Riwayat ki tahqeeq:

(1) Imaam Baihaqi r.h. ne is riwayat ko naqal karke is ke ek rawi Abdullah bin Umry ko munkir kaha hai ya'ni ye riwat inke nazdeek sahih nahi hai.

Sho'ab al imaan.39:4 (شعب الایمان ٤:٣٩٠)

(2) Imaam Dar Qutni r.h. ne isriwayat ko naqal kiya hai aur iske ek rawi Musa bin halaal ke baare me farmate hai ke wo majhool hai.

Ye aqwaal inke hai jinhone is riwayat ko naqal kiya hai aur iske baad deegar kutub ke hawalon par bhi nazar dalte hai:

(1) Majmua az zawa'id me Imaam Haismy r.h. ne is riwayat ko Zaeef kaha hai.

(2) Imaam Ajlauni r.h. ne ise Kashf al-Khafa me naqal kiya hai aur Kashf al-Khafa me naqal hone ka matlab hi yahi hai ke ye riwayat Zaeef hai kyunke Imaam Ajlauni r.h. ne apni kitab me in riwayaat ko jama kiya hai jo awaamun naas ki zabano par mashoor hai magar in ka shariat se koi talluq nahi.

(3) Imaam Nawawi r.h. ne farmaya hai ke is ki sanad bahut Zaeef hai.

(4) Imaam Suyuty r.h. ne naqal farmaya hai ke Imaam Zahabi r.h. farmate hai is riwayat ki tamaam isnaad zaeef hai.

 Is kitab me Imaam Suyuty r.h. ne zaeef aur mauzu ahadees ko jama kiya hai.

Shab e Barat Aur Iski Haqeeqat


Shaban Maheene Mein 15th Shab Ko Shab-E-Barat Ke Naam Se Yaad Kiya Jata Hai ...!!

Kuch log is raat ke liye shab-e-qadr jaisi fazilate bayan karte hain.. Yeh aqeedah rakha jata hai ke is raat pure saal me hone wale waqiyaat ka faisla kiya jata hai. Is raat infiradi wa ijtimayi ibadato ka ahtmam kiya jata hai, atish baziya ki jati hain, Masjido me charagha kiya jata hai, bewa aurte ye samajhti hai ke unke shoharo ki roohe is raat aati hai isliye behtreen kism ke pakwaan tayyar karke unka intezar karti hain.

Shab-e-barat ki fazilat me Quran ki ye ayat pesh ki jati hai, "Hamne is (Quran) ko mubarak raat me nazil farmaya, ham logo ko darane wale hain" (al-dukhhan, ayat no.3)

In ka yeh qawl sarasar galat wa bebuniyad hai jiski daleel yeh hai ke Allah Rabbul alaalameen ne is ayat me jis raat ko mubarak raat kaha hai woh Ramzan ki shab-e-qadr hai na ke shab-e-barat. Kyonki yeh baat har Musalman janta hai ke Quran e kareem ka nuzool maahe Ramazan me hua hai na ke shaban ke mahine me.

Irshad-e-Rabbani hai,

“Ramzan toh woh mahina hai jisme Quran majeed nazil kiya gaya”. 

Surah baqara, ayat- 185.

Dusri jagah Rabbul aalaameen irshad farmata hai,

“Humne is (quran kareem) ko shab-e-qadr main nazil farmaya tumhe kya malum ke shab-e-qadr kya hai, shab-e-qadr main ek raat ki ibadat hazar mahino ki ibadat se behtar hai.”

Surah qadr, ayat 1-3.

In ayaat se malum hua ke Surah adh-dukhan ki ayat no. 3 me jis mubarak raat ki taraf ishara kiya gaya hai usse murad shab-e-qadr hai na ke shab-e-barat!

Shaban ki 15wi raat ki fazilat me jo bhi hadeese bayan ki jati hain sab ki sab sehat ki aetebaar se mauzoo hai ya zaeef hai (daleel). Isi tarhan is raat ki ibadato ke silsile main jo bhi hadees bayan ki jati hain woh saari mauzu hain.

Ek hadees hai jo 15wi shab ke liye bayan ki jati hai "RasoolAllah ﷺ Ne farmaya ke Allah 15 wi shaban ki raat ko tamam makhlukh ki bakhshis farma dete hai siwaye shirk karne wale ke aur keena rakhney wale ke." 

Sunan ibn majah, vol 1 , # 1390.

Lekin is hadees ko Muhaddiseen e karaam jaise Shaykh Zubair ali zai wagaira zaif karar dete hai.  Isme 2 raawi zaif hai, Ibn lahya aur Waleed bin Muslim aur dono 'an' se riwayat kar rahe hai aur samaa ki tashreeh maujood nahi hai.

Aur jahan tak logo ki maghfirat ki baat hai toh ye sirf isi raat ke sath khas nahi hai balke yeh to roz hota hai, jaisa ke saheeh ahadees se sabit hai ki “Allah s.w.t. har din akhri raat ke pehar me sama e dunia par aata hai aur yeh aelaan karta hai ke, 'Kaun hai jo mujhe pukare fir mai uski dua ko qabool karu, kaun hai jo mujhse sawal kare aur mai use doo, kaun hai jo mujh se maghfirat talab kare aur fir main uski maghfirat kardu".

Isse malum hua ke gunaho ki maghfirat ka kaam hamesha hota rahta hai. Yeh sirf shab-e-barat ke sath khas nahin.

Haqeeqat yeh hai ke shab-e-barat ka Islam se koi talluq nahi.

Ab koi yeh kahe ke ham is raat ibadat hi to karte hain to isme burayi kya hai? Burayee ibadat me hargiz nahin hai burayee hai is baat me ke jo baat Rasool ﷺ ne nahi batayee woh hum kaise kar sakte hain? Kya ham Rasool se zyada Deen ki samajh rakhte hai?

Ek insan agar Asar ke 4 farzo ki jagah 5 parhne lage to kya woh sahee hoga? Hargiz nahin jabke woh ek rakat namaz hi zyada parh raha hai par RasoolAllah ﷺ ne 4 bataye hai toh ham usse zyada ya kam nahi kar sakte. Iski hadees se ek misaal kuch aesi hai:

Sa'iid Ibn al Musayyib r.a. (Tabaeen) ne ek shaks ko suraj tulu hone ke baad do rakat se zyada padhte hue dekha sajda aur ruko me izafa karte hue, toh unhone use mana kiya ye karne se. Us shaks ne jawab diya: 'Ae Aba Muhammad, kya Allah mujhe namaz padhne ke liye saza dega? Unhone kaha: 'NAHI, LEKIN WO TUMHE SUNNAT SE IKHTILAF KARNE KE LIYE SAZA DEGA'.

SUNAN AL-KUBRA 2/466.

Isi tarha ibadat Allah swt ke yaha woh qubool hogi jiske karne ka hukum Rasool ﷺ ne diya hai. Aur shab-e-barat ki ibadat kisi bhi sahee ahdees se sabit nahin.

Zara sochye ke agar yeh itni fazilat wali raat hoti to kya sahaba e karaam is raat ko ibadat na karte? Koi ek bhi waqiya sahaba e karam se sabit nahi ke un logo ne is raat ko khaas ibadat ki ho. Jo khaas ibadat ki raat hai woh toh Ramadan ki shab-e-qadr hai usme jitni chahe ibadat karein!

Ek baat yaad rakhein ke Allah swt us ibadat ko qubool karta hai jisme niyat khalis Allah ki raza ki ho aur tareeqa khalis RasoolAllah ﷺ ka ho!

Ek baat aur ki jaati hai 15 tareekh ko ke log halwa banate hai baant te hai apas main aur bahut sawab samajhte hain. Iski haqeeqat kya hai yeh bhi dekh lein..!! Halwa banane wale iski daleel yeh dete hain ke ghazwa-e-ohad me Rasool ﷺ ke daant mubarak shaheed hue the takleef ki wajah se Aap ﷺ khana khane se qasir the, isliye Rasool ﷺ ne halwa naush farmaya tha, Aap ﷺ ki is sunnat par amal karte hue is raat halwa khaya jata hai.. Yeh woh daleel hai jis par unki puri imarat qayam hai.

Tareekhi aetebar se bhi ye daleel be-buniyad hai isliye ke ghazwa-e-ohad shawwal 3 hijri me paish aya tha na ke shaban ke mahine main, yeh kitni khilafe aqal baat hai ke daant mubarak maah e shawwal me shaheed ho aur halwa khane ki sunnat maah e shahban me ada ki jaye. Woh bhi sirf ek din? Aur agar sunnat se itni hi muhabbat hai to pahle dant shaheed karwaye fir halwa khaye..!!

Kya Rafa Yadain Mansuqh Ho Gaya Tha?


Jo log yeh kahte hai ki Raful yadain Mansuqh ho gaya tha, asal me, unke paas koi dalail nahi hai. Ye unki ek koshish hai sunnat e nabawi ko mansukh karne ki. Jab ki Islam me sunnah chhorne ke liye nahi balki apnane ke liye hoti hai. 
Mai in shaa ALLAH is article me koshish karunga sach pesh karne ki. Mai is article me ye subut nai dunga ki RasoolAllah aur sahaba raful yadain karte the kyuki Alhamdulilah khud jo log rafa yadain nai karte wo mante hai ki RasoolAllah ne rafa yadain kiya tha. Ab is article me mai ye Dalail dunga ki RasoolAllah shuru me nai, akhir me nai balki HAMESHA!!! rafa yadain karte the.

 Sayyidina ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) say riwayat hai ke mein nay Rasool Allah ﷺ ko daikha ke, aap JAB BHI namaz ke liye kharay hotay to kandhon tak rafa’ yadain kertay, ruku kertay waqt bhi aap isi tarha kertay thay aur jab ruku say sar uthaatay to isi tarha kertay thay aur farmatay: سمع اللہ لمن حمدہ aur sajday mein aap aisa nahein kertay thay.

Sahih Bukhari (736).

Is hadith me Umar r.a. ke bete Abdullah farmate hai ki RasoolAllah jab bhi namaz padhte the wo rafa yadain karte the.

RasoolAllah aakhri Daur me rafa yadain karte the iski dalail kuch aisi hai:

Sayyidina ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) ne aik hadith mein farmaya: Nabi ﷺ ne apni zindagi k aakhri door mein humein isha ki namaz parhae phir jab aap ne salam phaira to kharay ho gayay.
[صحیح بخاری:۱۱۶، صحیح مسلم:۲۵۳۷]

Is hadith se maloom hua k Ibn-e-’Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anh) ne Rasool Allaah ﷺ ko aakhri door mein namaz perhtay huay daikha tha lihaaza aap ka rafa’ yadain rawaayat kerna aakhri amal hai.

Wael bin Hajar farmate hain: Main ne Nabi e Akram ko dekha, jab Aap namaz shuru karte to Allahu Akbar kehte aur apne dono’n haath uthate. Phir apne haath kapde mein dhaa’nk lete phir daya’n haath bayei’n par rakhte. Jab rukoo karne lagte to kapdo’n se haath nikalte Allahu Akbar kehte aur rafa yadain karte, jab ruku se uthte to Samee Allahu Liman Hameeda kehte aur rafa yadain karte.
(Muslim: al Salah 401)

Wael Bin Hajar 9 Hijri mein Rasool Allah ke paas aaey.

[Al Bidaya wal Nihaya vol 5 page 71].

Aini hanafi  farmate hai: Wail Bin Hajar Madinah me 9 Hijri me Islam Qubul kiya tha.

[Umda tul Qari Vol 5 Page 274 under the hadeeth no: 735]

Sahih Ibn Hibban Vol 3 page 169 hadeeth no: 1857 me ye zikr kiya gaya hai ki Wael Bin Hajar RasoolAllah s.a.w. se agle saal sard ke mausam (winter) me fir mile the (matlab 10 hijri me) aur unhone is saal bhi RasoolAllah ko Rafa yadain karte hue dekha. Sunan Abi Dawud no: 727.

 Lehaza saabit hua ke Rasool Allah 10 hijri, apne akhri daur tak rafa yadain karte the, 11 Hijri mein Nabi e Rahmat ne wafaat paai.

Ek aur nukhta gaur karne ke layk hai ki agar RasoolAllah ﷺ apne akhri daur me rafa yadain karna chor dete to Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen Rafa yadain na karte kyuki ye RasoolAllah ke daur ke baad aye the aur jo sahaba RasoolAllah ke faut hone ke baad hayat se the ye unke pairokaar the to agar RasoolAllah akhri daur me rafa yadain karna chhor dete to ye sahaba bhi jo aap ﷺ ke wafat ke baad hayat se the ye bhi rafa yadain chor dete aur fir tabaeeb aur tabaeen ko Rafa yadain ka ilm hi na hota na hi unhone sahabao se rafa yadain sikha hota. TABAEEN  KE RAFA YADAIN KARNE KI DALAIL:

Saeed bin Jubair(Tabaeen) se Namaz me Rafa yadain ke talluk se pucha gaya, unhone farmaya, Ye logo ke namaz ki Khubsurti hai aur RasoolAllah ke Sahabi r.a. namaz shuru kertay waqt, ruku say pehlay aur ruku k baad rafa’ yadain kertay thay.

Sunan Al Kubra Behaqi Vol 2 page 75 hadeeth no: 2355, Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai said Chain is authentic.

Hasan Basree (Tabaeen) ne kaha: RasoolAllah ﷺ ke sahaba ruku me aur ruku se uthne ke baad rafa yadain karte the aise jaise wo pankhe(fans) ho.

Tabe-Tabaeen bhi Rafayadain karte the:

Ayyub Al-Sukhtiyaani (rahimahullaah) k shaagird (taba taaba’e) Hammad bin Zaid (rahimahullaah) bhi shuru namaz, ruku say pehlay aur ruku k baad rafa’ yadain kertay thay.

AUR IMAM BUKHARI NE TO PURI EK KITAB TAYYAR KI HAI JUZZ RAFA YADAIN NAAM KI AUR UNHONE US KITAB ME SABIT KIYA HAI 100 SE ZYADA HADITHS LIKH KAR KI HAR MUSLIM AUR JO SUNNAH SE MUHABBAT RAKHTA HAI USE RAFAYADAIN KARNA CHAIYE. TOH HAME DUNIYA AUR APNE BUZURGO SE ZYADA ALLAH KE RASOOL KI SUNNAH SE MUHABBAT HONI CHAIYE.

AUR SIRF IMAM BUKHARI HI NAI JITNE BHI MUHADDISEEN THE AWWAL ZAMANE KE WO SAB RAFA YADAIN KARTE THE. IMAM BUKHARI, IMAM MUSLIM, IMAM ABU DAWOOD, IMAM TIRMIDHI, IMAM NASAI, IMAM IBN MAJAH, AUR BAAKI IMAM BHI. AUR ALHAMDULILAH YE BAAT BARELWI ULEMA BHI TASLEEM KARTE HAI. AUR 4 IMAMO MAISE TEEN IMAM BHI RAFA YADAIN KARTE THE AUR IMAM ABU HANEEFA NE RAFA YADAIN IS LIYE NAHI KIYA HOGA KYUKI HO SAKTA HAI KI UNKE PAS RAFA YADAIN WALI HADITH NA POHCHI HO. LEKIN SATH SATH IMAM ABU HANEEFA NE YE BHI KAHA THA KI JAB SAHIH HADITH MIL JAYE TO WAHI MERA MAZHAB HAI [Ibn `Aabideen in al-Haashiyah (1/63)]. TO INDIRECTLY IMAM ABU HANEEFA BHI RAFA YADAIN KARNE KO KAHTE HAI.

Agar RasoolAllah ﷺ Rafa yadain karna chor dete to ye bade Ulema, Muhaddith aur Imam kabhi nahi Rafa yadain karte kyuki ye sab RasoolAllah ﷺ ke baad aye the aur in ulemao, muhaddith aur imamo ko rafa yadain mansuqh hone ka ilm zarur hota kyuki in maise aksar awwal zamane ke Ulema, Imam aur Muhaddith the. Aur in maise kisi ne nahi kaha tha ki rafa yadain Mansuqh ho gaya tha balki ye sab kasrat se rafa yadain karte the.

Maloom hua ke rafa’ yadain per musalsal amal door-e-nabwi, door-e-sahaaba, door-e-taaba’een, door-e-taba taaba’een aur baad ke har zamaanay mein hota raha hai lihaaza isay mansookh ya matrook samajhna ya phir jhootay qissoon k saath iss ka mazaaq uraana asal mein hadith aur salaf saliheen k amal ka mazaaq uraana hai.

Allah se dua hai wo hame har ek sunnah se mohabbat karne ki taufeek de aur us muhabbat ko amal me lane ki taufeek de.aameen.

Surah Maida 5 Ayat 35 Ki Tafseer

Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَابْتَغُوا إِلَيْهِ الْوَسِيلَةَ وَجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ-

Aye Eeman Walo! Allah Taalaa say dartay raho aur uss ka qurb talash karo aur uss ki raah mein jihad kero takay tum Qamyab ho.

(SURAH MAIDAH 5 VERSE 35)

SUFIO KI TAFSEER :-

Momineen Tumlogo ko be-akl Yahoodio ki tarah nai hona chaiye. Takwa aur Neki ko Ikhtiyar Karo aur Ambiya aur Auilya se Tawassul karo.

Waseela aam hai. Ambiya,Auliya, Nek Aamal, Barkat hasil karo inlogose, ye sabhi inme aate hai. Lazim hai ki ye sab dusre zarya hai amal karne ke alawa ..

TAHKEEK:

Ab jo Arabic word waseela hai uska matlab urdu lafz wala waseelah nahi hai, iska matlab nazdeeki hai. Zaruri nahi hai ki jo Arabic lafz hai uska matlab bhi wahi ho. Misaal ke taur par jo Quran me surah baqara hai..to Arabic me baqara lafz hai par is lafz ka matlab urdu wala baqara (goat) nahi balki Gaae(cow) hai. Isi tarha waseela ka matlab Arabic me zariya nahi balki Nazdeeki hota hai.

۞ IBN JAREEE AT-TABARI NE KAHA :-

 (aur uss ka qurb talash karo) Iska Matlab Allah se nazdiki hasil karo wo amal karke jo use pasand hai.

۞ Abu Wail Shaqeeq bin Salma (Tabiyee) is ayat ki tafseer me kahte hai,

"وَابْتَغُوا إلَـيْهِ الوَسِيـلَةَ } يقول: واطلبوا القربة إلـيه بـالعمل بـما يرضيه."

 "(Allah ki) nazdeeki haasil karo nek amal kar ke".

Aur RasoolAllah ki hadith hame batati hai ki  kya Allah ki nazdeeki RasoolAllah ke wasile se hasil hoti hai ya fir kuch aur amal karne se:

Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Anhu) se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah (SallallahuAlaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya ki Allah Subhanahu tala farmata hai Jisney mere kisi Wali se Dushmani ki usey meri taraf se Elan-e-Jung hai aur Mera banda Jin Jin Ibadaton se Mera Qurb haasil karta hai (unme se) koi Ibaadat mujhko us sey ziyaada pasand nahi hai jo mainey us par farz ki hai (jaisey Namaz ,Roza , Hajj, Zakaat..)
Aur mera banda farz Ada karney ke baad Nawafil Ibaadat karte hue mujhse itna ziyada nazdeek ho jata hai ki main us sey Muhabbat karney lag jata hu phir jab main us se Muhabbat karney lag jata hu to Main uska Kaan (ear) ban jata hu jis sey wo sunta hai, uski Aankh ban jata hu jis se wo dekhta hai , uska haath banjata hu jis sey wo pakadta hai ,uska paaw (leg) ban jata hu jis sey wo chalta hai. Aur agar mujhse maangta hai to main usey deta hu, agar wo kisi Dushman ya shaitan se meri panaah ka talib hota hai to main usey Mehfooz rakhta hu aur main jo kaam karna chahta hu us mein mujhe itna taraddud (hesitation) nahi hota jitna ki mujhe apney momeen bandey ki Jaan nikaalney mein hota hai wo to Maut ko pasand nahi karta aur mujhe bhi usko takleef dena achcha nahi lagta.

Lihaza Islami shariya ke andar Allah ke naam, apne nek aamaal ka Waseela ki ijazat hai aur jo shaks hayat ho usse bhi dua karwa sakte hai lekin jo shaks wafat pa chuka ho usse dua nai karwa sakte chahe wo Ambiya hi kyu na ho.

Anas (r.a) se riwayat hai ki Jab bhi sukha padta(barish ki kami hoti) toh Umar r.a Al- Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib  r.a. se Allah se baarish ki dua karne ko kahte. Woh kahte – Aye Allah, hum apne nabi se baarish ki dua krne ko kahte the aur ap barish ki rahmat karte the aur ab (jab RasoolAllah ﷺ ki wafat hogai) hum unke chacha se dua karne ko kahte hai. Aye Allah! Humein baarish ata farma, aur fir barish hoti.

Sahih Al Bukhari, Invoking Allah for Rain (Istisqaa) [17:123].

Is hadees se sabit hua ki RasoolAllah ke faut hone k baad Sahaba Rasool ke kabr pe ja kar nai balki Rasool ke chacha se dua karwaya karte the kyuki jo shaks faut ho jata hai us se madad mangna Shirk hai aur us ke shirk hone me koi shak nahi.

Imam Abu Haneefa farmate hai:

“ Duaa,ba-haq Nabi aur Wali ke Wasila se Mangna na-pasandeeda amal hai is liye kyu ki Makluq ka kuch haq Allah par nahi.

Allah aur uske Rasool ne ek bhi aisi dua nahi sikhai jisme RasoolAllah ﷺ ke wasile ka zikr tak ho. Toh hame Islam ko Quran aur sunnah ke zarye se sikhna chaiye na ki khud ke zid aur apni man-mani se.

Farz Namaz Ke Baad Sar Par Hath Rakhne Ke Ahkaam


أَخْبَرَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَنْبَسَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلامٌ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَضَى صَلاتَهُ مَسَحَ جَبْهَتَهُ بِيَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : ” أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ عَنِّي الْهَمَّ وَالْحَزَنَ-

 Ye riwayat kiya gaya tha Salaam Al’Tawail Al-Madaini, Zaid Al-Amee, Muawiya Bin Qura, Anas Bin Malik r.a. ke zariye ke jab RasoolAllah apni namaz khatm karte the, wo apna daae hath apne sar pe  se rakhte aur fir ye padhte: Mai gawahi deta hu ki Allah ke siwa koi ma-bud nahi sabse zyada rahmat karne wala sabse mukammal rahmat karne wala. Ae Allah Dukh aur Takleef se mujhe Riha kar de.

Imam Bukhari is raawi ke bareme kahte hai: "Ise chor do".

Haakim Nishapoori kahte hai:-

Isne maudu hadith riwayat kiya tha Hameed Al Tawail, Abu Umru Bin Al’Ala aur Thaur Bin Yazeed se.

Hafiz ibn Hajar kahte hai:-

Ye hadith Salaam Al’Tawail ke wajah se kafi kamzor hai.

Is hadith me jo dusra raawi hai  "ZAID AL AMI" wo bhi Daif raawi hai.

RasoolAllah Ka Naam Sunte Hi Angutha Chumna


Sawal: RasoolAllah ﷺ Ka Naam Sunte Hi Angutha Chumne Ki Kya Koi Shara'i Haisiyat Hai?

Jawab:

Alhamdulillah..

Dailmi riwayat kerte hai ki Hajrat Abu Bakr Siddique ne ek baar kaha ‘Jab maine  Muazzin ko Ash’hadu anna Muharnrnadar-Rasoolullah (SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam) kahte hue suna toh maine wahi kaha aur kalima ke ungli ke andar ke hisse ko chuma aur apne ankho par lagaya. Jab RasoolAllah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam ne ye dekha to kaha, Meri sifarish us par wazib ho jati hai jo isi tarha karta hai jaise mere mahboob ne kiya.’

۩ Is riwayat pe Muhaddiseen ka faisla. :-

۞ Imam Sakhawi ne kaha : -

Imam Sakhawi ne khud is ko riwayat karne ke baad kaha ولا يصح hadith sahi nahi hai.

(Al Maqasid Al-hasanah 450).

۞ Allaamah Muhammad Taahir ne kaha :-

“Wa Laa Yasahah” Saheeh nahi hai.

(Tadhkirrah Al-mawdhoo’aat Page 36).

۞ Shaykh Muhammad Khaleel Tarbulusee Hanafi ne kaha:-

“Sakhawi ne Ise Inkar kiya hai aur kaha ki ye sahih nahi hai.”

(Al-Lulul al-marsoo’ah feemaa al-asal lahu wabaa asli mawdhoo no.505 page 168)

۞ Shaykh Albani ne kaha :-

“Ye hadith sahih nahi hai aur ye Daylamee ne Musnad al-Firdaus me Abu Bakr as-Siddeeque (Marfooan) par mansoob kiya hai . Lekin ibn Taahir ne at-Tadhkirrah me kaha hai ki yeh Saheeh nahi hai aur Imaam Shawkaani ne bhi yahi kaha hai al- Hadeeth al-Mawdhoo’aah (pg.9) me aur Sakhawee ne bhi al-Maqaasid me yahi kaha hai ki ye Saheeh nai hai.”

۩ Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi Ne Khud Kaha :-

RasoolAllah ka naam sunkar anguthe ko chumna aur fir aankh par malna kisi bhi marfoo hadith se sabit nahi hai aur iske bare me jo riwayat hai wo koi bhi takrir se azad nahi, isliye jo is daleel ko nazar me rakhta hai ya is daleel pe amal karne ko sochta hai ya jo ispar amal na kare unpar ilzam lagata hai to wo beshak galti pe hai.

Kisi bhi ek marfoo riwayat me ye nai hai ki RasoolAllah ka naam sunne ke baad hame unglia chumni chaiye. Aur upar ki jo riwayate  hai wo sahih nahi hai isliye unpar bharosa nahi kiya ja sakta. Ham logo ke paas kafi mazbut riwayate hai jo kahti hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ka naam sunne ke baad unpar salam bhejna chaiye aur musalmano ko ispar ba-qaedgi se amal karna chaiye.

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

( Jab Aadam aleh salam ne ghalti ka irtikaab kya to kahne lagey : Aye mere Rab mein Mohammad sale Allah aleh wasallam ke waaste se sawal karta hun ke mujhe maaf karde, ALLAH tala ne farmaya aye Aadam aleh salam tune Mohammad sale Allah aleh wasallam ko kaise jaan liya halanke main ne abhi tak use paida bhi nahi kya ? toh Adam aleh salam kahne lage aye Rab is liye ke jab tune mujhe apne hath se bana kar rooh phonki to main ne apna sar uthaya to Arsh ke payon par lailaha ila Allah Mohammad rasool Allah likha howa dekha to mjhe ilm hogaya ke Tu apne naam ke sath is ka naam hi lagata hai makhlooq mein se tujhe sab se ziyada mehboob ho, ALLAH tala ne kaha aadam tu sach kah raha hai Mohammad sale Allah aleh wasallam mujhe makhlooq mein sab se ziyada mehboob hain, mujhe is ke waste se pukaro to tujhe maaf karta hon, aur agr Mohammad sale Allah aleh wasallam na hote to main tujhe bhi paida na karta ) .
Yeh Hadees mauzo hai, ise Imam Haakim ne Abdullah bin Muslim Alfahri ke tareeq se bayan karte hain : ismael bin Musalmah unba Abdul Rahman ban Zaid ban aslam an an jadah an Umar Bin khattab razi Allah taala anho qaal rasool Allah sale Allah aleh wasallam : jab aadam aleh salam ne ghalti ka irtikaab kya. .. phir hadees ko unhi alfaaz ke sath zikar kya hai jo ke sayel ne zikr kiya hain .
Imam Haakim ne usay sahih al Isnaad kaha hai.
Imam Haakim Rehma Allah taala ke is qoul ka ulama ikaraam ki kasrat ne taqub kiya aur is hadees ki sahet ka inkaar kiya hai aur is hadees per hukum lagaya hai ke yeh hadees baatil aur mouzu hai, aur yeh bayan kiya hai ke Imam Haakim Rehma Allah taala khud bhi is hadees mein tanaquz ka shikaar hain .
Ulama ke kuch aqwal paish kiye jatay hain :
Imam Haakim Rehma Allah ki kalaam ka imam Rehma Allah taqub karte huye kahte hain : balke yeh hadees mauzo hai aur Abdul Rahman waahi hai aur abdullah bin muslim ka mujhe ilm hi nahi woh kon hai. Aur Meezan ul Aitedal me Imam Zahabi Rehma Allah taala is terhan likhte hain yeh khabar baatil hai.
Aur Hafiz Ibn hijr Rehma Allah taala ne Lisan al mizan main isi qoul ki tayid ki hai .
Aur imam bahqi Rehma Allah taala kahte hain : is tareeq se Abdul Rahman bin Zaid bin aslam ne yeh riwayat mutfrid bayan ki hai aur Abdul Rahman zaeef hai.aur Hafiz Ibne kaseer Rehma Allah taala ne isi qoul ko sahih kaha hai dekhen albidaya wanahaya ( 323 /3 ) .
Aur Allama Albani Rehma Allah tala ne Al zaeefa main use mauzo qarar diya hai dekhen al-sisilat ul zaeefaا ( 25 ).
Aur Imam Haakim – Allah tala inhen maaf farmaye.inhone khud bhi Abdul Rahman bin Zaid ko mutaham boza -al-hadith kaha hai, To ab is ki hadees sahih kaise ho sakti hai?
Sheikh al – Islam Ibn e Tahmiya Rehma Allah tala” Al Qaeda al jalilah fil tosal waseela ( 69 )” main kahte hain :
Aur Imam Haakim ki riwayat inhi riwayaat mai se jis ka un per inkar kiya gaya hai, kyunke unhon ne khud hi kitaab” al madkhal eli marafatul sahi man saqeem ” main kaha hai ke Abdul Rahman bin Zaid bin aslam ne apne baap se mauzo ahadees riwayet ki hain jo ke ahale ilm main se ghor-o-fikar karne walon per makhfi nahi is ka gunah is par hi hai, main kahta hun ke Abdul Rahman bin Zaid bin aslam bil ittfaq zaeef hai aur bahut ziyada ghalatiyan karta hai. dekhen” silsila Zaeefa albani Rehma Allah (38 – 47/1 ) .

Humare paas aisi koi daleel nahi shariyah me jo yeh baat sabit kare ki surah maryam yaa surah yusuf ki qiraat bache paida hone ke dard se aasaani karta hai, aur yeh baat par amal karna biddah hai aur humare Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya hai sahih Muslim aur sahih Bukhari ki hadeeth hai jo koi bhi humare din me nayi cheez laayega jo humari nahi woh mardood hai.

Yeh baat malum honi chahiye ki puri quran me shifa hai
Yeh baat hume quran ki ayah se malum hoti hai jaha par humare Rabb ne irshad farmaya aur humne quran ko nazil kiya jo shifa aur rahmat hai imaaan waalo ke liye[surah no 17,ayah no 82]
Fir bhi ek juz quran ka kisi makhsoos cheez ke liye maan lena bina sabit daleel ke biddah hai,yeh isliye kyunki shariat humari is baare me Khamosh hai aur quran aur sunnah me yeh baat kahi par bhi nahi hai jo yeh baat kahe ki surah Maryam aur surah Yusuf padhne se maa ko aasaani hogi bacche ki wiladat ke waqt,yaa beta milega,aur aasaan paidash me. In baato ko maanna aur amal karna biddah hoga. lekin woh aurat Allah se madad maang sakhti hai duaaye kar sakti hai taake aasaani ho.

Pehle Hisse se Qalam banaya, dusre hisse se Lohor teesre hisse se arsh banaya. Phir chothay hisse ko mazeed char hisson me taqseem kia to pehle hisse se arsh uthane wale farishte banaye or doosre hisse se Kursi or teesre hisse se baqi farishte paida kie. Jesa Tirmizi Sharif, Abu Daud, Musnad e Ahmad or deegar Kutub e Ahaadith me Ye Sahih o Mustanad Hadith he

Ubadah Bin Samit (RaziAllahoAnho) Bayan karte hain ke, Muhammad Ur RasoolUllah ﷺ ne farmaya:

“Sab se Pehli Cheez Jo Allah Ne Paida farmai wo Qalam thi, Phir Usse Kaha ke Likho, To is Qalam ne kaha Kia Likhun? Allah ta’aala Ne Farmaya: Taqdeer likho, Qayamat tak qayem hone wali har har cheez ki.”

“Allah Taalaa ne Farishto ko Noorse paida farmaya or Iblees ko Aag se, Aur Aadam alaihe salam ko jis cheez se Paida kia gya Wo Quran me batadia gya he. (Yani Mitti se)”

Allah Ta’ala Farmate Hain:

“Aur Hum ne Aap ﷺ se pehle Mard he (Bator Peghambar)Bheje, Jin ki taraf Hum Wahi bhejte the. Agar Aap nahi jante to jo Yaad rakhte hain un se Malum karlen. Aur Hum ne un ke lie Aise Jism nahi banaye the ke Khana na Khayen or Na wo Hamesha Zinda rehne wale the” (Surah e Ambiya, Aayat: 7)

Aur Allah Subhanahu WaTa’aala ne Farmaya:

“Aap ﷺ farmadijie ke Mein Tumhari Tarah he Bashar (Insan) hun, (Han) Meri Janib Wahi Ki Jati he ke Sab ka Mabood Ek he Mabood (Allah) he, To Jisay bhi apne Rab se milne ki aarzu ho to usay chahiye ke naik aamaal kare aur Apne Parwardigar ki ibadatme kisi ko shareek na kare” (Surah e Al Kahf, Ayat: 110)

Aur Irshad Kia Ke:

“Aap ﷺ farmadijie Ke “Mein Tum se ye Nahi Kehta ke Mere Pas Allah ke Khazane Hain, Or na ye ke Main Ghaib ka Ilm Janta hun or Na Main tum se ye kehta hun ke Me Farishta hun, Balke me To Wahi ki Itteba karta hun jo Meri taraf bheji jati he, Aap ﷺ kahiye ke Andhaor Beena Kahin Barabar hosakta he, So kia tum Ghor nahi karte?” (Surah e Anaam, Ayat: 50)
