Salaf ke Faham se Deen Samajhna


Salaf as saaleh yaani nek aslaaf. Salaf me teen zamane ke logo ko shumaar kiya jata hai, Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen.

Salaf ke fahm se deen samajhne se murad ye hai ki ham salaf ke raaye aur unke amal se deen ko samajhte hai jab tak ke unki raaye kitab wa sunnat ke khilaf na jaye. Ye isliye kyuki wo behtareen zamane ke log the, jaisa ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ek hadees me farmaya hai,

۩ Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Sabse behtareen log mere zamane ke hai (RasoolAllah aur sahaba), aur fir wo jo iske baad ayenge (tabaeen), aur fir wo jo uske baad ayenge (tabe-tabaeen).”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab Ar Riqaaq ﴾81﴿, hadees- 6429.

Lekin iska ye bilkul matlab nahi hai ki hamare aslaaf se galti nahi ho sakti. Deen me sirf ek hi insan hai jisse galti nahi ho sakti aur wo hai Allah ke Rasool. Unke alawa koi bhi insan nahi hai jisse deen ke masle me galti na ho sake. Isi talluq se Imam Malik ka qawl hame milta hai jo khud ek salaf hai:

۩ Imam Malik (tabe-tabaeen) farmate hai:

“Mai sirf ek insaan hu, kabhi meri baat sahih hoti hain aur kabhi galat, toh tum meri us baat ko jo Quran aur Hadees ke mutabik ho le liya karo aur us baat ko jo is ke khilaf ho chor diya karo.”

Ibn Abdul Barr, Jaami Bayaan al-Ilm (2/32).

Baaz log aese hai jo salaf ke tarike par chalne me gulu kar jaate hai aur wo baaz auqat salaf ke qawl ko Quran ki ayato aur hadees ke muqable me pesh karte hai. Ye jahalat hai aur salaf ki Taqleed hai. Ham salaf ke qawl ko bas wahi tak tasleem karte hai jab tak salaf ki raaye ya amal kisi ayat ya sahih hadees ke khilaf na jaaye.

۞ Is Mauzu par ek misaal

۩ Muslim Ibn Ibraaheem kahte hai:

Hishaam Ad-Dastawaa’ee r.h. (Tabaeen) kabhi bhi raat se lekar subah tak apna charag baahar nahi rakhte the aur ye kaha karte the, “Jab bhi andhera hota hai, mai kabr ke andherapan ke bareme sochne lagta hu.”

Al-Hilyah, 6/221.

Lekin Rasoolullah ﷺ ne sone se pahle charag bujhane ka hukm diya hai.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke raat ki jab ibtida ho ya (Aap ne farmaya ) jab shaam ho toh apne bachho ko rok lo (aur ghar se bahar na nikalne do) kyunke is waqt shaitan fail jaate hai fir jab raat ki ek ghadi guzar jaaye toh inhe chor do aur darwaze band kar lo aur is waqt Allah ka naam lo kyunke shaitan band darwaze ko nahi kholta aur Allah ka naam le kar apne mashkeezo (waterskin) ka mun baandh do. Allah ka naam le kar apne bartano ko dhaak do, khwah kisi cheez ko is par rakh kar hi dhak sako aur apne chirag (sona se pahle ) bujha diya karo.

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al shurbat ﴾74﴿, hadees- 5623.

Toh ab ek eemaan wale ko salaf ke qawl ko chor dena chahiye aur hadees par wapis aa jana chahiye kyuki jab hadees mil jaye toh wahi hamara mazhab hai. Aur Quran me Allah ka yahi hukm hai,

۩ Aur (dekho) kisi momin mard ya kisi momin aurat ko ye haq nahi hai ki jab Allah aur uska Rasool kisi muamle ka faisla kar de to fir use apne us muamle me khud faisla karne ka ikhteyar hasil rahe. (yaad rakho ) Allah taala aur us ke Rasool ki jo bhi nafarmani karega woh saaf gumrahi me padega.

Teen Girah

en   -
Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jab koi tum me se soya hua hota hai, toh shaitan us ke sir ki gaddi par khoob achi tarha se teen girhe laga deta hai aur har girah par yeh alfaaz phoonk deta hai ke abhi bahut raat baaki hai, pada sota reh. Lekin agar woh shakhs jaag kar Allah ka zikr shuru karta hai toh ek girah khul jati hai. Fir jab wuzu karta hai toh dusri girah khul jati hai. Fir jab namaz e fajr padha hai toh teesri girah bhi khul jaati hai aur subah ko khush mizaaj khush dil rahta hai, warna badmizaaj sust rah kar woh din guzaarta hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab badi al khalq ﴾59﴿, hadees- 3269.

۞ Is hadees ki tafseer

۩ Ibn Abdul Barr r.h. kahte hai,

“Ye hadees is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki shaitan us shaks ko sula deta hai aur shaitan apne mushakkat aur waswase se, aur apne aazmaane, gumrah karne aur jhut ko pur-kashish banane ki taqat se use bhaari aur aalsi banaye rakhta hai, siwaye jo Allah ke mukhlis bande ho.

Ye hadees is chiz ki nishandehi karti hai ki Allah ke zikr, wuzu aur namaz se shaitan ko bhagaya ja sakta hai.” [alfaz khatm]

Al-Tahmeed (19/45).

۩ Ibn Qayyim r.h. kahte hai,

“Bila-shak khud namaz se jism ko achhi sehat milti hai, aur ye jism ko madad karti hai ki ye napaki se dur rahe aur (apne pas) wo rakhhe jo sabse zyada faydemand hai, aur sath sath eemaan ki salamati aur is dunya aur akhirat ke khushi ke liye.

Isi tarha qiyam al lail (raat ki namaz) khud ko accha rakhne ke liye sabse faydemand zarye maise hai, aur purani bimario (chronic diseases) se bachne ke liye, aur jism, rooh aur dil ko taqat dene wali sabse achhi chiz hai ye jaisa ki saheehain (bukhair aur muslim) me kaha gaya hai..” (aur fir unhone hadees likhi)

Kya Allah ka Diya Hua Naam Hamare Liye Kaafi Nahi?


Allah swt farmate hai,

'..ussi Allah ne tumhara naam Musalman rakha hai is Quran se pahle aur is me bhi..

Quran, 22.78.

۩ Haris al Ash'ari riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ne farmaya, 'Mai tumhe paanch baato ka hukm deta hu jinka Allah taala ne mujhe hukm diya hai. Pahla hai Jamaah, dusra hai itaat karna, teesra hai sunna, chautha hai Hijrat aur panchwa hai Jihad karna Allah ke raah me.

Aur  jo shaks balisht barabar bhi Jamaah se alaidah hua us ne goya Islam ki Tauk apne gardan se utaar fenka magar us surat me ke jamaah me wapis aajaye aur puri tarah ameer ki itaat kare.

Aur jo bhi Islam ke zamane me jahiliyat ke naam se pukarna shuru kar de toh wo dozakh me dale jane wale khush wa khishak me hoga.

Ek shaks ne arz kiya: 'Ya Rasoolullah! agarche wo namaz padhe aur roza rakhe.' Aapne farmaya, “ (Ha) Agarche wo namaz padhe aur roza rakhe. Pas tum apne ap ko us naam se pukaro jis naam se Allah ne tumhe pukara hai. Usne tumhara naam MUSLIM, MOMIN AUR ABDULLAH (Allah ka banda) rakha hai.'”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al amshaal ﴾42﴿, hadees- 2863. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۞ Is hadees par Salaf ka faham:

۩ Shaykh Ibn Taymiyya kahte hai,

“Minjumla un baato ke jin se ummat me tafarraqa paida hota hai aur jinhe darmiyan me lakar ummat ko tarah tarah ke azmaish wa mahnat me daala jata hai, halanke Allah aur Rasoolullah ﷺ se in ki koi daleel nahi. Ek ye bhi hai ke masalan kisi ko pucha jaye ke tum Shukayki hai ya Qarfandi?

Ye lakab e batil hai, kyuki inke sahih hone me Allah ne koi daleel nahi utari. Allah ki kitab aur Rasoolullah  ki sunnat aur salaf as saliheen ke aqwaal ma'aroofa me inka mutlaq pata nahi chalta, na koi Shukayki hai na Qarfandi.

To jab kabhi kisi Musalman se is chiz ki nisbat pucha jaye toh us par wajib hai ke wo jawab de ke mai na Shukayki hu na Qarfandi, balke mai Musalmaan hu, Allah ki kitab aur Rasoolullah ki sunnat ka muttabi hu.

Ameer Muawiya r.a. se hame ye riwayat pahuchi hai ke inhone ek dafa ibn e Abbas r.a. se pucha ke Ap Hazrat Ali r.a. ki millat par hai ya Usman r.a. ki? Inho ne kaha ke 'Na mai Ali ki millat par hu, aur na Usmaan ki, Mai to Rasoolullah ki millat par hu'.

Salaf as saliheen me se har ek yahi kahta tha, 'Ye tamaam Naam (laqab) Gumrahi hai aur in ka anjaam dozakh hai.'

Ek Salaf farmate hai, Mai ye nahi janta ke dono nemato me se kaun si nemat badi hai, ye nemat badi hai ke Allah ne mujhe Islam ki taraf rahnumaayi ki ya ye ke Allah ne mujhe gumraahi se alag kiya. Allah ne Quran me hame Musalman, Momim aur Abdullah kah kar pukara hai. Ham hargiz nahi chahte ke Allah ke tajweez karda naamo ko chhor kar wo naam ikhtiyaar kare jo kisi khaas Qaum ne ba'tareeq ejaad kiya ho aur unhone aur un ke aabaa wa ajdaad ne khud gadh liye ho. Halanke Allah ne un ke mutalliq koi daleel nazil nahi farmayi.”

Shisha (aaine) ke Saamne Namaz Ada Karna

Jis kamre me shisha ho waha namaz padhne ka kya hukm hai?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Agar koi shaks shisha (mirror) ke samne namaz padhta hai, toh uski namaz durust hai agarche uska chehra iske (shishe ki) taraf ho aur wo khud ko usme dekh sakta ho. Lekin usko apni nazar nichi karni chahiye aur iske (shishe ke) taraf nahi dekhna chahiye. Use usse aur har us chiz se dur rahna chahiye jo namaz ke dauran uski tawajjo bhatka sakti hai.

Eid ke Din Ek Baar Gale Mile Ya Teen Baar


Alhamdulillah..

Hamare muashre do tarha ke log hai. Ek toh wo jo eid ke din ek baar gale milte hai aur dusre wo jo teen baar gale milte hai. Aaiye dekhte hai kiska amal sahih hai.

Eid ke din ek dusre ko eid mubarak kahna, gale milna, hath milana, siwai banana, eidi lena-dena, wagaira. Ye saare kaam na toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kiye aur na hi kisi sahaba e karaam ne. Ye saari chize ham apne muashre ke mutabik rasam ke taur par karte hai, in cheezo ka deen se koi lena dena nahi hai. Aur ye saari chize is liye rasam me shumaar hoti hai kyuki koi ye amal sawab ki ummeed se nahi karta, ye rasam ke taur par ki jaati hai. Koi bhi shaks eid ke din sawab ki niyat se siwai nahi banata, wo rasm ke taur par banate hai.

Isi tarha eid ke din ek dusre se gale milna, ye bhi ek rasm hi h. Aur rasm ka bunyadi usool ye hai ki Deen me kisi bhi rasm ki ijazat hai jab tak ke us rasm ki koi bhi chiz deen se takraaye na. Toh is lehaaj se jis ilake me ek baar gale milne ka rasm hai waha ek baar gale milna chahiye aur jis ilake me teen baar gale milne ka rasm hai waha par teen baar gale milna chahiye taaki koi nafrat aur galat rawayya na paida ho ek dusre Musalman ke bich.

Kuch ilaqe aese bhi hai jaha par dono tarha ke rasm ka jawaz hai, yaani ek baar bhi aur teen baar bhi. Toh iska hal ye hai ki jo log ek baar milne ke qayel hai ap unse ek baar mile aur jo log teen baar milne ke qayel hai ap unse teen baar mile taaki ek dusre ke bich koi nafrat ya galat khyal na paida ho. Eid ka din waise bhi khushi aur muhabbat ka din hota hai. Aur ye deen ka koi masala nahi hai jisse koi pakad hogi hamari.

Aur agar apke paas is raaye se behtar koi raaye hai toh us par amal kare. Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Barish Aur Badal ki Garaj ki Dua


۞ Barish ki Dua

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ jab barish ko dekhte toh wo ye kahte,

اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعً

'Allahumma sayyiban naafi‘an'

'Aye Allah, ise nafe ka barish bana'.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al istisqa ﴾15﴿, hadees- 1032.

۩ Aur Sunan Abu Dawud me ye alfaz hai,

اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا هَنِيئًا

'Allahumma sayyiban hanee’an'.

'Aye Allah, musladaar aur barkat wali barish ata farma.'

Sunan Abu Dawud, kitab al adab, hadees- 5099. (Sahih)

Barish hote waqt barish me jism ka kuch hissa geela karna mustahab hai, jaise ke Anas r.a. se marwi hai ke, 'Ek baar ham Rasool ﷺ ke sath the toh barish hone lagi, toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne apna (sar aur kandhe ka kapda) khol diya hatta ke barish Aap par aane lagi, toh ham ne kaha, 'Allah ke Rasool! Aap ne aisa kyu kiya? Toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Kyuki ye nayi nayi (sidhi) apne Rab ki taraf se aa rahi hai.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab salat al istisqa ﴾9﴿, hadees- 2083.

۩ Aur jab barish shadeed ho jati toh Aap ﷺ farmaya karte the:

اَللَّهُمَّ حَوَالَيْنَا وَلاَ عَلَيْنَا ، اَللَّهُمَّ عَلَى الآكَامِ وَالظِّرَابِ ، وَبُطُونِ الأَوْدِيَةِ ، وَمَنَابِتِ الشَّجَرِ-

Allahumma ‘ala al-aakaami wa’z-ziraabi, wa butoon al-awdiyah wa manaabit ash-shajar.

Ya Allah! Hamari bajaye hamare ird gird barish nazil farma, ya Allah! Teelo, pahadiyo, waadiyo aur darakhto ke ugne ki jagah barish nazil farma.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al istisqa ﴾15﴿, hadees- 1014.

۞ Badal ki Garaj ki Dua

۩ Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr r.a. jab baadal ki garaj sunte toh wo baat karna band kar dete aur kahte,

سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ-

Subhaan alladhi yusabbih ar-ra‘du bi hamdihi wa’l-malaa’ikatu min kheefatihi.

Paak hai wo zaat jiski tareef baadal ki garaj karti hai aur farishte bhi, uske rob (awe) ke wajah se.

Muwatta Maalik, hadees- 3641. Ise Imam Nawawi ne al-Adhkaar (235) me sahih karaar diya hai.

۞ Barish nazil hone ka waqt fazal e ilaahi, aur logo par rahmat e elaahi ka waqt hai, is waqt me khair o bhalai ke asbaab mazeed badh jaate hai, aur yeh dua ke liye qubuliyat ki ghadi bhi hai:

۩ Sahl bin Saad r.a. ki riwayat me Nabi ﷺ se manqul hai ke Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, Do (2) Duae radd nahi hoti, Azaan ke waqt ki dua aur barish ke waqt ki dua.

Mustadrak al-Haakim, hadees- 2534. Mu‘jam al-Kabeer, hadees- 5756. Ise Saheeh al-Jaami (3078) me saheeh karaar diya gaya hai.

Junbi Haalat Me Zikr o Azkaar Karna

Alhamdulillah..

Agar koi shakhs haalat e janabat (post-sex impurity) me ho toh uske liye Allah ka zikr karna aur Allah se dua karna jaiz hai, chahe sone ki duae, ya koi azkaar ho toh woh bhi kar sakta hai.

Is ki daleel Ayesha r.a. ki darj e zail hadees hai:

۩ Ummul Momineen Ayesha r.a. bayan karti hai,

“Rasool ﷺ har haalat me Allah tala ka zikr kiya karte the.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab al haiz ﴾3﴿, hadees- 826.

Baaz shaarheen hadees is ki sharah karte hue kahte hai:

Hadees asal ke liye muqarrar hai, woh yeh ke har haalat me Allah tala ka zikr kiya jaaye, chahe be-wuzu ho ya fir junbi haalat me ho Allah ka zikr, subhanAllah, Laa ilaaha illallah, Allahu akbar, alhamdulillah wagaira dusre jaiz azkaar aur duae padhi ja skti hai, Musalmano ka is par ijma hai.

Lekin junbi haalat me jo azkaar haraam hai woh quran majeed ki tilawat hai, ke koi ek aayat Quran majeed se dekh kar ya zubani padhna jaiz nahi, kyuki Rasool ﷺ se aisa karne ki mumaniyat sabit hai.

Lekin junbi shakhs ke liye mustahab yeh hai ke woh jab sona chahe to apni sharamgaah dho kar wuzu kare.

Is ki daleel darj zail (niche di hui) hadees hai :

۩ Abdullah bin Umar r.a. bayan karte hai ke Umar r.a. ne Rasool ﷺ se arz kiya, 'Aye Allah tala ke Rasool kya ham me se koi shakhs janabat ki halat me so jaya kare?'

Toh Rasool ﷺ ne jawab diya, 'Ji haan! jab woh wuzu karle.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al ghusl ﴾5﴿, hadees- 290.
