۩ Abdullah ibn Mubarak r.h. kahte hai,

'Mai Yaum e Arafa ke din Sufiyan sauri r.h. ke kamre me dakhil hua jab woh ghutno par jhuke hue the aur aansu baha rahe the toh woh meri janib mude aur mai ne un se kaha:

'Kya Ap jaante hai aj ke din khasara me kaun hai?'

Unhone jawab diya,

“Woh jo ye sochta hai ke Allah use muaf nahi karega.”

Kya Aurat Qurbani ka Jaanwar Zabah Kar Sakti Hai?


Alhamdulillah..

Daur e Nabawi se lekar aaj tak, ummat ka aam amal yahi hai ki Qurbani ke jaanwar ko mard zabah karte aaye hai, lekin hamare zahen me ye sawal aa sakta hai ki kya ek aurat jaanwar zabah kar sakti hai. Aaiye is sawal ke jawab par roshni daalte hai.

Ulema e Islam is baat par mutaffiq (agree) hai. Quran aur Sunnat ke alfaz me aam istehlat istemal hone ki wajah se Aurat ke zariye zabah kiya gaya Gosht khana jaiz hai.

۩ Irshaad e baari ta'ala hai,

'Tumhare liye haraam kiya gaya hai murda jaanwar aur khoon aur suwar ka gosht aur jis par Allah ke siwa kisi aur ka naam liya gaya ho. 

Surah Maida (5), ayat- 3.

۞ Ka'b bin Malik r.a. riwayat karte hai,

'Ek aurat ne ek bhed (sheep) ko ek patthar se zabah kar diya aur fir Rasoolullah ﷺ se iske baare me pucha gaya aur unhone is (zabah kiye hue bhed) ko khane ki ijazat de.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al zabah wal sayid (72), hadees- 5504.

Is hadees se yeh wazeh (clear) ho jata hai ke aam istehlat istemal hone ki wajah se aurat jaanwaro ko zabah kar sakti hai fir wo Qurbani ka gosht ho ya bakaida khane (regular food) ke liye zabah kiya jaane wala.

۩ Ibn e Hajar r.h. ne is hadees par tabsera karte hue kaha,

“Isse ye zahir hota hai ke Aurat ke zarye zabah shuda gosht khane ki ijazat hai, khwah wo aazad ho ya gulam, budhi ya jawan, musalman ho ya ahle kitab (Yahoodi ya Isaayi), pakeezgi ki halat me ya kisi aur tarah se,
Kyu ke Nabi ﷺ ne inhe bataya ke wo gosht khaye jo unhone zabah kiya tha aur iske baare me mazeed tafseel talab nahi ki.”

۩ Shaykh ibn Taymiyya r.h. kahte hai,

'Kisi aese Jaanwar ko khane ki ijazat hai jisko mard ya Aurat marne se pahle hi Islamic taur par zabah karte hai. Ya Aurat ke zarye zabah kiya jaane wala gosht, chahe wo haiz (periods) ki halat me hi kyu na ho, kyu ke ye haiz ki halat uske hath me nahi hai.
Agar koi aurat kisi janwar ko islami tareeke par zabah karti hai, us jaanwar ke marne se pahle, toh us jaanwar ke gosht ko khane ki ijazat hai, Muslamano ke Ijma ke mutabik.'

Isliye Khulasa e Tahreer yahi hai ke 'Aurat ke zariye Islami taur par zabah kiya jane wala gosht jaiz hai.'

Bairi ke Patto se Jinn/Jadu ka Ilaj

Sabz (green) bair ke 7 patte (leaf) le kar do pathharo ke darmiyan usko koota jaaye aur fir kute hue patte me itna pani mila liya jaaye jo nahane ke liye kafi ho, fir ye ayaat padhkar pani par dam kare:

(In ayaat ko auzubillahi minashaitan nir rajeem padh kar padha jayega)

۩ Ayat al Kursi (Surah baqarah, 255):

اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ-

۩ Surah Aaraf, ayat- 117 se 122:

وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۖ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ - فَوَقَعَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ - فَغُلِبُوا۟ هُنَالِكَ وَٱنقَلَبُوا۟ صَـٰغِرِينَ - وَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَـٰجِدِينَ - قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ - رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَـٰرُونَ -

۩ Surah Yunus, ayat no- 79 se 82:

وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ ٱئْتُونِى بِكُلِّ سَـٰحِرٍ عَلِيمٍۢ - فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلْقُوا۟ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلْقُونَ - فَلَمَّآ أَلْقَوْا۟ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ مَا جِئْتُم بِهِ ٱلسِّحْرُ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُۥٓ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ ٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ - وَيُحِقُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ -

۩ Surah Taha, ayat no- 65 se 70:

قَالُوا۟ يَـٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِمَّآ أَن تُلْقِىَ وَإِمَّآ أَن نَّكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَلْقَىٰ - قَالَ بَلْ أَلْقُوا۟ ۖ فَإِذَا حِبَالُهُمْ وَعِصِيُّهُمْ يُخَيَّلُ إِلَيْهِ مِن سِحْرِهِمْ أَنَّهَا تَسْعَىٰ - فَأَوْجَسَ فِى نَفْسِهِۦ خِيفَةًۭ مُّوسَىٰ - قُلْنَا لَا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ - وَأَلْقِ مَا فِى يَمِينِكَ تَلْقَفْ مَا صَنَعُوٓا۟ ۖ إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا۟ كَيْدُ سَـٰحِرٍۢ ۖ وَلَا يُفْلِحُ ٱلسَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَىٰ - فَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سُجَّدًۭا قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ هَـٰرُونَ وَمُوسَىٰ -

۩ Chaar Kul (Surah Kafiroon, Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq, Surah Naas,):

 قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ- لَا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ - وَلَا أَنْتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ-   وَلَا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَا عَبَدْتُمْ- وَلَا أَنْتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ- لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ-

 قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ-  اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ- لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ- وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ-

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ-  مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ- وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ- وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ- وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ-

 قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ- مَلِكِ النَّاسِ-  إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ-  مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ-  الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ- مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ-

Ye aayat padh kar bairi ke patte waale pani par dam kare aur teen (3) ghoont pani pee lein aur baaki pani se nahaa lein in shaa Allah faida hoga.

Ye amal 2 ya 3 martaba dohra lene me koi harj nahi yaha tak ke marz khatam ho jaye. Ye tareeqa shauhar-biwi me ikhtilaf door karne ka ilaj bhi hai, Musannaf Abdul Razzaq me ye milta hai.

Nange Badan Wuzu Karne ka Hukm

Ghutne se lekar naaf tak mard ka satar hai, chunanche nange badan ya fir nekar (shorts) pahan kar wuzu karne ka hukm kya hai?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulillah..

Unka wuzu sahih hai, kyunki satar ka nanga hona, ya nekar pahenne se wuzu nahi tut ti, Lekin biwi ya mamluka laundi jis ke sath hambistari kar sakte hai ke ilawa kisi aur ke saamne nanga hona haraam hai.

Baalo Pe Mehndi Laga kar Sar ka Masah Karna


Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen se sawaal kiya gaya,

'Agar aurat ne apne sar par mehndi ka lep kar rakha ho (mehndi laga rakha ho), toh kya wo us par masah kar sakti hai?'

 Jawab 

'Jab aurat sar par mehndi wagaira lagaye toh woh is par masah karegi aur is mehndi ko utaarne ki koi zarurat nahi, Nabi ﷺ se saabit hai ke Aap ne ahram ki haalat me baalo par kisi chiz ka lep laga rakha tha, chunanche sar par jo lagaya jaaye woh sar ke baal ka hissa ban jata hai, yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke sar ki taharat me sahoolat hai.'

Jism me Tel Lagane se Wuzu Par Asar


Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen r.h. kahte hai,

“Jab insaan ki wuzu ki jagah par koi cream ya tel istemaal kare ya toh is ki chiknayi jami hogi jo jild (khaal) par baaki rahegi aur nazar aayegi toh us waqt wuzu karne se pahle use utaarna zaruri hai, kyunki agar yeh aesi haalat me rahi toh khaal tak pani pahonchne me rukawat hogi, toh is tarha wuzu sahih nahi hoga.

Lekin agar tel wagaira jami hui (halat me) na ho balki sirf iske nishani baaki ho wuzu kiye jaane waale hisse par, fir is se koi farq nahi padta.

Lekin is haalat me usko wuzu karte waqt apna haath us hisse par ferna chahiye kyuki aam taur par chiknaayi se paani fisal jaati hai, aur ho sakta hai ki paani saare jism ko na lagi ho.”

Kya Aurat (Pahle) Shawwal ke 6 Roze Rakhe Ya Qaza Ramzan Se Shuru Kare?

Alhamdulillah..

Jab Aap hadees me warid shuda ajar wa sawaab hasil karna chahti ho jo ke niche di gai hadees me hai:

“Jis ne Ramzan ke roze rakhne ke baad shawwal ke 6 roze rakhe toh ye aesa hai jaise pure saal ke roze ho.”

Sahih Muslim, kitab al sawm ﴾13﴿, hadees- 2758.

Is liye aurat ko chahiye ke wo pahle Ramzan ul mubarak ke roze mukammal kare aur fir shawaal ke chay (6) roze rakhe taa ke hadees ke mutabik amal ho sake aur se mazkoorah ajar wa sawaab haasil ho.

Lekin agar woh pahle shawaal ke che roze rakhe aur ramzan ki qaza ko moakhhar (delay) kar de toh bhi jaiz hai lekin Ramzan ki qaza aane waale Ramzan se pahle pahle muqammal karna zaruri hai.

Lockdown Me Namaz e Eid Me Jamaat ka Masla


Alhamdulillah..

Eid ki namaz ghar me akele bhi padhi ja sakti hai aur Jamaat se bhi. Is article me Jamaat ke sath eid ki namaz padhne ke ahkaam hai.

1. Agar Eid ki Namaz sirf do Aadmi ghar me ada kar rahe hai toh Jamat me dono ek sath khade rahenge ek hi saff (line) me. Imam baaye taraf (left side) khada hoga.

2. Agar Aurte bhi hai saath yaani agar teen (3) log hai toh ek Aadmi aage Imamat karega aur piche dusra aadmi fir uske piche aurte.

3. Agar puri family hai ghar me (biwi-bachhe mila kar) toh fir ek Aadmi Imamat karega uske piche baaki mard hazraat chahe ek hi kyu na ho aur fir unke piche aurte.

4. Agar sirf miya aur biwi ho Eid ki namaz ke liye toh mard aage aur aurat piche ho kar Namaz ada ki jayegi.

5. Agar sirf ek Aadmi ho toh wo waise hi ada karega zayid takbeero ke sath.

Aksar ahle ilm ka kahna hai ki agar ghar me eid ki namaz ada ki jaa rahi hai toh isme khutba nahi hoga.

۞ Notes

1. Eid ki namaz ki tayari bilkul waisi hi hogi jaisi aam haalaat me hoti hai. Ghusl ke baad hame achhe saaf suthre kapde pahenne hai. Hame ek ya teen khajure kha kar musalle par namaz ada karne ke liye aana hai.

Nabi ﷺ taak adad ke Khajur kha kar Eid ki Namaz ada karne jaate the. [Sahih al bukhari, 953]

2. Jise ghar me sabse zyada Quran aata ho wo Imamat karega. (mazeed detail ke liye ye article check kare).

3. Suraj tulu hone ke ek neza (spear) upar ho jaane se lekar Zawaal tak [yaani zohar se pahle jab aasmaan me suraj barabar ho] ka Namaz ka waqt hota hai usi bich Aap Eid ki Namaz ghar me ada karenge.

Aasan alfaz me kaha jaaye toh Suraj tulu hone ke 20 minute ke baad se lekar zohar se thodi der pahle tak.

Aur Allah sab se behtar janta hai.

Eid ul Fitr Me Takbeer Kab Shuru Ki Jaati Hai?


Eid ke din takbeerat kahna eid ki badi sunnat hai. Jaise ke Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

'Allah tumhare saath narmi karna chahta hai, sakhti karna nahin chahta, isliye yeh tareeqa tumhe bataya jaa raha hai taa ke tum rozo ki taadaad puri kar sako aur jis hidayat se Allah ne tumhe sarfaraz kiya hai us par Allah ki kibriayi ka izhar o aetraf karo aur shukarguzar bano.

Surah baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat-185.

۩ Ibn Masud r.a. ye Takbeerat kahte:

'Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allahu akbar laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, Allaahu akbar, Allaah akbar, wa Lillaah il-hamd.'

(Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah ke siwa koi mabud nahi, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai aur sab taareef Allah ke liye hai).

Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah, 2/165-168. Irwa’ al-Ghaleel, 3/125.

Ek dusri taqbeer bhi hai jis me shuru me teen ke bajaye do baar Allahu akbar kahna hai aur baaki alfaz wahi hai. Is ki bhi ijazat hai.

Eid ul fitr me takbiraat kahne ka waqt chand raat se shuru hokar namaz e eid ke liye imam ke aane tak rahta hai.

۩ Imam Shafi 'kitab al Umm' me kahte hai,

'Jab wo Shawwaal ke chand ko dekh le, toh mujhe pasand hai ki log groh me aur akele, masjido, bazaro, galiyo aur gharo me, chahe wo musafir ho ya gair-musafir sabhi halaat me aur wo jaha bhi ho takbeer kahe. Aur takbeer buland aawaz me kahi jaaye yaha tak ke wo agli subah namaz ke jagah par aaye aur uske baad bhi takbeer kahna jaari rakhe yaha tak ki Imam namaz padhane ke liye bahar nikle, fir takbeer kahna band kar dein.'

Farz, Sunnat Aur Nawafil Namaz Me Farq


Alhamdulillah..

Sabse pahle ye baat wazeh ho jaye ki farz, sunnat aur nawafil namaz kise kahte hai aur inme kya farq hai kyuki hamare muashre me inki alag alag tashree paayi jati hai.

۞ Farz Namaz

Yaani zaruri namaz. Isko Allah ne har shaks ke upar lazim kiya hai. Ise karne se ajar hai aur ise chorne par gunah hai. Isme Ummat me koi ikhtilaf nahi hai.

۞ Sunnat aur Nawafil Namaz

Is Namaz me hamare ummat me ikhtilaf hai, iske bawujud ki kitab o sunnat me iski saaf tashree aayi hai. Hamare muashre me sunnat aur nawafil namaz do kism ke ibadat ke darje me shumar hote hai. Lekin ye kitab o sunnat ki roshni me sahih nahi hai.

Arabic me, nawafil, 'nafila' alfaz ka jama ka seegha hai, jiska matlab hota hai 'jo chiz farz se zyada ho' yaani izafi chiz.

Hamare deen me sirf do tarha ke ibadat hote hai, ek farz aur ek nawafil. Yaani ek wo ibadat jo ham par farz hui hai aur dusri wo jo farz nahi ki gai hai. Aur is nawafil me sunnat ka bhi shumaar hota hai kyuki sunnat farz nahi hote. Is liye jab Nawafil kaha jayega to isme farz ke alawa jitni bhi kisme hai wo sab isi me shumar hongi jaise sunnat namaz, witr namaz, wagaira. Ab aaiye is baat ki daleel dekhte hai:

۩ حَدَّثَنَا بَيَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ لَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى شَىْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ تَعَاهُدًا عَلَى رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ-

Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Nawafil (sunnat) me se kisi cheez par itni muhafizat aur mudawemat nahi karte the jis qadr Fajar ki 2 rakat (sunnat) par karte the.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al tahajjud ﴾19﴿, hadees- 1163.

Is hadees me Ammi Ayesha r.a. ne fajr ki sunnat ke liye nawafil alfaz ka istemal kiya hai.

Aur fir is sunnat me ahle ilm ne do taqseeme ki hai, ek Sunnat e Muakkadah aur dusra Sunnat e ghair Muakkadah, yaani ek wo sunnat jisko ada karne par zyada zor diya gaya ho jaise witr aur dusri wo sunnat jisko ada karne par usse kam zor diya gaya ho. Lekin iske bawujud in dono kism ke sunnat ko chorne par gunah nahi hoga. Sunnat ke liye mustahab alfaz ka bhi istemal hota hai aur sunnat ke badle is alfaz ko bhi ada kiya jata hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame deen ki sachhi samajh ata kare. aameen.

Eid ki Namaz Padhne ka Step by Step Tariqa


Eid ki Namaz Do (2) rakat nawafil (gair-farz) namaz hai. Isme pahli rakat me saat (7) takbeere aur dusri rakat me Paanch (5) takbeere hoti hai. Dono hi rakat me Takbeerat Surah Fatiha Padhne se pahle honge.

۞ Ye Namaz padhne ka step by step tariqa

1. Allahu akbar kah kar namaz ki shuruat kare. Allahu akbar kahne ke baad hath bandhe.

[Note: Namaz ki niyat zuban se ada karna Rasoolullah ﷺ ka tariqa nahi hai isliye isko avoid kare, detail ke liye ye article check kare].

2. Fir Sana padhe (Subhanaka Allahumma wa Bihamdika...)

3. Ab Saat (7) martaba taqbeer kahna hai.

(Note: Har takbeer par rafa yadain karein aur har takbeer ke baad hath bandhein)

4. Fir Surah Fatiha padhe

5. Fir Surat padhe

6. Ab ruku jaaye aur ruku se uthe

7. Sajde me jaaye aur sajda muqammal karne ke baad dusri rakat ke liye khade ho jaye

8. Ab Paanch (5) martaba taqbeer padhe.

(Note: Har takbeer par rafa yadain karein aur har takbeer ke baad hath bandhein)

9. Ab Surah Fatiha padhe.

10. Fir surat padhe

11. Ab ruku me jaaye aur ruku se uthe.

12. Sajde me jaaye aur aam namaz ki tarah dusri rakat salaam fer kar muqammal kare.

Aap ki Do rakat namaz e Eid muqammal hui.

Haiza Aurto Ki Lailatul Qadr Me Ibadat


Alhamdulillah..

Haiza aurte saari ibadat kar sakti hai siwae Namaz, Roza, Tawaf e Kaba, aur Aetikaaf baithne ke. In char chizo ko chor kar Haiza aurte saari ibadate kar sakti hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki ek hajj me mai haiza ho gai, toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Baitullah ke tawaf ke alawa baaki har wo kaam karo jo haji karta hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al haiz (6), hadees- 293.

۩ Umm Atiyya r.a. farmati hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Haiz wali aurto ko bhi Eid ke roz Eidgaah jaane ka hukm diya taaki wo logo ke takbiro ke sath takbire kahe aur un ki duae ke sath duae kare lekin namaz na padhe.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al haiz (6), hadees- 324.

۞ Wo khas kar in Ibadaat me mashgool ho sakti hai


2. Zikr jaise Subhaan Allaah, La ilaaha illallaah, alhamdulillah, wagaira.

3. Istighfaar (maghfirat ki dua karna), is alfaz ko dohraana: 'Astaghfirullaah' (Mai Allah se maghfirat maangti hu).

4. Dua maangna:

Wo Allah se is dunya aur akhirat ki bhalayi ke liye dua maang sakti hai. Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Dua ek ibadat hai'. (Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ul dua, hadees- 3372 | hasan sahih)

Haiza aurte shab e qadr me ye saari ibadaat kar sakti hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame wo amal karne ki taufeeq ata kare jisse wo khush ho aur hamse raazi ho jaye. aameen.

Ramzan ke Aakhri Das Dino Me Haiz Rokne ke Liye Goliya Lena


 Sawal 

Agar kisi aurat ko ramzan al mubarak ke aakhri das (10) dino me haiz aana ho toh kya woh haiz ko rokne ki goliya istemaal kar sakti hai taa ke un afzal ayyaam me ibadat kar sake?

 Jawab 

Alhmdulillah..

Yeh sawaal fazilatus Shaykh Muhammad ibn Uthameen r.h. ke saamne pesh kiya gaya toh un ka jawab tha,

'Hamari raaye me Allah taala ki ibadat karne ke liye woh yeh goliya istemaal na kare kyuki haiz ek aesi cheez hai jo Allah taala ne Adam ki betiyo par muqarrar kar diya hai.

Hajj e alvida ke mauke par Ayesha r.a. ne Umra ka ahraam baandha aur makkah pahuchne se pahle hi inhe haiz aagaya, chunanche Rasool ﷺ un ke paas aaye toh Ayesha r.a. ro rahi thi, Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Tum kyu ro rahi ho?' To unhone Nabi ﷺ ko bataya ke inhe haiz shuru ho gaya hai, toh Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, 'Yeh ek aesi cheez hai jo Allah taala ne Adam a.s. ki betiyo par likh di hai.'

Chunanche haiz in ke ikhtiyar me nahi hai, agar haiz ramzan ke aakhri ashre me aa jaaye toh use Allah taala ki taqdeer par mutmayeen rahna chahiye, aur woh yeh goliya istemaal mat kare kyuki mere ilm me aaya hai ke mere motabar doctor ne bataya hai ke yeh goliya aurat ke raham (uterus) aur khoon ke liye nuksaan-daye hai, aur baaz auqaat bachhe ki badsoorti ka baais bhi banti hai, is liye meri raaye hai ke un golio se ijtinab kiya jaaye, aur agar haiz aa jaye to woh namaz aur roza tark kar de, kyunke yeh uske apne haath me nahi, balke Allah tala ki takdeer ke sath hai.'

Shab e Qadr ki Nishaniya

Allah s.w.t. Quran e majeed me farmate hai:

Humne is (Quran) ko shab e qadr me nazil kiya hai. Aur tum kya jano ke shab e qadr kya hai. Shab e qadr hazar maheeno se zyada behtar hai. Farishte aur rooh (Jibrael) us me apne Rabb ke izn se har hukm le kar utarte hai. Woh raat sarasar salamati hai tulu e fajr tak.

Surah Qadr (97), ayat 1-5.

Shab e Qadr ek azeem raat hoti hai jiski fazilat upar bayan ki gai hai. Allah ke taraf se ham ko yahi hukm mila hai ki is raat ibadat kare aur uski magfirat talab kare. Ye Ramzan ke aakhri 10 din ki taak raato me hota hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Ramzaan ki aankhri ashre ki Taak raato (21, 23, 25, 27, 29) me Lailatul Qadr talash karo.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab faizal al lailatul qadr (32), hadees- 2017.

۞ Allah ke Rasool ne hame shab e qadr ki nishaniya batayi hai aur wo ye hai:

۩1. Jis raat lailatul Qadr hogi us ke agle din suraj bina kiran (rays) ke niklega.

[Sahih Muslim, 1785]

۩2. Jis raat lailatul Qadr hogi us raat ko chand ek plate ke piece ke tarha niklega.

[Sahih Muslim, 2779]

۩3. Lailatul Qadr ki raat ko na zyada garmi hogi aur na zyada thandi hogi lekin wo sakhawat ki raat hogi aur agle subah suraj kamzor aur laal rang ka niklega.

[Ibn Khuzaima, 2192 | Sahih]

۩4. Laitalul Qadr wale din ko ya Raat ko barish ho sakti hai.

Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah.. kahne ki Fazilat


۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Jo shaks din bhar me sau (100) martaba ye dua padhega:

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ، وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ-

Laa ilaaha illallaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahul-mulk wa lahul-hamd wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer

Nahi hai koi mabood siwaye Allah taala ke, uska koi shareek nahi, mulk usi ka hai aur tamaam tareef usi ke liye hai aur wo har cheez par qadir hai

Toh use 10 gulam aazad karne ke barabar ka sawaab milega, 100 nekiya uske naam e aamaal me likhi jayengi aur 100 buraiyya usse mita di jayengi. Us roz din bhar ye dua shaitan se uski hifazat karti rahengi jab tak ke shaam ho jaaye aur koi shaks isse behtar amal le kar na aayega magar jo isse bhi zyada ye kalimah padh le.”

Lagataar Hawa Kharij Hone Waale Shaks ke Liye Wuzu ke Ahkaam


Mustaqil Fatawa committee se sawal kiya gaya:

'Jis shakhs ki lagataar hawa kharij hoti ho woh kis tarha wuzu kar ke namaz ada kare?'

Committee ka jawab tha,

“Agar toh Ap ka haal aisa hai jaisa Ap bayan kar rahe hai, aur aap ki hawa musalsal (lagataar) kharij hoti hai toh Ap har namaz ke liye namaz ka waqt shuru hone ke baad wuzu kare, aur is ke baad kharij hone wali hawa se wuzu par koi fark nahi padega

Lekin namaz e jume ke liye Aap khateeb ke khutba shuru karne se kuch der pahle wuzu kare jis me ap ke liye khutba sunna aur namaz ada karna mumkin ho sake.”

۩ Shaykh Saalih Munajjid is mauzu par mazeed roshni daalte hai. Shaykh farmate hai,

'Aur agar Ap ke liye har namaz ke liye wuzu kar ke waqt ke andar namaz ada karna mushkil ho toh Ap ke liye do (2) namaze zohar aur asar ek hi waqt me ek wuzu ke sath ada karni jaaiz hai, aur isi tarha magrib aur isha bhi ek hi wuzu ke sath jama kar lein.

Nabi ﷺ ne istihaza waali aurat ko do (2) namaze jama karne ki ruksat di hai.

Is hadees ko allamah Albani r.h. ne sahih Abu dawud hadees- 284 me sahih karaar diya hai.

Aur Ap qiyam ul lail aur Taraweeh Isha ke wuzu ke sath hi ada kar sakte hai.'

3. Aur na tum uski ibadat karne waale ho jiski ibadat mai karta hu.
4. Aur na mai unki ibadat karne wala hu jinki ibadat tum ne ki hai,
5. Aur na tum uski ibadat karne wale ho jiski ibadat mai karta hu.
6. Tumhare liye tumhara deen hai aur mere liye mera deen.

۞ Surah Ikhlaas


1. Kul huwal laahu ahad.
2. Allah hus-samad.
3. Lam yalid wa lam yoolad.
4. Wa lam yakul-lahoo kufuwan ahad.

1. Kaho ke Allah Ek hai.
2. Allah sab se be-niyaz hai aur sab us ke mohtaj hai.
3. Na uski koi aulad hai aur na woh kisi ki aulad hai.
4. Aur koi us jaisa nahi hai.

۞ Surah Falaq


1. Kul a'uzu bi rabbil falaq.
2. Min sharri maa khalaq.
3. Wa min sharri gaasiqin iza waqab.
4. Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil 'uqad
5. Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad.

1. Kaho Mai panaah maangta hu subah ke Rabb ki.
2. Har us cheez ke shar se jo usne paida ki hai.
3. Aur raat ki tareekhi ke sharr se jab ke woh chaa jaye.
4. Aur girho me foonkne walo (ya waliyo) ke sharr se.
5. Aur hasid (envies) ke sharr se jab ke woh hasad (envy) kare.

۞ Surah Naas


1. Kul a'oozu birabbin naas
2. Malikin naas
3. Ilaahin naas
4. Min sharril waswaasil khannaas.
5. Allazi yuwaswisu fee sudoorin naas
6. Minal jinnati wannaas.

1. Kaho, Mai panah maangta hu insano ke Rabb.
2. Insano ke Badshah.
3. Insano ke haqiqi maabood ki.
4. Us waswasa daalne wale ke shar se jo baar baar palat kar aata hai.
5. Jo logo ke dilo me waswase daalta hai.
6. Khwah woh jinno me se ho ya insano me se.

Fasiq (Gunahgaar) ke Piche Namaz Padhna | Salaf ka Manhaj


Ibn Hazam kahte hai,

ذهبت طائفة إلى أنه لا يجوز الصلاة إلا خلف الفاضل، وهو قول الخوارج والزيدية والروافض وجمهور المعتزلة وبعض أهل السنة. وقال آخرون إلا الجمعة والعيدين، وهو قول بعض أهل السنة. وذهب طائفة الصحابة كلهم دون خلاف من أحد منهم وجميع فقهاء التابعين كلهم دون خلاف من أحد منهم وأكثر من بعدهم وجمهور اصحاب الحديث وهو قول أحمد والشافعي وأبي حنيفة وداود وغيرهم إلى جواز الصلاة خلف الفاسق الجمعة وغيرها، وبهذا نقول. وخلاف هذا القول بدعة محدثة، فما تأخر قط أحد من الصحابة الذين أدركوا المختار بن عبيد والحجاج وعبيد الله بن زياد وحبيش بن دلجة وغيرهم عن الصلاة خلفهم ، وهؤلاء أفسق الفساق. وأما المختار فكان متهما في دينه مظنونا به الكفر.

'Ek groh ne kaha: Nek logo ke alawa kisi ke piche namaz padhna jayez nahi hai. Ye khawarij, zaidi, rafizi, mutazali ki aksariyat aur kuch sunnat ke logo ka kahna hai.
Dusro ne kaha ke Juma aur Eidain ki namazon ke ilawa baaki tamaam namaze fasiq ke piche padhi jaa sakti hai. Ye raye kuch ahle sunnat ki bhi hai. 

Jab ki tamaam sahaba ka mazhab jinka isme koi ikhtilaf nahi hai, tamaam tabayeen ka bhi is par koi ikhtilaf nahi hai, zyada tar taba tabayeen, ashaab ul hadees aur Imam Ahmad, Imam Shafi, Abu Hanifa, Imam Abu dawood aur dusro ke mutabik Juma wagaira ek gunahgaar ke piche bhi padhi jaa sakti hai. Yahi mera (Ibn Hazam ka) bhi kahna hai. Aur Iske ilawa kahna biddat hai. 

Isliye ke sahaba jinhone Mukhtar bin obaid, Hajjaj, Obaidullah bin Ziad aur deegar se mulakaat ki, unhone kabhi unke piche namaz padhna nahi chhoda. Halaanke ye fasiqeen se bhi badtareen the Aur Mukhtar toh apne deen ki wajah se mulzim karaar diya gaya tha aur is par shak tha ke wo kufr par hai.'

Biddati Imam ke Piche Namaz Padhna | Imam Shafi aur Imam Baghawi

۩ Imam al-Baghawi r.h. kahte hai,

'Imam Shafi, biddatio ki gawaahi qubul karne aur unke piche namaz padhne ki ijazat dete the, bina kisi shart ke agarche wo is baat ko napasand samajhte the.

Unki ye raaye is baat ki taraf nishandehi karti hai ki agar wo kisi mauke par un me se kuch logo ko kafir karaar dete hai, toh isse muraad kam darje ka kufr hai, jaise ki Allah s.w.t. is ayat me farmate hai,

“Jo log Allah ke nazil karda kanoon ke mutabiq faisla na kare wahi kafir hai.”

Surah Maidah (5), ayat- 44.'
