Namaz Tarjume ke Sath


Alhamdulillah..

Is article ka maksad ye hai ke ham apni namaz me dunyawi soch o fikr ko nikaal kar khushu aur khuzu ke sath namaz ada kare taaki ham behtareen namaz ko Allah ke huzur pesh kar sake.

۞ Sana

۩ سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ ﴿﴾ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ ﴿﴾ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ ﴿﴾ وَلاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ

Subhanaka Allahumma wa Bihamdika wa Tabarakasmuka wa Ta’ala Jadduka walaa Ilaaha Gairuka.

Aye Allah tu paak hai, (ham) teri taareef ke sath (teri paaki bayan karte hai) tera naam (bada hi) baa‐barkat hai, teri buzrugi buland hai, tere siwa koi ma’abood nahi.

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al salah, hadees- 243. Sunan abu dawood, kitab al salah, hadees- 776. Ibn e Majah, hadees- 806. Ise Imam Haakim aur Hafiz Zahabi ne Saheeh kaha.

۞ Surah Fatiha

۩ بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ﴿١﴾ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٢﴾ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ﴿٣﴾ مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ ﴿٤﴾ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ ﴿٥﴾ 
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ ﴿٦﴾ صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ ﴿٧﴾ـ

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.

Alhamdu lillahi Rabbil A’alameen. Ar Rahman nir Raheem. Maali‐ki Yaumid‐deen. Iyyaka
Na’abudu wa Iyyaka Nasta’aeen. Ihdinas Siraatal Mustaqeem. Siraatal lazeena an amta alaihim gairil maghzoobi alaihim walaz zaaleen. [arabic pic]

Allah ke naam se shuru karta hu, jo nihayat maherban, behad raham karne wala hai.

Saari ta’areem Allah ke liye hai jo tamam makhluqat ka Rab hai. Behad raham karne wala, behad meherban hai. Badle ke din ka Maalik hai. (Aye Allah!) ham teri hi ibaadat karte hain aur tujh hi se madad maangte hai. Hame seedhe raaste par chala, un logo ka raasta jin par tu ne inaam kiya na ke un logo ka rasta jin par (tera) gazab hua aur na hi gumraho ka.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Aazan, hadees- 743.

۞ Ruke me

 ۩ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّىَ الْعَظِيمِ-

Subhaana Rabbaiyal Azeem

Paak hai mera Rab, azmat wala hai.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 1814.

۞ Ruke se sar uthate hue

1۩ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَه-

Sami Allahu Liman Hameeda

Allah ne uski sunli jis ne uski taareef ki.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al aazan, hadees- 796. Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 1814.

2۩ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْد

Allahumma Rabbana Lakal Hamd

 Aye hamare Rab! Tere hi liye taareef hai.

Sahih al Bukahri, kitab al aazan, hadees- 796.

۩3 رَبَّنـا وَلَكَ الحَمْـدُ حَمْـداً كَثـيراً طَيِّـباً مُـبارَكاً فيه-

Rabbana wa Lakal Hamd Hamdan Kaseeran Tayyiban Mubaarakan Feeh

Aye hamare Rab! Saari taareef sirf tere liye hai, taareef jo bahut umdah, shaandaar aur barkat wala hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al aazan, hadees- 799.

۞ Sajde me

۩ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى-

Subhana Rabbi al-Aala

Paak hai Mera Rab, badi Shaan waala Hai.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 1814.

۞ Do sajdo ke bich ki Dua

1۩ رَبِّ اغْفِـرْ لي - رَبِّ اغْفِـرْ لي-
“Rabbigh Firlee Rabbigh Firlee” [arabic pic]

Aye mere Rab mujhe muaf farma, Aye mere Rab mujhe muaf farma,

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Salat ﴾2﴿, hadith- 874. Imam Hakim aur Imam Zahabi ne Saheeh karar diya hai.

2۩ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَعَافِنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي-

“Allahummagh Firli war Hamni wa A’afinee wa Ahdini war Zukhni” [arabic pic]

Aye Allah! mujhe baksh de, mujh par raham farma, mujhe aafiyat se rakh, mujhe hidayat de, aur mujhe rozi ata kar.

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Salat ﴾2﴿, hadith- 850. Imam Hakim, Imam Zahabi aur Imam Nawawi ne Saheeh karar diya hai.

۞ Attahiiyaat

۩ التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ ﴿﴾السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ ﴿﴾السَّلامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ ﴿﴾ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ ﴿﴾ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ-

Attahiyyatu lillahi was salawatu wat tayyabaatu, assalamu a’alaika ayyuhan nabiyyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
Assalamu a’alaina wa a’ala ibaadillahis saaliheen, ashadu alla ilaaha illallahu, wa ashadu anna Muhammadan a’abduhu wa rasuluhu.

(Meri saari) qauli badani aur maali ibaadat sirf Allah ke liye khaas hai. Aye Nabi Aap par Allah taala ki rahmat, salamati aur barkate ho aur ham par aur Allah ke (dusre) nek bando par (bhi) salaamati ho, mai gawahi deta hu’n ke Allah ke siwa koi (saccha) maabood nahi hai aur mai gawahi deta ho ke Muhammad Allah ke bande aur rasool hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al aazan, hadees- 831.

۞ Allahumma salli ala

۩ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﴿﴾ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيم ﴿﴾إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ-
۩ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﴿﴾ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيم ﴿﴾إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ-

Allahumma salli a’ala Muhammadin wa a’alaa aali Muhammadin kama sallaita a’alaa Ibraheema wa a’ala aali Ibrahima innaka hameedum majeed.
Allahumma baarik a’ala Muhammadin wa a’alaa aali Muhammadin kama baarakta a’alaa Ibraheema wa a’ala aali Ibrahima innaka hameedum majeed.

Aye Allah! salamati aur rahmat ata farma Muhammad ﷺ par aur unki aal par, Jis tarha tune salamati ata farmayi Ibrahim a.s. par aur unki aal par. Beshaq tu badi tareef wala aur buzurgi wala hai.
Aye Allah! barqat ata farma Muhammad ﷺ par aur unki aal par, Jis tarha tune barqat nazil farmayi Ibrahim a.s. par aur unki aal par. Beshaq tu badi tareef wala aur buzurgi wala hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab ahadees al ambiya, hadees- 3370.

۞ Allahumma inni auzubika min azabi jahannam 

۩ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ-

Allahumma inni a’auzu bika min a’azabi jahannama wa min a’azabil qabri wa min fitnatil mahyaa wal mamaati wa min sharri fitnatil maseehid dajjal’.

Aye Allah! Mai jahannam aur qabr ke aazaab se, maut o hayaat ke fitna aur maseeh dajjal ke shar se teri panah mangta hu.

Namaz Padha kar Imam ko Muqtadiyo ki Taraf Munh Ferna Chahiye


۩ Samrah bin Jundub r.a. se riwayat hai, wo kahte hai: ‘Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ namaz padh chukte toh hamari taraf mutawajje hote.’

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Azan ﴾10﴿, hadees- 845. Sahih Muslim, kitab al Ru’yaa, hadees- 2275. 

۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ke maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko aksar apni daahini taraf se mudte hue dekha hai.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 708.

۩ Abdullah bin Masood r.a. kahte hai tum apni namaz me se sirf daei’n taraf se fir kar shaitan ka hissa muqarrar na karo. Maine RasoolAllah ﷺ  ko dekha hai ke wo apne baei'n taraf se bhi ferte the. 

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Azan ﴾10﴿, hadees- 852. Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 708.

Malum hua ke Imam ko muqtadiyo ke taraf mudne ke liye sirf ek taraf muqarrar nahi kar leni chahiye. Balke kabhi daei’n taraf se fera kare kabhi baei’n taraf se magar aksar daei’n taraf se mudhna chahiye.

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, ‘Beshak Allah Ta’ala aur uske farishte daie’n taraf wali safo par rahmat bhejte hain.’

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al salaat ﴾2﴿, hadees- 676. (Hasan)

۩ Bara r.a. se riwayat hai ke ham RasoolAllah ﷺ ke piche namaz padhte toh ham Aap ke daie’n taraf khade hone ko pasand
karte the, taake Aap hamari taraf mu’n karke baithe.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salatul musafireen, hadees- 709. 

۩ Umme Salma r.a. se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ jab salam ferte toh aurate salam ferte hi khadi ho kar chali jati aur Aap Sahaba ke sath thodi der baithe rahte fir RasoolAllah ﷺ khade hote aur Sahaba e karaam bhi aap ke sath khade ho jaate aur Aap ke uthne se pahle aurate gharo me dakhil ho chuki hoti thi.

Witr Ko Magrib Ki Tarha Na Banao


Alhamdulillah..

RasoolAllah ﷺ ka irshad e mubarak hai,

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Witr ko teen rakat magrib ke tarha na banao.”

Al-Haakim, 1/403; Sunan kubra Bayhaqi, 3/31; Sunan Daraqutni, p. 172. Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar Fath al-Baari (4/301) me kahte hai, 'Iski sanad do Shaykh (Imam Bukhari aur Imam Muslilm) ki shart ko pura karti hai (yaani ye hadees sahih hai).

Witr ko kis tarha magrib ki tarha na banaya jaye, ye baat hame dusri ahadees me pata chalti hai. Hamare deen ne witr ko magrib ki tarha na banane ke do (2) tarike bataye hai,

۞ Pahla Tarika

Teen rakat witr me Tashahhud ke liye sirf aakhri rakat me baithna. Yaani jis tarha ham pahli rakat me bina baithe uth jate hai, usi tarah dusri rakat me bhi bina baithe uth jana hai aur attahiyaat nahi padhna hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ teen rakat witr padhte the aur wo aakhri rakat ke alawa kisi rakat me nahi baithte the.

Al-Nasaa’i, 3/234; Sunan kubra bayhaqi, 3/31. Imam Nawawi, al Majmoo (4/7) me kahte hai,'Ye Nasai ne hasan aur Bayhaqi ne sahih isnad se ise riwayat kiya hai.'

۞ Dusra Tarika

Teen rakat witr me do baar salaam ferna. Yaani shuru ke do rakat padh kar salaaf ferna (jaise aam tarike se ham do rakat padhte hai) fir dobara uthna aur ek rakat padh kar salaam ferna.

۩ Ibn Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki wo do rakat ko ek rakat se, Tasleem (Salaam) ke sath alag kiya karte the, aur wo farmate hai ki aesa RasoolAllah kiya karte the.

Ibn Hibbaan, hadees- 2435. Ibn Hajar, al-Fath (2/482) me kahte hai: 'Iski isnaad qawi (mazbut) hai.'

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Dua e Qunut (Witr)


۩ اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ إِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ وَلاَ يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَادَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ- [pic]

“Allaahumma ahdini feeman hadayt wa aafini feeman aafayt wa tawallani feeman tawallayt wa baarik li feema aatayt, wa qini sharra ma qazayt , fa innaka taqzi wa la yuqza ‘alayk, wa innahu laa yazillu maw waalayta [wa laa ya’izzu man ‘aadayt,] tabaarakta Rabbana wa ta’aalayt.”

Tarjuma:

Ya Allah! Mujhe hidaayat dekar un logo me shamil farma jinhe tune rushd o hidaayat se nawaaza hai aur mujhe aafiyat dekar un logo’n mein shamil farma jinhe tune afiyat bakshi hai aur jin logo ko tune apna dost banaya hai un me mujhe bhi shamil karke apna dost banaale. Jo kuch tune mujhe ataa farmaya hai is me mere liye barkat daal de aur jis sharr o burai ka tune faisla farmaya hai us se mujhe mahfooz rakh aur bachaale.

Yaqeenan tu hi faisla saadir farmata hai tere khilaaf faisla saadir nahi kiya jaa sakta aur jiska tu dost banaa wo kabhi zaleel o khwaar aur ruswa nahi ho sakta aur wo shaqs izzat nahi paasakta jise tu dushman kahe, Aye hamaare Rab! Tu (bada) hi barkat wala aur buland o baala hai.

Sunan Abu Dawud, kitab al salaat ﴾8﴿, hadees- 1425. Al-Albani ne ise sahih karaar diya hai.

Kya Witr ki dusri Dua “Allahumma Nasta Inuka” Padh Sakte Hai?

Ulema kahte hai ki jo Allahumma nasta inuka dua hai, ye dua Umar r.a. se sabit hai aur ye padhna jayz bhi hai, isme koi harj nahi hai lekin behtar hai ki jo dua RasoolAllah ﷺ se khud sabit hai wo padhi jaye jo ki 'Allahumma ahdini' dua hai. [daleel]

Woh Duri Jis se Masjid me Namaz Padhna Farz Ho


Alhamdulillah..

Masjid ke kareeb rahne wale par namaz bajamaat farz hai aur dur rahne wale par farz nahi hai.

Aur sunnat e Nabawi me ye faasla aazaan ki awaz sunai dene par munhasir (depend) hai. Yaani agar azaan ki awaz sunai deti hai toh Jamaat se padhna farz hoga warna nahi

Aur isse murad yeh hai ke masjid me hone wali azaan bagair loud speaker ke sunai de, aur muazzin azaan buland aawaz se de, aur Fiza me khamoshi aur sukun ho jo sunne par asar andaaz hoti hai.

۩ Abu Huraira r.a. farmate hai, ek naabina sahabi (Abdullah Ibn e Umme Maktoom) aaye, inhone apne andhe hone ka uzar pesh  karke apne ghar par namaz padhne ki ijazat chahi kyou’nke inhe koi masjid me lekar aane wala nahi tha, toh Nabi ne inko ijaazat de di, jab wo wapas chale toh Aap ne bulakar pucha, 'Kya ap Azaan sun sakte hai?' Abdullah ne kaha: Ji Haa!
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Toh fir namaz me hazir ho.’

Sahih Muslim, kitba al masajid ﴾5﴿, hadees- 1486.

۩ Ibn e Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, ‘Jo shaks azaan sun kar masjid me jamat ke liye bagair kisi uzar ke na pahonche (aur ghar me namaz padh le) to us se namaz qubool nahi ki jaati.’

Sunan Ibn e Majah, kitab al Masajid wal jamaat ﴾4﴿, hadees- 793. Ise Darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Imam Nawawi farmate hai,

Azaan ko sunne me mottebar yeh hai ke muazzin shahar ke kinare khada ho aur mahol me khamoshi aur sukun ho toh is azaan ke sunne wale par namaz bajamaat masjid me ada karna lazim hai, aur agar nahi sunta to lazim nahi.

Al-Majmoo, 4/353.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen se darj zel sawal kiya gaya:

'Ek shaks ke ghar se lekar masjid ke faasle ki kya koi wazahat hai?'

Shaykh ka jawab tha.

'Shariyat ne koi khaas duri ki wazahat nahi ki hai balke ye urf e aam par munhasir hai, ya fir wo duri jisse loud speaker ke bagair azaan sunayi de sake.'

As’ilah al-Baab al-Maftooh, question no. 700.

۩ Shaykh ibn Baaz ka kahna hai,

“Aam taur par bagair loud-speaker ke azaan ki aawaz sunne wale namaz bajamaat us masjid me ada karna wajib hai jis ki us ne azaan suni hai.

Lekin agar iska ghar masjid se itna dur hai ke loud speaker ke bagair azaan ki aawaz nahi aati toh us ke liye masjid me ja kar namaz bajmaat ada karna lazim nahi, balke use alag jamaat karwa kar namaz ada karne ka haq haasil hai.

Aur agar woh mushaqqat bardasht kar ke us masjid me namaz ada karta hai jahan se bagair loud speaker ke azaan sunayi nahi deti toh is me uske liye bahut zyada ajar wa sawab hai. [alfaz khamt]

Jamaat Se Namaz Padhna


۩ Abdullah bin Masood ne farmaya, “Jo shaks Allah Ta’ala se Qayamat ke din Musalman ho kar mulaqaat karna chahta hai toh use namazo ki hifazat karni chahiye aur beshak RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame hidayat ke tareeke sikhaye hai, in hidayat ke tareeko me ye baat bhi shamil hai ke masjid me namaz ada ki jaaye jis me azaan di jaati hai aur agar tum namaz apne-apne gharo me padhoge jaise (jamat se) peeche rahne wala shaks apne ghar me padh leta hai toh tum apne Nabi ki sunnat chhor doge aur agar Nabi ki sunnat chhor doge toh gumrah ho jaoge aur jab koi shaks accha wazu kar ke masjid jaye toh Allah Ta’ala har qadam ke badle ek neki likhta hai, ek darja buland karta hai aur ek burai mita deta hai.
Maine us waqt ko dekha hai jab Jamat se munafiq ke siwa koi piche na rahta tha, jo apne nifaq ke liye ache se jane jate the, Beemar bhi do aadmiyo ke sahaare namaz ke liye laaya jaata tha jab tak wo saff me laa kar khada na kar diya jata tha.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab al Masaajid ﴾5﴿, hadees- 1488.

۩ Ibn e Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, ‘Akele shaks ki namaz se, jamat ke sath namaz padhna 27 darje (sawaab) rakhta hai.’

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Azaan﴾10﴿, hadees-  645.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, ‘Munafiq par Fajr aur Isha ki namaz se zyada aur koi namaz bhari nahi hai aur agar unhe malum hota ki inka sawab kitna zyada hai (aur agar wo chal na sakte) toh ghutno ke bal ghaseet kar aate aur mera toh irada ho gaya tha ki muazzin se kahu ke wo takbeer kahe, fir mai kisi ko namaz padhane ke liye kahu aur khud aag ki chingariya le kar un sab ke gharo ko jala du jo abhi tak namaz ke liye nahi nikle.

Sahih al Bukhari,  kitab al Azaan﴾10﴿, hadees-  657.

۩ Abu Darda r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Jis basti ya jungle me teen aadmi ho aur wo (jamat se) namaz na padhe toh in par shaitan musallat ho jaata hai, pas jamat ko laazim pakdo. Is liye ke bhediya usi bakri ko khata hai jo akeli firti rahti hai.’

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Salat ﴾2﴿, hadees-  547. Ise Imam Haakim, Imam Ibn e Khuzaima aur Imam Zahabi ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Namazi Ke Do Qadam Ke Bich Ka Faasla


Sawaal: As salaam alaykum. Jaha par mai namaz padhta hu waha par baaz log do qadam ke bich ka faasla bahut zyada rakhte hai. Kya yahi nabawi tarika hai? Maherbani farma kar meri mushkil ko dur kare. Allah apko behtareen ajar de.

Jawab

Alhamdulillah..

Hame RasoolAllah ﷺ se namaz me do qadam ke bich ke faasle ke mutallik koi waazeh naseehat nahi milti. Aur ye usool maise hai ki jab kisi chiz ka waazeh hukm ya tarika na ho toh wo waise hi hoga jaise aam haalaat me hota hai. Toh isi liye namaz ke qadam ke bich ka faasla utna hi hona chahiye jitna ek shaks aam haalaat me khada hota hai, yaani darmiyani faasla; na bahut zyada faasla aur na bahut kam faasla.

۞ Hamare Ahle ilm ki raaye kuch is tarha hai:

۩ Shaykh Saleh al Munajjid kahte hai:

“Jaha tak namaz me qadam ke bich ka faasla hai toh namazi ko apne pair aetedaal ke lihaj se rakhna hai, naa hi apne qadam ko ek sath rakhna hai aur naa ki apne qadam ko boht dur rakhna hai, kyuki jitna dur wo qadam ka faasla rakhega, utna hi dur uska kandha bagal wale ke kandhe se hoga. Saff ko sidha aur thos (compact) rakhna, qadam se qadam aur kandhe se kandhe khade hone se hasil hota hai.”


۩ Shaykh Bakr Abu Zayd kahte hai:

“Lekin taango ko zyada failana aur pairo ko andar ki taraf kar lena taake khud ke takhne bagal wale ke takhne ko chue ye waazeh galati hai aur had se  tajawuz hai, aur ye ek nayi tashree hai jo sunnat par amal karne pe had se guzarne ka ishara karti hai. Isse chidh paida hota hai aur ye shariat ke ahkaam se nahi hai, aur isse namaz ke liye khade hue (do) shaks ke bich jagah badh jaati hai.

Aur ye tab zahir hota hai jab log sajda karte hai, aur jab wo firse khade hote hai, wo fir khali jagah ko bharne me tawajjo dene lagte hai aur ye koshish karne lagte hai ki apne paao ko mod kar bagal wale ke takhno se mila sake, jisse wo chhut jata hai jo unko karna chahiye, jo ki pairo ki ungli ko qiblah ki taraf rakhna hai.”

Laa jadeed fi Ahkaam al-Salaah, 12-13.

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai:

“Agar ye waazeh ho jaye ki wo shaks jo namaz me tumhare bagal khada hai wo apne pair tum se dur karta rahta hai (tumhare pair se apna pair milane se inkaar kar raha hai), toh ye sunnat me se nahi hai ki tum apna pair (baar baar) uske nazdeek karo.”

Kya Namaz ki Sirf Farz Rakat Padh lena Kaafi hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Sabse pahle ye baat wazeh ho jaye ki farz, sunnat aur nawafil ibadat ya namaz kise kahte hai aur inme kya farq hai kyuki hamare muashre me inki alag alag tashree paayi jati hai.

Farz ibadat: Yaani zaruri ibadat. Isko Allah ne har shaks ke upar lazim kiya hai. Ise karne se ajar hai aur ise chorne par gunah hai. Isme Ummat me koi ikhtilaf nahi hai.

Sunnat aur nawafil ibadat: Is ibadat me hamare ummat me ikhtilaf hai, iske bawujud ki kitab o sunnat me iski saaf tashree aayi hai. Hamare muashre me sunnat aur nawafil namaz do kism ke ibadat ke darje me shumar hote hai. Lekin ye kitab o sunnat ki roshni me sahih nahi hai.

Arabic me, nawafil, 'nafila' alfaz ka jama ka seegha hai, jiska matlab hota hai 'jo chiz farz se zyada ho' yaani izafi chiz.

Hamare deen me sirf do tarha ke ibadat hote hai, ek farz aur ek nawafil. Yaani ek wo ibadat jo ham par farz hui hai aur dusri wo jo farz ke alawa ho. Aur is nawafil me sunnat ka bhi shumaar hota hai kyuki sunnat farz nahi hote. Is liye jab Nawafil kaha jayega to isme farz ke alawa jitni bhi kisme hai wo sab isi me shumar hongi jaise sunnat namaz, witr namaz, wagaira. Ab aaiye is baat ki daleel dekhte hai:

۩ حَدَّثَنَا بَيَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ لَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى شَىْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ تَعَاهُدًا عَلَى رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ-

Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Nawaafil (sunnat) me se kisi cheez par itni muhafizat aur mudawemat nahi karte the jis qadr Fajr ki 2 rakat (sunnat) par karte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al tahajjud ﴾19﴿, hadees- 1163.

Is hadees me Ammi Ayesha r.a. ne fajr ki sunnat ke liye nawafil alfaz ka istemal kiya hai.

Aur fir is sunnat me ahle ilm ne do taqseeme ki hai, ek Sunnat e Muakkadah aur dusra Sunnat e ghair Muakkadah, yaani ek wo sunnat jisko ada karne par zyada zor diya gaya ho jaise witr aur dusri wo sunnat jisko ada karne par usse kam zor diya gaya ho. Lekin iske bawujud in dono kism ke sunnat ko chorne par gunah nahi hoga. Sunnat ke liye mustahab alfaz ka bhi istemal hota hai aur sunnat ke badle is alfaz ko bhi ada kiya jata hai.

Ab aaiye asal mauzu par roshni dalte hai ki kya namaz ki sirf farz rakat hi padh lena kafi hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ke ek dehati Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat me aaya aur arz kiya ke Aap mujhe koi aisa amal batlaiye jis par agar mai hameshgi (continuously) karu toh Jannat me dakhil ho jau. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke Allah ki ibadat karo, us ka kisi ko shareek na thehrao, farz namaz qayam karo, farz zakat do aur Ramzan ke roze rakho.
Dehati ne kaha, 'Us zaat ki kasam jis ke hath me meri jaan hai' mai isse zyada nahi karunga.

Jab woh peeth mod kar jaane laga to Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya ke agar kisi Jannati ko dekhna ho toh is shakhs ko dekh lo.

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al zakat ﴾24﴿, hadees- 1397.

Is hadees se ye wazeh haqiqat malum pada ki Allah ko kam se kam apne bando se jo namaz ki rakat chahiye wo farz rakat hai, kyuki us dehati shaks ne kaha ki mai farz se zyada nahi padhunga aur iske bawujud RasoolAllah ne unhe Jannat ki basharat di. Is hadees me Hajj ka hukm nahi hai kyuki us waqt tak Hajj farz nahi hua tha. Toh ab sawaal uthta hai ki jab sirf farz rakat hi padh lena kafi hai toh fir hame baaki nawafil (sunnat) namaz padhne ki kya zarurat hai. Is sawal par ek dusri hadees roshni daalti hai:

۩ Hurais bin Qabisah riwayat karte hai ki,

Mai Madeene aaya, mai ne kaha, Aye Allah mujhe nek aur saaleh saathi naseeb farma, chunanche Abu Hurairah r.a. ke paas baithna muyassar ho gaya, Maine un se kaha, 'Maine Allah se dua mangi thi ke mujhe nek saathi ata farma, toh Ap mujhse koi aisi hadees bayan kijiye, jise Ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ se suni ho, shayad Allah mujhe isse faida pohnchaye.' Unhone kaha, Maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko farmate suna hai, 'Qayamat ke roz bande se sab se pahle uski namaz ka hisab hoga, agar woh thik rahi to qamyab ho gaya, aur agar woh kharab nikli toh woh nakaam aur namuraad raha, aur agar uski farz namazo me koi kami aayi hogi toh Rab ajjowa (farishto se) farmayega, dekho, mere is bande ke paas koi nawafil namaz hai? Chunanche farz namaz ki kami ki talaafi us nawafil se kar di jayegi, fir isi andaz se saare aamaal ka hisab hoga.'

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab as salaat ﴾2﴿, hadees- 413. Imam Tirmizi ne iski sanad ko hasan gareeb aur Darussalaam ne is hadees ko sahih karaar diya hai.

Toh is hadees se malum pada ki jo nawafil (sunnat) namaz ham padhte hai wo darasal farz ke pure na hone par kaam ayega. Toh ek hisab se ye asal qaza e umri hui (lafzi maane ke taur par) na ki wo jo logo ne khud se banayi hai. Is hadees se hame ye pata chala ke hame nawafil (sunnat) namaz bhi padhni hai, agar hamare namazo me kami rah gayi toh wo is nawafil (sunnat) namaz se puri honi hai.

Aur is nawafil (sunnat) namaz ki ek aur fazilat hai,

۩ Umme Habeeba r.a. kahti hai ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ko farmate hue suna, “Jis ne ek din aur raat me barah (12) rakat ada ki us ke liye un ke badle jannat me ek ghar bana diya jata hai.” Ap r.a. mazeed farmati hai, 'Jab se maine in ke bare me RasoolAllah se suna, maine inhe kabhi tark nahi kiya'.

Sahih Muslim, kitab salat al musafireen wa qasar ﴾6﴿, hadees- 1694.

Aur ye barah (12) rakat kaun si thi ye hame is hadees se pata chalta hai:

۩ Abdullah bin Shaqiq r.a. riwayat karte hai ke maine Ayesha r.a. se Rasool Allah ﷺ ke nawafilo ka haal daryaft kiya toh Ayesha r.a. ne kaha, ‘Rasool Allah ﷺ mere ghar mein Zohar se pahle 4 rakate padhte the, fir Aap nikalte aur logo ke sath (zohar ke farz) padhte, fir (ghar me) dakhil hote aur 2 rakat namaz padhte. Aap logo ke sath maghrib ki namaz padhte, fir (ghar mein) dakhil hote aur 2 rakat (sunnat) padhte, fir Aap logo ke sath Isha ki namaz padhte, fir (ghar mein) dakhil hote aur 2 rakat namaz padhte aur raat ko Aap 9 rakat (Tahajjud ki) namaz padhte in me witr bhi hota tha aur jab subha namudaar hoti to (namaz e fajr se pahle) 2 rakat (nawafil) padhte.’

Sahih Muslim, kitab salat al musafireen wa qasar ﴾6﴿, hadees- 1699.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeeq ata kare. aameen.

Sajde Me Dua Kaise Mange


Alhamdulillah..

● Step 1:

Sajde me jaaye.

● Step 2:

RasoolAllah sajde me apne sar ko dono hatho ke darmiyan rakhte the. [Abu Dawood: al Salah: 726. Ise Imam Ibn e Hibban (485) ne Saheeh kaha.]

● Step 3:

RasoolAllah jab ruku karte to ungliyo ko kushada karte aur jab sajda karte to hatho ki ungliyo ko milakar rakhte the. [Hakim V1 P 227 – Baheqhee V2 P 112) Imam Haakim aur Imam Zahabi ne ise Saheeh kaha.]

● Step 4:

Tasbihaat, yaani “Subhaana Rabbiyal A’alaa” Padhen.  [Sahih Muslim: Salatul Musafireen, 772]

● Step 5:

(Ab) Jo Dua mangna chahe wo maange. [Sahih Muslim, hadees- 482.]

● Step 6:

Sajde se sar uthaye aur baaki namaz muqammal kare.

۞ Notes

 Sajde me dua arabic me maangi jaye ya khud ke zuban me, is mauzu par ahle ilm me ikhtilaf paya jata hai. Kuch ahle ilm kahte hai ki khud ke zuban me bhi dua kar sakte hai aur baaz ahle ilm kahte hai ki khud ke zuban me dua nahi kar sakte aur sirf arabic me duae karni chahiye.

Mere ilm ke nazdeek, agar kisi ko arabic aati ho ya kam az kam jo duae wo karna chahta hai uski arabic usko pata ho toh iski koi wajah nahi hai ki wo kisi dusre zuban me duae kare aur ye afzal bhi hai ki arabic me duae mangi jaye.

Lekin agar kisi ko arabic nahi aati hai toh wo khud ke zuban me bhi duae kar sakta hai, deen me aasani ke tahat. Lekin isse behtar tarika ye hoga ki wo kuch arabic duae yaad kar le khas kar wo duae jo wo aksar apne Rab se mangta hai (kisi se arabic me tarjuma karwa kar) aur fir usi duae ko sajde me padhe.

Aur ek arabic ki dua jo aksar logo ko aati hai, wo ye hai,

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِىْ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِىْ الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَّقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ-

'Rabbana aatina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil akhirati hasanatan waqina azaban-naar' [2:201]

Toh jisko arabic na aati ho, wo ye dua yaad kar le agar use yaad na ho kyuki ye boht faydemand dua hai dunya aur akhirat dono ke lihaj se.

۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ki aksar dua ye hua karti thi, 'Rabbana aatina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil akhirati hasanatan waqina azaban-naar (Aye hamare Rab! hame duniya me bhalayi de aur aakhirat me bhi bhalayi de, aur hame aag ke azaab se bacha le.)'.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab ad dawaat ﴾80﴿, hadees- 6389.

 Rasool ﷺ ne ruku aur sajde me Quran ki ayat padhne se mana farmaya hai [Sahih Muslim (1076)]. Lekin ahle ilm kahte hai ki agar koi quran ki dua ho toh wo sajde me padh sakte hai kyuki ye dua ke taur par padhi ja rahi hai na ki ayat ke taur par aur isliye bhi kyuki innamal aa'malu binniyat, amal ka daromadaar niyat par hai.  Aur ye sajde me dua farz rakat me bhi maang sakte hai aur nawafil (sunnat) rakat me bhi.

Namaz Me Dua ke Baad Sajda Karna


Sawal: Mere ghar ke log, namaz ke khatm hone par hath utha kar dua mangte hai aur fir sajda karte hai, maine unse iski wajah puchi toh unka kahna hai ki dua maang kar sajda karne se dua ki qubuliyat ka imkaan zyada hota hai. Toh kya ye amal durust hai, shaykh sahab baraye maherbani meri madad farmaye.

Jawab

Alhamdulillah..

Namaz ek khubsurat tareen ibadat hai jisme hame ye ahsaas hota hai ki ham apne Rab ke saamne khade hai, jaisa ke RasoolAllah ﷺ ka irshad e mubarak hai,

Umar bin Khattab r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ke ‘Ehsaan ye hai ke tum Allah ki ibaadat is tarha (dil laga kar) kar jaise ke usko dekh rahe ho aur agar ye na ho sake to ye khayal karke ki Allah ta’ala tumhe dekh raha hai.’

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al eeman ﴾2﴿, hadees- 50.

Lekin sath sath har ibadat ke qubul hone ki shart hai ki wo RasoolAllah ﷺ ke tarike par honi chahiye. 

۩ Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

Aur bila shubah yahi mera raasta hai jo sidha hai, chunanche tum is ki pairwi karo aur deegar raasto ki pairwi na karo wo tumhe Allah taala ke raaste se juda kar denge. Ye hai jiska Allah taala ne tumhe taaqidi hukm diya hai taakeh tum bach jao.

Surah al anaam ﴾6﴿, ayat-153.

Jaha tak namaz ke baad, dua mangne ke baad sajda karne ka hukm hai toh is sajde ka hukm hame kitab o sunnat me kahi nahi mila hai, aur jo RasoolAllah ka tarika tha wo ye hai:

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Banda apne Rab ke sab se zyadah qareeb us haalat me hota hai jab woh sajde me hota hai, lihaza us me kasrat se dua karo.”

Sahih Muslim, hadees- 482.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ sajde me ye dua manga karte the, “Aye Allah mere saare gunaah muaf karde, chote aur bade, pahle aur akhir ke, khule hue aur chupe hue.”

Sahih Muslim, hadees- 483. [is dua ki arabic]

Toh hame in hadeeso se ye malum pada ki namaz ke dauran jo sajde hote hai unme duae mangni hai na ki namaz ke baad sajda karna hai (dua ke baad).

Ek shaitani was-wasa aa sakta hai ki Nabi ne nahi kiya toh kya hua, sajda karne me koi burai thodi hai, neki ka hi kaam hai. Iska jawab Allah ne apni kitab me diya hai,

۩ Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

“Laqad Kaana Lakum Fii Rasoolil-laahi Uswatun Hasana.”

“RasoolAllah Tumhare Liye Ek Behtreen Misaal Hai.”

Surah al ahzaab ﴾33﴿, ayat- 21.


Toh jab Rasool hamare liye ek behtareen misaal hai, jinki pairwi kar ke jannat ka rasta milna hai toh fir gair-tariko ki pairwi karne ki na toh zarurat baaki rahi aur na ki koi fayda hoga.

Is was-wase ka jawab ek Tabayeen ne bhi diya hai,

۩ Sa'id Ibn al Musayyib r.h. (Tabaeen) ne ek shaks ko suraj tulu hone ke baad do rakat se zyada padhte hue dekha sajda aur ruko me izafa karte hue, toh unhone use mana kiya ye karne se. Us shaks ne jawab diya: 'Aye Aba Muhammad, kya Allah mujhe namaz padhne ke liye saza dega? Unhone kaha, 'Nahi, Lekin Wo Tumhe Sunnat Se Ikhtilaf Karne Ke Liye Saza Dega'.

Sunan Kubra Baihaqi, 2/466.

Toh Rasool ke tarike se hame muhabbat karni hai aur gair-tariko se Allah ki panaah mangni hai. Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Ham apko ye bhi naseehat karte hai ki ap apne ghar walo ki islah hikmat aur muhabbat se kare na ki sakhti, tanqeed aur bure akhlaq se. Ye Allah aur uske Rasool ka hukm hai ki logo ko apne Rab ke raste ke taraf hikmat aur khubsurat naseehat ke sath bulaya jaye. Jo quwat hikmat, khubsurti aur muhabbat me hai wo kaafi gair-mamuli hai. Allah hame amal ki taufeek ata kare.

Khulasa: Namaz khatm hone par jo dua ke baad sajda kiya jata hai ye sajda sunnat se sabit nahi nahi hai balki sunnat se ye sabit hai ki namaz ke dauran wale sajde me duae ki jaaye.

Dua e Qunut Yaad Na Hone ke Wajah Se 3 Baar Surah Ikhlas Padhna

Salaam alaikum mere azeez bhai. Aapse ye puchna tha ki kya agar Dua e Qunut yaad na ho toh uski jagah par surah ikhlas ko 3 martaba padhna durust hoga?

Jawab

Alhamdulillah..

Ahle ilm kahte hai ki jisko Dua e qunut yaad na ho use chahiye ki wo Quran ya sunnat se koi aur dua padh le kyuki dua e qunut ka maksad Allah se dua karna hota hai. Hamare muashre me ye baat aam hai ki jisko dua e qunut yaad na ho, use dua e qunut ki jagah par teen baar surah Ikhlas (qul huwallahu ahad...) padhna chahiye. Lekin aesi koi baat sunnat se sabit nahi hai, aur is par surah ikhlas ka qiyas bhi galat hai kyuki surah ikhlas Allah ki taareef hai na ki koi dua. Toh surah ikhlas ki jagah ap koi aur dua wali ayat padh le jaise Rabbana aatina fid duniya, ya koi aur dua.

۩ Shaykh Saleh al Munajjid ek sawal ka jawab dete hue farmate hai,

“Aur sawal karne wale bhai ne jo ye bayan kiya hai ke woh dua e qunoot ke badle Quran ki tilawat karta tha, bila-shak aisa nahi karna chahiye, kyuki qunoot ka maqsad dua hai, isi liye agar ye ayat dua par mushtamil ho to is ki qirat kar ke qunoot karna jayez hai.”

Tahajjud Padhne Ke Liye Sona Zaruri (shart) Nahi

Sawaal: Kya Tahajjud padhne ke liye sona zaruri hai, yaani kya sona shart hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Hamare muashre me ye galat-fahmi hai ki tahajjud ki namaz padhne ke liye sona zaruri hai. Kitab ya Sunnat me aesi koi baat hame nahi milti hai. Albatta tahajjud ki namaz ko raat ke aakhri hisse me padhna afzal zarur hai kyuki us waqt farishte is namaz ka mushahidah karte hai. Lekin jisko dar hai ki wo raat ke aakhri hisse me na uth sakega toh use sone se pahle hi ye namaz padh lena chahiye.

۩ Jabir r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Jise dar ho ke wo raat ke aakhiri hisse me nahi uth sakega, wo raat ke shuru me witr padh le. 
Aur jise ummeed ho ki wo raat ke aakhir me uth jayega, wo raat ke aakhri me witr padhe kyuke raat ke aakhri hisse ki namaz ka mushahidah kiya jata hai (is witnessed) aur yeh afzal hai.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab salat ul musafireen ﴾6﴿, hadees- 1766.

Note: Witr aur Tahajjud ek hi namaz ke do naam hai, (daleel ke liye ye article padhe). Toh is article me agar witr ka zikr hoga toh isse muraad tahajjud namaz ko bhi liya jayega.

۞ Aaiye dekhte hai ki is hadees par sahaba e karaam ne kis tarha amal kar ke dikhaya:

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. ne kaha, “RasoolaAllah ﷺ ne Abu Bakr r.a. se pucha, 'Tum witr kab padhte ho?' Unhone kaha, 'Shuru raat me, isha ke baad'.
Aap ﷺ pucha, 'Tum aye Umar'!
Unhone kaha, 'Raat ke aakhri hisse me',
Tab Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Aye Abu Bakr! tum ne mazbut kada (handhold) pakda hai (yaani ahtiyaat ka raasta apnaya hai). Aur aye Umar! tumne taaqat zabt karli hai (yaani tumne us kaam ko pakda hai jisme taaqat ki zarurat hai).'”

Sunan ibn Majah, kitab iqamatis salaat wa sunnati feeha ﴾5﴿, hadees- 1202.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai, “Mujhe mere azeez dost (Nabi kareem ﷺ) ne teen cheezo ki wasiyat ki hai aur mai in chizo ko maut se pahle nahi chorunga, har maheene me teen din roze, chasht ki namaz aur witr padh kar sona.”

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al Tahajjud ﴾19﴿, hadees- 1178. Hasan (Darussalaam).

۩ Imam Nawawi farmate hai,

“Aur yahi sahih hai, aur baaqi mutlaq ahadees ko is sahih aur sareeh afzaliyat par mahmool (is hadees par amal) kiya jayega, un me ye hadees bhi hai, 'mere azeez dost ne mujhe wasiyat ki ke mai witr ada kar ke soya karu'. Yeh hadees us shakhs ke haq me hai  jise (sone ke baad) jaagne ka yakeen nahi hai.” [khatm].

Sharah Sahih Muslim, 3/277.

Hamare sahaba e karaam ne bhi koi ek raasta nahi chuna, jo rasta jinhe behtar laga unhone wo apnaya. Ye khud ek daleel hai ki deen me sakhti nahi hai, balki deen aasaan hai.

Ruku Ke Baad Hath Bandhna | Shaykh Albani


Shaykh Albani farmate hai,

“Ruku  ke baad  qiyaam me itminaan ka wajib hona to sabit hai lekin ahle hijaz se baaz qabil e ahtaram ahle ilm is hadees (المسیے ء صلاتہ) se istidelaal karte hue is qiyaam me hath bandhne ko sabit karna nihayat mushkil aur ba'eed az imkaan (gair-mumkin) hai balki is ka isbaat (daleel) batil hai isliye ke kisi hadees me is ka zikr nahi hai, ke is qiyaam me hath bandhe jaaye, daaye hath ko bayein hath ke saath pakadne ki tafseer ruku ke baad kaise durust hai ye bhi tab hi  agar us par is muqaam me hadees ke alfaaz ka majmua muwafqat kare, pas kaise dalaalat (sabit) kar sakta hai jab ke is ki toh zaahiri dalaalat us ke mukhtalif hai. Mazeed zikr karda hatho ke rakhne ka hadees se bazaahir maloom nahi ho raha hai jab ki haddiyo se maqsood kamar ki haddiya hai jaisa ke is ka zikr pahle guzar chuka hai jab ki is ki taaeed Aap ﷺ ke amal se bhi hoti hai jis ka zikr pahle guzar chuka hai ke Aap seedhe barabar  khade ho jate the yahan tak ke har mahrah (hissa) apne muqaam par wapas aa jata tha. Pas Aap is par munsifana andaaz ke saath gaur o fikr kare.

Chunanche mujhe qat'an shak nahi hai ke is qiyaam me hath bandhna aisi biddat hai jo gumraahi se hamkinaar hai, agar is ka kuch subut hota to kahi (toh) zikr hota, mazeed is se bhi taeed ho rahi hai ke salaf saliheen me se kisi se bhi ye sabit nahi hai aur na is ka zikr aimma e hadees me se kisi ne kiya hai. wa Allahu alam.

Albatta Shaykh Tuwaijri ne apne risaala ke safa 18,19 me Imaam Ahmad (bin hambal r.h.) se naqal kiya hai, wo kahte hai ke ruku ke baad qiyaam me hatho ko  bandhna aur chor dena dono durust hain lekin ye unka apna ijtihaad aur qawl hai, marfu hadees nahi hai aur ijtihaad kabhi galat bhi ho jata hai lihaza jab kisi kaam ke biddat hone par sahih hadees maujud ho jaisa ke is masa'le me maujud hai toh kisi imaam ka qaul is ko biddat hone se baaz nahi rakh sakta jaisa ke ye qaeda (usool) Shaykh ul Islam Ibn e Taymiyyah (r.h.) ki baaz kitabo me mazkur hai balke mujhe toh Imaam Ahmad (rh) ke is kalam se (yeh) maloom hota hai ke in ke nazdeek is qiyaam me hath bandhna sunnat ke saath sabit nahi jab ki unhone hath bandhne aur chorhne ka ikhtiyaar diya hai, pas kya Imaam Ahmad r.h. ruku se pahle qiyaam me is tarah ka ikhtiyaar de sakte hai, malum hua ke ruku ke baad qiyaam me hath bandhna masnoon nahi hai agarche is  mas'ale ko tafseel se bayaan karne ki zarurat thi lekin gunjaish na hone ki wajah se ikhtisaar ke saath is ka zikr kar diya gaya hai.” end quote.

Rafa Yadain Par Sachha Khwab | Qazi Abu Jafar


Imam Daruqutni (d. 385 hijri) farmate hai,

“Maine (apne Ustad) Qazi Abu Jafar r.h. ko ye kahte hue suna hai, “Pahle mera bhi yahi mauqif tha jo ahle Iraq ka hai (ke rafayadain ke bagair namaz padhna chahiye) lekin fir maine khwab me Nabi akram ﷺ ko namaz ada karte hue dekha, Aap ﷺ ne namaz ke aaghaz (shuruat) me takbeer tahreemah kahte hue rafa yadain kiya, fir ruku me jaate hue rafa yadain kiya, fir ruku se sar uthate hue rafa yadain kiya.”

Sunan Daruqutni, kitab al salat, hadees- 1110. [scan]

Note: Is hadees ko khud Imam Daruqutni apne ustad Qazi Abu Jafar se bayan kar rahe hai toh isme sanad ki zarurat nahi hai.

۞ Raful Yadain karne ki zarurat aur uska fayada ek Tabayeen bayan farmate hai,

۩ Sa’eed bin Jubair r.h. (tabayeen) se namaz me rafa yadain ke talluk se pucha gaya, unhone farmaya, “Ye logo ke namaz ki khubsurti hai.”

Aur yahi Tabayeen hai jo sahaba ke namaz ka tarika batate hai,

Kya Andhere Me Namaz Padhna Jayz Hai?

۩ Abu Salama r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Ayesha r.a. ne batlaya ke mai RasoolAllah ﷺ ke aage so jati thi aur mere paon Aap ﷺ ke qibla ke ulat (opposite) hote the. Jab Aap ﷺ sajda karte, to mere paon ko aahista se daba dete. Mai apne paon samet leti aur Aap jab khade ho jate toh mai inhe fir faila deti. Un dino gharo mein charag bhi nahi hua karte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al salaat ﴾8﴿, hadith - 382.

۩ Shaykh Abd al-Kareem al-Khudayr r.h. iske mutallik farmate hai:

“Agar namaz puri sharayat aur arqan aur wajibat ke sath ada ki jaye to woh namaz sahih hai, aur roshni na toh namaz ki shart mein se hai aur nah hi is ke arqan aur na wajibat mein shaamil hai.

Illa yeh ke agar andhera namazi ke liye khauf ka bais ho aur is ki bina par is ka khushu o khuzu hi jata rahe to fir andhere mein namaz padhna makruh hai.”

Kya Beemar Shaks Do Namazo Ko Jama Kar Sakta Hai?

Sawal- Ek mareez ko maide ka cancer hai, is ke pet me ek surakh rakha gaya hai jahan se fazla (gandagi) wagaira nikala jata hai, mareez ka sawal yeh hai ke kya is ke liye do (2) namazon ko jama karna jaiz hai?

Alhamdulillah

Ji haan. Aesa mareez do (2) namazon ko jama kar sakta hai, toh is ke liye woh Zohar aur Asar ki namaz jama karega, isi tarhan maghrib aur Isha ki namaz jama kar sakta hai, nez apni sahulat ke mutabik jama taqdeem ya jama takheer dono ki ijazat hai jis mein aasani ho wohi kar le kyun ke bimari ki wajah se pesh ane wali mushkilaat do (2) namazon ko jama karne ke asbaab me shaamil hain, Nabi ﷺ ne istihaza (non-menstrual bleeding) wali aurat jise mahwari ke ayyaam ke alawa bhi khoon aata rahta tha use ijazat di thi ke woh do (2) namazon ko jama karle. Is hadees ka zikr Sunan Abu Dawud, hadith-287 aur Jamia Tirmizi, hadith- 128 me hai. Ise Albani r.h. ne sahih Tirmizi me hasan karar diya hai.
aur istihaza bhi ek bimari hai.

Imam Ahmad ne mareez shakhs ke liye do (2) namaze jama karne ki Daleel yeh di hai ke bimari, safar se zyada badtar (worse) hoti hai, nez unhone Suraj ghuroob hone ke baad singhi lagwai (hijama karaya) aur fir maghrib aur isha ko jama kar ke ada kya. end quote.

1۩ Yaha is baat ko samajh lein ke jis mareez ke liye do (2) namaze ikathhe karna jaiz ho to woh dono namaze mukammal ada karega, qasar nahi karega kyunke qasar namaz sirf musafir ke liye jaiz hai, to kuch log jo yeh samajte hain ke agar koi shakhs bemari ke wajah se ghar mein namaze ikathhe padhega toh woh qasr bhi karega, un ki yeh baat sahih nahi hai.

2۩ Jama Taqdeem: Yaani Zohar ke sath Asr aur Maghrib ke sath Isha ki namaz padhna.

Jama Taqhair: Yaani Asr ke sath Zohar aur Isha ke sath Maghrib ki namaz padhna.

Do Sajdo Ke Bich Ki Dua

۞ Do Sajdon Ke Darmiyan Padhi Jane Wali Duae Yeh Hain:

۩1. Huzaifa r.a. riwayat karte hain, RasoolAllah ﷺ dono’n sajdo’n ke darmiyan padha karte the:

“Rabbigh Firlee Rabbigh Firlee” [arabic pic]

[Aey Mere Rab Mujhe Maaf Farma, Aey Mere Rab Mujhe Maaf Farma.]

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Salat ﴾2﴿, hadith- 874. Imam Hakim aur Imam Zahabi ne Saheeh karar diya hai.

۩2. Ibn e Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hain ke RasoolAllah ﷺ dono’n sajdo’n ke darmiyan (ye) padhte:

“Allahummagh Firlee war Hamni wa A’afinee wa Ahdini war Zuqhni” [arabic pic]

[Aye Allah! Mujhe Baksh De, Mujh Par Raham Farma, Mujhe Aafiyat Se Rakh, Mujhe Hidayat De, aur Mujhe Rozi A’ata Kar.]
Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Salat ﴾2﴿, hadith- 850. Imam Hakim, Imam Zahabi aur Imam Nawawi ne Saheeh karar diya hai.

Farz Aur Nawafil Namaz Ke Darmiyan Guftagu Ya Jagah Tabdeel Karna Mustahab Hai

Alhamdulillah..

Mauzu shuru karne se pahle ye jaan lein ki Arabic me Nawafil ka matlab gair-farz hota hai yaani jo farz kiya gaya hai uske alawa. Hamare muashre me nawafil namaz ek alag kism ki namaz ban gai hai jab ki us kism ki namaz ka zikr kitab o sunnat kahi par nahi hai. Misaal ke taur par hamare muashre me log magrib ki sunnato ke baad do rakat aur padhte hai aur use nafil ka naam dete hai jab ki is do rakat namaz ka zikr hi kahi nahi hai.

Isi liye jab Nawafil kaha jayega to isme farz ke alawa jitni bhi kisme hai wo sab isi me shumar honge jaise sunnat namaz aur witr namaz. Ab aiye is baat ki daleel dekhte hai:

حَدَّثَنَا بَيَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ لَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى شَىْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ تَعَاهُدًا عَلَى رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ

Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Nawaafil (sunnat) mein se kisi cheez par itni muhafizat aur mudawemat nahi karte the jis qadr Fajr ki 2 rakat (sunnat) par karte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al tahajjud, hadith - 1163.

Is hadith me Ammi Ayesha r.a. ne sunnat ke liye nawafil alfaz istemal kiya hai.

Ab mauzu par aate hai, farz aur nawafil Namaz ke darmiyan guftagu karna ya jagah tabdeel karna mustahab hai. Iski daleele ye hai:

Umar bin Ata r.a. kahte hai ki Nafi bin Jubair ne unhe Al Saib ke paas bheja taaki wo puch sake ki Muawiya r.a. ke namaz me unhone kya dekha.
Toh is par unhone kaha, 'Ji Ha! Maine unke sath Maqsura (Masjid ke hujre) me Juma ki namaz padhi hai aur jab Imam ne salam fera toh mai apni jagah par khada ho gaya aur (sunnat) namaz padhi. Jab Muawaiya r.a. andar dakhil hue toh mujhe bulwaya aur kaha, "Jo kaam tumne kiya hai aaindah na karna. Jab tum Juma padh lo toh use kisi dusri namaz se na milana yahaa tak ke guftagu karlo ya us jagah se nikal jao kyunke RasoolAllah ﷺ ne hame is baat ka hukum diya tha ke hum kisi namaz ko dusri namaz se na milaye hatta ke ham guftagu karlen ya (us jagah se) nikal jaye.

Sahih Muslim, The Book of Prayer - Friday, hadith - 2042.

۩ Imam Nawawi is hadith ki sharah me farmate hai:

"Is hadees me hamare Shafi fuqaha e karaam ke mauqaf ki daleel hai ke sunnat e mua'qqada ya gair muaqqada jo bhi nawafil ho unki adaegi ke liye farz namaz ki jagah se hat jana chahiye, aur afzal yahi hai ke ghar ja kar ada kare, warna masjid me kisi bhi jagah ada kare, taa-keh sajda karne ki jagah zyada ho sake.

Is tarha nawafil aur farz namaz ek dusre se alag ho jayengi, Muawiya r.a. ka ye kahna ke, "Hatta ke hum baat kar lein", is cheez ki daleel hai ke farz aur nawafil me faasla guftagu se ho jayega, lekin ek jagah se doosri jagah muntaqil (shift) hona hamari bayan kardah wajah ke baais mustahab hai. Wa Allahu aalam."

۩ Ar-Ramli kahte hai:

"Ye sunnat hai ki nawafil ya farz padhne ke liye us jagah se hata jaye jaha par nawafil ya farz padha gaya ho taake qayamat ke din gawahi dene wali jagaho ki ta'adaad ziyada ho, kyunke jis jagah bhi ibaadat ki hogi wo jagah qayamat ke din us ke liye gawahi degi, nez jagah tabdeel karne par zyada se zyada jaghon par ibaadat ka amal sar-anjaam diya jayega, aur agar koi jagah tabdeel na kare to fir guftugu ke zarye faasla daale." end quote.
