Sajde Me Dua Karna


Jin Waqto Me Dua Ki Qubuliyat Ka Zyada Imkaan Hota Hai Un Me Ek Waqt Namaz ke Sajde ka Hai:

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Banda apne Rab ke sab se zyada kareeb us haalat me hota hai jab woh sajde me hota hai, lihaaza us me kasrat se dua karo.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab as salaat (4), hadees- 1083.

Behtar Hai Ki Ap Arabi Me Dua Kare Lekin Agar Arabic Nahi Aati To Khud Ki Zuban Me Bhi Kar Sakte Hai.

۩ Aap ﷺ ki Sajde ki Dua 

Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ sajde me ye dua manga karte the,

'Aye Allah mere saare gunaah muaf karde, chote aur bade, pahle aur akhir ke, khule hue aur chupe hue.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab as salaat (4), hadees- 1084.

Jalsa e Istirahat


Dusra sajda kar chukne ke baad 1 rakat poori ho chuki hai. Ab doosri rakat ke liye ap ko uthana hai lekin uthne se pehle thodi der baithna hai. Ye taak rakat me hoga yaani agar ap 2 rakat namaz padh rahe hai to apko sirf pahli rakat ke sajde ke baad aesa karna hota hai. Agar ap 3 rakat ki namaz padh rahe hai to bhi apko sirf pahli rakat me sajde ke baad aesa karna hoga. Agar ap 4 rakat ki namaz padh rahe hai to apko pahli aur teesre rakat ke sajde ke baad aesa karna hoga. Ye itni der tak baithna hai ki apki saari haddi apni jagah par ajaye.

Iski Dalail ye hai:

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ (Allahu Akbar) kahte hue (doosre sajde) se uth te aur apna baya’n paou’n modhte hue (bichate aur) is par baith-te. Itni der tak ke har haddi apne thikane par aajati, phir (doosri raka’at ke liye) khade hote.

Sunan Abu Dawood: 730; Tirmizi: 304 ; Ibn e Majah: Iqaamatis salah: 1061. Classed as Hasan Sahih by Imam Tirmizi.

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ apni namaz ki taaq (pahli aur teesri) rakat ke baad khade hone se qabl seedhe baith‐te the.

Sahih al Bukhari: al azan- 823.

۩ Rasool Allah ﷺ jab doosre sajde se uthte to pahle baith te phir uthte waqt dono’n hath zameen par tek kar uthte.

Toh Shiddat Pasand (Extremists) Mat Bano Lekin Koshish Karo Ki Takmeel (Perfection) Ke Kareeb Raho Aur Khush Raho Aur Subha Aur Dopaher Aur Raat Ke Aakhri Hisse Me Ibadat Karke (Allah Se) Se Madad Haasil Karo."

Upar ki di hui hadith ke context me mai ek baat zahen me lana chahta hu..

Hamare yaha ke baaz shiddat-pasand logo ko foreign culture se problem hai aur wo ise haraam samajhte hai Deen ke context me. Wo ye kahte hai ki ye Yahud wa Nasara ki mushabihat karna hua. Par in masoomo ko abhi tak itna bhi nahi pata chala ki foreign me sirf Yahud wa Nasara (Jews and Christians) nahi rahte balki waha Muslims bhi rahte hai. Aur Dusri baat kisi culture ko follow karna tab tak haraam nahi hota jab tak usme koi haraam amal shamil na ho.

Misaal ke taur par ye log pant, tie, shirt aur isi tarha ke dusre chizo ko use karna Yahud wa Nasara ka amal kah kar haraam kahte hai. Pahli baat Ye Yahud wa Nasara ka amal tabhi hoga jab unki kitabo me is chiz ka zikr ho, dur dur tak kahi bhi unki kitabo me ye zikr nahi hai ki pant, tie, shirt wagaira inke Deen ka hissa hai, isi liye agar ap unke ulema ko dekhenge to unke ulema apko pant tie shirt me kabhi nazar nahi ayenge. Balki asal baat ye hai ki ye pahenna foreign culture hai na ki unke mazhab ki chize hai aur foreign me sirf Jews aur Christians hi nahi balki Muslims bhi rahte hai.

Dusri baat agar apko foreign ki chizo ya Yahud wa Nasara ki chizo se itni hi problem hai to ap khud unki chize kyu use karte hai: Facebook, WhatsApp, Phone, Lappy, Bikes, Cars, Internet, Plane ka use kar ke Hajj karna, ye sab bhi chore!!!! Ye Sab unhi ki chize hai!!! Double standards Q ?? Dogli Policy Q??

Ham soap ka use kar ke body ko clean karte hai, Jab ki RasoolAllah ﷺ Mitti ka use kr ke body clean karte the. Ham Pajama/pant pahente hai, RasoolAllah Tahband (Lungi) pahente the, Ham social networks ke zarye paigam pohchate hai jab ki RasoolAllah letters ke zarye paigam pohchaya karte the. Ab bataye, Inke Molvi/Mulle khud ye sab chize use krte hai.

Toh Agli baar Jab Aesa Aqlmand log apko pant shirt ya isi tarha ki dusri chiz use karne se roke toh ap unhe ye sab chize bhi ginwade. Ho sakta hai molvi sahab ki islah ho jaye kyu ki molvi sahab ki Islah bhi zaruri hai.

Allah hame Deen ka ilm dusro tak pohchane ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Subah aur Sham ke Azkaar

1۞ Ayat al Kursi [1 Martaba Subah aur Sham] [Surah Baqara, Ayat-255]


[Allahu laaa ilaaha illaa huwal haiyul qai-yoom; laa taakhuzuhoo sinatunw wa laa nawm; lahoo maa fissamaawaati wa maa fil ard; man zallazee yashfa'u indahooo illaa be iznih; ya'lamu maa baina aideehim wa maa khalfahum; wa laa yuheetoona beshai 'immin 'ilmihee illa be maa shaaaa; wasi'a kursiyyuhus samaa waati wal arda wa la ya'ooduho hifzuhumaa; wa huwal aliyyul 'azeem]

[Allah hi mabood bar-haq hai jis ke siwa koi mabood nahi jo zinda aur sab ka paalne wala hai, jise na oong aaye na neend, usi ka hai jo kuch aasmaano aur zameen me hai, kaun hai jo uske paas us ki ijaazat ke bagair sifarish kar sake, wo janta hai jo un ke saamne hai aur jo un ke piche hai, aur wo us ke Ilm maise kisi cheez ko jaan nahi sakte magar jitna wo chaahe, uski hukumat chaai hui hai aasmaano aur zameen par, aur allah us ki hifaazat se na thakta nahi, wo to bahut buland aur bahut bada hai.]

2۞ Mua'wwizat [ 3 martaba Subah aur Sham ]


[Qul huwal laahu ahad. Allah hus-samad. Lam yalid wa lam yoolad. Wa lam yakul-lahoo kufuwan ahad]

(1) Aap kah dijiye ke wo Allah ek (hi) hai. (2) Allah be-niyaaz hai. (3) na us se koi paida hua, na wo kisi se paida hua. (4) aur us jaisa koi nahi.


[Qul a'oozu bi rabbil-falaq. Min sharri maa khalaq. Wa min sharri ghaasiqin izaa waqab. Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil 'uqad. Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad]

(1) Aap kah dijiye! Ke mai subah ke Rab ki panaah me ata hoon. (2) har us cheez ke shar se jo us ne paida kiya hai. (3) aur andheri raat ki taariki ke shar se, jab us ka andhera fayl jaaye. (4) aur girah (laga kar un) me phunkne waalo ki burai se. (5) aur hasad karne waale ki buraayi se bhi, jab wo hasad kare.


[Qul a'oozu birabbin naas. Malikin naas. Ilaahin naas. Min sharril waswaasil khannaas. Allazee yuwaswisu fee sudoorin naas. Minal jinnati wannaas]

(1) Aap kah dijiye! ke mai logo ke parwardigaar ke panaah me ata hoon. (2) logo ke maalik ke. (3) logo ke mabood ki (panaah me). (4) was-wasa daal kar, piche hat jaane waale ke burai se. (5) jo logo ke sino me was wasa daalta hai. (6) (khwah) wo jinn maise ho ya insaan maise.

Daleel : sahih al bukhari, kitab fazaail al quran, hadees- 5017.

Note: In Teem Surat ki tilawat (Jinnaat aur Jaadu ke khilaaf ) har shay se kafi ho jaati hai.

Note: [Jab raat ko padhe to] Raat ko 3 baar padhkar hatheliyon par funke aur jism par hath fere jaha tak apka hath pohch sake. Ye amal RasoolAllah har raat kiya karte the.

3۞ Hamd [10 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[Laa ilaaha ill-Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahu’l-mulk wa lahu’l-hamd wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer]

Nahi hai koi mabood magar Allah, woh akela hai, nahi hai koi shareek uska, usi ki badshaahi hai aur usi ke liye sab tareefe hai, aur woh har shay par puri Qudarat rakhta hai.

Note: Yeh kalimaat padhne wake ko 4 gulaam aazad karne ka sawab milta hai aur tamaam din rat mai har khatarnaak chiz aur shaitaan ke khilaaf uska bachao ho jaata hai.

4۞ Kalima [3 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[Razaytu billahi Rabban wa bil-Islami dinan wa bi Muhammadin nabiyyan]

Raazi hu main Allah ke Rab hone par, aur Islam Deen hone par, aur Muhammad ﷺ ke Nabi hone par.


Daleel: Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith-5072. Musnad Imam Ahmad, Hadith-18990.

Note: Ye kalimaat padhne wale par Jannat wajib ho jayegi aur Qayamat wale din Allah use khush kar dega.

5۞ Hamd [3 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[Bismillah illazi la yazurru ma ‘a ismihi shay’un fi’l-ardi wa la fi’s-samaa’i wa huwa as-Samee‘ ul-‘Aleem]

Allah ke naam ke sath, jiske naam ke sath zameen aur aasmaan mein koi cheez nuksaan nahi pahuncha sakti, aur wohi sunne wala, janane wala hai.

Daleel: Jamia Tirmizi, Hadith -3388. Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith-5088. Classed as Hasan Sahih Gareeb by Imam Tirmizi and Hasan by Darussalam.

Note: Ye kalimaat padhne wale ko na to koi shay nuksaan pahuncha sakti hai aur na hi koi achanak naaghaani museebat use pahunchegi.

6۞ Dua [3 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[A’uzu bikalimatil-lahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq]

Mai Allah ke Kalimaat e Kamilah ki panah pakdta hoon har us chiz ke shar se jo usne paida ki.

Note: Yeh kalimaat padhne wale ko zahrile jaanwar ka dank nuksaan nahi pahuncha sakega.

7۞ Hamd [3 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[Subhaan Allahi wa bi hamdih ‘adada khalqihi wa rida nafsihi wa zinata ‘arshihi wa midaada kalimaatih]

Allah pak hai aur apni tareef ke sath hai, apni makhluq ki ginti ke barabar, aur apne nafs ki raza ke barabar, aur apne arsh ke wazan ke barabar.

Daleel: Sahih Muslim, Hadith-6913.

Note: Yeh kalimaat padhne wale ko namaz e fazr se le kar ishraaq tak musalsal Ibaadat karne wale shaksh se bhi zyada sawab hasil hota hai.

8۞ Dua [3 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[Astaghfirullahal- Azeem allazi la ilaha illa huwal-hayyul-Qayyumu wa atubu ilaih]

Mai Allah se maghfirat talab karta hoon, nahi koi mabood magar woh, khud se zinda, har cheez ko qayam rakhne wala hai, aur main usi taubah karta hoon.

Daleel: Jamia Tirmizi, Hadith- 3577. Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith-1517. Classed as hasan by darussalam

Note: Yeh kalimaat padhne wale kay sare gunah maaf kar diye jayenge agarche woh shaksh maidan e jang se hi (bujhdili dikha kar) bhaag chuka ho.

9۞ Dua [7 martaba Namaz e Fajr aur Namaz e Magrib ke fauran baad]

اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ

[Allahumma ajirni minannaar]

Aye Allah bachaa le mujhe aag se.

Daleel: Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith-5079.

Note: Ye kalimaat jo koi namaz e magarib ke baad guftgu karne se pahle padh le aur agar usi raat faut ho gaya to dozak ki aag se aazad hoga, aur jo bhi namaz e fazr ke bad guftgu se pahle ye kalimaat padh le aur usi din use maut aa gayi to dozak ki aag se aazad hoga.

10۞ Dua [1 martaba Subah aur Sham]


[Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa’dika ma astata‘t. A‘oozu bika min sharri ma sana‘tu, aboo’u laka bi ni‘matika ‘alayya wa aboo’u laka bi zanbi, faghfir li fa innahu laa yaghfiru’z-zunooba illaa anta]

Aye Allah! Tu hi mera Rab hai, nahi hai koi mabood magar tu, tune mujhe paida kiya, mai tera banda hu aur main tere ahad aur waade par (Qayam) hu, jis qadar meri taaqat hai mai teri panah mai aata hu uske shar se jo maine kiya, Apne Ap par teri Nemat ka ikraar karta hu. Aur apne gunah ka aetraaf karta hu pas mujhe baksh de kyunki nahi hai koi gunahon ko bakshne wala magar tu.

Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari. hadith- 6306. 

Note: Jo koi bhi subah (ya din) ke waqt kaamil yakin ke sath padhe aur shaam se pahle mar jaaye to Jannati hoga aur agar shaam ko padhle aur subah se pahle mar jaaye to Jannati hoga.

11۞ RasoolAllah yeh 3 Duae mangte the. [Tamaam 1 martaba Subah aur Shaam]

[Allahumma bika amsayna wa bika asbahna, wa bika nahya wa bika namoot wa ilayka’al-maseer]

Aye Allah! Humne tere naam ke saath subah ki aur tere naam ke saath shaam ki aur tere hee naam ke sath hum zindah hai aur tere hee naam ke saath hum marenge aur tere hee taraf paltanaa hai.

Sham:

[Allahumma bika asbahna wa bika amsayna, wa bika nahya wa bika namoot wa ilayka’an-nushoor]

Aye Allah! Hamne tere naam ke saath shaam ki aur tere naam ke sath subah kiaur tere hee naam ke sath hum zindah hai aur tere hee naam ke saath hum marenge aur tere hee taraf marr kar uthanaa hai.

Daleel : Jamia Tirmizi, Hadith-3391. Classed as sahih by darussalam.

[Allahumma inni as’aluka al-‘aafiyah fi’l-dunya wa’l-aakhirah. Allahumma inni as’aluka al-‘afw wa’l-‘aafiyah fi deeni wa dunyaaya wa ahli wa maali. Allahumma astur ‘awraati wa aamin raw‘aati. Allahumma  ihfazni min bayna yadayya wa min khalfi wa ‘an yameeni wa ‘an shimaali wa min fawqi wa a’oozu bi ‘azamatika an ughtaala min tahti]

Aye Allah mai tujhse sawal karta hu aafiyat ka duniya aur aakhirat mein, Aye Allah! Mai tujhse sawal karta hu maafi aur aafiyat ka mere Deen mein aur meri duniya mein aur mere gharwalo mein aur mere maal mein. Aye Allah! Parda daal meri chupi chizon par aur aman de meri ghabarahto ko, Aye Allah! Meri hifazat farmaa mere aage se aur mere piche se aur mere daaye se aur mere baaye se aur mere upar se. Aur main panah mein aata hu teri azmat ki ke achanak niche se halaak kar diya jaau.

[Allahumma alimal-ghaibi wash-shahadati faṭiras-samawati wal-arḍ, rabba kulli shai’in wa malikahu, ash-hadu an la ilaha illa anta, a`ūzu bika min sharri nafsi wa min sharrish-shaiṭani washirkihi]

Ya Allah! Gaib aur haazir ke jaanne wale, aasmano aur zameen ke paida karne wale, Har chiz ke Malik, Mai gawahi deta hu ki nahi hai koi Mabood magar Tu, Mai apne nafs ke burai se aur shaitaan ke sharr se aur uskey (mere kaamon mai) shareek hone se Teri Panaah chahta hu.

Daleel: Jamia Tirmizi, Hadith-3392. Imam Tirmizi ne is hadith ko Hasan Sahih kaha hai.

Note: Ye dua subah, sham aur bistar pe jane waqt padhna hai.

۞ Kuch digar Zikr aur Azkaar

۩ Taubah aur istagfar karna sunnat hai. [100 martaba din bhar me]

آسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

[Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh]

Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 6307. Sahih Muslim, hadees- 6858.

۩ Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi [100 martaba Subah aur Sham]

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

[SubhanAllah wa bihamdih]

Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 6405. Sahih Muslim, hadees- 6842, 6843.

۩ 4 Fazeelat wale Azkaar [Har Azkaar 100 martaba din bhar me]

1. سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ

[SubhanAllah]

100 gulaam aazad karne ka sawab

2. الْحَمْدُللّهِ

[Alhamdulillah]

100 ghode jihaad me bhejne ka sawab

3. اللّهُ اَكْبَرُ

[Allahu  akbar]

100 oont (camel) Allah ki raah mein Qurbaan karne ka sawab

4. لآ اِلَهَ اِلّا اللّهُ

[La ilaha illallah]

Zameen aur aasmaan ko bhar dete hain

Daleel: Sunan Kubra lil Nisai, hadees- 10680.

Allah (swt) ne Rasool'Allah ﷺ ko Jannat ka khazana ata farmaya (wo ye kalimaat hai)

لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ

[La hawla wala quwwata illa billah]

Nahi hai (Gunah se bachne ki) himmat, aur nahi hai (neki karne ki) taakat magar Allah ke toufeek se.

Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 6409. Sahih Muslim, hadees- 6862.

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne mushkil haalat me aur Ibrahim (a.s) ne aag main dale jaatey waqt ye kalimaat padhe :

حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ‏

[Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal-wakeel]

Hamne Allah pe bharosa kiya aur Wohi behatarin kaarsaaz (Madagaar) hai.

Daleel: Surah aal e Imran, Ayat-173. Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 4563.

Surat Baqarah ki aakhari 2 aayat ki tilaawat (Raat 1 baar) bande ke liye (Nafaa dene main) kaafi ho jaati hai.

Daleel: Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 4008. Sahih Muslim, hadees-1878.

Surah Mulk tilawat karne wale shaksh ke liye (raat 1 baar) yeh surate sifaarish karti rahengi hatta ke uski bakhshish kar di jaayegi.

Sunan Abu Dawud, hadees-1400. Classed as (Hasan)

Durud shareef padhne wala shaksh (10 martaba subah aur shaam) RasoolAllah ﷺ ki sifarish ka haqdaar ho jaata hai.

Daleel: Majmau' al-Zawa'id lil Haythami, Hadith- 17022.

Note: Is Durud se murad Namaz wala Durud e Ibraheemi hai (Allahumma salle'ala.....)

Allah (swt) ki Hamd aur uske Rasool ﷺ par Durud padhna, hamaari Du'aawon ki qubuliyat ka behatareen zariya hai.

Sunnat Ko Farz Na Banayen



Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. Se Riwayat Hay, Nabi ﷺ Ne Farmaya: "Beshak Deen Aasaan Hai. Aur Jo Shakhs Deen Me Sakhti Karega To Deen Ispar Gaalib Ajaayga. Toh Shiddat Pasand (Extremists) Mat Bano Lekin Koshish Karo Ki Takmeel (Perfection) Ke Kareeb Raho Aur Khush Raho Aur Subha Aur Dopaher Aur Raat Ke Aakhri Hisse Me Ibadat Karke (Allah Se) Se Madad Haasil Karo."

Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Book 2, Hadith 39.

Jo maine upar hadiths bayan ki hai Mai is ke mutallik kuch baate share karna chahta hu, jo ki practically Ummah ko shiddat-pasandi me dala jata hai.

Hamari Ummat ke kuch zyada padhe-likhe log samajhte hai ki agar ham kisi point par sunnat chize nahi karen to ham boht bada gunah kar rahe hai aur baaz aukat wo logo ko Deen se hi nikal dete hai, halanki agar inse sunnat ki defination bhi puchi jaye to ye thik se bata na paye. Mai bas ye kahna chahta hu ki Sunnat kaam ko na karne se koi gunah nahi hota aur khud Allah aur uske Rasool ﷺ ne ise sunnat declare kiya hai farz nahi, Toh jab Allah aur uske Rasool ne hame paband (farz) nahi kiya hai toh inko kisne certificate diya hai ki jo log sunnat chore unhe ye log Deen se nikal de aur insult wa ilzam-tarashi kare. Iska ye kahi matlab nahi hai ki sunnat ki targeeb na dilayi jaye par log yaha targeeb dilane ke bajaye dusre ki insult krne aur in par ilzam-tarashi karne me lag jate hai.

To Sunnat ki targeeb dilaye lekin usse pahle farz ki targeeb dilaye kyu ki sunnat na karne me koi gunah nahi hai lekin farz na karne se gunah hai aur ham jawabdeh hai Allah ke huzur. Hamare muashre me 90% se zyada log Wirasat me bahno ko hissa nahi dete hai jab ki ye farz hai toh ispe wo log kuch nahi bolenge, Agar koi bank se Interest consume kar raha hai to wo isse nahi rokenge jab ki ye boht bada gunah hai lekin agar bande ne pant-shirt pahen li to bas qayamat aajayegi, uske piche hath dho kar pad jayenge. Ye aese dogle log hai.

Toh Kindly sunnat ko sunnat rahne de use farz na banaye, aur sunnat ki dawat dene se pahle ap use farz ki dawat de, Agr kisi bande ne topi ya pagdi nahi pahni hai to use us par puchne ke bajaye pahle ye puche ki wo 5 time namaz bhi padhta hai ki nahi, kya wo gair-Muslim ko Deen ke taraf dawat deta hai ya nahi, kya wo Wirasat me apni bahno ko haq deta hai ki nahi, ye saare kaam farz hai us par.

Toh Deen me balance banaye rakhe, farz ko sunnat na banaye aur sunnat ko farz na banaye.. and for the second time is message ka matlab ye bilkul nahi hai ki sunnat ki targeeb na dilayi jaye, ap dilaye use lekin sunnat tarike se, muhabbat se samjhaye use, akele me samjhaye taaki wo insult na feel kar sake, aur agar apko uski waqai fikr hai toh uske liye duae kare ki Allah use sunnat par qayam kar de.

Allah ham sab ko Deen ki samajh ata kare. aameen.

Kya Ramzan Me Mushtzani (Masturbation) Se Roza Tut Jata Hai


Alhmdulillah..

Musht-zani se roza fasid ho jata hai, jo bhi yeh kaam kare is ke zimma is din ki Qaza aur is gunah se tauba karna zaroori hai.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen ka kahna hai:

'Jab rozedaar musht-zani kare aur ikhraaj ho jaye to is ka roza toot jata hai, lehza is par is din ki qaza wajib hai nah ke kaffara, kyunke kaffara to sirf Jamaa (intercourse) ki bina par wajib hota hai, is ke ilawa use apne amal par tawba karna chahiye.'

Lihza jab woh musht-zani kere aur inzaal (ejaculation) ho jaye toh roza toot jayega lekin agar inzaal na ho toh fir roza nahi tootega.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen ne al-Sharh al-Mumti’ mein kaha hai :

'Agar inzaal (ejaculation) ke bagair musht zani ki toh us ka roza nahi tootega.'

Zakat Al Fitr Ke Mutallik Kuch Sawalaat


1۝. Sawal:  Mujh par kitni zakat nikalna zaruri hai ? Mere paas Bank me taqreeban 1500 Dinaar hai.

Sab se pahle ye zaruri hai ke zakat ul Fitr (Fitrana) Jo ke Ramzan ke aakhir me hota Hai,aur Mali-Zakat main farq Hai; Fitrana har Musalman par wajib Hai,aur ise unlogon ki taraf se ada karne padenge Jin ka naan wa nafqa iske zimme hai, aur ye Eid ke din ya Eid ki raat (chand raat) me apni aur ahal-khana (Family) ki zaruriyaat se faazil hone wale anaaj me se har fard ki taraf se aik saa Diya jayega.

Chunanche Fitrana wajib hone ke liye makhsus maal jama hone ya is par saal guzarne ki shart nahi lagai jati, jaise ke maal ( sone,chandi,naqdi) ki zakat me lagayi jati Hai.

Is tarah Fitrane ka kisi shakhs ki milkiyat me moujud jayedaad, ya rupya Paisa ke sath koi taaluq nahi hai, kyunki insan Fitrana apni taraf se ya jinka kharcha iske zimme hai sirf uski taraf se ada krta Hai.

2۝. Sawal: Mai kis kis ki taraf se zakat-ul-fitr ada karunga, kya apne walid sahab ki taraf se bhi ada karunga ?

Aapke sawal ke mutabiq Aap apni taraf se, biwi, bete, aur walid ke pass maal ki adam moujudgi me unki taraf se bhi Fitrana ada karenge.

Jab ke is baat par sab ka Ijmaa hai ke shikam e madar (Jo bachha pet me hai; foetus ) me moujud bachche ki taraf se fitrana wajib nahi hai, lekin agar phir bhi Ap shikam e madar me moujud bachche ki taraf se bhi ada kar den to is me koi harj nahi.

3۝. Kya yeh mumkin hai ke zakat naqdi ki shakal me na ho, balke mai naqdi se ek janwar lekar inke darmiyaan taqseem kardoon ?

Fitrane ke liye Aap apne ilaqe me aam taur wale Anaaj aur khaye jane wala Anaaj dein.

Chunanche Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Baaz rahimullah kahte Hai:

"Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim me Abu saied khudri Raziallahu anhu be se marwi hai ke wo kahte hai ke: "Hum Nabi ﷺ ke zamane me (ta'aam) khane ka aik saa, ya khajuron ka aik saa, ya Jao ka aik saa, ya kishmish ka aik saa (fitrane me) dete the"

Bohot se ahle ilm me Hadith me mazkur "ta'aam" se muraad har wo cheez li hai jise kisi bhi ilaqe ke log batour khurak (us ilake ka aam khurak) istemaal karte hon, chahe gandum ho, ya makai ho, ya baajra, ya koi aur cheez, "ta'aam" ka yahi maani durust Hai.
Kyunki Fitrana ameer logon ka gharib tabqe me sath izhare hamdardi Hai, aur kisi bhi musalman par ye wajib nahi hai ke izhare hamdardi gair-ilaqi giza se kare." End quote

Shaikh Ibn e Taymiyya rahimullah aur Shaikh Uthaymeen rahimullah wagaira ne bhi isi maani ko pasand kiya hai.

Chunanche isse malum hota hai ke Fitrana aam ghizai ajnaas se ada kiya jayega, naqdi ki shakal me nahi diya jayega. Jaise ke sawal me zikr kiya gaya hai,is liye fitrane ke liye naqdi ka koi mutbadal (uske badle) bhi nahi diya ja sakta.

Chahe zakat ul Fitr (fitrana) ho, ya Maali zakat, zakat ada karne wale ka ye haq nahi banta ke apni zakat me man-maniyaa karte hue Fuqra (jise zakat diya ja raha hai) ke liye khud hi kharidariyan shuru kar de, aur is se ghosht, kapde,ya digar zaruriyaat ki ashya kharid le.

4۝. Sawal: Zakat ul Fitr kin ko di jasakti hai? Kya mai apne ek dusre Mulk me muqeem ahel khana ko bhi bhej sakta hoon, kyunki inke halaath wahan kuch zyada mushkil hai.

Zarurat ke waqt fitrana ya zakat apne mulk me rishtedaron ke pass bhi bheja ja sakta hai, is me koi harj nahi, balke Fitrana Mulk se bahar bhejna is waqt mazeed zaruri ho jata hai jis waqt jis mulk me log mazduri ki garz se jaye aur wahan ke logon ki aksiriyat aasudah aur khushaal ho, jab ke khud iske apne mulk ke log bhook payas aur tangi me moujud ho.

Aur inme se aksar log apne mulk me moujud fuqra ke bare me achchi tarah jante hai, aur Jahan mazduri ka mouqa mila hai yahan ke gharib logon ka ilm nahi hota.

Zakat ke muntaqali is waqt mazid zour pakad jati Hai jab mulazimat wale mulq se zakat apne asli mulq me iske rishtedaron aur azeez wa aqarib me taqsim ki jani ho.

5۝. Sawal: Kya zakat-ul-Fitr Eid se do hafte qabal ada karna jayez hai, taake inki sahih tarah madad hosake?  Zakat-ul-Fitr miqdaar kitni hogi?

Ramzan ke aakhri din ka Suraj ghurub hone se fitrana wajib ho jata hai, aur ise eid ki namaz se qabal ada karna zaruri hota hai, taham zaruriyaat ke bina par do teen din pahle bhi ada kiya ja sakta hai.

Chunanche mazkurah Bala bayan ke baad: Eid se aik ya do hafte qabal fitrana ada karna jayez nahi hai.

Lekin agar aapko andesha ho ke fitrana Eid ke waqt tak nahi pahunch payega to aap itna pahle bhej sakte hai ke asani se matluba jagah pahunch jaye, chahe ramzan se pahle hi kyun na bhejna pade, Ap is ke liye kisi motamad (معتمد; Trustworthy) shakhs ko zimmedari sounp den, ke woh ap ke fitrane ki raqam se anaaj kharid le, aur muqararah waqt se pahle iski adayegi mat karen.

Aur maali zakat jaise ke pahle bhi guzar chuka hai ke Ramzan ya Gair-Ramzan se iska koi taluq nahi hai, balke jab bhi nisab tak Maal pahunch jaye, aur is par saal bhi guzar Jaye to iski zakat nikalna wajib ho jayega.

Aur agar ek saal hone me abhi ek maah se kam wa besh muddat baqi ho, aur sahab e maal zakat dena chahe to iske liye apne maal ki advance zakat dena jayez hai, bashartiya ke advance zakat ada karne ki zarurat bhi ho.

6۝. Sawaal: Kya mai meri zaati car, gharelu samaan, biwi ka zaati zewar ki bhi zakat ada karun, jaise ke mere walid sahab ne mere bhaiyou ko kaha hai ke nifs makan ki registration mere naam karwana chahate hai.

Naqdi paison me zakat ki farziyat ke liye do sharton ka paya Jana zaruri hai.

1- Maal nisab Taj pahunchta ho

2 - Nisab par aik saal bhi guzar chuka ho.

Chunanche agar maal nisab se kam hai to is par zakat wajib nahi hogi.

Lehaza jab maal nisab tak pahunch jaye, aur nisab tak pahunchne ke baad is par ek hijri saal bhi guzar Jaye to is waqt zakt wajib hogi.

Aur isme se zakat ke liye 2.5% (dhai fisad) Diya jayega.

Aur apke zaati istemaal me aane wali car, aur rehaish par kisi qisam ki zakat nahi Hai.

Aur aapke walid mohtaram apni milkiyat mai se khuch bhi apke naam register karwa sakte hai, isme koi harh nahi. Haan agar aapke walid ke aapke alawah bhi bete hai to inhe nazar andaaz karte hue sirf aapko dena jayez nahi hai, balke sab ke darmayaan adal karte hue barabari ki bunyaad par sab ko dena zaruri hai.

Aur agar aapke Bhai aapke liye walid ki taraf se karwai Jane wali registration par baghair kisi jhijhak aur jabar ke razi hain, to aapke walid ke liye inki raza mandi se aapke naam kisi bhi cheez likhwa dene me koi harj nahi mai.
