Haiz ke Ek Roz Baad Matyaale (brown) Rang ka Paani Kharij Hona

ur -
Haiz se Paaki ki do (2) alamate hai, un me se ek koi bhi ho toh (haiz se) paaki shuru ho jayegi.

۩ Pahli alamat

Safaid mada (discharge) kharij hona, yeh safaid shafaaf pani hai, aur aurte use pahchanti ho.

۩ Dusri alamat

Khoon aana bilkul band ho jaaye, is tarha ke agar raham me rooi (cotton) rakhi jaaye to woh bilkul saaf nikle aur is par khoon ya peela (yellow) rang bilkul na dikhe.

Baaz auqaat haaiza aurat ko ek ya do roz ya is se bhi zyada din khoon aata hai, fir ek ya ek din se zyada paak hoti hai, aur fir dobarah use khoon aa jata hai.

۞ Matyaale rang ka pani (brownish discharge) aur mada (discharge) kharij hona

Agar toh ye yakeeni paaki ke baad kharij ho toh use haiz shumaar nahi kiya jaayega, aur agar paaki se pahle aaye to yeh haiz ka hissa hai.

۞ Is bina par ham kahte hai ke,

1. Pahle din ke baad khoon rukne se agar toh bilkul khoon aana band ho jaaye toh aap ko ghusl kar ke namaz-roza ki adaegi karni hogi kyuki aap paak-saaf ho chuki hai.

Lekin agar bilkul band aur khushk nahi hua toh haiz baaki hai, aur is ke baad aane waala mityaale rang ka mada (discharge) haiz shumaar hoga.

2. Aur agar chaar din ke baad khoon aana band ho gaya aur aap ne safaid pani dekh liya ya fir bilkul khushk aur khoon aana band ho gaya toh fir aap ka ghusl kar ke namaz roza ki adaegi karna sahih hai.

Aur agar raat ko dobara khoon aana shuru ho gaya to yeh haiz hai, aur is din ki namaz aur roza par is ka koi asar nahi padega, is liye namaz bhi sahih hai aur roza bhi sahih hai.

Har Namaz Me Kabr ke Aazaab Se Panaah Maangni Chahiye

۩ Masruq riwayat karte hai,

Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki ek Yahudi aurat unke paas aayi aur unhone qabr ke aazaab ka zikr chhed diya aur kaha ke Allah Ap ko qabr ke aazaab se mahfuz rakhe, is par Ayesha r.a. ne Rasoolullah ﷺ se  qabr ke aazaab ke baare me daryaft kiya.

Aap ﷺ ne uska jawab ye diya,

'Haa aazaab e qabr haq hai.' 

Ayesha r.a. ne bayaan kiya ke fir maine kabhi aisa nahi dekha ke Aap ﷺ ne koi namaz padhi ho aur us me aazaab e qabr se Allah ki panaah na maangi ho.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al janaiz (23), hadees- 1372.

۞ Namaz me Qabr ke Aazaab Se Panaah Maangne ka Nabawi Tarika


Allahumma inni a’auzu bika min a’azabi jahannama wa min a’azabil qabri wa min fitnatil mahyaa wal mamaati wa min sharri fitnatil maseehid dajjal’.

Aye Allah! Mai jahannam aur qabr ke aazaab se, maut o hayaat ke fitna aur maseeh dajjal ke shar se teri panah mangta hu.

Sahih Muslim, kitab al salat, hadees- 1324.

Note: Ye Dua Tashahhud me Allahumma innee ke baad padhni hai, yaani sabse aakhir me.

Wirasat Me Beti ka Hissa

Alhamdulillah..

Beti chahe wo maa ya apne waalid ki waris ho, uske hisse ki kayi ek halatein hain jinhe niche bayan kiya gaya hai,

۩1. Jab ladki akeli ho, yaani iski koi bahen ya bhai [yaani marne wali ki aage ki peedi (generation)] na ho to ladki ko wirasat ka aadha milega, Allah taala ka farmaan hai,

'Aur agar ladki akeli ho toh uske liye aadha hai.'

Surah Nisa (4), ayat- 11.

۩2. Jab ek se zyada ladkiya ho toh (yani do ya do se zyada) aur faut-shuda shakhs ka koi beta na ho toh betiyo ko Do-Tihayi (2/3) mileyga, Allah taala ka farmaan hai,

'Agar aurte do se zyada hai toh unke liye do-tihayi hai us maal se jo mayyat chhor gaya hai.'

Surah Nisa (4), ayat- 11.

۩3. Aur jab ladki ke sath faut-shuda shakhs ka beta bhi waris ho (ek ya ek se zyada) toh har waris ka muqarrar hissa ada kar ke (note-1) baaki maal in dono (ladke-ladki ) ko milega, aur ladki ka hissa iske bhai se aadha hoga (mard ko do aurto ke barabar ke hisaab se) chahe do ya do se zyada bahen-bhai ho toh ladke ko do ladkiyo ke barabar hissa milega, Allah taala ka farmaan hai,

'Allah taala tumhe tumhari aulaad ke mutalliq wasiyat karta hai, ladke ke liye do (2) ladkiyo ke barabar hai.'

Surah Nisa (4), ayat- 11.

Aur ye hisse Allah taala ki janib se taqseem kardah hai lihaza kisi shakhs ke liye bhi is me kuch tabdeeli karni jayaz nahi, aur na hi kisi ke liye jaiz hai ke woh kisi waris ko wirasat se mahroom kare aur na kisi ke liye yeh jaiz hai je woh kisi aise shakhs ko wirasat me dakhil kare jo uske waris nahi, aur na koi kisi waris ke muqarrar karda hissa se kami kar sakta hai aur na hi is ke sharai hisse me zyadati kar sakta hai.

Allah taala hamare nabi Muhammad ﷺ par apni rahmate nazil farmaye.

Wa Allahu aalam.

Haqeeqat Parast vs Shakshiyat Parast


Insan do qism ke hote hai,

۩1. Shakshiyat Parast
۩2. Haqeeqat Parast

Shakshiyat Parast wo hai jo baato ko shakshiyat ke aetbaar se dekhte hai. Jis baat se uske mahboob shakshiyat ki ta'eed nikle, us ko wo thik samajhte hai, aur jis baat se uske mahboob shakshiyat ka radd ho raha ho toh wo uske inkari ban jaate hai.

Haqeeqat parast wo hai jo baato ko hakeekat ke aetebaar se dekhte hai. Jo baat dalail se sabit ho us ko maan lete hai, aur jo bat dalail se durust sabit na ho us ko radd kar dete hai,

Yahi dusri qism ke log hai jo khuda ko paate hai. Jo aakhri aa'laa hakeekat hai. Pahli qism ke log saari zindagi, saari umar shakshiyat ke qawl (farmaan) me band rahte hai, aur isi me mar jaate hai. Jab bhi unko sach baat batayi jaati hai wo jawab dete hai ki hamare buzurg, ulema, muhaddis kaise galat ho sakte hai? Yaani wo is haqiqat se anjaan hai ki insaan hone ke naate in sab se galti ho sakti hai.

Wo is lazzat e ma'arifat se mahroom rahte hai jo haqeeqi Rab ko paa kar kisi banda e parwar ko hasil hoti hai.

Baaz Masaajid Me Namazo ka Sawaab


۩ Abu Saeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

‘Teen (3) Masaajid: Masjid e Haram, Masjid e Aqsa aur Masjid e Nabawi ke alawa kisi dusri jagah (khaas sawaab) ke liye safar ikhtiyar na karo.’

Sahih al bukhari, kitab fazail as salaat fi masjid makkah wa al madeena (20), hadees- 1189.

۩ Jabir r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Meri masjid (Masjid e Nabawi) me ek namaz padni dusri masjido me hazaar namaz padhne se afzal hai siwaye Masjid al haram ke, aur masjid al haram me ek namaz padhni dusri masjido ki ek lakh namaz se afzal hai.

Sunan ibn e majah, kitab iqamatis salaat (5), hadees- 1406. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Masjid e Nabawi me Ek (1) namaz dusri masaajid ki hazaar (1000) namazo se behtar hai, siwaye khana e Kaaba ke.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab fazail as salaat fi masjid makkah wa al madeena (20), hadees- 1190.

۩ Sahl bin Hunaif r.a. se riwayat hai Rasoolullah ﷺ  ne farmaya,

‘Jis shaqs ne ghar mein wuzu kiya fir masjid e Quba gaya aur waha namaz padhi usko Umrah ke baraabar ajar milega.’

Sunan ibn e majah, kitab iqamatis salaat (5), hadees- 1412. Ise darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

۩ Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi e akram ﷺ Har hafta ko masjid e Quba me paidal ya sawaar ho kar jaate aur do (2) rakat namaz padhte.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab fazail as salaat fi masjid makkah wa al madeena (20), hadees- 1194.

Jism Se Rooh Nikalne ke Baad ka Waaqya


Bara bin aazib r.a. bayan karte hai ke ham Nabi ﷺ ke sath ek ansari sahabi ke janaza me gaye, ham kabr ke paas pahuche toh abhi kabri khodi ja rahi thi. Rasoolullah ﷺ baith gaye aur ham unke ird-gird is tarha baith gaye goya ke hamare sar par parinde ho (yaani nihayat pur sukoon aur khamoshi se baithe the) aur Nabi ﷺ ke haath me chadi thi jis se wo zameen khuraid rahe the. To unhone apna sar uthaya aur farmaane lage, 'Azaab e qabr se Allah taala ki panaah talab karo. Yeh baat Nabi ﷺ ne do ya teen martaba dohrayi fir farmane lage,

'Jab momin banda is duniya se aakhirat ki taraf ja raha hota hai toh aasmaan se safed chehro waale farishte us ke paas aate hai goya ke un ke chehre suraj ho, un ke paas jannat ka kafan aur khushbu hoti hai hatta ke woh is ke saamne jaha tak nigaah pahoche baith jate hai. Fir Malak ul maut aakar us ke sir ke qareeb baithta hai aur kahta hai aye achhi jaan apne Rab ki maghfirat aur razamandi ki taraf chalo'.

Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya ke woh rooh is tarah nikalti hai jis tarah ke mashkizeh (cup) ke muh se pani ka qatra bahta hai, toh farishte use hatho haath lete aur palak jhapakte hi apne hatho me liye hue jannati kafan aur khushbu me lapait lete hai aur is se zameen me paayi jaane wali sab se achi qisam ki kastoori ki khushboo nikalti hai, toh woh use lekar upar chadte hai to woh jis farishte ke paas se bhi guzarte hai woh kahta hai yeh achhi rooh kis ki hai?

To woh kahte hai ke yeh fulaa bin fulaa hai, dunya me use jis, sab se achhe naam se bulaya jata tha, hatta ke woh use aasmani duniya tak jaakar use khulwaate hai toh khol diya jata hai, toh use har aasmaan wale dusre aasman tak pohanchate hai hatta ke saatwe aasman tak jaate hai toh Allah taala farmate hai,

'Mere bande ki kitaab Illiyoon (sabse unchi jannat) me likh do aur use zameen ki taraf lauta do, bilashuba mai ne inhe isi me paida kiya aur  isi me lautaunga aur fir isi me se nikalunga.'

Nabi ﷺ farmate hai ke uski rooh jism me lautayi jati hai toh uske paas do (2) farishte aa kar use baithate aur use kahte hai ke Tera Rab Kaun Hai?
Toh woh kahta hai, Mera Rab Allah Hai,
woh usse kahte hai Tera Deen kya hai?
woh jawab deta hai mera Deen Islam hai,
woh usse sawal karte hai, 'Is shakhs ke baare me tumhara kya khayaal hai jo tum me maboos kiya gaya tha?'
woh jawab dega, Woh Allah ke Rasool hai,
woh usse sawal karte hai, Tumhare ilm me ye jawaab kaise aaya?
woh jawab deta hai, 'Mai ne Allah ki kitab ko padha toh is par eemaan laaya aur iski tashdeek ki.'

Toh aasmaan me aawaz lagayi jaati hai ke mere bande ne sach kaha, is ke liye Jannat ka bistar lagao aur Jannati libaas pahnaao aur Jannat ka darwaaza khol do.

Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, Us (kabr) me jannat ki hawaye aur khusbhoo aati hai aur jaha tak nigah pahonchta hai waha tak is ki kabr wasee (chawdi) ho jayegi aur farmaya, ke us ke paas khubsurat khubsurat shakal aur khubsurat libaas aur achhi khushboo me ek shakhs aakar kahta hai,

Khush ho jao yahi woh din hai jis ka tumhare saath waada kiya jata tha, toh woh usse kahega ki tum kaun ho, tumhare chehre se zahir ho raha hai ke tum khair (acchaai) laane wale ho, woh jawab dega, Mai tere aamaal e saleha (nek aamaal) hu, woh shakhs kahega, Aye Rab qayamat qayam karde taake mai apne ghar waalo aur maal ko firse dekh lu.

Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya,

Bilashuba jab kafir is duniya se akhirat ki taraf ja raha hota hai to aasman se us ke paas kaale chehre waale khurdara taat (sackcloth) liye farishte aate hai aur us ke paas jaha tak nigah jaati baith jaate hai fir malakul maut aakar us ke sar ke paas baith jata hai aur kahta hai ke aye khabees rooh apne Rab ke gusse aur gazab ki taraf nikal.

Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, Toh wo rooh pure jism me fail jati hai toh use  jism se is tarah khincha jata hai jis tarah ke bheegi hui rooyi se salakh (skewer) khenchi jati hai, to woh use pakad kar palak jhapakte hi us khurdare taat me rakh dete hai aur is se zameen par paaye  jaane wale gande tareen murdaar ki tarah badbu aati hai toh woh use leker upar chadte hai. Woh farishto me se jis ke paas se bhi guzarte hai woh kahta ke yeh kis ki gandi rooh hai toh woh kahte hai yeh fulaan bin fulaan, us naam ke sath jo zameen me badtareen naam use diya jata tha hatta ke woh aasmani duniya tak pahunchte aur use khulwaate hai lekin nahi khola jata fir Nabi ﷺ ne Allah taala ka ye farmaan padha,

۩ 'Un ke liye aasman ke darwaze nahi khole jayenge aur woh us waqt tak Jannat me bhi nahi daakhil ho sakte hatta ke sui ke naake (hole) me oont daakhil ho jaaye.'

[Surah Araaf (7), ayat- 40]

Toh Allah taala farmayenge ke is ki kitaab sab se nichli zameen me sijjeen ke andar likh do toh iski rooh ko upar se hi fenk diya jayega. Fir Nabi ﷺ ne yeh aayat padhi,

۩ 'Aur jo bhi Allah taala ke sath shirk karta hai woh is tarah hai ke jaise aasman se gire toh use parinde uchak le jaye ya fir use hawa kisi dur daraaz muqam par fenk de.'

[Surah Hajj (22), ayat- 31]

Toh is ki rooh jism me lautayi jati hai aur do farishte us ke paas aakar baithte hai aur kahte hai,

Tera Rab kaun hai?
Woh jawab me kahta hai, 'Haaye mujhe toh koi ilm nahi',
Woh use kahte hai, 'Tera Deen kya hai?'
Woh jawab deta hai, 'Haaye mujhe toh kuch ilm nahi.'
Woh use kahte hai, 'Is shakhs ke baare me tum kya kahte ho jo tumhare andar maboos kiya gaya'
Woh jawab deta hai, 'Haaye mujhe toh us ka ilm nahi.'

Toh aasmaan se yeh aawaz lagayi jati hai ke,

Is ke liye aag ka bistar lagado aur aag ki taraf ka darwaaza khol do toh is se iski garmi aur dhuwa aur badbu aati hai aur qabr us par is qadar tang ho jati hai ke is ki pasliya ek dusre me chali jati hai, aur us ke paas ek badsurat shakal, gande aur badbu-daar kapdo me ek shakhs aata hai aur kahta hai,

Tujhe teri na-pasandeedgi ki khushkhabri hai, yahi woh din hai jis ka tere sath waada kiya jata tha, woh is se sawal karega tum kaun ho? Tumhara toh chehra hi aisa hai jo shar hi shar laata hai, woh jawab me kahta hai ke mai tere bure aamaal hu, toh woh kahega aye Rab qayamat qayam na kar. 

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadees- 17803. Is hadees ko Saheeh al Jaami, hadees- 1676 me sahih karaar diya gaya hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hamari rooh ko nek rooh me shumaar kare aur apne rahmat me hame jagah ata kare. aameen.
