" Aye Allah Mai Tere Liye Yaqini Roze Ki Niyat Karta Hu Mere Agle Aur Pichle Gunah Maaf Farmade."

Aur Ye Bhi Kaha Jata Hai..

و بصوم غد نويت شهر (Mai Ramzan Ke Kal K Roze Ki Niyat Karta Hu)

Mujhe Is K Maani Murad Ka Ilm Nhi, Lekin Kya Ye Ye Niyat Karna Sahih Hai Aur Agar Aisa Karna Sahin Hai To Aap Se Guzarish Hai K Is K Maani Ki Wazahat Kare Ya Phir Quran O Sunnah Se Sahi Niyat Bataye..

Alhamdulilah..

Koi bhi Ibadat chahe wo Roza ho ya Namaz, Niyat ke baghair Sahih nahi kyu ki Nabi ﷺ ka farman hai, "Aamal ka dar o madar niyat pe hai. Har shakhs ke liye wohi hai jo wo niyat karta hai.

Sahih Bukhari-1, Sahi Muslim-1907.

Farz roze ke liye shart hai ki is ki niyat raat ko tulu e fajar se qabl karli jaye kyu ke Nabi ﷺ ka Farman hai, "Jo Shakhs tulu e Fajar se pahle Roze ka Irada na kare us ka Roza nahi."

Sunan an-Nasa'i, hadith- 2334. Is hadith ko Imam Ibn Khuzaymah aur Imam Ibn Hibbaan ne sahih aur marfoo karar diya hai.

Sunan Nisaai ke Dusre hadith ke alfaz ye hai, "Jo Roze ki niyat Raat ko nahi karta us ka Roza nahi."

Sunan Nisai hadith- 2334. Shaikh Albani r.h. ne Sahih al Jaame hadith-583 me ise Sahih qarar diya hai.

Hadeeth ke maani ye hai ke jo raat ko Roza rakhne ka irada aur niyat na kare us ka Roza nahi hai. Toh Isliye raat ko fajr se pahle niyat karni chahiye roze ki. Bil ittefaq se agar aankh na bhi khul payi shahri ke liye to hamare roze me fark nahi padega to behtar yahi hoga ki raat ko niyat kar li jaye. Aur Niyat ka talluq dil se hai jo ek Qalbi amal hai. Is ka Zuban se koi talluq nahi. Is liye Musalman ko dil se irada karna chahiye ke wo kal Roza rakhega. Us ke liye Mashroo nahi ke wo zuban se ye kahe ke "main Roze ki niyyat karta hu..ya main Haqeeqatan tere liye roza rakh raha hu.." ya is tarah k dusre alfaaz jo logo ne ejaad kar rakhe hai..wo sab..Bidaàt me Shumar hote hai..
Sahih tareeqa ye hai ke Insaan Dil se irada kare ke wo Subah Roza rakhega.

Shaikh Ibn e Taimiyah se sawal kiya gaya to un ka jawab tha:

"Jis ke dil me ye baat aagayi ke wo subah roza rakhega us ki niyyat hogayi."

Al ikhtiyarat safa no. 191.

Mustaqil fatwa committee se sawal kiya gaya ke Insaan ko Ramzan me Roze ki niyat kis tarah karni chahiye?

To Jawab tha, "Roza rakhne ke Azam se niyat hojayegi aur Ramzan me har raat ko Roza ki niyat karna zaruri hai. [matlab agar shuru me hi niyat karle ki pura Ramadan roza rahna hai to ye kafi hoga]

Ye to thi Sharai Dalail. Ab dekhte hai Aqali dalail:

Islamic Shariyah ki roshni me Roza me niyyat ke alfaz na to RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ada kiya tha na hi sahabao ne aur na hi salaf maise kisi ne. Is alfaz ko baad me ijaad kiya gaya tha. 

Wo Alfaz kuch aese hai:

"Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri ramadan"

Tarjuma: "Mai ramzan ke kal ke roze ki niyat karta hu".

Ab jis shaks ne bhi ye dua banaya hai us ko itna bhi nahi pata tha ki Islam me Din ko Allah kaise badalta hai. Islamic shariyat me raat pahle aati hai aur din baad me isi liye jab Ramadan shuru hota hai tab Ham Taraweeh pahle padhte hai aur roza baad me rakhte hai. Arabic me guzre hue kal ko al 'Ams' kahte hai, Aj ke din ko 'al Yaum' aur aane wale kal ko 'Gadan' kahte hai jo ki is niyat ke alfaz me hai. Is niyat ke tarjume ke mutabik wo us din ki nahi jis din wo niyat ke alfaz bolta hai balki wo us ke agle din roze rakhne ki ki niyat karta hai . Deeni lihaz se to ye galat hai hi sath me magrabi ya dunyawi lihaz se bhi galat hai kyuki magrabi lihaz se 12 baje hi din badal jata hai aur ham shehri 12 baje ke baad karte hai. To ye deeni aur dunyawi dono lihaz se galat hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame hamare Rasool ke tarike par har ibadat karne ki taufeek de aur gair tariko se mahfooz rakhe. aameen.

Shawwal Ke 6 Rozo Ki Fazilat


Shawwal ke 6 rozo ka huqum kya hai aur kya ye roze wajib hai?

Ramzan ul mubarak ke rozo ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhna wajib nahi balki sunnat mustahab hai, aur musalmano ke liye behtareen amal hai ki wo shawwal ke 6 roze rakhe jis me fazl e azeem aur bahot bada ajar o sawab hai, kyuki jo sakhsh bhi ramzan ul mubarak ke roze rakhne ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze bhi rakhe toh pure saal ke roze rakhne ka ajr o sawab likha jata hai hai.

Ye Shawwal ke roze pure shawwal ke mahine me kabhi bhi rakhe ja sakte hai, ye zaruri nahi ki eid ke fauran baad rakhe jaye aur is roze ko lagataar bhi rakh sakte hai aur alag-alag karke bhi.

Nabi ﷺ se bhi ye sabit hai ki isse pure saal ka ajar milta hai.

۩ Abu Aiyub Ansari r.a. bayan karte hai ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Jis ne ramzan ke roze rakhne ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhe toh ye aesa hai jaise pure saal ke roze ho.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab al sawm ﴾13﴿, hadees- 2758.

Nabi akram ﷺ ne iski sharah aur tafsir is tarha bayan farmai hai ki jisne Eidul Fitr ke baad 6 roze rakhee uske pure saal ke roze hai. (Jo koi naiki karta hai use uska ajar dus guna milega).

۩ Aur ek riwayat main hai ki Allah tala ek naiki ko dus guna karta hai lihaza ramzanul mubarak ka mahina dus mahino ke barabar hua aur 6 dino key roze saal ko pura karte hai.

Sunan Nisai, Sunan Ibne Majah, dekhey Sahih al Targib wa al Tarhib (421/1).

Aur Ibn e Khuzaima ne mundarza zail alfaz ke saath riwayat kiya hai: Ramzan ul mubark ke roze das guna aur shawwal ke 6 roze do mah ke baraber hai toh is tarha pure saal ke roze hue.

Imam Hambal aur Shafai ikram ne tashrih ki hai ki: Ramzan ul mubarak ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhna pure ek saal ke farzi rozo ke barabar hai warna toh amumi taur per nafli rozo ka ajro sawab zyada hona sabit hai kyuki ek neki dus ke baraber hai.

Fir Shawwal ke 6 roze rakhne ka ahem fawaid main ye bhi shamil hai ki ye roze Ramzan ul mubarak main rakhe gaye rozo ki kami o beshi aur nuksh ko pura karte hai aur uske awaz me hai kyuki rozedar se kami o beshi ho jati hai aur gunah bhi sarzad ho jate hai jo ki uske rozo main salbi pahlu rakhta hai.

Aur roze qayamat farz main paida shuda nuksh nawafil se pura kiya jayega jesa ki Nabi e karim ﷺ ne bhi farmaya hai roze qayamat bande ke amaal main sabse phele namaz ka hisabo kitab hoga. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya humara Rab ajjo wajal apne farishto se se farmayega halaki wo zada ilm rakhne wala hai  mere bande ki namazo ko dekho kya usne puri ki hai ki us main nuks hai, agar toh mukammil hongi toh mukammil likhi jayegi aur agar ismain kuch kami hui toh Allah tala farmayega dekho mere bande ke nawafil hai agar toh uske nawafil hoge toh Allah tala farmayega mere bande ke faraiz iske nawafil se pure kar do, fir baki amaal bhi isi tarha liye jayege.

“Ye Durust hai ki koi shaks Shawwal ke 6 din roze rakhe lagataar ya alag-alag.”

Akhri Ashre Ka Aehtikaf Karne Wala Aehtikaf Wali Jagha Main Kab Dakhil Ho Aur Kab Nikle ?


Awwal:

Aehtikaf wali jagah me dakhil hone ke mutaliq jamuhri ulema e ikram jin main Imaam e Arbiya Imaam Abu Hanifa, Imaam Malik, Imaam Shafai aur Imaam Ahmad Rehmatullah tala Shamil hain. In sabka maslak ye hain ki jo koi bhi Ramzan ul mubarak ke akhri ashre ka ehtikaf karna chahey wo 21 raat ko gurube Shamsh se qabal Masjid main dakhil ho unhone mandarzazel dalail se istedal kiya hain :

۩ 1- Nabi karim ﷺ se sabit hain ki Aap ﷺ Ramzan ul mubarak ke akhri ashre main aehtikaf kiya karte thy mutafiq alihe ye is baat ki daleel hain ki Nabi akram ﷺ raato ka aehtikaf karte the na ki dino ka, isliye ki ashra raat ki taiz hain Allah ShubbanoTala ka farmaan hain :

( Aur dus raato ki kasam) Surah al fajar(2).

Aur akhri ashra 21 wi raat se shuru hota hain.

Toh is bina par aehtikaf karne wala ikiswi raat ghurube shamsh se qabal masjid main dakhil ho.

۩ 2- Unka kahna hain ki aehtikaf karne ka sabse azeem aur bada maqsad lailatul Qadar ki talash hain, aur 21wi raat akhri ashre ki taak raato main se hain lihaza ye ehtimal ho sakta hain ke ye hi raat lailatu qadar ho, isilye is raat aehtikaaf ki halat main hona chahiye. Imame Sandi ka hasheta al Nasai main ye hi kahna hain mazid dekhye: Al Mugni (489\4).  

Lekin Imam Bukhari aur Imaam Muslim ne Aayesha razi Allahu tala anha se bayan kiya hain wo kahti hain, "Rasul akram ﷺ jab aehtikaf karna chahte toh apni aehtikaf wali jagah main namaz e fajar ke baad dakhil hote. (Sahih al Bukhari, Hadis- 2041) ( Sahih Muslim - 1173). Baaz ulema e salaf ne is Hadees ke zahir ko dekhte hue ye kha hain key wo eahtikaf karne wali jagha namaz e fajr ke baad dakhil ho, Mushtakil fatwa committee (  Fatawa al-Lajnah al-Daimah ) (411\10).

Aur Sheikh Ibne Baaz rehmatullahi tala ne bhi isi ko liya hain dekhye Fatwe ibne baaz (422\15). Lekin jamuhri ulema e ikraam ne is hadis ke do main se ek jawab diya hain.

AWWAL: 

Nabi karim ﷺ ghurube shamsh se Qabl aehtikaf kar chuke thy lekin wo khas aehtikaf wali jagha main namaz e fajir ke baad dakhil hue. Imaam Nawawi rehmatullah tala khete hain, "Nabi karim ﷺ jab aehtikaf karna chahte toh namaz namaz e fajir ada karte aur phir apni aehtikaf wali jagha main dakhil ho jate".  Is hadis se unhone dalil li hai jo ye kahte hain ki aehtikaf ki ibtada din ke shuru se kiya jayega, Imaam awzai , Imaam Suri aur Imam Lait ka bhi ek qaul yahi hain aur Imaam Abu Hanifa aur Imaam Shafai aur Imaam Ahmad rahematullah tala ka kahna hain ke agar koi shakhs mahine ya dus din ka ehtikaf karna chahe toh wo aehtikaaf main gurube shamsh e qabal dakhil ho, aur unhone is hadis ki tawil ye ki hain ki ke Nabi ﷺ namaz e fajir ke baad aehtikaf wali jagha mai dakhil hue aur khalwat ikhtiyar ki ye nahi ke aehtikaf ki ibtida ka waqt hi ye hain balki Nabi karim ﷺ namaz e magrib se qabal hi masjid main aehtikaf karchuke the aur jab namaz e fajr ada ki toh elaedgi aur khalwat ikhtiyar kar li.

DAUM:

Aehtikaaf se nakalne ka waqt:

Aehtikaaf karne wala shakhs apne aehtikaaf ko ramzan ul mubarak ke akhri din ke suraj gurub hone par khatam kare ga. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen rahematullahi tala se mundarza zel sawal kiya gaya, "Aehtikaf karne wala shakhs apne aehtikaf se kab niklega Eid ki raat gurub e shamsh ke baad ya eid ke din namaz e fajir ke baad ?

Sheikh rehmatullah tala ka jawab tha: "Aehtikaf karne wala shakhs apne aehtikaf se ramzan ul mubarak khatm hone per niklega . Aur ramzan ul mubarak ka khatam Eid ki raat gurub shamsh par ho jati hain dekhye fatawi al Siyam (502).  mustakil Fatawa committee ke fatwai jaat main hain ke: "Ramzan ul mubarak ke ashre ka aehtikaaf ramzan ke akhri din gurub shamsh ke waqt khatam ho jayega. Dekhye  Fatawa al-Lajnah al-Daimah (411\10) aur agar wo apne aehtikaf wali jagha main namaz e fajr aur namaz e eid ada karne tak rehna ikhtiyaar kare toh ismain bhi koi harj nahi. Baaz salaf ne usey mustahab qarar diya hain . Imaam Malik rahematulahi tala kahte hain key unhone baaz ahele ilm ko ramzan ul mubarak ke akhri ashre ka aehtikaaf karte hue dekha wo logo ke sath Eid ul fitr ki namaz ada karne se pahele apne ghar wapas nahi palatte the. Imaam malik rehmatullahi tala kahte hain mujh tak ye pahle daur ke ahle fazal o azam se phucha hain aur is masle main maine sabse behter yahi suna hain.

Imaam Nawawi rahmatullah kahte hain Imaam Shafi rahmatullah aur unke ashhab kahte hain jo koi ramzan ul mubarak ke akhri ashre ke aehtikaf main Nabi karim ﷺ ki ibtida o pairwi karna chata hain usey chahiye ke wo 21wi raat gurub shamash se qabal masjid main dakhil ho jaye take use kuch bhi na chhut sake, aur Eid ki raat gurub shamash ke baad waha se nikal jaye mahina kami wala ho ya zada ( yani 30 youm ho ya kam) aur Afzal wahi hain ki wo eid ki raat masjid main hi guzare taki namaz wahi ada kar sake ya phir agar namaz eid gaah main ada kare toh wo wahi se eidgah jaye.

Aetikaf Me Nabi ﷺ Ka Tarika Kya Tha?


Aetikaf me Nabi ﷺ ka tarika kamil aasan tha. Nabi karim sallahu alehiwassalam ne ramzan mubarak main lailatul qadar ki talash main ek baar ramzan ka pahla aur darmiyani ashra ehtikaf kiya, phir un par ye zahir hua key laylatul qadar akhri ashre main hain toh Rasool akram ﷺ ne akhri ashre ka aehtikaf bameshgi ke saath karna shuru kiya hatta ki apne Rab se ja mile .

Nabi karim ﷺ ne zindagi main ek baar akhri ashre main aehtikaf na kiya toh iski qaza main sawwal ka pahla hafta ehtikaf kiya ( Sahih Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim) aur jis baras Nabi akram ﷺ ki wafat hui us baras Nabi akram sallahu alehiwassalam ne 20 din roz ka aehtikaf kiya dekhye:( Sahih al Bukhari hadees 2040).

Kaha jata hain ke is ka sabab ye tha ke Nabi akram ﷺ ko apni mout ka ilm ho chuka tha isliye unhone chaha ki khiro bhalai ka kaam zyada kar liya jaye taki wo apni ummat ke liye ye bayan karde ki jab wo apne akhir amaal main pohche toh amaal e saaleh kasrat se karne ki koshish kare taki wo Allah tala se behtar halat me mil sake.

Aur ye bhi kaha gya hain ki iska sabab ye tha ke Jibril alehissalam ramzan main nabi ﷺ ke saath Quran majid ka ek baar doura kiya karte the aur jis saal nabi ﷺ ki rooh kabz hui us baras do baar kiya toh isiliye Nabi karim ﷺ ne do baar jitna ehetikaf kiya .

Aur is se bhi koi sabab ye hain ki nabi karim ﷺ ne jis baras 20 ayam ka ehtikaf kiya usse phele baras aap safar main the iski dalil mundarza zel hadis hain:

Abi bin Kaab razi allahu anha bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ramzan ul mubarak ka akhiri ashra ehtikaf kiya karte the toh ek saal aap safar par chale gaye aur ehtikaaf na kar sake lihaza ayinda baras Nabi akram sallahu ﷺ ne 20 youm ka ehtikaf kiya isey Nasai aur Abu daud ne riwayat kiya hain aur ye alfaz Sunan nasai ke bhi ', aur Ibne Hibban wagera ne ise sahi karar diya hain. Aeh fateh al bari.

Nabi karim ﷺ khema lagane ka huqum dete toh un ke liye masjid main khema nasab kar diya jata toh Rasool e akram ﷺ logo se alehdgi me kheme main rahete aur apne Rab se lagao laga lete hatta ke waktan un ke liye khalut puri ho gyi.

Aur ek baar Nabi karim ﷺ ne chote se turki kheme main ehtikaaf kiya aur us ke darwaze per chatai latkai gayi thi .

( Sahih Muslim hadis number 1167)

Ibn e Qaiyyim rahematullahi tala zad ul mamad me kahte hain, "Ye sab kuch kuch ehtikaaf ke maksad aur uski rooh ke husul ke liye hain is ke barakas jo kuch jahil log karte hain aur ehtikaf ko aesho ishrat aur milne julne ki jagha bana lete hain aur waha aapas main guftugu aur gappe hankte rahete hain toh ektikaf ka ek rang toh ye hain aur ehtikafe nabwi ka rung aur hain."

Zaad ul maad (90/2).

Aur Nabi ikram ﷺ ehtikaf ki halat me masjid ke andar hi rahete waha se sirf zarurat ki bina par hi bahar tashrif  le jate the:

Ayesha raziallahu anha bayan karti hain ke jab Rasool ﷺ ehtikaf ki halat main hote toh zarurt ke bagair ghar main tashrif nahi late the.

(Sahih Bukhari- hadis number (2029)) aur muslim ki riwayat main alfaz hain ki ( insani hajat ke bagair nahi ate thy).

Imaam Zuhri rahmatullahi tala ne iska matlab ke peshab aur pakahne ke liye bahar nikalte.

Nabi ﷺ dourane ehtikaaf apni saaf safai ka bhi khayal rakhte aur masjid se bahar apna sar Ayesha raziallahu anha ke hujre main karte toh wo Nabi karim  ﷺ ka sar dhoti aur kanghi kar deti thi.

Ayesha razillahu tala bayan karti hain ke Nabi karim ﷺ ehtikaf main hote toh meri taraf apna sar karte toh main halate haiz main bhi unhe kanghi karti thi.

Aur ek aur riwayat main hain key main unka sar dhoti thi (sahi bukhari hadis 2028)( sahi muslim hadis 297 ).

Tasrih ke mane sar main kanghi karna hain hafiz ibne hajar rehematullahe tala khete hain ,

Aur Hadis me Khushboo lagane aur safai karne aur gusl karne mondne aur banao wa shingar karne ka jawaz paya jata hain aur jamhur ulema isi par hain ke ehtikaf me wahi chize makruh hain jo masjid main makruh hain aur Rasool ﷺ ka ye tarika tha ki jab aap ehtikaf ki haalat main hote to na toh mariz ki iyadat karte na hi janaze main shariq hote ye is liye tha ki sara waqt Allah tala se munajat par tawajjo markuz karahey aur ehtikaf ki hikmat puri aur mukamil bawaz wo hikmat logo se alhedgi aur Allah tala ke saath lagao hain.

Ayesha razialllahu anha tala bayan karti hain k Ehtikaf karne wale ke liye sunnat tarika ye hain ki wo na toh mariz ki ayadat key liye jaye aur na hi janaze main shariq ho aur na hi biwi se mubasarat kare(gale lagana wagaira) aur usey chuwe, aur kisi bhi zarurt ke liye waha se na nikale lekin jis zarurat ko pura kiye bagair koi chara na ho uske liye nikal sakta hain.

Sunan Abu Daud hadees (2473)allama albani ne ise sahih Abu Daud main sahih qarar diya hain.

Imaam Shaukhani rehmatullahi alehe nil ul witaar me kahte hain: "Biwi ko na toh chuye aur na mubashrat kare". Isse aayesha razai allahu anha ne jamaa murad liya hain .

Nabi karim ﷺ jab ehtikaf ki halat main hote to nabi ﷺ ki baaz ajwaj e mutaharat aapki ziyarat ke liye tashrif lati  aur jab wo jane keliye hoti toh aap unhe ghar tak pahuchane ke liye unke saath tashrif le jate aur ye raat ka waqt hota:

Nabi karim ﷺ ki jauza Ummul Mominin Safiya raziallahuanha bayan karti hain ki wo ramzan ke akhri ashre main main Nabi ﷺ ki ziyarat ke liye masjid main unki ehtikaf wali jagha main aayi aur kuch der unke saath baat chit karti rahi, aur phir bahar wapas jane ke liye uthi toh RasoolAllah ﷺ bhi unke saath unhe wapas phuchane ke liye uth khare hue yani unke ghar phuchane ke liye.

Sahih al Bukhari - 2035, Sahih Muslim- 2175.

Khulasa ye hua ki:  Rasool ﷺ ka aetikaf aasan aur sahuliyat ka nishan tha na ki sakhti wa shiddat ka. Rasool e akram ﷺ ka sara waqt Allah tala ke zikr o azakr aur lailatul Qadar ki talash main Allah tala ki taraf mutawajje rahne aur uski Itat o farmabardari main bashar hota tha.

Lailatul Qadr


Lailatul Qadr (shab e qadr) ek azeem raat hoti hai jiski fazilat upar bayan ki gai hai. Allah ke taraf se ham ko yahi hukm mila hai ki is raat ibadat kare aur uski magfirat talab kare. Ye Ramzan ke aakhri 10 din ki taak raato me hota hai.

Allah s.w.t. Quran e majeed me farmate hai

Humne is (Quran) ko shab e qadr mei nazil kiya hai. Aur tum kya jano ke shab e qadr kya hai. Shab e qadr hazar maheeno se zyada behtar hai. Farishte aur rooh (Jibrael) us me apne Rabb ke izn se har hukm le kar utarte hai. Woh raat sarasar salamati hai tulu e fajr tak.

Surah Qadr 97, ayat 1-5.

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya

"Aye logo ye barkat wala mahina tumhare nazdeek aa raha hai aur Allah ne ye hukm diya hai ki tum is mahine me roze rakho. Is mahine me Jannat ke darwaze khol diye jate hai aur jahannam ke darwaze band kar diye jate hai aur shaitano ko jakad diya jata hai. Aur is mahine me ek raat hai jo hazaar mahino se behtar hai. Jo is mahine me Allah ki barkat se mahroom raha wo har bhalaai se mahroom raha."

Musnad Ahmad, hadith- 7148.

۞ Lailatul Qadr Ka Waqt:

۩ Lailatul Qadr Ramzaan ke aakhri ashre ke taak raato me talash karni chaiye.

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Ramzaan ki aankhri ashre ki Taak raato (21, 23, 25, 27, 29) me Lailatul Qadr talash karo.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab faizal al lailatul qadr (32), hadees- 2017.

Isse ye pata chalta hai ki aakhri 10 taak raato me ahtemam ke sath ibadat karni chaiye aur sirf 27 ko iktifa nai karni chaiye.

۞ Ramzaan ke aakhri ashre me apne ahl o ayal ko ibadat ke liye khususi targeeb dilana masnoon hai:

Iska matlab sirf khud hi nai balki apne bacho ko aur apne ghar walo ko is ke taraf tawajjo dilana chaiye:

Aisha r.a. farmati hai ki Ramzaan ke aakhri ashre me Nabi ﷺ baki dino ki nisbat ibadat me zyada koshish farmate.

Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 1, Book 7, Hadith 1767.(sahih)

Aisha r.a. farmati hai ke jab Ramzaan ke aakhri 10 din shuru hote to RasoolAllah ﷺ ibadat ke liye kamar-basta ho jate (kamar kas lete), raato ko jaagte aur apne ahl o ayaal ko bhi jagate.

۞ Lailatul qadr me ki jane wali ibadat:

۩ Lailatul Qadr me ibadat guzishta gunaho ki magfirat ka baaes hai:

Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya "Jisne Lailatul Qadr mein Imaan ke saath Sawaab ki Niyyat se Qiyaam kiya, Uske Guzishta Gunah Muaaf kardiye Jaate hai".

Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith 2014.

Lailatul Qadr me saari neki ya ibadat ham karte hai us me se behtreen hai Taweel qayam. Lekin jo ye na kar sake wo baith kar zikr aur azkaar kare.

۩ Lailatul Qadr me ki jane wali dua:

Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai, maine pucha ya RasoolAllah ﷺ agar mai Lailatul Qadr palu to kaun si dua padhu. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, Kaho, "Ya Allah tu Muaf farmane wala hai, muaf karna pasand karta hai, Lihaza mujhe muaf farma".

Dua in arabic:

 " اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي "

Dua in Roman English:

'Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni '

Sunan Ibn Majah, hadith-3850.( Sahih)

 ۩ Quran Padhna

Abdullah bin Abbas r.a. farmate hai, "RasoolALlah ﷺ logo ke sath bhalai karne me boht sakhi the lekin Ramzaan me jab Hajrat jibreel a.s. ap se milte to ap aur bhi zyada sakhi ho jate. Ramzaan me jibreel a.s. har raat apse mila karte aur Nabi ﷺramzaan guzarne tak unhe Quran majeed sunate the. Jab jibreel a.s. apse milte to apki sakhawat tez hawao se zyada badh jati.

Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith- 3554.

۞ Haiza aurto ki Lailatul Qadr me ibadat:

Haiza aurte saari ibadat kar sakti hai siwae namaaz, roza, Tawaf e Kaba, aur Itikaaf baithne ke. In char chizo ko chor kar Haiza aurte saari ibadate kar sakti hai.

Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki ek hajj me mai haiza ho gai, toh RasoolALlah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Baitullah ke tawaf ke alawa baaki har wo kaam karo jo haji karta hai".

Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith- 293.

Umm Atiyya r.a. farmati hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Haiz wali aurto ko bhi Eid ke roz Eidgah jane ka hukm diya taaki wo logo ke takbiro ke sath takbire kahe aur un ki duae ke sath duae kare lekin namaz na padhe.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadith- 324.

۞ Lailatul Qadr ki Nishaniya:

۩1. Jis raat lailatul Qadr hogi us ke agle din suraj bina kiran (rays) ke niklega.

[Sahih Muslim, 1785]

۩2. Jis raat lailatul Qadr hogi us raat ko chand ek plate ke piece ke tarha niklega.

[Sahih Muslim, 2779]

۩3. Lailatul Qadr ki raat ko na zyada garmi hogi aur na zyada thandi hogi lekin wo shakhawat ki raat hogi aur agle subah suraj kamzor aur laal rang ka niklega.

[Ibn Khuzaima, 2192 | Sahih]

۩4. Laitalul Qadr wale din ko ya Raat ko barish ho sakti hai.

Taraweeh Fard Hai Ya Sunnah?


Urwa bin Zubair Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Ayesha radi allahu Anha ne farmaya ek baar (Ramadan ki ) aadhi raat mein Rasoollallah ﷺ masjid mein tashreef le gaye aur wahan taraweeh ki namaz padhi, sahaba Radi Allahu Anhuma bhi aapkey saath namaz mein shamil ho gaye, subah huyee to unhoney uska charcha kiya phir dusri raat mein log pahley se bhi zyada shamil ho gaye, aur Aap ﷺ ke saath namaz padhi. Dusri subah ko aur zyada charcha hua to teesri raat us sey bhi zyada log jama ho gaye , Aap ﷺ ne (us raat bhi) namaz padhi aur logo ne aapki pairwi ki, Chothi raat ko ye aalam tha ki masjid mein namaz padhney aaney walo ke liye jagah bhi baqi nahi rahi ( magar us raat Aap ﷺ Namaz ke liye bahar hi nahi aaye) bulki subah namaz ke liye tashreef laye aur jab namaz padh li to logo ki taraf mutwajja ho kar shahadat ke baad farmaya Amma baad tumharey yahan jama honey ka mujhe ilm tha lekin mujhe iska khauff hua ki ye namaz tum par farz na ho jaye aur phir tum usey ada na kar sako Aur Aap ﷺ ki wafat ke baad bhi yahi kaifiyat rahi ( log alag alag taraweeh padhte rahe ). 

Sahih Bukhari, Vol 3, hadith 2012.

Ye hadith se pata chalta hai ki Taraweeh fard nai hai sunnah hai lekin isko fard na samajhte hue bhi iske ajar se mahroom nahi hona chaiye. Shariah me is namaz ka ajar boht zyada hai.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmay, “Jisne Eeman ke sath aur sawaab ki niyat se ramzan ka qiyaam kiya Allah Ta’ala iske pichle tamaam gunah maaf farma dete hain".

Taraweeh, Tahajjud, Qiyam Al Lail Me Fark


Islami Shariah Me Taraweeh, Tahajjud, Qiyam Al Lail Aur Qiyam E Ramadan Aur Witr Ek Hi Namaz Ka Naam Hai.

Qiyam al lail do lafz se bana hai: Pahla Qiyam aur dusra al Lail. Qiyam ka matlab khade hona hota hai aur al Lail ka matlab raat hota hai. Isliye lughat me iska matlab raat ko khade hona hota hai. Lekin Islami Shariah me ye ek Nawafil namaz hai jo Isha ke baad aur fajr se pahle padhi jati hai . Qiyam alfaz diya gaya tha kyuki ek shaks apne nawafil namaz me lambi ayate padhta hai toh khade hona lambe waqt tak ho jata hai. Isi liye is namaz ko Qiyam ul lail kahte hai.

Tahajjud, hajada lafz se aya hai jiska matlab uthna hota hai. Toh jab koi shaks so jata hai aur namaz  padhne ke liye uth ta hai toh is ko tahajjud kahte hai.

Taraweeh: Ye lafz arabic lafz "raahha" se aya hai  jiska matlab aaraam karna hota hai. Kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ke kuch nasl ke baad jab log Taraweeh padhte the to char rakat ke baad thoda aaraam karte the. Toh us waqt se ye lafz istemal hone laga Ramadan me Qiyam ul lail ke badle . Ye Taraweeh lafz khas ramadan me jo Qiyam ul lail hota usko kahte hau, gair ramadan ko nahi. Lekin RasoolAllah ﷺ ke waqt me ye lafz ka istemal nahi hua tha aur na hi sahaba ke waqt me. Isi liye apko Quran aur sunnah me kahi bhi ye lafz nahi milega. Isi liye behtar lafz Qiyam ul lail hai na ki Taraweeh.

Jab Ayesha r.a. se pucha gaya ki RasoolALlah ﷺ ki Ramadan ki raat ki namaz kaisi hoti thi to unhe saaf saaf sirf ek hi namaz ka zikr kiya. Agar Taraweeh aur tahajjud alag namaz hoti to wo ye zarur puchti ki Raat ke kis namaz ki baat kar rahe hai sahabi:

۩ Abu Salma bin 'Abdur Rahman r.a. riwayat karte hai ki maine Aisha r.a. se pucha ki RasoolAllah ki Ramadan ki raat ki namaz kaisi hoti? Unhone farmaya ki Ramzaan hota ya gair Ramzaan, Rasool ﷺ gyarah (11) rakat se zyada nai padhte the. (Pahle) aap char rakat padhte aur us namaz ki lambai aur khubsurti ko mat puchye fir aap char rakat padhte aur us namaz ki lambai aur khubsurti ko mat puchye. Fir (akhir) me ap teen rakat (witr) padhte.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1147, 2013, 3569.

Is hadith se malum hua ki Tahajjud, Qiyam ul lail, Qiyam e ramzaan aur Namaz e Taraweeh ek hi namaz ke mukhtalif naam hai.

Kuch log kahte hai ki ye tahajjud ki namaz ke bareme hai na ki Taraweeh ki namaz ke bareme to un ke ilm ke izafe ke liye bata du ki Islam ke sabse bade muhaddith, Imam Bukhari, unhone apne kitab e saheeh me is hadith ko Kitab Salat al-Taraweeh (Book of Taraweeh)  me likha hai. Aur ek Baat gaur karne wali hai ki RasoolAllah aur sahabao ne "Taraweeh" alfaz kabhi nahi istemal kiya tha ye alfaz baad me istemal kiya gaya tha. Isi Liye hadith ke arabic alfaaz me "Taraweeh" word kahi bhi nahi milega apko. 

Aur bhi boht saari ahadiths hai jo kahti hai ki RasoolAllah ne Ramzaan ke raato me sirf ek hi namaz padhi. Agar Taraweeh aur Tahajjud alag alag hota to RasoolAllah dono padhte na ki sirf ek:

۩ Abu Zarr r.a. riwayat karte hai, "Hamne RasoolAllah ke sath roze rakhe, lekin unhone (raat ki) namaz nahi padhi jab tak ke Ramadan ki sat (7) raate nahi bachi. Fir unhone hamari imamat kari yaha tak ke ek tehai raat guzar gai, Fir unhone chathi raat ki namaz me hamari imamat nahi kari. Fir unhone panchwi raat hamari imamat kari yaha tak ke aadhi raat guzar gayi. Hamne daryaft kiya, "Ae Allah ke Rasool kya ap baaki raat ke hisse me hamari imamat nahi karenge". Unhone farmaya, "Jo shaks Imam ke sath Khada ho kar padhta hai jab tak Imam khatm na karde to Allah (uske aamal me) likhenge ki usne puri raat namaz me guzari.”; Fir unhone hamari imamat nahi karayi jab tak ke teen raat na bach gayi. Fir unhone teesri raat hamari imamat karyi aur unhone apne Gharwalo ko aur apne biwio ko hamare sath namaz padhne ko kaha itni der tak ke hame khatra mahsus hua ki kahi sahri ka waqt na khatm ho jaye."

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi- 806, Sunan Abu Daud- hadith-1275. Classed as Hasan Saheeh by Imam Tirmidhi and saheeh by al-Albaani.

Agar qayam e Ramadan ke alawa RasoolAllah ﷺ tahajjud bhi padha karte the to fir bataiye ki apne 27wi ramadan ko tahajjud kyu na padhi??

Malum hua ke maahe Ramadan me Tahajjud aur qayam e Ramadan alag alag nahi balki ek hi namaz hai. Sire se mankul hi nahi ki Aap ﷺ ne Ramadan ul mubarak ki kisi raat ko tahajjud aur qayam e Ramadan ka alag alag intezam kiya ho.

Qiyaam e Ramzan



RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmay, "Jisne Eeman ke sath aur sawaab ki niyat se ramzan ka qiyaam kiya Allah Ta’ala iske pichle tamaam gunah maaf farma dete hain.

(Bukhari: Salatut Taraweeh 2008 – Muslim: Salatul Musafireen 759).

Rasool Allah ne 3 Raat Qiyaam e Ramzan Kiya:

Abu Zar r.a. kahte hain ke ham ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ke sath (Ramzan ul Mubaarak ke) roze rakhe, (shuroo mein) Aap ne hamare sath mahine mein se kuch bhi qiyaam na kiya yah’n tak ke 23 raat ko Aap ne tehaai raat tak qiyaam e ramzan kiya. Phir Aap ne 24 raat ko chor kar 25 raat ko aadhi raat tak qiyaam kiya pas main ne arz ki ke kitna accha ho ke agar Aap hamei’n baaqi raat bhi nafil padhate. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs Imam ke sath qiyaam (ramzan) karta hai iske liey poori raat ka qiyaam likha jaata hai. Phir 26 raat ko chor kar 27 shab ko apne ahle khaana aur apni aurato’n ko aur sab logo’n ko jama karke qiyaam kiya yaha’n tak ke hamei’n falah khatam hone ka dar hua. Abu Zar r.a. se poocha gaya ke falah kiya hai? To aap ne jawaab diya Saher.

(Abu Dawood: Abwaab Sahr Ramzan 1375 – Tirmizee: al Saum 806 – Nasai V3 P 83) Ise Imam Ibne Hibban aur Imam Ibne Khuzaima ne Saheeh kaha.

Aap ﷺ ne (3 raat ke qiyaam ke baad) farmaya: ‘Main ne dekha ke tumhara ma’amool baraabar qaaem hai. To mujhe khatra laahaq hua ke kahee’n tum par (ye namaz) farz na kardi jaae (is liey main ghar se nahee nikla) pas tum apne apne gharo’n mein (ramzan ki rato’n ka) qiyaam karo. Aadmi ki nafl namaz ghar mein afzal hoti hai.’

(Bukhari: al Azan 6113 – Muslim: Salatul Musafireen 781)

Rassol Allah ﷺ (ne 3 shab qiyaam e ramzan karake) logo’n se farmaya: ‘Tum apne gharo’n mein ramzan ki rato’n ka qiyaam karo. Gharo’n waghaira mein fardan fardan padhne ke mutalliq Imaam Zohri farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ki wafaat ke baad bhi yehi tareeqa jaari raha. Abu Bakar Siddiq r.a. ki khilaafat aur Umar e Farooq r.a. ke ibtedaai daur mein bhi isi par amal hota raha.’
Sayyadna Umar e Farooq r.a. ne ba jamaat qiyam e ramzan (dobaara) shuroo karaaya magar ye bhi farmaya ke: ‘Raat ka aaqhri hissa (jis mein log so jaate hain) raat ke ibtedaai hisse se (jis mein log qiyam karte hain) behtar hai.’

Is Tareeqe par Sahaaba Ikraam aur inke baad saari ummat ka amal raha aur jis cheez ko Sahaaba Ikraam ki majmui taaeed haasil ho jaae wo bidat nahi hua karti, nez ijmaa e ummat ki wajah se bhi ye bidat nahi hai, waise bhi Umar e Farooq Khulafa e Rashideen mein se hain jin ki sunnat iqhteyaar karne ka hukam khud Nabi e Akram farma gae the.

Lehaaza jab kisi Khaleefa e Raashid ki sunnat ko deegar Sahaaba Ikraam qubool karlei’n to wo baaqi ummat ke liey hujjat ban jaati hai is lehaaz se bhi poore ramzan mein qiyaam ul lail ka ba jamaat ehtemaam bidat nahi hai. Dar asal Umar e Farooq ne ise jo bidat kaha hai to is se muraad bidat ka laghwi ma’ana hai. Lekin afsos ke baaz log apni bidat ko jaaez saabit karne ke liey Sahaaba Ikraam ke ko bhi bidati saabit karne par tule hue hain. Nauzubillahi Min Tilka Khuraafaat – Allah Ham Sab Ko Hidaayat De. ۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai, wo kahti hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kabhi bhi pure maheene roze nahi rakhhe siwae maahe Ramzan ke aur wo kisi mahine me itne roze nahi rakhte the jitna Shaban ke mahine me rakhte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 1969.

Is hadees se hame ye pata chala ki Rasoolulah ﷺ ramzan ke liye apne aap ko tayaar karte the aur usse pahle maheene (Shabaan) me zyada roze rakhte the. Isi tarha wo ramzaan ki tayari karte.

۩ Talha riwayat karte hai apne walid se ki unke walid (Talha ke dada) ne farmaya ki jab bhi Rasoolullah ﷺ naya chand dekhte wo hamesha Allah se dua karte aur kahte,

“Aye Allah ham par ye chand aman, eeman, salamti aur Islam ke sath Tulu farma. Mera Rab aur Tera Rab Allah hai.”

Is dua ki Arabic:

' اللَّهُمَّ أَهْلِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْيُمْنِ وَالإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَالإِسْلاَمِ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ '

(Allahumma Ahlilhu Alaina Bil Yumni Wal Eemani -Was-Salamati -Wal Islami, Rabbi Wa Rabuk Allah).

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ad daawaat ﴾48﴿ hadees- 3451. Ise Imam Tirmizi ne hasan gareeb karaar diya hai.

Ye dua khas ramzan ke liye nahi hai lekin har naye chand dekhne ke liye hai. Jab bhi Rasoolullah ﷺ naye chand ko dekhte wo ye dua padhte the.

۩ Aur Rasoolullah ﷺ Ramzaan se pahle logo ko ye kaha karte the:

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadees- 7148. Ise Shaykh Shuayb Arnout ne sahih karar diya hai.

Isse hame ye pata chala ki Rasoolullah ﷺ is mahine ko khush amdid karte the aur is mahine ke barkat ki khush khabri sunate the logo ko.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame in sunnato par amal karne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Taraweeh 8 Rakat Ya 20 Rakat?


Nafi riwayat karte hai ki Ibn Umar ne kaha ki Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ minber pe the toh ek shaks ne unse pucha ki Qiyam ul lail(Taraweeh) kaise padhna chaiye?

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: Qiyam ul lail do-do rakat kar ke padho aur jab subah(sadik) hone ka dar ho to ek rakat padhlo, yeh(ek rakat, pahli saari) namaz ko taak bana degi.

Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith- 472.

Is hadith me ye kaha gaya hai ki ham Taraweeh chahe jitta padh sakte hai fajr se pahle. Lekin agar RasoolAllah ke amal ki baat ham kare toh is ka zikr hadith me kuch is tarha se hai:

Hajrat Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti ki Ramzaan hota ya gair Ramzaan, Rasool ﷺ (raat ki namaz aam taur par) gyarah rakat se zyada nai padhte.(Pahle) aap char rakat padhte aur us namaz ki lambai aur khubsurti ko mat puchye fir aap char rakat padhte aur us namaz ki lambai aur khubsurti ko mat puchye. Fir (akhir) me ap teen rakat (witr) padhte.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1147,2013,3569.

Is hadith se ye sabit hota hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ hamesha 11 rakat Qiyam ul lail padhte the chahe ramzaan hota ya gair ramzaan.

Agar ham salaf ke record dekhte hai to hame ye pata chalta hai ki kuch salaf 20 rakat taraweeh padhte the to kuch 36 rakats bhi padhte the.

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba, Vol.2, Pages 165 & 166).

To baat wazeh hui ki ham chahe jitti rakat padh sakte hai Taraweeh lekin agar RasoolAllah ka tarika apnana ho to 8 rakat padhni chaiye lekin 20 ya aur koi tadad padhne ki ijazat di hai RasoolAllah ﷺ ne.

Aur hame ye koshish karni chaiye ki ham Imam ke sath taraweeh padhe aur unhi ke sath Taraweeh khatm kare chahe Imam 8 rakat padhe ya 20 ya aur koi tadad:

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jo shaks Imam ke sath taraweeh padhta hai jab tak Imam khatm na karde to Allah (uske aamal me) likhenge ki usne puri raat namaz me guzari."

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (806) and classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

RasoolAllah Aur Sahabo Ki Taraweeh Ki Rakato Ki Tadad:

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame Ramadan me aanth (8) rakat rakat qayam e Ramadan padhaya fir witr padhai.

Ibn Khuzaima -hadith 1070, Ibn Hibban- 920, Abu Yala Al-Musli- 1802. Is hadith ko Imam Ibn Hibban ne sahih kaha hai.

Is hadith se sabit hota hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne teen raat namaz padhai wo Gyara(11) rakat hi thi.

Hazrat Saa’ib ibn Yazeed se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Umar Farooque r.a. ne Hazrat Ubayy ibn Ka’ab aur Hazrat Tameem ad-Daaree r.a. ko Hukm diya ki logo ko Gyara (11) rakat Qayam e Ramadan padhae.

Is hadith se Sabit hua ki Hazrat Umar Farooque r.a. ne Madinah ke qariyo ko Ghyarah (11) rakat padhane ka hukm diya.
