Qiyaam e Ramzan



RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmay, "Jisne Eeman ke sath aur sawaab ki niyat se ramzan ka qiyaam kiya Allah Ta’ala iske pichle tamaam gunah maaf farma dete hain.

(Bukhari: Salatut Taraweeh 2008 – Muslim: Salatul Musafireen 759).

Rasool Allah ne 3 Raat Qiyaam e Ramzan Kiya:

Abu Zar r.a. kahte hain ke ham ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ke sath (Ramzan ul Mubaarak ke) roze rakhe, (shuroo mein) Aap ne hamare sath mahine mein se kuch bhi qiyaam na kiya yah’n tak ke 23 raat ko Aap ne tehaai raat tak qiyaam e ramzan kiya. Phir Aap ne 24 raat ko chor kar 25 raat ko aadhi raat tak qiyaam kiya pas main ne arz ki ke kitna accha ho ke agar Aap hamei’n baaqi raat bhi nafil padhate. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jo shaqs Imam ke sath qiyaam (ramzan) karta hai iske liey poori raat ka qiyaam likha jaata hai. Phir 26 raat ko chor kar 27 shab ko apne ahle khaana aur apni aurato’n ko aur sab logo’n ko jama karke qiyaam kiya yaha’n tak ke hamei’n falah khatam hone ka dar hua. Abu Zar r.a. se poocha gaya ke falah kiya hai? To aap ne jawaab diya Saher.

(Abu Dawood: Abwaab Sahr Ramzan 1375 – Tirmizee: al Saum 806 – Nasai V3 P 83) Ise Imam Ibne Hibban aur Imam Ibne Khuzaima ne Saheeh kaha.

Aap ﷺ ne (3 raat ke qiyaam ke baad) farmaya: ‘Main ne dekha ke tumhara ma’amool baraabar qaaem hai. To mujhe khatra laahaq hua ke kahee’n tum par (ye namaz) farz na kardi jaae (is liey main ghar se nahee nikla) pas tum apne apne gharo’n mein (ramzan ki rato’n ka) qiyaam karo. Aadmi ki nafl namaz ghar mein afzal hoti hai.’

(Bukhari: al Azan 6113 – Muslim: Salatul Musafireen 781)

Rassol Allah ﷺ (ne 3 shab qiyaam e ramzan karake) logo’n se farmaya: ‘Tum apne gharo’n mein ramzan ki rato’n ka qiyaam karo. Gharo’n waghaira mein fardan fardan padhne ke mutalliq Imaam Zohri farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ki wafaat ke baad bhi yehi tareeqa jaari raha. Abu Bakar Siddiq r.a. ki khilaafat aur Umar e Farooq r.a. ke ibtedaai daur mein bhi isi par amal hota raha.’
Sayyadna Umar e Farooq r.a. ne ba jamaat qiyam e ramzan (dobaara) shuroo karaaya magar ye bhi farmaya ke: ‘Raat ka aaqhri hissa (jis mein log so jaate hain) raat ke ibtedaai hisse se (jis mein log qiyam karte hain) behtar hai.’

Is Tareeqe par Sahaaba Ikraam aur inke baad saari ummat ka amal raha aur jis cheez ko Sahaaba Ikraam ki majmui taaeed haasil ho jaae wo bidat nahi hua karti, nez ijmaa e ummat ki wajah se bhi ye bidat nahi hai, waise bhi Umar e Farooq Khulafa e Rashideen mein se hain jin ki sunnat iqhteyaar karne ka hukam khud Nabi e Akram farma gae the.

Lehaaza jab kisi Khaleefa e Raashid ki sunnat ko deegar Sahaaba Ikraam qubool karlei’n to wo baaqi ummat ke liey hujjat ban jaati hai is lehaaz se bhi poore ramzan mein qiyaam ul lail ka ba jamaat ehtemaam bidat nahi hai. Dar asal Umar e Farooq ne ise jo bidat kaha hai to is se muraad bidat ka laghwi ma’ana hai. Aaseb/jadu Ki Haqiqat Aur Ilaaj

Ab agar kahin shaitan ka asar ho jaye kisi pe jadu hojaye to insaan kya kare?

Boht sare log jadu ke tod ke liye jin'nat nikalwane ke liye amilon ke paas jate hai, aur ghair sharayi tariqe istemal karte hai, aur wo phir unse kehte hai Bakra laaao aur usko zubah karo aur uska khuun(blood) lo muqtalif baal(hair) laao.

Is tarah ki bohut si chize phir hazaron rupye un se batoor lete hai. Basa awqat wo putle banakar unpar suinyan lagate hai bhut kuch karte hai.

To uske liye ek to ye hai ki uska tod sharayi tareeqe se hona chahiye ghair masnoon aur ghair sharayi tareeqe istemal nahi karna chahiye kyunki "jaan to gayi imaan na jaye". Jaan ko nuksan to hua bimari hui takleef hui lekin imaan na jaye. Iske liye Nabi ﷺ ne jahan muqtalif ilaj bataye hai ya kuch ilaj Quran paak se tajweez kiye jate hai uske sath sath kuch aur tareeqe bhi bataye gaye hai jaise khajure khana, ye ek difaai tareqa hai aur agar ho bhi chuka ho aisa asar to mazeed is tareeqe ko jaari rakha jasakta hai.

Iske alawa ek aur tareeqa ye hai ke sabz bery ke 7 patte(leaf) le kar do pathron ke darmiyan usko kuta jaye aur phir kute hue patte in me itna pani mila liya jaye ki jo nahane ke liye kafi ho, phir ye ayaat padhkar pani par dum kare:

In ayat ko (auzubillahi minashaitan nir rajeem) padh kar padha jayega.

Sab se pehle (ayatal kursi) iske baad sureh al araaf ki ayat no:117 se 122 tak

Fir sureh yunus ki ayat no:79 se 82 tak

Fir sureh taha ki ayat no:65 se 70 tak

Iske alawa Muawwazatain (qul aoozu bi rabbil falaq aur qul aoozu bi rabbin naas) aur surah Kafiroon aur sureh Ikhlaas yani 4 Qul.

ye ayat padh kar bery ke patte walon pani par dum kare aur 3 ghoont pani pee le aur baqi pani se nahalee in shaa Allah faida hoga.Bahut ho ye amal 2 ya 3 martaba dohralene se koi harj nahi yaha tak ke marz khatam hojaye. Ye tareeqa husband wife me iqtelaf dur karne ka ilaj bhi hai, Is baat ka zikr Ibne ba'az ne apne fatawe me kia hai,aur musannaf abdul razzaq me bhi ye milta hai.Ye bilkul aisa hi ilaj hai jaise aap nahate waqt dettol pani me dal lete hai. Aap dekhte honge ki murde ko bhi bery ke pattao se nhilaya jata hai safai ke liye.Jahan gandagi hoty hai najasat hoti hai waha par Jinnaat aate hai jadu ka asar hota hai to us asar ko dur karne ke liye kya zaruri hai ke bimaar ko nehlaya jaye. Uspe pani dala jaye iske liye bery ke patte istemal kiye jaye.

Phir isi tarah duaen padhi jaye,aur khas taur par jo Hazrat Musa (a.s) aur jadu garon ke muqable me jo ayat hai un ayaat ko padha jaye:

sureh taha ayat no-69

is ke alawa sureh unus ki ayat no-79 se 82.

pure yaqeen se ayaat ko padhe phir sureh al ara'af ayat no-118

Fir sureh Taha ki ayat no-69

In ayat ko padh kar dum karke pii le ya is se naha le aur in ayat ka zikr karte rahe.

Fir isi tarah ye dua mange: RABBI INNI LIMA ANZALTA ILAY YAUMIN QHAIRIN FAQEER

Tarjuma: ALLAH JO KHAIR BHI TU MERY TARAF NAZIL KARE MAI USKA MOHTAAJ HOONMAI TUJHSE BHALAYI CHAHTA HOON) 

Fir : IHDINAS SIRATAL MUS TAQEEM - ALLAH HAME SEDHA RASTA DIKHA

Fir IYYAKA NA BUDU WA IYYAKA NASTAEEN - HUM TERY IBADAT KARTE HAI AUR TUJH SE MADAT CHAHTE HAI.

Fir RABBIGH FIR WARHUM WA ANTA QHAIRUR RAHIMEEN - ALLAH TU BAKHSH DE AUR REHEM FARMA AUR TU SAB SE BADA REHEM KARNE WALA HAI.

Ye kuch auraat jo hai Quran paak ki ayat se aur Hadees se aur masnoon dua'on ki shakal me hai. Inka padhna jadu ke tod me bohut mufeed hai. Ye zikr e ilahi hai, phir subah shaam ki duaien.

Baa'az ghizayen hai jo insaan ko is bimary me shifa dety hai jaise ki shahed(honey). Quran paak me iske bare me ata hai ki Allah ne ise shifa kaha hai.

Isi tarah kalonji, iske bare me Hadees me ata hai ki is me maut ke siwa har bimary ka ilaj hai.(kalonji ko 3 ya 7 dane khani chahiye).

Isi tarah barish ka pani isme naha bhi sakte hai ya phir isko ikhatta karke naha sakte hai. Quraan paak me Allah farmate hai, “ humne asman se barkat wala pani utara hai”.

Isi tarah Zaitoon ka tel(olive oil). Iske mutalliq Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki is tel ko khao aur is se massage karo beshak ye ek mubarak daraqt se hai. Quran paak me is daraqt ko (shajaratan mubaraka) kaha gaya hai.Ye sab cheeze tajrubeh se bhi sabit hai aur ayat aur ahadees se bhi sabit hai.

Apni zindagi me apni gizaaon ko saaf rakha jaye aur aisy chizen istemal ki jaye jo insan ki sehat ko bhi durust rakhe aur aise tamaam qisam ke shar(nuksaan dene wali cheze) hai in se mehfooz bhi rahe.

Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya jis ghar me Sureh Baqara padhi jaye us ghar me shaitan dakhil nahi ho sakta.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se marwi hai ki jo shaks sureh baqara ki pehli 4 ayaat ,ayatal kursi aur iske baad ki 2 ayate aur isi surat ki akhri 3 ayat raat ke waqt padhle to us raat shaitan uske ghar nahi ja sakta aur us din ko aur uske ghar walon ko shaitan ya aur koi bury cheez sata nahi sakty.Ye 10 ayaat agar kisi majnuun par padhy jaye to uska diwana pan dur hojata hai. Ye Abdullah bin Masood ne farmaya.

Isi tarah muawwazatain Nabi ﷺ par jab Yahud ne jadu kia to Allah ne ye surten nazil farmayi jis ki wajah se jadu ka asar zail hua.

Hazrat Ayesha se marwi hai ki Rasool ﷺ ye dono surten padh kar apni dono hathon par phunk liya karte the phir sar mooh apne tamaam jism par fer liya karte the( yani apna dum khud karte the). Raat ko sote waqt padh kar dono hathon pe funk maar ke phir usko jahan jahan tak hath pohunch ta hai sare jism ko waisa kiya jaye.Rasool(s.a.w)ka irshad hai ke agar kisi ko shaitaan qhwaab me daraye to wo ye dua padhe:

“AOOZU BI KALI MAATIL LAHIT TAMMATI MIN GHAZABI HI WA IQABIHI WA SHARRI IBADIHI WA HAMAZA TISH SHAYATEENUW WA AYIN YAHZUROON”.

MAI ALLAH KE PURE KE PURE KALIMAT KE SATH US KE GHAZAB AUR USKE AZAB AUR USKE BANDON KE SHAR SE AUR SHAITANO KE WASWASON SE PANAH MANTA HOON AUR YE KE WO HAZIR HO MERE PAAS.

Jab ye duae padhi jayengi toh in shaa Allah in asarat se mehfooz rahenge. Aur yaad rahe ke Quran paak khud shifa hai. Agar Quraan paak ko tarteel ke sath padha ya suna jaye to bhut asar hota hai aur khususan Ayatal Kursi ka sunna kasrat ke sath is se fayda hota hai. Ye chize in shaa Allah aisy shar aur musibataon se bachao ka faida hogyyQuran paak me Allah farmate hai, “aur humne Quran majid ko utara jo momino ke liye shifa aur rehmat hai”. to quraan paak ka padhna shifa aur rehmat hai.

Harzat Ayesha r.a. ki ek hadees hai jisme ata hai ki ek martaba Huzur ﷺ unke paas aye aur wo ek aurat par dam kar rahi thy to aap ne farmaya Iskailaj Quran Majeed se karo yaani Quraan Majeed ka kuch hissa padh kar is par dam kardo.Is se pata chalta hai ki agar koi shaks bimaar hai chahe jismani bimari hai ya qhouf zada hai ya nazar ka shikar hai ya jadu ka shikar hai aise tamaam logo par quran paak ki ayat padh kar dum kiya jasakta hai,Dum ka matlab sans yani padh kar us par funk maar dena.Sureh Fatiha padhna kyunki wo Shifa hai.

Aap ﷺ ne dum karne ki ijazat di hai, lekin dum wo kia ja sakta jo shirk se paak hoo. Aap ﷺ ke paas chand log aye aur unhone kaha ki hum jahiliyat ke daur me dum kiya karte the yaani bimaro ke ilaj ke liye too aap ne farmaya Apne dum mujh par pesh karo batao ki kya padhte the aur har aisa dum durust hai jisme koi shirk na paya jata ho, lekin ye yaad rahe ki jadu ke mutalliq Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, “jis ne kuch bhi sikha jadu me se thoda ho ya zyada us ka muamla Allah se khatam”.Aap ﷺ ne farmaya jis ne ilme nujum ka kuch hissa hasil kiya to goya usne itna jadu sikh liya aur jis qadar sikhta jayega utna hi uski wajah se gunah me izafa hota chala jayega.Sitaron ka ilm aur usko sitare kya kahte hai sikhne me yaqeen karne me us par amal karne me usko istemal karne me usko padhne me to ye lagu chiz hai. Nabi ﷺ ne is se mana kiya hai.

Kahte hai ki burai jo hoty hai uske qareeb se bhi guzarne se uska asar aane ka dar hota hai.Isi tarah ek aur chiz aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki jo shaks girah lagate hue phunk maare us ne jadu kia aur jo jadu kare usne shirk kia. Baaz waqt log aise karte hai ki koi kalam padhte hai aur phir us me girah lagake usme phunk maarte hai to ye jadu hota hai.

Girah lagana matlab bandish karna, bandish ka matlab band karna, nazar band, shadi band, bache band, rizq band, khayal band, lekin iska asar jab hota hai tab Allah chahta hai.

Aisa bhi hota hai ki logo ko thory si bhi takleef ho to jadu samjha jata hai,aisy hamawat ka bhi shikar nahi hona chahiye ki choty se choti takleef ko bhi jadu ka naam dediya jaye. Is se insaan jab tabahon me giraftar hota hai to uski amal ki salahiyat aur uski creativity mutasir hone lagty hai, to shaitan hum ko aam taour par ye khayal dilata hai ki hum aise waswason ka shikar hojaye take hum kaam na kare, to agar koi aisa wehem ane lage to aoozobillahi mins shaitan nirrajeem padhe, ayatal kursi padhe, qul padh kar apne upar dum karlee aur wo dua padhe jo Hazrat Kaabul ahbaar padhte the.

Umooman ye hota hai ki jab aap koi acha kaam shuru karte ho to shar ki quwwaten aapki khilaaf hojaty hai. Shaitan insaan muqtalif tarah ke log wo apko appreciate karne ke bajaye ap par hasad karne lagte hai ya apke sath bura chahte hai.Aisi tamam chizen insan ko khaouf zada rakhty hai.Yaad rahe ki Nabi ﷺ ne aisy tamaan wahem se panah mangy hai, Aap dua manga karte the ki Aye Allah mai tafaqqurat aur gam se panah chahta hoon kyun is liye ke jab insan ke dil me ghum jagah pakadty hai to koi kaam nahi hosakta, khauf jagah pakadle to bhut si apni quwwaton aur salahiyataon se mehroom hojata hai. Isi tarah koi aur pareshani insaan ko bewajah lag jaye jiski koi haqeeqat nahi bas wahem par mabni hai to insaan bhut se kaaramatul mufeed kaam kar nahi sakta.Is liye in chizon se insaan bacha rahe, ya uska zahen khali rahe to insan jo apni positive salahiyaten hai unko khair ke raste me lagata rehta hai.Kuch chizen hamary control me nahi hoty jaise agar koi shaks hum se hasad karra hai to aap kis tarah use pakad ke roke, baaz waqt pata chal jata hai to aap uske sath acha salook karte hai jiski wajh se ho sakta ki uska gussa thanda hojaye, lekin basa awqat pata nahi chalta aur wo dil hi dil me jalra hota hai aur piche piche jade gaadra hota hai aur aapko pata hi nahi chalta wo kya karra hota hai.

Ab aise logo ke khilaf aap kya difa(bachao) karenge apna to behtar ye hai ki aap Allah se madat maang le aur dua mang le aur sari chizon se be niyaz ho kar jo kar rahe hai wo karte jaye kyunki waqt jo hai wo bhut qeemty cheez hai wo fikr aur pareshaniyon me gawane ke liye nahi hai. Boht si chizon ka ilaaj hamare paas nahi hota,to momin ke li ye dua asliha ki tarah hai.

Ramzan Ki Khushamdid Kis Tarah Kare Nabawi Tarike Se?


۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai, wo kahti hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kabhi bhi pure maheene roze nahi rakhhe siwae maahe Ramzan ke aur wo kisi mahine me itne roze nahi rakhte the jitna Shaban ke mahine me rakhte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 1969.

Is hadees se hame ye pata chala ki Rasoolulah ﷺ ramzan ke liye apne aap ko tayaar karte the aur usse pahle maheene (Shabaan) me zyada roze rakhte the. Isi tarha wo ramzaan ki tayari karte.

۩ Talha riwayat karte hai apne walid se ki unke walid (Talha ke dada) ne farmaya ki jab bhi Rasoolullah ﷺ naya chand dekhte wo hamesha Allah se dua karte aur kahte,

“Aye Allah ham par ye chand aman, eeman, salamti aur Islam ke sath Tulu farma. Mera Rab aur Tera Rab Allah hai.”

Is dua ki Arabic:

' اللَّهُمَّ أَهْلِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْيُمْنِ وَالإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَالإِسْلاَمِ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ '

(Allahumma Ahlilhu Alaina Bil Yumni Wal Eemani -Was-Salamati -Wal Islami, Rabbi Wa Rabuk Allah).

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ad daawaat ﴾48﴿ hadees- 3451. Ise Imam Tirmizi ne hasan gareeb karaar diya hai.

Ye dua khas ramzan ke liye nahi hai lekin har naye chand dekhne ke liye hai. Jab bhi Rasoolullah ﷺ naye chand ko dekhte wo ye dua padhte the.

۩ Aur Rasoolullah ﷺ Ramzaan se pahle logo ko ye kaha karte the:

Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Aye logo ye barkat wala mahina tumhare nazdeek aa raha hai aur Allah ne ye hukm diya hai ki tum is mahine me roze rakho. Is mahine me Jannat ke darwaze khol diye jate hai aur jahannam ke darwaze band kar diye jate hai aur shaitano ko jakad diya jata hai. Aur is mahine me ek raat hai jo hazaar mahino se behtar hai. Jo is mahine me Allah ki barkat se mahroom raha wo sach me ek mahrum shaks hai (yaani wo badi khair se mahrum rah gaya).”

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadees- 7148. Ise Shaykh Shuayb Arnout ne sahih karar diya hai.

Isse hame ye pata chala ki Rasoolullah ﷺ is mahine ko khush amdid karte the aur is mahine ke barkat ki khush khabri sunate the logo ko.

Taraweeh 8 Rakat Ya 20 Rakat?


Nafi riwayat karte hai ki Ibn Umar ne kaha ki Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ minber pe the toh ek shaks ne unse pucha ki Qiyam ul lail(Taraweeh) kaise padhna chaiye?

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: Qiyam ul lail do-do rakat kar ke padho aur jab subah(sadik) hone ka dar ho to ek rakat padhlo, yeh(ek rakat, pahli saari) namaz ko taak bana degi.

Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith- 472.

Is hadith me ye kaha gaya hai ki ham Taraweeh chahe jitta padh sakte hai fajr se pahle. Lekin agar RasoolAllah ke amal ki baat ham kare toh is ka zikr hadith me kuch is tarha se hai:

Hajrat Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti ki Ramzaan hota ya gair Ramzaan, Rasool ﷺ (raat ki namaz aam taur par) gyarah rakat se zyada nai padhte.(Pahle) aap char rakat padhte aur us namaz ki lambai aur khubsurti ko mat puchye fir aap char rakat padhte aur us namaz ki lambai aur khubsurti ko mat puchye. Fir (akhir) me ap teen rakat (witr) padhte.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1147,2013,3569.

Is hadith se ye sabit hota hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ hamesha 11 rakat Qiyam ul lail padhte the chahe ramzaan hota ya gair ramzaan.

Agar ham salaf ke record dekhte hai to hame ye pata chalta hai ki kuch salaf 20 rakat taraweeh padhte the to kuch 36 rakats bhi padhte the.

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba, Vol.2, Pages 165 & 166).

To baat wazeh hui ki ham chahe jitti rakat padh sakte hai Taraweeh lekin agar RasoolAllah ka tarika apnana ho to 8 rakat padhni chaiye lekin 20 ya aur koi tadad padhne ki ijazat di hai RasoolAllah ﷺ ne.

Aur hame ye koshish karni chaiye ki ham Imam ke sath taraweeh padhe aur unhi ke sath Taraweeh khatm kare chahe Imam 8 rakat padhe ya 20 ya aur koi tadad:

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jo shaks Imam ke sath taraweeh padhta hai jab tak Imam khatm na karde to Allah (uske aamal me) likhenge ki usne puri raat namaz me guzari."

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (806) and classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Fir (akhir) me ap teen rakat (witr) padhte.

Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1147,2013,3569.

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame Ramadan me aanth (8) rakat rakat qayam e Ramadan padhaya fir witr padhai.

Ibn Khuzaima -hadith 1070, Ibn Hibban- 920, Abu Yala Al-Musli- 1802. Is hadith ko Imam Ibn Hibban ne sahih kaha hai.

Is hadith se sabit hota hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne teen raat namaz padhai wo Gyara(11) rakat hi thi.

Hazrat Saa’ib ibn Yazeed se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Umar Farooque r.a. ne Hazrat Ubayy ibn Ka’ab aur Hazrat Tameem ad-Daaree r.a. ko Hukm diya ki logo ko Gyara (11) rakat Qayam e Ramadan padhae.

Is hadith se Sabit hua ki Hazrat Umar Farooque r.a. ne Madinah ke qariyo ko Ghyarah (11) rakat padhane ka hukm diya.

Shab e Barat Aur Iski Haqeeqat


Shaban Maheene Mein 15th Shab Ko Shab-E-Barat Ke Naam Se Yaad Kiya Jata Hai ...!!

Kuch log is raat ke liye shab-e-qadr jaisi fazilate bayan karte hain.. Yeh aqeedah rakha jata hai ke is raat pure saal me hone wale waqiyaat ka faisla kiya jata hai. Is raat infiradi wa ijtimayi ibadato ka ahtmam kiya jata hai, atish baziya ki jati hain, Masjido me charagha kiya jata hai, bewa aurte ye samajhti hai ke unke shoharo ki roohe is raat aati hai isliye behtreen kism ke pakwaan tayyar karke unka intezar karti hain.

Shab-e-barat ki fazilat me Quran ki ye ayat pesh ki jati hai, "Hamne is (Quran) ko mubarak raat me nazil farmaya, ham logo ko darane wale hain" (al-dukhhan, ayat no.3)

In ka yeh qawl sarasar galat wa bebuniyad hai jiski daleel yeh hai ke Allah Rabbul alaalameen ne is ayat me jis raat ko mubarak raat kaha hai woh Ramzan ki shab-e-qadr hai na ke shab-e-barat. Kyonki yeh baat har Musalman janta hai ke Quran e kareem ka nuzool maahe Ramazan me hua hai na ke shaban ke mahine me.

Irshad-e-Rabbani hai,

“Ramzan toh woh mahina hai jisme Quran majeed nazil kiya gaya”. 

Surah baqara, ayat- 185.

Dusri jagah Rabbul aalaameen irshad farmata hai,

“Humne is (quran kareem) ko shab-e-qadr main nazil farmaya tumhe kya malum ke shab-e-qadr kya hai, shab-e-qadr main ek raat ki ibadat hazar mahino ki ibadat se behtar hai.”

Surah qadr, ayat 1-3.

In ayaat se malum hua ke Surah adh-dukhan ki ayat no. 3 me jis mubarak raat ki taraf ishara kiya gaya hai usse murad shab-e-qadr hai na ke shab-e-barat!

Shaban ki 15wi raat ki fazilat me jo bhi hadeese bayan ki jati hain sab ki sab sehat ki aetebaar se mauzoo hai ya zaeef hai (daleel). Isi tarhan is raat ki ibadato ke silsile main jo bhi hadees bayan ki jati hain woh saari mauzu hain.

Ek hadees hai jo 15wi shab ke liye bayan ki jati hai "RasoolAllah ﷺ Ne farmaya ke Allah 15 wi shaban ki raat ko tamam makhlukh ki bakhshis farma dete hai siwaye shirk karne wale ke aur keena rakhney wale ke." 

Sunan ibn majah, vol 1 , # 1390.

Lekin is hadees ko Muhaddiseen e karaam jaise Shaykh Zubair ali zai wagaira zaif karar dete hai.  Isme 2 raawi zaif hai, Ibn lahya aur Waleed bin Muslim aur dono 'an' se riwayat kar rahe hai aur samaa ki tashreeh maujood nahi hai.

Aur jahan tak logo ki maghfirat ki baat hai toh ye sirf isi raat ke sath khas nahi hai balke yeh to roz hota hai, jaisa ke saheeh ahadees se sabit hai ki “Allah s.w.t. har din akhri raat ke pehar me sama e dunia par aata hai aur yeh aelaan karta hai ke, 'Kaun hai jo mujhe pukare fir mai uski dua ko qabool karu, kaun hai jo mujhse sawal kare aur mai use doo, kaun hai jo mujh se maghfirat talab kare aur fir main uski maghfirat kardu".

Isse malum hua ke gunaho ki maghfirat ka kaam hamesha hota rahta hai. Yeh sirf shab-e-barat ke sath khas nahin.

Haqeeqat yeh hai ke shab-e-barat ka Islam se koi talluq nahi.

Ab koi yeh kahe ke ham is raat ibadat hi to karte hain to isme burayi kya hai? Burayee ibadat me hargiz nahin hai burayee hai is baat me ke jo baat Rasool ﷺ ne nahi batayee woh hum kaise kar sakte hain? Kya ham Rasool se zyada Deen ki samajh rakhte hai?

Ek insan agar Asar ke 4 farzo ki jagah 5 parhne lage to kya woh sahee hoga? Hargiz nahin jabke woh ek rakat namaz hi zyada parh raha hai par RasoolAllah ﷺ ne 4 bataye hai toh ham usse zyada ya kam nahi kar sakte. Iski hadees se ek misaal kuch aesi hai:

Sa'iid Ibn al Musayyib r.a. (Tabaeen) ne ek shaks ko suraj tulu hone ke baad do rakat se zyada padhte hue dekha sajda aur ruko me izafa karte hue, toh unhone use mana kiya ye karne se. Us shaks ne jawab diya: 'Ae Aba Muhammad, kya Allah mujhe namaz padhne ke liye saza dega? Unhone kaha: 'NAHI, LEKIN WO TUMHE SUNNAT SE IKHTILAF KARNE KE LIYE SAZA DEGA'.

SUNAN AL-KUBRA 2/466.

Isi tarha ibadat Allah swt ke yaha woh qubool hogi jiske karne ka hukum Rasool ﷺ ne diya hai. Aur shab-e-barat ki ibadat kisi bhi sahee ahdees se sabit nahin.

Zara sochye ke agar yeh itni fazilat wali raat hoti to kya sahaba e karaam is raat ko ibadat na karte? Koi ek bhi waqiya sahaba e karam se sabit nahi ke un logo ne is raat ko khaas ibadat ki ho. Jo khaas ibadat ki raat hai woh toh Ramadan ki shab-e-qadr hai usme jitni chahe ibadat karein!

Ek baat yaad rakhein ke Allah swt us ibadat ko qubool karta hai jisme niyat khalis Allah ki raza ki ho aur tareeqa khalis RasoolAllah ﷺ ka ho!

Ek baat aur ki jaati hai 15 tareekh ko ke log halwa banate hai baant te hai apas main aur bahut sawab samajhte hain. Iski haqeeqat kya hai yeh bhi dekh lein..!! Halwa banane wale iski daleel yeh dete hain ke ghazwa-e-ohad me Rasool ﷺ ke daant mubarak shaheed hue the takleef ki wajah se Aap ﷺ khana khane se qasir the, isliye Rasool ﷺ ne halwa naush farmaya tha, Aap ﷺ ki is sunnat par amal karte hue is raat halwa khaya jata hai.. Yeh woh daleel hai jis par unki puri imarat qayam hai.

Tareekhi aetebar se bhi ye daleel be-buniyad hai isliye ke ghazwa-e-ohad shawwal 3 hijri me paish aya tha na ke shaban ke mahine main, yeh kitni khilafe aqal baat hai ke daant mubarak maah e shawwal me shaheed ho aur halwa khane ki sunnat maah e shahban me ada ki jaye. Woh bhi sirf ek din? Aur agar sunnat se itni hi muhabbat hai to pahle dant shaheed karwaye fir halwa khaye..!!

Agar Sone Ke Alawa Koi Cheez Ki Milkiyat Nahi, To Kya Sona Farokht Karke Sone Ki Zakat Ada Ki Jayegi?

Q: Mere paas sone(gold) ki itni miqdaar hai jis ki zakath ada karni wajib hai. Lekin zakath ki adayegi ke liye mere paas sone ke alawah kuch nahi.. kya main kuch sona farokhth kardu?

Jawab:

Jis ki milkiyat me Nisab ke mutabiq sona ho, jo 85 gm hai aur us par saal mukammal hone par us ki zakath nikalna wajib hai jo 2.5% hai. Chahe ye sone se nikali jaye ya use farokht karne ke baad us ki qeemat se ya us ke alawa kisi dusri Raqm se. Aur is liye ke aap sone ke alawah kisi cheez ki malik nahi. To aap is sone se zakath ada karein aur agar koi ek (aap ka walid ya bhai ya khawind ya koi aur) aap ki jaanib se zakath ada karta hai to ye bhi jayez hai aur is ka ajr bhi hasil hoga.

Shaikh Ibn e Baaz kahte hai:  Zakat zewar ki malikah ke zimmeh hai aur agar iska khawind ya koi aur us ki janib se us ki ijazat se zakath ada karta hai to is me koi harj nahi aur sone se zakath nikalna wajib nahi. Jab bhi saal mukammal ho to is ki qimat se zakath nikalna kaafi hai aur saal pura hone ke waqt sone aur chandi ki jo qimat hogi us hisab se zakath ada kardi jaye.

Fatawa Islamiya ( 85/2).

Shaikh ibn Uthaymeen se sawal daryaft kiya gaya:

"Zaib o Zeenat ke liye tayyar kardah sone ki zakath hai? Aur agar Sone ko farokht kiye baghair zakath ada na kar sakte ho to kya kare?"

Jawab:

Ulma e karam ke aqwaal me se sahih aur mere nazdeek rajeh ye hai ke jab zewar nisab ko pohch jaye jo 85 gm hai to is par zakath wajib hai aur agar us ke paas maal ho aur wo us maal se uski zakath ada kare to is me koi harj nahi. Aur agar us ki janib se us ka khawind ya koi qareebi rishtedaar ada kare to is me koi harj nahi aur agar dono hi na hosake to phir sone me se kuch sona farokht karke zakath ada karde. Ho sakta hai baaz log ye kahe ke hum aisa karte rahe us aurat ka zewar hi khatm hojayega aur us k paas kuch bachega hi nahi. Is ke jawab me hum ye kahenge ke ye sahi nahi kyun ke sona nisaab se kum hojaye chahe thoda hi kum hua ho to us me zakath wajib nahi hoti to is waqt us ke paas zewar bachega jise wo pehen sakti hai.

Zewar ki zakat mutalliq kiya mai ise sunaar ke paas le jakar iski qeemat lagwaon ya ise sone ki qeemat ke hisab se Zakaat ada karoon? Sunaar mujhe iski qeemat kam denge kyunki ye istemaal shuda soona hai lekin soone ka rate zyada hota hai?

Jawab:

Jab nisaab mukammal hojaye jo ki 85 gram sona hai, is par saal guzar jaye to is me se (adhayi)2 1/2 fisad ke hisaab se zakaat nikalni wajib hojaty hai, ya iski keemat se zakaat nikaly jaye, iski qeemat se wo qeemat muraad hai, jis me istemaal shuda sonaa faroqht hota hai, aur ye qeemat ghaliban naye sone ki qeemat se kam hoty hai, zakaat wajib hone ke waqt iski qeemat lagwa kar zakaat ada karde.

Shaikh ibn e Uthaymeen (rh) kahte hai aur is bina par hum us aurat ke paas maujood sone ki qeemat ka andaza lagayenge, chahe jisme isne qhareda hai ya is se kam ya zyaada,aur is iske istemal shuda sone ki qeemat ka andaza lagaya jayega aur is se adhayi feesad zakaat nikali jayegy, yaani:40 mese ek 1,lehaza 100riyal mese adhai 2 1/2 riyal ,aur 1000 me se 25riyal, aur isi hisab se iska tareeqa ye hai ke iski qeemat ko 40 par taqseem kardiya jaye aur is taqseem se hasil hone wala jawab zakaat hogyy, to is tarah aap bari uz zimma ho sakte hai, aur aag ke azab se use chutkara mil jaye gaa,aur use koi nuksaan nahi hogaa.

Shaikh (rh): se daryaft kiya gaya kya Zewar ki zakaat qeemat qhareed par hogy ya ke har saal zakaat nikalne ke waqt maujooda qeemat par?

To Shaikh ka jawab tha: Zewar ki zakaat har saal wajib hoty hai, zakaat qeemat qhareed par nahi balke saal mukammal hone ke waqt jo qeemat hogy us ke hisab se zakaat ada ki jaye gi, farz kare agar kisi aurat ne 10hazar(10,000)riyal me zewar khareeda aur jab us par saal mukammal hua to uski qeemat sirf (5000) 5 hazar riyal reh gayi to wo sirf 5 hazar riyal ki zakaat ada karegy, aur agar iske bar'aks qeemat hojaye to zakaat bhi iske bar'aks hogy, lehazaa jab isne zewar 5 hazar riyal me qareeda aur saal mukammal hojaane par iski qeemat 10 hazar riyaal ho chuki thy to zakaat 10 hazar riyal ke hisab se ada ki jayegy, kyunke ye wojub ka waqt hai, Allah taala hi taufeeq bakahshne wala hai.
