Imam Nasai r.h. ki Wafaat ka Bayaan


Jab Misr me apke Ilm wa Adab ka charcha khoob hua toh haasideen (hasad karne walo) ne hasad karna shuru kar diya. Aap waha se Falastin ke shahar 'Ramlah' gaye. Yaha chunke banu Ummayya ki taweel hukumat ke sabab kharjiyat aur nasbiyat ka zor tha, log hazrat Ali r.a. ke baare me badgumaan the, lehaza ap Damashq tashreef le gaye, mimbar par tashreef laakar kitab 'khasais e Ali' ki qirat shuru ki, abhi thodi si hi padhi thi ke logo ne istefsar karna shuru kar diya ke Ameer Muawiya ke baare me bhi kuch likha hai? Imam sahab ne inki mansha ke khilaf jawab diya, awaam mushtamil ho gayi aur apko maara peeta.

Nazuk jagaho par sakht chote aayi, behoshi ki halat me log utha kar ghar laaye. Hosh aane par apko mahsus hua ke shayad mai zinda na rah saku toh bataur e wasiyyat apne farmaya ke mujhe Makkah muazzama le chalo. Mera madfan aur jaaye wafaat wahi honi chahiye. Kaha jata hai ke apki wafaat Makkah muazzama me hui aur apko safa wa marwa ke darmiyan dafan kiya gaya.

Dua e Qunut Yaad Na Hone ke Wajah Se 3 Baar Surah Ikhlas Padhna

Salaam alaikum mere azeez bhai. Aapse ye puchna tha ki kya agar Dua e Qunut yaad na ho toh uski jagah par surah ikhlas ko 3 martaba padhna durust hoga?

Jawab

Alhamdulillah..

Ahle ilm kahte hai ki jisko Dua e qunut yaad na ho use chahiye ki wo Quran ya sunnat se koi aur dua padh le kyuki dua e qunut ka maksad Allah se dua karna hota hai. Hamare muashre me ye baat aam hai ki jisko dua e qunut yaad na ho, use dua e qunut ki jagah par teen baar surah Ikhlas (qul huwallahu ahad...) padhna chahiye. Lekin aesi koi baat sunnat se sabit nahi hai, aur is par surah ikhlas ka qiyas bhi galat hai kyuki surah ikhlas Allah ki taareef hai na ki koi dua. Toh surah ikhlas ki jagah ap koi aur dua wali ayat padh le jaise Rabbana aatina fid duniya, ya koi aur dua.

۩ Shaykh Saleh al Munajjid ek sawal ka jawab dete hue farmate hai,

“Aur sawal karne wale bhai ne jo ye bayan kiya hai ke woh dua e qunoot ke badle Quran ki tilawat karta tha, bila-shak aisa nahi karna chahiye, kyuki qunoot ka maqsad dua hai, isi liye agar ye ayat dua par mushtamil ho to is ki qirat kar ke qunoot karna jayez hai.”

Kaffara ada Karne ke Liye Bachho Ko Khana Khilana


Sawaal

Kasam todne ka kaffara (kafaarat al-yameen) ada karte waqt, kya bachhe, gareeb me shamil honge? Kya kaffara ka khana khilane ke liye kisi khas kism ka khana khilana zaruri hai, ya wo koi bhi khana ho sakta hai?

Jawab:-

Alhamdulillah.

Pahli baat:

Agar wo shaks gareeb hai jiski deeni zimmedari hai bachho ka khyal rakhna, aur bachho ke paas khud ke kharch pure karne ke liye koi daulat nahi hai, tab kaffara ada karne ke liye ye (bachhe) gareeb logo me shumaar kiye ja sakte hai jinko khana khilana hai.

Dusri baat:

Kaffara ke liye jo khana shumaar kiya jayega wo munasib (moderate quality) hona chahiye ki jo shaks kaffara ada kar raha hai wo aam taur par khata ho aur apni family ko khilata ho, jaise khajur, gehu, makai, chawal, wagaira.

Aur Allah ke taraf se hi taaqat hai. Allah apne Rasool, unke aal aur unke sahaba par apni rahmat aur barkat nazil kare. [alfaz khatm]

Apni Biwi Ko Pyare Naam Se Bulana Bhi Sunnat Hai


۞ Ayesha r.a. ne bayan kiya ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ek din farmaya,

'يَا عَائِشَ، هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ يُقْرِئُكِ السَّلاَمَ' ‏‏-‏ فَقُلْتُ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، تَرَى مَا لاَ أَرَى-

Aye 'Ayesh' (Ayesha) yeh Jibrail a.s. tashreef farma hai aur tumhe salaam kahte hai, maine is par jawab diya 'wa alayhis salaamu warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu', Aap woh cheez dekhte hai jo mujh ko nazar nahi aati (yaani Jibrail a.s. ko).

Raawi kahte hai ki Ap r.a. ki murad Nabi ﷺ se thi.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab fazail ashaab an nabi ﴾62﴿, hadees- 3768.

Is hadees me Rasool ﷺ ne apni biwi Ayesha r.a. ko 'Aye Ayesh' kah kar pukara, aakhri harf hata kar, isko tarkheem (apocopation) kahte hai, iska matlab ye hai ki kisi naam ke aakhri aawaz ko hata diya jaaye taaki wo naam chota ho jaye aur us naam me shafkat ya muhabbat nazar aaye.

۩ Ibn Battaal r.h. kahte hai,

“Jaha tak 'Aye Ayesh' kahne ka talluq hai, toh ye tarkheem (apocopation) ke baab (heading) ke tahat aati hai, jo Arab naam ko chota kar ke karte the.” [alfaz khatam].

Ibn Battaal ki Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari, (9/350).

۩ Imam Nawawi r.h. kahte hai,

“Unka kahna ki unhone kaha, 'Aye Ayesh aapke sath kya muamla hai', ye is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki naamo ke aakhri awaz ko hata dene ki ijazat hai, jab tak ke use bura na lage jiska naam chota kiya ja raha hai.” [alfaz khatam].

Insan ki ye fitrat hai ki ye choti choti khushiya usko pasand aati hai aur muhabbat ka zarya banti hai aur in choti khushiyo par chaar chand lag jate hai jab ye amal sunnat bhi ho. Allah hame amal ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Qisto (installments) Par Samaan Lene Ke Ahkaam


Alhamdulillah..

Qisto me saamaan lene ka matlab ye hai ki ap saamaan ko pahle hi hasil kar le aur uski qeemat baad me ek hi baar me ya thoda thoda kar ke ada kare.

Qisto me len-den un masail me se hai jin ka is daur me hukm malum karne ka ahtimaam karna zaruri hai. Is liye ke dusri jung e azeem (2nd world war) ke baad qisto me muamla karna bahut aam hota ja raha hai.

Aaiye dekhte hai hamare Deen ne hame is bareme kya rahnumayi ki hai:

۩ Ayesha r.a. bayan karti hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne ek Yahudi se udhaar galla (food) khareeda aur us ke paas apni lohe ki dhaal girwi rakh di.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al buyu ﴾34﴿, hadees- 2068.

Yeh hadees qisto par udhaar saamaan khareedne aur bechne ki dalalat karti hai.

Agarche qist me khareed farokht ki daleel milti hai lekin is chiz me ulema e karaam me ikhtilaf hai ki kya qisto me saamaan ki qeemat se zyada paise dena ya lena jayz hai ya nahi yaani agar koi chiz 100 rupye ki hai toh qist me lene ke wajah se wo samaan ki qeemat 110 ho jaye, jo ki aam taur par hamare muashre me hota hai.

Bahut kam ulema is chiz ko haraam samajhte hai aur wo kahte hai ki yeh sood hai. Unka  ye kahna isliye hai kyuki is me qeemat zyada hai aur ye zyada qeemat, muddat (time-period) ke wajah se hai toh yahi sood kahlata hai .

Aur Jamhur (aksar) ulama e karaam jin me aimma arba (char imam) bhi shamil hai wo iske jawaaz (jayez hone) ke qayel hai.

۩ Hanafi mazhab me hai ke:

'Muddat ke aewaz qeemat badhana jayz hai.'

Badaa'i al-Sanaa'i, 5/187.

۩ Maliki mazhab:

'Zyada waqt ke liye qeemat me se kuch miqdaar badha kar rakhi ja sakta hai.'

Bidaayat al-Mujtahid, 2/108.

۩ Shafi mazhab:

'5 Nakad (cash), 6 taakheer ki adayegi ke barabar hai.'

al-Wajeez by al-Ghazaali, 1/85.

۩ Hambali mazhab:

'Deri keemat me kuch shamil kar deti hai.'

Fataawa Ibn Taymiyah, 29/499.

In ahle ilm ke dalail ye hai:

Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

۩ 'Allah ne tijarat ko halal kiya.'

Surah Baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat-275.

Is ayat ka aam matlab me har tarah ki tijarat aati hai jisme taakhir adayegi ke tahat qeemat ko badhana bhi shamil hai.

۩ Aye logo jo eeman laye ho, aapas me ek dusre ke maal batil tareeqo se na khao, len-den hona chahiye aapas ki razamandi se.

Surah Nisa ﴾4﴿, ayat-29.

Is ayat ka aam matlab bhi isi taraf nishandehi karta hai ki ek dusre se tijarat karna jayz hai agar apas ki razamandi ho. Yaani agar khareedne wala shaks zyada keemat dene ko tayar hai taakhir ki adayegi ki wajah se toh len-den jayz hai.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ke maine Nabi ﷺ ko safar me ek oont (camel) becha tha. Jab ham Madinah pahunche toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke masjid me ja kar do rakat namaz padh lo, fir Aap ne (oont ki keemat ko sone se) wazan kiya aur mujhe asal qeemat se zyada keemat ada ki.

Jabir r.a. mazeed kahte hai, 'Is me se kuch thoda sa mere paas tab se mahfooz tha. lekin shaam wale ( Yazeed ke lashkar) yaum e Harra ke mauqe par mujh se cheen kar le gaye.

Sahih al Bukhari, book of gifts ﴾51﴿, hadees- 2604.

۩ Shaykh ibn Baaz se muddat ke aewaz me qeemat zyada karne ke hukm ke mutalliq sawal kiya gaya toh unka ye jawab tha:

“Is muamla me koi harj nahi, is liye ke saamaan ke liye nakad ada karna aur taakhir me ada karne me farq hai, aur aj tak musalman is tarha ke muamlat karte aa rahe hai, is ke jayz hone par unki janib se yeh Ijma ki tarah hi hai, aur baaz ulema ne is par ajeeb raaye rakhi aur muddat ke aewaz qeemat zyada karne ko mana qaraar diya hai aur un ka gumaan hai ke yeh sood hai, is qawl ki koi bunyad nahi banti, aur na hi ye sood hai, is liye ke tijarat karne wale ne jab udhaar samaan farokht kiya toh woh muddat ki wajah qeemat zyada karke nafa haasil karne par muttafik hua aur kharidar bhi mohlat aur muddat ki bina par qeemat zyada dene par muttafik hua kyuki woh naqad qeemat ada karne ki istetaat nahi rakhta, toh is tarha dono fareeq is muamle se nafa haasil karte hai.

Nabi ﷺ se bhi is ka sabut milta hai jo is ke jayz hone par dalalat karta hai woh yeh ke Nabi ﷺ ne Abdullah bin Amr bin aas r.a. ko lashkar tayyar karne ka hukm diya, toh woh udhaar me ek oont ke badle do oont khareedte the [Sunan Abu Dawud, 3357], fir yeh muamla Allah subhana wa tala is farman me bhi dakhil hota hai:

'Aye eemaan walo! Jab tum aapas mein miyaad muqarrar tak ke liye karz ka len-den karo toh use likh liya karo (al-baqarah, 28).

Aur yeh muamla bhi jaiz qarzo me se hai aur is ayat mein dakhil hai aur yeh bay’ al-salam (forward buying ) ke tarah hi hai.” [khtam.]

Jannat Itni Sasti Nahi Hai


Allah farmate hai,

Ya fir kya tum yeh gumaan kiye baithe ho ke Jannat me yunhi chale jaoge halanke ab tak tum par wo haalaat nahi aaye jo tum se pichle logo par aaye the.

Unpar sakhtiya guzri, museebate aayi, hila maare gaye, hatta ke waqt ka Rasool aur uske saathi ahle eeman cheekh utthey ke Allah ki madad kab aayegi, us waqt unhe tasalli di gayi ke haa Allah ki madad qareeb hai.

Surah Baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat-214.

Hamare muashre me ek galat fehmi hai ki kyuki ham RasoolAllah ﷺ ke ummati hai, toh hame har haal me baksh diya jayega. Aesa nahi hai jaise hamne gumaan kar liya hai. Aaiye is mauzu ko Islam ke teesre khalifa ki seerat ki roshni me jante hai, Usman e gani r.a. ki seerat ki roshni me.

۩ Hani' (Usman r.a. ke aazaad karda gulam) kahte hai,
“Usman r.a. jab kisi kabristan par thaherte toh itna rote ke Ap ki daadhi bheeg jati, un se kisi ne kaha ke jab Ap ke saamne Jannat o Jahannum ka zikr kiya jata hai toh nahi rote hai aur kabr ko dekh kar is qadar ro rahe hai?
Toh (Usman r.a. ne) kaha ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya hai, 'Aakhirat ki manzil me se kabr pahli manzil hai, so agar kisi ne kabr ke aazaab se nijaat paayi toh us ke baad ke marahil aasan honge aur agar jise azaab e qabr se nijaat nah mil saki toh is ke baad ke manazil (muqaam) sakht tar honge'.”

Usmaan r.a. ne mazeed kaha ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya, “Ghabrahat aur sakhti ke aitebaar se kabr ki tarha kisi aur manzar ko nahi dekha'.”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al Zuhd ﴾36﴿, hadees- 2308. Imam Tirmizi ise Hasan gareeb karaar dete hai.

Toh ye aalam hai Usman r.a. ke Takwe ka jab ki yahi wo sahabi hai jinhe teen baar RasoolAllah ﷺ se Jannat ki basharat mili hai (Bukhari, 2778; Sunan Nasai, 3638, hasan).

SubhanAllah! teen baar Jannat ki basharat milne ke bawujud bhi ek shaks kabr ke aazaab se itna dar raha hai. Aur ham logo ko toh ek baar bhi Jannat ki basharat nahi mili hai, fir bhi hamlogo ne kitni baar Allah ke khauf se apni dadhi tar ki hai ya apne aankh me aasu bhare hai.

Balki hamare muashre me isse ulti surat zarur paayi jati hai ki ham khud ko Jannati firqe me shumar karne lage hai, yaani hamara gumaan ye hai ki ham us groh me se hai jo Jannat me jayegi. Allahu akbar kitna bada daawa hai ye, ek taraf sahabi e Rasool hai jinko teen baar jannat ki bashrat mili hai aur fir bhi wo Allah ke khauf se ro rahe hai aur ek ajkal ke log hai jo bina basharat ke hi apne apko Jannati karaar dete hai. Ye iske alawa kuch nahi ki shaitan ne aese logo ko dhoke me daal rakha hai. Allama Iqbal kahte hai,
“Yeh Shahadat Gahe Ulfat Me Qadam Rakhna Hai..  
Log Aasaan Samjhte Hai Musalman Hona!”
Ham dua karte hai ki Allah hamare gunaho ko darguzar kare aur hame apni rahmat ke saaye me jagah ata kare.
