Namaz Ke Mamnu Auqaat


lbn e Abbas farmate hain ke Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne subha (ki namaz) ke ba'ad namaz padhne se mana'a farmaya hatta ke sooraj khoob zaahir hojaae aur (namaz) A’asr ke ba'ad namaz padhne se mana'a farmaya hatta ke sooraj acchi tarha ghaayeb hojaae.

(Bukhari: Mawaaqeet us Salaah 581 Muslim: Salah 826)

Uqba bin A’amir kehte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne hame teen waqto'n mein namaz padhne aur maiyyat dafan karne se mana'a farmaya:

l. Jab suraj tuloo horaha ho yaha'n tak ke buland hojaae.
2. Ain Dopahar ke waqt.
3. Jab sooraj ghuroob ho raha ho yaha’n tak ke poori tarah ghuroob ho jaye.

(Sahih Muslim: 831)

lbne Umar riwayat karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya ke 'Sooraj ke nikalte waqt aur ghuroob hote waqt namaz na padh kyu ke sooraj shaitan ke seengho’n ke darmiyan se tulu hota hai.’

(Bukhari: 582 Muslim: 828)

Sayyadna Ali ra. farmate hain ke 'Rasool Allah ne farmaya: 'A’asr ke ba’ad namaz na padho illa ye ke sooraj buland ho.’

(Abu Dawood: al Tato’o 1274 Nasaai 573) lse Imam lbne khuzaima, Imam lbne Hibban aur Imam Haaflz lbne Hajar ne Saheeh kaha.

Is hadees se zaahir hai ke asar ke baad namaz ki mumaniat mutlaq nahi hai. Kuraib r.a. Ibn e Abbas se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ne A'asr ke ba'ad 2 raka'atei'n padhee’n, Aap se is ki wajah dariyaft ki gai to farmaya: Baat ye hai ke mere paas qabeela Abdul Qais ke log (ekhaam e deen seekhne ke liye) aaey the unho ne (ya'ani in ke saath meri masruflyat ne) mujhe zohar ke baad ki 2 sunnato’n se baaz rakha. Pas ye wo dono’n thee. (jo main ne A'asr ke ba’ad padhi hain).

(Bukhari: al Sahu 1233 ;  Muslim: Salatul Musafireen 834)

Imam Shafai is hadees se istedlaal karte hue Tahiyyatul Masjid ya Tahiyyatul Wuzu ki adaaigee Fajar aur A’asr ki namaz ke baad bhi jaayez qarar dete hain.

Ibn Qudamah ne A’asr ke baad sunnato’n ki qaza ke jawaaz par ye daleel bhi di hai ke A'asr ke baad ki mumaneat khafeef (halki) hai. Jabke lbne Hazam ne 23 Sahaaba karaam (jin me khulafa e Arabé aur kubaar Sahaaba shaamil hain) se A’asr ke baad 2 rakat padhna zikar kiya hai.

Fajar ke baad mumaneat ka aghaaz tuloo e fajar se hota hai. Jab fajar tuloo ho gai to fajar ki sunnato’n ke alawa baaqi nawaafil mamnu hain.

lbne Umar ke ghulaam Yasaar bayan karte hain ke lbne Umar ne mujhe tuloo e fajar ke ba’ad (nafl) namaz padhte hue dekha to farmaya: Aey Yasaar! Hum is tarha (nafl) namaz padh rahe the ke Rasool Allah tashreef laye aur farmaya ke 'Jo log yaha’n maujood hain wo inlogo’n ko ye baat batadey ke tuloo e fajar ke ba'ad do raka’at (sunnato'n) ke alaawa koi namaz na padho.'

(Abu Dawood: al Tatoo 1278)

Rasool Allah ne farmaya: 'Jis ne tuloo e aftaab (ke aghaaz) se pehle namaz e Fajar ki ek rakat padh li wo apni namaz poori kare. Aur jis ne ghuroob e aftab (ke aghaaz) se pehle namaz e A’asr ki ek rakat padh li wo apni namaz poori kare, is ne Fajar aur A’asr ki namaz paali'.

(Bukhari: Mawaqeet ul Salaah 579 Muslim: al Masaaji 608)

Ye riaayat is shakhs ke liye hai jo kisi sharai uzar ki wajah se late hogaya ho warna mahez susti ki bina par namaz ko is qadr late karna saraasar munafeqat hai.

Jubair bin Muta'am se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ne farmaya: 'Aey Abd Manaaf ke beto! Raat ho ya din jis waqt bhi koi shakhs is ghar ka tawaaf karna chahe aur namaz adaa karna caahe use mat rook.’

(Tirmizee: al Hajj 868).

Maloom hua Fajar aur A’asr ki namaz ke baad mamnua auqaat mein bhi tawaaf aur iske baad ki do rakat adaa ki ja sakti hai.

Namaz e Chasht (Zuhaa) o Awabeen o Ishraaq


Zuhaa ke maani hain din ka chadhna aur ishraaq ke maani hai tuloo Aaftab. Pas jab Aaftab tuloo hokar 1 nezey ke baraabar buland ho jaae toh is waqt nawaafil ka padhna namaz ishraaq kahlaata hai.

Zaid bin Arqam r.a. se marwee hadees mein is namaz ko salaatul Awabeen bhi kaha gaya hai. (yaani Allah Ta’ala ki taraf rujoo karne walo’n ki namaz).

Zaid bin Arqam r.a. ne kuch logo’n ko Zuhaa ki namaz padhte dekha to kaha beshak ye log jante hain ke is waqt ke alaawa namaz padhna afzal hai, Nabi Akram ﷺ ne farmaya ke ‘Awwabeen ki namaz ka waqt wo hai jis waqt ount ke bacche ke paou’n garam ho’n.’

Sahih Muslim: Salatul Musafireen, hadith- 748.

Maghrib aur Isha ke darmiyan padhi jaane waali namaz ko jis riwayat mein Salatul Awwabeen kaha gaya hai wo riwayat mursal yaani zaeef hai.

Abu Zar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Har admi par laazim hai ke apne (jism ke) har band (jod) ke badle sadqa khairaat kare. Pas Subhan Allah kahna sadqa hai, Alhamdulillah kahna sadqa hai, Laailaaha
Illallah kahna sadqa hai, Allahu Akbar kehna sadqa hai, neki ka hukm dena sadqa hai aur buri baat se rok dena bhi
sadqa hai aur in sab cheezo’n se Zuhaa ki 2 rakatei’n kifaayat karti hain.’

Sahih Muslim: Salatul Musafireen, hadith- 720.

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Allah Ta’ala farmata hai! Aey Adam ke bete khaalis mere liey 4 rakatei’n awwal din mein padh (yaani ishraaq ki) main tujh ko is din ki shaam tak kifaayat karu’nga.’

Sunan Abu Dawood: al Tatwee, hadith 1289; Sunan Tirmizee: al Salah, hadith- 474. Imam Zahabi ne ise Hasan aur Qawee ul Asnaad jab ke Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise Saheeh kaha. Kifaayat ka 1 mafhoom ye bhi hai ke tere kaam sawaaru’nga. 

Mua’aza ne A’aisha Siddiqa r.a. se dariyaft kiya Rasool Allah ﷺ namaz Zuhaa ki kitni rakatie’n padhte the? A’aisha r.a. ne kaha: 4 rakatei’n aur jis qadr Allah Ta’ala chaahta Aap (is se) ziyaada (bhi) padhte.’

Sahih Muslim, hadith-719.

Umme Haani r.a. farmati hain: Rasool Allah ﷺ ne fatah Makka ke din ghusl kiya aur 8 rakat namaz Zuhaa padhie’n.

Sahih al Bukhari: al Tahajjud, hadith- 1176 ; Sahih Muslim: al Haiz, hadith- 336.

Maloom hua ke chaasht (Zuhaa) ki rakatie’n 2,4,8 hain.

Abu Huraira r.a. ne farmaya: ‘Mujhe mere pyaare dost Nabi e Rahmat ﷺ ne 3 cheezo’n ki wasiyyat ki, Jab tak main zinda rahu’nga inko nahi chhodu’nga:
1۩ Har (arabi) mahina (mein 13, 14 aur 15) ke 3 roze
2۩ Chaasht ki 2 rakatie’n, aur
3۩  Sone se pehle witr padhna.’

Sahih al Bukahri: al Tahajjud, hadith- 1178 ; Sahih Muslim, hadith- 721.

Ummul Momineen A’aisha r.a. se riwayat karti hain ke Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм Ek kaam chhod dete halaa’nke Aap ko iska karma pasand hota tha, Aap ﷺ is baat se darte the ke aisa na hoke log is kaam ko karne lag jaaei’n phir wo in par farz ho jaae.’

Sahih al Bukahri: Abwaab al Tahajjud, hadith-128 ; Sahih Muslim, hadih 718.

Rasool Allah ﷺ ki wafaat ke baad namaz chaasht ke farz hone ka khauf khatam hogaya, jis khauf ki binaa par Rasool Allah ﷺ kabhi chaasht ki naamz adaa karte aur kabhi na karte, ab ye namaz hamaare liye mustahab hai.

Isi ke mutallik ek zaif hadith hai jiski wazahat zaruri hai,

Anas bin Maalik r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jis ne Fajar ki namaz jamat se padhi se padhi phir suraj nikalnetak baitha aur Allah ka zikar karta raha (suraj nikalne ke baad) 2 rakat namaz padhi is ke liye Haj aur Umra ke baraabar sawaab hai.
Aap ne farmaya: ‘Poore Haj aur Umra, Poore Haj aur Umra, Poore Haj aur Umra.’

Sunan Tirmizi: al Juma, Hadith- 586. Hukm: Zaeef

Is hadith ko Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai ne Zaif kaha hai. Lekin Fajr ki namaz adaa karke suraj ke tuloo hone tak masjid mein baithna sunnat hai aur baa'es e ajar hai:

Jaabir bin Samrah r.a. se riwayat hai ke: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ jab Fajr ki namaz adaa karte to suraj ke tuloo hone tak masjid mein baith‐te, jab suraj tuloo hota to Aap jaane ke liye khade hote.’

Sahih Muslim, hadith- 670.

Note: Namaz e Chast, Zuha, Ishraq aur Awabeen ek hi namaz ke alag naam hai.

Namaz Me Raful Yadain Ki Zarurat


Ek aham sawal zahen me aa sakta hai ki hame Raful Yadain kyu karna chahiye? Momin ke liye to iska jawab chupa hua hai Surah Noor ki Ayat 51 me jaha Allah pak Momino ko Khitab karte hue farmate hai ki,

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Mominon ki baat to yahi hoti hai ke jab unhein Allah aur Us ke Rasool ﷺ ki taraf bulaya jaata hai taake wo un ke darmian faisla kare to wo kahte hein ke Hum ne suna aur maan liya aur wahi log nijaat paanay waalay hein.

Aur aj kal Muslalman apna faisala Allah aur Rasool ko chhor kar apne buzurgo aur firqo ki kitabo  aur Molvio aur Imamo se karwate hai. Allah ham sab ko hidayat de. Khair Ek momin ko to upar ki ayat hi kaafi hoti hai rafa yadain ki sunnat par amal karne ko. Lekin afsos aj Ummat ke kuch log apni namaz RasoolAllah ke tarike par banane ki koshish karne ke bajaye ye koshish karte hai ki kaise wo apni namaz sahih sabit karde taaki wo jis Maslak ke pairokaar hai us Maslak par aanch na aye aur isme wo zaif  hadeeso ko apna bunyad bana dete hai jab ki saare Muhaddis cheekh cheekh kar kah rahe hai ki wo hadeese sehat ke aetbar se sahih nahi hai. Hame Ye sochna chaiye ki kya kabr me ye sawal hoga ki Tera Maslak kya tha ya tera Imam kaun hai? Bilkul Nahi!!! Kabr me ye sawal hoga ki tera Nabi kaun hai ﷺ. Toh jab Kabr ke andar Nabi ka naam kaam ayega to kabr ke bahar bhi nabi ke tarike se namaz padhni chaiye.

Raful Yadain karne ki zarurat aur uska fayada ek Tabaeen bayan farmate hai,

Sa’eed Bin Jubair R.h. (tabaeen) Se Namaz Me Rafa Yadain Ke Talluk Se Pucha Gaya, Unhone Farmaya, "ye Logo Ke Namaz Ki Khubsurti Hai."

Aur yahi Tabaeen hai jo sahabao ke namaz ka Tarika batate hai,

Sa’eed Bin Jubair R.h. (tabaeen) Farmate Hai Ki Rasoolallah ﷺ Ke Sahabi r.a. Namaz Ke Shuru Karte Waqt, Ruku Se Pahle Aur Ruku Ke Baad Rafa’ Yadain Kiya Karte The.

Sunan Al Kubra Baihaqi, Vol 2, Page 75, Hadeeth No: 2355.

Ab Jo Namaz me Raful Yadain nahi karte wo namaz ki sunnat ko to chhorte hi hai balki namaz ki Khubsurti se bhi mahroom hote hai.  Isi liye Umar r.a. ke bete ibn Umar kabhi bhi kisi ko Susti ke wajah se raful yadain chhorne par unpar kankariya mara karte the:

Naafi Kahte Hai Ki Beshak Jab Bhi Ibn Umar Kisi Aese Shaks Ko Dekhte Jo (susti Ke Wajah Se) Ruku Se Pahle Aur Ruku Ke Baad Apne Hatho Ko Na Uthata Ho To Us Par Kankariya Fenka Karte The.

Juzz Raful Yadain by Imam Bukhari, hadith- 13. Sanad Sahih. Is hadith ko Imam Nawawi ne apne kitab “Al-Majmoo’ Sharh al-Madhab” (Vol 3, Pg 405) me sahih karar diya hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame Raful Yadain ki sunnat ko kasrat se ada karne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Maghrib Ki Farz Se Pahle 2 Rakat Sunnat


Gair Moqqida Sunnato me Magrib ki 2 rakat sunnat jo farz se pahle padhi jati hai wo bhi shumar hoti hai. Afsos ki baat hai ki hamare muashre me is sunnat se aksar log mahroom hai wo bhi sirf is liye kyu ki unke fiqh me is sunnat ka zikr nahi hai. Hamare muashre me maghrib ki rakato ki tadad 3 farz, 2 sunnat e Mokkida aur 2 nafl hai. Jab ki Hadees ki kitabo me kuch alag hi milta hai, Hadees ki kitabo me 2 rakat gair mokkida jo ke farz se pahle padhna hota hai, iske baad 3 farz aur 2 sunnat e Mokkida hai.

۩ Abdullah al Maznee r.a. riwayat karte hain Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Maghrib ki (farz) namaz se pahle namaz padho, Aap ne 3 baar farmaya aur teesri baar kaha jiska dil chaahe, ye is liye farmaya ke Aap napasand karte the ke log isko (Mokkada) sunnat banaalei’n.’

Sahih al Bukhari, Abwab al Tahajjud, Hadith- 1183.

۩ Sayyadna Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Madeena mein muezzin Maghrib ki azan kahta, ham sab sunnato’n ki taraf daudte aur 2 rakatei’n padhte. Log is kasrat se 2 rakatei’n padhte ke ajnabi ye guman karta ke Maghrib ki jamat ho chuki hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame RasoolAllah ﷺ ki sunnat par amal karne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Rafa Yadain Par 10 Sahaba E Karaam Ki Gawahi


Alhamdulillah wassalato wassalaam ala RasoolAllah..

Hairani ki baat hai ki ek sunnat jis par ek groh ko chhor kar puri ummat ka ijma hai ki ek amal sunnat hai. Is baat ki haqiqat khulne ke baad lamha e fiqriya hai unlogo ke liye jo is sunnat par amal khud bhi nahi karte aur dusro ko bhi rokte hai aur wo is sunnat ka inkaar karte hai. Namaz me Ruku se pahle aur Ruku ke baad ke Rafa yadain karne par Puri Ummat ka ijma hai chahe wo jis bhi maslak, mazhab, jamaat ya firqe se jude ho. Balki is sunnat par ahle Tashayyo (shiya) bhi amal karte hai, Jabki unki hadith ki kitab hi alag hai hamare hadith ki kitabo se. To ab iske baad lamha e fiqriya hai, lamha e fiqriya hai, lamha e fiqriya hai Hanafi mazhab manne walo ke liye ke unke alawa puri ummat is sunnat par amal karte hai aur sirf wahi mahroom hai is sunnat se.

Pichle kuch articles me rafa yadain par tafseel se zikr kiya gaya tha. Is article me Rafa Yadain par 10 sahabao ki gawahi mai logo ke zahen me laana chahta hu. Unme bade bade sahaba the aur Abu Qatadah bin Ribi r.a.jaise bade sahaba bhi is majlis me the. Ye waqya RasoolAllah ﷺ ke wafat ke takreeban 25-30 saal ke baad ka hai kyuki jo Tabayee is hadith ko bayan kar rahe hai wo samaa ke kabil hi us waqt hue hai jab RasoolAllah ke wafat ke 30 saal guzar chuke the aur hadith ke alfaz se ye aur bhi waazeh ho jaega ki ye RasoolAllah ki wafat ke baad ka zikr hai:

Muhammad Bin Amr Bin Ata' (tabaee) Riwayat Karte Hai Abu Humaid As-saidi Se Ki Unhone Rasool Allah ﷺ Ke 10 Sahaba Ki Majlis Me Kaha Ki Mein Tum Sab Se Zyadah Rasool Allah ﷺ Ki Namaz Ke Tariqe Ko Janta Hoon. Sahaba Kiram r.a. Ne Kaha: Apko To Hamse Baad Me (RasoolAllah ki) Sohbat Mili Hai Aur Naa Hi Ap RasoolAllah Ki Sohbat Me Hamse Zyada Rahe Hai. Toh Unhone Kaha, "Fir bhi". Fir Sahaba Kiram r.a. Ne Kaha (hamare Rubaru Rasool Allah Ki Namaz Ka Tarika) Bayan Karo.Abu Huamaid r.a. Ne Kaha: Jab Rasool Allah ﷺ Namaz Ke Liye Khade Hote (toh) Apne Dono Haath Kandho Ke Barabar Uthate Fir Takbeer Kahte Fir Qirat Karte Fir (ruku Ke Liye) Takbeer Kahte Aur Apne Dono Haath Kandho Ke Barabar Uthate Fir Ruku Karte Aur Apne Hatheliyaan Ghutno Par Rakh Dete Goya Ki Unhe  Pakda Ho, Fir (ruku Ke Doran) Kamar seedhi Rakhte, Pas Na Apna Sar Jhukate Aur Na Buland Karte. (yaani Peeth Aur Sar Hamwaar Rakhte) Aur Fir Apna Sar Ruku Se Uthate Aur sami Allahu Liman Hamidah Kahte, Phir Apne Dono Haath Kandhon Ke Barbar Uthate Aur Seedhe Khade Ho Jate, Fir (Allahu Akbar) kahte, Fir Zameen Ki Taraf Sajde Ke Liye Jhukte Pas Apne Dono Haath (baazu) Apne Dono Pahloow, (raano Aur Zameen) Se Door Rakhte Aur Apne Dono Paaw Ki Ungliyaan Kholte (is Tarah Ke Ungliyaan Ke Sirey Qibla Rukh Hote) Fir Apna Sar Sajde Se Uthate Aur Apna Baayan Paaw Modhte (yaani Bichaa Lete) Phir Us Par Bethte Aur seedhe Hote Yaha Tak Ki Har Haddi Apni Jagah Par Aajati. Fir (dusra) Sajda Karte, Fir (Allahu Akbar) Kahte Aur Uthte Aur Apna Baaya Paaw Mod Kar Us Par Bethte Aur Is Qadar Itminan Se (Jalsa e Istrahat me) Baithe Rahte Ki Har Haddi Apni Jagah Par Aajati, Fir Khade Hote Aur Isi Tarah Dusri Rakat Me Karte. Fir Jab Do Rakat Padh Kar Khade Hote Toh Takbeer Kah Kar Aur Dono Haath Kandho Ke Barabar Uthate Jaise Namaz Ke Shuru Me Takbeer Awlaa Ke Waqt Kiya Tha. Fir Isi Tarah Apni Baaqi Namaz Me Karte Yaha Tak Ki Jab Woh Sajdah Hota Jiske Baad Salam Ferna Hota Toh Ap ﷺ Tawarruk Karte (Yaani Apna Baaya Paaw daaye Pindli Ke Neeche Se Baahar Nikal Kar Baaye Sire (Kuleh) Par Beth't Jaate, Aur Daaye Paao Ke Panje Ko Qibla Rukh Kar Lete), Daaye Hath Ko Daaye Ghutne Aur Baaye Hath Ko Baaye Ghutne Par Rakhte aur Shahadat Ki Ungli Se Ishara Farmate, Aur Fir Salaam Ferte The. (Yeh Sun Kar ) Un  Sahabao Ne Kaha (ae Abu Huamaid Sa’adee) Apne Sach Kaha Rasool Allah ﷺ Isi Tarah Namaz Padha Karte The.

Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith-304; Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith-730 and 734; Sunan Ibn Majah, hadith 1061. Classed as Hasan Sahih by Imam Tirmidhi.

Is Hadith ke aakhir me Sahaba kahte hai ki RasoolAllah aese hi namaz padha KARTE THE (na ki padhte hai). Iska matlab ki us waqt RasoolAllah ki wafat ho chuki thi.

Zaruri baat ye hai ki  Imam Muhammad Gazali r.h. ne apni kitab Kimiya-yi Sa'ādat me aur Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani r.h. ne apni Kitab Ghunyat ul Talibeen ne bhi Namaz ka Yahi Takika likha hai.

Ab kuch bhaiyo se arz hai ki Aapke Ghyarwi wale peer ne bhi isi tarah namaz padhne ka zikr kiya hai apne kitab me. Hamari nai to kamas kam apne Peer ki to maan le ap log. Ya fir unhe bhi nahi pata tha ki ye Wahabio ya ahle hadeeso ka namaz ka tarika hai, ya fir Rafa yadain Mansukh ho gaya tha, ya fir Mecca ke namazi Aap ﷺ ke time par But rakh kar aate the isliye rafa Yadain kiya jata tha us time. Kya waaqai me aapke Peer ko ye sab nahi malum tha, agar aesa hai ki unhe koi ilm hi nahi tha toh apne unhe apna peer hi kyu mana hua hai aur unhe Gaus e Aazam ya Puri Dunya ke Shaykh ka laqab kis binah par diya hai. Jo log apni nisbat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani ke taraf karte hai to unke tarike par namaz bhi to padhe.

Kuch log bahane karte hai ki wo Hambli the, wo shafai the, isliye is tarha padhte the. Khuda ke liye! Ye kaha likha hai unhone ki wo Hambli the, ya wo shafai the, isliiye wo is tariqe se namaz padhte the, Wo To Nabi ﷺ ke Tarike se aur upar wali hadith ke reference se wo ye Namaz ka Tarika bata rahe hai.

Aur mai is par ek aakhri baat kahna chahta hu ki AGAR AP HAMBLI HO KAR RAFA YADAIN KARNE KO SAHIH SAMAJHTE HAI TO HAME MUHAMMADI HO KAR RAFA YADAIN KARNE DE, ﷺ , HAMARI NISBAT BOHT BADI HAI ALHAMDULILLAH!!!

Qunoot e Naazela

Fuqaha ne Qunut ki taareef ye ki hai, "Namaz me qayam ke andar makhsoos jagah me Dua ka naam hai".

Jab Musalman musibat ka shikaar ho toh Musalmano ke liye mashroo hai ki paanch namaz maise farz namaz ki aakhri rakat me ruku ke baad duae Qunut kare hatta ke Allah taala inse wo musibat dur karde aur Musalman ko najat dede.

Rasool Allah ﷺ jab kisi par bad dua ya nek dua ka iraada farmate to aaqhri rakat ke rukoo ke baad (Same’e Allahu Liman Hameeda Rabbana Lakal Hamd kahne ke baad dua farmate.

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne 1 maah tak 5 namazo’n mein ruku ke baad qunoot e nazela padhi aur Sahaba Aap ke peeche aameen kahte the.

QUNUT E NAZILA KI DUA


Allâhummaghfir Lilmu’minina Wal Mu’minât, Wal Muslimina Wal Muslimât, Wa Allif Bayna Qulübihim, Wa Aslih Dhâta Baynihim, Wansurhum Alâ Aduwwika Wa Ala Aduwwihim Allâhummal An Kafarata Ahlil Kitâbil-ladhina Yukadh-dhibüna Rusulak, Wa Yuqâtiluna Awliyâ-’ak. Allâhumma Khâlif Bayna Kalimati-him, Wazaizil Aqdãmahum Wa Anzil Bihim Ba’sakal Ladhi Lâ Tarudduhu Anil Qawmil Mujrimin. –

Aye Allah! Hame aur Tamaam Momin Mardo’n, Momin Aurato’n, Musalman Mardo’n aur Musalman Aurato’n ko Baqshde aur Inke Dilo’n Mein Ulfat Daal de. Inki (Baahami) Islaah Farmaade. Apne Aur Inke Dushmano’n Ke Khilaaf Inki Madad Farma. Aey Allah! Kaafiro’n Ko Apni Rahmat Se Door Kar Jo Teri Raah Se Rokte, Tere Rasoolo’n Ko Jhutlaate Aur Tere Dosto’n Se Ladte Hain. Aey Allah! Inke Darmiyan Phoot Daal de Inke Qadm Dagmagaade Aur In Par Apna Wo Azaab Utaar Jise Tu Mujrim Qaum Se Nahee Taala Karta.

(Sunan Baihaqi, V2 P 210,211) Aur Imam Baihaqi ne Saheeh kaha.

Qunut e Nazila me zaruri nahi ki sirf yahi dua kare. Khud ki bhi ya koi aur dua situation ke mutabik bhi kar sakte hai. Imam Nawawi farmate hai,

"Sahih aur Mashhoor ye hai jisko Jamhoor ulema ne katahi taur par ki ye mutaeen nahi (yaani inhi alfaz ke sath dua e qunut mutaeen nahi) balki har dua ke sath ho sakti hai."

Asr Se Pahle Char Rakat Padhne Ki Fazilat


Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs Asr se pahle 4 rakat (sunnat) padhe, Allah is par rahmat kare.’

Sunan Tirmizi, al Salah, hadith- 430 – Abu Dawood: Abwab al Tatwoo 1271) Ise Imam Ibn e Khuzaima, Imam Ibn e Hibban aur Imam Nawawi ne Saheeh kaha.

Namaz Asr se pahle char rakat (sunnat) namaz ada karne wala shaks RasoolAllah ﷺ ki dua apne hisse me sametna hai aur Nabi ﷺ ka amal mubarak bhi yahi tha ki Aap Asr ki farz namaz se pahle char rakat (do-do kar ke) ada farmate:

Ali r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ Asr se pahle 4 rakat padhte the aur 2 rakat ke baad tasshahud aur dua padh kar salam pherte the.

Char Sunnate Do-do Karke Padhna Afzal Hai


۩ Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Raat aur din ki (sunnat, nawafil) namaz do (2) do (2) rakatei’n (padhi jaati) hai.’

(Abu Dawood: Abwab al Tatwoo 1295) Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise Saheeh kaha.

۩ Naafe (Tabaee) se riwayat hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. din ko char-char rakate (sunnat) padhte the.

Naafe riwayat karte hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. raat ko do-do rakate aur din ko char rakat (nawafil) padhte the, fir salaam ferte the.

Musannaf Abdul Razzak, 2/501, Hadith- 4225. Sanad Hasan.

Is hadith se malum hua ki ek salaam me char sunnat padhna bhi jayez hai. Lekin behtar yahi hai ki Marfu hadith ki wajah se witr ke alawah tamam sunnate aur nawafil do-do karke padhi jaye.

۩ Hasan al Basri rahmatullah alaihe farmate hai: “صلوۃالنھار رکعتان رکعتان” Din ki namaaz do-do rakate hai.

Biddati Imam Ke Piche Namaz Padhne Ka Hukm | Salaf Ke Fahm Ke Mutabik


Jaha tak biddati Imam ke piche namaz padhne ka sawal hai to is ke bareme ek bhi riwayat nahi hai jo Usool e Muhaddiseen par sahih ho. Ek bhi RasoolAllah ki hadith nahi hai jisme milta ho ki fula ke piche namaz padho aur fula ke piche namaz na padho. Aur is muamle me aksar sirf ulemao aur buzurgo ke fatwe milte hai, wahi jo hamari purani bimari hai ki fula Buzurg farmate hai, fula Hazraat farmate hai. Musalman hone ke haisiyat se hamara pahla source QalaAllah wa QalaRasoolAllah hona chaiye aur uske baad fir sahabao ka amal dekhna chaiye fir Tabaeen ka aur fir Tabe-Tabaeen ka aur fir ulemao e deen ka. Aur aksar Ulema is hadith ko chupate hai biddati imam ke piche namaz padhne ke mutallik jise ham pesh karenge in shaa Allah.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Agar Imam ne thik namaz padhai to iska sawab tumhe milega aur agar galti ki to bhi (tumhari namaz ka) sawab tumko milega aur galti ka wabaal un par rahega.

۩ Hasan al Basri (Tabaeen) Farmaye hai,

                                                  صَلِّ وَعَلَيْهِ بِدْعَتُهُ

"Biddati ke piche namaz padhlo, uski biddat ka wabal usi par hoga".

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab ul Aazan, Baab- Fitno ke Imam aur Biddati ke piche namaz padhne ka hukm, Moallik riwayat.

۩ 'Ubaid-Ullah bin Adi bin Khiyar r.a. riwayat karte hai ke wo Hazrat Usman ghani r.a. ke paas gaye jab ke baghiyon ne unko gher rakha tha. Unhone kaha ke Ap hi aam Musalmano ke imam hain magar Ap par jo musibat hai wo aapko maloom hai. In halaat mein baghiyon ka muqarrah Imam namaz padha raha hai. Ham darte hain ke uske piche namaz padh kar gunehgaar na ho jaein.
Hazrat Usman r.a. ne jawab diya, “Namaz to, jo (un) log kaam karte hain un kaamo mein sabse behtareen kaam hai toh wo jab accha kaam karein toh Tum bhi un ke saath mil kar achcha kaam karo aur jab wo bura kaam karein to tum unki burai se alag raho.”

Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Book 10, Hadith-695.

Aur Quran bhi bilkul yahi Hukm deta hai, Allah pak farmate hai  

..Neki aur parhezgari mein aik doosray ki madad karte raho aur gunah aur zulm-o-ziyadti mein madad na karo.

Surah Maida (5) ayat 2.

Ab Quran, Sahaba aur Tabaeen ke wazeh qaul ke baad shak ki koi gunzaish baki nahi rahti aur agar ham in ke muqable me ulemao ya buzurgo ke qaul lene lage to isse bada koi zulm nahi hoga wo kyu na ham apne ap ko ahle sunnat jamaat se hone ki ya salaf ke fahm ke mutabik deen samajhne ka dawa karte rahe. 

Ye to tha Biddati/Baagi Imam ke piche namaz padhne ka hukm Quran aur salaf se. Ab apko ye jaan kar hairani hogi ki Sahabah Abdullah bin Umar (Umar r.a. ke bete) jinhe RasoolAllah ﷺ ne kaha hai ki Abdullah bin Umar Nek Mard hai, wo kahte kahte the ki Jab tak Khwarij ke masjid se Hayyalas-Salaah, Hayyalal Falaah ki awaze ayingi ham inke piche namaze bhi padhenge aur jab ye hame salam karenge ham inke salam ka jawab bhi denge. Puri hadith aesi hai:

۩ Abu Shihaab riwayat karte hai ki Hazrat Ibn Umar r.a. Khasbiya aur Khawarij ko salam kiya karte the jab ki wo apas me jang kiya karte the, aur wo (ibn Umar) kaha karte the ki Jo bhi koi “Hayya Alal Salaah” kahega mai is ka jawab dunga (matlab unke masjid me namaz padhunga) aur jo bhi “Hayya Alal Falaah” kahega mai uska bhi jawab dunga, lekin agar koi kahe ki ham Musalman bhaiyo ka katl kare ya unka maal lute tab ham inka sath nahi denge.

SubhanAllah ye hai akhlaq ek sahabi ka jo jhagdo aur fitno aur takfeer ka darwaza band karne ki koshish karte the aur aj ham log hai jo band darwazo ko bhi kholne ki koshish karte hai. 
Khawarji wo log the jo sahabao ko muh par kafir kahte the fir bhi itne bade bade sahaba inke piche namaze padhte the. Aur aj ham log hai jo thode se ikhtilaf me bhi dhed inch ki masjid alag karlete hai. Allah hame salaf ke manhaj par amal karne ki taufeek ata kare.
Imam Bukhari ne jo baab bandha hai hadith no. 695 se pahle: "Fitno ke Imam aur Biddati ke piche namaz padhne ka hukm" aur fir sahabao ke qaul la kar jo result nikala hai isse ye bhi pata chalta hai ki Imam Bukhari ka Aqidah bhi yahi tha ki Fitno ke Imam aur Biddati Imam ke piche namaz padh leni chaiye. Aur aese masjid me sunnat tarike se namaz padhe ne se hame Islah ka mauka bhi milta hai jise hame nahi khona chaiye. Ye alag baat hai ki agar koi behtar Aqide wala Imam maujud hai to behtar aqide wale Imam ko priority deni chaiye. 

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sidhi raah par chalaye. aameen.

Raful Yadain Par Imam Tirmidhi Ka Tabsirah (comment)


Salim Apne walid ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) se riwayat karte hai jo kahte hai ki mein nay Rasool Allah ﷺ ko daikha, aap jab namaz mein kharay hotay to kandhon tak rafa’ yadain kertay, ruku kertay waqt bhi aap isi tarha kertay thay aur jab ruku say sar uthaatay to isi tarha kertay thay aur farmatay ki sajday mein aap aisa nahein kartay thay.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi, hadith- 255. Classed as Hasan Sahih by Imam Tirmidhi.

Imam Tirmidhi r.h. ne Jab Raful Yadain ki is Hadith ko likha fir uske agle hadith me apne comments likh kar pura masla hi Khatm kar diya. Imam Tirmidhi ne Hadith no. 255 likhne ke baad Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen ka naam zikr kiya aur kaha ki in sab ka Namaz padhne ka Tarika bhi yahi tha (yani wo sab bhi isi tarha raful yadain karte the).

وفي الباب عن عمر وعلي ووائل بن حجر ومالك بنالحويرث وأنس وأبي هريرة وأبي حميد وأبي أسيد وسهل بن سعد ومحمد بن مسلمة وأبيقتادة وأبي موسى الأشعري وجابر وعمير الليثي [ ص: 37 ] قال أبو عيسى حديث ابن عمر حديث حسن صحيح وبهذا يقولبعض أهل العلم من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم منهمابن عمر وجابر بن عبد الله وأبو هريرة وأنس وابن عباس وعبد الله بن الزبير وغيرهم ومن التابعين الحسن البصري وعطاء وطاوس ومجاهد ونافعوسالم بن عبد الله وسعيد بن جبير وغيرهم وبه يقول مالك ومعمر والأوزاعي وابن عيينة وعبد الله بن المبارك والشافعي وأحمد وإسحق وقال عبد الله بن المبارك قد ثبت حديث من يرفع يديه وذكر حديث الزهري عن سالم عن أبيه ولم يثبت حديث ابن مسعود أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يرفع يديه إلا في أول مرة حدثنا بذلك أحمد بن عبدة الآملي حدثنا وهب بن زمعة عن سفيان بن عبد الملك عن عبد الله بن المبارك قال وحدثنا يحيى بن موسى قال حدثنا إسمعيل بن أبي أويس قال كان مالك بن أنس يرى رفع اليدين في الصلاة وقال يحيى وحدثنا عبد الرزاق قال كان معمر يرى رفع اليدين في الصلاة وسمعت الجارود بن معاذ يقول كان سفيان بن عيينة وعمر بن هارون والنضر بن شميل يرفعون أيديهم إذا افتتحوا الصلاة وإذا ركعوا وإذا رفعوا رءوسهم

Imam Tirmidhi Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen ke naam ginate hai jo Ruku se pahle aur Ruku ke baad Raful Yadain kar ke namaz padhte the.

Imam Tirmidhi Farmate hai, "Is Hadith ke Mauzu [(Topic)Raful yadain] se Mutallik hai: 'Syedna Umar,  Syedna 'Alî, Wa'il bin Hujr, Syedna Mâlik bin Huwayrith, Syedna Anas, Syedna Abû Hurayrah, Abû Hâmid, Abû Usayd, Sahl bin Sa'd, Muhammad bin Muslimah, Abû Qatâdah, Abû Mûsâ al-Ash'arî, Jâbir and 'Umair al-Laythî.

Ye Hadith Hasan Sahih hai. Aur sahaba e Rasool maise kuch ahle ilm logo ki yahi Raaye (namaz padhne ke tarike ke bareme) hai. Un maise hai, ibn 'Umar, Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh, Abû Hurayrah, Anas, ibn 'Abbâs, 'Abdullâh bin Zubair aur Dusre bhi.

Tabaeen maise hai, Hasan al-Basrî, 'Atâ, Tâwûs, Mujâhid, Nâfi', Sâlim bin 'Abdullâh, Sa'îd bin Jubair aur Dusre bhi.

Tabe-Tabaeen maise hai, Imam Mâlik, Imam Ma'mar, Imam Awzâ'î, Imam ibn 'Uyaynah, Imam 'Abdullâh bin Mubârak, Imam Ash-Shâfi'î, Imam Ahmad aur Imam Is'hâq."

[Imam Tirdmidhi ne In Tamam Aimaa ka zikr kiya ki ye bhi isi tarike ki namaz padhte the (yani Raful Yadain kar ke). Aur is ke baad bada Makhsus Jumala bola hai Imam Tirmidhi ne]

Imam Tirmidhi Farmate hai ki Abdullah bin Mubarak (Imam Bukhari aur Imam Tirmidhi ke dada Ustadh aur Imam Abu Hanifa r.h. ke shagird) farmate hai ki Jo shaks namaz me Ruku me jate waqt aur Ruku se uthte waqt Raful Yadain karta hai uski namaz ka tarika to sabit hai Jo Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se unke bete ne bayan kiya aur jo Raful Yadain ke bagair namaz padhta hai uski hadith sabit nahi hai (jo mashhoor ho chuki hai ) ki Ibn Masood r.a. kahte hai ki Nabi ﷺ namaz ke shuru me sirf Hath uthate the (aur dubara nahi uthate the).

Juzz Raful Yadain Ka Muqaddamah


Imam Bukhari ne Sahih Al Bukhari ke alawa kuch aur kitabe likhi hai. Un kitabo maise ek Kitab hai jo Ruku se pahle aur Ruku se uthne ke baad Raful yadain karne ke mutallik hai jiska naam Juzz Raful Yadain hai. Us kitab ke shuruat me Imam Bukhari us ka Muqaddamah likh kar samjhate hai ki unhone ye kitab kyu likhi hai alag se aur kya zarurat thi is kitab ko likhne ke liye. Ab mai hubahu (exactly) wo likhta hu jo Imam Bukhari ne kahe. Imam Bukhari ke alfaz green text me honge aur mere explanatory notes black text me honge in shaa Allah.

Imam Bukhari farmate hai,

(Ye Kitab) Us Shaks Par Radd (hai) Jisne Namaz Me Ruku Ke Waqt Aur Ruku Se Sar Uthane Ke Baad Wale Raful Yadain Ka Inkar Kiya Hai. Is Ne Bagair Zarurat Takalluf Karte Hue Ajmiyo Par Ise (Raful Yadain Ko) Shak Par (ambiguous) Rakha Jo Ki Rasool ﷺ Ke Faiel Aur Qaul Aur Apke Sahaba Ke Faiel Aur Unki Riwayat, Fir Usi Tarha Tabaeen Ke Faeil Se Sabit Hai. Salaf Ne Is (masale) Me Sahih Ahadith Ki Pairwi Ki Hai Jo Ki Baaz (some) Se Baaz (aur) Siqah Se Siqah (ki Sanado Se) Qabil E Aetmad a-khalaf (jo Salaf Ke Baad Aye) Tak Pohchi Hai. Allah In (salaf As Saleh Wa A-khalaf Adwal) Par Raham Farmaye Aur Unke Sath Apne Wado Ko Pura Farmaye. Is ne ( Rafa Yadain Ko Radd Karke) Apne Seene Ki Kadurat Aur Dil Ki Tangi Zahir Ki Hai. Isne Rasool ﷺ Ki Sunnat Se Nafrat, Isteqfaaf, Ahle Sunnat Se Dushmani Aur Taqabbur Zahir Kiya Hai. (Raful Yadain Ka Inkar Karne Wale) Is Biddati Ke Gosht, Haddiyo Aur Dimag Me Biddat Sarayat Kar Gai Hai. Is Ke Inkar Ki Wajah Ye Hai Ke Isne Apne Ird-gird Ajmiyo Ka Jamghata Dekh Kar, Dhoke Ka Shikaar Hokar Apne Ap Ko Unse Mansub Kar Liya Hai Aur Nabi ﷺ Ne Farmaya Meri Ummat Maise Ek Jamaat, Hamesha Haq Par Galib Rahegi. Inhe Chhorne Wala, Nuksan Nahi Pohcha Sakega Aur Na Unke Mukhalif Ki Mukhalifat Nuksan Pohcha Sakegi. Rasool ﷺ Ki Tamam Sunnato Me Ye Baat Hamesha Jari Rahegi Taake Ap Ki Murda Sunnato Ko Zinda Kiya Jata Rahe. Agarche Sachhi Niyat Ke Sath, Targeeb Wa Iradah Ke Baad Agar Kuch Kotahi Wakeh Ho Jaye. (Toh Kabile Darguzar Hai) Aur Ye Ki Rasool ﷺ (ki Pairwi) Me Namuna Qayam Hona Chahiye, Is Wajah Se Ki Makhluq (bani Adam Wa Jinnat) Par Rasool ﷺ Ke Gair Farz Afaal Ki Pairwi Mashroo Hai. Taake (ye Jazba Paida Ho Jaye Ke) Rasoolallah  ﷺ Jis Kaam Se Mana Kare Use Tarq Kar Diya Jaye Aur Jis Ka Hukm De Uspar (puri Tarha) Amal Kiya Jaye. Isliye Ki Allah Ne Apni Makhluq Ko (Rasool Par Eeman Ka) Hukm Diya Hai. Aur Apki Itaat Unpar Farz Hai Aur Aap hi Ki Ittiba Ko Unpar Wajib Karar Diya Hai. Logo Ka Apki Itaat Karna Allah Azzowazal Ki Hi Itaat Hai. Wo Bade Ehsan Wala Sakhi Data Hai.

 Allah ne farmaya: 

۩ Aur Jo Rasool tumko dede usko lelo aur jis chiz se mana kare us se Ruk jao.

Al-Hasher: 7.

۩ Jisne Rasool ki Itaa't ki usne Allah ki Itaa't ki.

Al-Nisa: 80.

۩ So Qasam hai tera parwardigar ki! Yeh Momin Nahi ho saktay jab tak ke tamam aapas kay ikhtilaf mein aap ko haakim na maan len phir jo faisla aap inn mein ker den inn say apney dil mein kissi tarah ki tangi aur na khushi na payen aur farmanbardari kay sath qabool karlen.

Surah Al-Nisa: 65.

۩ Jo log hukum-e-Rasool ki mukhlifat kartay hain unhen dartay rahna chahaye ke kahin un par koi zabardast aafat na aa paray ya unhen dard-naak azab na phonchay.

Surah Noor: 63.

۩ Yaqeenan tumharay liye Rasool Allah mein umdah namoona (mojood) hai har uss shaks kay liye jo Allah Taalaa ki aur qayamat ke din ki tawakka rakhta hai aur ba-kasrat Allah Taalaa ko yaad karta hai.

Surah Al-Ahzaab: 21.

۩ Pas Allah (is) bande par raham kare jis ne Rasool ﷺ ki sunnat par amal kar ke aur apke nakshe-qadam par chal kar Allah se madad mangi hai. Allah us shaks ko us ke nafs ke shar se bachaye aur us ke dil me hidayat dale rakhe, Iski Daleel (Allah) azzowazal ka ye qaul hai ke. 

۩ Aur Jo meri hidayat ki Pairwi karenge wo gumrah nahi honge aur na Mayus.

Namaaz Me Wuzu Ka Tootna


Sawal: Namaaz ke darmiyaan agar kisi ka wazu toot jaaye tho kya is par namaaz chhod kar wuzu karna laazmi hai? Isi tarah agar Imaam ka wazu toot jaaye tho wo kya kare? Namaaz chhod kar wazu karna padega ya wo namaaz pora karega?

Namaaz ke liye wuzu ka hona shart hai. Jab wuzu toot jaaye toh namaazi ko namaaz chhod kar chale jaana chahiye aur naye sire se wazu kar ke namaaz ada karni chahiye.

Agar Imaam hai toh peeche se kisi ko aage khada kar k chala jaaye aur naye sire se wazu kar ke namaaz ada kare aur yeh bhi yaad rahe ke namaaz ibteda se shuro kare naa ke jahan chhodi thi waha se.

Sayyadna Hazrat Ali bin Talq r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jab tum me se koi aadmi namaaz me apni hawa kharij kare toh wo wapas jaa kar wazu kare aur namaaz dobara padhe".

Ulma e ahnaf ke yaha yeh masla hai ke namazi ka wazu toot jaaye toh wo chala jaaye aur wazu kar ke aaye aur agar is ne namaz ke manafi koi harkat nahi ki ho toh jahan namaaz chodi thi wahin se ibteda kare naye sire se namaaz ada na kare aur iski dalail me wo yeh riwayat pesh karte hai:

Sayyada Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jaise qai,nakeer ya pet ka khana ya mazi aajaye fir wo jaaye wazu kare aur apni namaaz par bana kare basharte ke wo dawraan kalaam naa kiya ho."

Sunan Ibn e majah, hadith-1221, al-Daraqutni, hadith- 153, 155.

Yeh riwayat zayeef hai jaisa ke Hafiz ibne Hazar Asqalaani ne Bulugh al Maram me farmaya hai ke "Zaifa" aur kaha ki Imam Ahmed wagaira ne ne is hadith ko zaif kaha hai.

Darj e zel riwayaat ko Azeem Muhaddis Allama Muhammad Nasir Uddin Albaani r.h. ne Zaeef qaraar diya hai.                                         

۩1.  Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke: ‘Nabi e Akram ﷺ jab baitul khulaa mein daaqhil hote to apni a’nghutee utaar dete.’

(Abu Dawood: 19 – Tirmizee: 1746).

Ye riwaayat zaeef hai is mein Ibne Juraij Mudallis hai aur wo A’an se riwaayat karta hai.

۩2. Ummal Salma r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ se sawaal kiya gaya ke kya aurat kurte aur odhnee mein namaz padhle jabke tehband na ho? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Haa’n! agar kurta lamba hai aur qadmo’n ki pusht ko dhaa’npta hai.’

(Abu Dawood: 640)

Iski sanad mein Muhammad bin Zaid bin Qanfaz ki Maa’n Umme Haraam Majhool hai, lehaza ye hadees Marfoo aur

Mauqoof dono’n Zaeef hain.

۩3.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool ﷺ Allah ne farmaya: ‘Jab koi namaz padhe to apne saamne koi cheez rakhe, agar iske paas (rakhne ke liey) a’asaa (T: walking stick) na ho to khat (T: line) khee’nchey phir job hi iske aage se guzrega nuqsaan na dega.’

Ye riwayyat Zaeef hai, is mein Abu Omru bin Muhammad bin Harees aur iska dada dono’n Majhool hain.

۩4.  Ibne Umar r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Haaeza aur Jumbi Quraan e Majeed na padhei’n.’

(Tirmizee: 131)

Ye riwaayat Zaeef hai. Ismael bin Ayaash Ahle Hijaaz se Munkar riwayaat bayan karta hai. Iska ustaad Musa bin Oqba Hijaazi hai.

۩5.  Abu Huraira ra. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Har baal ke neeche janaabat hai, pas balo’n ko dho aur badan ko paak karo.’

(Abu Dawood: 248)

Is riwaayat mein Haaris bin Wajeeya hai jo Zaeef hai.

۩6.  Rasool Allah ﷺ kulli karne ke liey aur naak mein paani daalne ke liey alag alag paani lete.

(Abu Dawood: 139)

Ye riwaayat Zaeef hai, is mein Lais bin Abi Saleem Haneef Mudallis hai aur wo A’an se riwaayat karta hai.

۩7.  Oqba bin Amir al Jani r.a. Rasool Allah ﷺ se riwayat karte hain ke: ‘Jis ne acchi tarha wazu kiya phir apni nigaah asmaan ki taraf uthaa kar shahadatain padaha is ke liey jannat ke aatho’n darwaze khol diey jaate hain.’

(Abu Dawood: 170)

Ye riwayat Zaeef hai, kyou’nke Abu Aqeel ka chachaa zaad bhai Majhool hai.

۩8.  Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hain ke: ‘Koi shaqs wazu ke baghair azaan na de.’

(Tirmizee: 200,201)

Is silsile ki dono’n riwayaat Zaeef hain, ek riwayat mein Muaviya bin Yahya al Sadfi hai jo Zaeef hai aur doosri riwayat Muqate hai, kyou’nke Ibne Shahaab Zohri ki Abu Huraira se samaa‐at saabit nahi.

۩9.  Ziyaad bin Haaris r.a. Sadaai bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs azaan kahe wohi takbeer kahe.’

Abdur Rahman bin Ziyaad al Afriqee ke Zoa’af ki binaa par ye riwayat Zaeef hai.

۩10.  Bilaal r.a. ne aqaamat kahi, jab Qad Qaamatis Salah kaha to Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Aqaamallah wa Adaamahaa kaha.

Ye riwayat Zaeef hai is riwayat mein Rajul Min Ahlis Shaam ‐ Majhool hai aur Muhammad bin Saabit Zaeef hai.

۩11. Hazrat Ali r.a. se riwayat hai ke sunnat ye hai ke haath naaf ke neeche rakhe jaei’n.

Ye riwaayat Zaeef hai, kyou’nke Ziyaad bin Zaid Majhool hai aur Abdur Rahman bin Ishaaq al Koofi ko jamhoor muhaddiseen ne Zaeef kaha hai.

Iski sanad mein Haaris bin Abdullah al Oud hai aur wo Zaeef hai.

۩14.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs Watteeni waz Zaitoon ki tilaawat karte hue Alaisallahu Bi Ahkamil Haakimeen kahe to ise caahiey ke kahe Balaa wa Anaa A’alaa Zaalika Minash Saahideen aur jab Surah Qiyaama ki tilaawat karte hue ye aayat Alaisa Zaalika Biqaadir A’alaa Ai’n Yuhyil Mauta padhe to jawaab mein kahe Balaa.’

Abu Huraira r.a. se sunne wala Eraabi Majhool hai, lehaaza riwaayat Zaeef hai.

۩15. Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo koi rukoo mein 3 baar Subhaana Rabbiyal Azeem kahe to iska rukoo poora hoga aur ye adna darja hai aur jo koi sajda mein 3 baar Subhaana Rabbiyal A’aala kahe to iska sajda poora hogaya aur ye adna darja hai.’

Riwayat Zaeef hai, kyou’nke Oun bin Abdullah ki Ibne Masood r.a. se mulaqaat saabit nahi, lehaaza sanad Munqata hai aur Ishaaq bhin Yazeed Majhool hai.

۩16.  Wael bin Hajar r.a. se riwayat hai: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ jab sajda karte to apne ghutne apne hatho’n se pehle rakhte aur jab saja se uth‐te to hatho’n ko ghutno’n se pehle uthaa‐te.’

(Abu Dawood: 736,838,839 – Tirmizee: 268)

Iski 1 sanad mein Abdul Jabban bin Wael hai, jis ne apne waalid se kuch nahi suna, doosri sanad mein Shareek Al Qaazi hai jo Zaeef aur Mudallis hai aur A’an se riwayat karta hai.

۩17.  Abdullah bin Zubair se riwayat hai ke ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ (tashahud mein) apni ungli ko harkat nahi dete the.’

۩18.  Abdullah bin Masood r.a. riwayat karte hain ke: ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ 2 rakato’n ke baad (tashahud mein) is tarha baith‐te goya garam pattahr par baithe hue hain, yaha’n tak ke khade hojaate.’

(Abu Dawood: 995 – Tirmizee: 366)

Iski sanad Munqate hai kyou’n ke Abu Obaidah ne apne waalid se kuch nahi suna.

۩20.  Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jab tumhei’n namaz mein shak ho ke 3 padhi hain ya 4 aur ziyaada gumaan 4 rakat ka ho to samal ferne se pahle 2 sajde karo, phir tashahud padhi phir salaam phero.’

(Abu Dawood: 1028)

Riwaayat Zaeef aur Munqate hai, Qhaseef Zaeef hai aur Abu Obaidah ne apne baap se kuch nahi suna.

۩21.  Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya ke: ‘Farz namaz har musalman ke peeche waajib hai caahe nek ho ya bad aur caahe wo kabeera gunah kare.’

Riwaayat Zaeef hai kyou’nke Makhool ne Abu Huraira se kuch nahi suna.

۩22.  Saaeb bin Yazeed r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘jab Rasool Allah ﷺ juma ke din mimbar par baith‐te to masjid ke darwaze par azaan di jaati.’

Is riwayat mein Muhammad bin Ishaaq Mudallis hai aur A’an se riwayat karta hai, alaawa azee’n ye mimbar ke paas azaan dene ki mefooz riwayat (Tibraani V7 P146) ke khilaaf bhi hai.

۩23.  Abu Huraira r.a. bayan karte hain: Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Juma is shaqs par farz hai jo juma padh kar raat ko waapas apne ahel o ayaal me aasake.’

۩24.  Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘Juma is shaqs par laazim hai jo azaan ki awaaz sune.’

۩26.  Takbeerat Eid ke alfaaz:

Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar, Laailaaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar Allahu Akbar wa Lillahil Hamd ke masnoon hone ki koi daleel nahi hai. Daarequtnee mein in alfaaz ki saraahat aai hai lekin Imam Zahabi ne ise Saqht Zaeef balke Mauzoo kaha hai.

۩27.  Buraida r.a. se riwayat hai Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Witr haq hai jo witr na padhe wo ham mein se nahi, Aap ne 3 baar farmaya.’

۩28.  Aisha r.a. bayan karti hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ witr ki 2 rakat par salam nahi pherte the.

۩29.  Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai ke ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ ne safar mein Qasr kiya aur poori namaz bhi padhi.’

۩30.  Abdullah bin Abi Oofi r.a. kehte hain ke Rasool ﷺ Allah ne farmaya: ‘Jis shaqs ne Allah Ta’ala se ya kisi insaan se haajat ho to wuzu kare phir 2 rakat padhe aur phir ye dua kare.’

”الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ مُبَارَكًا عَلَيْهِ كَمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا وَيَرْضَى-“

'Al-Hamdulillah, hamdan kathiran tayyiban mubarakan fih, mubarakan alaihi kama yuhibbu Rabbana Wa Yarda.'

Pas jab Aap namaz padh chuke to farmaya: Namaz mein kalam karne wala kaun tha? 3 baar Aap ne pucha.
Main ne arz kiya: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Main tha.
Aap ne farmaya: Us zaat ki qasam jiske hath mein meri jaan hai, 30 farishte is kalma ko lejaane ke liye jaldi kar rahe the.

Aakhri Tashahudd Ki Duae

Kya namaz ke aakhri tashahhud me attahiyyat aur darood e ibrahimi ke padhne ke baad duaein hai? Agar hai to kounsi hai, kyunke kuch Imaam hazraat namaz ki akhry tashahhud kuch zyada hi lamba kar dete hai, aur muqtady ko ilm nahi hota ke Imaam kya kah rahe hai?

۩ღ Ummul Momineen Aisha r.a. kahti hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ namaz mein (aaqhri qaede mein) you’n dua farmate the:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَفِتْنَةِ الْمَمَاتِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْمَأْثَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ-

‘Allahumma Inni A’auzu Bika Min A’azabil Qabri wa A’auzu Bika min Fitnatil Maseehid Dajjal wa A’auzu bika min Fitnatil Mahya wal Mamaati Allahumma Inni A’auzu Bika Minal Ma,aathami wal Maghrami’.

Ya Ilaahi! Main Teri Panah Mein Aata Hu’n A’azaab Qabr Se Aur Teri Panah Mein Aata Hu’n Dajjal Ke Fitne Se Aur Teri Panah Mein Aata hu’n Maut o Hayaat Ke Fitne Se, Yaa Ilaahi Main Gunah Se Aur Qarz Se Teri Panah Maangta Hu’n.

Aaisha r.a. ne arz ki Aey Allah ke Rasool! Aap qarz se bahot panah kyou’n maangte hain. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Jab aadmi qarzdar hota hai to wo jhut bolta hai aur wa’ada khilafi bhi karta hai.

۩ღ Isi tarah Nabi ﷺ ne Hazrat Abu Bakar r.z. ko bhi namaz me mangne ke liye dua sikhai thi jaise ke Sahih al Bukhari me hai ke Abu Bakr siddeeq r.a. kahte hai ke maine Rasool ﷺ se arz kiya, "Mujhe koi dua sikha de jise mai apni namaz me manga karu to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya,Tum kaho

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ-

‘Allahumma Inni A’auzu bika Min A’azabi Jahannama Wa Min A’azabil Qabri wa Min Fitnatil Mahyaa wal Mamaati wa Min Sharri Fitnatil Maseehid Dajjal’.

Aye Allah! Main Jahannam Aur Qabro’n Ke Azab Se, Maut o Hayaat Ke Fitna aur Maseeh Dajjal Ke Shar Se Teri Panah Maangta Hu’n.

۩ღ Sayyadna Ali bin Abi Taalib r.a. bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Tashahud ke baad salam pherne se qabl ye dua padhte the:

Allahummagh Firli Maa Qaddamtu wa Maa Aqqhartu wa Maa Asrartu wa Maa A’alantu wa Maa Asraftu wa Maa Anta
A’alamu Bihi Minni Antal Muqaddimu wa Antal Muaqqhiru Laa Ilaaha Illa Anta.

Aye Allah! Tu Mere Agle Piche, Poshida aur Zaahir (Tamaam) Gunah Muaaf Farma Aur Jo Main Ne Ziyadati Ki Aur Wo Gunah Jo Tum Mujh Se Ziyada Jaanta hai (Wo Bhi Muaf Farma) Tuhee (Apni Dargah Izzat Mein) Aage Karne Wala Aur (Apni Baargah Jalaal Se) Peeche Karne Wala Hai. Sirf Tuhi (Saccha) Ma’abood Hai.

Sahih Muslim: Salatul Musafireen, hadith-771.

۩ღ Mahjan bin Al Adra’a r.a. bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ masjid mein dakhil hue to ek shaqs masjid ke aakhir mein ye dua kar raha tha:

Allahumma Inni As,aluka Yaa Allahul Ahadus Samadullazi Lam Yalid wa Lam Youlad wa Lam Yakullahu Kufuan Ahad An Taghfirlee zunoobi Innaka Antal Ghafoorur Raheem.

Aye Allah Main Tujhse Sawaal Karta Hu’n Is Baat Ke Saath Ke Tu Waahid, Akela aur Beniyaaz hai, Jis Ne Na Janaa (T: Has Not Given Birth To Anyone) Na Janaa Gaya (T: Has Neither Been Born) Aur Na Iska Koi Shareek Hai ke Tu Mujhe aur Mere Gunah Muaaf Karde Beshak Tu Bakshne Wala Bahot Maherban Hai.
Rasool Allah ne farmaya: Teri Bakshish hogai, Teri Bakshish hogai, Teri Bakshish hogai.

۩ღ Anas bin Maalik se riwayat hai ke main Rasool Allah ﷺ ke sath baitha hua tha aur ek aadmi namaz padh raha tha, is ne tassha‐hud mein ye dua ki:

Allahumma Inni Asaluka Bianna Lakal Hamda Laailaaha Illa Intal Mannanu Badeeus Samaawati wal Arzi Yazal Jalaali wal Ikraami Ya Haiyyu Ya Qayyumu Inni As,aluka.

Aey Allah Main Tujh Se Sawal Karta Hu’n Is Baat Ke Sath Ke Hamd Tere Ley Hai, Tere Alaawa Koi Ibaadat Ke Laaeq Nahi, Behad Ehsaan Karne Wala, Asmaano’n Aur Zameeno’n Ko Banaane Wala Buzrug Aur Izzat Wala, Zinda aur Qaaem Rakhne Wala Main Tujhse Sawal Karta Hu’n.
Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ‘Is zaat ki qasam jiske hath mein meri jaan hai isne Allah ke azeem namo’n ke sath dua ki
hai jo shaqs inke sath dua karta hai, Allah qubool karta hai aur jab wo maangta hai Allah a’ataa karta hai.’

(Sunan Nasaai: al Sahu 300)

۩ღ Abu Bakr Siddiq r.a. riwayat karte hain ke main ne kaha, Ya Rasool Allah! Namaz mein maangne ke liey mujhe (koi) dua sikhaiey (ke ise Attahiyyat aur Darood ke baad padha karu’n) to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya! Padho:

‘Allahumma Inni Zalamtu Nafsi Zulman Katheerau’n walaa Yaghfiruzunooba Illa Anta Faghfirli Maghfiratam Min indika warhamni Innaka Antal Ghafoor ur Raheem’

Ya Allah! Bilaa Shuba Maine Apni Jaan Par Bahot Ziyada Zulm Kiya Hai. Aur Tere Siwa Gunaho’n Ko Koi Nahi Baqsh Sakta, Pas Apni Janab Se Mujhko Baqshde aur Mujhpar Raham Kar, Be Shak Tuhi Baqhashne Wala Maherban Hai.

۩ღ Abu Hurairah r.a. se marwi hai ke Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jab tum maisekoi Tashahhud me baithe to char chizon se Allah ki panah mange- azaab e jahannam se, azaab e qabar se, zindagi wa maut ke fitne se, aur masih dajjaal ke shar se, iske baad apne liye jo chahe maangle.

Namaaz Ke Arkaan, Wajibaat Aur Sunnate

✺ ARKAAN E NAMAZ

Arkaan e namaaz mei se kisi ke chhutne par namaz ya wo rakaat baatil hojayegi, chahe jaan bujh kar chhode ya bhool kar, aur wo kul choudha(14) aamaal hai.

۩1. Takbeer e tehrima-(Allahuakbar kahkar namaaz ki ibteda karna).

۩2. Qayaam(khade hona).

(al-baqrah, 238, Sahih Bukhari, 1115, 1117).

Al-batta maazuri wa majboori ki surat me baith kar hatta ke let kar padhne ki ijazat hai, jaisa ke peeche guzar chuka hai, aur sawaab qayaam ke baraabar milega.

Nafl namaaz mei qayaam ki taaqat rakhne ke bawajood baith kar padhne ki ruqsat hai magar sawaab qayaam ke nisf (aadha) milega.

۩12. Aakhri tashahud mei durood-e-ibrahim padhna.

۩13. Tamaam arkaan tarteeb se ada karna.

✺WAJIBAAT E NAMAZ

Jaan bujh kar (amadan) wajibaat maise koi wajib chhodne par namaaz baatil ho jayegi, aur agar bhool kar choot jaye toh sajdah sahoo karle aur iski namaz dusrust hogi aur wo kul aanth(8) hai:

۩1 Takbeer-e-Tehrima (rukun) ke alaawa baqia takbeerat-e-namaaz waajib hai.

۩2 Munfard aur Imaam ke haq me "سمع الله لمن حمده" "sami allahu-liman hamida" kahna waajib hai.

۩3 Rabbana wa laka’l-hamd kahna.

۩4 Ruku mei kam-az-kam ek baar " سبحان رببى العظيم" "subhaana rabbi al-azeem" ya iske alawa jo duaein masnoon hai, kahna wajib hai.

(Sunan Abu Dawood, 868, Sunan Ibn Majah 887).

۩5 Sajde mei kam-az-kam ek baar "سبحان رببى الاعلى" "subhaana rabbi al-aala" ya iske alawa jo duaein masnoon hai kahna waajib hai.

(Sunan Abu Dawood 769, Sunan Ibn Majah 778).

۩6 Dono sajdoun ke darmiyaan “Rabb ighfir li" dua padhni wajib hai.

(Sahih Muslim, az-zikru wad-dua'a, baab fazal at-tahleel wa tasbeeh, Sunan Abu Dawood 858).

۩7 Tashahhud awwal ke liye baithna waajib hai.

(Sahih al Bukhari, 1224).

۩8 Tashahhud awwal "اتتحيات لله وصصلوات " " attahiyatu lillahi was-salawatu......" padhna waajib hai.

✺ NAMAZ KI SUNNATE

Namaaz ke arkaan wajibaat ke alawa baaqi aamaal Sunnat ka darja rakhte hai. In sunan mai se kisi sunnat ke chhootne par namaaz batil na hogi, chaahe jaan bujh kar chhode ya bhool kar ya jahaalat mei, albatta namaaz me kami waqe hojayegi, aur wo shaqs is sunnat ke sawaab se mehroom rahega. Lekin agar koi shaqs inme se sunnat ka sire se inkaar kare ya mazaaq udaye ya maslaki tassub ki bina par jaan boojh kar ispar amal na kare tou masla na sirf muqalifat e Rasool ﷺ ka balke kufr tak pahunch jayega.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne mukammal namaaz yaani arkaan, wajibaat aur sunan ke saath padhi hai aur farmaya "Sallu kama ra-aitumuni usalli"(Sahih al Bukhari, 631) :yaani "waise hi namaaz padho jaise mujhe padhte hue dekha hai".

Is waaste namaaz mei jo kaam sunnat ki haisiyat rakhte hai inka bhi ehtemaam karna chahiye. Aur agar kisi society mei log in sunnatoun se nawaaqif hai, toh inhe aagah karna aur wahan in sunnatoun ko zindah karna bahot zyada ajar wa sawaab ka baaes hai. Aur galti par khamoosh rahna Allah ke nazdeek qaabil mawaqizah hai.

Pas takbeer tahrima se lekar salaam ferne tak ke jo aamaal sunnat kar darja rakhte hai inmei se chand ka zikr kiya jaa raha hai, taake masla in sunnatoun ki paabandi karke apne liye zaqeera aaqirat jama kar sake.

۩ Duae Isteftah (duaye sana) padhein.

۩ Qirat se pehle " ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻴﻢ" (auzbillahi min ash-shaitaan nir-rajeem) aur " ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤﻦِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِِ " (bismillah hir-rehmaan nir-raheem) kahe.

(Surah al-Nahl, 98)

۩ Daayein haath ko baayein baazu par rakh kar seene par baandhein.

(Sahih al Bukhari 740, Sunan Abu Dawood 759, Musnad Ahmed 226/5).

۩ Imaam aur muqtadi sabke liye zahri qiraat mei surah fatiha ke baad buland aawaaz se aameen kahna.

(Sahih al Bukhari 780, 781, 782)

۩ Pahli aur dusri rakaat mei surah fatiha ke baad koi aur surah padhein.

(Sahih al Bukhari, 776)

Albatta teesri wa chouthi rakaat mei irf surah fatiha padhi jayegi.

۩ Namaaz me chaar(4) muqamaat par Rafa yadain karna masnoon hai : shuru namaz mei, ruku me jate waqt, ruku se uthte waqt, aur jab teesri rakaat ke liye khade ho.

Albatta sajde ke liye rafedain karna durust nahi.

۩ Poori namaaz mei sajde ki jagah nazar rakhni chahiye.

۩ Ruku mei dono haathou ki ungliyan phelakar ghutnoun ko pakadna masnoon hai.

۩ Ruku mei haath ko pahlu se alag rakhna masnoon hai.

۩ Ruku mei peith aur sar baraabar rakhna masnoon hai.

۩ Ruku wa sajde me ek baar se zyada dua padhna masnoon hai.

۩ Sajde mei raan ko peet se alag rakhna sunnat hai.

۩ Sajde mei saatoun aaza zameen par rakhna sunnat hai.

۩ Sajde me haath ke kohniyou ko pahlu se alag rakhna sunnat hai.

۩ Sajde mei pair ki ungliyoun ko qible ki taraf karna sunnat hai.

۩ Sajde me dono haath kandhe ke baraabar rakhna sunnat hai.

۩ Jalsa-e-Isterahat yaani dusre sajde ke baad halka baith kar phr dusri ya teesri rakaat ke liye khade hona sunnat hai.

(Sahih al Bukhari, 823)

۩ Pahle Tashahud me dayein pair ko khada karna aur bayein pair ko bicha kar uspar baithna sunnat hai.

(Sahih al Bukhari, 828)

۩ Tashahud mei daayein haath ki ungliyoun ko halqa banakar shahaadat ki ungli ko harkat dena sunnat hai.
