Ahle Ilm Ki Galtiya | Imam Zahabi


۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

“Agar ek bada alim zyada tar sahih hota hai, aur sach ke liye uski muhtat (meticulous) tashveesh, aur uske ilm ki wusat, aur uski aqalmandi jis ke liye wo achhi tarah se jaana jata hai; jaise ki uski neki aur parhezgaari ke liye, aur uske amal ke liye, toh uske gunah muaf ho jate hai. Aur uske saare acche kaamo ko bhula kar ham ye nahi kahte hai ki wo gumrah ho gaya hai, (Ji) Ye thik hai! Albatta, ham uske galti ya biddat ki pairwi nahi karte, aur ham ye ummeed karte hai ki wo tauba karega (agar use apni galti ka ehsaas hua).”

۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

Ham sunnat aur sunnat wale log se muhabbat karte hai. Aur ham ahle ilm se (sunnat par) amal aur unki neki aur tareef ke layk kirdaar ke wajah se muhabbat karte hai. Albatta, ham unke kisi biddat se muhabbat nahi karte, jo wo galat ijtehad karne ke wajah se lekar aate hai. Aur sabse zaruri chiz jo dekhi jayegi wo uske neki ki taadaad hai.”

۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

“Agar ham har baar ahle ilm ko ahle biddat (biddati) bana dein jab kabhi wo galti kare muqammal tahkeek ke baad, shariat ke kisi ahkaam ko nikaalne ke liye, fir toh Ibn Nasr and Ibn Mandah jaise log hamse mahfuz na rahte, na hi koi aur ahle ilm - yaha tak ki wo bhi jo inse bade hai. Wo Allah hai jo apne makhluq ko sach ke taraf rahnumayi karta hai aur wo raham karne walo ke liye bada rahmaan hai. Aur ham Allah se, apni khwahisho aur sakht dil aur be-adabi ki panaah talab karte hai.”

۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

“Agar har (alim) ko, uske muqammal tahkeek ke baad shariat ke kisi ahkaam nikalne me galti ke wajah se ham tabah kar dete aur unko ahle biddat me shumaar kar lete- unke sahih eemaan aur sach ki pairwi karne ki niyat hone ke bawujud, toh fir sirf kuch hi alim hamse mahfuz rahte. Allah in sab par apne karam aur sakhawat ke sath raham kare.”

Is Ummat Ke Gareeb

Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

Har jaan ko maut ka maza chakhna hai aur qayamat ke din tum apne badle pure pure diye jaoge, pas jo shaks aag se hata diya jaaye aur jannat me daakhil kar diya jaaye, be-shak wo kamyaab ho gaya aur dunya ki zindagi to sirf dhoke ka sauda hai.

Surah aal e Imran ﴾3﴿, ayat- 185.

Aakhir kaar jab wo kaan bahre kar dene wali aawaaz buland hogi. Us din aadmi apne bhai se aur apni maa aur apne baap se. Aur apni biwi aur apni aulaad se bhagega. Un maise se har shaks par us din aesa waqt aa padega ke use apne siwa kisi ka hosh na hoga.

Surah Abasa ﴾80﴿, ayat- 34-37.

RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame is ummat ke gareeb ya diwaliya (bankrupt) ki sifat batayi hai,

۩ Abu Huraira r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Tumhe maalum hai gareeb kaun hai?' Sahaba r.a. ne arz kia, ham to gareeb us ko samjhte hai jis ke paas rupya-paisa aur saaz o saamaan na ho.
Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, “Meri ummat me gareeb wo shaksh hoga jo qayamat ke din namaz, roza aur zakat ke sath aayga magar us ne kisi ko gali di hogi, kisi par jhuta-ilzam lagaya hoga, kisi ka maaal hadap kiya hoga, kisi ka khoon bahaya hoga, kisi ko maara hoga, chunache us ne jin jin logon ki haq talfi ki ho gi unhe us ki nekiya de di jayengi. Aur agar uski nekiya kam pad jaye toh fir in logo ke gunaah la kar us par laad diya jayega . Aur use dozakh me fenk diya jayega.”

Sahih Muslim, Book of virtue, enjoining good manners, and joining of the ties of knship ﴾45﴿, hadith- 6579.

Isi liye RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame ek faydeman aur khubsurat naseehat ki hai:

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Agar kisi shaks ka zulm kisi dusre ki izzat par ho ya kisi tarike (se zulm kiya ho) toh aaj hi, us din ke aane se pahle muaf kara lo, jis din na (toh) deenar honge, na dirham, balki agar us ka koi nek amal hoga toh us ke zulm ke badle me wahi le liya jayega aur agar koi nek amal us ke paas nahi hoga toh us (mazlum) ki buraiya us par daal di jayengi.”

Sahih al Bukhari,  Book of oppressions ﴾46﴿, hadith- 2449.

Isi mauzu se mutallik, RasoolAllah ne qayamat ke din aane wale ek dusre shaks ka zikr kiya hai.

۩ Saubaan r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Mai apni Ummat me se aese logo ko janta hu jo qayamat ke din Tihamah ke pahado ke barabar nekiya le kar ayenge. Allah ta'la in (nekiyo) ko fiza me udte hue zarre ki tarah bana dega.
Saubaan r.a. ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool! un logo ka haal ham se bayan farmaye aur khol kar bayan farmaye taakeh la-ilmi aur jahalat ke wajah se ham un me se na ho jaye.
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, “Jaan lo wo tumhare bhaiyo mai se hi hai, aur tumhari qaum mai se hi, wo bhi raato ko isi tarah ibadat karenge, jaise tum ibadat karte ho, lekin wo aese log hai ke jab tanhaai me honge toh haraam kaamo ka irtikaab karenge.”

Sunan ibn Majah, kitab al Zuhd ﴾37﴿, hadith- 4245. Is hadees ko Buwaysari ne Misbaah al-Zujaajah (4/246) me sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Ibn Hajar al-Haythami is hadees ke talluk se farmate hai, “Upari taur par nek hone ka dikhawa karna aur Allah ke muqaddas hudud ko todna; akele me gunah e sageera (chota gunah) karne ko kuch bada samjha jata hai, (aur fir inhone ek hadees ko daleel bana kar kaha hai) Ek shaks jisko nek banne ka dikhawa karne ki adat ho aur apni buri chizo ko chupane ki, ye musalmano ko zyada nuksan aur gumrah karti hai, kyuki uske paas na neki hai aur na hi Allah ka khauf.” End quote.

Al-Zawaajir (3/49).

Aur isi tarha RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame ek teesre kism ke logo ka amal bataya hai jo akhirat me barbaad ho jayega:

۩ Natil ne Abu Hurairah r.a. se kaha, Aye Shaykh! Mujhe aisi hadees sunaye jo ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ se suni ho.
Abu Hurairah r.a. ne kaha: Haan, Mai ne Rasool ﷺ ko yeh farmate hue suna: “Qayamat ke roz sab se pahla shakhs jis ke khilaaf faisla aeyega, woh hoga jise shaheed kar diya gaya. Use pesh kiya jayega. Allah taala use apni (ata kardah) nemat ki pahchan karayega toh woh use pahchan lega. Woh (Allah) puchenge tum ne is nemat ke sath kya kiya?
Woh kahega: Mai ne Ap ki raah me ladayi ki hatta ke mujhe shaheed kar diya gaya.
(Allah taala) farmayega, tum ne jhoot bola. Tum is liye lade the ke kaha jaye: yeh (shakhs) bahadur sipahi hai. Aur yahi kaha gaya, fir is ke bare me hukum diya jayega toh is aadmi ko munh ke bal ghasita jayega yahan tak ke aag mein daal diya jayega.

Fir woh aadmi jis ne Ilm padha, padhaya aur Quran ki qirat ki, use pesh kiya jayega. (Allah taala) use apni nematon ki pahchan karayenga, woh pahchan kar lega, (Allah) farmayenge: Tum ne un nematon ke sath kya kiya? Woh kahega: Maine ilm padha aur padhaya aur teri khatir Quran ki qirat ki, (Allah) farmayega: Tum ne jhut bola, tum ne is liye Ilm padha ke kaha jaye (yeh) aalim hai aur tum ne Quran is liye padha ke kaha jaye: yeh qaari hai, (aur) woh kaha gaya, fir is ke bare me hukum diya jayega, use munh ke bal ghasita jayega hatta ke aag me daal diya jayega.

Fir woh aadmi jis par Allah ne wusat ki aur har qism ka maal ata kiya, use laya jayega. Allah taala use apni nematon ki pahchan karayenge, woh pahchan lega. Allah farmayenge: Tum ne un me kya kiya? (wo) kahega: Maine koi raah nahi chori jis (raah) me apko pasand hai ke maal kharch kiya jaye magar har aisi raah me kharch kiya. Allah farmayenge: Tum ne jhoot bola hai, tum ne (yeh sab) is liye kiya taake kaha jaye, woh sakhi hai, (aur) aisa hi kaha gaya, fir is ke bare mein hukum diya jayega, to ise munh ke bal ghasita jayega, fir aag mein daal diya jayega.

Ilm Hasil Karne Ki Koi Umar Nahi Hoti | Imam Bukhari

۞ Imam ul Muhaddiseen, Imam Bukhari r.h. farmate hai,

“Sardaar banne ke baad bhi ilm haasil karo, kyunki RasoolAllah ﷺ ke Sahaba-e-kiraam r.a. ne badi umar mein ilm haasil kiya.”

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al ilm ﴾3﴿, baab- Ilm-o-hikmat mein rashk karna, hadith- 73 ke tahat.

Is baab ke tahat Imam Bukhari ye hadees lekar aaye hai:

۩ Abdullah Ibn e Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya: Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, “Rashk (hasad) sirf do (2) baato me jayez hai, Ek toh us shakhs (ki aadat) par jise Allah Ta’ala ne maal diya ho aur wo ise raah e Haq mein kharch karta ho aur dusre us shakhs (ki aadat) par jise Allah ne (Quran aur Hadees ka) Ilm de rakha ho aur wo uske mutabik faisle karta ho aur logon ko uski taaleem deta ho.”

Jab Shafa'at Haq Hai Toh Amal Ki Zarurat Kyu?

Sawal: Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ hamari shafat karenge qayamat ke din toh fir hame amal karne ki zarurat kyu hai?

Jawab:

Alhamdulillah..

RasoolAllah ﷺ ki shafa'at haq hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. kahte hai ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Har Nabi ke liye ek dua aisi hai jo zarur qubul hoti hai, tamam ambiya ne woh dua dunia me hi maang li, lekin maine apni dua qayamat ke din apni ummat ki shafa’at ke liye mahfooz kar rakhi hai, meri shafa’at in shaa Allah har us shakhs ke liye hogi jo is haal me mara ke usne kisi ko Allah ke sath shareek nahin kiya.

Sahih Muslim, kitab al eemaan ﴾1﴿, hadith- 491.

Shafa'at haq hai lekin shafa'at Allah ke ijazat se hogi bina uske ijazat ke nahi. Allah ﷻ farmate hai:

۩ Bila shuba tumhara Rab Allah hi hai jis ne asmano aur zamin ko cheh (6) roz me paida kar diya fir arsh par qayim hua, wo har kaam ki tadbeer karta hai, us ki ijazat ke bagair koi us ke pas sifarish karne wala nahi, aisa Allah tumhara Rab hai, so tum us ki ibadat karo, kya tum fir bhi nasihat nahi pakadte.

Surah Yunus ﴾10﴿, ayat-3.

Aur Rasool ﷺ ne is usool ko aur waazeh karke irshad farmaya hai:

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. ne kaha jab (surah al shura ki) yeh aayat Allah taala ne utari “Aur apne nazdeek naate walon ko Allah ke aazaab se darao” toh RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Aye Quraish ke logo! ya aisa hi koi aur kalima tum log apni apni jaano ko (nek aamaal ke badal) mol le lo (bacha lo), Mai Allah ke samne tumhare kuch kaam nahi aunga (yani us Allah ki marzi ke khilaaf mai kuch nahi kar sakunga) Abd Manaf ke beton! Mai Allah ke samne tumhare kuch kaam nahi aunga. Abbas Abdul Muttalib ke bete! Mai Allah ke samne tumhare kuch kaam nahi aunga. Safia meri Fufi! Allah ke samne tumhare kuch kaam nahi aunga. Aye Fatima, meri beti tu chahe mera koi bhi maal maang le lekin Allah ke samne tere kuch kaam nahi aa sakunga.

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al wasaya ﴾55﴿, hadith - 2753.

Toh shafaat Allah ke ijazat se hogi bina uski ijazat ke nahi. Aur agar Allah ne pakad liya to fir koi nai chora sakta uski pakad se kyuki Allah ki pakad bohut sakht hai.

Seerat e Nabawi se hame iski bohut si misaale milti hai, ek misaal ye hai:

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. ne bayaan kiya ke hum Nabi ﷺ ke saath khaibar ki ladayi ke liye nikle. Is ladayi mein hame sona, chaandi ganimat mein nahi mila tha balke dusre amwaal, kapde aur samaan mile tha. Fir Bani ad-Dubaib ke ek shakhs Rifa'a bin Zaid naami ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ko ek gulaam hadiya (tohfa) me diya, ghulam ka naam Mid'am tha. 

Fir RasoolAllah ﷺ waadi-e-Qura ki taraf mutawajja hue aur jab Aap ﷺ waadi-e-Qura mein pahoch gaye to Mid'am ko jab ke wo Aap ﷺ ka kijaawa durust kar raha tha, ek anjaan teer aa kar laga aur unki maut ho gayi.

Logon ne kaha ke Jannat use mubarak ho, lekin Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya ke hargiz Nahi!, Us zaat ki qasam jiske haath mein meri jaan hai, wo kambal jo isne taqseem se pahle khaibar ke maal-e-ganimat mai se chura liya tha, wo is par aag ka angaara ban kar jal raha hai.

Jab logon ne yeh baat suni toh ek shakhs chappal ka tasma ya do (2) tasme le kar Aap ﷺ ki khidmat mein haazir hua, (matlab jo bina ijazat liya tha wo wapis le aya). Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke yeh aag ka tasma hai ya do (2) tasme aag ke hain.

Sahih al-Bukhari, book of Oaths and Vows ﴾83﴿, hadith- 6707.

Is hadith se aur wazahat hui ki jab Allah ne Rasool ﷺ ki khidmat karne wale sahabi ko nahi baksha toh fir hamari aur apki kya haisiyat hai, agar Allah pakadne par aagaya toh? Allah se dare kyuki Allah ki pakad boht sakht hai.

Hamare muashre me toh ye mashhoor hai ki 'Khuda ka pakda churaye Muhammad, Muhammad ka pakda chura na sake koi.' Hame in ashhaar se Allah ki panaah talab karni chahiye aur sochna chahiye ki kya waqai ham usi roshni par chal rahe hai jo roshni Allah ne hame apni kitab me di hai, RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hadees me di hai..?

Ahle Ilm Ki Galtiya | Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali

Ibn Rajab Hanbali (d. 795h) farmate hai,

“Allah ne apni kitab (Quran) ke alawa kisi bhi kitab ko kamil (perfect) karne se inkar kiya hai. Aur aadil aur nek aadmi wo hai jo kisi ki kuch galtiyo ko muaf kar deta hai iski wajah se ki wo boht baar sahih tha.”

Jahannam Me Aurato Ki Aksariyat Kyu?

Alhamdulillah..

Nabi ﷺ se ye sabit hai ke Jahannam mein aurato ki aksariyat hai.

۩ Imran bin Husayn r.a. bayan karte hain ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “Maine jannat mein jhanka toh us mein aksar log fuqara (gareeb) the aur maine jahannam mein jhanka toh us mein aksar aurte thi.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab badi al khalq ﴾59﴿. hadith- 3241.

۩ Aur is sabab ke mutalliq Nabi ﷺ se pucha gaya toh Aap ne woh bhi bayan farmaya hai. Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. bayan karte hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: 'Mujhe aag dikhayi gayi toh main ne aaj jaisa khaufnak manzar kabhi nahi dekha aur maine jahannum me aksariyat aurton ko hi dekha hai. Toh sahaba kahne lage, aye Allah ke Rasool woh kyun? Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: Apne kufr ki wajah se. Toh Aap se yeh poocha gaya ki kya woh Allah taala ke sath kufr karti hain? Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, khawind aur ahsaan ( good treatment) ki nashukri karti hai, agar ap un mein se kisi ke sath zindagi bhar ahsaan karte raho toh fir woh ap se koi khilaaf e mizaaj cheez dekh le to yeh kahti hai ke maine saari zindagi tum se koi khair hi nahi payi.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al kusuf ﴾16﴿, hadith- 1052.

۩ Abu Saeed khudri r.a. bayan karte hain ke Nabi ﷺ Eid ul azha ya eid ul fitr ke liye Eidgaah ki taraf nikle toh aurton ke paas se guzre, toh farmane lage: 'Aye aurton ki jamaat sadqa o khairaat kiya karo beshak mujhe dikhaya gaya hai ke tumhari jahannam mein aksariyat hai. Toh woh kahne lagi Aye Allah ke rasool woh kyun? Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Tum laanat bahut karti ho aur khawind ki nafarmani karti ho. Maine Deen aur aqal mein naaqis tum se zyada koi nahi dekha. Tum mein se kuch ek ache bhale shakhs ki aqal kharab kar sakti ho.' Woh (aurte) kahne lagi, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool toh hamare deen aur hamari aqal mein nuqs kya hai?' Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: 'Kya aurat ki gawaahi mard ki gawaahi ke nisf (aadhi) nahi?' Toh woh kahne lagi, 'kyu nahi!' toh nabi ﷺ ne farmaya toh ye uski aql ki kami hai. Aur kya jab kisi ko haiz aaye toh woh namaz aur roza nahi chorti? Toh woh kahne lagi, Ji Ha! Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Ye uske Deen ka nuqsaan Hai.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al haiz ﴾6﴿, hadith- 304.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. bayaan karte hai ke main Nabi ﷺ ke sath eid ke din namaz mein hazir tha toh Aap ne khutba se pahle bagair azaan aur Iqamat ke namaz padhayi, fir namaz ke baad Bilal r.a. par tek laga kar khade hue aur Allah taala ka taqwa ikhtiyar karne ka hukm diya aur uski itaat karne par ubhara aur logon ko waaz o naseehat ki fir aurton ke paas aaye aur unhe waaz o naseehat ki aur kahnay lage: Aye aurton! sadqa o khairaat kiya karo kyunke tumhari aksariyat jahannam ka indhan hai toh aurton ke darmiyan se ek siyah dhabbe ki rukhsaro (dark spot on cheeks) waali aurat uth kar kahne lagi, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool wo kyun?' Toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: 'Isliye ke tum shikwa aur shikayat bohut zyada karti ho aur khawind ki nafarmani aur na-shukri karti ho.'
Jabir r.a. bayan karte hai ke fir wo log apne zewraat mein se sadqa ke liye apni anguthiyan aur baaliyan Bilal r.a. ke kapde mein daalne lagi.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salaat al eidain ﴾8﴿, hadees- 2048.

Isliye un musalman bahno par jo is hadees ko janti hai zaruri hai ke un ke muamlaat bhi sahabiyaat ki tarah hon ke jab unko iska ilm hua toh unhone khair aur bhalai ki, jo ke Allah taala ke hukm se unhein us aksariyat se dur le jayegi aur woh jahannum mein dakhil hone se bach jayengi.

To bahno ko hamari ye naseehat hai ke woh Islam ke shi'aar aur faraiz par amal karein aur khaas kar namaz padhe aur un cheezo se dur rahen jo ke Allah taala ne haraam ki hai khaas kar shirk se jo ke aurton ke andar mukhtalif suraton mein faila hua hai. Aur galat kaamo me mulawwis hone se bachna jaise Allah taala ke alawa dusro se haajat puri karwana aur jaadugaron aur najumiyo ke paas jana, chugal khori ya geebat karna, ya fir gair-mahram ke hatho se churi pahenna, wagaira.

Roze Ki Niyat

Sawal: Barr e sagheer hind o pak me saher me roze ki niyyat is tarah ki jaati hai:
"Aye allah mai tere liye yaqini roze ki niyat karta hu mere agle aur pichle gunah muaf farmade."
Aur ye bhi kaha jata hai..
و بصوم غد نويت شهر (mai ramzan ke kal k roze ki niyat karta hu).
Mujhe is ke maani murad ka ilm nhi, lekin kya ye ye niyat karna sahih hai aur agar aisa karna sahih hai to ap se guzarish hai ke is ke maani ki wazahat kare ya fir quran o sunnah se sahih niyat bataye.

Alhamdulilah..

Koi bhi Ibadat chahe wo Roza ho ya Namaz, niyat ke bagair sahih nahi hai kyu ki Nabi ﷺ ka farman hai, “Aamaal ka daar o madaar niyat pe hai aur har shakhs ke liye wohi hai jo wo niyat karta hai.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al wahee ﴾1﴿, hadith- 1. (source)

۩ Ibn Qudamah r.h. kahte hai,

“Agar roza Ramzan mein rakha ja raha hai ya Ramzan ke rozo ki qaza ya fir nazar aur kaffare ke farz roze rakhe ja rahe hai toh hamare Imam (Ahmed), Malik, aur Shafi r.h. ke nazdeek raat ko hi niyat karna laazmi hai, jab ke Imam Abu Hanifa r.h. kahte hai ke Ramzan ke roze ho ya koi aur irade ke roze, un ke liye din me bhi niyat karna kaafi hai.” end quote.

Al-Mughni (3/109).

Hadees ki roshni me Imam Ahmed, Malik aur Shafi ki raaye zyada mazbut hai.

۩ (Ummul Momineen) Hafsah r.a. kahti hai ki Nabi ﷺ ka Farman hai, “Jo shakhs tulu e Fajar se pahle roze ka irada na kare us ka roza nahi hai.”
Sunan Nasai, kitab al siyam, hadith- 2334. Is hadith ko Imam Ibn Khuzaymah aur Imam Ibn Hibbaan ne sahih aur marfoo karar diya hai. Sunan Tirmizi, hadith - 730.

۩ Sunan Nisaai ke Dusre hadith ke alfaz ye hai, “Jis ne raat hee me roze ki niyat na karli ho toh woh roza na rakhe.”

Sunan Nasai, kitab al siyam, hadith- 2336. [Sahih]

Hadees ke maani ye hai ke jo raat ko Roza rakhne ka irada aur niyat na kare us ka Roza nahi hai. Toh Isliye raat ko fajr se pahle niyat karni chahiye roze ki. Bil ittefaq se agar aankh na bhi khul payi shahri ke liye to hamare roze me fark nahi padega to behtar yahi hoga ki raat ko niyat kar li jaye.

۩ Sunan Tirmizi, hadith- 730 ke tahat, Imam Tirmizi farmate hai,

 “Is ka maane ahle ilm ke nazdeek sirf ye hai ki us ka roza nahi hota, jo ramzan me ya ramzan ki qaza me ya nazar ke roze me roze ki niyat tulu e fajr se pahle nahi karta. Agar us ne raat me niyat nahi ki toh us ka roza nahi hua, Albatta nawafil roze me us ke liye subah ho jane ke baad bhi roze ke niyat karna mubah hai. Yahi Shafi, Ahmad aur Ishhaq bin Rahawayhi ka qawl hai.” end quote.

۩ Mustaqil fatwa committee se sawal kiya gaya ke Insaan ko Ramzan me Roze ki niyat kis tarah karni chahiye?

To Jawab tha,

“Roze ki niyat roze ka iradah karne se hoti hai aur Ramzan me har raat ko Roza ki niyat karna zaruri hai.”

۩ Kuch Ahle ilm kahte hai:

Lagataar aur dohraaye jaane wale ibadat ke amal me ye kaafi hai  ki wo ibadat ke shuru me hi niyat karle jab tak ke wo kisi wajah se us amal ko karne se ruk jaye, (aur agar wo aesa karta hai) toh use firse niyat karni padegi. Is bunyad par agar insan ramzan ke pahle din ye niyat karta hai ki wo is maheene ka pura roza rakhega to ye niyat uske liye pure mahine ki taraf se kafi hai jab tak ki koi uzr pesh na aa jaye jis se uski jaari amal me rukawat aajaye jaise ki agar wo Ramzan ke maheene ke dauran safar par chala jaye, toh jab wo wapas ayega toh uske upar naye sire se roze ki niyat karni zaruri hoga.”

Toh isse pata chala ki agar kisi shaks ne ramzan ke shuru me hi niyat karli hai muqammal roze rakhne ke toh use har raat niyat karne ki zarurat nahi hai.

Aur ye baat bhi jaan liya jaye ki niyat ka matlab Dil ka iradah hota hai. Hamare muashre me log niyat se murad zuban se niyat ko bolna samajhte hai. Aesa nahi hai. Niyat ka talluq dil se hai jo ek qalbi amal hai. Is ka zuban se koi talluq nahi hai. Is liye Musalman ko dil se irada karna chahiye ke wo Roza rakhega. Aesa nahi hai ke wo zuban se ye kahe ke 'main Roze ki niyyat karta hu' ya is tarah ke dusre alfaz jo logo ne ejaad kar rakhe hai. Ye sab deen me nayi-nayi baate hai jinse har musalman ko Allah ki panah mangni chahiye kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya tha ki Deen me nayi nayi baate ejaad karne se bachna [Tirmidhee (2676)].

Toh sahih tareeqa ye hai ke insaan dil se irada kare ke wo Roza rakhega.

Roza me niyyat ke alfaz na to RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ada kiya tha na hi sahaba ne. Is alfaz ko baad me ijaad kiya gaya tha.

Wo Alfaz kuch aese hai: 

"Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri ramadan"
Tarjuma: "Mai ramzan ke kal ke roze ki niyat karta hu"

Ab jis shaks ne bhi ye dua banayi hai us ko itna bhi nahi pata tha ki Islam me Din ko Allah kaise badalta hai. Islamic shariyat me raat pahle aati hai aur din baad me, isi liye jab Ramzan shuru hota hai tab ham Taraweeh pahle padhte hai aur roza baad me rakhte hai. Arabic me guzre hue kal ko al 'Ams' kahte hai, Aj ke din ko 'al Yaum' aur aane wale kal ko 'Gadan' kahte hai jo ki is niyat ke alfaz me hai. Is niyat ke tarjume ke mutabik wo us din ki nahi jis din wo niyat ke alfaz bolta hai balki wo us ke agle din roze rakhne ki ki niyat karta hai. Deeni lihaz se to ye galat hai hi sath me magrabi ya dunyawi lihaz se bhi galat hai kyuki magrabi lihaz se 12 baje hi din badal jata hai aur ham shehri 12 baje ke baad karte hai. To ye deeni aur dunyawi dono lihaz se galat hai.
