6 Kalima Ki Haqeeqat


Alhamdulillah..

Hamare muashre me ye paaya jata hai ki har musalman ko 6 kalima yaad karna farz hai aur iski digar fazeelate bhi bayan hoti hai. Dar-haqeeeqat Islam me aesa koi ahkaam nahi bayan hua hai. Arabic me kalima ka matlab jumla hota hai, toh isi liye ye sirf 6 tak mahdood nahi hai. Kitab Allah aur ahadith e Rasool me hame lakho kalima milenge. Toh ye jo 6 kalime bataye jate hai usme pahle ke 3 kalime to bilkul usi alfaz ke sath sahih sanad ke sath sabit hai, chautha kalima alfaz ke thode farq ke sath sabit hai aur jo paanchwa aur chatha hai, ye ghadi hui (fabricated) hai, ye sabit nahi hai. Iski Daleel ye hai:

۞ Pahla Kalimah

Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne kaha ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Islam ki buniyaad paanch (ruknon) par rakhi gayi hai: Iski gawaahi dena ke Allah ta'ala ke siwa koi ma'abood nahi aur Muhammad ﷺ uske bande aur uske Rasool hai, Namaz qayam karna, zakaat ada karna, Hajj karna aur Ramzaan ke roze rakhna.”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al Eemaan, hadith-8. Sahih Muslim, Kitab al Eeman, hadith-93, 113.

۞ Dusra Kalimah

Uqbah bin Aamir ‌r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha: “Hamare zimme oont charane ka kaam tha, meri baari aayi, to mai shaam ke waqt unko chara kar wapas laya to maine RasoolAllah ﷺ ko dekha, Aap khade ho kar logo ko kuch irshad farma rahe the, mujhe Aap ki yeh baat (sunne ko) mili ki, “Jo bhi Musalman achi tarah wuzu karta hai, fir khade ho kar puri yaksui aur tawajjah ke sath Do (2) rakat namaz padhta hai toh iske liye jannat wajib ho jati hai.”

Maine kaha: Kya khoob baat hai yeh! Toh mere samne ek kahne wala kahne laga: Isse pahle wali baat is se bhi zyada umdah hai. Jab maine dekha hai toh woh Umar ‌r.a. the, unhone kaha: Maine dekha hai ki tum abhi aaye ho, 

Aap ﷺ ne (Isse pahle) farmaya tha: Tum maise jo shakhs bhi wuzu kare aur apne wuzu ko pura kare (khoob acchi tarah wuzu kare) fir yeh kahe:

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولُهُ

"Mai gawahi deta hu ke Allah ke siwa koi Ma'abood nahi aur Muhammad ﷺ Allah ke bande aur uske Rasool hai", to uske liye jannat ke aanthon (8) darwaaze khol diye jate hai, jisse chahe dakhil ho jaye. "”

Sahih Muslim, Kitab at-taharah, hadees- 553.

۞ Teesra Kalimah

Ubada bin Samit r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jo shakhs raat ko bedar ho kar ye dua padhe:

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له،‌‌‌‏ له الملك،‌‌‌‏ وله الحمد،‌‌‌‏ وهو على كل شىء قدير‏.‏ الحمد لله،‌‌‌‏ وسبحان الله،‌‌‌‏ ولا إله إلا الله،‌‌‌‏ والله أكبر،‌‌‌‏ ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله‏

La ilaha ila Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu al-mulk, wa lahu al-hamd, wa huwa ala kulli shay’in qadir. Alhamdulillah, Wa'SubhanAllah, Wa La ilaha illAllah, Wa'Allahu Akbar, La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.

Allah ke siwa koi ma'abood nahi wo akela hai uska koi shareeq nahi, usi ke liye badshahi hai aur tamam tareefe bhi usi ke liye hain aur wo har cheez per qadir hai. Tamaam taareefe Allah hee ke liye hain, Allah ki zaat paak hai, Allah ke siwa koi ma'abood nahi, aur Allah sab se bada hai, Allah ki madad ke bagair na kisi ko gunahon se bachne ki taqat hai na neki karne ki himmat,

Aur fir ye padhe

"اللهم اغفر لي‏" [Allahummaghfirli] [Aye Allah! Meri magfirat farma]

Ya koi dua kare, toh uski dua qubool hoti hai. Fir agar usne wuzu kiya (aur namaz padhe) to namaz bhi maqbool hoti hai.

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al-Tahajjud, hadees- 1154; Sunan ibn Majah, Kitab ad-Dua, hadith-3878. Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Note: Jo hamare muashre me teesra kalima mashhoor hai wo ye pura dua nahi hai balki is dua ka hissa hai.

۞ Chautha Kalimah

Abu Zarr r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jo shakhs namaz e fajr ke baad jab ke wo pair mode (tashahhud ki halat me) baitha hua ho aur koi baat bhi na ki ho:

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

"Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahu’l-mulk wa lahu’l-hamd yuhyi wa yumeetu wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer" das (10) martaba padhen to iske liye das (10) nekiya likhi jayengi, aur iski das (10) buraiyyan mita di jayengi, iske liye das (10) darze buland kiye jayege aur wo is din, pure din har tarah ke makron wa na-panadidah cheez se mahfooz rahega, aur shaitan ke zair upar na aa pane ke liye is ki nigehbani ki jayegi, aur koi gunah ise is din siwaye Allah ke sath shirk ke halaqat se do-chaar na kar sakega.

Sunan Tirmizi, kitab al daawaat, hadith-3474. Ise Imam Tirmizi ne Hasan gareeb sahih aur Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne Hasan karaar diya hai.

Farz Namaz Ki Iqamat Ke Waqt Muqtadi Ko Kab Khada Hona Chahiye


Alhamdulillah..

Is mauzu par ahadith me hame koi waazeh ahkaam nahi milti, isi liye ahle ilm me is par ikhitlaf hai. Mai wo nukhta bayan karta hu jis raaye par hamare aksar salaf ka amal raha hai.

Farz Namaz Ki Iqamat Ke Waqt Muqtadi Ko Kab Khada Hona Chahiye, is me Do (2) manzar ho sakta hai.

1. Imam e Masjid maujud na ho Iqamat ke waqt.
2. Imam apne musalle par pahle se maujud ho (aam haalat).

۞1. Imam e Masjid maujud na ho Iqamat ke waqt:

Agar Imam e Masjid maujud na ho Iqamat ke waqt aur iqamat shuru ho gai ho to is haalat me jab tak Imam masjid me namaz padhane ke liye na ajaye tab tak muqtadi apni jagah par baithe rahenge aur imam ke aane ka intzar karenge. Fir jab imam aajaye tab khade honge (Imam ko dekh kar).

Abdullah bin Abi Qatada r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Jab namaz ke liye iqamat kahi jaye toh us waqt tak na khade ho jab tak mujhe (hujre se nikalte hue) na dekhlo.

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al Aazaan, hadith-637.

۞2. Imam apne musalle par pahle se maujud ho (aam haalat):

Agar Imam apne musalle par pahle se hi maujud ho jaisa ki aam haalat me hota hai toh us waqt 'Qad iqamatis salaah' ke kahne par khade hona hai aur safe bhi iqamat muqammal hone ke baad sidhi karayi jayengi.

۩ Imam Tirmizi farmate hai, “Sahaba e karaam me ahle ilm ki ek jamaat ne logo ke khade hokar Imam ka intezaar karne ko makruh kaha hai, baaz kahte hai ki jab imam masjid me ho aur namaz khadi kar di jaaye toh wo log us waqt khade ho jab muazzin "Qad iqamatis salaah, Qad iqamatis salaah kahe, Ibn Mubarak (Tabe-Tabaeen) ka yahi qawl hai.”

Jamia at Tirmizi, book of traveling, hadith-592.

۩ Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal (Tabe-tabaeen) farmate hai, “Agar Imam Masjid me ho to log us waqt khade ho jab woh (iqamat kahne wala) "Qad iqamatis salaah" kahe. Imam Ishaq bin Rahwayh (tabe-tabaeen) ne is ki mukammal ta'eed farmayi hai.”

Islam Me Firqa-Wariyat Nahi - Dr. Farhat Hashmi

Is article me ham Dr. Farhat Hashmi ke chand keemti naseehato ko apse share karna chahenge.

Allah pak farmate hai,

“Aye Musalmano! Tum Sab Kaho Ke Hum Allah Par Eemaan Laaye Aur Us Cheez Par Bhi Jo Hamari Taraf Utari Gayi Aur Jo Cheez Ibraheem, Ismail, Is’haaq, Yaqub (Alaihimussalaam) Aur Un Ki Aulaad Par Utari Gayi, Aur Jo Kuch Allah Ki Jaanib Se Moosa Aur Isa (Alaihima Assalam) Aur Dusre Ambiya Ko Diye Gaye, Hum Un Maise Kisi Ke Darmiyaan Farq Nahi Karte, Hum Allah Ke Farmabardaar Hai.

Agar Wo Tum Jaisa Eemaan Laaye, To Hidayat Paaye, Aur Agar Muh Mode To Wo Sarih Ikhtilaf Me Hai, Allah Un Se Ankareeb Aap Ki Kifaayath Karega, Aur Wo Khoob Sunne Aur Jaanne Wala Hai.”

Surah Baqara, Ayat-136-137.

Dr. Farhat Hashmi is ayat ki tafseer me farmati hai,

“Hamare yaha kya hai? Bas ham sirf apne ustaad ki izzat jante hai, apne alim ki, apne groh walo ki, apne imam ki, Bas! Kitni tang-nazri hai ye! Isi liye to sirf uske naam se pahchane jana chahte hai.
Agar (wo) kahe bhi ki nahi nahi aesi baat nahi. Aesi (baat) nahi to kya hai ke tum har waqt isi chakkar me pade hue ho ki apne Imam aur apne bade (ulema) ko bada sabit kar sako dusro par aur saara zor tumhara isi par ho, saare dalail tumhare isi ke liye ho ki sirf jisse tum wabasta (connected ho) uski superiority tum qayam kar sako baaki sab par. Isse to kabhi Deen me wusat nahi aa sakti, yahi to shakshiyat-parasti hai.

Jaha haq ho waha se lelo, jaha achhi baat ho utha lo. Jo achha kaam kar raha ho appreciate karo, jaha se faiz pahuche shukr-guzaar ho. Aur sab ka ehteraam karo, yahi hame sikhaya gaya  'la nufarriqu bayna ahadin minhum (Hum Un Maise Kisi Ke Darmiyaan Farq Nahi Karte)'. Haalaki Allah taala ne khud baaz ambiya ko baaz par fazeelat di hai jaisa ki Quran e paak me teesre sipaare ki ibtida me aata hai 'Tilka alrrusulu faddalna baAAdahum AAala baad (Ye Rasool, in maise ham ne baaz ko baaz par fazeelat di)', minhum man kallama Allah (baaz se Allah ne kalaam kiya hai), warafaAAa baAAdahum darajat (baaz ko darajat me bulandi di hai). Lekin hame kya tameez sikhayi gai? Tum mat comparison karo, la nufarriqu bayna ahadin minhum. Kyu? Isliye ki agar ek shaks ye kahe ke fula nabi fula nabi se badh kar hai, jaisa ki baaz auqat logo me hua bhi, toh Aap ne us chiz se rok diya sab ambiya ki izzat zaruri hai. Halanki kisi ke paas kitab aayi, kisi ke pas saheefa aya.

Dekhe Ibraheem a.s. ki kitab ka zikr nahi milta, sohfe Ibraaheem, saheefe!, yaani choti kitabe, kitab badi chiz hai saheefa usse mukhtalif cheez hai ya choti cheez hai.

Baaz anbiya se Allah talah ne kalaam kiya, lekin sab se nahi kiya. Eesa alaihisaalam ko kuch aur khasayas diye gaye. Sulaiman Alaihisaalam ki badshahat aur nubuwat ki kuch aur khususiyat thi Dawood alaihisaalam ko jismani aur maali quwwat be-panaah di gai. Har nabi ki koi na koi khususiyat hai.
Lekin hume kya kaha gaya hai? 
Hum unke darimayan farq nahi karte. Hum sab ko Nabi maante hai, sab ka ehtaraam karte hai, sabki taaleemat ko barhaq samajhte hai ki unhone haq pahuchaya bando ko.

Isi tarah uske baad kya hai, jitne bhi ulema e karaam hai, jo bhi Deen ka kaam karne wale hai, ham sab ki izzat karte hai, (chahe wo) kisi bhi school of though se ho.

Haa! Kyuki ambiya toh galati nahi karte, (wo) Masoom hote hai. Lekin aam Ulema jo hote hai, Insaan jo hote hai, un se galatiya bhi ho jaati hai. Toh Jaha wo galati kare, bas us galati ko ham nahi maante baaki jo unki achchi baat hai wo sab maante hai, sab ki izzat karte hai. 
Illah yeh ki koi shakhs Islam ke dayreh se nikal kar kufr Ki taraf chala jaye. Toh wo toh ek alag qissa ho jata hai.

Lekin jo shaks Musalman hai, Deen ki khidmat kar raha hai, agar usse koi kami kotahi  ho jati hai, apko maloom hai ki umuman kami-kotahi kaha hui? Ijtehadi maumlat me. Iztehadi kaha?
Jab Quran aur Sunnat ka waazeh hukum nahi tha, Ulema ne koshishe kar ke masaail ka hal dhundha.
Kisi ne ek hal bataya kisi ne dusra bataya. Ab kya hua? ek ki baat dusro se mukhtalif ho gayi. 

Aap dekhye ki koshish karne ke baad agar koi aalim ek masla batata hai, (aur) agar usse galati bhi ho jaati hai toh apko pata hai (ke) us galati par bhi usko ajar hai, Hadees me yeh baat aati hai. Allah tala toh usko uski galati par ajar de rahe hai. Aur ham usko muaf nahi kar rahe hai aur uske khilaf toofan uthaye hue hai aur usko negate kar rahe hai, degrade kar rahe hai.

Hame kisne haq diya hai yeh sab kuch karne ka. Hame kisne chun kar is masnad pe bithaya hai ki tum logo ke baare me fatwe do. Nahi! hamara ye kaam nahi (hai). 
Hamara kya kaam hai?
Jo bhi koi achchi baat kar raha hai wo sab achche hai. Illah ye ki agar koi baat wo durust nahi kar raha toh bas ham wo nahi lenge.

Aap dekhen, misaal ke taur par ap (bazaar se) chawal (rice) khareed ke laati hai ya Tamatar khareed kar laati hai. Ap jab usko kaat te hai toh uska ek hissa kuch kharab nikal aata hai.
(Toh kya) Ap saara Tamatar (dust) bin me fek dete hai? Karte hai aisa? Nahi!!
Kya karte hai? 
Jo Kharab hissa hota hai usko kaat kar alag rakh dete hai, baaki ko dho kar istemal karte hai. Aur aisa hi hona chahiye na? Agar koi shakhs ek choti si daag ki bina par saara  Fruit bin me utha kar fek de toh Aap kahengi iska dimag chal gaya hai.
Lekin Deen ke maumle me hum aisi hi himaakate karte hai. Agar kisi se ek galati ho gayi, kyuki wo insan hai na? Toh us bina par uski har baat buri ho gayi.
Har chiz bin me chali gayi, uska toh naam bhi na lo. Kya wo tumhara Musalman bhai nahi?

Quran us dil me sahih tarah aata hai jis Dil me wusat aati hai. Nafrate nikalti hai, tazkiya hota hai, dil chamakte hai, hasad, bugz, mael se paak hote hai, Fir Allah ki marifat aati hai, fir hikamat ilqa hoti hai, Fir Deen ki barkate hoti hai, fir Islam ka paigam dunya me aam hota hai. Aaj kyun aam nahi ho raha? Ham to apne ghar me ajanabi ho gaye (hai). Musalman mulk, Islami jamhuriyat, Pakistan me Islam ajanabi hota ja raha hai. Padhe likhe logon me, anpadh logon me, Kyu hua ye? Kabhi socha aapne? In nafarton ki wajah se hua, ke jab koi Deen ka naam leta hai, sab haath dhoke uske piche pad jaate hai. Agar waqai sincerely ham Deen ke khadim banna chahte hai toh hame apna mijaaz badalna hoga. Aur mijaaz is Quran ke mutabik.

Aur ham kisi Nabi ke taraf nahi mansub kar rahe apne apko, kisi alim ke taraf nahi!, kisi Imam ki taraf nahi! 'Lahu Muslimoon', Allah ki taraf, uske Musalman, uske farmabardaar, uske tabedaar. [Allah pak farmate hai]

“Agar Wo Tum Jaisa Eemaan Laaye, To Hidayat Paaye, Aur Agar Muh Mode To Wo Sarih Ikhtilaf Me Hai, Allah Un Se Ankareeb Aap Ki Kifaayath Karega, Aur Wo Khoob Sunne Aur Jaanne Wala Hai.”
Surah Baqara, Ayat-137.

Yaani ibtedaai taur par jab Quran nazil ho raha tha to khitaab kisko tha? Sahaba e karaam ko tha, uske baad hamse bhi hai lekin sahaba e karaam ko ek model banaya gaya ki agar baaki dunya ke log eemaan laaye, 'bi-mishli maa antum' jaisa eemaan tum laaye ho, kaisa eemaan tha unka?' kulu amanna billah se le kar end tak', nahnu lahu muslimoon. Jo is tarike ka eeman laaye, fir wo hidayat-yafta hue.

Sahaba e karaam jaisa eeman, mujhe zara ap bataiye sahaba e karaam kis groh maise the? Kya maslak tha unka? Wo Hanafi the ya Shafai the ya Maliki the? Wo kaun the?
Wo bas Musalmaan the!
Unka kaunsa sect tha? wo sunni the ya shia the?  Musalman the! Farmaya aesa hi eemaan agar baaki log laaye, (toh) ye hai hidayat.
Aur agar log munh mod jaaye, aesa eemaan na laaye, is baat se ittifaak na kare, isse agree na kare aur apne apko groho me baant ke rakhe, toh asal masla fir kya hai, maraz kya hai? Wo darasal zidd me mubtilah hai, mukhalifat ka shikaar hai, alag rahna chahte hai. Kharabi fir waha hai, tum me nahi, tum itmenan rakho ki jo kar rahe ho durust kar rahe ho, bigaad hai toh fir unme hai jo is tarike par na aaye.” End quote.

Kisi Ke Akhirat Ka Faisla Karna Kaisa Hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Ek Musalman ka amal aur aqidah ye hona chahiye ki jis cheez ka faisla Allah ko karna hai wo us chiz me koi mudakhilat (interfere) na kare. Ye apne had se aage badhna hai jo boht bada gunah hai. Kisi shaks ke Jannat ya Jahannam ka faisla karna Allah ka haq hai. Isme hame mudakhilat nahi karni chahiye. Hame dusro se pahle khud ke eeman ki fikr karni chahiye aur dusra agar koi galat kaam kar raha hai to use jahalat ke alfaz se nahi balki Quran ke bataye hue tarike se islah karni chahiye. Allah pak farmate hai:

Logo Ko Apne Rab Ke Raastey Ki Taraf Hikmat Aur Khubsurat Nasihat Ke Sath Bulaiye Aur Unse Behtareen Tareeqe Se Bahes (Guftagu) Karye.

Surah Nahl, Ayat-125.

Ab mai hadees ke zarye is mauzu par roshni dalna chahta hu.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, Ek (1) shakhs bahut gunah kiya karta tha jab is ki maut ka waqt kareeb aaya to apne beton se is ne kaha ke jab mai mar jau toh mujhe jala daalna fir meri haddion ko pees kar hawa me uda dena. Allah ki qasam! agar mere Rab ne mujhe pakad liya to mujhe itna sakht aazaab dega jo pahle kisi ko bhi is ne nahi diya hoga.
Jab woh (gunahgaar shaks) mar gaya to (is ki wasiyat ke mutabiq) is ke sath aisa hi kiya gaya. Allah taala ne zameen ko hukm farmaya ke agar ek (1) zarra bhi kahi is ke jism ka tere paas hai to use jama kar ke le aa. Zameen ne is hukm par amal kiya aur woh bandah ab (apne Rab ke samnay) khada hua tha. Allah taala ne kaha, 'Tum ne aisa kyun kiya?'
Us ne arz kiya, Aye Rab! Tere khauf ki wajah se. Aakhir Allah taala ne ise muaf kar diya.

Sahih al-Bukhari,  Book of Prophets, hadith- 3481.

۩ Abu Hurairah. r. a. bayaan karte hai ki Mai ne Rasool ﷺ ko farmate hue suna:

Bani Israel me do shaks barabar ke the, in me se ek to gunah ke kaamo me laga rahta tha aur dusra ibaadat me laga rahta tha.
Ibaadat guzar dusre ko barabar gunah me laga rahta dekhta to usse kahta ki Baaz aajao! 
Ek dafa isne use gunah karte paya to usse kaha: Baaz aajao!
Usne kaha: Kasam hai mere Rab ki tum mujhe chor do (apna kaam karo).
Kya tum mera nigahbaan banakar bheje gaye ho? 
To is (ibadat guzaar) ne kaha: Allah ki kasam, Allah ta'ala tumhe nahi bakshega na hi tumhe jannat me dakhil karega. 

Fir inki roohein qabs karli gayi to wo donon Rab ul aalameen ke paas ikhatta hue, Allah ne us Ibaadat guzar se kaha: Kya Tum mujhe jaante the, ya tum us par Qaadir the, jo mere hath me hai? Aur gunahgaar se kaha: Jaao aur meri rehmat se jannat me dakhil ho jao aur dusre (ibadat guzaar) ke mutaliq kaha: Ise jahannum me le jao.

Abu Huraira r.a kahte hain: Us zaat ki qasam jiske haat me meri jaan hai, usne (ibadat-guzaar ne) aisi baat kahi jisne iski dunya aur akhirat dono barbaad kardi.

Sunan Abu Dawood, kitab al Adab, hadith- 4901. Allamah Albani ne is hadith ko sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. ne bayaan kiya ke hum Nabi ﷺ ke saath khaibar ki ladayi ke liye nikle. Is ladayi mein hume sona, chaandi ganimat mein nahi mila tha balke dusre amwaal, kapde aur samaan mile tha. Fir Bani ad-Dubaib ke ek shakhs Rifa'a bin Zaid naami ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ko ek gulaam hadiya (tohfa) me diya, ghulam ka naam Mid'am tha. 

Fir RasoolAllah ﷺ waadi-e- al-Qura ki taraf mutawajja huye aur jab aap waadi-e- al-Qura mein pahuch gaye to Mid'am ko jab ke wo Aap ﷺ ka kijaawa durust kar raha tha, ek anjaan teer aa kar laga aur uski maut ho gayi.

Logon ne kaha ke jannat use mubarak ho, lekin Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya ke hargiz Nahi!, Us zaat ki qasam jiske haath mein meri jaan hai, wo kambal jo isne taqseem se pahle khaibar ke maal-e-ganimat mai se chura liya tha, wo is par aag ka angaara ban kar jal raha hai.

Jab logon ne yeh baat suni to ek shakhs chappal ka tasma ya do (2) tasme le kar Aap ﷺ ki khidmat mein haazir hua, (matlab jo bina ijazat liya tha wo wapis le aya). Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke yeh aag ka tasma hai ya do (2) tasme aag ke hain.

Sahih al-Bukhari, Book of Oaths and Vows, hadith- 6707.

۞ Ek Momin Ka Akhirat Ke Bareme Rawayya

۩ Amr bin Maimun r.a. riwayat karte hai, [Umar bin Khattab r.a. Ke wafat ke waqt, jab Umar r.a. zakhmi halat me the] Ek naujawan Umar r.a. ke paas aaya aur kahne laga, Ae Ameer ul Momineen!  Allah taala ki taraf se Ap ko khushkhabri ho. Ap ne RasoolAllah ﷺ ki sohbat uthai. Ibtida mein Islam laane ka Sharf haasil kiya jo ki Ap ko maloom hai. Fir Ap khalifa banaye gaye aur Ap ne poore insaaf se hukoomat kiya, Fir Shahadat payi. 
Ye sun kar Umar r.a. ne farmaya, "(Dekho aesa mat kaho) Mere In Aamaal Ke Wajah Se Qayamat Ke Din Mere Naam e Aamaal Agar Barabar Bhi Ho Gaya To Mere Liye Ye Kafi Hoga."

Libas Ke Napak Hone Ka Shak

Sawal: Mai gair mulq mein padhta hu, aur apna aksar waqt duty par guzarta hu, aur zarurat padne par mai khade hokar peshab karta hu, kyu ke mujhe mahsoos hota hai ke bait ul khala me nasb kursi par najasat lagi hui hai, aur waise bhi mera is par baithne ko dil bhi nahi karta, sath me mai yeh bhi puri koshish karta hu ke peshab ke cheente mujhe na lagen, aur peshaab karne ke baad tissue paper se istinja karta hu, toh peshab ke un chote chote chhinto ka kya hukum hai jo khade hokar peshab karne se meri shalwar ko lag jate hain, mai un se bachne ki mukammal koshish karta hon? Isi tarhan mai yeh bhi janna chahunga ke cheente lagne ke baarey me gumaan, aur yaqeen dono mein farq hoga? aur kya peshab ke cheente lagne ki mutawaqqa jagah ko sirf pani ke cheente ya geelay haath se saaf karna kaafi hoga? Aur kya un umoor ke baarey mein kasrat se sawal karna was-wase me shumaar hoga?

Alhamdulillah..

Sunnat ye hai ki insaan baith kar peshab kare, aur agar khade ho kar peshab kare toh isme koi harj nahi hai jab tak jism aur kapdo ko najasat se paak rakha ja sake.

Aur agar us insaan ne khade ho kar peshab kiya, aur use peshab ke kuch chinte bhi lag gaye toh jis jagah chinte lagi hai us jagah ko dhona laazmi hai, aur us par paani ke chinte marna ya geela haath wagaira ferna kaafi nahi hoga, balke najasat ko dhone ke liye us par paani bahana zaruri hoga. 

Aur agar insaan ko shak laa haq ho jaaye ki kya uske kapdo ko peshab laga hai ya nahi, toh aisi surat me us kapde ko dhona laazmi nahi hai, kyuki asal (usool) ye hai ki kapde paak hote hai jab tak ke insaan ko yaqeeni taur par maloom na ho jaaye ki waqayi usme najasat lag gayi hai.

Fatawa al-Lajnah ad-Daa'imah ke Ulema e karaam ka kahna hai ki:

“Jab apko achchi tarah yaqeen ho jaaye ki (peshab ka) katra nikal gaya hai toh ap par istinja karna, namaz ke liye wuzu, aur jaha kapde par peshab ka katra laga hua hai use dhona laazmi hoga aur agar sirf shak ho toh aisi surat me ap par kuch nahi hai.

Aur ap shak wa shuba me padne se bache, taaki Ap waswasa ki bimari me mubtala na ho jaaye.” End quote. 

Fatawa al-Lajnah ad-Daa'imah (5/106).

Agar insan faydemand Deeni masail puche toh ye na to ayeb hai aur na hi waswasah balki kamaal talb karne ka zariya, aur neki ki hirs hai.

Allah se dua hai ki hame aur apko har achha kaam karne ki taufeeq de. Beshak woh is baat par qadir hai.
