sahih hadees hai jisme ye likha hai ki har 1000 jo bina hisab-kitab ke Jannat me jayenge wo apne sath 70000 hazar logo ko bagair hisab-kitab Jannat lekar jayenge jo ki pure 49 Lakh log ho jaate hai - [Jamia Tirmizi, hadees-2437]. Aur wo wahi log honge jinme wo khususiyat hogi jo upar ki hadees me bayan ki gai hai. Unki khususiyat ki tafseel niche wazeh ki gai hai:

1. Wo jhaad-fuk na karwate ho. [Note-1]
2. Wo bad-shaguni ya achhe shagun me yakeen na rakhte ho (maslan billi rasta kaat jaye to us raste se jane ko galat samajhna aur isi tarha ke dusre khayaal). [Note-2] 
3. Daag ke zarye ilaaj na karwate ho. [Note-3]
4. Rab par (hi) yakeen rakhte ho. [Note-4]

۞ Wazahat

۩ Note-1: Wo jhaad-fuk na karwate ho:

Isse murad wo dam hoga jo shirkiya ho ya fir wo dam jo Quran aur sunnat me maujud na ho. Lekin wo dam jo Quran aur sunnat me ho wo kar sakte hai. Aur ye baat kabil e gaur hai ki wo dam jo shirkiya na ho chache wo Quran aur sunnat me maujud hi na ho wo bhi karna jayez hai Rasoolullah ﷺ ke hadees ke mutabik (hadees padhe) lekin agar koi ye karwa raha hai to wo us 70000 ki hadees wali fazilat se mahroom rahega. Yaani unke takwe ka aalam ye hoga ki wo sirf sunnat tarike se dam karenge agarche gair-sunnat dam jo shirkiya na ho wo dam bhi karna jayz hai.
Kuch ahle ilm ne is hadees ka galat fahm nikal kar kaha hai ki kisi bhi tarha ka dam karne ki ijazat nahi hai agar un 70000 logo me shamil hona hai chahe wo sunnat dam ho ya gair-sunnat aur kuch kahte hai ki khud kar liya jaye lekin dusro se khud par na karwaya jaye lekin ye dono raaye sahih nahi hai kyuki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne khud par bhi dam kiya hai aur Ayesha r.a. se dam karwaya bhi hai, Daleel ke liye dekhe Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab Fazail al Quran, hadees-5016.

۩ Note-2: Wo bad-shaguni ya achhe shagun me yakeen na rakhte ho:

Iska matlab ye hai ki wo shubh-ashubh jaise hindu mazhab me hota hai us par yakeen nahi karenge. Afsos ki baat hai ki hamare kuch muslim bhai/bahen bhi is me shamil hai jo is tarha ki chizo par yakeen rakhte hai jaise billi rasta kaat jaye to us raste se na jana ya fir agar chappal (sleeper) ulta ho jaye to ise wo bad-shaguni samajhte hai. Is tarha ki boht si chize hai. Toh Agar un 70000 logo me shamil hona hai hame to in galat chizo par yakeen nahi rakhna hoga.

۩ Note-3: Daag ke zarye ilaaj na karwate ho:

Daag ek ilaaj ka tarika hai. Ye jayz ilaaj hai lekin agar apko un 70000 logo me shamil hona hai to apko is tarike ke ilaaj se bachna hoga.

 ۩ Note-4: Rab par (hi) yakeen rakhte ho:

Apko apne Rab par bharosa aur yakeen rakhna chaiye. Yaani apka eemaan hona chahiye aur apka amal apke is eeman ki gawahi de ki Allah se hi sab kuch hota hai. Apko mushkil me sirf Allah hi yaad aye, koi peer-fakeer, mazaar, Auliya-Allah ya Nabi ﷺ nahi. Allama Iqbal ne apne shayri 'Bal-e-Jibril' me kaha hai ki "Buto se tujh ko ummeede.. Khuda se na-ummeedi, Mujhe bata to sahih Aur Kafiri Kya Hai!". To ye wala muamla na ho ki kuch log Allah ko chor kar but se ummeed lagate hai aur ham Allah ko chor kar mazaaro se ummeed laga le.

۞ Un 70000 logo ke chehre chaudhvi ke chand ke tarah chamkenge:

Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Meri Ummat ka 70000 logo ka ek groh jannat me jayega jinke chehre (chaudhvi ke) chand ke tarah chamak rahe honge.”

1۞ HONE WALE BACCHE KE LIYE SALAMTI, AFIYAT AUR HIDAYAT KI DUA KARNA

Hamare Ilm ke mutabiq wiladat honae wale bachhe ke istaqbaal ki tayari mein koi aisa shari amal nahi hai jo is ki paidaish se ek ya do roz ya is se zyada aur kam din pahle kiye jaaye, siwaye iske ki achhi aur aam duayen ki jayen, maslan bachhae ki salamti aur aafiat ke sath paidaish aur is ki hidayat ki dua karna.

Allah Subhana o Taa'la ne Nek aur Saleh Imran ki Biwi ki Duae Zikr ki hai, jab Imran ki Biwi kahne Lagi :

"Jab Imran Ki Biwi Ne Kaha Ke Aye Mere Rab! Mere Pet Me Jo Kuch Hai Use Mai Ne Tere Naam Aazad Karne Ki Nazar Maani, Tu Meri Taraf Se Qubool Farma! Yaqinan Tu Khoob Sunne Wala Aur Puri Tarah Jaanne Wala Hai.

Jab Bacchi Ko Jana, To Kahne Lagi Ke Parwardigaar! Mujhe To Ladki Hui, Allah Ko Khoob Maloom Hai Ke Kya Aulaad Hui Hai, Aur Ladka, Ladki Jaisa Nahi, Mai Ne Us Ka Naam Maryam Rakha, Mai Use Aur Us Ki Aulaad Ko Shaitaan Mardood Se Teri Panaah Me Deti Hu."

2۞ BACCHE KO TAHNEEK KARNA AUR USKE LIYE DUAE KARNA

Bachhe Par Tahnik Karna (Yaani Khujur khud chaba kar uska ras bachay ko chatana) aur is ke liye khair aur Barkat ki dua karna .

Abu Moosa r.a. bayan karte hain ki mere yaha ladka paida hua to mai use le kar Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein haazir hua. Aap ﷺ ne is ka naam Ibrahim rakha aur khajur ko apne daant mubarak se naram kar ke use chataya aur is ke liye khair aur Barkat ki dua ki fir (bachhe ko) mujhe de diya. 

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab Al Aqiqah, Hadith-5467 ; Sahih Muslim, Hadith- 2145.

Note: Tahneek Rasool ﷺ ke zamane ka ek rasm tha jisme paida hue bachhe ko Khujoor ya shahad ya kuch mithe chiz ka ras bachhe ko chataya jata tha. Aur ye koi nek shaks karta tha yaani wo nek shaks us chiz ko chaba kar us ka ras bachhe ko chatata tha.

3) PAHLE DIN YA SAATWE DIN BACHHE KA NAAM RAKHNA

Anas bin Malik r.a. bayan karte hain ki Rasool ﷺ ne farmay, "Mere yaha ek Raat beta paida hua tha, jis ka naam mai ne apne Baap ke naam par Ibraheem rakha tha."

Sahih Muslim, Hadith- 3126.

Aisha r.a. bayan karti hain ki, "Rasool ﷺ ne Hasan aur Hussain r.a. ki janib se saatwe roz Aqiqah kiya aur un ka naam rakha."

Narrated by Ibn Hibbaan, 12/127; al-Haakim, 4/264. Classed as saheeh by al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 9/589.

4۞ KHATNAH KARANA

Khatnah karana ye fitrati sunnato me shaamil hai, aur ye bachhe ke liye wajibat (Farz) me shaamil hota hai Aur Khatnah karne se behtar Taharat hasil karne me madad hasil hoti hai.

Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Paanch chize Fitrat me shamil hain : “Khatnah karana (circumcision), zair e naaf baal mundna (removing the pubic hairs), Bagalo ke baal ukhedna (plucking the armpit hairs), naakhun kaatna (cutting the nails), aur munchen katarna (trimming the moustache).” 

Narrated by al-Bukhaari, Hadith-5550; Sahih Muslim, Hadith-257.

۝ Khatne Ka Waqt

Hamare Ilm Me RasoolAllah ya kisi sahaba se Khatne ka koi khas muqarrar waqt sabit nahi hai. Ek Hadith milti bhi hai is masle me lekin us hadith ko hamare Muhaddiseeno ne sehat ke aetebar se qubul nahi kiya (Yaani wo hadith sahih nahi hai). 

Imam Baihaqi r.h. ne Jabir r.a. se bayan kiya hai ke Rasool ﷺ ne Hasan aur Hussain r.a. Aqiqah aur Khatnah saatwe roz (7th day) kiya.

Sunan Bayhaqi, 8/324.


Lekin is hadith ko boht saare Muhaddiseeno ne Zaif karar diya hai jaise Ibn Adi, Haythami, Sheikh Albani wagaira. [Dekhe: Irwa’ al-Ghaleel, 4/383 by Shaykh Albani. ]

۩ Imam Nawawi kahte hai, "Bachhe ke sarbarah (parent) ke liye ye behtar hai ki bachpan mein hi bachhe ka khatnah kar diya jaye kyuki is me bachhe ke liye zyada aaraam aur shafqat hai."

۩ Shaykh Ibn Taymiyah kahte hai, "Raha khatna karne ka masla to khatna jab chahe kiya ja sakta hai, Lekin jab bachha balig umar ke kareeb pahonch jaye to bachce ka khatna zaroor kar dena chahiye jaisa ke Arab log kiya karte the, taa keh woh bagair khatna kiye hi baalig na ho jaye."

5۞ BACHHE KA SAR (HEAD) MUNDNA AUR USKE SAR PAR ZAFRAN SE MALNA

Bachhe ka sar mundana aur fir is ke sar par zafran se malna, is mein azeem fayde hain, fir baalon ke barabar sona ya chandi sadqa karna, is me ye shart nahi ke balon ka wazan zarur hi kiya jaye. Agar ye mushkil ho toh sone ya chandi ki qeemat jo balon ke wazan ke (andaazan) barabar ho sadaqa kiya jaye.

۩ Buraydah ibn al-Hasib r.a. riwayat karte hai, "Hazrat Buraydah r.a. bayaan karte hain ke Daur e Jaahiliyat me jab hamare yahan kisi ko bachha paida hota to wo 1 bakra zibah karke uska khoon bachhe ke sar (head) par malta aur jab Allah ta'ala ne hame Islam ata kiya, Toh ham Bakra zibah karte aur bachhe ka sar (head) mundwaate aur bachhe ke sar (head) par zaafraan (saffron) malte the."

Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2843; classed as Hasan saheeh by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.

Note: Zaafraan ek kism ki khushbu hai.

۩ Muhammad bin 'Ali bin Al-Husain riwayat karte hai ki Ali bin Abi Talib r.a. ne farmaya ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Hasan r.a. ka Aqiqah ek Bhed (sheep) se kiya, aur kaha: 'Aye Fatima! Iska sar mundao aur iske baal ke wazan ki chandi ko sadaqa kardo. Isliye maine baal ko taula toh uska wazan ek dirham ke barabar ya usse kuch kam hua tha.

6۞ BACHHE KE KAAN ME AZAAN DENA

Ulema e Karaam ne bachhe ke kaan me Azaan dene ko sunnat kaha hai, taa keh jab duniya me wo aye aur uske kaan khule to sabse pahle wo Tawheed ke kalime ko sune aur iska boht hi azeem aur Mubarak asar padega in shaa Allah. Lekin baaye kaan me Iqamat kahne ka koi subut nahi hai, naa hi Kitab wa Sunnat se aur na hi Ijma e Ummat se. [Dekhe Silsilat al-Da’eefah, 1/491].

Paida hue bacche ke kaan me Azaan dena ka subut na hi hame Allah ki kitab me milti hai aur na hi RasoolAllah ke sunnat me ya Aap ﷺ ke kisi hadees me milti hai. LEKIN HADITH KE NA HONE KE BAWUJUD UMMAT KA IJMAH HAI KI PAIDA HUE BACHHE KE KAAN ME AZAAN DENA MUSTAHAB AMAL HAI.

Mayyat Ko Dafan Karne Ka Nabawi Tarika


۩ Uqba bin Aamir r.a. kahte hain ke: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Teen  (3) auqaat mein namaz padhne aur murdo’n ko dafan karne se mana farmaya:
1. Tuloo e Aftaab ke waqt hatta ke (suraj) buland ho jaae.
2. Jab Suraj dopaher ke waqt aen sar par ho hatta ke (sar se) dhal jaae [till it passes over the meridian].
3. Guroob e aftaab ke waqt hatta ke guroob hojaae.’

Sahih Muslim: Salatul Musafireen, hadith- 831.

۩ Nafi riwayat karte hai ki Ibn e Umar ne farmaya ke Namaz e Janaaza, Namaz e Fajr aur Namaz e Asr ke baad adaa ki jaa sakti hai agar ye (namaz) apne waqt se ada kiye gaye ho.

Muwatta Imam Malik: al Janaaez, Hadith, hadith- 543.

۩ Abdullah bin Yazeed r.a. ne Haaris r.a. ka namaz e Janaaza padhaya fir mayyat ko paou’n ki taraf se kabr mein daakhil kiya aur farmaya ke 'Ye (Nabi ﷺ ki) sunnat hai.  

Sunan Abu Dawood: al Janaaez, hadith- 3211. Imam Baihaqi ne ise Saheeh kaha.

۞ Mayyat Ko Qabar Mein Rakhte Waqt Ki Dua:

Ibn e Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi e Rahmat ﷺ jab mayyat ko Kabr mein rakhte to kahte:

بِسْمِ اللهِ وَعَلَى سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

Bismillaahi wa ‛alaa Sunnati Rasoolillaah Sallallahu A’alaihe Wasallam

Allah Ke Naam Se Aur RasoolAllah ﷺ Ke Tareeqe Par (ise dafar karte hain).

Sunan Abu Dawood: al Janaaez, hadith- 3213. Ise Imam Haakim aur Imam Zahabi ne Saheeh kaha.

Afsos ke ye sunnat bhi mit‐ti chali jaa rahi hai kyou’nke logo’n ne iske muqable me dusri dua dhoondh rakhi hai jo sabit hi nahi hai, yaani kalma shahaadat: "Ash Hadu An Laailaaha Illallah"

۞ Qabar Par Mitti Daalna:

Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Janaaza ki namaz padhi fir Kabr ke paas aaye aur sar ki taraf se 3 lap (T: 3 times with both hands) mitti daali.

Sunan Ibn e Majah: al Janaaez, hadith- 1565. Classed as Hasan by Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai.

۞ Qabar Par Mitti Daalte Waqt "Minha Khalaqnakum..." [Quran, 20:55] Padhna

Kabr par mitti dalte waqt Surah Taha (20) ki Ayat 55 padhna daleel ki roshni me sabit nahi hai. Ye hadith Sunan Kubra Baihaqi aur chand ek dusre kitab me milti hai. Lekin Is hadith ko khud Imam Baihaqi ne Sunan Kubra Baihaqi, hadith-6973 me Zaif kaha hai. Aur dusre Muhaddiseen jaise Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne bhi is hadith ko Tafseer ibn Kaseer (20:55) me zaif karar diya hai. Albatta Mayyat ko kabr me dalte waqt ka zikr zarur padhna chaiye jiska zikr upar kiya gaya hai. [Is mauzu par tafseel ke liye ye pdf file padhe]

۞ Mayyat Ke Liye Duae Karna

Usman bin Affan r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi e Rahmat ﷺ Jab mayyat ke dafan se farig ho jaate to waha kuch der rukte aur farmate: ‘Apne bhai ke liye bakhshish aur saabit qadmi ki dua karo kyunki ab is se sawaal kiya jayega.’

Sunan Abu Dawud: al Janaaez, hadith- 3221. Imam Haakim aur Haafiz Zahabi ne ise Saheeh kaha.

Amr b. al-As r.a. apni wafat ke waqt apne bete se kahte hai, "Jab mai mar jau to koi noha karne wali wali mere sath na jaye, na hi aag sath ho. Aur jab tum mujhe dafan kar chuko to mujh par ahista ahista mitti dalna, fir mere kabr ke pas itni der (dua karte hue) thaherna jitni der me oont (camel) zabah kar ke uska gosht takseem kiya ja sakta hai, taake mai tumhare (dua ke) wajah se maanus ho jao aur dekh lu ki mai apne Rab ke farishto ko kya jawab deta hu.

Sahih Muslim, hadith-228.

Note: Hamare Ilm me dafnane ke fauran baad ijtemai dua kisi Sahih hadith se sabit nahi hai na hi infiradi dua sabit hai, ye isliye bhi kyuki Mayyat ke haq me dua namaz e janaza me hi ho jati hai.
Aur jo Dua upar ki hadith me zikr hai wo unke liye hai jo Mayyat ke kareebi rishtedar/dost hai jaise bhai, beta, walid, wagaira. Kyuki upar ki hadith kahti hai ki ye dua kabr ke sawaalo ke jawab ke aasani ke liye hai aur Sunan Abu Dawud ki hadith no. 4753 (read) ke mutabik Mayyat se kabr ke sawal tab shuru hote hai jab mayyat ko dafan kar ke log kuch dur chale jate hai aur mayyat logo ke kadmo ki awaz sunta hai. To isse saaf pata chala ki jaise hi log mayyat ko dafna kar jaane lag jaye fir dua padhni chaiye us rishtedar/rishtedaro/dost ko kyuki tabhi kabr ke sawal-jawab shuru hone wale hote hai.
Dua zaruri nahi ki Arabic me hi ho, khud ki zuban me mayyat ke bakhshish aur kabr ke sawal ke jawab ki saabit qadmi aur aasani ki duae kare.

۞ Qabar Par Bataur Alaamat Patthar Nasab Karna:

Anas bin Maalik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne Usman bin Mazo’on ki qabr par alaamat ke taur par Ek (1) patthar nasab farmaaya.

Lekin Kabr ko pakka karna ya us ke upar imarat banwane se RasoolAllah ﷺ ne mana farmaya hai. (Daleel)

Kya Mayyat Ko Ghusl Dene Wala Khud Bhi Ghusl Kare ?


Kya mayyat ko ghusal dene wale ke liye namaz e janaza padhne se pahle libaas ki tabdeeli ya ghusl karna wajib hai ?

Alhamdulillah..

Ahle Ilm ke aqwaal me se sahih qawl yahi hai ke mayyat ko ghusl dene ke baad ghusl karna mustahab hai, wajib nahi.

Ye raaye Ibn Abbas, Ibn Umar , aur Ummul Momineen Ayesha r.a. aur Hasan basri, Ibrahim nakhi, Imam Shafi, Imam Ahmad, Ishhaq, aur Abu Sawr, ibn al-Munzir, aur dusro ki hai, aur Ibn Qudamah ne ise sabse behtar raye karar diya hai.

Dekhiye : Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 3/318; al-Mughni, 1/134.

Shaykh Albani farmate hain:

Aur mayyat ko Ghusl dene wale ke liye Ghusl karna mustahab hai, kyunki Rasool ﷺ ka farman hai:

"Jis ne mayyat ko ghusl diya woh ghusal kare , aur jis ne use uthaya wo wuzu kare."

Sunan Abu Dawood, Kitab al Jana'iz, hadith-3161. Sunan Tirmizi, Kitab al Jana'iz, hadith-993. Is ke baaz isnad hasan aur baaz sahih aur Imam Muslim ki shart par hai. Also classed as Sahih by Shaykh Albani and Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai.
Aur Ibn Qayyim ne "Tahdheeb al-Sunan" me 11 isnaad zikr karne ke baad kaha hai: "Ye sab isnad is baat ki Daleel hai ke ye hadees mahfooz hai."

Shaykh Albani mazeed farmate hai,

Ibn al-Qattaan ne ise sahih qarar diya hai aur isi tarha Ibn Hazam ne bhi saheeh kaha hai. 

Dekhe: al-Muhallaa, 1/250 and 2/23-25.

Hafiz Ibn Hajar ne al-Talkhees, 2/134 (Muneeriyyah edition) me sahih karar diya hai aur unka kahna hai: Ye kamazkam Hasan ke darje par hai.

Is hadith ki zahiri matlab is taraf ishara karti hai ki ghusl karna farz hai. Lekin ham iska mashwara nahi dete hai aur uski wajah niche di gai mawqoof hadeese hai:

Pahli hadees :

Ibn Abbas r.a bayan karte hain ke: "Jab Tum apni mayyat ko ghusl do toh tumhe ghusl karne ki zarurat nahi hai, kyunki tumhari mayyat najis (napak) nahi hoti, tumhare liye sirf itna hi kafi hai ke apne haatho ko dho lo"

Narrated by al-Haakim, 1/386; al-Bayhaqi, 3/398.

Mujhe kaafi had tak ye lagta hai ki ye hadith Mawqoof hai jaisa ki maine al-Da’eefah, 6304 me wazahat ki hai.

Dusri hadees:

Ibn Umar r.a ka qawl hai: "Hum mayyat ko ghusl diya karte the, aur hum maise kuch log ghusl karte aur kuch ghusal na karte the".

Ise Imaam Daaraqutni,191; aur al-Khateeb ne Al-Tareekh, 5 / 424 me sahih sanad ke sath riwayat kiya hai, jaisa ke Hafiz ibn Hajar ka kahna hai, aur Imam Ahmed ne bhi iski taraf ishara kiya hai, aur Khateeb ne un se riwayat kiya hai ke unhone apne bete ko is hadees ke likhne par ubhara.

Dekhiye: Shaykh Albani ki Ahkaam al-Janaa’iz, 71. 72.

Aur Mustaqil Fatwa committee (1/318) aur Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen ne al-Sharh al-Mumti’, 1/295 me ise hi rajeh (sahih) qarar diya hai.

Aur raha masla Libaas tabdeel karne ka to sunnat e Nabawi ﷺ me is ki koi Daleel nahi milti, na to ye wajib hai, aur na hi mustahab hai.

Mayyat Ka Kafan


۞ Mard Ka Kafan

Afzal ye hai ke mard ko teen kapdo me kafan diya jaye, jisme mayyat ko lapet diya jayega jaise ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ko kafan diya gaya tha.

۩ Ayesha r.a. farmati hai: "Rasool Allah ﷺ ko teen (3) Yamani safed kapdo’n mein kafan diya gaya tha, aur is mein na hi kurta tha aur na amaama."

Sahih al Bukahri: al Janaaez, hadith- 1264. Sahih Muslim: hadith-941.

۩ Ibn Hazm kahte hai: Allah apne Nabi ke liye afzal tareen haalat hi pasand farmata hai. End quote.

Al-Muhalla (5/118).

Lihaza Behtar yahi hai ki Teen kapdo me kafan diya jaye lekin do (2) kapdo me aur ek (1) kapde me bhi kafan dene ki ijazat hai .

Mayyat ko kafan dene ke liye kamazkam kafan ki miqdaar jis se Takfeen (kafan) ka fareeza ada ho jaye woh ye hai ke Ek itna bada kapda ho jisse saara jism dhaka ja sake, ye raaye Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Ahmad ki hai aur Imam Maalik ki do raaye mai se ek raaye hai.

Inki raaye ki Daleel ye hadith hai:

۩ Khabbab bin Al-Art r.a. riwayat karte hai jab Mus'ab bin 'Umar r.a. ko shaheed kiya gaya, tab unko kafan dene ke liye sirf Ek (1) chadar thi, Toh jab hum inka sir dhakte to paon bahar ho jate, aur jab paon dhakte to sir nanga ho jata. Tab hamein Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, "Chadar se inka sir dhak do, aur paon par 'Idhkhir' (ek kism ka paudha) daal do."

Sahih al Bukhaari, hadith-4047. Sahih Muslim, hadith- 940.

۩ Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen farmate hai,

"Is baat ki daleel ke kafan dete hue mayyat ka mukammal jism ko dhanpna wajib hai, (isme) yeh hai ke Jin Sahaba karaam ke liye kafan ke kapde kam the unke bare me Nabi ﷺ ne sir se kafan shuru karne ka hukum diya, ke sir ko dhak den, aur kadam (pair) par Idhkhir jo ek tarah ka paudha hai daal den.

Aur agar koi cheez bhi maujud na ho, maslan aag mein jalne ki wajah se uskay kapray tak jal jayen, aur uskay ilawa koi kapra bhi mayassar na ho to aisi mayyat par ghaas (ya paudhe) wagaira daal kar use kisi cheez se bandh diya jaye, aur agar yeh bhi nah ho sakay to usay waise hi dafan kardiya jaye kyun ki farmaan e baari taala

فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ

Apne istitaat ke mutabik Allah se darte raho. [al-Taghaabun 64:16]."

۞ Aurat Ka Kafan

Tamaam Fiqh ke Mazhab (Hanafi, Maaliki, Shaafa’i, Hanbali aur Zaahiri), is baat par muttafik hai ki Aurat ko paanch kapdo me kafan dena Mustahab hai.

Dekhe: Badaa’i’ al-Sanaa’i’ (2/325); Mawaahib al-Jaleel (2/266); al-Majmoo’ (5/161); al-Mughni (3/390) and al-Muhalla (5/120).

Unki Daleel ye hai:

۩ Qa'if as-Saqafiyyah Ki beti Layla r.a. kahti hai: Mai un aurto me shamil thi jinhone RasoolAllah ﷺ ki beti Umm Kulsoom r.a. ko unke inteqal par ghusl diya tha, kafan ke kapdo maise sab se pahle hame RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Izaar diya, fir kurta diya, fir oodhni di, fir chadar di, fir ek aur kapda diya jise upar lapet diya gaya.

(Fir Laila r.a. kahti hai) RasoolAllah ﷺ un ke kafan ke kapde liye hue darwaze ke paas khade hue the aur hame un maise ek ek kapde de rahe the.

Sunan Abu Dawud, Kitab Al-Jana'iz, hadith- 3157. Is hadith ko Shaykh Albani ne Irwa’ al-Ghaleel (723) me Daif karar diya hai.

Lekin is hadees ka Ek (dusra) Gawaah bhi hai, jisay Imam Jawzi ne Umm Atiyah r.a. se riwayat kiya hai ke: "Ham ne [Umm Kulsoom r.a. ko] paanch kapron mein kafan diya, aur usi tarha in ka sir dhak diya jaise zinda ka sir dhaka jata hai."

Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani kahte hai: Iski sanad Sahih hai. Fath al-Baari (3/159).

۩ Hasan Basri r.h. (Tabayeen) farmate hain:

وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ الْخِرْقَةُ الْخَامِسَةُ تَشُدُّ بِهَا الْفَخِذَيْنِ وَالْوَرِكَيْنِ تَحْتَ الدِّرْعِ

"Aurat ke kafan ka panchwa kapda wo hai jo kameez ke neeche rahta hai, is se aurat ka satar aur ranei’n bandhi jati hain. "

Sahih al Bukahri, Kitab al Janaaez, Under Baab - How to shroud a dead body, Baab-15.

۩ Ibn Qudaamah kahte hai: (5 kapdo me kafan dena) Ye Mustahab hai kyuki aurat apne zindagi me mard se zyada kapde ka ahtamam karti hai. Is liye Aurat ko wafaat ke baad bhi zyada (kapdo ka) ahtamam karna hoga. End quote.

Al-Mughni (3/391).

۩ Shaykh ibn Baaz se pucha gaya ki "Mard aur Aurat ko kaise kafan diya jaye"?

To unhone Jawab diya,

"Afzal yahi hai ke mard ko teen safed kapron me kafan diya jaye jis mein amaamah aur kameez na ho, yahi afzal hai, aur aurat ko paanch kapron me kafan diya jaye, tah-band, kameez, dupatta, aur do (2) chadar, aur agar mayyat ko Ek (1) hi bade chadar mein kafan diya jaye jis mein iska pura jism dhaka jaye to mard ya aurat dono ko iski ijazat hai. Ye masla bada hai."

۩ Ulema e karaam farmate hai,

Aurat ko kafan dete waqt pahle tah-band bandhi jayegi, fir upar wale hisse par kameez, aur uske baad sir ke ird-gird dupatta diya jayega, aur fir Do (2) chadar mein lapait diya jayega.

۩ Ibn al-Mundhir kahte hai: Jin Ahle Ilm se hamne ilm hasil kiya hai us maise aksariyat is baat ke qayl hai ki aurat ko paanch (5) kapdo me kafan diya jayega.

Mayyat Ko Ghusl Dena Ka Shar'i Tarika


Mayyat ko Ghusl dene ka sahih aur shar'i tarika ye hai:

۩1. Wafaat ke fauran baad mayyat ka mu’n, ankhei’n band ki jaaei’n, baazu aur tangei’n aur hath, paou’n ki ungliya’n bhi seedhi kardi jaaei’n. Nez Kameez aur baniyaan wagaira utaar kar chaadar se mayyat ka badan dhaa’np diya jaae. Mayyat ke baazu, gale, ya pindli mein koi taweez dhaaga ya kadaa waghaira ho to ise utaar dei’n.

۩2. Paani ke andar Bairi ya neem ke patte ubaal liye jaaei’n (Bairi ke patte istemal karna afzal hai) fir yahi paani istemaal kiya jaaye aur lakdi ka ya koi aur takhta aisi jagah rakha jaaye jaha’n paani ka nikaas aur gandagi ko thikaane lagana asaan ho, mayyat ko is takhte par litaaya jaae. Naaf (navel) se ghutno’n (knee) tak ki jagah kapde se dhaa’np di jaaye aur dauraan e ghusl siwaye majboori ke mayyat ki sharmgaah par na hi nazar pade aur na hi kapde ke bagair ise haath lage.

Note: Ghusl ke liye pani itna garam na ho ki agar usse zinda shaks ghusl kare to use takleef ho kyuki mayyat ko bhi waisi hi takleef hoti hai jis tarha zinda shaks ko hoti hai. (Iski Daleel aage bayan ki gai hai)

۩3. Agar jism zakhmi ho aur is par pattiya’n bandhi hui ho’n to ehtiyaat se pattiya’n khol kar rooi (cotton) aur upar tayar kiya hua paani se aahista aahista zakhm dhoe jaaei’n. Har kaam ki ibtedaa daei’n taraf se karei’n siwaae iske ke sirf baei’n jaanib tawajjo ki mustahaq ho (i.e. if necessary).

۩4. Mayyat ko sar aur peeth par hath laga kar halka sa utha kar naaf ki taraf haath se mayyat ka pet 2 ya 3 bar halka sa dabaya jaae (taake andar ki gandagee imkaani had tak khaarij ho jaae) fir baei’n hath par kapde ka dastana wagaira (jo kafan ke sath banaaya jaata hai) pahen kar pahle paani se iska istinja karei’n. Agar zer e naaf balo’n ki safaai baaqi ho to karli jaaye.

Note: Istinja ka matlab sharmgaah ko dhona aur saaf karna.

۩5. Naak, daa’nt, mu’n ka khilaal aur kano’n mein acchi tarha geeli rui pher kar inki alag se safaai karli jaae take baad mein wuzu ke dauraan 3 dafa se ziyaada na dhona pade.

۩6. Bismillah padh kar mayyat ko shar'i wuzu karaaya jaae. Wuzu ka tarika ye hoga ki mayyat ka munh aur naak paani se saaf kiya jaye, mayyat ka chehra aur hath (kohniyo tak) dhoye jaye, sar aur kaano ka masah karwaya jaye, fir mayyat ke paao dhoye jaye. 

۩7. Sar se shuru karte hue hasb e zaroorat sabun istemaal karte hue puree jism ko (zarurat ke mutabik) 3 ya 5 ya 7 martaba acchi tarha dhoei’n. Akhri dafa nahlaate waqt paani me kuch kafoor (camphor) milaalei’n.

Mayyat ko 2 ya kisi aur ginti me bhi dhoya ja sakta hai lekin  mayyat ko taak (odd) ginti (3,5,7) me dhona mustahab hai aur hadees ke mutabik hai.

Notes:

1.  Agar Mayyat Khwateen ho toh inke baal khole , unhe dhoye fir unki teen chotiyan banaein. [Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari, hadith- 1254, 1260.]

2. Ghusl ki shuruat daayi taraf se ki jaye aur us hisse se shuruat ki jaye jis hisse se wuzu ki jati hai, yaani pahle upar ke daaye hisse fir upar ke baaye hisse fir niche ke daaye hisse aur fir niche ke baaye hisse se. [Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1255.]

3. Mayyat ke sath aesa koi amal na kiya jaye jo agar ek zinde shaks ke sath kiya jaye to use takleef ho kyuki Mayyat ko bhi utni hi takleef hoti hai jitni ek zinda shaks ko. Ummul Mu'minin Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Murde Ki Haddi Todna Zinde Ki Haddi Todne Ki Tarha Hi Hai." Sunan Abu Dawud,hadith- 3207, Sahih by Albani.
Arab ke yaha agar mayyat ki haddi sidhi na ho rahi hoti toh haddi todi jati thi.

4.  Ghusl ka ye Tareeqa afzal hai, taaham kisi tarha bhi ghusl diya jaye wo kaafi hoga bas shart ye hai ke saare jism par pani bahaya jaye aur jism ki achi tarhan safai ki jaye.

5. Aurat hi aurat ko ghusl de sakti hai aur mard hi mard ko ghusl de sakta hai siwaye iske ke mard aur biwi ek dusre ko ghusl de sakte hai. [Daleel]

6. Yaad rahe ke ghusl e Mayyat ka tareeqa bhi takreeban ghusl e janaabat waala hai albatta, ghusl ke dauraan Mayyat ka aur iske jism ke izzat ka bohot khayal rakhna chaahiye.

7. Jo shaks Mayyat ko Ghusl deta hai uska ghusl karna Mustahab hai.

۞ Umm e Atiya r.a.  ne kaha, ham Rasool Allah ﷺ ki beti Zainab ko nehlaa rahe the to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Inko 3, 5 ya 7 baar paani aur bairi ke patto’n se ghusl do aur aakhir baar (paani mein) kuch kaafoor (camphor) bhi mila lo aur ghusl se faraagat par mujhe itella kar dena, ghusl daei’n a’azaae wazu se shuroo karo. (Umme Atiya kahti hain) Ham ne (ghusl ke baad) inke balo’n ki teen (3) chotiy’an banayi aur inko peeche daal diya.’

Mayyat Ke Ahkaam


Abu Qataada r.a. se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ke paas ek Janaza guzra. Aap ne farmaaya : ‘Ye raahat pane waala hai ya is se auro’n ne raahat paai’,
Momin banda dunya ke ranj o museebat se rahat pata hai aur is ezaa se Allah ki rahmat ki taraf araam paata hai aur faajir (gunahgar) banda se insaan, shaher, darakht aur jaanwar raahat paate hain.

Sahih al Bukhari: ar Riqaaq, hadith- 6512. – Sahih Muslim: hadith- 950.

۞ A’alam Naza’a Mein Talqeen:

۩ Nabi e Rahmat ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Un logo’n ko jo marne ke kareeb ho’n "Laa Ilaaha Illallah" (kahne) ki naseehat karo.’

Sahih Muslim: al Janaaez, hadith- 916,917.

۩ Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke: ‘Jis ke aakhir kalaam "Laa Ilaaha Illallah" ho wo Jannat mein dakhil kar diya jayega.’

Sunan Abu Dawood: al Janaaez, hadith- 3116. Ise Imam Haakim Vol-1, P-351,500 Aur Imam Zahabi ne Saheeh kaha.

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jab tum beemar ya mayyat ke paas jao to bhalaai ki baat kaho, kyou’nke is waqt tum jo kuch kahte ho farishte is par aameen kahte hain.’

Sahih Muslim: al Janaaez, hadith- 919.

۞ Allah Ta’ala Ke Baare Mein Nek Gumaan Rakhna Waajib Hai:

۩ RasoolAllah ne farmaya: ‘Tumhei’n is haal mein maut aani chaahiey ke tum Allah ke sath accha gumaan rakhte ho.’

Sahih Muslim, hadith- 2877.

Yaani Allah se Gunaaho ki magfirat, Azaab se hifazat aur Jannat ata karne ki ummeed rakhi jaye.

۞ Madeene Mein Marne Ki Tamanna Karna:

۩ Hafsa riwayat karti hain ke main ne Umar e Farooq r.a. ko ye dua karte hue suna:

“Allahummar Zuqnee Shahaadatan Fee Sabeelika Waja’al Mauti Fee Baladi Rasoolika”

Aye Allah! Mujhe Shahaadat Ki Maut De Aur Mujhe Madeena e Rasool Mein Maut De.

Sahih al Bukhari: Abwaab Fazaael al Madeena, hadith- 890.

۞ Maut Ki Aarzu Ki Mumaaneat:

۩ RasoolAllah   ne farmaya: ‘Maut ki aarzu na karo. Agar tum nek ho to shayad ziyaada neki kar sakoge aur agar badkaar ho to shayad tauba karke Allah ko raazi kar sakoge.’ 

Sahih al Bukhari: al Timnee [wishes], hadith- 7235. 

۩ Nabi e Rahmat ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Na maut ki aarzu karo na maut ki dua karo, kyou’nke jab koi shaks mar jaata hai to iski (neki karne ki) ummeed khatam ho jaati hai aur momin ki lambi umar se iski nekiya’n badhti hain.’ 

Sahih al Muslim: al Zikr wa ad-Dua, hadith- 2682.

۩ Ibn e Umar farmate hain RasoolAllah ﷺ ne mera kaandha pakad kar farmaaya: ‘Duniya mein is tarha raho goya ke musaafir balki raahi ho, chunaache Ibne Umar farmaaya karte the, Jab shaam ho to subha ka intezaar na karo. Jab subha ho to shaam ka intezaar na karo. Tandrusti ko beemari aur zindagi ko maut se pahle ghaneemat jaano.’

Sahih al Bukhari: ar Riqaaq, hadith- 6416.

۞ Khud Khushee Sakht Gunah Hai:

۩ Nabi e Kareem ﷺ  ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaks apne ap ko gala gho’nt kar maarta hai wo jahannam mein apna gala gho’nta rahega aur jo shaks neza chubho kar apni jaan deta hai wo jahannam mein apne ap ko neza maarta rahega, aur wo jahannam mein hamesh rahega.’ 

Sahih al Bukahri: al Janaaez, hadith- 1365. Sahih Muslim: hadith- 109.

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya: Mere bande ne apni jaan khud li is liye main ne is par jannat haraam kardi.’

Sahih al Bukahri: hadith- 3463 ; Sahih Muslim: al Eeman, hadith- 113. 

۩ Jabir bin Samrah se riwayat hai ke ‘RasoolAllah ﷺ ne is shaks ki namaz e janaaza nahi padhi jis ne khud khushee ki thee.’

Sahih Muslim: al Janaaez, hadith- 978.

۞ Maiyyat Ko Bosa Dena (Chumna, to kiss)

۩ Jiska koi kareebi dost, azeez faut ho jaye to isko maiyyat ki Muhabbat ki wajah se bosa lena jaaez hai, kyou’nke Abu Bakar r.a. ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ki wafaat par Aap ﷺ ka bosa liya tha.

Sahih Bukhari: al Janaaez, hadith- 1241.

۞ Maiyyat Par Chaadar Daalna

۩ Aisha r.a. farmati hain ke ‘Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ faut hue to 1 dhaari-daar Yamani chaadar se Aap ko dhaa’np diya tha.’

Sahih al Bukahri: al Janaaez, hadith- 1241.

۞ Faut Hone Waale Ke Dosto’n Aur Rishtedaaro’n Ko Iske Marne Ki Ittela Dena

۩ Abu Huraira ﷺ se riwayat hai ke ‘RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Habsha ke Baadshah Najjashee ki marne ke us din khabar di jis din wo faut hue.’  

Sahih al Bukhri: hadith- 1245. 

۩ Anas bin Maalik r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ghazwa Mu'tah me pahle Zaid fir Jafar aur fir Abdullah bin Rawaha ki shahadat ki ittela di aur Aap ki ankho’n se aa’nsu jaari the.’

Sahih al Bukhari: al Janaaez, hadith- 1246. 

۞ Maiyyat Ki Ankhei’n Band Karna

۩ Umme Salma r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘RasoolAllah ﷺ Abu Salma ki iyaadat ko aaye aur inki ankhei’n khuli rah gai thee’n, fir Aap ﷺ ne inki aankho ko band kiya aur farmaya ke Jab jaan nikalti hai to aankhei’n unka peecha karti hai.’ 

Sahih Muslim: al Janaaez, hadith- 920.

۞ Maiyyat Ko Jald Dafan Karna

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Maiyyat ko jald dafan karo, agar wo nek hai to jis taraf tum ise bhej rahe ho wo iske liye fayedemand hai aur agar wo bura hai to isko apni gardano’n se utaardoge.’
