Kab Hame Bahes ko Aage Nahi Badhana Hai - Wa izaa khaata bahumul jaahiloona qaaloo salaamaa

۩ Allah pak Quran me farmate hai

وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْنًا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ الْجَاهِلُونَ قَالُوا سَلَامًا-

Rahman ke bande woh hai jo zameen par narm chaal chalte hai aur jab jaahil unke mooh lagne lagte hai to kah dete hai ke salaam hai.

Surah Furqan (25), ayat- 63.

Jab ap kisi ke sath guftgu karte hai, toh guftgu hamesha ilmi tarike se karni chahiye, istedlal ke sath karni chahiye.

Apko bhi chahiye ki ap daleel de, mohazzab tarike se apni baat dusre ke saamne rakhe, dusre par koi cheez thoosne ki koshish na kare, apni baat kahein, dusre ki baat sunein.

Jab tak ye muqalma ho raha hai aur ap ilm aur istedlal ke sath baat kar rahe hai, koi jahalat ka sawal nahi hai.

Lekin jis waqt koi aadmee apne muh me kaff bharne lag jaata hai, aasteen chadha leta hai, daleel ko ek taraf fenk deta hai, aap par wo shabb o sitam karna shuru kar deta hai ya aesa rawayya ikhtiyar kar leta hai jisme sirf jazbaat hi jazbaat hote hai, yaani ab aap aqali tabaadla e khyalaat kar hi nahi sakte uske sath, toh ye mauka hota hai jisko arabi zuban me jahalat kaha jaata hai, jahalat jo hamari urdu zuban me hai uska matlab hota hai nawaqfiyat.

Arabic zuban me jahalat ke aur maane me istemal hota hai wo ye hai ki, aadmi jazbaat se magroob ho gaya, usne ilm o aqal ko ek taraf rakh diya, ab usse agar ap koi baat karte hai toh siwaye iske ke jawab me apko shab o sitam milega, apko tanz o tahkeer se saabta pesh ayega, koi guftugu nahi ho sakegi, koi muqalma nahi ho sakega, mohazzab tarike se ap baith bhi nahi sakenge, ek dusre ki baat sunne ke liye bhi tayar nahi honge, hogi to ilzam tarashi hogi, toh ye surat jis waqt paida ho jaaye toh us waqt hme ye Allah taala ne hidayat ki hai ki fir ap shaistagi ke sath ruksat ho jaaye, ya qaalu salama jo hai, iski arabic zuban me ye tabeer hai ki shaistgi se fir ap ijazat le lein.

Yaani us mauke ke upar ap fir aesa na kare ki doosra agar jazbaat se magroob ho gaya hai to aap bhi ho jaaye, dusre ne agar taan o tashni shuru kar di hai to ap bhi wahi kare, dusre ne agar eent maari hai toh ap pathhar le kar use maarne lage.

Ye tarika ikhtiyar karne ki hamko hidayat ki gai hai ki ye kisi haal me bhi nahi karna aapko.

Chunanche, ye bataya gaya hai ki jab bhi ap Khuda ki baat logo ko batana chahte hai to khubsurat naseehat ke sath, hikmat ke sath, daanayi ke sath, istedalal ke sath, daleel de, daleel sune, daleel ki bunyad par baat kare, apka rawayya ek mohazzab shaista insan ka hona chahiye.  Dusre ki izzat ki hifazat karte hue apni baat pesh karein, hikmat ke sath, naseehat karni hai, khubsurat naseehat aur fir farmaya gaya wa jaadilhum billatee hiya ahsan agar bahes ki bhi naubat aa jaye to wo bahes itna shaishta hona chaiye ki khushgawar mahol me aap baat kar rahe hai, ap dalail de rahe hai, dusra apki daleel ki galti ap par wazeh kar raha hai, ye tarika dusro se bhi apko tawakko karni chahiye ki wo ikhtiyar kare, apko bhi yahi ikhtiyar karna chahiye, isse aap hatenge to jahalat, dusra hatega to jahalat, aur ham social media par dekh hi rahe hai ki log kis zuban aur andaz me ekdusre se bahes karte hai, ki nazar hi nahi aata ki do Musalman apas me guftugu kar rahe hai.

Jahalat to wo cheez hai ki jis tarha se aaftab nazar aa jata hai, wo nazar aa jati hai.

Ilm o istedlal ke sath guftgu karne waala shaks kabhi apni awaz unchi nahi karega, kabhi ap par taan o tashnee nahi karega, kabhi ap ki niyat par hamla nahi karega, wo apni baat kahega, saadgi ke sath daleel dega, apki baat sunega, achhi baat hai to qubul kar lega, baat samajh nahi aayi to shaistgi se aeraaz kar lega. Toh ye sahih rawayya hai jise har shaks ko ikhtiyar karna chahiye. Allah pak farmate hai,

۩ Logo ko apne Rab ke raaste ki taraf hikmat aur khubsurat nasihat ke sath bulaiye aur unse behtareen tareeqe se bahes (guftagu) karye.

Firqo ya Groh Me Batna Jahalat Hai | Ahadees e Nabawi

۩  Jabir r.a. riwayat karte hai,

Ham Nabi ﷺ ke sath jihaad me shareek the, Muhajireen badi tadaad me Aap ﷺ ke paas jama ho gaye. Wajah yeh hua ke Muhajireen me ek sahib badi hasi-mazak karne waale the, unhone (mazaak me) ek Ansari ke sareen (hip) par zarb lagayi (stroked an Ansari man on the hip), (Is par) Ansari bahut sakht gussa hue, unhone apni biradri walo ko madad ke liye puraka aur naubat yahan tak pahonchi ke un logo ne (yaani Ansari) ne kaha, 'Aye qabail e Ansaar ! Madad ko pohncho! Aur Muhajireen ne kaha, 'Aye muhajireen! madad ko pohncho!

Yeh sun kar Nabi ﷺ (khaime se) bahar tashreef laaye aur farmaya, Kya baat hai? Yeh Jahilyat ki pukaar kaisi hai? Aap ke soorat e haal daryaft karne par muhajir sahabi ke ansari sahabi ko maarne ka waqya bayan kiya gaya, toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Is se ruk jaao kyuki ye buri pukaar hai.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al manaqib (61), hadees 3518.

Gaur karne ki baat hai ki, na toh aye ansaar (ya aye muhajireen) kahna galat hai aur na hi ekdusre ko madad ke liye pukaarna galat hai. Lekin yaha ekdusre ke khilaf grohbandi kari jaa rahi thi yaani Musalmaan ki 1 jamaat khud ko 2 groh me baant rahi thi jisko Rasoolullah ﷺ ne jahalat se tasbeeh di.

Toh zara soche agar Aaj Rasoolullah ﷺ hamare darmiyan maujud hote toh unko kaisa mahsoos hota ki unki Ek Ummat itne groh aur firqo me bat ti jaa rahi hai. Ham zara zara si ikhtilaf par apni dhaayi eent ki masjid alag kar lete hai aur firqo me bant jaate hai. 

Agar hame zara bhi Rasoolullah ﷺ se muhabbat hai toh ham ye hadees sun kar fauran apni islaah kar lenge in shaa Allah. Rasoolullah hame ek ummat bana kar gaye the, shia, sunni, deobandi, barelwi, ahle hadees bana kar nahi gaye the. Sochne ki baat hai.

Ikhtilaf Ummat me sahaba ke daur se raha hai, ikhtilaf hona koi badi baat nahi hai. Lekin hame khud ko firqo me baant lena ye amal bura hai. Allah swt farmate hai,

۩ Unlogo ke tarah na hona jinhone Allah ke sath auro ko shareek kiya aur na hi unlogo ki tarah jinhone apne Deen ko baant diya aur firqe-firqe ho gaye,  har giroh us cheez par khush hai jo un ke pas hai (ki bas wahi log haq par hai).

Surah Room (30), ayat- 31, 32.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame Quran aur sunnat par chalne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Tayammum karne ka Step by Step Tarika

Paani na milne ki soorat me (ya dusre haalaat jiski shariat ne ijazat di ho) paak mitti ko wuzu ya ghusl ki niyat karke apne haatho aur muh par malna tayyamum kahlata hai. Iska tarika ye hai:

1. Tayammum ki niyat karte hue Bismillah kah kar apne dono haath ek baar zameen par maare (rakhhe).

2. Phir daaye hatheli ka ooper waala hissa baaye hatheli par phere.

3. Phir baaye hatheli ka oopar wala hissa daayen hatheli par phere.

4. Phir apne dono haath chehre par phere.

Aapki Tayammum muqammal hui.

(Iske baad wuzu ke baad padhi jaane waali dua padhein.)

Bagair Jama Aurat ki Mani Kharij Hona

 Alhmdulillah..

Jab jama (intercourse) ke bagair aurat ki mani kharij ho to use ghusl karna hoga, kyuki Rasool ﷺ ne aurat ko pani dekhne ki haalat me ghusl karne ka hukm diya hai, jaisa ke niche di hui hadees me hai:

۩ Umme Salmah r.a. bayan karti hai ke Abu Talha ki biwi Umme Sulaim r.a. Rasool ﷺ ke paas aayi aur arz karne lagi,

'Aye Allah ke Rasool, Yaqeenan Allah taala haq bayan karne se nahi sharmaata, kya jab aurat ko ihtehlam ho toh woh ghusal karegi?'

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Ji haan!, jab woh pani dekhe.'

Muwatta Imam Malik (1/51), Sahih al Bukhaari (282) aur Sunan Nasaai (1/197).

Is hadees me Rasool ﷺ ne aurto ko hukm diya hai ke jab woh paani jo mani hai dekhe toh ghusl kare.

۩ Imam Baghawi r.h. kahte hai,

'Ghusl janabat do umoor mein se ek ke sath wajib hota hai:

Ya to mard ke sharmgaah ka agla hissa (tip of the penis) aurat ki sharmgaah me gayab ho jaye, ya phir mard ya aurat se chalakne waala paani kharij ho.

Ahle ilm ka kahna hai ke jab tak yeh yaqeen nah ho ke nami chalakne waale pani se hai, tab tak ghusl wajib nahi hoga.'

Sharh al-Sunnah, 2/9.

۩   Ibn Qudaamah r.h. kahte hai:

'Nabi ﷺ ne ghusl ko pani se jodte hue farmaya hai :

'Agar tum pani dekho, aur agar pani bahar aa gaya ho to ghusl karo.'

Chunanche is ke bagair (ghusl ka) hukm saabit nahi hoga .'

Al-Mughni, 1/200.

۩ Hafiz ibn Hajr r.h. kahte hai:

'Is me daleel hai ke agar aurat ka inzaal ho (emit fluid) toh us par ghusal wajib hoga.'

Fath al Baari ,1/389.

۩ Ibn Rajab ka kahna hai,

'Yeh hadees zahir karti hai ke jab aurat khawab me ahtehlam dekhe, aur bedaar ho kar pani dekhe toh use ghusl karna hoga, jamhoor Ulema karam ka maslak yahi hai, is me koi ikhtilaf nahi, sirf imam Nakhi r.h. is ke mukhalif hai, aur yeh shaz (odd) hai.'

Al Fath, 1/338.

Chunanche Nabi ﷺ ki yeh hadees wazeh hai, woh yeh ke aurat ka sirf pani kharij hona chahe woh thoda ho ya zyada, ghusl wajib karta hai.

Is bina par aurat ki sharmgah se pani kharij hona jab woh kharij hone ko mahsoos kare chahe woh thoda ho ya zyada, ghusl ko wajib karta hai is liye use ghusl karna hoga, jaisa ki upar ki hadees me bataya gaya hai.

Aur is mein wuzu karna kaafi nahi, lekin agar woh aesa pani ho jisme ghusl ki zarurat nahi hai jaise mazi ka kharij hona toh phir wuzu kaafi hoga.

Kya Ghusl ke Baad Wuzu Zaroori Hai ?

Sunnat ke mutabik ghusl karne ke baad alag se wuzu karne ki zarurt nahi hai. Ghusl ke wuzu ke sath hi namaz ya dusri ibadat ki jaa sakti hai, agar ghusl ke dauran ya uske baad apki wuzu tooti na ho.

Jis ghusl ki niyat kar ke ghusl kiya jaaye aur ghusl sahih aur kamil tareeke se ada ho jaaye toh is se taharat e kubra hasil ho jati hai aur taharat e kubra ke zaman me taharat e sughra (hads e asgr se paaki) bhi hasil ho jaati hai isliye is ghusl ke baad agar koi nakis cheez paish nahi aayi toh namaz ke liye alag se wuzu banane ki zarurat nahi aur ghusl masnoon tareeke par kiya jaaye toh is me wuzu karna khud shamil hota hai.

Rasool ﷺ ghusl ke baad wuzu nahi kiya karte the.

۩ Ummul Momineen Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ghusal (janabat) ke baaad wuzu nahi karte the.

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab at Tahaarat (1), hadees- 107. Ise Imam Haakim aur Imam Zahabi ne Sahih aur Imam Tirmizi ne hasan sahih karaar diya hai.

Ya’ani ghusl ke shuru me wuzu karte the, isko kaafi jaante aur (namaz ke liye) dobara wuzu nahi farmate the. Lekin is me ye ahtiyaat zaroori hai ke dauran ghusl, sharm gaah ko haath na lage aur na hi dusre aetebar se wuzu tute.

۩ Imam Tirmizi farmate hai,

'Sahaba e karaam aur Tabayeen me se kayi ahle ilm ka qawl hai ki ghusl ke baad wuzu na karein.'

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab at Tahaarat (1), hadees- 107.

Aur Allah sab se behtar jaanta hai.

Zahni Beemari Eeman ki Kamzori Nahi Hoti


Alhamdulillah..

Hamare muashre me logo me ye galat fahmi hai ki Zahni bimari ka matlab eeman ki kamzori hoti hai lekin ye haqiqat nahi hai.

۞ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen r.h. se pucha gaya,

'Mai bahot taqleef, dard, depression, thakaan, dil ka zoro se dhadakna, rona aur inke alawa aur dusri chizo se guzri hu, aur maine in chizo ke wajah se Allah se ajar ki talab ki hai, Albatta ek shaks ne mujhse kaha hai ki ye eeman ki kamzori ki daleel hai. Kya ye sahih hai?'

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen r.a. farmate hai,

'Ye Eeman ki kamzori nahi balki Allah s.w.t. ki taraf se imtehan hai: ki kya wo is par sabr karta hai ya nahi. Agar in bimariyo par wo sabr karta hai aur inki wajah se wo Allah se ajar ka talabgaar hota hai, toh ye uske gunaho ka kaffara aur darjaat me bulandi ka sabab banta hai.

Ye uske upar hai ki wo Allah se hamesha sehatyaabi maange, kyuki sehatyabi se badi koi chiz nahi di jaa sakti. Ham Allah se apne sathi ke liye bimari se shifayabi maangte hai aur unhe Sehat aur sabr ata ho.'

Apni Biwi Ko Kisi Aur Ka Mohtaj Na Banaye


Apni biwi ko kisi aur ka mohtaj na banaye. Har Mahine biwi ko zaati kharch lazmi diya karein.

Hamare Muashre ke aksar gharo me ye muamla paaya jata hai ke agar biwi shauhar se jeb-kharch (pocket money) ke waaste kuch paiso ka mutalba kare to samne se jawab milta hai ke, 'Tum kya karogi paiso ka?
Har chiz tumhe mil toh jati hai,
Sab kuch laakar to deta hun,
Jo mangwana ho batado, mai ladunga,
Fuzul paise nahi hai mere pass..'

Matlab duniya bhar ki taqreere shuru kar denge magar majaal hai kuch paise nikaal kar biwi ke haath me rakh de ke shayd use kuch zarurt ho.

Phir wo bechari majboor ho kar apne maa baap ke samne hath phailati hai, kabhi bahno se sawal karti hai to kabhi dosto se udhar mangti hai. Wallahi ye baat samjh se bahar hai ke Shauhar hazraat ye baat kaise gawara karlete hai ke meri biwi mere hote hue dusro se paise mangti phire.

Zahir si baat hai ke wo bhi insan hai, uski bhi zaruriyaat hai, ba hasiyat Insan uska bhi kahee kuch kharch karne ka dil karta hai, Apni pasand se koi chiz khareedne ka dil karta hoga, Apne Waledain, bahen bhai ya saheli wagaira ko kuch dene ka dil karta hoga, Sadqah khairaat karne ka dil karta hoga, kisi gareeb ki madad karne ka dil karta hoga, Is baat ka bhi dil karta hoga ke kuch paise mere pass har waqt maujud rahe jo kabhi bhi kisi majburi me kaam aajaye.

Wo Apke liye apna ghar baar, Maa baap, Bhai bahen sab chhod kar aayi hai, Usne apne apko aur apni zindagi ko aapke hawale kar diya, Ab wo khud kamane toh kahee jaati nahi lehaza uski har zururiyaat aapke zimme hai.

Ham bahar dosto ke sath, restaurants me aur aisi kayi fuzuliyat par hazaro rupaye uda dete hai aur jab biwi kuch paise maang le to tarha tarha ki baatein sunaane lag jate hai.

Yaad rakhiye biwi se jeb kharch ka hisab mangne se bad-aetemadi paida hoti hai. Biwi ke sath sakhawat ka muzahera karein, Bakhil (kanjoos) na bane.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolulllah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Agar Ek Deenar tum Allah ki rah me kharch karo, ek deenar Gulam aazad karne ke liye kharch karo, ek deenar Miskeen ko sadqah do aur ek Deenar Ahl o ayaal (family) par kharch karo toh afzaliyat ke aetebar se sabse afzal Deenar Ahl o ayaal par kharch kiya gaya hoga.'

Sahih Muslim, kitab al zakat (12), hadees no- 2311.

۩ Sad bin abi Waqqas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Beshak tumhe har us cheez ka ajar milega jo tum Allah ke liye kharch karo, yaha tak ke us par bhi jo (niwala) tum apni biwi ke muh me daalo.'

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al eemaan (2), hadees 56.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Sabse kamil Momin wo hai jiske akhlaq sabse behtar ho aur tum me sabse behtar wo hai jo apni biwiyo ke liye behtar ho.'

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al riza (12), hadees 1162 | Ise Darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

Allah swt amal ki taufeeq ata farmaye. Ameen Ya Rabbul Aalameen.
