Salafi Ka Laqab- Quran, Sunnah, Salaf Aur Ulema E Deen Ki Raae


ALHAMDULILLAH, WASSALATO WASSALAM ALA RASOOLALLAH..

Allah pak Quran me farmate hai:

..Aur hamne yeh kitab nazil farmaee hai jiss mein her cheez ka shafi biyan hai aur hidayat aur rehmat aur khuskhabri hai musalmanon kay liye.

(al Israa :89)

RasoollAllah ﷺ ne farmaya

" Sabse behtar amr (amal ke liye) Allah ki kitab hai aur sabse behtar tareeqa Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke tareeqa hai sabse badtareen kaam Deen mein nayee nayee baton ka paida karna hai aur har Nayee baat gumrahi hai..."

Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol 1 , # 45 (Sahih)

Muslim ummah me ek groh hai jab ham unse puchte hai ki ap kaun ho wo kahte hai ki ham ahle hadith hai. So mai puchta hu ki ahle hadith ka matlab kya hota hai. Wo kahte hai ki ham Quran aur sunnah wale hai, Quran aur hadith wale. Fir mai ne kaha sahi hai..lekin agar ap ahle hadith kahte hai to mai apne ap ko ahle sahih hadith kahna chahunga kyuki mai sirf Quran aur sahih hadith ki pairwi karta hu.. Yaha dusre muslims bhi hai jo zaif hadith aur maudu hadith ko follow karte hai.. isiliye mai ahle sahih hadith hu agar ap hame kuch bulana chahe.

So mai in logo se puchta hu ki agar ap Quran aur  hadith ko mante hai to Quran ki konsi ayat kahti hai ki apne apko ahle hadith kahna chaiye ya Hadith ki konsi riwayat kahti hai ki apne ap ko ahle hadith bulana chaiye. Unlogo se ye sawal puchne ke baad koi jawab nahi aata.
Toh ab jab Kyuki Quran ya sunnah ki koi daleel nahi hai isliye mai  apne ap ko ahle hadith nahi kahta aur isi liye mai pakka ahle hadith hu..ap log kachhe ahle hadith hai.
Ab ye aql ki hi to baat hai ki jab ap Quran aur hadith pe amal karna ka  dawa karte hai to koi bhi Quran ki ayat ya sahih hadith me nahi hai ki apne ap ko ahle hadith bulana chaiye.

Ek aur groh ke log hai ahle hadith ke hi tarha jo apne ap ko Salafi kahte hai. Main Puchta hu ki salafi ka matlab kya hai to wo kahte hai ki Salafi ka matlab Salaf as saliheen ki pairwi karna. To mai kahta hu ki wo to mai bhi salaf as saliheen ki pairwi karta hu. Ham Allah ki itat karte hai aur Rasool ki itat karte hai aur salaf as saliheen ki pairwi karte hai. Par fir mai puchta hu ki kya Quran ki koi ayat hai jo kahti hai ki apne ap ko salafi kahna chaiye. Wo kahte hai nahi. Fir mai puchta hu kya koi Sahih hadith hai jo kahti hai ki apne ap ko salafi kahna chaiye. To woh kahte hai: Nahi. LEKIN ek mere salafi dost hai jisne mujhe ek hadith di usme Rasool Allah ne kaha: Mai Ek Salaf Hu. Aur unhone daleel di SAHIH MUSLIM!!!

Maine chq kiya to wo hadith Sahih Muslim me maujud thi. Par wo adhi hadith thi. Puri hadith ye hai ki RasoolAllah s.a.w. apni beti Fathima r.a. se kahte hai ki MAI TUMHARA BEHTAREEN SALAF HU.
Ab mere samajh me ye nahi ata hai ki  is hadith se ye kaise sabit hota hai ki apne ap ko salafi kahna chaiye. Is hadith me RasoolAllah kah rahe hai apne beti Fathima r.a. se ki Mai tumhara behtareen salaf hu, ye nahi kah rahe hai ki mai SALAFI hu.
SALAF aur SALAFI me boht fark hai.

Fir bhi aiye ham is hadith ko samajhte hai

Sahih Muslim hadith:
“Mohammad s.a.w. apni beti se kahte hai ki Mai tumhare liye ek behtareen salaf hu.”

Is hadith me ek baap apni beti se kah raha hai ki Mai tumhare liye ek behtareen salaf hu. Ab Alfazi taur par salaf ka matlab purvaj(forefather) hota hai.
So agar mai apni beti se kahta hu ki mai tumhara salaf hu to isme koi dikkat nahi. Ek Arab eesai agar apni beti se kahta hai ki mai tumhara salaf hu to isme koi dikkat nahi hai. Toh Alfazi taur par koi dikkat nahi hai lekin Islamic taur par hamlog ko ye kahna galat hai kyuki ham salaf nahi hai ham khalaf hai aur ye baat khud salafi ulema tasleem karte hai. Khalaf ka matlab jo  salaf ke baad me aye. Islamically taur par salaf sahaba, tabaeen aur tabe-tabaeen ko kahte hai. Isliye ham salaf nahi ho sakte ham khalaf hai. Ham salaf ke baad me aye hai.

Kuch log kahte hai ki hame apne apko salafi isliye kahna chaiye kyuki Ab Islam me boht se group aa gae hai aur RasoolAllah ke zamane me group nahi the sirf ek Islam tha. Aiye dekhte hai iski kya haqiqat hai:

Hame Quran, Sunnah aur tarikh se pata chalta hai ki:

RasoolAllah ke zamane me Munafik log the, wo munafik the sahabao ne fir bhi apna lakab nahi badla. Unke zamane me khariji(Khawarij)  bhi the, wo apne ap ko khawarij kahte the par sahaba fir bhi apne apko muslim kahte the. Kya sahabao ne kaha ki chalo apne ap ko naya naam dete hai? NAhii!!! sahaba apne ap ko fir bhi sirf muslim kahte the. Rasool ke zamane me Mutazali(Mutazalites) bhi the lekin sahaba ne fir bhi apne ap ko sirf muslim kaha. Toh RasoolAllah ke zamane me bhi ikhtilaf tha fir bhi unlogo ne apne ap ko sirf Muslim hi kaha.

Baki jo baat rahi apne ap ko salafi kahne ki TO MERA SAWAL!!! Kaun sa salafi?? Kya apko pata hai Ab salafio me bhi groh(groups) hai. Kya mai apne ap ko Kutubi salafi kahu ya Madkhali salafi ya Sururi salfi. Mai aur bhi salafio ke naam bata sakta hu. Ab salafio me bhi boht se groh ho gae hai. Aur agar ap UK jayenge- Ma shaa Allah!! SubhanAllah!! Allahu akbar, waha par boht se groh hai salafio ke andar, ek salafi dusre salafi se jhagadte hai aur ek salafi dusre salafi ko Kafir kahte hai. Nauzbillah!

So ab sawal ye hai ki ap kaun se salafi ho. Dekhye ap jo bhi lakab apne ap ko de use tafrakka(divisions) hona hi hai. Jab Shia aye logo ne kaha ki ham sunni hai, fir se ek groh bana ahle sunnah wal jamaah, fir usme bhi batwara hua- hanafi, shafi, malaki, hambli aur ab ham aye hai salafi aur ahle hadiths ko lekar. Aur ab isme bhi batwara hai. Jo bhi ham lakab apne apko denge usme tafarruku hona hi hai. Yaha tak ke Allah ne jo hame naam diya hai Muslim usme bhi divisions honge aur Allah ke Rasool ne hame bataya tha ye. Hame aisa nahi sochna chaiye ki jo lakab ham denge usme  tafarraku nahi hoga. Kya ap sochte hai ki Allah ko nahi pata tha ki Muslim Ummah bategi? Allah ko beshak pata tha, Allah ke Rasool ne hame bataya bhi fir bhi Rasool ne ye nahi kaha ki batware ke baad apne ap ko ahle hadith kahna ya salafi kahna.
Agar ap Mumbai jayenge to waha ahle hadiths ke 2 groh hai- pahla Jamiat ahle hadith aur dusra Gurba ahle hadith. So ab ham apne ap ko kaun sa ahle hadith kahu?? Ek ahle hadith dusre ahle hadith par ilzaam laga raha hai. Aur maine abhi jaldi hi ek kitab padhi hai “TRUE SALAFI” ke naam se. Ab ye True salafi kya hai??? Allahu alam

Kuch log aur hai jo kahte hai ki salafi short cut hai. Ye kahne ke bajae ki ham Quran, hadith aur salaf ke tarike par amal karte hai. Ham short me bolte hai ki ham salafi hai. AB MERA SAWAL:

Salaf as-saliheen behtar hai ye Muhammad s.a.w. behatar hai. Zahir si baat hai Muhammad s.a.w. to fir apne apko salafi kyu kaho balki Mohammadi kaho!! Ab Muhammad s.a.w. bade hai ya Allah. Zawab hai Allah..To jo apni khwahishe Allah ko saupta hai use Muslim kahte hai. To Muslim kya na kahe apne apko.

Aur jab ap Kerela jayenge to waha ahle hadith nahi kahte waha apne apko Mujahideen kahte hai, kerala nadvathul mujahideen (KNM) Jo ki Ahle Hadith manhaj se talluk rakhte hai.
Agar ap Saudi Arabia jayenge to waha ahle hadith nahi kahte apne apko, waha boht kam log jante hai ki ahle hadith kise kahte hai, waha wo apne ap ko salafi kahte hai. Lekin ham jante hai ki ahle hadith aur salafi ek hi hai lekin sirf naam fark hai. To Jab kuch log kahte hai ki apne apko salafi kaho to kya india ke ahle hadith salafi nahi hai???
To hame pata chala ki Salafi se behtar Muhammadi hai aur Muhammadi se behtar Muslim hai. So isi liye hame apne apko sirf Muslim kahna chaiye, awwal me Muslim aur aakhir me muslim!!!

JAHA TAK ULMA E DEEN KI RAAE HAI. TO APNE APKO SALAFI BULANE ME ULEMAO ME IKHTILAF HA. IS MUAMLE ME ULEMA DO GROUP ME BATE HAi. Ek group ke ulema kahte hai ki apne apko salafi kahna farz hai aur unmese hai  Sheikh Albani, Sheikh saleh al Fawzaan. LEKIN DUSRE GROUP KE ULEMA BHI HAI JO KAHTE HAI KI APNE APKO SALAFI KAHNA GALAT HAI. ULMA JO QURAN, SUNNAH AUR SALAF AS SALIHEEN ME YAKEEN KARTE HAI.
Sabse pahle mai unka hawala dena chahta hu jise salafi boht zyada ehtram dete hai- SHEIKH IBN TAYMIYYA

Ek kitab hai "CALL TO ISLAM AND THE CALLER" naam se jisme 40 hadise hai. Sabse aakhri hadith jisme likha hai:

RasoolAllah ne farmaya : Mai tumhe paanch bato ka hukm deta hu jinka Allah taala ne mujhe Hukm diya hai. Pahla hai Jamaah, dusra hai itaat karna, teesra hai sunna, chautha hai Hijrat aur panchwa hai Jihad karna Allah ke raah me.

 Aur  jo shaks balisht barabar bhi Jamaah se elaida hua us ne goya Islam ki Tauk apne gardan se utaar fenka magar us surat me ke jamaah me wapis aajae aur puri tarah ameer ki itat kare.

aur jo bhi Islam ke zamane me jahiliyat ke naam se pukarna shuru kar de to wo dozakh me dale jane wale Khush wa khishak me honge

Ek shaks ne arz kiya: Ya RasoolAllah! agarche wo namaz padhe aur roza rakhe. Apne farmaya agarche wo namaz padhe aur roza rakhe. Pas tum apne aap ko us naam se pukaro jis naam se Allah ne tumhe pukara hai. Usne tumhara naam MUSLIM, MOMIN AUR ABDULLAH (ALLAH KA BANDA) RAKHA HAI .
Sunan Tirmidhi, - Vol. 1, Book 42, Hadith 2863. (Sahih)
YE HADITH SAAF TAUR PAR KAHTI HAI KI AGAR AP APNE APKO IN 3 NAAMO KE ALAWA KUCH AUR BULATE HO TO APNE APKO JAHANNAM ME BULA RAHE HO.

Sheikh Ibn Taymiya kahte hai is is hadith ki tafseer me ki

“Ek salaf kahte hai ki mujhe pata nahi ki indono chiz maise mai Allah ka shurk kis chiz par zyada karu, Mujhe Islalm me lane ke liye ya mujhe Gumrahi se dur rakhne ke liye.
Aur tum apne apko kisi naam(lakab)se nahi bula sakte siwae jo tumhe Allah ne naam diye hai Quran me aur wo hai- Muslim, Momin aur Abdullah.”

Ye hai kahna Sheikh Ibn Taymiyya ka. Kuch logo ko galat famy hai ki Sheikh Ibn Taymiya ne kaha ki apne ap ko salafi kahna chaiye. Ye baat bilkul galat hai aur upar ke dalail se ye sabit hota hai, Sheikh Ibn Taymiya kahte hai ki hame salaf as saliheen ki pairwi karni chaiye, To yeh to mai bhi kahta  hu. Sheikh Ibn Taymiyya ne kabhi nahi kaha ki apne ap ko salafi bulao.

Ab Dusre ulma jo kahte hai ki apne ap ko salafi kahna galat hai wo hai SHEIKH IBN UTHAYMEEN .

Ek kitab hai Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen ki jiska naam "Until when will we differ" hai  jisme likha hai:

Ek Indian Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen se ek sawal karta hai:

Sawal karne wala shaks- Mere Mulk me log “Ikhwani” aur “Tableegi” ke taraf bulate hai. Kya wo haq par hai ya batil par?

Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen- “Agar koi shaks “Ikhwani” “Tableegi” ya SALAFI ke taraf bulata hai to wo BATIL hai.

SO AB MAI SHEIKH IBN UTHAYMEEN KA FATAWE KI PAIRWI KARTA HU. TOH AB AGAR KOI BHI SALAFI MUJH PE UNGLI UTHATA HAI TO USE PAHLE SHEIKH IBN UTHAYMEEN PAR UNGLI UTHANA PADEGA.

AUR kuch log kahte hai ki Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai ki apne ap ko salafi kahna chaiye. Par ye bilkul galat hai Sheikh ye kahte hai ki hame salaf as saliheen ki pairwi karna chaiye aur ye to mai bhi kahta hu.

Toh ham ye Tasleem karte hai ki salaf ke manhaj ki pairwi karni chaiye. To Manhaj ke talluk se mai salafi hu par lakab ke talluk se mai sirf Muslim Hu. Awwal me Muslim aur Akhir me Muslim jaise hamare Rasool aur sahaba the .

Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen farmate hai:

Salafiyyah ek khas Jamaat ke taur par jiski alag khushusiyat ho jisme log un logo ke siwa sabko gumraah kahe, in logo ka salafiyyah se kuch lena-dena nahi hai. Jaha tak ke salafiya jiska matlab salaf ki pairwi karna eeman me, kalimaat aur aamaal me, ittihad, mutabqat aur shafkat aur muhabbat ke taraf bulana jaisa ki RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya: “Momin ke Misaal ek jism me Muhabbat, rahmat aur shafkat ki tarha hai; jab koi ek hisse me takleef hoti hai toh fir baaki hissa bhi us ke sath jaagta hai aur bukhar me shamil ho jata hai- YE ASAL SALAFIYYAH HAI

Mai apni bato ko do hadiths se khatam karna chahta hu:

Arfaja r.a. kahte hai ki RasoolAllah ne farmaya Ek waqt ayega jab buri chize hongi muashre me aur jab bhi kabhi koi shaks Muslim Ummat ke Ittehad(unity) me khalal(disrupts) dalta hai toh us par Talwaar se hamla karo chahe wo koi bhi ho aur agar wo fir bhi nahi rukta to uska katl kardo.

Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Log RasoolAllah ﷺ se khair wa bhalai ke mutallik puchte the lekin mai apse burai ke bareme pucha karta tha, is dar se ki kahi mai usme mubtilah na ho jau chunanche mai ne arz kiya: Ae Allah ke Rasool! Ham jahalat aur burai me mubtilah the ke Allah tala ne hame ye bhalai aur khair ata farmaya toh kya is khair ke baad fir koi shar (burai) hai? Ap ne farmaya: Ha, Maine arz kiya Kya us shar ke baad bhi koi khair hai? Apne farmaya: Ha aur usme thodi kharabi aur mail hai . Mai ne arz kiya: Us ki mael kya hai? Apne farmaya: Aese log jo meri sunnat ke alawa dusre tarike par chalenge aur mere hidayat ke elawa kisi nayi chizo ko ghadenge, un ke baaz aamaal ko mana jayega aur baaz ko na-pasand kiya jayega. Mai ne arz kiya: To kya is khair ke baad bhi koi shar hai? Ap ne farmaya: Ha, kuch log honge jo dusro ko jahannam ke darwaze ke taraf bulayenge, aur jo bhi unlogo ki baat qubul karega use is (jahannam) me jhok diya jayega.
 Maine arz kiya: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Hamare liye unka hal bayan farmaye. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Acha, wo hami maise honge, hamari hi zuban bolenge. Maine Arz kiya Ae Allah ke Rasool! Agar mai wo zamana paau to ap mujhe kis baat ka hukm farmate hai?

AAP ﷺ NE FARMAYA: MUSALMANO KI JAMAAH AUR UNKE IMAAM KO LAZIM PAKDE RAKHO. MAINE ARZ KIYA: AGAR MUSALMAN KI JAMAAH AUR UN KE IMAM NA HO TAB MAI KYA KARU? AAP ﷺ NE FARMAYA: TAB UN TAMAM FIRKO SE JUDA HO JAO AGARCHE TUMHE DARAKHT KE JADO KO DANTO SE CHABANA PADE, HATTA KE US SABIT KADAM KE HALAT ME TUMHARI MAUT AA JAYE.

۩ Dalil 4

Aur Apne Rab Se ''jo Un Ke Upar Hai''...kap Kapate Rehte Hain...

Surah An-nahl 16:50.

۞ SUNNAH

Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As riwayat karte hai:

RasoolAllah ne farmaya: Jo maherbaan hai(Rahmaan) uski rahmat unpar hoti hai jo dusro par rahmat karte hai. Agar tum unpar rahmat karoge jo zameen me hai, toh wo(Allah) tumpar rahmat karega jo Aasmaan me hai.

Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith- 4941. Jamiat-Tirmidhi, hadith- 1924.

۩ Mu'awiyah b. al-Hakam al-Sulami riwayat karte hai:

Maine kaha Allah ke Rasool mere pas ek gulam ladki thi jise maine Thappad mara. Ye sunkar Allah ke Rasool dukhi ho gaye. Maine kaha: Kya mai use aazaad na kardu.

Unhone farmaya usko mere pas lao. Fir maine use unke pas laya. Unhone pucha usse: Allah kaha hai. Usne jawab diya Aasman me. Unhone pucha: Mai kaun hu? Usne jawab diya: Aap Allah ke Rasool hai.

Unhone farmaya: Ise aazaad kardo ye eeman wali hai.

۞ SAHABA

۩ Abu Bakr (r.a)

Jo Muhammad ﷺ ki ibadat karta tha to wo wafaat paa gaye hai aur Jo Allah ki ibadat karta tha, Jo aasmano me hai, wo zinda hai aur kabhi nahi marega.

۩ Umar ibn khattab (r.a) 

Lanat ho zameen ke badshaho par Aasmaan ke baadshah ke taraf se, jis din wo milenge.

۞ IMAM E DEEN

۩ Imam Abu Haneefa:

عن وسمعت القاضي أبا محمد المعري ببعلبك، يقول: سمعت الإمام أبا محمد بن قدامة المقدسي سنة إحدى عشر وستمائة، يقول: بلغني عن أبي حنيفة أنه قال: "من أنكر أن الله في السماء فقد كفر".ء

Imam Abu Haneefa ne kaha, “Jo is baat ka inkar karta hai ki Allah aasamano me hai to usne Kufr kiya.”

Imam Zahabi ki Al-Uluw, safa-101-102.

۩ Imam Maalik bin Anas:

Imam Malik kahte hai, “Istawa malum (known) hai, kaifiyat majhul (unknown) hai, is par eeman wajib hai, aur is par sawal karna biddat hai”.

۩ Imam Shafi farmate hai,

“Aqidah jis par ham hai, aur maine apne saathiyo ko dekha hai, ashab ul hadith jaise, Imam Malik aur Sufyan aur dusre log is par hai.

Ham ye gawahi dete hai ki Allah ke siwa koi ibadat ke layak nahi hai aur ye ki Muhammad ﷺ Allah ke Rasool hai. Aur ye ki Allah apne arsh par mustawi hai. Wo apne bando ke nazdeek aata hai jaisa wo chahta hai, aur wo nichle aasman par nuzul farmata hai jaise ki wo chahta hai.”

Tazeem Ke Liye Khade Hone Ke Sharai Ahkaam


Jaha tak kisi ke liye khade hone ka sawaal hai to ye do hisso me takseem kiya jaega:

1.  Kisi ko Khushamdid karne ke liye khade ho jana

2. Kisi ki Tazeem ke liye khade ho jana

Kisi ko Khushamdid karne ke liye khade ho jana: 

 Is amal ki ijazat hai balki ye sunnah hai. Sunan Tirmidhi, Vol. 1, Book 46, Hadith 3872 me hai ki Rasool Allah Fatimah r.a. ke liye khade hote the aur Fatimah r.a. RasoolAllah ke liye khadi hoti thi.

Aur ek hadith hai Sahih al bukhari  hadith 3043 me jisme likha hai ki Sa`d r.a.jab faisla karne aye the Bani Quraiza ke kabile par tab RasoolAllah ne hukm diya sahabao ko unke liye khade hone ke liye.

Aur Sahih al bukhari me ek aur hadth hai jo kahti hai ki Talha r.a. ne khade ho kar dusre sahaba Kab ibn Malik r.a. se hath milaya, jab unhone Allah se tawba ki thi aur Allah ne unki Tawbah qubul ki thi.

Yaha ye pata chalta hai ki ek sahaba dusre sahaba ke liye khade hote hai RasoolAllah ki maujoodgi me isse hame ye pata chala ki kisi ko khush-amdid karne ke liye ya kisi se hath milane ke liye agar ap khade hote hai to ye ache aadab maise hai aur ye sunnah bhi hai.

Lekin sath sath dusri hadith bhi hai jo kahti hai ki kisi ki izzat ke liye khade hona galat hai balki haraam hai. Agar ap padhenge Sunan Abu Daud, Kitabul adab hadith 5211, ye kahti hai ki:

Abu Umamah riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah s.a.w. lakdi se tek lagate hue ham logo ke pas aye. Ham unki izzat ke liye khade ho gae. RasoolAllah ne kaha: Kisi ki izzat ke liye khade mat ho jaisa ke wideshi(foreigners) karte hai.

Aur Dusri hadith kahti hai:

Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Ham logo ke liye RasoolAllah se zyada azeez koi nahi tha. (Aur unhone kaha) Aur Wo (sahaba) RasoolAllah ko dekh kar kabhi khade nahi hote the kyuki wo jante the ki RasoolAllah ko ye pasand nahi tha.

So, in sari riwayato se pata chalta hai ki kabhi ye amal jayz hai kabhi ye sunnat hai kabhi ye makrooh hai aur kabhi ye haram hai. Aur jab is muamle me Sheikh Ibn Baaz r.a. se pucha gaya tha toh unhone is amal ko teen(3) hisso me takseem kiya  aur wo farmate hai :

1.  Jab koi shaks baitha hua hota hai aur wo kisi insan ke liye khada hota hai usko izzat dene ke liye jaise Persians log izzat dete the apne imamo ko, jaisa ki RasoolAllah ne zikr kiya hai. Ye jayz nahi hai aur isi wajah se RasoolAllah ne unlogo se baithne ko kaha jab RasoolAllah ne baith kar namaz padhai.
Unhone unlogo se baithne ko aur baith kar namaz padhne ko kaha, jab unlog khade hue to RasoolAllah ne kaha. “Tumne takriban usi tarah meri Taazeem ki jis tarha Persians apne Imamo ki Taazeem karte the.”

2. Jab koi shaks khada ho kisi ke ane ya jane ke liye bina usko salam kiye ya usse hath milae, balki sirf uski taazeem ke liye. Ye kamaskam Makrooh hai. Sahaba Rasool ALLah ke liye unke aane par khade nahi hote the kyuki unlogo ko pata tha ki ye amal RasoolAllah ko na-pasand tha.

3. Jab koi shaks kisi shaks ke liye khada hota hai jo andar aya ho usse hath milane ke liye ya use baithne ki  jagah dene ke liye wagaira. To is amal me koi harj nahi hai balki ye Sunnah hai jaisa ki upar zikr kiya gaya hai.

Walidain Ke Sath Husn e Suluk


Alhamdulilah Islam me walidain ke bhi hukuk hai. Allah pak Quran me apne hukuk ke fauran baad Walidain ke hukuk ki baat karte hai. Allah pak farmate hai:

۩ Aur tumhare Rab ka farman hai ki uski ibadat me kisi ko shareek na karna aur jab tumhare maa baap me se ek ya dono budhi umr par pahoch jaye toh unhe uff tak na kahna aur na hi unse jhirag ke baat karna lekin unse husne suluk ke saath pesh aana aur ye dua karna ki Aye hamare Rab hamare maa baap par raham kar jis tarah inhone rahmat o shafqat ke sath mujhe bachpan me paala tha.

Surah Isra ﴾17﴿, ayat- 23-24.

۩ "Aur Allah Taalaa ki ibadat karo aur uss kay sath kissi ko shareek na karo aur maa baap kay sath husn e sulook karo..."

Surah Nisa, ayat-36.

۞ WALIDAIN KO HAR HAAL ME RAAZI RAKHNE KA HUKM:

Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr r.a. kahte hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Rab ki raza walidain ki raza me hai aur Allah ka gussa walidain ke gusse me hai" (Hasan).

SUNAN TIRMIDHI (Vol. 4, Book 1, Hadith 1899).

۞ WALIDAIN KI NA-FARMANI KABIRA GUNAH HAI:

Hazrat Abdulrahman bin Abi bakar ((ra)) apne baap se riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: 
“Kya mai tumhe kabira gunaho me se sab se bara gunah na batao? "Sahaba karam r.a. ne arz kiya: “Kyu nhi ya Rasool allah ﷺ!  Zarur bataye "RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:  “Allah ke saath shirk karna aur walidain ki na -farmani karna."

Sunan Tirmizi # hadis no. 1550.

۞ WALIDAIN KO NARAZ KARNE WALE KE LIYE RASOOL ALLAH ﷺ NE BAD-DUA FARMAYI:

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. Nabi akram ﷺ se riwayat karte hai ki Rasool allah s ne irshad farmaya:
“...Us shakhs ki naak khak aalud ho ‘ ruswa aur zalil ho ‘ halakat ho jis ne walidain me se kisi 1 ko ya dono ko budhape me paya aur phir ((in ko raazi kar ke)) jannat me dakhil na ho saka. "

SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 32, Hadith 6189)

۞ WAALID JANNAT KA BAHETARIN DARWAZA HAI:

Hazrat Abu Darda r.a. ne Nabi akram ﷺ ko farmate hue suna ke waalid jannat ke darwazo me se bich ka darwaza hai (jannat ka behtareen rasta) toh yeh tumhare upar hai ki iska fayda uthao ya nahi.

IBN MAJAH (Vol. 5, Book 33, Hadith 3663); SUNAN TIRMIDHI (Vol. 4, Book 1, Hadith 1900).

۞ JANNAT MAA KE QADMO TALE HAI:

Hazrat  Mu’aawiyah ibn Jaahimah se riwayat hai Ke woh Nabi akram ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hui aur arz kiya : “Ya Rasool allah ﷺ! Mai ne jihad ka irada kiya hai aur aap se mashwara lene ke liye haazi hua ho?"  Aap ﷺ ne irshad farmaya: “Kya teri walida zinda hai?“ Is ne arz kiya  “Haa ! “ Aap ﷺ ne irshad farmaya: “Phir un ki khidmat karo, ‘ jannat unke qadmo ke niche hai".

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith- 15110.

Aur isi paigam ko Sunan Nasai me bhi dohraya gaya hai..

Allah ke Rasool ﷺ farmate hai “JANNAT MAA KE KADMO KE NICHE HAI”.

Sunan Nasai, Kitaab-ul-Jihaa d, Ch.6 Hadith 3106.

۞ BAAP KE MUKABLE ME MAA 3 DARJE ZAYAD HUSNE SULUK KI MUSTAHEQ HAI:

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke 1 aadmi RasoolAllah ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hua aur arz kiya:
“Ya Rasool Allah ﷺ mere husne suluk ka sab se zyada haq daar koan hai?“
Aap ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:
“Teri Maa“
Is ne dobara arz kiya :
“phir kaun?”
Aap ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:
“Teri Maa”
Is ne tisri baar arz kiya:
“phir kaun?”
Aap ﷺ ne irshad farmaya :
“Teri Maa“
Isne chawthi baar pucha :
“phir kaun?”
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya :
“Tera Baap”.

۞ WALIDAIN KI DUAE:

Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki Teen(3) tarah ki duae bina koi shak ke kubul hoti hai wo hai ek Mazlum ki dua, jo safar pe hai uski duae aur walidain ki duae unke aulad ke liye.

ADAB UL-MUFRAD (Book 1, Hadith 32); ADAB UL-MUFRAD (Book 1, Hadith 481).

۞ WALIDAIN KE INTEKAL KE BAAD UNKE LIYE DUAE KARNA:

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki jab koi insan marta hai to uske nek aamal band kar diye jate hai siwae teen tarah ke:
1) Sadka e jariya(Allah ke raah me lagaya hua hamara maal jo logo ko fayda pohcha raha ho)
2) Jo Ilm logo ko sikhaya ho wo usse fayda utha ra ho
3) Nek aulad jo uske liye dua kare.

(Reported by al-Tirmidhi, no 1376; he said this is a saheeh hasan hadeeth)

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya "Ek shaks ke Jannat me darjat buland honge , fir wo puchega ki ye kaise hua, fir usse kaha jayega Tumhare aulad ki magfirat ki duae ke wajah se jo wo tumhare liye karta hai."

Namaz Ki Niyat Dil Se Na Ke Zuban Se


Aap ﷺ farmate hain:

Aamal ka daromadar Niyat par hai. [Sahih al Bukhari. hadees- 1]

Namaz me Niyyat karna zaruri hai isliye ke Namazi ko malum rahe ke wo kOnsi Namaz padh raha hai. Namaz e Zohar ya Asar aur kOnsi rakat farz ya Sunnah.

Lekin Aksar lOg Niyyat ke Alfaz zaban se ada karte hain jaise “Iss Imam ke pichhe me Namaz padh raha hun,itni rakat sunnat ya farz,falan Namaz ki.Munh mera kaabe tarf wagera.”

ye tariqa durust nahi hai kiyuke “Niyyat karna Dil ke Irade ke naam hai.[Kitab ul Fiqah.ali ul mazahib ul arbah:209/1 w sharah w qayah wagera]

Isi ke sath aksar Ulma ne zaban ke sath Niyyat karne ko Bidat shumar kiya hai,kiyuke Nabi(S.A.W) aur Sahaba Ikram se iska kOi subut nahi hai.

Allama Ibne Tahmiya(RahimUllah) farmate hain: “Zaban se Niyyat karna Deen aur aqal dono ke khilaf hai, Deen ke khilaf isliye ke ye Bidat hai aur aqal ke khilaf isliye ke iski missal aise hi hai jaise kOi khana tanawul karna chahta ho to kahe: “Main Niyyat karta hun apne hath ko iss bartan me rakhne ki,isme se luqma lunga phir isko munh me rakhunga,phir isko chabaunga,akhir isko nigal lunga take main ser hosakun.”

kOi aqalmand iss qism ki harkat nahi karega kiyuke jab aadmi ko ilm hai ke wO kya kar rha hai to usne uss baat ki Niyyat bhi zarur ki hogi.

Aur charo Imamo ka iss baat per ittefaq hai ke zaban se Niyyat krna mashru nahi.”[fatawa Ibne Tahmiya 232/1] Imam Ibne Qaim(RahimUllah) farmate hain: “Nabi(S.A.W) jab Namaz ke liye khade hOte to ALLAHU AKBAR kahte aur isse pahle kuch na kahte aur na inn marwajah alfaz ke sath Namaz ki Niyyat karte the.

Kisi ne iske muttaliq ba sanad kOi chiz naqal nahi ki,hatta ke kisi zaeef wa Mursal riwayat me bhi inme se ek lafz bhi marwi nahi hai,balke Sahabi se bhi ye alfaz sabit nahi aur nahi Taba’een aur charO Imamo me se kisi ne zaban ke sath Niyyat karne ko Mustahsin qarar diya hai. [Zaad ul ma’ad ul Ibne Qaim:201]

Allama Muhammad Nasir Uddin Albani(RahimUllah) farmate hain: “Nabi(S.A.W) apni Namaz ko Takbeer Tahrima se shuru karte the.” [see: Sahi Muslim-1110] Iss Hadees me iss baat ki tarf ishara hai ke Aap(S.A.W) “Niyyat karta hun waste Namaz ke wagera” alfaz se Namaz shuru nahi karte the,lehaza ye bil ittefaq Bidat hai,Baaz ne Hasnah aur Saiyyah ka farq bayan kiya hai.

Lekin hum kahte hain ke Ibadat ke mamle me har Bidat Gumrahi hai.kiyukeNabi(S.A.W) ka irshad hai ke: “( كل بدعة ضلالة وكل ضلالة في النار ) “-kullu bid'atin dalalatun wa-kullu dalalatin fi'l-nari-“ iss baat ka taqaza karta hai.” [Safat ul Salat ul Nabi(S.A.W),page-76]

Iss Hadees ke mayeni ye hain ke “Har Bidat Gumrahi hai aur Gumrahi Dozakh me lejane wali hai.” [Sanan Nisai]Niyyat chuki Dil se talluq rakhti hai,isliye zaruri hai ki ham apne tamaan(jayez) kamon me(sabse) pahle niyyat kar liya karen kyonki jaisi niyat hogi waisa hi phal milega.In shaa ALLAHH

ALLAH SW Hume shirk wa Bidat se mahfuz farmaye aur Sunnato per sahi tariqe se Amal karne ki toufiq ata farmaye.Ameen

Islam Me Khwateen Ke Huqooq


Ye jo Magribi nara aazadi e niswa ka hai haqiqat me aurat ke izzat ko lut ta hai, aurto ke aabru ko lut ta hai, aurto ko zaleel karta hai. Ye magribi tahzeeb jo kahti hai ki khwateen ko ham uncha mukam de re hai par haqiqat me unhe eek tawaif banata hai, unhe bazaar ki zeenat banata hai art aur culture ke rangeen parde ke piche. Islam ne alhamdulilah khwateen ko 1400 saal pahle hukuk diye. Jab Quran nazil hua us daur ko kahte the ayyamul jahilya (days of ignorance) us waqt alhamdulilah Islam ne khwateen ko apne hukuk diye. Islam me khwateen ke hukuk ke liye musalman muashre ko nai dekhna chaiye na hi muslims ko dekhna chaiye, hame dekhna chaiye Quran aur Sunnah ko.

Islam me Mard aur Aurat ka darja barabar hai lekin hubahu yaksaa nahi hai. Kyuki Allah pak ne aurat aur mard ko biologically, psychologically aur physically alag banaya hai. Ham Islam me khwateen ke hukuk ka zikr karte hai jo ki maine 5 hisso me bata hai

1. Islam me khwateen ke Roohani Hukuk

2. Islam me khwateen ke Mu-ashi hukuk

3. Islam me khwateen ke Muashrati hukuk

4. Islam me khwateen ke Talimi Hukuk

5. Islam me khwateen ke Qanooni Hukuk

1. ISLAM ME KHWATEEN KE ROOHANI HUKUK:

Aksar gair muslim ko galat famy hai ki Islam me Jannat sirf mardo ke liye hai, Khwateen jannat me ja hi nahi sakti,  unki ye galat famy hai..Unki ye galat famy ko dur karne ke liye Quran ki ek ayat hi kafi hai. Allah pak surah nisa ayat 124 me farmate hai:

وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ مِن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَأُولَٰئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ نَقِيرًا-

Jo eman wala ho mard ho ya aurat aur woh nek aamaal keray yaqeenan aisay log jannat mein jayen gay aur khujoor ki guthli kay shigaf kay barabar bhi unn ka haq na maara jaye ga. 

Allah pak is paigam ko firse dohrate hai Surah Nahl 16 ayat no 97 me

مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ-

Jo shaks nek amal keray mard ho ya aurat lekin ba-eman ho to hum ussay yaqeenan nihayat behtar zindagi ata farmyenge. Aur unn kay nek aemaal ka behtareen badla bhi unhen zaroor zaroor den gay.

Allah pak surah Nisa ayat 1 me farmate hai

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا-

Aey logo apney perwerdigar say daro jiss ney tumhen aik jaan say peda kiya aur us jaan se uske jaisa joda banaya hai.

In ayato ka matkab yahi nikalta hai ki admi aur aurat roohani taur pe yaksa hai.

2. ISLAM ME KHWATEEN KE MU-ASHI HUKUK :

Islam ne khwateen ke muashri hukuk kam se kam magrib se 1300 saal pahle diye. Islam me balig aurat ko ye haq hota hai ki wo apni zaaezaat beche ya kharide bina kisi se puch ke. Islam me aurat naukri kar sakti hai wo jo shariat uski ijazat deti hai. Quran me koi ayat ya koi bhi sahih hadith nahi hai jo aurat ko halah naukri karne se rokti hai. Lekin usko hijab ikhtiyar karke naukri karna chaiye. Lekin Islam me khwateen maa-ashri taur par bare-zimma hai. Unke upar koi financial obligation nahi hai. Islam me ma’ashi zimmedari mard ki hai. Aurat ke Nikah se pahle uske walid aur uske bhai ki zimmedari hai aur Aurat ke nikah ke baad uske shohar ki aur uske bête ki zimmedari hai ke wo sara ma’ashi kharcha jo aurat ka hai wo mard uthae chahe wo khane ke liye ho chahe pahenne ke liye ho ye chahe wo rahne ke liye ho. Aurat ko zindagi basar karne ke liye kaam Karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai lekin agar wo chahti hai ki kaam karu aur haath batau to wo kar sakti hai lekin koi bhi usse zabarzasti nahi kar sakta. Islam me aurat ke ma’ashi hukuk boht hai alhamdulilah. Jab shady hoti hai to shady ke waqt alhamdulilah aurat ko mahr diya jata hai. Allah pak surah nisa ayat 4 me farmate hai:

                                     "Aur aurton ko unn kay mehar razi khushi se de do"

Nikah me bina mahr ke nikah ho hi nahi sakta. Afsos ki baat hai ki hamare kuch muashre me ulta hai ki aurat dahej deti hai mard ko. Islam me aurat se dahej directly ya indirectly mangna haram hai. Even indication bhi dena haram hai.

3. ISLAM ME KHWATEEN KE MU'ASHRATI HUKUK:

۞ BETI KE HUKUK:

Allah pak farmate hai surah al Takweer 81  ayat 8-9 me

                                   وَإِذَا الْمَوْءُودَةُ سُئِلَتْ
                                           بِأَيِّ ذَنبٍ قُتِلَتْ

                       "Aur jab zinda gari hui larki say sawal kiya jaey ga.

                        "Ke kis gunha ki waja say wo qatal ki gai."

Is ayah se ye saaf pata chalta hai ki ladkiyo ka katl karna Islam me haram hai. Na hi sirf ladkiyo ka katl karna haram hai balki dono ladko aur ladkiyo ka katl karna haram hai. Allah pak farmate hai surah 6 ayat 151 me

"apni aulad ko gurbat ke kauf se qatal mat karo. Hum tum ko aur unn ko rizk denge"

Islam me na hi sirf bacho ka katl karna zurm hai khususan ladkiyo ka lekih jab apko pata chalta hai ki ladki paida hui aur ap afsos karte hai, Islam me iski bhi mumaniyat hai. Allah pak farmate hai surah nahl 16 ayat 58-59 me:

وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِالْأُنثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌيَتَوَارَىٰ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مِن سُوءِ مَا بُشِّرَ بِهِ ۚ أَيُمْسِكُهُ عَلَىٰ هُونٍ أَمْ يَدُسُّهُ فِي التُّرَابِ ۗ أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ-

"Inn mein say jab kissi ko larki honey ki khabar di jaye to uss ka chehra siyah hojata hai aur dil hi dil mein ghutney lagta hai.Iss buri khabar say logon say chupa chupa phirta hai. Sochta hai kay kiya iss zillat ko sath liye huye hi rahey ya issay mitti mein daba dey. Aah! Kya hi buray faislay kertay hain" ?

Toh Afsos karna ke ek ladki Aap ke ghar me paida hui, ye bhi islam me jurm hai. Aur Allah ke Rasool farmate hai Musnad Ahmad vol. 1 Hadith 2104 me

“ Agar koi bhi shaks apne do betio ko ache tarike se parwarish karta hai jab tak wo baligh ho jati hai toh akhirat ke din me wo shaks mere itne kareeb rahega aur RaoolAllah ne apne do ungli ko eksath karke joda”.

Aur ek hadith hai jo Ibn Majah ki hai:

“Koi bhi shaks agar do ladkiyo ki parwarish karta hai aur unke sath husn e suluk karta hai to wo jannat me jayega”.

Sunan Ibn Majah, Kitabul Adab, vol. 5 ch. 3 hadith 3670.

۞ BIWI KE HUKUK

Allah pak farmate hai

 " وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ "-

Aur uss ki nishaniyon mein say hai kay tumhari hi jins say biwiyan peda ki takay tum inn say aaram pao uss ney tumharay darmiyan mohabbat aur humdardi qaeem kerdi yaqeenan ghor-o-fiker kerney walon kay liye iss mein boht si nishaniyan hain.Quran surah 30 ayat 21.

  " يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا ۖ  "-

 Ae Eman walo! Tumhen halal nahi kay zabardasti aurton ko ikhtiyar karo.

Surah Nisa, ayat 19.

Matlab nikah ke liye shohar aur biwi dono ki ijazat zaruri hai

Ek hadith me..

Ek aurat jis ka naam tha khansa bint Khidam Al-Ansariya tha wo RasoolAllah ﷺ ke paas aati hai aur kahti hai mere walid ne mere marzi ke khilaf meri shady ek admi se ki jise mai pasand nahi karti aur Allah ke Rasool ne nikah e fask kiya(he nullified the marriage).

Sahih al bukhari, kitabun nikah, hadith 69.

Isi liye Islam me shady ke liye mard aur aurat dono ki Razaamandi zaruri hai. Aur islam ne aurat ko “housewife” (ghar ki biwi) nahi balke “Homemaker” (Ghar ki zeenat) kahte hai kyuki wo ghar ko banati hai, wo ghar ki zeenat hai.

Aur Allah pak farmate hai

Agar ap apni biwi se pyar nahi karte fir bhi unke sath husn e suluk karo.

Surah al Nisa ayat 19.

RasoolAllah ﷺ farmate hai ki tum maise sab se behtareen wo hai jinke akhlaq sab se behtar hai aur unmaise sab se behtareen wo hai jo apni biwi ke sath sab se ache hai.

۞ MAA KE HUKUK

Allah pak farmate hai surah Isra (17) me ayat 23-24 me

۩ Aur tumhare Rab ka farman hai ki uski ibadat me kisi ko shareek na karna aur jab tumhare maa baap me se ek ya dono budhi umr par pahoch jaye toh unhe uff tak na kahna aur na hi unse jhirag ke baat karna lekin unse husne suluk ke saath pesh aana aur ye dua karna ki Aye hamare Rab hamare maa baap par raham kar jis tarah inhone rahmat o shafqat ke sath mujhe bachpan me paala tha.

Surah Isra ﴾17﴿, ayat- 23-24.

aur Allah pak farmate hai surah no 6 ayat 151 me 

"Ham ne insano pe farz kiya hai ki wo apne walidain se husn e suluk  kare"

aur ye paigam dohraya gaya hai Surah Lukman (31) ayat 14 me aur surah Al Ahqahf (46) ayat 15 me.

Aur Allah ke Rasool ﷺ farmate hai,

"JANNAT MAA KE KADMO KE NICHE HAI"

Sunan Nasai, Kitaab-ul-Jihaa d, Ch.6 Hadith 3106.

Ek riwayat me aur aata hai..

Hazrat Abu Huraira ((ra)) se riwayat hai ke 1 aadmi Rasool allah ((saw)) ki khidmat me haazir hua aur arz kiya:

“Ya Rasool allah ((saw)) mere husne suluk ka sab se zyada haq daar koan hai?“
Aap ((saw)) ne irshad farmaya:
“Teri Maa“
Is ne dobara arz kiya :
“phir kaun?"
Aap ((saw)) ne irshad farmaya:
“Teri Maa"
Is ne tisri baar arz kiya:
“phir kaun?"
Aap ((saw)) ne irshad farmaya :
“Teri Maa“
Isne chawthi baar pucha :
“phir kaun?"
Aap ((saw)) ne farmaya :
“Tera Baap".

(Sahih Bukhari # kitabul adab, hadith 2)

4. ISLAM ME KHWATEEN KE TALIMI HUKUK:

Sabse pahli wahee aur sabse pahli hidayat jo Allah pak insano ko Quran me dete hai wo ye nahi ki Ap namaz padho ya Roza rakho ya hajj ke liye jaao. Sabse pahli hidayat jo Allah  pak Quran me dete hai wo hai Iqra', 'Padho' jo aata hai surah Iqra'(96) ayat 1 me. Aur ye sirf mard ke liye nahi ye mard aur aurat dono ke liye hai.

Aur Allah ke Rasool farmate hai Sunan ibn Majah, vol-1, hadith-224 me

" Talabul ilm faridatun ala kulli muslim" .

" ILM hasil karna har ek musalma (mard aur aurat) par farz hai ".

Aur Allah ke Rasool aksar ye kahte the ki apne bacho ko ilm do khususan apne betiyo ko. Aur Allah ke Rasool ye bhi kahte the ki shohar ka farz hai ki wo apne biwi ko ilm de, agar khud nahi de sakta to kamaskam itna intzam karna chaiye ki uski biwi tak ilm pohche.

Sahih al bukhari, kitabul Ilm, hadith 101 me zikr hai ki Kuch khwateen Allah ke Rasool ke pas aati hai aur kahti hai ki hame bhi khitab kijiye kyuki Allah ke Rasool ka sara waqt mard le liya karte the. Aur us din Allah ke Rasool ne wada kiya ki wo aurto se bhi khitab karenge.

5. ISLAM ME KHWATEEN KE KANUNI HUKUK:

Kanuni aetbaar se mard aur aurat barabar hai. Allah pak farmate hai Surah al baqara ayah 178 me

Aey eman walon! Tum per maqtoolon ka qisass lena farz kiya gaya hai aazad aazad kay badlay ghulam ghulam kay badlay aurat aurat kay badlay.

Islam me jo saza mard ko milti hai wohi saza aurat ko milti hai. Aur dono ke liye saza yaksa hai. Allah pak farmate hai surah al Maidah 5 ayat no 38 me 

“Chori kerney walay aurat aur mard kay haath kaat diya kero. Yeh badla hai uss ka jo enhon ney kiya azab Allah ki taraf say aur Allah Taalaa qooat aur hikmat wala hai.”

Allah pak farmate hai

" Zina kaar aurat ya mard mein say har ek ko sao koray lagao "

Surah Noor 24 ayat 2.

Islam me aurat ko shahdat(gawahi) dene ka bhi haq hai jab ki boht se mazahib me unko ye haq nahi milta.

Aur Islam pak daman aurat ki hifazat sakhti se karta hai aur wo bhi practical tarike me. Allah pak farmate hai surah nor ayah 4 me

" Jo log pak daman aurton per zina ki tohmat lagayen phir char gawah na paish ker saken to unhen assi(80)  koray lagao aur kabhi bhi unn ki gawahee qabool na kero. Yeh fasiq log hain. "

Toh alhamdulilah Islam ne Khwateen ko boht sare hukuk diye hai na hi sirf lafzi balke amalan taur par bhi..Allah pak mard aur khwateen ko khitab karte hue faarmate hai:

Woh tumhara libas hain aur tum unn ke libas ho [2:187]
